I took my daughter to Dairy Queen in Silverdale WA. Ridge top Blv. 01/28/2019 The reception we received upon entering was non existent. We actually walked up to the counter where a employee was standing doing some kind of paperwork. She did not notice us at all. I finally stated to my daughter that we would go somewhere that we would be appreciated us as paying customers and have some kind of customer service. She did not even look up. I went to the Dairy Queen website and ordered a birthday cake. I was emailed a specific, priorly agreed upon time to pick up the cake--two days later at 2:00 PM. I showed up on that day, and they said they had not received my order. Not only that, they couldn't make the pretty cake for me that was pictured on their site. Too many companies these days take online orders and then "pretend" they didn't receive the order. They they look at you, like, "Why were you stupid enough to order from us online instead of in person?" (They don't really say that, but you can tell they're thinking it.)

Highly recommend Kickboxing. Its a great full body work out! All the instructors are so helpful and encouraging. The member are also nice and friendly, it's like a big family! I contacted Techespresso to exchange a screen unit from my Macbook Pro. They guaranteed it could be done in under an hour, and it would be a matter of disassembling the defective one and putting another one in place. They sent two technicians who were literally following instructions from a manual on how to take the screen off. They tried for two hours with no success. When they finally did it, forcing things up a bit and replaced it with a new one, they realized it was the wrong color (they brought a regular grey, and my model was space grey). By installing a different screen unit, they ended up messing up with the notebook's logic board. A 600 dollars screen replacement ended up in having to buy a new computer. As talking to them on the phone (they have no office), they could not care less. Bottom line: they don't know what they are doing. Calgary has better professionals to take care of your mac.

Do not use this company, its a scam. I am a senior and had pre-paid for snow removal for the winter. They have failed to show up for the past two snowfalls. I URGE the rest of the people on here to file a complaint with the Better Business Burea and a complaint to the Calgary Police as this is considered fraud. I have attempted to contact them with no response to emails, texts or calls regarding receiving a refund back. I will also be contacting Global News and CTV news as I am sure they would be interested in a scam regarding a senior - shame on these people. Rented a truck for CDL test on my last day of license permit, got the truck 3 hours before the test time, noticed that the back up alarm buzzer wasn't working but lights were so i went along, one hour before the test the back up lights went off on me, since i was only 10 minutes alway, i went back to the Ryder rental location in Glen Burnie Maryland, so they could fix it, wel not only they couldn't fix it on it, but the mecanic was acting really slow even though i explained my situation and that i was in a awful harry for my appointment, and in the top of everything the lady on the front desk was really rude saying that she could not create another truck for me. Lost my day, lost time and money, really disappointing. Big fat bad review

Ive recently bought three from Ryder location oakville. This is my worst experience ever. All three truck purchase a month apart commencing June 2021. None of the unit were last more than a week on the road after purchase. I just bought 2012 M2 few days ago just to find out the transmission failed on me, the truck is being stuck in reverse with check transmission engine came on. My other two units were down aswell with-in the first few days of purchase with BRAKES, DPR/DEF problems. All unit are covered under the 30 days warranty which they've fixed the issues, truck sit in the shop over a week causing me to lost one of my biggest contract. I was forced to get get a ryder rental cost me $1700 weekly for over a month with no compensation. I will never recommend or buy another unit from ryder ever again. Warranty and customer service is very poor.

POD YOU BLIND not worth the convenience/ inconvenience. My husband and I thought it would have been A better idea to use Pods because we were moving from one county to another in Southern CA in-between we were forced to leave it in their Storage for 3 months due to job transfers in the end I ended up transferring again to a different county still within Southern CA and had to pay an addition transfer fee The POD was 8ft x 16ft so it cost $564 to drop off container and pick up then another $264.59 each month we kept it in their Storage (location undisclosed) we believe Riverside and then requested them to drop it off when we had a residence to live. They then Charge us $646.00 for transfer fees too the new County within Southern CA then an additional $268 for incidentals Charge's which they never explained plus another $264.59 for entire monthly fee when it was only 5 days into the month They do not PRO RATE monthly fees if they drop off the pod on the 5th of the month and pick up 1 day later of that same month they still charge you for a full 30 days rental fee All in all for 4 months over $2500 just to pick up drop off within 70 miles of our original location and Storage. PODing us BLIND., Do not use PODs they are a rip-off I might add their customer service is very rude And they tell you if you don't like it they will keep your belongings...

Made arrangements with PODS to move from Ohio to Colorado. I have been in Colorado for three weeks to find a job and an apartment. Called to make arrangements for delivery only to be told that the container was still in Ohio and that I should have called them to let them know I wanted the container moved. WHAT?! So I made the arrangements, paid them the money and then I should have called them to tell to move the container?! Are you serious?! Do I need to drive the truck for them too? Now it's going to cost me nearly an extra $1800 to stay at a hotel because they can't get my container to me until two weeks later all due to their incompetence and idiocy. Absolutely inexcusable.

keep getting call and msg I keep getting call and msg from Metcredit. They were looking for a person that i don't know. I called back the numbers left by Metcredit and it told me to call another number which it will cost 4.99 (thats wat i heard) Always make sure to check the system and take it seriously and verify customers identity of yours. This way it can avoid some misunderstanding.

I highly recommend Moving Team. In September 2015 we use that company to move household items from a secondary residence to our main residence. They discussed our needs in advance, clearly laid out the costs, estimated timing and policies, and followed through on the plan. On moving day the two men who were serving us arrived on time, and proceeded to move all of our items efficiently and very carefully, displaying expertise and experience as they worked. Both were extremely polite and business-like. Any disassembling and assembling was done quickly and skilfully. We complicated the move somewhat by adding a couple of extra drop-off points, which we did indicate in advance, and this work was accepted by them and completed to our liking. There were no negative surprises whatsoever. The day was a great success. I will go back to Moving Team for any future moving needs. There is no reason to consider any other company

At the time I am writing this it is too easy to make a fake account and write fake reviews on google business listings. I have negative defamatory fake reviews for my company. As far as I can tell they violate google's own policies but there is no way to remove them because they didn't write anything. Its just stars. On the other hand I know of competitors who boast about having fake reviews of the same nature but positive ones they have made. This is the issue. Google needs to create a minimum text requirement of at least a couple sentences to help remove fake reviews. This would make reviews, both positive and negative, easier to flag.

I've written countless emails to Google Business support and I've been sent the same email reply each time. At first I thought it was a bot replying, but there were variations in phrases and names and I eventually concluded - after a dozen emails - that the people working at Google Business don't speak English as a first language. My questions were continually ignored. Even making a complaint was met with the same email response. Shocking service from a company whose profits are obscene.

I am a former direct energy rep. I used to work for a company called Trust Energy selling Direct energy in Calgary. I was told by the trainer and supervisor, Robin and Matt to hide the truth from the customers. I was asked to to fake the electricity and gas price to elderly people and newly landed immigrants as they are not aware of the energy market. The price is not fixed and it will go up in two months. They lock you in a contract and you if you wish to opt out later it's costs to you $4000 to get out of the contract and eventually messing up your credit. I quit the job because I couldn't lie to the customers anymore. Avoid this company like plague. They lock you on a contract at a higher price. They provide you free electricity and gas for two months and then triple the price for the next five years. Wish I never worked here as this company has a bad name and the trainers and supervisors asked me to lie and hide the truth.

I had an agent from this company come to my house and lie saying she worked to DTE energy. She said there was an issue with my bill and she had to see it, that the whole area was affected. She proceeded too tell me that she could fix it but needed my information, including my social security number. A verification line (third party) called and she whispered to me to tell them she wasn't in my house anymore, asking me to lie on her behalf. Telling me to lie and say yes to all the questions asked of me. There were five. I did not let her fool me, but this company is fraudulent and abhorrent. Beware! Beware! If this is how their agents act- you do NOT want to be associated with them.

I ordered a Lower rack unit for my Whirlpool dishwasher online with Amre Supply on March 15 2021, and paid for it by credit card, and I specified that I would pick up the part at the local Amre Supply store. I followed up with Amre 2 weeks later, and the employee who answered said that the part was still sitting in the warehouse , and , because it was an online order with customer pickup, the part WOULD NOT be shipped until the customer called in to the local store. But nothing was ever said about this policy on their website. STRIKE ONE!! The employee then sent a "Transfer slip" to their Mississauga warehouse which had 3 of the units to ship the part to Edmonton. This was supposedly done on March 27th (2 weeks after my online order). And I was informed that it was shipped on March 30, with an Estimated Time of Arrival on April 20th. I called again on April 20 to find out where the part was. I got the ROYAL RUN AROUND!!. The part was not at the Edmonton warehouse. There was no tracking number for locating it. I called again on April 26. Where is the part? The representative gave me a bunch of conflicting BS information...she said the part wouldn't be shipped from Mississauga until there was a transfer fee of $12.75 paid by the customer before it could be shipped.. Then she checked and said "Yes, there was a transfer slip made out on March 27 by K....ina.." When I asked her to track where the part was on the route from Mississauga to Edmonton, she did not have a clue, since there was no tracking number. She didn't even know if the part had even been shipped. I called again on April 27. New representative..same old "Nobody knows anything". This is the most infuriating and lousy system I have ever encountered for ordering anything on line. I've asked for a refund, and she told me it was going to take about two weeks before I would see my refund. Knowing first hand how decrepit and incompetent their system is , for nobody knowing anything about a simple order, I won't hold my breath. But I will keep calling them every day until I get my full refund back.

So, my fridge was having trouble. The Amre website declares the part I needed is 'in stock' - great! Oh, they meant in their stores that are in a different province. Okay, I'll order it, website says shipping from their stores is 5-7 days, bit long to be without a fridge but I can manage. Okay, paid, and done. I confirm with their assistant chat function that shipping is 5-7 days. Hmm, the receipt I received has the word 'backorder' on it ... Surely that must be wrong? 7 business days go by. I call to see if there is any update. "Ah, well the part is on backorder and will be 4-6 weeks!". Are you f***ing kidding me? Blatantly mislead me to think it'll be here soon (I looked again, it's still very clear about it's claims), to get my money? Amre is a great store in person, but I will never, never use their online site again, and I will begin checking with their competitors before visiting in store as well. Not only unethical but fully stupid as well - did they think I wouldn't notice when my part was 4 weeks late? Shameful.

Giant tiger on pembina has one rack with plain colours tank tops. On the rack it was labeled 3 for $9. Once I waited in the cashier line (which took too long as they did not have the staff for more than 2 cash registers) my product didn't scan right so I corrected the cashier. They paged someone who never came. Then they went to get someone for that person to tell me the short tanks are on sale not the long tanks… they must have been mixed together as I only saw the one rack with the sign that said 3 for $9. Couldn't afford that so I left without my product. And waisted my entire lunch hour… very disappointed with false advertising and their lack of resolving their error.

I ordered a set of pots and pans nov 28 they debited my credit card right away. Product didn't arrive on time in fact as of today Jan7 it still hasn't arrived. I will never shop at this store again as they dont respond to email replies. Now I am out $80. Have no pots and pans wonder how many other people fell for this. Next step for me is the BBB since they don't have customer service that responds.

I realize that these are difficult times but a month ago I placed an order for curb-side pick up at our local store. Half of the order arrived a week later, as expected. Haven't seen the rest of the order and it has now been a month. Efforts to reach anyone either by phone or email have been impossible. The longest I sat on hold on the phone was 20 minutes and I finally had to hang up due to the crap music I was forced to listen to. I emailed and was told that these are unprecedented times and everything is delayed. I get that, but for the love of god, you need a better system in place to at least let people know what is going on with their order. Won't be shopping here any time soon.

Ordered a firearm from them and came damaged. From the get go they started with: well look at the damages but all firearms are final sale. As if they were preparing me for dissatisfaction. They are rude, not accommodating and made me a ridiculous discount offer in order to NOT exchange my product. Absolute nonsense. How does a company not exchange a product that came shipped to the client damaged. A real joke! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! Truly disappointed to see a Canadian company function like this!

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF! My son signed up for a membership in February right before covid hit and they were charging me a monthly service fee of $19.95 and then even an annual maintenance fee of $ 49.00 throughout the time period when they were closed for Covid-19. Every time I called to cancel the membership the gym was closed and unable to be contacted. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Poor customer service as they would not refund me my money.

If you aren't able to go into YOUR facility in PERSON, canceling requires CERTIFIED RETURN RECEIPT with a tracking number ($9 Post Office fee) AND THEN Crunch will STILL charge you and act like they never got it and make you produce the PROOF (assuming you didn't throw it away thinking it was handled) which will require more phone calls (mine took two more, since staff #1 didn't care and blew me off). I had thankfully kept my post office receipt showing that Crunch indeed did receive my handwritten cancel request because they were going to make me write another one and go to the post office again and pay another $9 to repeat the process but I happen to have a scanner and was able to prove it. RIDICULOUSNESS - a gym membership is this difficult and they've since charged me $12.95 TWICE ($26). I don't recommend this company, they have unethical business practices that not only inconvenience you, but also they don't treat you with respect when it's time to cancel. I am taking the time out of my busy schedule to write this review because I hope it helps at least one person to choose a gym that treats people with decency, even/especially when canceling. I ordered for the first time online at La Senza and it was a horrible experience. Their customer service is awful, asking the same questions over and over, not listening, or following through on what they say. I have dealt with this issue for 3 weeks and it has never been resolved. I am an avid purchaser from L Brand's companies, and decided to give this one a try. I ordered online after reviewing their return policy. I got the items I ordered and none of them fit correctly. I went to the store to return, to which online it says the store will give you a free shipping label to send back or merchandise credit, and the store said they could only give me a coupon for free shipping to return the item. After confirming multiple times that this coupon was for the return and not a new order, I find that there is no spot for a coupon when processing returns. I called, the customer service rep told me that she would send me a label by the days end. Did not. I called again, new rep told me the same thing. No label. Called again, told me a supervisor would email me a label in 5 minutes. 3 hours later I get an email stating I cannot get the label because I live in the US and not Canada. I called for a supervisor, they said they would call me back in 24-48 hours, 5 days later, still no call. I told all of these reps my name, order number, and where I lived at the beginning of each call, and yet they claimed they did not know I was in the U.S. They did not listen, they did not follow through, and I still have not been contacted by a supervisor. I will never shop here again, what a horrible experience.

Falix Nodes itself is fine the hosting is decent, but it always says "An error had occured while logging you in, please contact support." The server itself lags and the server always crashes. I get only 50 fps with my fps on max and I am using a very good computer. Overall my time with falixnodes sucks.

Falixnodes, A free hosting company. I was all ears from hearing this from a friend. "Free" is cool. But most of the time, it sucks. This is no exception. Falix has numerous problems. Want more RAM? Join a billion discord servers! Want more CPU cores? Refer people, or join a TRILLION discord servers. Not only that, but when purchasing a CPU core, it made absolutely no difference to the performance. Usage went from 87/100 to 133/200 (100/core). And it had one player online, AFK'ing. And the server had 1 plugin. Clearlagg. I won't make you bored, I just want to say; Falix is NOT what they seem or say. So next time you think about going to Falix, just don't in my opinion. How they can improve? - Give users 2 Starter Cores - Give those Cores better efficiency- (yeah no way those are Epyc's. If they are, where's the performance going?) - Make your server "wings" more reliable, so they don't keep making us not reach our panel

Took money off me in the middle of a pandemic for stock he didn’t have, ignored and lied to me for 4months, finally replied offering me a hoodie that was not my size at all & after I said I’d like a refund as that’s not the size I asked for & it wouldn’t fit me, Is still ignoring & hiding my comments on social media. a few months ago I left a 2 star review for this company. Instead of them reaching out to discuss my issues, they called and threatened to shut down my website if I didn't change it to at least a 3 star review. After some back and forth with them and assurance that they would get my issues resolved I removed the review completely. Here we are today and the day before I present to a company on a big partnership and this is what I get when I go to my website. I called them this morning and was told "Well we delivered a finished site to you, we don't know what you did to cause this". Really? Instead of even taking the time to investigate they immediately blame me. Kevin Castro told me that he would look into it and get back with me. 12 hours go by and I hear nothing. I called and got him and again he stated that I must have shared my login credentials with someone and they caused this. He stated that their entire server was attacked and it came through my website. He then told me that they would re-upload my website to a server that has the security needed and it may take days before it was visible. Do NOT waste your money with this company. I'm fairly positive that once this review hits and they see it, my site will NEVER hit the live status again, but I'm not going to be bullied by this company into not sharing my history with them. What was supposed to be a fun and friendly website that cost me $500 turned into a $1000 fiasco. They are more concerned with upcharging and upselling everything they do and making sure their google reviews stay at least a 3 star. This one isn't changing again. Buyers beware.

I get a flyer in the mail and find an item I am interested in. I drive (25) to the store only to be told "OH that was a misprint" The ad was wrong and the picture in the ad was wrong. Called to store to buy a posted sale on a drill and they say it is not available. It was a mistake. I said i Have it on red flags and in my hand and they say they will not honor it. Is this another one to get you in the door with nothing in stock. This is about the third time they have dropped the ball. 4 weeks to get an item from Vancouver, I can dive there and back in six hours.

Great products, my dad was going to Market this product years ago when it first came out and we were sent samples. We tried the Vitamins, immediately felt better had more energy with in a day or 2. Received and order on Aug 17. Order was missing my free gift of 6lbs of protein (you get the idea of how much I spent to get such a free gift). Emailed company sameday with photos, which given the amount of products ordered and still in the box, one can see how a 6lbs bucket of protein would have fit in the box to begin with. Also send a photocopy of the invoice. Received an email acknowledgement that they would 'look' into it. A few days passed, I followed up = no response, I even placed another order of similar size and sent another email suggesting they can add my missing protein to the same order to try help with shipping, etc, and again no response. Well, we're 1 week later, Aug 24, and I've got zero responses since the original acknowledgment. I'm done with this company. If you can wait a couple extra days if your East of Alberta, try SVNCanada instead!

The worst customer service and kind of dishonest. I wanted to return my order as per their rules. However, they were not responding to my emails. I returned the item anyway. After months of sending emails, they finally replied and told me returns are only eligible for online store credits. It was never written on their return policy. So I ordered something to redeem the "online store credit". This time, they sent me an item which I didn't order. I emailed them again (almost a month ago). But no reply! It's best you avoid them for your own good.

Finally I messaged via Facebook & someone replied very promptly. Said they were having some system overhaul or something. They do not pay you back for return shipping nor shipping spent on the original order. They will sucker you out of $20 (or whatever your shipping costs)if you do not like your purchase. I got my items falling apart and poor quality. Literally falling apart. But I still don't get everything refunded. I even went to a physical location first because there was a store near me, and I was refused because I had paid with Paypal and their system cannot process that despite accepting that form of payment. They take online returns in store... but cannot process what they accept. Okay. Go home and email them---ask for a return label and of freaking COURSE they don't provide that customer service. So now I have to pay to return. Really messed up. I will never shop at this cheap a** quality for BS prices store ever again. I suggest you avoid them too.

I can't say enough good things about the Radisson Martinique NYC, they came to our rescue when we found ourselves in a bad situation. On 8/18/2015 we went to a studio apartment on West 31st and Broadway we had booked this awful place on Booking.com. It was unsafe, unsanitary and looked awful. It was not what was advertised on the website. There were stairs that we couldn't safely use to get to our room, we are 62 and 68. We left within an hour of seeing this place. Radisson found us a room, at the last minute and worked with us to get us a good rate. I will be in debt to them, they saved our vacation and made us feel safe when we slept at night.

However, the Sobeys chain isn't remotely intersted in providing nutritional information or even a complete list of ingredients. I wrote to inquire. Twice. To no avail. "Silence" isn't always the best answer. My question and concern (given that I like to know the sugar, salt and fat content of everything I ingest)? How do they get away with circumventing labelling laws? (Check the packaging and you'll see what I mean.) Perhaps more importantly, WHY are they not providing ingredients and nutritional information?

Hard to fathom this company is in partnership with the Olympics, like Mcdonalds. There is no sense of sustainable packaging, but it's at cheap prices. Canadians were forced to settle for ignorance of corporate packaging during the Pandemic especially. Big toxic fish in a small pond of greed. I have found a fly in my organic spinach, and a recycling emblem is no where to be found. Overall, this corporation chooses profit over people every single day. If I can, I always purchase another brands product that insists quality is the guarantee for health of future generations.

I've ordered from this company about 5 or 6 times. I was satified with the quality hair and shipping times until my last order which was almost 2 months ago that I still haven't received. I contacted customer 2 weeks after placing my order and was told it shipped and was given a tracking number. When tracked it says its a pre-shipment, meaning they are preparing to ship it. Its been 2 months and still nothing has changed. It still says its in china and its preparing to ship. When I contact the company they say that the shipping information isn't up to date and that its shipped but yet they don't show any proof of it. I am a regular online shopper and haven't had any issues with usps or other shipping agenices tracking systems. I doubt it takes 2 months to update a shipping record of an item. I was told 6 days ago that they would send it again as express and send me a new tracking number... still no word or package from them. I am beyond fusterated now. I wanted to have these in time for the beyonce concert I just attended and didn't. Now I'm just over it and want my money back. As for the quality of the hair from past experience, its ok. I don't wear it for long periods of time nor do I dye it so I haven't encountered some of the other issues others have. I have notice that the cury hair does become very tangled and matted after time which can be a pain to detangle. I rather toss is and buy a new bundle.

I went on to call the store to ask for a manager and the same woman listened to the phone at the speaker and told me that she was the manager. I asked for her name and she told me Madison, and I asked her full name to report her to the organization and she repeated "Madison, that is all you need." Malik and Gage were awesome. They called me to confirm the appointment, and then they called me to let me know that they were 20 minutes away. We thought we were doing them a favor by having everything in the driveway, and then the skies opened up with a thunderstorm. They were prepared, undaunted, and very kind. It was a quick job, and we were so very thankful. I would recommend their services to anyone. Thanks guys!

I have been a loyal customer to Intact insurance for almost ten years. I have had an immaculate driving record. No demerits or driving offences, no outstanding tickets and only one accident in December 2013 that didn't involve another vehicle I drove over what I thought was just snow however, it had a massive chunk of ice under it that created damage therefore I apparently was still " at fault" I do very little driving, I have never missed a payment and I have asked my insurance company why my rates keep increasing when they should be going down? The response I keep getting makes absolutely no sense and they are refusing to lower my rates? I have gotten several other quotes that drastically lower my rates with a massive savings of $60 a month! I've been ripped off and completely taken advantage of by this insurance company. I am a single mother on disability due to unfortunate health circumstances therefore every penny counts! I do not know anyone else who pays as much as I do? I am extremely disappointed with this company, they have continuously ripped me off for years. I feel taken advantage of and I will never recommend this insurance company to anyone else. They had an opportunity to make it right and their response is ridiculous. Do not use this insurance company they do not care about your loyalty as a customer and have not accommodated me in fact they have left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I am very disappointed with their service.

Canadas Best Value Inn is operating under the umbrella of Red Lion.! We booked two nights in Langley BC Canada at the Glover Road Best Value Inn by using HotWireVacation, com. For April 30 and May 1 but our plans changed and I called HotWire to cancel! This was done 60 hours before our first night arrival.! The operator put me on hold in order to ask the Langley motel to authorize the cancellation (her words)! Coming back on line she confirmed the transaction just like that. And said to check my mail for a number.! I went into my mail and got the confirmation with the caveat of a penalty charge of $ 46.52! (one night rent PLUS all taxes.!) When i questioned that charge, Hotwire told me that they got nothing and that Canadas Best collected the whole amount.! Upon arrival I visited the property on Glover Rd. And was told that Canadas Best Value Inn didn't do the penalty thing either and so, put the whole rip-off on Hotwire. Vacation who, when asked, totally refuted this assumption.! Now for the best part... the property was booked solid and thus, they are NOT losing one red cent.! They are only being greedy and, I suppose splitting the penalty! Red Lion denied any knowledge and washed their hands of the matter.! I also contacted Discover who said that only AFTER the transaction has posted will they investigate.! What is obvious is the will to screw the customers, big time, by a bunch of greedy people.! 1)hotwire is NOT emphasizing enough to its online clients that the cancellation policy is VERY restrictive. And the writing very small.! 2)Red Lion should get involved about the nice little gimmick going on.! 3)Discover should NOT wait until after the dirty deed has been posted, BUT help its Customers to avert bogus charges.! 4)finally the main culprit should be ashamed to refuse a credit when there is no loss for them.! SHAME on Canadas best value inn.! And shame on the "manager" who dismissed me and lied to my face!

My experience with Kumon has been bad. I enrolled by 7th grader in Kumon. It's a year now that the instructor is repeating him in 2nd grade level work. I have realized that many other parents have similar experience. Kumon us a rip-off scam. They make your child look dumb so that they can keep repeating the child and keep charging you. My advice is to beware of Kumon. It's a scam run by Asians

The kids did not like the drill questions. I completely understand it is to help students with learning the basic skills and to have it memorized by heart but the whole system is just too exhausting for the kids. We use other online programs and so far Beestar has done a great job for the kids.

I recently contracted Sedona Stone and Tile to install a granite counter top. They were very professional and courteous from my first visit to their showroom through final installation. Very pleased with them, they met every appointment scheduled and delivered all products purchased as promised. I would highly recommend checking them out. Victor Filice

Do not sign closing papers until every single thing is fixed. They will tell you that everything will be taken care of with Warranty. This is a lie, they will either take years to fix the problems or they will argue with you and make excuses why they don't have to fix them. Their favorite line is "this is industry standard" KB Home Las Vegas is not worth the aggravation. My family and I have 4 homes in the Inspirada neighborhood and we all have issues. From small to big. The most expensive issue, so far, was the A/C that leaked and needed to be repaired. 4 homes were purchased 1 in 2018 and 3 in 2019. We have all been dealing/fighting with warranty for one - two years. I have tons more photos.

At first I was undecided if to go with KBhomes or Lennar. Don't know how satisfied I would of been with Lennar but could tell you I am very dissatisfied with KBhomes. I hope you don't make the same mistake of trusting sales, superintendent, or any one that says everything will be ok. If you do decide to go with KBhomes be ready because on top of the purchase price expect to pay at least another 20 thousand. I am not just talking about wants in the house but needs. It is almost impossible to not purchase upgrades. Listen to this. None of the rooms come with any lighting imagine getting a 4 bedroom you are in for a surprise. Keep looking around at other builders and compare. Best of luck.
