I normally don't post stuff like this, but Smokly has definitely ripped me off. I paid for some juice over a week ago. Generally you receive a shipping notification within a couple of days at most. I've received nothing from them. No product. No update email. Nothing. I've tried emailing them several times. Their customer support email address actually got bounced back as an invalid address. I called customer support and nobody answered. The mailbox was also full. I've attempted messaging them on FaceBook, no response there either. At this point I have zero hope I will recieve anything from them. I intend to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. What a waste of time. I buy juice online all the time. I've never had anything close to this happen. I can't tell if these guys are crooks, or just bad businessmen. But this is beyond reason. I will never attempt to purchase from them again. Smokly, if you end up reading this, please tell me what's going on and I will consider revising this review. I don't want to be upset with you guys, but this is really terrible service.

I placed an order. A week later, I emailed because there had been no shipping email. I was told 3 days later that the items I ordered were not in stock. I asked for the website to be updated and my order cancelled/refunded. A week later I emailed again stating no refund had been received and I received a text asking me to switch to something else. I asked for the refund to be done asap. They then sent a another text where I agreed to the different product + 1 extra free bottle. 5 days later, still nothing and I asked for a refund, again... 15 days later I received 2 of the 4 bottles I switched to and no free bottle. I asked for a refund of the additional 2 bottles. No response. Thank goodness I paid thru PayPal. I submitted a claim and gave them all of the emails/texts I had and ended up with a full refund. Original order placed 10/9/2020. Refund by paypal done on 11/28/2020. 1. Offers items they dont have 2. Slow to reply to emails. If they reply at all. 3. Tries to get you to choose other items 4. Ships partial orders, even after asking for cancel/refund 5. If you choose to use this company even after all of this. Please use Paypal so you can at least be refunded.

I ordered L size and it was really loose but the quality was good. Even though the exchange policy was bad, I put the extra money and sent the package. The nightmare starts from there. They never acknowledged that they received it. After 2 months of follow up, they sent credit note. Now the prices have changed and anything i order, I either loose money or pay more. In the end I ordered one size smaller as first was loose. The one size small was so small that a kid of 9-10 years old can wear it. They sent another credit note for an undelivered product, I used that credit note to order the same size as first order to get smaller size even now! The mistake for not filing a consumer court case: Covid times and I did not take a picture of the first top. Absolute waste of money. Cherry on top: It took 6 months to get to this conclusion as their service team is so bad in responding even though you are on time requesting a return and returning the products

Worst quality ever and cheater who loots consumer money, FRAUD I took 2 outfits which they sent with a bad quality, I replaced my order but the Alamoda by Akanksha policy says you can't cancel order and exchange will charge 80 rs per outfit again still it's there mistake to send me bad quality and then I need to pay huge amount. Next I bought 5k up clothes - one outfit cost me around 2500 rs and same product is selled in Messo and other website in only 500 rs. She The girl Akanksha makes a fun of hard money of people as well give worst quality then street shop and copies other design and sell on her website. I'm attaching same product in meesho at the rate of 546 - I Mean with class trust on her and she gives market copy to us and do fraud. I recon you guys stop buying please. This is my genuine and honest experience with FT. I ordered on the 25th march and I am currently still waiting, they emailed me numerous of times to say my items are in stock and are waiting for courier to collect it. 'Any orders made before the 30th march will take 21 working days' so I was very patient and waited until the week I was supposed to receive them. I Emailed just for an update which was 21st April as I had not got any info on delivery which was supposed to be by the 24th April. 24th came and no delivery but an email late evening to say it has been dispatched. Now today I have an email to say that they are waiting for all 17 items to arrive at depot but this us weird as they email on the 24th told me it was dispatched. It will take 72 hours now to be delivered. I appreciate it is unprecedented times but my opinion is if a company can not keep up with demand why not just stop taking orders like other companies. Less popular couriers have been excellent on making sure customers get their orders in an acceptable timescale. I think 5 weeks is an unacceptable wait for such items. I think after this experience I will unlikely order from fitness superstore again. £200 minimum spend is abit high also. I am hoping my order arrives in the next couple of days like promised. Fingers crossed it all comes safe and undamaged. The company seems suspicious

I would suggest using alternative software as lack of customer support is never a good sign especially with software that has such a high price.

Hi, I've recently received my doll from this company I ordered it a week ago with 1-4 day shipping they didn't give me any track&trace nr. I even messaged them to ask for it and they only said. "Dear buyer Please don’t worry, the tracking information update is delayed due to weekends Please be patient, once we get the tracking number, we will feedback immediately, please don’t worry". I was lucky to be at home at the right time, without knowing it was going to come and it took a 7/8 days to arrive. Now about what I received it was not even close to what I ordered they just send some fake doll with weird proportions and bad quality. I messaged them about it and did not receive any answer as of now. Will update when I know more but I would not recommend buying anything from them unless they fix this somehow..

I used their service in 2020 first for my masters documents. The doc was all stamped and carefully returned within two weeks even when it was peak of covid. I then recommended it to my friend who changed his pick drop location and yet they did a wonderful job. Since then, I guess about 6 documents have been attested by them for me, my husband and our friends. Our friends have actually started dropping docs to our place because we trust them. Only the UK doc took a bit longer, but Indians docs we have received as early as 8 days too. Rates are reasonable as well. Overall, I would give them a full score.

Their platform has outstanding features and customer service, no doubt. I have been using it for more than a year now, and overall am quite happy with the results. However when compared to other platforms in terms of educational material they lack that special something which can be considered an advanced value-add feature by some users or customers especially academics who are looking for increasing their tutoring skills through online video tutorials.

They've really established themselves as an authority in the industry regarding everything related to foreign exchange trading. I appreciate how much education and resources they have available on their website, making it easy for me to get the guidance I need when I don't know all of the ins and outs of a particular market or asset class. This is the second time I have used Repair Aid's services. Both times the engineer turned up within the allocated time and phoned me a short while beforehand. He managed to repair my washing machine the first time and I was only charged for the call out. The second time he told me the machine was on its way out and it would be better to replace it soon. I had asked them to email me details of possible replacements but unfortunately they weren't able to find the one I wanted. There was no pressure to buy at any stage. I am happy to recommend their services.

We paid the £84 fee for Repair Aid to check out our broken wine cooler. The engineer was with us for less than 5 minutes and said the compressor was faulty and they would quote for the repair. I had to chase for this quote and to my astonishment it was £510 for a wine cooler that costs around £310 to buy new! We were told the fee covered parts and the testing required! This is such a con and I only wish I’d looked on Trust Pilot before using this company. I’m sure if they add a response it will say about using only reputable parts but they could simply provide a new wine cooler and be £200 in pocket - what an absolute rip off!!

The online trading platform has a lot to offer. They have over 200+ assets and account types for their customers, which is great! Additionally, the customer service representatives are extremely knowledgeable about investments and recommend different trades that fit your needs best - they definitely know what they're doing. The only downside I noticed was how bland it looked; there's very little color variation in terms of theme options (it's either too bright or too dull), so perhaps more light/dark options would be nice?

I purchased a pair of creepers for my daughter for Xmas last year which were the last ones on sale but accidently ordered a size 9M thinking it was a woman's 9 so I had to return them for a smaller size. My daughter usually wore a women's 8-9. Because these were all in men's sizes I had to decide between a men's 6 or 7. I called up and spoke to Mel and she couldn't have been more helpful. I decided on the 6 which she sent to me as soon as the other shoes arrived back. When the 6's arrived they turned out to be too small so I had to send them back and get the 7. Telling Mel that I needed to once again return them because of incorrect size I sort of expected her to be a bit annoyed. Nope! Not only was she not fussed she emailed me a ticket to put on the return package so I didn't have to pay for postage!! As soon as she got the shoes back, the 7 (correct size finally) was in the mail to me that day. I have never had such amazing customer service from any online retailer EVER! Cannot recommend Tragic Beautiful enough. If only all stores could be this good.

I purchased my hosting and domain on the same day (over a year ago now) so I could chronicle the death of my husband and potentially help others in a similar position. I did not use email. I barely used my website except to update every now and then on where I was on my journey. FAST FORWARD - I get an email that my domain is up for renewal. Considering how little I actually used it, I decided to cancel. Only to log-in and find out that my website had already been taken OFF-LINE due to "non-payment". Huh? I purchased a year hosting the same time I purchased the domain name so it escapes me how one expired before the other. Not only that, but I received NO COMMUNICATION from WebHostPro themselves letting me know that my hosting had been disabled. Either way, I won't be going back to this company and I suggest anyone potentially thinking of using them to not just take my word for it, but to thoroughly do their own research. EDITED: As I got a response from this "company" claiming that I would have gotten "notification from them". Fun fact? According to their website my HOSTING is supposed to expire 05/22/2020 - so it wasn't even DUE yet, MUCH LESS past due, and yet it was taken off-line at the end of April? Also I use gmail - and the ONLY communication I have gotten from them is to renew my domain. EDITED AGAIN as this company likes to argue. If you had bothered to read my original complaint I cancelled the account when I logged in and found it had ALREADY BEEN TAKEN OFFLINE. Your company had taken my website offline at the end of April. WELL BEFORE IT WAS SET TO EXPIRE. THAT is why I cancelled it early instead of just letting it expire. What is the point in having a website when it can’t be accessed by anyone? This tells me all I need to know about this company. They don't even know what's going on. So glad I cancelled.

The ordering process is very strict and thoroughly checked against possible abuse. Although this caused a problem for me, I can only applaud them for taking measures against possible abuse. Support staff was very friendly and solved the matter in a few hours. Speed of the site is also quite good even if it is shared windows hosting, used from Europe. Recommended.

I played 2 tournaments today on solos and was winning both tournaments only to receive an email 10 minutes before the tournament ended that "due to technical issues the winners can't be paid out." The tournament scores showed all players in my division 1 played a full hour and have 3-5 games, so this wasn't an issue of the players having server issues. If you had any type of integrity or cared about your player base you would have just cancelled the tournaments for the entire day until your fish brain of a tech department resolved the issue. Rather you make us go through this twice? Not to mention the tournament last night that was for $20 (not a lot, just the concept) where I was passed up by 5 people an hour after the tournament ended and scores were being finalized to go from 1st to the 1st one out of the split pot. I'm to the point now that I have the opinion that this company is fraud and needs to be investigated. DO NOT waste your time with this daily headache and either learn to make the game more competitive in your own way or find a competitor to Z League. If there isn't one they will be eaten up as soon as there is due to this company being run like a joke. Absolutely fed up and will no longer be professional/ polite towards Z League.

Don't even bother with these fools. Their "Algorithm" is junk and they falsely ban good folks and ignore people that are actually cheating and or Boosting. I know of people that have actually won tourneys where its blatantly obvious they are boosting and don't even qualify for Tourneys. How does a person with 25 games played qualify and win a League tourney? 100 games played with a 0.0 KD? No problem! We'll put you in the lowest division and you'll win. That's just the tip of the iceberg with theses jerks. After playing in 6 tourneys in 1 week, winning 1 and placing in a few others I got banned on a game that I placed FORTH in, yes 4th. The tourney winner did not even qualify to play in the tourney. They sent me a email stating their "cheat detection algorithm has identified that one or multiple members of your team have violated our fair play policies" LMAO, I was in a solo tourney, they place the players in levels based on their stupid Algorithm. My lifetime average KD is 0.35 but my daily and weekly KD fluctuates between 0.crap to 1.0 depending on how much Ive played and my ping. Anyway they send an email saying I can have a review done, i fill out their stupid google form that asks for info I can't provide because I cant see the Scoreboard anymore because I HAVE BEEN BANNED. So basically you have to screen shot every scoreboard, and record every game, otherwise they don't wanna even bother reviewing or getting back to you. So after a month I jump on their Discord, Find a Discord mod that will answer a simple Question, How long does a ban review take. He politely answer it could take up to a month. I thank him for his response. A couple,of hours later I get a noti that someone else responded but I cant see who or what they said, so I jump on discord and THEY BAN ME FROM THEIR TOO! WTH ZLEAGUE???? Who they hell do you have working for you and or Modding your friggn Discord???? I have tried multiple social platforms to get an answer from them regarding my Discord ban and ultimately my Tourney ban. Persistent FB DM's finally got them to respond with a request of my Game name and my ZLeague email. They already have my personal info but I provide it again in hope that doing this will show them Im being transparent and have nothing to hide. That was Saturday and have heard nothing since. A Twitter DM has gone unread and I can no longer send them messages. I have since Spammed them on other platforms because why Not. Long story short, SCREW THOSE GUYS, they can keep their measly credits. Friggin bunch of woke POS GenZ punks. If you made it this far, avoid them, but also please provide info on similar Tourney styles you have enjoyed. First Blood looks cool but haven't tried it yet.

The greatest customer service experience I ever had. Renee was polite respectful and professional Charlie was knowledgeable on parts and very resourceful when it came to extracting parts of vehicles. These two one above and beyond stayed a little bit later after closing time just so my wife and I could get the parts we needed. They didn't overcharge and give us parts we didn't need. I feel that these two are role models and should be considered for promotions.

Darrel nasty customer service he cut me off multiple times as I was speaking asked me questions cut me off ask again because he couldn't hear me from his voice cutting over mine. I feel like he used rudeness on purpose he is a corporate representative. And he needs to be redirect. I had a very simple task for him and he made a fuss through it all. I gotten disconnected and I wanted to hang up on him and try again thats how rude this guy was. Do something about it listen to our conversation train these workers who represents you. I overall like the company in my home town great deals just have to be one worded when its talking to corporate they don't care about the customers.

Writing this with a heavy heart but I’m disappointed that such a great brand would not deliver on their promises. I own a down coat with fur-lined hood, worth approx. $ 1,190. The fur ripped so I sent it in for a repair, thinking that they’ll fix it properly. What I got is a patched up hood, with fur patches of different colours, different hair length etc stitched one beside another. It looks awful... photo in the profile doesn’t even show the extent of it.. I wish I didn’t bother with shipping it to another continent to get it fixed, not to mention the expense.

GDPR came at a big cost to most companies, most of which have never and would never have a data breach because of the nature of their business model. It created a degree of restrictions that were untenable for many businesses to effectively sell their products and services. Essentially it was born on the basis that our institutions and corporates have a history of losing data. Indeed, some of that lost data is the fault of those who instigated this farce with poor underfunded technology systems and irresponsible individuals. The farce continues with an organisation that now needs to be named The Data Protection Scammers. The question I asked Google was... why do businesses need to pay a fee? What are we getting for it? Dictated by Brussels to create even more bureaucratic difficulties for businesses who are trying to make an honest living, just because a few don't - including the government who have a habit of leaving sensitive data on lost laptops in 1st class train carriages. Looks like a scam, sounds like a scam, and that is because it is a scam. Do I get a monthly magazine and free gift for my £40 fee? By the way, it smells like one as well!

Received an unexpected letter from ICO requesting fees. The wording and gramma used in the letter was soo childish that I almost dismissed this as a scam. It suggested that I had ignored previous letters, which I had not received, and suggested that Covid-19 might be the reason for my delay. The letter ticked all the boxes for being a phishing letter. The ICO website is pretty poor, as it does not attempt to link itself to the letter and also raises all the flags of being a scam. This organisation is referenced on the gov.uk website, which would suggest that it's not a scam - just very poorly organised. For a company that specialises in data processing, you'd have thought that they would be as organised as other online organisations.
