very happy bought the scanner to suit my hyundai santa fe 2009 diesel car. the hyundai service charged me 140 to scan the car to find why the check engine fault light was on . the hyundai scanners apparently couldn't get a code so the wanted me to agree to spend more to scan my car so the total to scan would be 300 dollars. and they still may not get a code and the car would still have to be fixed if they did get a code . i bought the AU scanner to suite car at 300 dollars. followed the set up instructions. plugged into my car and instantly got the code and description of what was wrong. P2015/407E. with explanation of intake manifold runner position sensor /switch circuit range/ performance bank 1a. .... i had made it very clear to hyundai service that the rats had chewed some wires and there still may be a bit of unfound damaged wires. and thats what it is. this scanner is going to save me a lot of money. thankyou

Dodgy mechanics! I’ve had to take my car back on several occasions after they attempted to fix a timing chain problem (chain still made a rattle noise and Freddy the mechanic said it’s normal for it to make a little bit of noise..) only to have found out from another mechanic that they did half the job (fitted half a kit) Ended up having to pay for the same job again within a year for the full kit. Additionally they were very quick to scrap the replacement parts even though I had asked them to keep them aside... Basically one of those mechanics that tells you something’s wrong with the part when nothing is. So there’s a good chance your going to pay for something that doesn’t need fixing. I’ve been taking my car back to the garage for almost a year (Couldn’t even get my name right on any of the paperwork even though they had a copy of my driving licence) and having spent almost £1500 purely because THEY did the work and THEY have a duty of care to ensure it’s done properly however after I took it back to make them aware of the chain noise Richard (apparently the manager) said you don’t have to bring the car back to us. Richard doesn’t seam to understand that if you don’t do the job properly then yes customers will come back.. If you would like your petrol car to sound like a diesel truck at a reasonable price then by all means ANSA motors is your answer. On top you will end up paying for tings that don’t need fixing. That’s their speciality in this trade.

Avoid! the owner Richard is really rude and has no clue what his doing there. Had to get another mechanic to school him on how to get the job done. Then also has the nerve to apologies months down the line saying he wasn’t in a good place and now wants to have another go trying to fix a problem I already had to pay twice for him to attempt fixing the issues only to end up cause more damage to the car. Seriously avoid this place

WHAT A SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY !! Refund agreed for non receipt of goods, email stating 5 - 7 days for cleared funds to hit my account, day 8 no refund called Abigail Hughes who apologised on behalf of SGS whist informing me that I would receive the cleared fund by 5pm - Yet again SGS failed to forefill there agreement. Day 9 - again called to check what is going on and why such a simple process is taking longer than the time scale that they had told me, got put through to a jumped up arrogant manager who told me that he has now decided that he won’t be giving me the refund clearly agreed via email and that he thinks that it’s ok for customers to pay for goods that they never receive. SORRY SGS BUT THIS MATTER IS NOT CLOSED AND WILL BE DELT WITH VIA TRADING STANDARDS AND THROUGH THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT. After failing to deliver my trolly jack I asked for a refund which I am told will take up to 7 working days once it has been authorized by a manager. This company is quick to take your money but when they mess up are reluctant to give it back. I paid though PayPal which takes no time to clear They come across as a professional outfit but they are far from that when it comes to dealing with refunds I will be taking this matter up with trading standards

Worst mistake I made. Driving a Mercedes equipped with AirMatic suspension should be a comfortable and soothing experience. After all, the smooth ride of a fine German luxury car is legendary! But as these vehicles age, the active air suspension system develops malfunctions. Here's my mistake, I replace this luxury ride for the Strutmasters conversion. Strutmasters conversion kit took a beautiful and enjoyable driving luxury automobile to that of a Dodge. Strutmasters didn't want to help and tried to avoid the issues I have at all costs. I can no longer enjoy my Mercedes to the point that I’m replacing the entire system back to the original Mercedes airmatic. The lack of customer service the fact they don’t care about you after the sale plus the crappy parts, wrong ride height, noise coming from the new parts, the unsafe freeway handling is the only reason to not buy from them ever! Check them out on yelp and other review sights too see just what other people say before spending your money and wasting your efforts.

"I had a problem with my Hyundai Equus Air Suspension and fixing it would be very expensive (Hyundai does not back its flagship vehicles.) I started looking for an alternative. I came up with Strutmasters. I ordered the suspension system and was told it would arrive at my mechanic's shop in three to five days (I'll even give them work days although that was never mentioned).The problems began here. The suspension DID NOT arrive in 3-5 days, nor was it shipped during that 3-5-day delivery window. This went on and on with incorrect updated shipping times. I ordered the product on Sept 10 and it finally arrived on September 28. All in all, my car rental bill, because of Strutmasters, ran over $750. I could no longer keep adding rental expenses given the continued inaccuracies of Strutmasters delivery dates so I traded in my car and bought a new one. When the suspension finally arrived, I returned it to Strutmaster (cost $89 more out of my pocket to ship it back) and was charged a 20% restocking fee by Strutmaster. Really?????? This is after having to pay over $750 in rental charges because of Strutmasters' delays. If you use a company who treats its customers Strutmasters did me, you have to be OUT OF YOUR MIND." Rich

BRITISHPARTS.CO.UK TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. Ordered lambda sensors. Sales department were so confident the parts were correct but had same issues immediately after fitting them.  If you have ordered from British Parts and they are not working have the resistance checked. Totally wrong!  Supplied sensors reading 3oms proper ones ordered from elsewhere reading 15. Tolerence is 12-18. Refused to return unopened box as it's just over 14 days. I accept the first two were just out of time limit - only because we thought the parts supllied were properly manufactured which wasn't the case in my opinion and that of an expert with excellent diagnostic equipment. Please don't assume as I did that they know what they are talking about because they sound confident on the phone. If the new parts fitted are causing issues, check the parts have been manufactured to a standard. I'm told they have never had anyone claim the resistance is incorrect. Had I not met an industry specialist, I too would have blamed everything but the oxygen sensors. No longer will I recommend British Parts. All the garages I worked with have agreed to remove them from their preferred suppliers list. We are lucky in the north east England we have a specialist who is used by major vehicle suppliers for indepth diagnostics. It is my understanding the normal tolerance for oxygen sensors is between 12-18 oms for them to read correctly. The ones supplied are 3. This is a huge difference! This is a true statement to help others facing the same issue for parts purchased from British Parts and facing dilemmas. This is not your typical handheld or laptop diagnostics. This is next level diagnostics with a clear solution.  Have you had similar issue but did not report it to British Parts and assumed the problem is elsewhere. Please recheck the issue, I will point you in the right direction. I am not involved with the diagnostics company but feel let down with over confident sales staff at British Parts and will air my views on each and every platform available to me. This is an honest review after months of distress and being let down by British Parts.  Please don't assume the parts can't be faulty or poorly manufactured. I assumed they were genuine parts. Landrover were more expensive, but I have paid several times more in the end after paying for diagnostics and new sensors and unable to return the faulty ones. British Parts have lost a customer and trade business through their unfair policy.  This is based on my opinion and the opinion of experts in the field with state of the art diagnostics equipment. BUYER BE AWARE!!!! ___________________ Update after response  You were clearly informed the one recently ordered has not been opened. But you refuse to return it as it's a few days over your 14 day policy. We ordered new ones from Land Rover which worked straight away. We assumed your parts were tested and guaranteed as you keep claiming. Do you want to test the resistance on your lambda sensors? I am offering you a live challenge. There is no fault in the vehicle other than your sensors. I am willing to order a new pair for the purpose of test only. They can be delivered straight to the diagnostics centre. An independent impartial professional tester will test them. ARE YOU WILLING TO PARTICIPATE LIVE ON FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM? Please let me know and I'll arrange an honest test. Please speak to the tester or the owner of the testing facility.  The point of these review sites is to make others aware. You are a professional company, however, these are not manufactured to a suitable standard. They did not pass the test. I personally do not possess the knowledge but these experts do. The staff at British Parts said on two occasions they are not mechanics which is fair enough.  No one is claiming the parts are incorrect for the vehicle yes they do fit the description and match chassis number they are not correct polarity they are well below the tolerance levels. Please understand the complaint!

I couldn't be more annoyed with Burton Power. I ordered and paid for a head gasket set that was urgently required. It was shown as in stock, so I ordered online and paid extra for 1-2 day courier delivery service. I had no reply to an email I sent a couple of days later to check on status, and after phoning I was told by someone, that sounded half-a-sleep and totally uninterested, that the head gasket was not even in stock! Completely messed up my planned weekend away. If I had not contacted them, who knows how long I would have had to wait for the parts - and how can BP justify charging extra for a fast delivery if they haven't even got the item in stock? Totally disgusted with Burton Power, their total lack of professionalism and indifferent attitude.

Very bad experience with Asda tyre. I booked the 4 tyre change from Asda tyres and choose halford as a fitter and book the slot for 05:00 pm and thought to finish job a bit early and go and get the tyre fixed . It all sounds good so far but the journey just started.went to halford and they said they don’t take any order from 05:00pm as they close at 05:00pm so I have to go back. I called Asda again and explained the situation they apologise and gave me the Saturday 12:00 slot and I was happy again and ignored the issue. Went to halford again on Saturday 12.00 (16/05) and they said they did not received any notification from Asda tyres :( and I have to wait till min 04:00 hrs and I lost the will to live and came back to home. And annoying enough they don’t have customer service open on Saturday and sundays

Ordered 2 tyres, got them fitted at stoneacre Peugeot halifax, they didnt balance the wheels or put new valves in, i noticed the day after when I moved the wheel from the front to back, I took the car back and they said sorry and did the work again, 1 week later the tyre rapidly deflated, I thought I had a big puncture, I took the car to a puncture repair center and the tyre was not holed it was leaking between the rim and tyre as Peugeot had not cleaned all the old tyre sealer off the rim prior to refitting the tyre the 2nd time, there work was downright dangerous, plus its cost me another £10 for the tyre that went down and now the second tyre is losing pressure,, nightmare

Ordered Helmet at a great all in price via email as a previous customer got a deal...on arrival internal visor was faulty As in it slipped down of head shaken I have the same helmet in other graphic so know it shouldn’t be like that.. immediately called and told to return it and postage would be covered... get a call firstly saying it’s the slider mechanism you “need to give a firm push” its a £450 helmet it should be faultless then manager tells me nothing wrong with the helmet and there would be a restock fee, they wouldn’t pay my postage and would deduct original postage despite me having the email agreeing otherwise got a full refund including all post via PayPal shocking customer service avoid really dissatisfied

do not deal with this company I'm currently down £2500 due to their bad packaging which I can not get a refund for as the packaging had no protection and the item is broken. customer service is not helping at all. update/reply: so after fighting a battle over this their returns policy does not state anywhere to use a specific courier they have had the audacity to send over their help page and claim it's their privacy policy which was never sent to me upon requesting to return my item. after this, they then began to get multiple people to email me and waste complete time when this issue was already being addressed I felt very bullied and was not nice at all to have them gang up on me. again the statement was on there help page and did not help me at all as they send it after I return my item. after they realised they had no leg to stand on they decided to randomly give me partial refund after I said multiple times I do not want a partial refund and now it will be impossible for me to get a full refund as my bank insurance will not allow me to claim back on this as I already have a partial refund which I said I didnt want multiple times. II still did no want a partial refund and even here there is no reason to why I was given one. It's been a very frustrating ordeal, if they said to use a pallet on return I would have made sure of it. I reccomend they have a more indepth email when returning items as I had no help upon doing this and for some reason its my fault. with respect £800 for a company like you might not be a lot of money but for someone like me it is an awful lot. I did not want this partial refund cause I dont feel I was in the wrong. I have had a similar experience with another company but they were great and gave the money back straight away. further reply/update its not what you have done after I agree you have tried to help but the damage was done when in the returns email you literalyl gave me no information for the return of this. I was not told that the package needed a specific courier or additional protection. you keep bringing up pallet ways but this should have been stated on the returns that I was to use this company. I am un aware if the item was damaged to me as I never opened it so it may have already been damaged before I used ups. i did my best to ensure it wont be damanged I kept it in its exact packaging as stated on my returns. you keep bringing up the pallet but I was not told that this was needed to be sent this way. your returns has to be more in depth on this. again I wish that you were not so arrogant in your responses and fuels my belief that this was your fault, 'customers could send expensive cookers back wrapped in bin bags leaving us with no cover and forever out of pocket' I sent this in the exact packaging as requested and this is 110% out of my power as I have done everything asked of both involved. this just proves the ignorant customer service you have. still incredibly frustrating as the only silver lining with this was my bank insurance but as you gave me a partial refund after I stated I don't want it a million times this is now your fault that I cant get my full refund back and has caused so many issues. this truly is not my fault and it's a shame that a company as large as you or ups cant take liability. if I was told to use pallet ways on retun I would have.

I ordered an awning that was stated as next day delivery. On chasing after paying over 500.00, I was then advised that delivery was October. We agreed a refund which although having being told that my payment has left the company , it has not been received. Now I was also told that it was probably a delay with my bank, which is incredible and false. Beware, this is to date a genuine loss of money so far , and the funny thing is that I was ok with the error but not in any way this delay in repayment. PLEASE BEWARE.

Excellent Customer Service! While it is easy to leave a good review when things go to plan, the true measure of a company's Customer Service is when there is a problem. In this respect AutoBeam's service shined. Unfortunately I experienced an issue which was not of AutoBeams making. While my order was processed and dispatched promptly, the order was never delivered. Following the requisite period, I escalated my concerns to AutoBeam's Customer Service via their FB page, and within 24hrs, they reverted and processed a full refund. Fantastic customer focused service and excellent communications. Very reassuring and I am looking forward to ordering again.

I found this website whilst I was on the search for an Engine for my Audi A3 I could not find anything for a reasonable price. However I got a call from BM Engine Works and they gave me an outstanding quote beating all the other offers I received and I purchased it same day. The best thing about this company is the customer service, quick responses and how Quickly they send over the goods, my garage received it the following day and made my life much more easier. I 100% recommend this company best in the business with amazing prices and warranty on products.

Complete scam. I bought their lights for a Maserati Levante and gave them to the dealership service department to install. They don’t fit at all, and if you try to install the lights the way their website says to the doors won’t close. I asked for a refund and return label after sending pictures, they said no and sent me some fine print from their website that says basically says “these things may not fit.” Total scam, I threw them into the garbage where they belong.

Ordered LED smoked lense marker lights for a ford ranger on April 15th. Still haven't seen them on the 28th. Tracking info is the same since the 16th when they supposedly shipped out. 3 emails to customer service checking status or requesting a refund and 2 unanswered calls. Competitor on Amazon would have been delivered two days later. Next step will be reporting fraud through bank if they don't show up or a reply is not sent in the next week. This company will never recieve any business from me again.

I paid $20.00 for the canbus error free anti hyper flash led amber turn signals and they hyper flash. Told the seller. They replied with a $5.00 refund and recommended me to install the bulbs backwards and asked if I would use resistors to correct the hyper flash. I told them I wanted my money back. Now they are out of the office. I will never order another thing off ebay. Auxito is another garbage Chinese company that sales junk and ebay doesn't care. Gonna pay the extra and get las fit like I should have. Total rip off

please don't use this company , its basically a SCAM , i've ordered £350 worth of chrome on the 12th march , i heard nothing for 2 weeks , then i got Dan on the phone , just told complete lies , said my order had been despatched , waited 2 days to ring back to be told my order had pieces missing and would be sent out that day , they sent a fake DPD tracking number saying my order would arrive on Monday 29th , but surprise surprise , DPD don't have the parcel , i rang on Monday 29th to be told by Andy that he has just started with the company and doesn't know how the ordering process works and would get his boss to get back to me ! still waiting , and im sure by the reviews i've read so far i'm not expecting any contact soon , i've started the process of trying to recover my money from the excuse of a company !!

Customs is the word. I wanted some yellow inserts for my T6 grille but none of the usual suspects sold them. I could have painted some myself but it wouldn't have gone well! I spoke to Rebekah at Wildworx and she couldn't have been more helpful - arranged to paint a set for me in the exact colour I wanted and kept me uptown date throughout the process. They're now on the van and look fantastic.

Unfortunately, this is the very first bad review in my entire life. I really wanted to like this item but when it arrived it didn't work with the magnet and was much much smaller than I imagined. (to be fair they list the measurements) it doesn't even take up half my door sill. What really caught me off guard was their customer service. They're a small company but you would think that would mean more to them considering they aren't huge and they're in China of all places. First they accused me of not knowing how to operate the things and then when I confirmed they didn't work this guy "kevin" said if I don't like them then return them. No instruction and no answer on who exactly was going to pay to return these unwanted and broken things back to China. I'm not paying that type of money just to get $70. Very disappointed. There are much better companies who tailor your door sills and above all else have excellent customer service reps who aren't short with their answers because they don't wanna deal with you. Hope this helps.

I ordered an ABS control Module through carpartsource.com for my Ford F150. I figured I could trust Car part source.com because their websites mentions their car parts have been tried and tested and are ready to be used. I figured I should give them a try because they even offered at least a 1 year warranty on their parts. So I went ahead and ordered it and had the part installed through a certified mechanic but the part was defective and was not able to hold any pressure and caused leaking issues with the ABS control module. I reached out to Cartpartsource and mentioned they sent me a defective part and they said okay, send us back the same part we sent you and we can take a look at it and then if all checks out the refund would be initiated. So I went ahead and sent back that part and they tell me they received the package but it's not same part they sent me. They tell me I sent them a brake booster and that its not even from a ford 150. I told them thats not true and that I sent them back the exact same part. I've provided them with the pictures of the part being defective, followed their return process, and provided them with the invoice of the mechanic work and diagnosis on their faulty part. I asked them is there anything else I can do to prove that I have done nothing wrong and that there warehouse made a mistake with the package I sent them. I also mentioned that I would like to see weight of the brake booster that I suppossably sent them because they issued me a 9lb return shipping label and I told them I have the exact weight of the shipping contents of what I sent them. I asked them if they can provide me with pictures with their brake booster inside the same box I sent them, along with the same packing material, and showing the weight of all the contents in their. I have yet to receive these pictures and still have not gotten back a full refund for the defective part they sent me.

I ordered an engine from Car Part Source for my 1995 Mustang convertible that I am restoring. I was a little weirry about buying a used engine online since I wouldn't be able to see the condition however after the engine arrived at my mechanics shop I was stoked to find out that it was in great condition just like the rep had told me it would be! The engine was well priced and arrived on time. All in all the transaction went smoother than I could have ever hoped for. One step closer to getting this car on the road!

Ordered a hose kit for my car it took 10 days for them to arrive the company tried to make excuses for late delivery blamed the post office worker however they actually just created a tracking number and hadn't gave royal mail the package so when I tried to track the package it came up saying tracking number invalid untill 3 days later once it had actually been posted. When the hoses did eventually arrive they were all too long or too short poor fitment and one of the hoses I received the fitting hadn't been swaged so just fell off quite scary to know that a company supplying brake hoses doesn't test or even visually inspect the product before you trust your life in their workmanship. I called to complain was told a new hose would be sent out the same day it wasn't sent till the following day and caused me even further delays and massive inconvenience. Avoid this company!

This company has awful customer service. They don’t do a good job responding to inquiries. Their US website supposedly had a glitch and they allowed me to make a purchase that they canceled without contacting me. In addition, I incurred additional fees as a result of their mistake. Of course, they don’t care. I own a Hedon helmet, it does get high marks on smelling good and looking good. That being said, the padding isn’t removal, it doesn’t come with basic accessories like a chin curtain, you can’t properly install a communication unit, and it doesn’t come with an adequate warranty.

I ordered a drivers side mirror for my 2012 Kia Sorento. The part was delivered a day earlier than expected! However, the part was defective and I've had nothing but problems with customer service. 2 calls where I was left on hold, with no answer, one for 25 minutes, one for 35 minutes. I tried to do the return authorization online, throughtheir website, and havent received the shipping label that was supposed to be emailed within 24 hrs. It's now been 7 days. Don't waste your time with these folks.

I ordered a bumper cover for my 2015 Hyundai Sonata sport that said "guaranteed fit". I got it, and it did not fit. This was only found out once I had my bumper off of course and the part was unreturnable. Anyhow I tried to contact customer service multiple times through email, and waited over a month for response. I waited on the phone for forty minutes as well with no answer. The reason this is a three instead of one star review is the fact that I was able to get ahold of either their parent or sister company JC Whitney. They responded within 48 hrs and issued me a full refund within 1-2 days after that. They said I could either return the part or not. I was very satisfied with that customer service experience, but I didn't think it was saving grace enough to warrant four stars. The only reason I was able to get ahold of anyone was by reading an old comments section from a carparts.com question on a help site on a google search, learning that they are affiliated with this JC Whitney company.

I ordered 4 2004 Lincoln Center Capsin December 2017 and tried to contact the company to get a delivery date a couple days later with no response. Called for a week with no response to the number provided on the website and got no response. When I filed for a refund from my credit card, I get a call from the owner, Plunkett telling me he has sent the caps, but the delay was due to the Christmas holidays. Would have been nice to hear that earlier as I purchased the same caps for have the price locally. The owner has poor customer service skills. The dispute was won in his favor due to me not reading his return policy properly. Shame on me for that. So if you order from this company, but sure to shop around first and then if you order PLEASE read his fine print return policy

It became obvious the next day after installing my vinyl flooring that Stock Interiors not only custom selects the reviews on their site but that they may even be fake with an average 4.8 rating! First off, custom molded? Yeah right! It should be dead obvious if the molds on vinyl this thick are custom molded, especially when ordered in October. The only reason I didn't send it back is because I already kept it for a month before I could find time to install and it took a while to get to me initially and also, it seems everyone sells this same product which is actually made by ACC. I think my floor looks pretty good (considering) in the end but it took an extreme amount of beating and HEATING into submission and very lucky cutting. There was wayyyy more flooring than necessary for a 'custom vinyl floor molded to your floor pan'! I also didn't focus too much on the part under the seat, since it would not be seen anyway although, thatv was the only part that was 'molded'. Is the vinyl itself thick and appear to be of good quality? Sure! But that is the only good thing I have to say about this product.

I had a similar experience to the last reviewer. I ordered a pump and install kit and paid extra for 2 day shipping. I never received any kind of tracking number, so I called them to make sure it shipped. The woman who answered the phone had NO CLUE if my order had shipped or not. When I asked to cancel the order she told me she couldn't cancel it because she wasn't sure if it had shipped or not. Meanwhile I am without a car and my mechanic is waiting on the pump. I called back the following day only to find out the pump wasn't even in stock!!! I then had to pay for overnight shipping from another site (who got me the pump ontime). It took 2 more weeks and 3 more phone calls to get a refund. Horrible vender with horrible service.

The next day I received an email saying my return has been rejected. No reason or explanation given. The seller does not provide any phone number to contact them nor an address to send the returns back to. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. I have sent them several emails asking for their phone# and address however I have received no response. Time to contact my credit card company. In addition, the seller overcharges on shipping and is not quick to ship orders. Avoid this seller at all costs.

I placed an order 6/23/2008. According to their policies ground shipping costs are "No more than 15% of total order or a minimum of $8.99" on my checkout they charged $10.99 and when they charged my credit card that amount increased to $13.51. I have attempted to call them multiple times and there is never a human to answer the phone. I have left multiple voice messages and they have been ignored. I tried to call their corporate office and they were unwilling to help me. Please be aware that parts.com does not actually sell anything! They are more like eBay than anything else. I would never buy anything from them again due to their own violation of their polices and the poor "customer service" that ignores your messages. *** Update; I sent parts.com a link to this message and they responded back saying " I AM FORWARDING THIS TO OUR WEB MASTER. I AM ASSUMING YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE CHRYSLER BOLTS." when 1) I clearly asked them to call me back only and 2) I had only placed an order for parts for a BMW. I did finally get someone to call me back I think he was from a Ford dealer in Arizona and he was very irate saying $13.51 is what it costs them to ship (no, per fedex.com it costs $7.58 I took care to use the correct weight, package size and residential delivery)

I put in an order for 3 items 1 of which was a hitch which had a couple different prices. I opted for the slightly expensive one because it seemed that the difference was the amount of accessories that came with it. Without even notifying me they CHANGED my order number, which I only assume was because of a backordered item. Shipping took a very long time and when arrived, the hitch was scratched and a bit rusty, and missing the extra accessories! Its a joke to send back a 35 pound item because of shipping too! Worst of it all is the sorry excuse for a customer service center. You basically leave a message in hopes of them calling you back. This company is also known as Hitchfinder, Drawtite-Hitches, Trailer-Hitches, Wholesale hitches.com I can only guess why they would have multiple monikers.

Purchased new running boards for a new Ram 1500 from TopGear autosport. Had them professionally installed. The brackets are so cheap that unless you stand exactly on the center of the running boards they bend over!!! The brackets are useless. Call TopGear press one for sales or 2 for customer support. Either way you get a message that mail box is full and you get disconnected. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TOPGEAR

I wish there was an option for no stars!! I ordered a part on the 17/06/2020, today is the 23/06/2020 and it is still sitting in the parcel centre! German parcel centre!!!! I ordered from a co.uk company thinking the part will be in the UK and be delivered within a couple of days. I know find out from all the other comments that the company is based in Germany! If I had known I would never have ordered! Urgent part I desperately need. How can you use a name like onlinparts.co.uk and not even be in the country!? They should be telling customers this before they order! I will never use them again and I will make sure anyone I know doesn’t go through this Bulls&@t!!

My experience was really bad. I ordered brake pads and discs for my Audi Q7-2015. My order was from "Brembo" brand products and their sales persons pushed me to buy other products offering 3 years warranty. The quality of products were so poor that as follows 1. One of the front brake disc was not fitting properly. 2. Front brake pads were not suitable for my car. Car chasis number was sent to the company to confirm prior to payment. 3. Rear brake pads are so noisy. Last month, I sent all information to them claim for warranty and compensation. They always gave silly reasons and turned down my request.

Ordered a Citeron berlingo engine was quoted £550 excepted that the got told this was bare bones engine i had asked for the turbo and manifolds to be left on, After numerous phones being told it was sent eventually arrived 11 Days later MINUS the turbo, apparently he charged me a extra £150 for the injectors never heard that being discussed, i told him why i wanted the turbo, I asked for the reg No he said it was a cat B Damaged and he had nothing left of it so cant check the claimed 32k miles or so they think. All in all a very stressful transaction never returned phone calls never informed me as to where it was when sent nothing a disaster. Honest opinion so badly organised not worth the hassle i get a feeling they may even source items themselves and sale them on, why would you not have a V.I.N for a engine to gain a professional reputation as to being upfront i would of thought this would of been a must if you are actually scraping the car themselves, i would avoid these GUYS

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I placed an order then most of the parts I ordered did not arrive. For 4 days I have been trying to get someone to do something about it. I am sending them photos of what they request and they later refer me to another customer support rep who asks for the same photos and starts an investigation that should have been started by the last one. I am calling them and the person who I talk to asks me to call in back tomorrow and ask for them as they are in for the entire day, when I call back the following day their colleagues tell me the person I am asking for is not in today. They are constantly thinking of new hurdles to place in front of me to make everything difficult or impossible for me. The cost of the parts I have not got is more than 750 GBP from an order that was something like 950 GBP. I have sent them literally hundreds of emails since the 22nd and have gotten back no more than 10 replies. Even when we are going somewhere then another person from the company comes in and sets me up back to the begging asking for the photos of the boxes which I have sent more than 5 times and for which I have proof. I also have their chat transcripts from one point on when I discovered they were taking me for an idiot and they show how they contradict themselves. The prices are low for a REASON this company is an absolute disaster that will take your money and run away with it. At least 10 times over the phone I have been reassured that I will get my money back only to be told no not before we look in to it further and be asked about the photos that I have set tens of times. I have never in writing received a reassurance that I will get my money back for the missing parts, maybe they don\t want to leave that as proof. Do with this information anything a reasonable person would do. I am contacting consumer protection and will put an end to this any way I can. I also have the names of the people from this company that are lying to me, however I am sure those are not real names, and that will show just how much of a fraud autodoc is!

I am a regular customer but since the last three orders this company has unfortunately lowered its standard. The prices can be competitive, but the time from placing the order to completion is a few days (even if the goods are in stock), delivery time over two weeks, i.e. from placing the order to delivery about 15-17 days. And on their website it is clearly written that they are processed 24h in 4-7 days delivery, at least that was the case when I placed the order. The best part is that the apologies offer discount coupons for the next order that do not work and cheat the customer, first lower the order amount by another three percent and then change their mind. Calling that they can not do it because the superior does not allow. They promise you will call you back, but do not call back. I advise you to think carefully before you order from this company, sometimes it is better to pay extra and not waste time to check whether the order has already been processed and sent, and then wait two weeks.
