I must have contacted them through email at least half a dozen times about 2 iris bulbs that died next to 1 that survived. The first few times they did not respond. They finally did when I expressed my frustration, as their site states they will offer a refund for defective product. They kept telling me to send pictures of the dead ones. Each time I did, they claimed that I still needed to send them the photo. Finally, my email stated that my email service was unable to connect to theirs. They make it impossible to reach them. I couldn't find a phone number either. They are totally careless about their customers.

I'm been an avid gardener for years. I've had more than my share of horrible experiences with online nurseries. This company has restored my faith. Excellent quality, prompt shipment, very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend based on my experiences with them this year.

I think Hagen/Sinclair draws people with big payout offers, hundreds of dollars for each opportunity, just to pad the member base to appear more attractive to potential clients. If the clients read reviews, they should question how large the member base really is.

BEWARE! Sizing is ridiculous not UK aligned, they do not answer emails or DM messages, I wanted to exchange a pair of trousers and eventually after months of emailing “they don’t offer any return/exchange policy” how dare they rip customers off like this and continue to do so! The overall plants looked very well and healthy. But when I received the small jewelry sized box, I did feel a bit alarmed knowing there were two plants in there. After opening it I noticed they sent the plants bare roots with no pot or soil. My disappointment lay in the fact that it couldn't have cost much money for them to put them in a small pot with a bit of soil. It took over a week for me to get the product after they shipped it, so leaving the roots bare for that long is concerning. The cost for a tiny plant like this and then large shipping cost for something that weighed less that an emery board really disappointed me. I will continue to view their site just to get info on the plants but I strongly doubt I will ever order another product from them.

Only Cust Svc is 800 number call M-F, no email or additional address or anything. Claim they want you to be 100% satisfied. But, consumer complaint website shows over 200 complaints against them for overcharging, multiple charges for same order, product never rcvd, etc. If I want refund I have to pay to return the product, so either way I'm out $10. I was given a quote online for them to purchase my used, mint iPhone. I had the quote confirmed via email, and I shipped my item out. Once they had it in their hands, they sent me an email saying, that because of "low demand" for the item, they would give me $95 less than I was promised. Promised in writing, I might add. To make matters worse, I had decided to do business with them over two other companies offering a similar service at a similar (original) price, and both of those quotes obviously expired.

I wish I would have checked the reviews before purchasing this program. I was charged for a monthly subscription for an app that was never operational. I requested a refund and to discontinue the subscription. I noted that their app does not work, it crashes every time I attempted to open it and they simply stated that my subscription would be cancelled and no refund will be authorized. Very unethical practices! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM!@!

You are expected to buy a face and eye cream which cost an arm and a leg every month. That is ridiculous. If I did not contact them, they will continue to send me these products. What was funny was that the lady was saying it very politely. How best can we help you? Shall we reduce it to the next 3 months? I usually review companies before purchasing online but I was drawn to the great buy 3 get 3 free deal and jumped. I placed my order on Monday the 20th. I got nervous that this was a scam after I clicked order and it didn't bring me to a page to verify my order information. It then tried to get me to purchase other products. The print was really small to decline. It also added on insurance without permission. It was only $1.98 but they still should not have added it on without my acceptance. The order confirmation was very suspicious because it didn't have the company name anywhere in the email address or body of the email. After I received an email from my credit card company asking to verify suspicious activity I decided to research the company. When I saw all the negative reviews I thought for sure I wasn't going to receive my package and just threw $120 down the toilet. I checked my credit card to make sure I wasn't double charged. To my relief I was not. A couple days later I received a tracking number. After two days it still said the tracking number was not valid or the shipment had no activity yet. I called USPS to confirm if it was a valid tracking number. As I suspected it was too short. I called customer service to confirm the tracking number. At first the representative didn't answer my question. I was just told that it would take 5-10 days to receive and didn't ask if I needed anything else. I had to cut him off to say he didn't answer my question. I was told the same tracking number and that it was DHL and their system was showing it would arrive on the 27th. After I got off the phone I looked the tracking number up on DHL and it also said not a valid tracking number. I became even more fearful that I had been scammed. I received my package this morning, the 25th, and I was so relieved and glad I didn't read the reviews before ordering! Bottom line, the whole ordering process and customer service sucks and appears to be a scam but it's a great deal and reasonably fast shipping. You just need to be very careful and pay attention when ordering. I don't know if I'll order from them again but I feel more comfortable that it's not a scam now.

I bought about 12 sets to use instead of nail polish during the Covid 19 lockdown as my husband is home & can't tolerate nail polish fumes. The gloss strips come up at the edges of my nails, are difficult to smooth out and last maybe a day. I have written twice now to Dashing Diva and had no response. I even bought the recommended red therapy. The strips come loose just from scratching an itch or taking a shower and I end up trying to file them smooth but also file my nails. I wear gloves when doing house work as suggested. Basically they are garbage and to ask for help and not get an answer is shameful. I'm looking for another nail strip manufacturer.

I called to request a prescription of a medication suggested by the hospital and my PCP because I was unable to get in to see my PCP for 3 weeks. After giving the healthtap doctor the diagnosis given by the hospital, he wrote down a totally different diagnosis and refused to write a prescription because it was too soon to get one according to him. He said to come back next week to request another one. Why? Only to charge me again? That makes no sense. Don't use this service unless you want to be out a lot of money, while continuing to be sick.

They sell labels for finished clothing, quilts, etc. that are profane. That kind of language is seen all over the internet, please don't bring it into sewing. We used IVL for an international move, from the US to Europe. Everything left the US as it was supposed to, but when the shipment reached the destination country, we discovered that IVL's movers had made a mistake, and recorded us as having shipped 10x the number of items that we actually had. This mistake led to our possessions being held up in customs for over a month, and we were subsequently charged over $2000 extra in fees (holding fees, and the cost of our shipment being inspected) before we could take possession of our belongings. We immediately raised this issue with IVL, who admitted that they had made a mistake, and told us that they would look into our issue and get back to us. They never did. We contacted them repeatedly, and they did not respond to any more emails or phone calls.

They brokered my move out to another moving company, which was not my intention. They did not tell me that they were just hiring another mover to do my move until it was too late. My moving quote was inaccurate, as they would not send someone to do an estimate nor would they do a virtual estimate, so the move cost me much more than the original quote. After they picked up my items, the company they brokered out my move to (Safeway Movers) informed me there would be an additional $900 charge because they could not fit an 18 wheeler into my driveway. Most residences can't accommodate such a large truck, but they never mentioned this to me until it was too late. The movers did not follow some important instructions on moving day, and overall I was disappointed with the experience. I would not hire them again.

On October 6,2009 I ordered place cards holders for an event on October 24,2009. I received a email confirmation of the order, and my credit card was charged. After 2 weeks I had not received the order, so I called AND emailed several times over the course of a week, and NEVER received a response. Needless to say, I never received my order, and had to contact my bank to dispute the charges. In my event planning expereience, this is the WORST customer service EVER!

Everyone has seen how many people get scammed by online companies that fraudulently bill you for an amount you never authorized. You can call your credit card company AFTER they ripped you off and beg for your money back, but that often doesn't end well and you are at their mercy. What I do now is get a pre-paid credit card and then put only the amount of money I want into it and that way I am protected against future charges. I think things like this are going to be the way of the future as people begin to only use credit cards for everything. Great for kids too... you can't have those little suckers running around with unlimited spending...

Also make sure at least some business users access their workflow for an hour. If the application works without crashing then you can buy, but I can guarantee that it will not hold for so long. Most important, they use something called Appstudio and they tell you you can build your workflows on fly. If you believe and buy the tool your remaining life you will work on solving Appstudio problems than using MetricStream products. Another item, they showcase their applications very responsive and every page loads within 3-5 seconds. First check volume in the system and then ask them to show 5 seconds.

I'm aghast at the irresponsible and unprofessional manner in which ComplianceOnline (MetricStream’s subsidiary) is sending out spam solicitation mails. I have asked them innumerable times to stop sending me this junk. I think I have a basic right to expect at least this much from a company that operates across many countries (or so it claims). Looks like once they get access to an email id, they think they can keep sending unlimited number of mails, just like those cellphone talk time offers, no matter how many times you send them an unsubscribe request.

Signed up recently as an independent friend for rent but switched to managed a few days ago as a female companion and already been booked on 3 dates, I had to turn two down as I will be away then. The first booking was completed last night. It was super easy, just dinner and drinks in Guildford with a lovely and very shy gent. I found Daisy super helpful in prepping me for the date as I was a bit nervous being my first time doing this type of work but it was absolutely fine in the end. The BLUE DOT safe company is one of my personal TOP FIVE WORSE BUSINESSES I've ever had the misfortune of encountering! I was honey-potted by a well trained dishonest sales team, management, and shipping company - all in careful choreography to scam me. I paid extra for in-garage delivery of a 900lb safe. Immediately after they charged my card, they denied in-garage delivery stating they would drop off on the sidewalk in front of my house! When I showed them the receipt clearly explaining "in garage delivery", They said it was a mistake. When I explained I needed a full refund because there's no way I have the ability of transporting a 900 pound safe into my garage they said that was my problem. Total came to more than $1500. No safe was ever delivered and I had to go through an almost three month dispute between my bank, Bluedot, and their equally criminal shipping company SAIA. Bluedot tried to deny that I purchased "in garage deliver", and SAIA shipping tried to say they "attempted to deliver the safe". Thankfully at the time I purchased, the receipt said "in garage delivery" and there was a chain of texts and emails to both companies from the time of purchase to the FIFTH email requesting a full refund. Their lies and attempts to scam were very clear, and it was easy for the bank to rule in my favor, but unfortunately I just had to wait out the process which took almost three months. DO WHAT I DID NOT DO AND LEARN: look up google user reviews for Bluedot and SAIA - they are full of negative reviews! Totally awful company. It's amazing that so many employees can be trained to be dishonest. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. You might end up paying several hundred more, but it is TOTALLY WORTH IT.

It is super smooth and does not have any bad creases too. I use their liquid concealer to cover up some of my dark spots and dark circles as well. Stay clear from this brand. Colors online do not match. They do not have colors for medium toned skin and the online tool is highly inaccurate. No refunds when buying from their 3rd party vendors and customer service is not helpful at all and will string you along with multiple emails and not solve the issue. They do not stand behind their products. I refuse to support a company like this. Try burts bees or Bare Minerals --- much better products and service!

When I got the ukulele I was utterly disappointed that there was no padding in the case. And that the sound was horrible. I tried tuning and nothing worked. This is by far the worst. I would rather buy Wish. I'm disappointed in it. I've been playing for a couple of weeks on the ukulele and nothing changed. Please find away to make these better.

Our first visit here and totally satisfied. I had qualms after reading some reviews. I went because it's the only place covered under our insurance. I ask Jordan Hayes the HAS what has caused the negative reviews. Firstly, they had a lot of turnover in employees (before he came) then they had a stable staff and Covid hit. The store was closed, but Corporate didn't put that in a voice mail. Customers thought calls weren't answered. Well, shame on them! For the past year they're open. Jordan spent over 90 minutes between the testing, fitting of aids and explaining and insuring we knew all about the aids, how they work, trying them on. Professional, patient and has been a specialist for over 10 years. No pressure, no trying to upsell. The physical space is immaculate which to me speaks of how the rest of the pratice is handled as well. Please, consider more recent reviews in your choice for hearing aids.

I placed an order and their system changed the name of the item once in my cart, but I didn't not notice until the order confirmation email. Was told that there was nothing that could be done, not even reimbursement of shipping for their mistake since I will have to return the item. Customer service did not care in the least, wasn't even concerned their system was messed up. Told me no supervisor was available to speak to and did not know when they would be. Could not be an less helpful at remedying the situation.

They are thiefs. I notified them i wont be continueing to get setup with them couple weeks after i signed an IO (june 2020). They processed cancellation and STILL billed me $1000 with NO services rendered. I accepted that given i signed. But the sneaky thiefs decided not to tell me i had to cancel additonal licenses aswell, so 6 months latter im getting dinged on renewal. I did not use there service AT ALL. Any reasonable company would of refunded those rebills given the situation. but i guess they just like to steal as much as they can.

The last three orders I placed with Dermstore didn't ship. Every time I contact customer service I get a lengthy convoluted answer promising someone will call back and help process the order. Dermstore used to be legit but now they're running a serious scam. I've lost almost 300 dollars to them. In the future I'll just buy direct from retailers or I'll go to Sephora.

I have ordered 9 vinyl roller shades from this outfit. They are light-blocking and hunter green on one side and white on the other side. They are reminiscent of your grandmother's old window shades. My situation was complicated by the fact that I wanted to have the dark green facing outwards -- the white facing inward. This was accomplished by "waterfalling" the design -- then hanging them backwards. It worked. Their website and order form are both user friendly and the on site chat help speaks American English, which is always a plus. The shades are manufactured and delivered within the week and function perfectly. Also easy to install. If you like those old ring type shade pulls, they can be ordered through Zwick. I have no hesitation is rating Factory Direct Blinds with five stars.

I ordered a nearly $50 bathrobe for Christmas. This company rerouted my package back to themselves in China, and had a fake customer sign off on my behalf as having received my package already. I never received my product in USA. They stole from me, declared my product was issued to me, and closed the transaction as completed. I tried writing a negative review on their webpage for product, it was immediately removed. I've reported this claim to PayPal who is investigating. This isn't a company, it's a fraudulent money scheme.

Loved at first - but found out there is virtually no customer support - don't make my mistake! - www.RealtyDrive.com has hosted my real estate website for a couple of years and all was fine at first - mostly because I never had any reason to contact them. But as I noticed competitor's websites were offering new/better features (syndication, better photo upload/display, etc) I decided to contact them to suggest improvements. I then learned there is absolutely no live customer support and they seem to check email every 5 days or so. Even then, emails and web-form submissions went mostly unanswered. When I persisted, the reply to my suggestions was that "we aren't planning on those changes - maybe in a future release". After persisting further it became obvious that they really aren't planning on any future releases or service enhancements - they're just milking the existing program. Time was tight and the website still worked reasonably well for me so I stuck with them. However, recently my website and even theirs (www.realtydrive.com) has been down frequently - in the middle of the day. On the rare occasion when I get an email response from them (days later) about the outages it's always them saying they don't see any issues - they NEVER acknowledge an outage. Bottom line - I'm making the hard decision to invest time and $$ to move to a new website provider and build a new website. WHAT A PAIN! My opinion - DO NOT USE REALTYDRIVE.COM!

I've been buying TUK shoes for years and have never bought a shoe that didn't fit or wasn't what I expected. Was surprised to see so many negative reviews. Have never used their customer service but I guess I've just had luck. I have relatively large feet, in their shoes a W11, and when I order a pair I confidently know I'm getting a shoe that 1 - fits and 2 - is comfortable to wear. I ordered the, Full Body Suit Surgery Compression Garment. I had surgery and gained some weight, this compression garment is great for hiding those (not loved) love handles. The layers on this so strong it gives great hold and the lace on the thighs have a bit of grip which helps hold in place fabulously. Customer service was great, I had a problem with the size I ordered and I have to say, it was handled beautifully. I highly recommend not only this shaper but the company.

Item did not work one bulb was out. Initially I just wanted to exchange the product. The customer service agent couldn't find my order with the order number they provided, didn't know anything about the product, and tried to help me "trouble shoot" the item - but since she didn't know anything about it, kept putting me on hold presumably to ask how to help me. After 20 min of this I asked to return the item, and was put on hold again because the agent "didn't know how to do that". Spoke with the floor manager who said that billing would MAIL me a return label - I asked if he could email it, he said he'd put a note in there and maybe they could. I asked if I would be refunded for shipping, he said he didn't know. Not sure what's gonna happen next, but you can buy their products on Amazon, so you shoud.

Not only is the wiring defective (sparks and short circuits), but to add insult to injury, the customer technical support was not helpful and rude... The Sterishoe staff would not replace the wire, I had to purchase another wire and when I mailed the defective wire back to them it took forever and many phone calls for them to initiate a credit( I am still waiting as I write this review). This is a very BAD company. Stershoe does not stand behind their product and are not interested in doing the right thing for the customer.

This business is spot on, they answered every single email I sent to them (and I sent a lot, with questions, etc., etc.) I over paid, they refunded my money immediately. They were very helpful with the shipping process, and I received 3 healthy CB juvenile turtles. It was actually easier than purchasing at a pet store (Backwater has a HUGE selection of species) and way better than a reptile show were the reptiles are handled and ogled at by everyone, but no-one buys. Buyer beware, GenuniteKiaParts.com is not a real business and does not even maintain a functioning telephone number for any purchase related inquiries. There is no option to exchange parts or receive refunds. I received the wrong part sent from an affiliated party as this site only routes orders to other dealers, with no recourse for an exchange or refund, even upon return of the part. Emails are unanswered and the listed phone number does not work. Buy parts from a reputable site, not this one.

I had a good experience working with Terra Boost. Ryan Pike and Tyrome Merriweather both were responsive and very helpful. It took a little longer than 8 weeks to place the kiosk but the quality is outstanding so I give them 5 stars for making it happen. Will have to write another feedback on whether or not the marketing really works. I think it is a great opportunity to promote your brand.

I worked with Terraboost for some ads in a major retailer. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and followed through on what they said they were going to do. The design process was very easy. I chose to make my own artwork but I'm not a designer so their team was able to make suggestions on my design to make it more effective. I would certainly recommend Terraboost because it seems they really care about the success of my ad campaign.
