My boyfriend & I signed up for their services last October (2021) and quickly realized that they do NOTHING once they get their money from you - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Avoid this so-called company like the plague - don't even bother to look at their website because everything about it is FAKE! They're probably based in the Philippines or Mexico or someplace like that since their English left a little something to be desired, but hopefully they will get shut off soon by Google, I hope.

I paid for a package through smallclaimsfiling.com for a demand letter. After a week, I have heard nothing. When I look at my account, it just says that the order has been received. I have tried to contact them multiple times via their online contact only and no response. Giving them til end of the day before I go to my credit company and get my money back. Absolutely terrible. Better to use a template for a demand letter than to use them as they are worthless.

I don't usually write reviews but after the experience I've just had with the owner, Caroline, of Aspen Grove I feel strongly compelled to write to warn others. I purchased a gift certificate from her first location in Castle Rock five years ago. I didn't give it to the person I had intended to and then soon forgot about it. I found it over the 2014 holidays and called the salon. Same name and phone number as her first location. Caroline was extremely combative and lacked any hint of customer service. She repeatedly spoke over me and was very rude. She actually hung up on me. I called back. I paid $100 for a one hour massage and was expecting a choice of service and or product as an exchange since she no longer offers massage. I was told if I brought her a receipt for the gift certificate she would give me $40 of product or services. A receipt from five years ago? Otherwise she would not honor it. Mind you, this is a certificate with a stamped registration number on it. I would never use her salon and I strongly urge anyone to reconsider should you be looking for a salon. She is a dishonest person and a very bad business person. I wouldn't chance it.

Several years ago, I was searching for someone who truly had experience and knew how to cut and style Very fine hair. I absolutely struck pure gold when I found Caroline Douglas! I've been going to Caroline for a little over ten years now and to this day, she never disappoints. I love that she always takes the time to listen to my needs and wants and offers genuine input that I appreciate so much. I've had ladies stop me in malls and the grocery store to ask who cuts my hair... there's no higher compliment than that! Thank you, Caroline! You are The Best, and I mean that from the heart.

Yep crowdfund buzz ripped me off too. I got suspicious after seeing the quality of their work so I did some digging online about these little crowdfund buzz bandits. By the time I discovered it was a scam they had already taken the money and ran. BUYER BEWARE! Paypal also said that i was screwed and that I should file wire fraud charges against them. I guess crowdfundbuzz thinks that most people wont put in the effort to have them arrested so they keep scamming crowdfunders for only a couple hundred at a time and then leaving them out to dry. They cost me almost 400 bucks for NOTHING!

I signed up with Crowdfund Buzz about two months ago and recently paid them for an additional 60 days so they can continue promoting my brand and growing my consumer base. My offerings are B2C and I am very happy with how effective they have been in identifying new audiences and driving them to my offering. My traffic is still surging and opt-ins are still sky high. THE WORST PRODUCT & CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been buying the Only Natural Pet PowerFunction Skin & Coat Dinner, which has super food bites & 100% raw wild salmon. However, when I bought a bag of it last time, there are barely no super food bites and 100% raw wild salmon in it. I contacted the company directly since they were the one manufactured it, but the customer service was VERY rude and not helpful at all. They told me just to take it back to the store I got it from. I ordered the grain and potato free variety of a buffalo dry dog food. Instead they shipped the normal version of the food, my dog is allergic to grain and so the food was useless. I called Customer Support and they assured my they would send out a replacement bag that same day. Three days later, I still had no food and no shipping tracking number. I called them up and it turns out nobody had shipped it out! They assured me they would send it out that day for next day delivery. The next day I received the wrong food again! They sent chicken and not buffalo! Apparently nobody who works in their warehouse can read the front of a bag, or check a UPC code! Three screw-ups for one order! At that point I called and requested a refund. I don't know how a company like this stays in business.

I don't have much of a green thumb or any expertise in gardening so when my husband got these as a gift, I was convinced it was a bad idea. But then, I decided to give it a go and not waste the money. It is super duper easy to set this mini garden up. By 10 mins, I was done setting it up which was pretty quick. The maintenance is very low and it also does not take a lot of space. The system lets me know when I have to add water and plant food so hassle is low too. Love this and can't wait for my herbs to grow

I have been a customer for 9 years. Well this year they wanted to increase my bill from $55 to $87 for the same services. I do not watch TV a lot so I had the Basic TV with 20 channels of which I watched 9 of them. I cancelled my cable and have internet only which use to cost $44.99 now costs $64.99. I was paying $34.99 for internet+$20 for cable. I knew once TimeWarner and Charter merged the customers would be screwed. Loyalty means nothing to this company. Once I can change my internet provider, I'm gone from this company. ***middle finger*** to you!

TWC / Spectrum lies about its promotions. They mailed me, an existing customer, a letter saying to call a specified number and I would save $25/mo. And be provided with a higher speed internet service. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with 3 different agents each telling that they could not do what their mailer said, I achieved nothing. Save your time and money. Do Not use TWC Spectrum.

We bought a yoga mat which slides (doesn't stick to the floor) while you exercise and leaves foot marks on the mat even in the first try. They'll accept the return but we already paid shipping and return shipping is the same as the cost of the mat. The supervisor I spoke to on the phone at Gaiam, was rude, couldn't care for customer and evasive. She even stated that they don't guarantee that the mat will stick to the floor. Never buy anything from them.

After researching attending the university of phoenix the next most advertised one I heard about was devry university and unlike UOP devry does have some college campuses that were close to me. I do like the fact that I can get in person training as compared to the other online only degree options. I have asked around and it seems they have better connections with employers and devry graduates in general seem better than the online only options out there for education and training. Devry had the degree program I was interested in as well--information system. They seemed on par with expense as compared to online only and you get the benefit of having a physical location to boot. I will say that my main concern are some the things I read about devry on places like complaintsboard and I hear horror stories of how people paid and took out loans to the tune of $45,000 and then still couldn't get a job and were stuck paying back all of that money. I know a degree doesn't guareneee a job but I can't afford to do that. They said the same thing about devry as other online education in that many employers want you to graduate from a traditional 4 year school like a state school. Not all of us can afford to take time off to go to a 4 year college. If anyone has good or bad experiences from devry I would like to hear about it.

I came close to applying to devry but after reading so many negative review about them I decided to go for a community college instead. I do not have the time to waste on a degree that might not result in a job better than what I have now. I suggest anyone looking into going to devry to read all of the online reviews you can before you make the choice to get a degree from that school

The statistics, and character building isn't bad: earn coin, learn skills, increase your stats. The community is repugnant. I spent 9 days on the game. In those 9 days I received a minimum of 3 random sex solicitations per day. Some of the people were extremely pushy, and when you block them they just attack you. Reporting doesn't help much at all. The admins don't care if you're being harassed, they just want to play their game. Even if the folks reported are in violation of the rules. Don't waste your time or energy on this garbage.

The person that owns/runs the game Nikita is letting it run its course and this who pay $ get their way. People constantly cyber sex and have many multi accounts and aren't afraid to tell you and even show you how they are multi's. Don't waste your money, it's basically a pit for any new player because the older players will continue to abuse you, steal from you and generally offer no support or reason to stay.

How I wish I'd seen these reviews before making an online purchase, coming up on four weeks ago. The holidays are behind us now, so the cards I ordered are of limited use. It's looking like I'll have to get hold of Paypal or VISA and inform them that this business isn't fulfilling orders, and seek a charge-back. Their confirmation email says that if there's any problem, they'll notify the buyer immediately. Since the site now lists the cards I ordered as "Out of Stock," I'd say there is a problem. I have emailed customer service twice, with my order information, without the courtesy of a reply. Something's not on about this company. Update. They finally contacted me and apologized and asked if I just wanted to cancel the order. Since the intended use of the cards was long past, I did so. That was about 7-10 days ago. Today I received the cards, just under two months after ordering. They can serve as late "New Year's" cards, so I guess I'll keep them. Returning (and getting credit) would be a nightmare.

I bought some of their products in good faith hoping that even 50% of their promise might be right. Wrong, complete waist of money no effect no difference nothing at all. Basically no different than taking any vitamin / mineral supplement. However the big shock came when they continued to bill my credit card with no authorization from me no products ordered nothing. Just kept billing my card. Be very careful and wary.

So I kept working for years thinking the problem will be resolved and planned on making a lump-sum withdrawal. I had withdrawn a few times from microworker before but that was some time back ( 4 years ago). Later i created a new account and earned almost $30; when I tried to withdraw I was told this: " The email address you have used matches another account therefore we cannot process your withdrawal "; I was also banned from doing any tasks. So I can log into my account and can't withdraw or do anything. Clearly a scam and a waste of time

When you see the words, "Luxury Apartments" on the side of a building, a lot of things probably come to mind. Expensive is one, sure. But I would think high quality, secure, amenities and staff that caters to the business professional. But would you think high crime, rude staff, and poorly managed? After a year living there, you might be asking yourself, are there major issues with this building? Is the property manager, Adeline more concerned with happy hour than the basics of managing the property? Does she simply lack experience making her ineffective? Would You conisider the building security bad if others cars have been broken into and multiple chained bikes stolen? If your door was kicked in by a would be burglar, would you ask management to provide better security? Since the building requires a key fob to gain entry, would you wonder how did they get to your door? If someone was "rigging" the garage door and stairwell doors open, making it easy for non-residents to access the building, would this constitute poor security? If there were no cameras in the hallways or stairwells, would you not ask this to be addressed? If property manager Adeline IGNORED your phone calls & emails, would you become frustrated with her and her management abilities? Would you consider a tenant that deals in drugs and prostitutes a threat? Would you be angry if his dog was allowed to pee on his balcony, raining down all over your stuff?

She seems more concerned with happy hour than the basics of managing the property. Building security is bad. Since we've been here, others cars have been broken into, multiple times, chained bikes stolen, among other things. But, our door was kicked in by a would be burglar (fortunately scared off by our dog barking). Since the building requires a key fob to get in, you may ask yourself, how did they get to your door? Well, someone is, on a daily basis, "rigging" the garage door and stairwell doors open, making it easy for non-residents to access the building. Additionally, there are no cameras in the hallways or stairwells, only the main lobby. We've asked this to be addressed. Adeline IGNORED our phone calls & emails.That's bad, but let's talk about drugs, prostitutes, and DOG URINE. The guy that lived above us for the first year here, was a convicted felon.We spoke with police that confirmed he was also arrested for running DRUGS AND PROSTITUTES out of his apartment. Highline Pointe Apartments did nothing about it. On top of that, he let his dog urinate on his balcony, every day, all day. This lead to our balcony furniture, windows, door and the balcony itself being COVERED in urine (see pics). We asked him to stop letting his dog on the balcony, twice. After that we asked the office, no less than 5 times for help. We sent pictures and video to prove our case. We pleaded for A YEAR for something to be done about this. They refused to address it in a meaningful way. We have a special needs child and aren't able to leave the apartment together, so we rented this place and paid more the big balcony for this reason.We couldn't use it for a year. He did eventually move, but only after a year. We asked, multiple times to have our balcony power-washed to help remove the caked urine. They wouldn't return our calls or emails. $3000/mo and we can't use the balcony. We have yet to receive so much as an apology, let alone compensation for the damaged furniture.Additionally, Adeline only selectively enforces rules and has, on numerous occasions, acknowledged that she doesn't enforce things against her friends. Like what? Her friends smoke weed, that's cool. non-friends? Nasty letter. Non-smoking building, including balconies, strictly enforced. Cool, except... to avoid getting threatened with eviction, people smoke in their apt instead, so the hallway reeks of stale cigarettes. This is a daily occurance.Also, trash, junk, etc often stored in parking garage. $3000/mo. and the building resembles a trailer park. gross. If i wanted to live in a "luxury trailer" (ewwww), it wouldn't cost $3000/mo. Some balconies literally have GARBAGE BAGS stacked on them. Our parking garage looks like a disgusting storage unit. Adeline doesn't seem to notice or care.The reason i finally decided to write this review is because of a recent issue. When I tried to speak, Adeline spoke over me, interrupted me and displayed unprofessional behavior. Adeline needs to be fired and replaced with an experienced manager, that understands why people pay more for "luxury" ( Sorry DelWest, it's not a yoga room, decisive action needed on your part).

I have my fatbike for 1 1/2 yrs and don't think I could have made a better choice. I knew it would be fun, but did not realize how much fun. Excellent quality of components and the light weight keep me out in front of the younger guys (I'm 69). I am in New Mexico, close to the Rio Grande, and love running single track through the trees along the river. My only complaint was the saddle really hurt my butt, now using a Selle Anatomica. I was pretty new to having a quality bike and the owner and his staff at Borealis were so patient and glad to help with my questions, very impressive service.

I ordered a 6 month decaf coffee subscription for my mother in law for Christmas. It never arrived and never arrived! No phone call nor email alerting me that was the case. I only found out because my mother in law gave me the heads up in early Feb. The customer service person I spoke with could have care less! I would never order from them ever again. No acknowledgement nor apology. I was thoroughly unimpressed.

Been buying courses from them for a few years - off an on - always during sales.Get the impression lately that they are falling behind - not many new offerings - especially in the area of photography - very little current stuff on new mirrorless cameras and drones - some of the courses date back quite a few years - they seem to be always running sales.Methinks that the competition from YouTube is taking its toll - wouldn't be surprised if they are acquired.

The store in west palm beach on Okeechobee rd is the worst store I have ever visited. The management there is just horrible, rude and uneducated. Never get a hi when walk in the store, they always turning away from you, never even acknowledge you in the store, never helpful. One day they require masks to wear the next day they don't, they will argue with you too. I worked as an asset manager at vitamin shoppe before and I know companies values and the customer is the first priority. Well, not in this store. Please revisit that store because it's just so bad. Also would love to talk to DM in this area.

They sold me bottle of Aloe Vera Gel (Aloe Vera Gel 99% Pure - Topical Oil to Soothe & Moisturize, Item #: VS-3854/2189306) that smelled unbearably bad, like decades-old unwashed gym socks, truly sickening and they refuse to refund the product to due their Covid policies. I tried to put up an honest one-star review (would like to give zero stars but can't) of the product and they refuse to post it, it gets taken down almost immediately after posting it and this happened twice. I also posted question on the product page as to why they won't allow an honest one star review to be posted and they wouldn't post that either. All this smacks of being very unethical, of trying to boost an already low ranked product (VitaminShope brand ~ their OWN brand) and misleading the public about a likely rancid or defective product that they refuse to return. I will never shop here again!

By far the worst administration I've ever encountered. The amount of inconsistent and incorrect information being fed to me from every level of advisor up to department heads and program directors has been truly appalling, Im convinced no one at this school gives any care to their job. The director of my program, the woman who wrote the program and its required courses, didn't even know what seven (seven!) classes she was in charge of (and teaching!). The education is mediocre at best, a perfect example of out of touch, tenured, professors using ancient textbooks written by friends and so engrained in their "method" it detracts from any relevant learning required for a professional future. Im in a DIGITAL marketing program and have yet to learn a single thing about digital-specific marketing (nor are my remaining, required courses at all related to the subject). The school is also believes the rent in Denver is a max of $800/mo, so if youre an adult attending full time, like myself, you will receive no further aid beyond what living with 3 other room mates will cost you. This school is massively out of touch, focused solely on individual cogs while missing the larger picture of providing a decent education without constant time sucks to make up for their extremely lacking administration. I absolutely regret attending this school.

For years, I have loved J. Jill's clothes. They had beautiful colors, lively linens and great quality. What has happened to J. Jill recent that they only have drab and uncomplimentary colors. I ordered some candle making supplies from them and was very impressed. The scents smelled great, the glasses were high quality and the wax was perfect. It can be pricey, especially if you're starting out and need all your materials but that's the nature of bulk crafting supplies. It's not about the products but on my order slip someone wrote 'thank you' and added a smiley face which was a very nice touch. Would definitely buy from them again.

I started making candles in 2012 and have shopped around for many different supplies at various stores and online suppliers. This shop has a lot of variety and fast shipping. I have ordered candle molds from them and they are the only ones I have found so far that offer the ones I needed (6-point tapered star metal molds). They also gave me a free sample of fragrance oil which was nice. I just recently ordered from them again to get more molds. Although I have found fragrance oil elsewhere for cheaper, because of the variety of other useful supplies, I would recommend them.

I purchased a bag as a Christmas present on 13 December. When it became clear that Osprey would not be able to fulfil the order ahead of 22 December when we were due to head away to stay with relatives, I contacted the customer services team as I wanted to update my address. I was told I didn’t have a valid order number which was odd as I gave the clearly stated order number from the confirmation email. I sent back a screen shot of this only to get a snipey response that I’d contacted the wrong legal entity - Osprey Europe not Osprey London. Odd again as the customer services email is provided on the website just above a UK based telephone number. Regardless, it’s been an absolute failure of an experience and I would strongly advise avoid.

Note: I haven’t received my order yet. However, at checkout for my order it glitched at checkout and my payment went through twice. This happened late on Friday and contacting the customer service team (which are only open Monday - Friday) I was feeling wary of the company for the glitch and concerned that I wouldn’t be able to cancel the order in time (therefore not be refunded for postage, etc). This morning however, I have been refunded for the duplicate order before 10am on the Monday. All doubts have been calmed and this may be one of the quickest and most efficient customer service team I’ve come across with with a company. I can’t often afford many Osprey products but I am so impressed with this service, should I be able to, I would purchase again from them in a heartbeat.

People are easily manipulated and brainwashed as they get sucked in by all those commercials and online advertisements. Now that you have gotten this far, Verizon, someone in your corporation decided to let the public know what you REALLY are all about. Abracadabra! Wahlah! We give you... Visible! Visible serves as Verizon's confession that customer concerns are at the bottom of its list of priorities. So, we contacted the "chat" line of Visible and, once we got past the automated robot, we connected with an agent. We asked why we didn't receive the phone overnight as promised and the response was that FedEx is a third party company that Visible uses and, basically, we can't help you. WOW. So, we responded, we are your customer and you simply don't care about this incident? The agent's response? It went like this: "Let me help you with this delivery. You can post your problem on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites." We kid you not. Finally got the phone. Whatever happened to packaging items in a manner that protects them? There was no filler in the box and the phone was banging around in the box to the point where you had to wonder why they decided to put it in a box to begin with. If you are looking for a cell phone company where customer service is inVisible, this is the way to go.

I can find lovely things for myself, for gifts, anytime I need or want something. Simple things like spiritual wrap paper are hard to find. Website makes you return to the old days of celebrating Christmas and other religious holidays and events. I will do business with them a long time.

Avoid this company: they described in photo that the light has a base of 4" but the real diameter arrived is only 3". Because of their error, this light was useless as it was too small for the standard wall outlet box. Customer service insist to only refund 1/3 of the what I paid. Regardless many back and forward, the company won't acknowledge to a full refund due to its error...a waste of time to deal with their customer service. They said the policy was to ship the product back to get a partial refund. Shipping overseas would cost as much as the light. I warned them multiple times that if they didn't correct their problem, I would dispute the charge via my credit card and also give them a bad review. Here it is: I disputed it via my credit card/paypal and won. I am completing what I told them regarding a bad review. Avoid this company - they shall not sell in the U.S. if they are not willing to be fair, period.

I am diabetic with an extremely slow metabolism and nothing worked for me to lose or bring the sugar and cholesterol down. All in all I lost 200 pounds, 70 in the past year. My blood sugar came down from 300 to under 140, my cholesterol dropped (I can't take statins) and I feel better without the carbs. The meals are tasty with spices and you feel full. I would recommend it to anybody. Portion control doesn't work for some of us... I was only having one meal a day and still didn't have results. My doctor said it's working, if I'm comfortable stick with it. My son lost 40 pounds.

As of today 11/8/2017, the SoftwarePug reviews were stellar, so my expectation was quite high. After I completed my purchase the website presented a message like this "Our Robots are working hard to complete your deployment in 15 minutes". After about 10 minutes I received and invoice email and a second email saying "The product deployment usually takes less than 15 minutes. However, your order has been held for further review. | Be aware that this personal check might require occasional phone calls. Rest assured that we are going to call during the working hours." I responded to the email asking to cancel my order. I am still waiting for a response. I don't know what to do in my current status. Are they going to cancel my order or deliver later than I expected?

Ok so realators and buyers do not purchase a home warranty from 2-10. They are now telling me that it is my fault that they refuse to repair or even replace my system. Due to the inspection report on my heat pump... This company is a joke and I have alot of real estate agents that are friends and they won't be purchasing from 2-10... preexisting conditions is the reason they are giving me... 2-10 is a rip off. Update... so these crooks ask for the inspection report on my heat pump my realtor sent it to them and they are sticking with their original conclusion... TO DO NOTHING AT ALL TO HELP... the service tech that came out said they would either fix or repair the unit... NO THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING! I have used PIA for years now and they have been constantly making improvements and investing in the software/hardware to improve their service. It has always been a great privacy centered company, but now their software is getting much better. I have been please with them for a while and haven't even bothered checking out other recently. I have read many reviews and I agree with majority of those reviews they are inexperienced the employees are not properly trained at all most of them cheat on their test give each other answers just to pass and get the title. When it comes to preparing a tax return they are clueless. They should not be classified as tax professionals which are no where near that! Their a joke to be testing for nothing. It's unethical to hire people like that. I hate to have someone like that handle my monies. Some of them are also felons and do not let anyone know bad company to do business with. Who can you complain too when the Corporate Office is aware of this and won't do anything about it so it doesn't make a difference to call you can never talk to a person who cares or who will do anything. This is a very deceptive practice. They had legitimate info about me and offered compensation for answering some questions. They had my state license info so they did some homework. They offered a amazon card in the begining and didnt state the amount. Red flag 1 Second they stated they needed some demographic info to check eligibility, this i understand. After answering the full survey they state sorry but it didnt work out. I spent 20 minutes and answered at least 50 questions. Very deceitful practice.

Hired tech4state to redo my website. My project manager was terrible. Job took longer the a month. Then my project manager stopped replying to my text and email for two weeks. So I decided to dispute transaction with my bank. Once I did the dispute a representative from tech4state call and text me saying the project manager that was assign to my project was fired two weeks ago. Nobody at this company thought to see if he was working on any project for a client. I asked for a refund but they didn’t want to give me one, I told them I don’t want there service anymore. The new project manager blowing my phone up every day for a week from phone calls to text messages. Do not hire this company to do anything for you. They are scammers

Very odd. Appear to be a legit NZ company and the owner's names appear correct. I did receive a previous order from them but this order is obviously not going to arrive. They charged my credit card the day I ordered despite the products being on backorder. The back order date got longer and longer and they refused me a refund. They are near impossible to get on the phone and if you email them you get the bog-standard canned reply. I was charged on the 17th of July and am still waiting on delivery. I have managed to speak to an employee on the phone twice and just get the usual bullshit. About to hit social media and commerce commission and maybe Fairgo. Do not order from this company. I have put in a complaint to my bank as well.

La pandemia e tutti i problemi che sono venuti fuori da 2 anni a questa parte sembrano quasi essere danni collaterali per la redazione della rivista di Altroconsumo, che si potrebbe anche semplicemente chiamare “Vivere Green” o cose del genere, dal momento che può essere tranquillamente scambiato per l’organo di informazione dei Verdi per quanta enfasi è destinata al vivere sostenibile. Nulla di sbagliato, ma ci sono cose più importanti, oggi, di cui Altroconsumo si occupa poco o niente, come il superbonus, il bonus facciate, il RDC, il REM e gli altri bonus istituiti dal governo Conte. In aggiunta al ricevere la rivista ufficiale, l’essere soci di Altroconsumo permette anche di avere altri vantaggi, che però a conti fatti sono generalmente irrilevanti (qualche sconto con partner selezionati, offerte promozionali di vario tipo, ecc.). Forse il vantaggio più consistente è quello di avere consulenze legali illimitate - per chi non è associato infatti se ne può avere solo una all’anno - da quei fatidici “80 avvocati al tuo fianco”. Parlando con queste avvocate (ogni volta che ho chiamato hanno sempre risposto donne), in metà dei casi ho ricevuto delle risposte competenti - nulla di particolarmente illuminante, ma comunque consigli utili - nell’altra metà invece no: sono state sbrigative e superficiali. Oltretutto, al di là della consulenza in sè, non è ben chiaro come si faccia materialmente a far intervenire i legali di Altroconsumo al fine di sbrogliare quelle vicende, narrate anche verso la fine di ogni numero della loro rivista, del tipo “Mario ordina online un barolo riserva ma a casa gli arriva un tavernello; ogni comunicazione col venditore non va a buon fine poichè quest’ultimo fa orecchie da mercante, e così Mario incarica Altroconsumo di sistemare la faccenda e in pochi giorni si vede arrivare a casa la fatidica bottiglia di Barolo e in più l’azienda, per scusarsi dell’accaduto, addirittura dona a Mario un simpatico ed elegante cavatappi di design”. In più, non è nemmeno chiaro se e come è possibile richiedere consulenze anche per altre questioni inerenti i consumi - quindi non soltanto legali - come info inerenti l’efficacia di dispositivi contro l’elettrosmog o riguardo altri oggetti posti sul mercato di cui si vogliono maggiori informazioni e chiarimenti. Insomma, Altroconsumo potrebbe benissimo essere il “Myth-buster” dei consumatori, ma in realtà si sta lasciando scappare questa occasione.Alla luce di quanto esposto, consiglio Altroconsumo esclusivamente laddove si abbia qualche questione importante da risolvere inerente dei consumi, ma anche in questo caso non si devono dimenticare 2 cose: 1) esistono anche tante altre associazioni dei consumatori in Italia; 2) se si tratta di una questione molto importante forse è meglio rivolgersi direttamente a un avvocato, senza passare tramite un’associazione dei consumatori.

Tanta pubblicità per la class action di Facebook, con tanto di pubblicità ads, vogliono i tuoi dati, dicono che non volevano rifilarti abbonamenti, ti contattano lo stesso per proporlo e al mio rifiuto non mi hanno dato riferimenti dello sviluppo in questione! Poi quando ero loro abbonato e chiedevo interventi, non facevano nulla, non attivavano pratiche, non mandavano lettere per tutelarmi, ma che caxxo ci siete a fare? Tutto fumo per fare business? Ridicoli. Evitateli peggio della peste e lebbra. Questa recensione vale il doppio, poiché la stessa cosa l'hanno fatta con mia moglie, quindi non sono una mosca bianca!

I purchased several pairs of shoes and boots online. Some of them came with defects and visibly poor workmanship and material . They won’t take back their defective merchandise. They falsely claim that the shoes go through quality control. That is a complete nonsense, the quality is terrible and the shoes are non returnable once you have worn them. This is due to the fact that if you return shoes with a defect, they want to be able to sell it right away to someone else without any warning. I definitely feel like I have been a victim of a scam and I will be telling everyone about it. They should not be in business.

These are some of the most well made shoes/boots I've ever owned. Shipping is great. Packaging is fantastic. Customer service is exceptional. Also, if you ever have the chance to visit a brick and mortar Freebird store, I'd highly recommend that too!

Used this when it was a FREE service back when I was 13-15ish in 2007-2009. Received an email that they are now withholding personal images until they receive payment. They are also not allowing the user to delete images on their database without payment. SCUM of a company. I read in another review about a class action lawsuit, I HOPE this happens. Absolutely disgusting company with NO morals or regard for the user.
