I used this company for over a year and loved it so much I upgraded my bag to the glam plus in Feb. 2021 and also bought a make-up palette. I've been charged monthly now for not one but BOTH subscriptions and have received ZERO merchandise since placing my order and being charged for my monthly bag(s) since Feb 2. This company is literally impossible to reach since the chat is simply an automated response stating I haven't received my item due to extended shipping times because of covid. I can't find a number to contact them or speak to an actual person. The automated chat stated they don't offer refunds so I'm now having to dispute $118.72 in charges with my credit card company. I feel that this company is a scam now and would highly advise against using them to save yourself the headache down the road.

This's totally truth: 1) beware of the mixed leaf lettuces salad, I once saw a box of expired day mixed leaf lettuces salad was put into the salad bar for consumption. 2) more than once the leaf lettuces salad were turning watery & mushy either bought from the original packaging box or was actually found in the salad bar bowl. 3) I was told by the manager & the cashier that a receipt will be suffice for refund of the spoil salad box package, but when I actually did so, was told I also have to turn in the spoil salad box, otherwise the refund can't be honoured. 4) I confronted the person in charge of the fruits & vegetables department & was told again I have to have the receipt plus the spoil salad box for refund, I mentioned how can I keep a box of spoil salad until next day & carry it with me back to store? I was rudely told by this staff that I'm the only person making this accusation & complaint, than he just unpleasantly walked away. Great customer services... eh! 5) called the customer care & was told appreciated about my concern, I was told that the store manager will call my cell (as I clearly requested because I've a Longo's card & Longo's have my home & cell numbers), few days later, I got a call back once on my home phone which displayed Longo's number but no message. That's the end of it & no Longo's called back, so much for customer care. 6) Few years age, I was so shocked to see a swamp of fruit flies were buzzing around the bread-shelf. I'm writing this for Longos HEAD OFFICE, not retail staff as they get 5 STARS. The Holiday 2020 of Longos "Experience" magazine (pg. 66) features a "Mini Serrano Ham with Wooden Holder and Knife". It's pictured with a wooden gift box, whose label matches the product. It even states, under the price, "ribbon not included". Ditto for the website. FIVE stores, multiple calls later, no one knows about the box. Not one of the people I spoke with was familiar with the product, let alone that it came w/a wooden (gift) box. I was told to wait 2-3 days, but as it's intended as a Christmas gift that was specifically requested by my friend's son, time is of the essence as the product (not the box) is flying off the shelves. Called Longos HQ but couldn't get past the phone tree as one must have an extension to get through. Interestingly, I reflected my experience on Google, and got a response within the hour. As I was already getting help from "Ettore" from Liberty Village, I didn't bother with HQ. Ettore went above & beyond to help me. He not only located one of the FEW boxes floating around, but also managed to get the box sent to the store/location of my choice. Thank you Tanya Moodie and, of course, Ettore :) PLS note that every person I spoke with at retail locations, whether in person or on the phone, was incredibly helpful and simply lovely to deal with in my search! Giftcash is an AWFUL place of employment. Payroll has a hard time getting your check to you on time. Never mind the correct amount. If you have garnished wages they wont be paid. The warehouse is about as organized as a childs toy box. The order of operation is for each position changes daily. Leading to 30% of all products being returned or sent back from distribution so even as a gift cash customer you are not guaranteed the correct product or qualit, and many times when selling a gift card to giftcash. The seller wont receive payment and then the gift card will be used Management is also extremely unprofessional. Management will tell you "Speak with corporate and you'll be fired" and other then all the constant OSHA violations being super sketchy. Google the warehouse coordinators name Rob Evon. Pretty sure there is somthing illegal going.

Hello there, So I was introduced to Stemologica and Beautemer Serum, when I had received an online offer for the free trial. Once I had filled out the information I was curious about the company and products. So I did a search on them and saw nothing but COMPLAINTS! I freaked out! I actually went back to read what the heck I said yes to, and sure enough I did see that there was a free14 day trial, and that if I choose to keep the products I would be charged 149.95. So I was super upset at first and thought I was going to be the next one to be scammed! So i immediately (like 10 min after saying yes to the trial) I emailed the company and told them I was NOT, NOT interested in the products and to please cancel my order immediately. I did receive an email back stating that the products have already been shipped out and to not worry, I had a full 14 days to try as much of the products that I wanted to and if I was not happy I could simply return any unused products back and not be charged. I was still very apprehensive about the whole thing that I immediately called my bank to have my card replaced with a new one just so I would not have to deal with trying to get any refunds back because I was not prepared to spend 150 bucks on skin care. Within a week I received the products. And I thought... hey since they allowed for me to use as much of the products as possible, then I decided to take quite a bit of each product and put them in containers I had at home, and I immediately put the original products back into their packaging and returned them back without any delay! I was not going to get scammed myself I thought. (oh and I forgot mention that the company actually gave me the physical address to return them to). So with that hassle behind me, the first night I used the products I FELL IN LOVE! I have been into face skin care since elementary school, thanks to my mother who taught me the importance of cleansing and moisturizing since I began kindergarten! I am now 37 years old and I have tried numerous products, from high end department stores like Lancome, Clinique, Shiesedo, etc. to Natural skin care products, and I always seem to have an acne issue or break outs from super sensitivity to the products. So when I put this stuff on my face and woke up the next day, the bumps on my face had diminished significantly. I was shocked! My skin seemed to react to this product in a positive way and I was super surprised. I had enough product to last over a month and I have to tell you, when I was coming to the end of my supply, I had made a decision to just bite the bullet and pay the 149.95 because I loved it that much. Once I was out, I contacted the company again and explained to them that I did try the products, but had returned them, because financially I just couldn't pay the 149.95 at the time. And do you know what they did?! They offered me the Stemologica kit and the Beautemer Serum for 59.95 each. I was so surprised and delighted and of course I said yes! The other wonderful thing is that you don't have to do the 30 day supply you can access your account online and change your auto reorder for 1 month, 2 month or 3 months. I can use the products and have enough to last for 3 months. You can also cancel your membership at anytime. I don't know about the international charges, but here in the States where I am from my re-order amount is 69.95 for the kit and 69.95 for the serum. I have been using the products for 1 year now, and love the results I am getting. I have had people notice my skin changing and have had no bad experiences with the products. It has diminished fine lines on my face as well! For as long as I have been using skin care, I will definitely stick to this forever if possible! Here are another few things that I love about it... I like the simplicity of the products> Day cream, Night cream, Eye gel. Oh and the lovely Serum! I have used a line that I had to apply up to 6 different products and that is just not practical for me. I don't want to spend a lot of time putting products on my face. So that is my review... I actually wanted to take the time to post an actual USER of the product, because I too have not seen any reviews for the product itself, but only complaints against the company and how the promote the products. I will say I have called and email the company over the year and had never any issues of contacting anyone, and they have always responded to me. Having received my Anti Ageing products from this COMPANY I did not know of the so called Terms and Conditions of any money being deducted such as £95 st payment I have phoned this so called Company and was told they have every right to take this amount as I supposed to have entered an Agreement with them I did not and when I got my Bank Statement I relised what had happened and told this Company that I have not used the Products and they had no rights to take any money out of my account and was told that I and the Bank cannot stop any other payment at all and was able to have a Refund of the £95 I can ill afford this loss but I will sort this matter out by seeing the Bank to stop any other so called Payment being paid to this Company Shoppers beware of this Total Scam and Fraud xx

Don't waste your money. Their prices may seem low compared to competitors but the filter system I received was extremely poor quality. It leaked badly and could not be sealed. The thread taping pre-installed by the company looks like it was done by a 5 year old. Also one of the filters I received was badly cracked due to poor packaging from the company. Max is NOT an honest company. I called them the next day after receiving and installing the filter system to explain the issues. I had a very difficult time getting a hold of someone and when I finally did, I was told I would receive a call back. I never did so I started a support claim on their website. After sending them pictures of the damage as they requested and asking for a return and refund multiple times, they ignored me. I was forced to just send the package back to their address (paying shipping both ways for a defective product). They still refused to refund me claiming it was past the 14 day return date. How? I called them right after installing the system and emailed them after being ignored for a week. Well within the time specified in their return policy. Their goal is to ignore you long enough so they can say it's too late. It's worth paying twice as much for a system that actually works and from a reputable company that will honour their return and warranty policy. Also be pre-warned that the reviews on their website are cherry picked. They never posted my reviews of the two products so what they are rated is falsely high.

Very rude customer service when I called about a part when installing my system and when it came to reorder replacement filters they charge ridiculous shipping rates no free shipping. I was ordering $172 of replacement filters and they still wanted $60 for shipping yet the previous order they said $149 for free shipping now they said there is no free shipping... wtf? They are out to scam people it's definitely not a friendly Canadian family owned business

I work for Habitat for Humanity and I have been donated multiple computers and I need to recover the passwords. I actually had my credit card info on the order form then I checked your reviews. People say that you automatically charge an extra $20 or so on top of the $9.95. All I see are negative reviews. I don't have the time to go through the heart ache of complaining or trying to get refund. It's really disappointing that your company lies about the $9.95 fee. I'd rather spend $40 dollars than get scammed. It's too bad because I was really hoping this was a legitimate offer. Almost got me!

This is the worst of the internet providers I have ever had. I decided to get their fastest service of 300Mbps /10 Mbps because the price was quite good and I work from home. I gave them nearly 2 weeks advance notice for installation before I was to cancel my other service. They told me though I paid for installation, they would activate me remotely. I told them this was impossible since I had NO CABLE LINES installed. They kept arguing with me till I told them to cancel. I got an email that ok they would schedule the installation which I had paid for in advance along with a charge for the modem being shipped to me. I asked why the internet installer guy could not bring it . They said it did not work that way as they subcontracted. So i prepaid $180. On the day of the installation the tech showed up with 1 -10" piece of cable that barely reached the room where the modem was to be installed. When I asked him to connect the modem he said he did not work for vmedia and did not do the installation. He was only there to activate the line and I was lucky I was getting a cable. So in actuality only activation of the line occurred, not installation that I was billed for. The technician said the line was live and left. I had just come out of hospital 2 days before so I could not install the modem myself. I called vmedia tech support and they wanted me to bend and lok at lights and connect things. I could not so I paid $50 to a cable tech that lives in my building to help me. H got online with vmedia support and after the modem was supposedly properly installed iwas getting 36 bits download and 10 MBPS upload. The tech said it sometimes takes 24 hhours for the modem to cycle. I phoned vmedia again because I was getting service, i was connected just with no download speed. The 2nd vmedia support person went through all the motions and said the same thing. Now I work from home so I was losing up to $450/day as I am in the legal profession. The next day after 24 hours I still had the same problem, the new tech support person wanted me to redo all the steps so another friend of mine who is a computer programmer got on the phone with vmedia support and the tech could not resolve the issue.vmedia said it was the fault of Eastlink the company that they leased the line from. I called Eastlink and they checked and said nope you were activated when the tech went over and tested tech service its vmedia's fault. I called tech support and they said they would schedule a service call for sometime in the future. I said I already lost money and they told me it would be running by now so I wanted a tech today. They said that was impossible. I told the tech to simply transfer me to customer service to cancel my service. They offered me 2 months free service but I cannot afford to lose $450/day. The customer service person told me that they would send me a self-addressed label to return the modem and I would be refunded the rest of my money. I received a refund of $106, and they sent me an email stating I was going to have to pay $45 restocking fee, money for 2 days of service which I never received, installation that never really occurred and was being charged rental on the box until I return it. I am still waiting for the mailing label and bag. i will be launching a complaint with The Ontario Consumer Protection Agency and if not resolved I will probably be taking them to small claims court for lost wages. I was more than willing to let it go with full cash refund as promised but it seems that customer service lies. Tech support was incompetent but at least they tried.

I stop by to pick up her pay check this manager gives me 3 pay checks and I was like what's going on here, So I walk to the car thinking like wait so I walk back in with my phone on record and I told the manager I need to ask you about these checks and I'am only recording for our safety manager laugh looks at other manager then say o your daughter haven't been picking up her checks Popeyes get paid every Friday! I said ok and walked out feeling like you low life dog you could've told her hey You have a check in my office! But instead you let her work for free stacking up checks that will expire! That's how happy my daughter was on that job she didn't once complain about her money! But why did you not offer her check to her! Cops even said this man has a long criminal record how can Popeyes hire him then hide they hands! Do you know Popeyes district manager waited 2-3wks to call me and my daughter to a meeting! At this time I trying to save my daughter she not eating bones showing ran out of class one day cause her male teacher walked up to help her she said the closer he got she couldn't breathe! Popeyes lift her Traumatized without any help! When we got to this meeting district and region manager was there guy stood up to greet us soon as his hand reached out my daughter jumped to me I told him please don't do that she fear all men now, So we set down he asked her to recall what happened and did she tell her manager same question over again but yet no help form Popeyes! After this meeting I told both managers if they need anything anything at all call me don't call my daughter phone for any reason call me and I gave my phone number they gave me a card with their name and number we left, 4 days later my daughter come running to my bedroom saying he trying to help that evil worker to get me! I got the phone saying hello hello hello he hung up the phone so I call back no respon I get the card he gave me in meeting match them side by side yes regional director called her after I said don't this is what I said don't call her! Call me! So I email no response text him no response! My daughter loved her dance team loved singing has a beautiful voice love sports but all of it is gone she stay in her room or in laying on me school and back home now late or leave early she never did this ever! My insurance want pay for her counseling so I had to pay it! This Christmas is the only Christmas my 3 kids didn't get any gifts I explain to the boys why I had no extra money for Christmas this time I do my best to raise them right both my sons told me it's ok mom we want our sister to get better and back to who self! Being a single mother is hard but this makes it die hard please please stand with my daughter and me to stop Popeyes Chicken! They trying to sweep this under the rug! How many other guys this man did this to? The Manager uncle so I know my daughter not the first but Lord knows it's got to be the last! I have been buying from Fetchcart for almost a year now and it is amazing how I always get delivery the next business day and if there is any reason they can't fulfil the order on time, they will send an update.

A very good store that does not dissapoint. I finally got those headphones I wanted. Online stores tend to lie about the specs of things like that but the store was completely honest. What I wanted is what I got and with all of the features mentioned.

It won't be too much to say but, indeed it's a great place to collect all your favorite leather jackets. I ordered a shearling jacket for my brother and surprisingly, he simply loved it. Recently added home phone service for my son after being with them for internet for a number of years. Very good experiences in every regard. Fair prices, good value, excellent customer service whether for technical or billing issues.

Trying to arrange a time to set up service with Teksavvy is an exercise in frustration. I've been with them for about two years and have moved twice during that period. One two occasions they confirmed a time, left me waiting for the 3-hour window they gave only to have nobody show up. Then I had to wait on hold AGAIN for 1-1.5 hours to set up a new time. And one two occasions I waited on hold, set up a time and then had them email me a couple days before the time saying that our agreed time wasn't going to work but they'd happily arrange a time for my service to be installed two weeks later. I finally decided to switch service providers today when I they kept cancelling my appointments and it was going to take a month to set up (assuming they didn't cancel that appointment as well). And then they refused to refund my payment for the time during which I've been trying to move and they've been giving me the run around. The service is fine when they'll provide it just be prepared for a LONG and frustrating wait.

I was looking for some original gauges and a friend of my recommended Avaia Artistic Jewelry. I usually like to pick out my jewelry in person so I was a bit nervous. I emailed Avaia with some specific requirements on color of the stones. Someone got back to me that day saying there was no problem with 3 of my 4 items, but the fourth wouldn`t be in the colour requested. I changed my mind on that pair, but the others were fantastic. And the personal response the best.

I love the pieces, however every time I order I get a different size. Last time was too large. Also they do not do any custom work. I was willing to pay extra money for a pair that I had previously gotten, but they said no. :( I don't have time to constantly return for the right size either. Not worth it.

Good products but bad return policies. My product arrived defective and when I reached out to them, they asked me to pay for the return shipping where they should be providing me with return label. It’s horrible!!

Meineke Car Care Center needs to be shut down. I took my car in for an oil change and left with over $900 worth of parts and labor. My car wasn't driving bad at all before I got there. They talked me into replacing an axle on my front end and buy a set of 4 tires which actually had plenty of tread. They told me my axle was bad and my tires had cracking between the ample amount of treads. The day after having all this work done my car acted like it drove worse than it ever has since I owned it. 2 days later I KNEW something wasn't right but now it was Sunday. I called the shop first thing Monday morning and got my car to the shop. I wondered if it would make it safely and called the shop to see if it should be towed in. Salesman said don't worry about it and bring it in. We found the lug nuts weren't tightened when they put the new set of tires on. I hadn't even gave authorization to put the tires on, but had discussed perhaps getting new tires for the car. After the salesman promised I could get a $100 rebate after mailing in a form and receipt of the parts and labor I bought, over $900 I never received my rebate. I have called the rebate company, Synchrony Car Care to no avail. Their phone system doesn't allow you to talk to people. Leave messages to no avail. Stay away from Meineke and their promise of any rebates for spending money with them. Bait and switch at it's greatest. My car nearly suffered catastrophic damage and possible damage or death.

About a month ago my truck needed a tune up. I took it to Meineke and they replaced the spark plugs. The mechanic also said my valve cover gaskets needed replacement. I told them to do the job, about two days later on a sunday my truck started skipping bad and the check engine light came on. I pulled over and called a tow truck.my truck was towed to the Toyota dealer. They ran a diagnostic test and said Meineke had put the wrong spark plugs in my truck. Also they only replaced one valve cover instead of two. Meineke also did not put the (0 rings) in the gasket, which made the gasket leak oil. Toyota had to replace everything Meineke did not fix. It cost me over $1000. 00 dollars to fix my truck. I contacted Meineke about the problem and asked to refund my money, plus the cost to fix my truck. Have not heard a (damn thing from them). Stay the hell away from them.

Honestly Prodigy is ok. (better than I-Ready or Reflex Math) It isn't as good as some students make it seem though. It does baby us a little bit, and the whole story is literally just a joke. (I am not serious but still) Noot can be cute or annoying. Like Paimon from Genshin Impact, but kinda cheap. (I know Prodigy came out before Genshin btw) The whole thing is OK at teaching, but I prefer Mosaic (Scootpad) or just worksheets.

Loved the items I ordered from here (Jacket, a pair of jeans and a jumpsuit). Everything fit well except decided to get a bigger size in the jumpsuit -they offer free exchanges so that wasn't an issue. Biggest hassle I’ve ever dealt with. I used the app for about 2 months with no issues. In early October of 2021 the app updated their security measures. I noticed a bug on my app and contacted customer support. Upon contacting customer support I was informed that my account was locked for a “random security clearance” this communication was all done through the finicky chat box in the app itself. Due to the lock I was unable to move any of my funds anywhere. I missed out on profits. In the meantime the customer service had multiple requests of me to verify my identity which included multiple time stamped selfies. videos of verifications and Multiple resets of passwords and passcodes. A new two factor authentication and having to set up two entirely new email addresses to verify my identity. I am still waiting for the verdict,And i couldn't get my withdrawals and my funds were locked down. All for a “random” security clearance. I saw an ad of " Cypher tracer.com" . I used their services and i was about to get back my funds that has been held, Try them as well.

I just made my second whole house purchase of hardwood shutters, and true to my past experience they were professional, courteous, meticulous, patient and most of all knowledgeable! There is no doubt in my mind that the shutters will arrive just when promised and fit perfectly. As a buyer this time, I learned a couple of things I didn't know. In my opinion, a "hidden" tilt rod is the only way to go because who wants a rod running down the center of the viewing area? However, my math on the price per square foot did not match their calculations. When I questioned them about why the price was higher than the advertised price, I discovered that hidden tilt rods are 10% higher which was not the case on my previous purchase and there was no mention of that additional cost. Are they worth it? You bet, but just tell me about it. In my discussions with management, I strongly encouraged them to fully divulge that and not rely on the customer to see the dollar amount change when that tally box was not visible on my screen when I made the selection. On the positive side, I could not find anything on their website about the warranty on their shutters. After an online search, their warranty page appeared which is for 3 years! Based on my past experience with the product and their drive for perfection on every order, I highly doubt you will ever need it, but it is nice know they fully back them for that lengthy period. As the multitude of 5-star ratings document, you cannot go wrong with these fine folks and I recommend them and their shutters without reservation. You are going to love them!

I had ordered my shutters in mid June, expecting them in August, they didn't arrive until mid Sept. Unfortunately I was on an extended overseas trip and had difficulty arranging someone to receive them, I wouldn't return until Mid October.
