Before I start a little research will inform you that Nine9 was first a company named One Source Talent. The reason behind the name change was a lawsuit and the company being court ordered to pay over $60 K in losses. Now that they are Nine9, they may have changed somethings about themselves but in the end it is still the same scam. It’s the classical bait and switch that prays on people just trying to get in the industry. If you clicked a ad on Facebook about being a extra on a Netflix movie and they messaged you run the other way. It’s just a bait and switch . They get you to sign up so they can fake market you and feed you more lies . You would be luck to get one casting call in an entire year. If the upfront costs doesn’t stop you then it will probably be the attitude from the underpaid staff. I’m still trying to find people that can say Nine9 helped them to further their career. I won’t because they aren’t there to help. They give you a spot on their website but you really do everything on your own. Just save your money there are plenty free websites that you can use to find open auditions . If you did give them your money I’m sorry but the chances of a return on that are slim to none. You would need several people to come together collectively to take them down just like One source talent. I’m working on creating a website for people who have had their money taken by these people without seeing any actual results so that maybe in a year or two we can also take them down and get your money back. Until that day comes STAY FAR AWAY ! If you have a loved one or a friend that brings this name up stop them . Don’t let them waste their hard earned money on this fake dream they are selling.For all you Employees that work for Nine9 I would watch your back because once people start to see the truth they wil retaliate and I can promise Nine9 And Justin Gray will not be there for you. They will probably just change names again and continue to scam. GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN !

It has an okay member base. And an outdated UI. If you live in a small town then you may have to stretch your search out by at least 100 miles. My real issue with this site is the billing. I got a 5 day trial from them for. 99 cents and I cancelled on the 4th day. I was STILL charged $53.85 and when I went to contact customer service about the issue it said I had a lot of mail. So I click on my messages and it prompts me to pay AGAIN! If you do not have a lot of money to spend on this site DO NOT give them your credit card information. You will be billed and then have no access to the features at times and be billed the full amount even after cancelling. I had contacted them three times during my four days for technical issues and then a fifth time to object the full charge to my bank. I am highly unsatisfied with the billing. I was looking for a sugar daddy so obviously I don't have money to spend like that. I am still waiting to see if they remove the charge. And if they do not, I better have the full access. Find another site that is easier to use and better with the billing and "trials"

Looks legit to me and don't really understand what everyone else is complaining about. I am not sure if I like it more than PayMeDaddy.com or WhatsYourPrice. Those are the two sites I've been using during the last years and I was pretty satisfied. But it looks like a good alternative.

There's no doubt that there's a ton of great content on Disney Plus literally something for all the family. Some major movies are missing, but that's down to region restrictions and laws in specific countries, so we can't fault Disney for that. The real problem comes with the actual player. On my TV (a recent Samsung SmartTV) the app is awful. Content stops to buffer every few seconds. Okay I don't have the fastest internet, only about 10Mb/s, but Netflix and Amazon Prime don't have these problems neither of them ever buffer. Disney is virtually unwatchable most of the time. Nothing takes you out of a movie like having the action stop-start-stop-start! It's not much better on other devices (I use iPads and MacBooks) either. My other main quibble is the interface. The main screen for selecting shows is hard to navigate and so, so slow... thumbnails take minutes to load. There's a button to "skip recaps", but there's no way I've been able to find to actually navigate to it. And another personal bugbear is subtitles they're only available in one language for most content. Netflix manages a dozen or more. I know all of these problems are fixable because Netflix has managed. They have a bigger catalogue, a way better interface, and no buffering or speed problems. But they also don't have Disney's shows. I'm keeping my Disney Plus subscription going for now because it's relatively low priced, and because I hope that the app will get better over time. If it worked properly, it would be great value.

The video quality is excellent, with several 4K movies available. It includes almost all Disney films, as well as Star Wars, Marvel, and Pixar. They haven't added much new material since its inception, at least not at the same rate as other streaming providers. I get it is less expensive than others, however, I wish there was more current original stuff. It's fantastic for kids.

Keybee is horrible. You get what you pay for. They don’t have anyone local to check on your property or check what kind of job the cleaners are doing. They do not screen guests if the guests are booking with no reviews on Airbnb or VRBO. They don’t charge enough of a cleaning fee so the cleaners they use don’t give a crap what kind of job they do so guests check in to a dirty home. Absolute crap of a company. Definitely would not recommend!!

To: corporate office I went to eat at my favorite restaurant, Hillstone (Houston's) at the corner of Kirby and west park in Houston tonight. I was very impressed with our waitress, Lisa. She asked if we would like to start with the Spinach Dip or the appetizers. She was very accomplished. I had the Hawaiian Rib Eye and it was excellent. The service was superb and Lisa was outstanding. Thank-you for another wonderful meal.

I took a risk and bought a multi-strand bracelet for $15. The bracelet has colored stones (purple and green) on chains of silver, they were all less than impressive. They must use great lighting when taking the photos for their website, because when I opened the box the chains' finish was dull, as were the stones: dull, dull, dull. But the worst part, I wore the bracelet twice and each time I wore it, it broke. I wrote to Baublebox about the problem and no one responded. Buyer Beware!

All I can say is buyer beware. My company spent over $2,000 with captain marketing. We did not generate any revenue as a result. In the first go-round with this service, the company spent 4 months building a linking campaign for our company that was not even close to being in the area of my target market. I was very specific with my target audience and this was ignored by Captain. After this initial campaign, Captain offered to lower its fee. For I paid this fee for an additional three months and never heard one word from the company. When I called today to ask for a refund, I was told that that was not possible. I was surprised to learn that despite my complete dissatisfaction with the service, I would be required to pay for the service for an additional month. I dealt with Dante James at extension 7006 today. I dealt with Nicolas Gandara in November. To my surprise, he is no longer with the company. Skip this one.

I'm a marketer and an adwords certified specialist. Last year I was super busy when Captain Marketing called me. They gave me a list of what they would do for me and setup a backend for me to monitor what they were doing... just $300 a month. I thought that would be great to have a company doing some of the menial tasks I dread, and contracted them to actually do my wifes business site. THANK GOD I didn't hand them the keys to a clients site! From the 12 point list they and I signed, after 4 months they did ONE thing. On the site I added a php date code for the copyright, and they posted to the backend that they had done that OMG! They didn't answer any of the dozen emails I sent them. Their excuse was that my account manager had dropped the ball and, after firing him (yea right!) they were ready to start on my work... 5 months and $1500 later. I paid with AMEX, and when I filed for a chargeback, all of a sudden they were trying to give me free work and they started answering emails. In the meantime, while stretching things out, they sent AMEX fraudulent documents claiming they had done everything they contracted, and even though I sent AMEX the email trails with them admitting they did no such thing, AMEX sided with them and said I'd have to take them to court. When I tried to post the story on RipOffReport, I got an email from a supposed staffer who said this can; t be because they are a great company. NO, they pay RipOffReport so they are protected. Take it from a whitehat marketer, these guys are theives! I'll be happy to make all of the documents public if they want to challenge me.

I purchased a pair of jeans that in my opinion are defective. They do not keep their shape, the seams are weak and came unraveled the first time I wore them, and they did not go back to their shape after washing per the care instructions. I purchased them from a reputable luxury retailer. Since I did not purchase directly from J Brand their customer service will not replace the jeans so now I have a $300 chunk of cheap denim that I wore less than ten times. That's $30+ per wear. I will not be purchasing J Brand in the future.

Horrible experience! The jeans sent to me were in the wrong size - I ordered them in size 26 but J Brand sent me a pair in size 28. When I contacted their Customer Service regarding a refund, I was told that I had to pay over US$40 for the return shipping (from Hong Kong to the US). Given that I did nothing wrong and it was their fault, I just want you guys to know about their horrible customer service!

Facetory is great about having money saving promotions such as Masking Monday and Friday Faves, deep discounts every week that help me afford the skincare I am so interested in trying. While those deals may eventually sell out over the week, the site never crashes, or locks me out and there are always new deals next week. They have also been introducing their own sheetmasks, and skincare products that are all really well done. I've always received my orders promptly and everything they sell has been thoughtfully curated, so I've never been disappointed with anything I ordered, or anything in my subscription boxes from them (I've tried all their subscription options, but currently get the quarterly lux box, my favorite subscription box!). They always have the newest stuff and have fantastic customer service, plus their rewards system is generous and easy to use, with benefits that I really want, such as significant money off my orders. It's a great company and the only negative I can think of is that when sheet masks sell out, there is no way to know when, or if, a product will be restocked.

If I could choose 4.5 stars, that would be the better experience rating. The ordered items arrived sooner than expected, however, in one case I had ordered the wrong ink. The return was relatively simple but the funds did not appear on the statement. Apparently you have to be on the correct "order" for the notes that the customer service representative wrote them on. It took talking to a supervisor to figure that out. The item had been returned to them and they had not contacted me at all to tell me. Three weeks later, I contacted them. I am not super happy about this process but the inks work great.

Due to a stubborn skin infection I was prescribed four rounds of antibiotics. Midway through the treatment I received an email from Dr Gundry about his pre/pro-biotic formula. It sounded amazing, so I ordered a three month supply. I'm almost finished with the first bottle, and it seems to have helped my digestive system recover from the antibiotic onslaught. However, I was extremely hopeful that I would experience the energy and vitality boost that was indicated as well. Unfortunately, I haven't felt any change in that area yet, but I will complete the three month trial before passing final judgment.

Only started about a week ago, so no long term results to report. Good bowel movements began at about day 2, but on day 5 I had diarrhea and cut back to 2 capsules per day rather than the recommended 4. So far it looks like I'm back to normal movements. There are probiotics included in a multivitamin I am taking, so maybe the combination with 4 BioComplete is just too much. We'll see how it goes with just 2 BioComplete and I may gradually increase to 3 and then to the recommended 4.

This fraud company. Charging people for extra they never signed up for. Bullying into having more "free" subscriptions instead of a refund for issue after issue, then they play the victim card and use all the threats, which the Grammer and punctuation is terrible. They are located outside of the US. Reviews say it all. They will give a refund once saying you will go to bank, yet then become unprofessional and bully you to even getting the refund and say X, Y and Z of things to make you feel Guilty and that you shouldn't have due to T&C, yet if a service isn't working correctly or isn't to satisfaction they should. Say they are legit, but then again, for porn subscription sites linked to their billing, no surprised they are a so called company that operates the way they do. Also expect future charges which they take out randomly, if you don't cancel the card. Still charge you After they say the have canceled. I done a bit of research to found a quality speaker and came across the zip on sale at John Lewis, when I brought it home and set it up I thought it looks great and easy it set up, the sound was great and I was amazed but the sound quality coming from this small wireless speaker. Highly recommend, I will be buying a second to link them together

I had same problem twice with the speaker - stopped working after firmware update. Had to sent to for repair to Libratone. To be fair it was repaired both times however: *Last time it took over month to get it back*Lack of information provided by customer services *I have provided proof of purchase on the point of logging this with support center, then gave hard copy with the speaker itself and was asked to provide one more time again after speaker was received in Libratone*My original speaker box was lost and speaker arrived back without any prior notification for Libratone in insufficient packaging * When i requested by original box back i was asked twice why i needed back? Did my research before i bought this speaker and it seems as a good choice, now i know there are better, more reliable wirelesses speakers you can go for.

Ordered 1 jacket in 2 sizes. ($3,000) The size I wanted was not available. A week or so after my order they contacted me and said they had my size. I ordered that as well. Sent the 2 original ones back as the size received in 2nd order fit best. They then said that I was a couple of days late past their refund policy. Asked them to refund as very long term customer, large amount, waited for other size to arrive and critically ill dog and needed the refund. I begged, asked, pleaded. Only form response. Called several times and only reached voice mail. LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, AND ONLY WANT YOU MONEY. I tried to ask for clarify on which part of the dress was damaged as I had returned it because it wasn't the right fit and the person was rude to me.

If I could give no stars I would. This has to be one of the worst transactions I have made on the internet. I hope someone finds this page on time and actually sees the real reviews between all the greenery. I bought a domain name got my private practice and tried to get it set up with my host. The host was having a horrible time trying to troubleshoot. I worked with an independent contractor who buys and sells domain names and he even said that what was happening to my account is wrong. That it shouldn't have taken days to take my domain name off the market (IT STILL WAS UP THERE) especially since my card was charged right away and under "my" ownership. I emailed once and when they replied with the same cookie-cutter response I lost it. I read all their agreements. The domain name I know is a loss, but this was ridiculous. ONLY a law enforcement number is provided... how does that even work. I guess let's test it out! No domain name is worth having to go through that nightmare.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------UPDATED!!! On Oct 22, The CEO Nick Roskam reached out personally to assist me with my difficult situation via email. He was able to solve the issue by lifting the lock on the domain to transfer out. They are good with their pricing. Probably the cheapest option there but that do not justify their horrible customer care. They only seem to respond via email and that too is taking me 2 days+ to address the issue. I hope they fix it and I'll come back here again to update my review, if they do.Edit: They were able to fix my issue just after few hours of writing this review. So, I added one more start.

I decided to buy a few face masks from Nikkilipstick back in August. I knew shipping would take a bit because of Covid, but she said that orders with masks would be prioritized, so I figured I'd get them in early October at the very latest. Around the middle of October I got concerned, because my order hadn't even shipped. Every time I reached out to her via her support email, I got no response. Eventually, I contacted her on Instagram and she promised the order would ship that week. Two weeks passed, still nothing. I filed a dispute with Paypal, and she made the shipping label. Ten days after that, still nothing. I had to escalate the dispute to finally get word that my package had shipped. This was late november. If she had been taking a break from the store, I would have understood, but she was constantly on social media and was even releasing new products! She never apologized for the delay or offered any explanation for what was taking so long. I'm giving two stars because I did end up getting my products and the quality is pretty good (Though the masks didn't have a pocket for a filter, which is a little annoying since I payed nearly ten dollars for each mask), but until she improves her customer service I will not be making another purchase.

Dermalogica has some of the best non Kbeauty skincare products I've used! They are on the higher end of the price point but definitely worth it! The products are generally clean, cruelty free, and made from many natural ingredients. Most importantly they are effective! I highly recommend them. The repair guy arrived, he looked briefly at the ice maker, seemed not to know what he was looking at, said he'd have to talk to the tech department, then looked at the beverage center which was making a noise, mumbled something about the compressor, and left after I paid him 85$ and assuring me he'd call back. I waited a week, no call. At this point I really don't want him back since I have zero confidence he has any idea how to fix the ice maker.

My Order No. 1100290 was for two camis totaling $154.57. One cami was the Original Demiette Black and the other one was the Ultimate Demiette Black. I do not wear them every day and when I do wear them, I switch them out. The Original Demiette fell apart in 2.5 months. It has frayed and pulled apart at the seams and the elastic has come apart. There are pieces of rubber-like material dangling from it when I wear it tickling my tummy. The Original Demiette I purchased two years prior never fell apart and I still have it and use it. I wrote to the company and told them I got a defective Demiette and to please send a replacement, and they told me they only guarantee their merchandise for 30 days and therefore they would not help me. They told me to go pound sand. Their products are OVERPRICED as anyone with eyeballs can see, but I never mind spending a little more for a quality product. But now that I know their products are LOW QUALITY and they only care about money, I will never shop with them again. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I will never purchase anything from them again, nor will I promote them to others. And any time I have the opportunity to dissuade someone from buying one of their products, I certainly will. My suggestion to anyone reading this is: Run! Save your hard-earned money and run away from this company.

I bought some of their items from one of their independent sellers and to say I was unhappy is a understatement. Not even a month into my purchase I had holes in the seams. At this time I had worn it maybe twice. I contacted the lady and she said it looked like my finger went through it. I said really lady? Can you not see it's a hole in the seam? In our team we needed a software like this so we could spend less time searching for influencers on social media manually. The free trial is quite limited so we can test the platform first before paying for any plan, so a slight recommendation for the team. But it is true that it is very easy to use and has the necessary features for influencer search. Also, they have recently made quite a few changes to the platform and I like them considerably. The addition of Twitch is a plus.

The product is good quality but do not purchase direct. Use a third party like Amazon. Customer Service is disgraceful! Duplicate billing issues, on hold for 1 hour trying to reach customer service (twice) only to end with dropped calls, If you can't handle the DTC eCommerce business leave it to the professionals and pay them the margin.

My wife ordered a pair of sandals from Teodera.com. The product that arrived was of inferior quality and construction. Clearly knock-offs of a popular brand. My wife immediately contacted the company through the Teodera.com website to initiate a return request. Even though their website claims to offer a "30 day No-Hassle refund policy," that is simply not our experience. Through a series of back-and-forth communications, the company refused to offer a return authorization. Instead they offered a "store credit", first for $5 and finally escalating to $15. But as others have stated, that would require an additional purchase from Teodera.com. This is clearly a China-based company that has no interest in developing repeat customers in the U.S. I ultimately contacted our credit card company to file a complaint, and our charge to Teodera.com was immediately reversed. Not sure if that meant that the bank went after Teodera.com for the refund, or if the bankcard simply ate the charge to keep us satisfied. The Teodera.com return policy reads as follow: "If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement one". Refunds We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30 day No-Hassle refund policy. If you're unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back and we'll refund your money immediately". In our experience, this refund policy doesn't exist.

I bought a beautiful blue Moby Wrap that I absolutely loved! My son was kept close while I was able to do just about anything. It took a little while to get used to wrapping myself up (since the fabric is so long) and getting baby in, but once I did I was able to get it on securely very quickly. That wrap has been gifted and regifted multiple times now and is still in great shape!

I sign up with them and they sent me a 4G phone, it would not work properly or hold a charge. I called them about it and they sent me a replacement 3G phone that was smaller and it did not work with any apps I was already trying to use and IT WOULD NOT HOLD A CHARGE EITHER! Called them again and was told " It looks like we already sent you a phone so your only other option is to go to our website and buy one of our phones". I looked on the site while I was talking to the companies agent and seen that all the replacements cost $99 & up! So let's see, they send you phones that do not work, so you have to buy one of theirs. SOUNDS LIKE SCAM! Has this happened to anyone else?

I went with assurance wireless and tried porting my old number over everyone kept getting previous number as text but calls would be ported number. Best choice for all don't change numbers on theses phones. I am changing to Access wireless hope they don't make me wait 60 days because don't want to wait another 30 with lame assurance wireless

The response time was roughly 12 hours to maybe a day, which is faster than almost every other place I've emailed about their products. Upon receiving the purchased items, I was NOT disappointed. I bought this quilt for my almost 3 yr. Old grandson. He loves bulldozers, tow trucks, tractors, and all things that are heavy equipment. He absolutely loves it! He has it on his bed, but he will also carry it around the house with him. I found it to be exactly what I ordered. Since a toddler drags it around, it was important to be washable. It does well in the washer and dryer. Great product!

UBuiltIt attempted to scam me. Promised all of the usual customer service, support, expertise, etc. I quickly found out the Dallas rep was a crook and was running multiple scam companies in Texas. The owner of Ubuildit franchise in Oklahoma is also a crook. Lengthy criminal record and history of lawsuits for scamming people in various businesses. Hundreds of negative reviews online. Dozens of lawsuits around the country. Do yourself a favor and avoid UBuildIt. I filed a complaint with the State of Texas and with American Express. While UBuildIt refused to refund me, American Express did and wiped out UBuildit's account.

After reading reviews online that made the management look very bad, I emailed the owner himself and had a very pleasant conversation, and with minimal response time. I had to wait about a month from the point I ordered my product, but who can have a problem with the wait time with the prices that superpiece offers? My product came with no damage, straight from India, sketchy package and all, and said it was a candle :) I look forward to shopping there again.
