I ordered from them over a month ago and still have not received my product. Their website is really nice but deceiving. They charged me $65 for something made in China. No where on their website do they imply this product is made in China. They imply it is created by struggling artists. What nonsense. When you ask when you will receive your item they send you a tracking link and all the information is in Chinese. So their customer service is useless. Do not buy from them, you will get ripped off.

A scam. I haven't received my order in over ten months. That is not the timeline I agreed to when I checked out. They will not give a refund on my $632.70 order. The fake tracking numbers given show there's no package in the system. They have no proof they went to a post office. They claim to be from Africa, but the PayPal recipient name has Asian characters on the account name 秋山智. I asked them to recap what I ordered. They forgot to mention items: their cover-up was to claim that two of the woven hampers out of the five that I ordered haven’t been taken to the post office yet; their explication was that the last two items would be shipped separately after the first package arrives in the US - but again it has been over ten months and there’s no reason why both packages could not be shipped at the same time if they did ship. They would not show any photos of the baskets they made for my order, even though they should still have two of the items in possession if their story were true. This has been a headache and a lot of wasted life, time, and money. The scammers go by the following names: ModeCorArts, Coumba, 秋山智, Moet Mombay, and possibly Mo Eto’o Mbaye

Its a scam. Do not buy from this company. 33 weeks since placing my order and still no basket. Everytime i email.--- I get its coming. Its stuck at the post office. It must be on its way. I have asked for a refund since inhave not recieved what i ordered. The answer No. Modecorats is a scam. Do not waste your time or money doing business with them. I regret it. I trusted they would honor the agreement. I was wrong.

I ordered a specialized piece as a Christmas gift for a friend. Immediately after ordering I got a text from a representative letting me know my tracking number. Fed Ex completely mishandled the package, and the piece came shattered. I texted the One Love rep immediately, and they told me that they would reship it. I received the replacement 2 days later (well in time for Christmas) in perfect condition. It’s absolutely beautiful, and the customer service is literally second to none.

Edward Claybrooks Order#54627 Ordered a monster safe on 1/6/2022, which their website said was in stock but as soon as the money was taken I get an email stating that the safe is delayed. This seems to be a theme with them. When I called after 2 months of not getting my safe I get the refund run around. We are refunding your money immediately but 2 weeks now and nothing. This is a racket!

If you read this review before buying then you have saved yourself some money. I didn't before I got sucked in and spent $69.95 on a Bruxism Mouthguard that never worked. The guard fell out of my mouth every night for a week. The design is pathetic as there is no way it can stay in place, even after adjusting it every night. After I complained 4 times Campbell finally responded, apologising for the lack of response, blaming his computer. He actually offered me a free replacement guard of another type which I accepted gratefully. Well that was a waste of time. I never heard from Snorblok again, after my 3 follow-up emails. There is no contact number to call and they ignore all attempts for refund or replacements by email. Truely a scam that I will be happy to let the world know about. This type of trader should not be allowed to prey on the innocent public. Stick with the store vendor who will stand by their products.

Zero rating. I had an issue with the product - was not as easy to mould as the video shows unless you have perfect teeth and expert moulding skills. I have moulded other mouth guards before and this one was horrible. No response when contacting them. They just ignore and hope the problem goes away. Don't waste your time buying from them beacuse if you have an issue or need a refund they won't respond.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU LIVE IN UK I ordered a bespoke white gold necklace for £108 then a charge for postage of £24 by then I was hooked so paid it.. when it arrived I was so disappointed the chain is so flimsy feels like it might snap. The quality is so poor.. I contacted Stakora who offered to change or send back, with me choosing to send back. Sound Great.. Think again before any purchase! To return the necklace DHL there carrier will charge me £37.95 Stakora take 20% off the cost of necklace (necklace is bespoke I’m sure lots of customers with the letter J !!!!) So for me after spending £108 necklace then the £24 charge for delivery , then to return £37.95 a poor quality product I have to suffer these reductions , with the costs/charges for a total spend of £132.. My total refund will be £48.55.. It’s cost me over £60 to look at the necklace!

Night vision gear can be a little bit complicated in terms of getting the right equipment for your application. Customer service at Night Vision 4 Less knows their products and they are extremely patient making sure you understand what features you need for your application and the different price options you have for getting those features.

I have taken one trip so far with Oneworldadventures and I favored them so much! The all-inclusive package gave the perfect amount of go time and rest time, the guides are wonderful and go out of thier way to create an incredible trip, and the people you travel with tend to love travel and adventure so they become your worldwide community. I still, after a year, still hear from over half the people I traveled with for 9-10 days in Thailand. I can't wait to join Oneworldadventures again!

An inaccurate shipping time would be forgiven however, if it weren't for the fact that I was missing a pin from my order upon delivery! I had contacted the store three separate times about my missing pin and I never got even a single response from them. That's the last and only time I'll buy from them. Some of the worst service I have ever received. My item was supposed to come in 5-7 business days and it has been over a month and I'm yet to receive my item, I wrote to customer service 3 times and they refused to refund my card or take any responsibility for the delay and whenever I write for customer support they take 3 days to respond. Customer service won't reply to you for weeks. Website guaranteed delivery by the 14th, placed my order on the 4th. Didn't receive the item until the 28th. when I finally did get a reply back it was just a copy of the tracking number saying it was delivered. Can't contact them, and the product itself isn't even as advertised.

I ordered this for my 80 yr. Old grandfather. He lives in Nebraska. I live in TX. When he recieved the pop box it had the wrong pics. The pics were of a couple flipping him off. This was his Christmas gift. When I contacted the place they said they could only replace if a sent pictures of the wrong pictures. I not being in the same state didn't have a way to take pictures so they refuse to replace the pop box. Very disappointed. Extremely sad to know a 80 yr olds Christmas was ruined and then the company not fix the issue and resend the correct pictures of his family.
