I ordered 2 orders and spent over $500! My first order was sent back and I never heard from them or got my refund. Before I realized I was not getting my refund or store credit I had to order another time and my items came incomplete. No one in the company answers phone calls of reply's back to emails. I strongly advise not ordering from here. Worse than China.

We ordered windows in August of 2021 and still don't have all the windows. You definitely should not order anything from this company. Windows that arrived had major defects that were very visible to the eye, which begs the question of why a company would knowingly send out defective products to customers that have paid and are waiting for their windows to complete a project. You'd think the company would put extra emphasis on the remaking of a defective window that missed its original delivery date by two months. I think the Washington State attorney general should be looking into a company with such poor quality products that not only can't deliver, but sends out windows with obvious damage with the intent and hope the customer who's in a bind with time will just accept a defective product, or hope a contractor will push it onto a client that doesn't know about the defective window. This company looks like its going out of business, and if I could push it the rest of the way out the door... I would. They've completely screwed our project. Never again with ply gem!

I am a builder and ordered Ply Gem windows for a house under construction. I have used this brand on many previous occasions. I ordered these through my local lumber yard, Apple Lumber last April. The windows were slow to arrive, due no doubt to Covid and also a huge surge in new residential construction. When they arrived they were delivered to the house address and I was one window short of what was ordered. I went to Apple Lumber to straighten out the problem. It appears that they had not properly checked the order upon receipt of the shipment and hadn't noticed a missing window. Apple contacted Ply Gem and was essentially told that the window had been shipped and signed for, so it was not their problem. They said they would send a new window as soon as they could. The missing window has delayed finishing the house. It seems that two mistakes were made. Ply Gem wrongly believed that they shipped the window and Apple Lumber wrongly assumed that the window was in the shipment they signed for. In frustration, I called Customer Service at Ply Gem and was told that I was not their customer, I was Apple's customer. I told them that I understood that, but was hoping to get the situation resolved sooner than later. I hinted that I might be reluctant to use Ply Gem in the future if I couldn't get a satisfactory resolution. The woman I was speaking to cheerily replied, "Okay!" and hung up. The windows I did receive are poorly fitted to their frames and leak air. They are also very difficult to close after using the tilt-sash to open and clean them. The twin to the horizontal window I have not received wouldn't close properly because of a plastic weld that I had to shave to make the window close squarely. I have been happy with Ply Gem products up to this point, but driving around Austin and seeing new apartment complexes going up with Ply Gem stickers in all the windows, makes me realize that the company is overworked and both their quality and service are suffering. Three months after receiving the windows I ordered, I have still not gotten that last one. The lesson I have learned is to use stock windows from the big box stores that I can buy off the shelf. I will not be ordering windows from Ply Gem again. According to their customer service, this is just fine with them.

My name is charles i also purchased helicopters from the company( thinkrc), the first helo was delivered, i was excited, out the box all was well, so i purchase a second, now i have 2 helicopters now, one open 1 still unopened, so i tried the first helo all went well, until time to charge the battery, the mikey mouse charger battery wouldnt work, i reported the problem to the company, their reply was "send back the complete helicopter"why i said, nothing wrong with the helo. I replied, but they held fast, send back the complete package with all the shipping material, they would not pay the freight,( they should have it was a new helicopter, beside on their website they claim they test every thing before they ship...) so i sent the complete helicopter with all the original packing, 2 week later, i get a email stating"we did not recieve the charger and adapter. ( i couldnt believe that at all, the problem i complain about you claim i didnt send it to you. What crap this was...) so we will have bill you for the part, This company also stated to me "they had a hard time find a charger to test the battery... at their location. On their website they were out of those products, so they couldnot return the helicopter i found out, but it was my fault they said. Parts were missing from the shippment.so now its call UPS to file a dispute and paper work,( this place thinkrc is a hassle) because of their defective product. This was my experience,, first time buyer,,,,,, The second helo was return, i was told by an agent for thinkrc the second helicopter also was damaged in shipping i call UPS again, they wanted to know what type of damage was done to the second helicopter. This time another agent said: the box is damaged not the helicopter"and now after hearing some untruths from the first agent i was told by the second "agent i would be hit with a 15% restocking fee..."with this company make sure you read the fine print before you buy ( return policy) because of their defective merchandise i had to go through these hassle... read read read their policies before you buy. With all the fees and return shippments i spent $ 95.00 and no helicopter,,,,, i hope this doesnt happen to you... IF IT LOOK TOO GOOD read read read before you buy from that site

Last xmas I purchased a 'Ready to Fly" storm 550. All i could get was the led status light to search for a gps... it never locked an the drone never unlocked. First they said 'well when it left here we got it to bind, you must have locked it 'somehow' All I did was follow the step by step instruction manual but to no avail. They ignored my countless email questions about transmitter tests until after Feb when they basically said 'we got your money, deal with it" I even purchased to what was a total replacement of all electronics on The quad... same story. Last time i tried to check it was july when the transmitter died. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, GO TO AMAZON or even EBAY but stay away from think rc!

I got my order from china in the midst of covid quicker than even a shipping notification from The Chivery. Not cool and this avid online shopper will probably never do business with you again. Just received my order of 6 t-shirts from The Chivery, what a disappointment. Another reviewer said these shirts are thin, and I agree; holding it up to a window I can see the trees and cars outside THROUGH the shirt! I wouldn't be comfortable wearing any of these without an undershirt. Graphic prints are poor quality and faded like a t-shirt that has been owned for years and washed dozens of times. I don't expect these to last more than a couple of washes; these shirts look like $5 thrift shop finds, not new $25 shirts. Shipping was also terrible for 2021: my order was not shipped until one week after it was placed. It took another week to arrive in Toronto, just a few hundred miles away (no, there were no delays at the border). Finally, I had to pay a COD charge for customs duties, which is the first time that's happened to me with an online order in 12 years.

There are a lot of companies and individuals that sell payment processing, and all of them seem to have the same line about how they can save me money over who I am currently using, blah, blah.. But we never bite. For us, it’s more about a relationship and service then saving a penny.. I was actually referred by a friend who has been using Netbilling for several years. They hooked us up with new equipment, cash drawers and kitchen printers for restaurant about a year ago. I must say, not only was the pricing better than what we were paying but we have developed great friendly relationship with the owner who frequents our restaurant, and our sales rep Danny. I can’t recommend Netbilling enough! With our shop, we do both online orders and in person orders. When COVID hit, and we had to pivot to do online/pickup orders, I figured I should shop rates and find a better setup/equipment for that. I didn’t realize how much we were paying before, but now that we’ve been with Netbilling for about 9 months I’m seeing a huge savings. For our online orders we have a much better rate and the fees are less. I think we’re saving around 20-30% from our last company. But for the in person processing we are now paying practically nothing with their cash discount program. On top of that, we got amazing new POS/register equipment that has made my admin tasks so much easier and faster. It manages my inventory, time & attendance for my employees, finances, and works with our website’s system. It’s also so much easier for everyone to use than our old register, we can train our new hires on the system in about an an hour. It's a shame because they have decent formulas but the customer service and packaging is terrible. I bought a mystery box from Gerards Cosmetics, it was my first time buying from them so I was pretty excited and looking forward to this mystery box. It was a med mystery box that costed around $50-70 (I can't remember exactly) and I know one of the products in the med box was the light up liquid lipstick, which was why I bought the med instead of the small box. It came in decent time but the light didn't work on the lipstick and the compact case that had a highlighter/blush in it broke and would not snap shut. I emailed the company and they asked me to send a pic of the lipstick to show the light wasn't working but said nothing about the compact. I sent pictures and they never responded. No new lipstick was sent, and I even offered shipping the broken products back, if they could ship out new ones. Now I understand how mystery boxes work, I buy them a lot, and I know generally there is no refunds but if the product's are broke that should be the exception, especially when the customer offers to send the items back. I may not like the shades they sent but I know that's part of buying a mystery box, you usually get the products no one wants to buy and that's true with Gerard Cosmetics. The mystery box had and orange lipstick, a purple one and a bright coral color, and then the highlighter was way too dark but I wasn't complaining about that, I just wanted my product's unbroken when I receive them. Anyways never got an email or response and never was sent any replacements after they stated they would with the lipstick. I won't buy from them again and I do not recommend the mystery boxes.

I ordered from Gerard cosmetics a couple of days ago and it was delivered pretty fast! The items I purchased were packed very well without any damages made to the products as well. Love the setting spray I got in two different fragrances which were the Rose and Jasmine Slay All Day spray. Really good products! Happy with my purchase

Bought four items from them, and only received three. Never got the shipping and tracking numbers until I asked them, because they are not shown in the receipt. I never received the long sleeve shirt from them, but they "Claim to have shipped it before my other items when on the online status said It one item was printed and the one I didn't receive in the mail with the others was shipped. A month went by and I was contacting the company and never got through. When I finally got in contact they told me it was shipped gave me the tracking number and I never received the item, I went to the post office to verify, and they told me the item was shipped and could not be found. I contact audiolife back and told the the situation, they still didn't refund me my money, and it has been 4 months, I ordered this in September it's December now. Awful customer service, I even spoke to a supervisor and he wasn't sure about anything, they kept telling me they will send me emails and never did for the confirmation of my refund, I don't like these guys, you shouldn't either - race.

I can only add my own really bad experience with this company. I purchased an mp3 album from their reverbnation site and never got working download link. However my credit card was of course instantly charged. When I contacted their support with complaint they first pretended they will solve it but then nothing happened. After waiting a month I sent them another urgency after which they deleted the page as well as my tickets and never answered again. Needless to say I got no refund. It was little money of course so not worth further trouble for me, but I will surely never buy anything ever from audiolife (or reverbnation) again.

Five months after our initial very expensive purchase of a light saber from starwarsgeneral.online, we are left with a product that didn't work properly from the moment it arrived, as in no sound. Follow up has been through email and slow, with this company changing its mind regularly on sending out a new light saber to replacement parts, with nothing ever arriving. I can only conclude that this website is a scam and will take your money but will not provide you with the product advertised that you choose to purchase. Avoid at all costs. Oh and another point to note when we were researching these light sabers, we made the conscious decision not to purchase from China, and as a result bought from here. Well low and behold our package arrived from Hong Kong where I could've bought the same product for a fraction of the price. So folks if you're thinking of buying a light saber by all means order from China, because at the very least you definitely have a better chance of getting the same light saber (working) with more money in your pocket, or if you experience what I've experienced with this company, well at least by buying from China you pocket wont loose as much as it could have had you bought of the website starwarsgeneral.online

We found this store after weeks of online searching, they have excellent ratings on Yelp, so we decided to drive to Hayward to pay them a visit . Package Nexus totally saved me from accidentally losing my package! Here’s the story I want to share: I ordered a bunch of computer parts since I wanted to build a gaming PC a few weeks back. Yesterday, I got a text that from Package Nexus that told me to go to Smart Parcel Lockers along with a unique pickup code AND a corresponding QR Code (talk about flexibility!). It also said that I can pick up my item anytime that I wanted since it was open 24/7. The process of picking up my items was very simple, which help me out since I just started with computers a while back. When I arrived with my son, I just scanned the barcode and the locker door opened. This is where I had a mini heart attack. My son accidentally closes the door before I could take my package! I was panicking since I thought that I don’t have access to my package anymore! Plus, there were no people around since it was around 11:00 pm. Fortunately for me, I just scanned the barcode again and it worked! The door opened and I was able to get my package, and son, safely. Package Nexus is a total lifesaver, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Reformation is known for being a sustainable, ethical, and an elegant brand. Having bought a dress from them myself, I can say with confidence that their clothes are high quality, true to size, and as far as I can see, sustainable. Due to these factors, their clothes are of course on the slightly more expensive side, but it is worth it if you're looking to get some long lasting pieces. The shipping took a while (10-15 days), most likely due to me ordering the dress around christmas, which is a chaotic time for shipping. The sizing only goes up to about 12 on dresses, and while there is variety on dresses and their patterns/colors, the actual styles of the dresses can be quite similar, usually differing in texture or cut a little bit. Reformation is definitely one of those brands where you just know that it's "the reformation dress" when you wear it or see it. The annoying thing is that the website will not only show the same dress in multiple colors on one tab, but it'll show the same dress multiple times in those different colors/patterns, which means that it's a bit more chaotic to shop for clothes if you don't have anything specific in mind to shop for. Also, different color or pattern options will cost more than others of the exact same dress, which doesn't really make sense. My overall experience though, was great, and even as an hourglass figure, I was able to fit into my usual size S (there are measurements for each garment on their website)

I love Reformation. They are sustainable, and also carry very cute clothing. As with most places that are better for the environment, they are a bit pricier than some places. That being said, I love how they always offer free shipping, exchanges, and returns, and also have great customer service. These things make them stand out from other similar shops and almost make me feel like spending a bit more can be justified. So far, their quality is great as well.

I use old HP LaserJet 1220 printers in my tax business. Toner cartridges cost about $100 at office supply stores. I have order remanufactured cartridges from other web sites that used inferior toner and the copies were light. I have ordered cartridges from Go4supply for three years now and they produce excellent copies and are long lasting. Their cost is less than $20 each.

Site says they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. That's a LIE when you contact them! You don't always buy to replace at the time of purchase but ahead of time of need. They worked at first but failed quite quick. See attached Poor Print Quality!

Ordered a few times from Massey's sense 2018. I used to love their items but now now things I've ordered are never the right size and I completely check my size chart in all countries. They always have an excuse. Items are always late even when they say shipped and send tracking number through FedEx. The day items supposed to come it turns into now pending for weeks on hand. I let customer service know how I felt and when I'm done paying off my bill I will permitly close this account

I gave them a bad review previously due to non communication. I ordered a part June 28th and after 3 weeks of no confirmation email i was getting skeptical of the site being a scam because you cant call them without getting a voicemail that was full, and also no return email. I met nice and helpful co-workers here who eventually became my friends. Too bad I can't stand to work here for longer because of the horrible management. They are not consistent in their implementation of company policies. They have preferential treatment towards certain employees, and if you aren't one of them, don't expect to have a good time at work. Management also does not provide any training. Managers also have no clear sense of direction for the company. Don't work here if you are looking for a meaningful job.

After spending 600 euros+ on a sound system which I am fairly happy with, I sent an email to support to confirm the mounting options for the speakers. 10 days later, still no response whatsoever.They are very good at sending automatic emails such as 'Thank you for your enquiry.Please expect our response within 48 hours. If you require immediate assistance, you may phone us or contact your retailer. We appreciate your patience and kind understanding.'Just do not expect anything else, story ends here apparently. I cannot imagine the mess it would be for a warranty claim. Anyway, this is the first and last product I purchase from this brand. If they cannot take 5 minutes to answer a simple email after a 600 euros purchase, I guess you better buy competitor products instead.Too bad, because the products are petty good, but this is how you lose customers.

They are very rude... never buy from them. I am a military member who got deployed when my order came in. Since I was deployed I was unable to check the fitting of the product I purchased. After I returned I went to get the product put on it didn't fit. I ask to return and Chris the owner was rude with no customer services skills. They are a big fraud... I have been using Nature Made - adult gummies for years... I loved them. Over the past few months I purchased two and the smell and taste was unbearable! When I reported this to them, it was like what did I do wrong to create this stink... I asked for them to contact me when they found out why this product had a god awful taste and smell, no response. Wrote to the company, and they only wanted to outline all the things I was doing wrong, without ever asking me if any of it was true. Very condescending, and not interested in listening to my concerns. They offered to replace just one of the three "quilts." I told them not to bother, as I'm done wasting my money. And one more thing, I grew about 5-6 others successfully, so at this point, I fully understood how to do it. I can also read and follow directions with the best of them.

I got the starter kit with bamboo frame with 3 seed quilts. I got super salad mix, energizing kale and hot wasabi mustard. My favorite thing about this is that it is organic and that means it is much healthier. It's been 10 days and I'm dancing my happy dance because the instructions I followed worked! In a few days, I'll be able to eat them too. They look super good and I can't wait to order more seeds from y'all

THIS SITE IS A SCAM. My print has just come back from The Andy Warhol Foundation marked unauthentic. When I emailed Phil Selway he just kept on giving me the same old bollocks. He even had gall to suggest that The Andy Warhol Foundation were wrong. Yeah right. I did a search for these people & guess what, others have had the same experience. How these people don't get caught I really don't know. Now I am receiving abusive emails. I have informed the West Hollywood police but I don't think they will do much unless other people complain to. Next stop FBI. I can't emphasis enough, always do you research, these people have completely ripped me off and it can easily happen to you. Keep safe out there.

The index itself was delivered quickly and worked well. However the premium bundle wasn't delivered at all. The index was supposed to come with a couple of games and Half Life Alyx along. I wrote their support, no answer. I write again 4 days later, automated answer. One week later only email I get is "we consider the transaction now fulfilled". Not even a phone number to call and no way of getting back my money. I hope I never have any hardware problems cause I'd have to go through the store to get my guarantee fulfilled but apparently there's only people working there when they can make a quick buck but vanish if you have any issues. What a ripoff, especially for that huge priceEdit: So as feared, it has happened, after a month talking with steam support directly they said they are going to send a replacement headset cause my current one is not working properly, so I write vr-store because they claim to help with support requests like these. And I get no answer. Literally not even a single email writing me back (and there's no phone number to call). Write them again to nudge them, but still nothing.Luckily for me personally I know someone who I can send the replacement to across the border (because steam doesn't send to Switzerland, hence why we need the help of the vr-store for these requests), but holy cow, if you personally don't have that, good buy 1500CHF because your headset doesn't work and the guy doesn't seem to care to ever respond to anything (not the first time this happened, that he either doesn't respond at all or just stops halfway through an email exchange).While technically not a scam (because I got the VR set), the whole support system (which is an important part of the price, since Index is notorious for breaking down and needing replacements) is non-existent which effectively makes getting any replacements impossible, thus making it a complete waste of money in the end.

I received a custom made black opal pendant in March 2021 (posted from California not Australia) and by Christmas that year I had about 1/3rd left of what was, in effect, just a very thin coat of 'opal' over a resin base. I showed it to a gemologist in London who appraised it and estimated that if perfect the pendant would retail at about 1/5th of what I was charged. Apparently - accordingly to AOD - the pendant must have been dropped or hit hard. As it had been around my neck since the day it arrived, I can say that neither of those happened. To be fair the company has offered to replace it for a bargain price - i.e. the full retail price my gemologist thought mine was originally worth! I shall not be taking them up on this nor dealing with them ever again and I would advise everyone else not to either. Avoid at all costs.
