Got 60mm Vortex wheels. Amazing wheels . Now my bike is lighter and looks fast. Took only 3-4 weeks from ordering and shipping to me. The packaging was amazing, wheels were wrapped so no damages were made during shipping. The quality of the wheels are great, they super light. I’m so happy. Totally worth it! And staff respond to messages pretty quickly and with details about wheels and shipping. I would recommend this site. In the future, if I will need more wheels ( maybe different thickness) I would totally get from here , the Wheelscience! 💯

I am EXTREMELY happy with the AMAZING service provided by Peter. There was an initial slight delay due to manufacturing issues around the world but overall the wheels arrived in a timely & pristine condition. Now I did encounter an issue with trying to fit 25c Clincher GP5000's which for a reason or another they would not fit even after trying various ways of force stretching them. So Peter recommended trying Vittoria or Pirelli tires as they eligibly have reputations for being the most compliant in their dimensions. Happy to report, I mounted 2 Vittoria Rubino Pro IV with ZERO issues. This is what you call EXCELLENT Customer Service and I have zero issues recommending them to others looking for new wheelsets. FIVE STARS all the way!!!

APK afspraak gemaakt bij kwikfit opeens is er allemaal problemen; bumper los en andere problemen die allemaal tot 400+ Euro grapje oplopen. KEEP Away from buying from them. Especially if you're from another country, they will charge you and not give you any other confirmation. It's been over 1 month since I placed my order and I'm constantly lied to. I can't speak with support, no one returns my calls, I can only get to someone on live chat and when I'm over there I'm switched from person to person with the mention that the order will be sent in the following week, but of course, I'm just being lied to. I'm constantly asking for a refund and they don't want to help. I'm not sure what to do next apart from talking with my bank and leaving these reviews.

One of the tyres sent to my local garage had a fault so needed to be replaced. It was inconvenient to have another appointment 3 days later to have this second tyre fitted rather than getting both tyres fitted on the same day. However, customer service were quick to deal with the problem. It would not put me off using Blackcircles again.

Worst Warranty Provider. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP Bitter Customer Experience. Motor Easy Learn to Value your Customers. To start with my complaint, it is not even about a warranty claim rejection. I would not go this far as that's something I would still consider. My car was absolutely fine. Motor Easy broke my car as part of the preliminary health check. Motor Easy did not handle my car with enough skill and Care and for NO Fault of mine I had to pay 2800£. All I did was to take my car for health check as instructed by Motor Easy, just for this I had to pay 2800£. Are these MotorEasy’s values and principles? Motor Easy sold me a warranty plan for my Car (Registration Number : AV63 HLN). For the warranty to start, motoreasy asked me to take my car to Halfords for a health check. Motor Easy arranged and paid for this health Check. 28 Apr 2022 - I took my car in the morning to Halfords and was asked to leave it for a health check. Halfords did the checks and confirmed the car was absolutely fine and passed the Health check. When I went in the evening to collect my car the car had a Dashboard warning for faulty Airbag and suspension issue on one side of the car. I asked the Halfords manager about the warning light and I was told that when they finished the health checks they couldn't get the car to start so they jump started the car and that caused the warning lights to come up. They said if I wait for sometime they will have this fixed. I waited for another hour however, they were not able to fix the issue. Halfords then told me that there is nothing to worry about and that the car is fine, it's just the warning lights which they will have a BMW expert come in and fix the issue. I waited for them to call, however, I did not receive any call back from them. In the meantime, I had raised complaints with motor easy as well. However, no solution provided I was asked to just visit other garages all of them said only BMW can have this fixed. By this time my MOT was also due and the MOT failed due to an airbag fault. NOTE : For the aforementioned facts mentioned by me, as evidence I have a call recording proving that the car had no issues when it went to Halfords and all while they were doing the Health checks. The fault occurred because of something their engineers did after the health checks were over and they were trying to get the car out. The Call recording is attached. 22 Jun 2022 Motor Easy told me that they will pay for the MOT failure and if I can take it to BMW and get a quote. BMW after a few days gave me a quote of Dashboard airbag fault and Suspension issue. BMW confirmed that the Airbag control unit was totally faulty and the car is not safe for Road use. They also confirmed that the Airbag control Unit failure was and can not be caused due to anything to do with Battery Faults (I have this as evidence on email from BMW). I was without car for more than 3 months at this point and i had shared the estimates with Motor Easy and I did not get any response from them and I wasn't able to keep BMW on hold for the repairs also a motor easy agent over call mentioned that I can take the car to BMW and have it repaired and claim the costs later. However, now I have been told that the airbag unit is not covered in warranty and for Suspension coil they did not approve the repair. Just a point to highlight here is that I have emails from Motor Easy where they told me that they are talking to Halfords to have the cost reclaimed, however, they later as final response came back that the airbag control unit is not covered in warranty. They have given me conflicting statements and I have emails for all this including the audio call recording to prove my case. Please I need a resolution to my case as I am a working class man to support my family and pay mortgages. Cost of 2800£ a month has totally made me financially unstable and that's just the cost to garage I had to dole out additional money as I was left without car.

Whatever you do, do not buy from this company. They are rude, disrepectful and do not know how to talk to their customers. I had a small enquiry and thier response shocked me. The company is cheaper but it is definitely not worth the hassle they bring with that price.

FAILED FUEL PUMP CAUSES INJECTION PUMP TO FAIL. ROCKAUTO’S POLICIES WON’T ALLOW WARRANTY CREDIT AND WON’T COVER DAMAGE COSTS. GOODBYE ROCKAUTO On January 25, 2018 I bought a Rockauto lift pump for my 2001 RAM diesel. I replaced my existing lift pump even though it was working fine because I knew how important the lift pump was for protecting the injection pump. Slightly over one year later their lift pump failed, also taking out my injection pump. The lift pump had been professionally installed. The lift pump cost me $145 (and $130 for installation) but the rebuilt injection pump cost me over $2000. I contacted Rockauto, telling them that their part was responsible for the injection pump failure and they should pay for its repairs. I basically got a form email back telling me where to file a warranty claim on the lift pump. THEN, later, I found out that since it had been a year my only warranty option was for a replacement pump; no cash, no credit, no nada! I have bought four parts from Rockauto - and two of them have been defective (the other was a brake caliper). I was pretty grumpy after paying TWICE for the installation of the brake caliper but I am beyond angry at the huge costs to repair damage from their failed lift pump – which they will only replace, not giving credit. The most upsetting part of this, however, is the impersonal, unsympathetic way they responded to my situation! I see no reason to purchase anything from them again. Those shops that offer 24 month NAPA parts and labor warranties are looking very, very good!

I plugged in the device prior to my last road trip, about 1600 miles. Not only did I get the extra 3mpg, but the added horsepower was enough to help the truck go over hills that in the past several years I would have had to take the truck out of OD. Thyis trip the truck went over the mountains with very little strain on the engine without taking it out of OD. I saved enough on gas this one trip to pay for the devive. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. I havent noticed that much mpg gain in city driving, but it is still a little better than before. I can still feel the extra hp, which is nice, but not needed as much as on the freeway since I take a lot of road trips. Thank you for this great device, I am more than happy with the results.

2008 Ford Crown Victoria P71 Police Interceptor 4.6l. Factory dual exhaust which I removed factory muffler and installed 2 FlowMaster single chamber mufflers along with a K&N filter in factory box( since that truely pulls cold air from outside engine compartment). These vehicles come from Ford with high performance tweaks already. I installed the Stage 1 Performance Chip and within about 150 miles I noticed much crisper throttle response and firmer shifting! Along with an Awesome WOT!! Ive tried other performance chips and IAT splice in chips but nothing compares to this simple plug and play chip, best $100 you can spend to "wake up" this 4.6l ! I just upgraded to the Stage 2 Chip and will post a review after a few miles. I am a gear head and have been wrenching for 40 yrs. Living in California I just wanted this car to get out of its own way and Performance Chip answers that problem. I do own and build hot rods/muscle cars. This P71 is a shop car/parts runner.

Grom USB2P-HON1 bluetooth Auxiliary Interface with Bluetooth option not working well in my Honda Odyssey 2007 with NAV and RES. It could be my phone, but it's an HTC EVO, very standard, it should not have posed a problem. I don't get any sound coming from the speaker when using the phone connected to GROM in Bluetooth mode, how annoying. Accessing Autotoys help is confusing, the Youtube uncut video doesn't work. I have to wade through a maze to find out the necessary information, and still my bluetooth phone doesn't work.

My boyfriend bought me a video game for Christmas and they jacked the price on it at last minute. Well I ended up getting two of the same game for Christmas and when I went to return it we did not get a full refund. He thought he bought through Walmart and turns out it was third party person. We had to pay the shipping back plus a restocking fee! We ended losing $20! It was the worst experience ever! I called Walmart corporate and they could not do anything but say I should not have paid shipping and get a full refund. Then after everything was said and done they told me to read the return policy and hung up on me! I am so done! What a rip off! I will never ever order from this company again!

170 cad for a set of window vents is pretty cheap but they fit without tape so all I can say is I hope they last. One vent came damaged with a chip taken out of the top ridge but I really didn't want to send it back and be forced to wait even longer so I kept it.

If I could give a minus five starts I would. I ordered on December 17th and it's now December 27th, and it's still "in Progress". You can't call in as they always have a wait of 163 to 268 people ahead of you, and if you do wait, once it gets down to a third of the count, you get cut off and have to start again. That's obviously done on purpose as others say they have the same issue. Great marketing, but they need to allocate some of those funds to customer service.

I had the chains shipped out 2nd day air to reach me before a trip. They arrived on time but didn't fit. I left on my trip, taking the chains with me to send back on the road. On the road I called up their customer "service" folks. They gave me a return number and said I had better express ship the chains back (not cheap) since if they arrived one day after their 14 calendar day limit (with holidays and weekends that doesn't give you long) they would no longer accept the chains back. So I'm out $55 in shipping due to their mistake. The chains that came, though they were of the wrong size looked like they would have worked if the sizing had been correct. You provide the tire size to them when you order the chains, but nothing in the package indicates tires the chains are supposed to fit. I ended up getting chains from J.C. Whitney. They're more expensive but they come with a way to return them (which I didn't need to do) and a 30 day return period.

I have a 1969 Wheelhorse Raider 12. I purchased a set of these and they did not last a winter. I have used all metal chains in the past and have never had a problem but I needed something not to scratch my drive. They had tension, and spring and rubber tensioners on both wheels. I email this company and they said it was my fault. They never did return my email the second time. Interesting that they also banned me from their website. Horrible product. Buy at your own risk. If I could upload pics of the mess they ended up with you would not believe how horrible these chains are made. No fasterners, only cheap metal bent over the chain strap. I could bend them when they got caught in my axle.

A few months later and an honest breakdown review. I love this bag. It does everything I would expect and more. The way it mounts makes it easy for any bike. It has survived everything I have thrown at it including off road adventures, mind you my bike is named a street twin not a dirt twin. Rain, my gear stays dry. (I do live in Colorado USA so the rain doesn't last long, if you are in an area of lots of rain, get their bag liners.) Hail the bag said bring it bruh. Dirt, the bag is now dirty but my stuff isn't. Wind, drops, no worries. I have noticed no damage, degradation, or anything else. It holds all the things I need, and I am an unorganized fool that just throws things in. Has a first aid kit, bottles of water(yes multiple), battery pack, various wires, rain jacket, bike lock, and still has room for more. Now think if you are an organized person at how much it could hold. Next up a second bag, then their duffle, its time for some long distance trips.

Wrote to company after seeing these bags and got a fast response from Aymeric. He even sent a link to verify it was the same person. Order was easy and delivery was very fast from Europe. I was not able to figure out how to use the straps provided for use (great idea, the YouTube poster had a bobber and therefore a different fender than mine) but was able to secure them easily to the rails from the seat rest. The poster bought a 7 liter and a 12 liter bag and I wished I had now for the extra room. I just went for two 7 liters. Quality is excellent. The waxed canvas and leather give the already distinct looking Scout a nice retro look. There already aren’t any other Scouts in my area but I expect to get a lot of comments on the saddlebags and will highly recommend them to everyone. It was also a very fair price and shipping was inexpensive and was great with tracking. If I ever get the new Chief, I will either take these bags or get new ones. Awesome look, great price and the most unique accessory I have seen on a motorcycle.

I was looking for a nice clean simple mount for my work vehicles and personal ones too and mega mounts have all I require it’s so easy to change from vehicle to vehicle with the magnets holding my phones sturdily in place. I had one problem with one part, not due to Misoni, more a quality control issue with the supplier. The issue was resolved directly by Daniel at Misoni professionally & courteously via a couple of emails and photos to 'prove' the issue I had (non of which represented an unreasonable request) and replacement were dispatched. Within 1 week or so of receiving the original order, the replacement had been received and fitted. First class, others can learn a lot from this approach ! G

BUYER BEWARE!  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a front splitter directly from NINTE because my son’s Christmas list contained a link that went directly to their site, straight to this particular splitter. Every time I went to check out, it was showing that I was buying the “side skirts” (which he already has), not the front splitter.  After several failed attempts to correct the item, I finally got the front splitter in my cart. When I received the confirmation, I took a screenshot since the only details it contained on the page was the confirmation number. Then a week later, I received a shipping confirmation stating that I was going to be receiving my “side skirts” soon!  I called the number on the website right away, which is supposedly located in Kansas. I left a message stating that I was going to re-buy the front splitter so that my son would have it by Christmas, however; I needed to return the incorrect item right away. I never received a return call.  Instead, I got an email response to my email inquiry a couple days later. They said that no other customers had experienced any “glitching” therefore it was a return caused by the customer. They refused to pay for the return shipping however, as a “courtesy”, they would not charge the restocking fee.  I told them that their mobile website was indeed glitching that day, and along with all the pictures they required of the box, the labels, etc., I also sent a picture of my son’s car containing side skirts.  Why on earth would I have bought side skirts if he already has them? Their email responses were coming in at 2 o’clock in the morning EST, so I can only assume that they are in a different country.  Every response was more mechanical than the first.  Repeating the same thing over and over that they are very sorry, but they cannot pay for the shipping since it was the customers fault.  I went back online and read reviews about NINTE and apparently there are many people that not only agreed to pay the shipping for their return, but they never received their refund! Now I'm afraid to send the product back regardless! I even called a different phone number listed on their Facebook page, and it's not even a real number! My only mistake was not knowing that I could have bought this item on Amazon, because Amazon would surely have stepped in to protect my purchase.  It’s a shame I have to give even one star in order to write this review. What a terrible thing to do to someone…especially at Christmas time.

Looks great & easy to install! This is a great product. Greatly enhanced the look of my 2022 Civic. It has a sparkle/pearl finish to it that wasn't clear in the photos, but my car has a pearl paint so it matches well. I do wish a non-glossy version was available that better matched the lower part of the grille-but that's a minor caveat. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to up the look of their 2022 Civic! Included before/after photos for anyone who wants to see it.

Ok I called Ritchie products after hours Not knowing. After bout 2 mins they call me back. Got me the link to the exact part I needed to order. I payed for usps express delivery. Said one business day. After I told him I needed it as quick as I could get. Then I completed order next day he wanted to ship it ups next day to be more positive that I got it quickest way and actually paid the difference more than what I done payed for. I was sent a part that does not work then when I called to return it I am told "oh in order to use the warranty you must send us the part back so that's florida to Texas I believe which is definitely going to take more than just a few days then I'm told that "once we receive the part that you want to return then we will send you out a new different one that "works " I told the woman who is telling me the company policy on how their "warranty " works that I can either do that or pay a $60 deposit right now over the phone and they will shop me out a "working " part that I need and I once i send back the first malfunctioning part they sent me and it is recieved then i will be refunded my $60 deposit . So that is how this company's "warranty works" what a scam and I have spent over a hundred dollars and now all I can get is my time wasted while they polish up another refurbished piece of junk and send it out in Hope's that it will work for me. SmH never again please steer clear of this company and stick to you local autopart store like I should have .

I think a class action lawsuit for false advertising is needed. In fact, in some states there can be criminal charges associated with false advertising. Even one person can sue them for this in small claims court. Sometimes that's all you can do to sit a company down and let them know the BS isn't going to be tolerated. They send faulty parts, leave people on hold for hours, make returns next to impossible, send parts that do not fit car and tons of other issues. There are bad reviews everywhere for this company on the Better Business Bureau, Amazon, EBay, Trust Pilot, Reseller Ratings, Yelp and it's the same thing over and over again. They advertise the EXACT opposite on their website and when you call into their customer service line. It's false advertising and it's about time we get these jokers legally to stop the BS and lies.

They further claimed that they talked to Ebay and were in the right which was a complete lie after I called and spoke with Ebay. They next told me it was my fault as I should have known the price was too good to be true. Really their pricing was not my responsibility? Get real. The guy I spoke to was rude abrasive and a just truly a not nice person. I am shocked that a company that I have dealt with for years would decide to treat their customers like this. I have been using Ebay and Summit Racing for a long time and I have never dealt with ethics like this before. Very disappointed in their staff and ethics. Shady shady people.

I’ve been shopping with AutohausAZ for several years. Never a problem with the correct parts, prices are usually competitive. Turnaround and delivery is at worst, reasonable. Occasionally, a part for a 36 year old car is unavailable, but that’s rare. If I’m looking for something, I may buy it from somewhere else if a competitor has a sale, but I’ll ALWAYS check with AutohausAZ. Especially so now that Bavauto is closing their shop, AZ is that much more needed.

Although the delivery estimates factor in several days for "processing" the order, I've only waited at most 2 days before the item shipped. This last order was placed on Sunday night and received the following Saturday through standard shipping. I have to say though, it is pretty akward seeing an tire being dropped off at the door for the first time!

Placed an order for 2 headsets 4/24/06. 4/25/06, I realized I ordered the wrong sets so I then ordered the correct sets. I emailed them asking if what the "restocking fee" would be if I cancelled the original order. It was 'processed' but not yet shipped or pulled to ship. On 4/26/06 I get an email that says no problem on cancelling the order, there would be a 25% restocking fee and that the CSR would take care of that for me. WHAT? I inquired..I didn't say do it! Thus, I call them, tell them I didn't say cancel the order and I wasn't paying them $17.50 of my hard earned money just so he can click a screen that says cancel (no restocking involved, as they didn't pull the material), and he says he will take care of it. Two days later I email asking when the items will ship. He replied that the 'correct parts' I ordered are on back order until the 5/14/05 and has no indication of when the other parts will be available to ship. WTF? I tell him that the parts were not listed as 'out of stock' when I ordered and he replied that their inventory PC and their ordering PC do not communicate. I will never, EVER order from this company again and I HIGHLY recommend you avoid them like the plague.

I saw other reviews about this company that were negative and I can't speak for their experiences, but I can say that I placed a large order for multiple items right before Christmas and already received the order. So they delivered on there promise to send me what I ordered in a timely manner. But I did notice a negative and that was that they don't provide you with tracking automatically and don't want you to contact them until 10 business days after order if you had problems. They really need to work on their customer service if they want more business, but they had great prices on what I needed.

Ordered item on Monday July 15th and told it was in stock and would be shipped and I would have it by the weekend. When Friday rolled around and no tracking number had been received I called as directed and message says you cant call you have to email... Emailed and return message said item was on backorder and "should be shipped" by the 31st. Contacted Salesman (Scott) on Monday the 22nd who checked and said something had happened but he would order one from another source and I should have it by the weekend (sound familiar?)... Now it is Tuesday the 30th and after two calls yesterday with no return and being told today they didn't even know if the item was in stock, and how could they know if it would ship by the 31st as tomorrow is the 31st??? I have lost hope and demanded to be transferred to a supervisor and you guessed it, got a voicemail and left a message which I don't expect to get a return call from. DON'T CHANCE buying from these people, if they had just told me they didn't have it in stock or even waited to bill till the item shipped perhaps I may see this in a different light.I am willing to bet that if I get my money back it will take longer than they have had it to see it back but they got it IMMEDIATELY when the order was placed.

Ordered item on July 24th and realized I didn't need it. So I immediately asked for an RMA # via email. Received it a couple of days later. Returned item and delivery was confirmed on July 31st. After not receiving a credit to my credit card as of early September, I emailed an inquiry. I received a response a few days later that they would look into it. Never heard anything back and emailed them again a little over two weeks later. No reply after two days, so I called and then was told that they didn't know what had happened and that a refund would be issued. It should not have taken 2 emails and a phone call to get a credit that should have been automatic.

After waiting 2 1/2 weeks for the arrival of my parts I finally called the customer service number provided on my order confirmation. At first it seemed that they could not even locate my order. Eventually they provided me with another customer service number to contact. Again it seemed they could not locate the order. Finally I was told that one of the parts ordered was not available, the second part showed one in stock, however the customer service rep advised me that waiting for this part was "risky", and the third part they were unsure of. What kind of business is this? In this day of computer they should have known right away that these parts were unavailable. Instead they took my money (charged my Visa immediately)and left me hanging for 2 1/2 weeks without even an e-mail telling me of potential supply problems. I requested a full refund of my money during this conversation (June 2, 2010) and was told that it would take 7 business days. Guest what? to this date no refund. I've been ripped off! Whatever you do, don't order from this company or one of its affiliates. It seems there are several websites being operated by this same company. You can tell by the phone numbers and the website format.

I know that shortly after that they ran into some trouble and burned many people and many people that are still on this forum. Ordered 2 batteries on a Friday, was told that I would receive the following Thursday. On Wednesday, called for tracking number and could not be supplied with one. Was told that the tracking number would be posted to my account on Thursday. It was not. Left message on Thursday and no return call. I questioned company as to whether or not it even shipped and was told that it shipped from their Dallas location, but when I again insisted on a tracking number or a refund, company opted to refund my money. So, though the price might be appealing, don't expect to have your order shipped in any prompt fashion whatsoever....

Terrible customer service. AVOID CARJUNKY.COM I orderes two brake rotors that didn't fit when I tried them on my car and they didn't match the item description. I went to their website and filled out a return form. Shortly after I recieved an e-mail telling me to cal an 800 number. I called customer service and someone who barely spoke English picked up the phone. I explained my situationd and she said she will send an e-mail with return instructions and an adress. Instead she sent me the same e-mail saying to call the same number. I kept calling back and never made it past hold. I waited for over 40 minutes, more than once, but no one answered. Now I'm stuck with two brake rotors I can't use.

I purchased 2 sets of mud flaps for my F-150 pickup and although the mud flaps aren't the highest quality, they were the cheapest, ($19.95 per set). You get what you pay for and I think they'll last a year or two anyway. They do look nice with the reflectors on the bottom of them. The service that I got when I called them about the flaps was good although the knowledge of the people I talked to was a bit limited. When I placed the order, I got an email confirming it and they also sent me a tracking# within 24 hours of my order. It was shipped Fedex and I recieved it a few days after that. Their partner web site is autopartswarehouse.com. What can I say, you order from them and you get what you ordered in a timely matter. I would order again from this company.

I purchased parts for my Suzuki LT250R quad racer based off of their parts-schematics. When I got the parts, none of the part numbers on the packages matched their schematics, so I couldn't put my quad back together. I emailed them asking them to send a cross reference. In almost no time at all, Nikki emailed me with a cross reference so I could match the parts and put my beloved quad back together. I spoke with Ed on the phone last week, and placed an order for a new steering wheel and some other items for my e92 M3. Great service, nice guy. When the wheel showed up, it was just as pictured on the website. One of the items was missing from my order, so emailed and Gavin got back to me in less than 5 hours and explained to me it shipped in a different box. He was right, it arrived the next day. Good service there too. I dont know why these other guys are complaining

EDIT: Just received a call from Mike regarding my incident after I had emailed them.He told me that he reviewed the call and that he was glad I brought this to their attention. He profusely apologized and stated that this behavior of this particular employee is not representative of Bimmian as a whole and that he will take disciplinary action against this employee. I have updated the ratings. Original review below: --------------- I called the sales number to inquire about a license plate holder and it's fitment on a specific bumper. The person who answered (I forget the name, it was a man) seemed nice enough at first. He seemingly puts me on "hold" (but fails to mute the phone) to ask his coworker about the "junk plastic part that goes on the front end". He then states "here it is under the scroll down menu... ZHP bumper... is this kid (referring to me) ****ing stupid or what?". I did not continue the call and immediately hung up. Just wanted to throw it out there that there is an employee in your sales department that refers to customers as "****ing stupid" and calls products listed on your website as "plastic pieces of junk". If it's junk, why is it $100? Unfortunately, you lost a customer because of this and I'll do my best to make sure others in the E46 community aware of this maltreatment by Bimmian.com employees and refer them to your competitors. In fact, I called a competitor website and the person was the complete opposite in terms of behavior and answered all of my questions respectfully.

Excellent service. Been in the auto repair field for 25 + years, needed cluster repair work on my own 07 Sierra Classic, and thought I would give ISS a try ,1st cluster had some light issues, called and ISS sent another one next day air, and no issues anymore, recommend ISS as for quality service and making core returns easy, will use ISS when needed again in the future. You just don't get quality parts and service like this anywhere anymore.

I bought a new instrument cluster from ISS after the one in my ‘03 Tahoe started giving me all kinds of problems. I was really happy with the video provided on their site showing how to remove and replace the part. I’m not strong in the auto repair realm. The replacement was easy, and the cluster came to life perfectly. In fact, it’s better than it has EVER been, what with the blue LED lighting and transmission temperature gauge I added as an option to the cluster. But when I started my truck, it almost immediately died. And again. And again. It was idling too low. The truck would run if I had my foot in the throttle, but not if I lifted it up. That made going around neighborhood corners tricky. A Google search suggested that maybe the electronics had to re-learn the idle. My truck ran perfectly prior to the replacement, so electronics HAD to be the issue. I sat in the truck for some time trying to get the electronics to re-learn. The next day, I emailed ISS to find out if this was common, and asked if I needed to do anything special. No answer. At all. Luckily, after a week or so, the electronics do seem to have found a proper idle, and I’m thrilled with my new cluster. I just wish ISS would have told me to give it some time in response to my email. It would have saved a lot of heartache and stress. Still, I highly recommend the part, if not the customer response department.

I now some of you have been complaining about slow service. But I recieved my tires from Moto X Outlet in less than a week. Mind you this was over the 4th of July weekend. The tires arrived in good condition. I will definitely do business with them again.

I purchased ridding gear from Motosport on 16 May on 19 May they shipped it. After several days of trying to to use the USPS tracking number on their webpage and it showing that the Post Office had no information for that tracking number I called Motosport on Friday 22 May and was told the tracking would update over the weekend. On 23 May the USPS website change to they were awaiting the item but had not got the item yet. ON 26 May I again called Motosport and was hung on while waiting for the CS so i used the chat this time I was told it was being shipped using UPS Mail Innovations Express and I could use the USPS tracking number on UPS to get the current status. I did that and found that on 23 May it left La Vergne TN @ 1:06 PM on its way to my local USPS. It is a 6 hour drive from the UPS location to my Post Office. UPS said it would be delivered to me on the 26th. No package plus no updates shown in the UPS tracking since the 23 so I contacted UPS on the 27th and was told to contact Motosport to get them to start a search that since it was a USPS delivery they would have to do it from their end. I have called and used chat to ask Motosport to help with this and all they have done is say "IT IS IN TRANSIT" when I asked when i could expect it I was told "I don't know sometime". If there is no update by tomorrow the 29th a week after it was last scanned and these item are now out of stock i will be going to my bank and doing a charge back. When Motosport asks about it I will tell them "it is in transit and I don't know when they will get it"!!
