I have been buying car parts for going on 10 years and I have delat with a lot of companys that sell online. I am also located overseas which can make things difficult if you get the wrong item. I have to say pelica Parts is right at the top of my last for parts suppliers who reallyb go the extra mile. One example is a recent shipment sent to my US reshipper where I got the address wrong and the items got shipped. Fortunetaly Fedex could not deliver them as there was no such address. Pelican handl;ed my mistakle almost as if it was their own they promptly responded to my emails and when they got the items bag organised for them to be sent to the correct address by Fedex with no cost to me. I have lots of other situation where Pelican parts have gone over and beyond the typical ideals of service we get from most online stores. I have NO hesitation of giving Pelican parts and the team including Jacarri and in particular Stacey who is an absolutley standout customer service rep a ringing 5 STAR endorsement.

Did not fit, too small I just order this fan and it said that it fits BMW 540i 2000. I need to return. Part was $36.00 with a tax. Shipping is $13.25. I did some return with other company, all I have to do, print the Fedex label, put it on the box, be sure that it is done properly and fedex will come to pick it up. As with Pelican Part, I have to pay for the return shipping. I already paid $13.25 and I have to pay for the return another $9.25 total of $22.50. If you cannot guarantee that your part will fit, you shouldn't be in this type of business. I lost $22.50 for something that I cannot do anything. And when I research by the part number, it seems to be fitting Porsche. You send me the wrong part and you went back to mention that now this part might not fit our vehicle. Highly not recommended this company.

Placed an order online on 7/13/14 for 3 items the website had each item listed as fast same day shipping. Checked fro tracking on 7/15/14 status "Payment - Received" "No tracking ifno" Checked again on 7/16/14 same status, called left message. Checked again on 7/18/14 "Order - invoiced" "No tracking info" Called 7/18/14 turns out they were back ordered on 1 piece, asked why I wasn't emailed a status or called back. no answer. Only offer for a solution to their crappy customer service was to redirect the shipment back to themselves and give a refund. FIRST AND LAST ORDER I WILL MAKE TO THEM, MAY BE LOWER THAN OTHERS BUT OTHERS HAVE BETTER COMMUNICATION AND SOMETIMES THAT IS WORTH MORE!!!!!

This past weekend (April 2008) I received and installed my AV7500 system in my 2008 Acura MDX. I was anticipating them being very good quality but when seeing them in person I was completely blown away. The quality is awesome and the install was a breeze with no visible cabling. Most importantly, the kids just about had a heart attack from the excitement when I showed them installed. They now want us to just drive around town or be allowed to sit in the garage and watch DVD and play games. Thanks for an awesome product and service. I ordered a exhaust manifold kit that included manifolds and risers for my 4.3l v6 Mercruiser. I installed the parts yesterday and after the motor was running, water was leaking from both joints between the risers and manifolds. I torqued the bolts to 20 ft lbs ( the recommendations for the exhaust manifold bolts). The parts themselves did not come with any torque notes. I called today to let them know that I felt like these Gildan products that they are selling are cheap sub standard products. They all have " made in china" stamped on them. This guy basically said its Gildams problem and I need to send them the parts to check them and they will replace if defective. So I paid almost $600 for these parts. They weigh over 100 lbs combined and apparently its my problem. He claims he can count on one hand how many issues they have had over tens of thousands. I would HIGHLY recommend to spend your money else where. This company is selling crap products. I just spent $3500 on a remanufactured long block from Mercruiser and I don't need these sub standard parts hydro locking my new motor. These people are highly unprofessional and all I wanted was a refund and to put American made parts on my engine that will not be below standards. I had no idea I was ordering parts from China that apparently are not built to spec. Go somewhere else to buy your boat parts.

I have ordered several parts from their website in the past with no problem. They processed the order and shipped out very fast. My most recent order however was not the same. I ordered a part that I thought was in stock. After waiting about 4 days I called and inquired about the order. I was told it was shipping out tomorrow. I live 4 hours from this business. I waited another week before calling, only to get the run around. I was told that the first time I called they meant the part was shipping out to them tomorrow. They told me they were expecting the part that day, and I should get it tomorrow. That brings us to today, so I called again. I was told that they still don't have the part and to call back on Monday. I asked to cancelled my order. I am very patient, but I do not like to be lied to. In todays technology, I don't understand how anyone would not know where and when their product will arrive. I even get tracking info on packages coming to my house that I myself didn't order.

Liars and thieves. Tried to purchase a water heater but they could not process my ccard. I tried twice on 3/10 and 3/11. With no customer service, no answer to phone, no response to email... Finally an unintelligible 3-word response to email... we decided NOT to do business with these Rip-Off Artists! So, Imagine my surprise 2 weeks later when they charged my card $858.22 out of the blue! No order, no invoice, no records, no explanation and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been calling and emailing this company all week and TODAY i started the dispute with my bank. THEN i got a call from Supervisor Sherry who was RUDE AS ALL HELL on the phone. When I asked to speak to someone else or the owner, she told me "It's none of your GODDAMN BUSINESS?" and she hung up. SCAM company... I see 1,000's of complaints since 2018 and increasing exponentially in 2020 and 2021. Tip for consumers: You MUST avoid this site and company... Now that i have run into this buzzsaw, I have found 1,000's of online complaints about these scumbags! They $#*! everyone at every chance!. They screw you by sending the wrong parts, sending incomplete orders, not bothering to ship anything, mistreating you on the phone, blaming the customer for their own mistakes.... While slimeball Leonard Socinski, owns the company and is only concerned with his Naples country club dues...

I placed my order with Wheels And Caps first... and then read the reviews. I saw lots of negative feedback, so I was nervous. But I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt; I'm glad I did. I placed an order for a replacement rim for my 2003 Subaru on a Tuesday afternoon. It arrived on my doorstep Friday morning. I had it mounted at the local garage for $25 without any problems. Granted, a lot of the negative feedback has to do with their customer service department, which I did not need to deal with. But my individual experience was just fine, the order arrived quickly and correctly, the price was reasonable. I can't ask for more.

I bought a 2004 Acura TL replica rim. Long story short it rubs my calipers when installed in the front. To make it worse they got me chasing my tail. They were not interested in owning up to selling me a rim that does not fit. Spent 30 min on the phone with them.... it was pointless. Somehow they kept making it into my fault.

The suspension set is fine. On my particular car, so many things were far too rusted, that at this point I could only replace the sway bar bushings. That is with air tools and impact wrenches. I will figure out how to get the rest changed but it will have to wait for now. The set is very complete and included items I was not aware of. The bushings I put in are performing well. Thank you.

Customer service is terrible!!! They commit to a 24hr turn around, which is a complete lie. They have had my repair since 8/11/2020 (now it is 8/19) and every time I call no one can tell me what the status is, if it has been shipped, or even if the repair has been done. All I can get out of anyone there is that they have my seatbelt. I have received no communication from this company other than to confirm they received my repair. Today the guy that answered the phone hung up on me after telling me he couldn’t tell me anything about my repair (this is the 2nd time this has happened to me)?!? Every time I call I am given the run around and told to call back when one of their managers is there. Curiously, after 3 calls they never have a manager there nor has anyone called me back. Stay away from this company!!!! They are a complete fraud!

I've stared at the light on my dash for years not knowing whether my airbag would function in an accident. When my son started driving, I had to be certain it would. After taking my truck in for service. I was informed that I would need a new seatbelt and that the cost would be substantial. However, the supplier did not have one in stock. That's when I discovered Saftey Restore. They were responsive and prompt. After installing my restored seatbelt, I was able to reset the light on my dash and feel secure knowing that my son will be safe.

I proceeded to call and email them. I don't remember exactly how many times I've call probably 5-10 times to speak with customer service. So I've been trying to contact them since this install and I called a few times. I spoke with Sergio and told him about my concerns, I told him I had taken pictures since telling him about it won't really explain the situation. He said to email him the pictures and I will be contacted back. I emailed him the pictures 5 minutes later with my order number and contact information. Life continued to happen and I called once or twice since then and was told that they would have Sergio call me back. March 21 came around since this isn't really the first thing on my mind everyday. I emailed Sergio again, this time I looked up online and found Steven Grew's email from another forum at Wet Okole. I forwarded all the pictures again for good measure leaving. April 11th rolled around and I am starting to get upset. I filed a complaint with BBB and immediately the day after I received 3 calls, one was from Raul Lopez. He stated they couldn't find my order in the system and what not. They eventually found it and went over the email with the pictures with me. He told me that the 3rd row seat buckle was more then likely misaligned when it was sewn on, so they'll send me another bottom part of the seat cover. As for the misalignment of the headrest, he couldn't do anything about it. He told me to use a butter knife to insert all the fabric in between the plastic and the leather seats. I mentioned if I stretched the fabric for the headrest I would probably break the seam, but I would try it when I get a chance. Now it's May 2nd and I still haven't gotten around to doing it yet. Hey! I've got work and a million other projects around the house to do. Raul calls me about the BBB complaint still being open, I mentioned that I still haven't gotten to it and once I have the time to do it the way they recommended, I will. May 5th and they finally respond to the BBB complaint "Contact Name and Title: Tracy P. Willms VP Contact Phone: 949-433-0497 Contact Email: [email protected] Customer is stating to us everything is alright. I have givin the customer an option that I will even pick up the product via call tag and give him a complete refund. Please let me know this is cleared as the customer states he has removed the complaint. Tracy 949-433-0497" 1st off, I did not state everything is alright. I spoke with Raul and told him I never got around to it, and when I did I would contact them again. ok fine, whatever. I email Raul again on May 13th with pictures stating that I can put the covers in between the leather and the plastic with difficulty and I can not pull the hole to align with the headrest post. And the seat cover that was suppose to be mailed out to me to replace the misaligned buckle was never received. I emailed again on the 20th asking for a response. On the 24th I asked for a reply from Tracy and this is the replied with this email. "I want my covers back. The straps as we continue to tell you go between your existing fabric and the plastics. You take off the buckle and put the strap through between the plastics and your existing material. From your pictures they look really nice. Then once it is through put the buckle back on. If you cannot do that then I want my covers back and I will give you 100% refund. I will pick them up at your door free of charge. These are a seat cover not a complete re-upholstery job. I can only do so much to help you. We have continued to leave messages with both you and Hang; but you tell the BBB that we are not doing anything. Please respond! Tracy P. I have just placed an order online and called to confirm it...this is the most difficult process I have ever dealt with in buying anything that cost $700. I can not believe the run around this company. Contrary to their emails, they don't really want to work or help anyone. I have called 3 times to confirm the order and everytime, the only lady I can deal with is at break. I have never had such a hard time buying something.

I have been using my suit that I bought last month for a month now. It is pretty decent, at a price tag of $200 it beats anything out there in terms of value. Only issue I had was with sliders, the free pair with suit wasn't as good as the suit itself. Then again it was free so can't complain too much, I will replace it after two to three months.

I purchased the paint repair kit for my 2013 Audi A3. Since it is a very new car, I took it to a body shop for an estimate and the amount of money they were talking about was way too much. I'd figure I'd research and see if I could fix it. My friends forewarned me that most of the stuff out there just doesn't work. I found your website by just searching the internet and decided to try it. I just finished the passenger side of my car and it looks so much better than I expected! I bought a Porter Cable PC7424 from this merchant and had to return it due to lack of communication, on their part. After I placed my order, I received no email pertaining to any of the details of my order, no receipt, no tracking number, and no status info. This was compounded by the long time it took them to ship the product. Over a week. After receiving another product I bought from another online store, on the same day, I figured the transaction didn't go through (no emails remember and no withdraw from my bank account). After a day or so, I found another site that was actually cheaper and ordered the same item from them. Both items arrived on the same day. I was surprised to say the least. The return process was easy and fast, but even after admitting the made a mistake, they still charged me for shipping in both directions. Speaking of shipping, they charged double what it actually costs for the initial shipment; much like is common on eBay. Sell cheap; make it up in an inflated shipping charge.

After looking around on the internet for a new Porter Cable polisher, I came across Detail City, they had a great package offered for a great price, I placed my order and it arrived a few days later with no issues. The best thing about them is that they have a forum that offers a lot of wonderful information and which helped me take my detailing to a whole other level. I am really glad that I found them. Ordered a replacement case for a Lexus key. Twice. Both had key attached that will need cutting. Description said replacement CASE. That's all i need. Picture shows shank..description does not. After calling i learn i cannot just get a case...the part on my key that is broken. Change your description.

i have had a replacement system off them that does not work, i contacted them as they have an 18mth guarantee on all there systems. after receiving the replacement it kind of worked for a short time and again stopped working, all the while i have sent photos and videos, they next asked me to pay for another motherboard as it was possibly faulty. i received this after some time and to no surprise still not working, they then said i should take to a shop to get it repaired i have refused as this would then cost me more. they then said ohh we will send you £40 in compensation. i only asked for the item to be replaced and was told i would have to pay a further £80 if i wanted a new unit. i have further messaged and emailed them but have had no reply for some time now. so possibly legal action next as im not excepting they have not responded to my email or messages.

Great radio. Fast and responsive, just a little slow on startup. Have to buy a separate dongle for CarPlay to work and it's incredibly fast when you plug your phone in. On 01/03/2011 i ordered 4 17x7 4x114.3 TSW Donington's. On the website they said they would respond to me once my order was reviewed. I never received any such response. So after a week of no response i called a left a message. They never called me back i had to call again the next day. I gave them my info and they told me they didn't have the wheels in my size and said they sent me an email about it. I never received any such emails from them i even double checked to see if i had missed it, checked my spam box to couldn't find it. I felt like this was a real lack of customer service if they didn't have the wheels they should have called me the next day and told me. But i have to say they did have the best prices i could find anywhere and free shipping to bad they seem to be liars and lack common curtis. Just orderd the same wheels from Wheels Next. I got a call within 24 hours of ordering them telling me they didn't have my size in stock but it is on back order and will be there in a week. That is how it should be done.

I ordered the Carbon Fiber wheel well extensions to replace my stock ones. I have not yet installed these but the quality and fit seem to be perfect. I'll know more after I install them. Two things to note. JPM (not LMPerformance) says that these come with mounting tape and mounting clips. They don't. You use your factory clips and you need to go buy automotive tape. I won't buy the tape until I remove my stock ones to see what width and length I need.

I had originally ordered a set of handle bar riser extensions from Directline Parts on 6/16/08. Well, they were on back-order and I was told they wouldn't be in until 7/18/08. A whole month away. I canceled the order with Directline and called up MeanCycles. I spoke with Julio who actually walked to the store room and grabbed a set for me. He said that if I made the purchase on-line he would grap the order and ship it out that day. Long story short, I received my parts in less that 36 hours. No special rush shipping or anything. This is my first purchase with this company but it seems they have their act together and follow up on their promises. I would definitely shop with them again.

Everything but the delay in getting the products was fine. I'm leaving on a trip in 2 wks and the 1-2 wk delivery schedule, with NO way to expedite the final shipping or otherwise speed up the process beyond standard ground shipping is crazy. It's going to be shipped regardless...yet there's no selection between ground or expedited? I think you could reexamine that part of your business process to be more responsive to your customers' needs. I may depart on my trip two weeks from now only to have the required gear show up the day I left. Frustrating, to say the least.

This order was a first one for me with this firm. The total value was over $1400, of which $1100 was for a new transmission. The shipment arrived by UPS in a totally destroyed condition. The 66 lb transmission was loose in an oversize wooden crate and had punched holes in both ends of the crate, damaging many of the loose parts thrown carelessly in the box along with the heavy transmission. The crate itself was obviously set up for fork truck handling but the shipment had gone out via normal (not truck freight) UPS service and as the drivers have only a 2-wheel dolly, they had stood the crate on end to be able to move it. The transmission had likely sustained internal damage when the 66 lb weight had slammed down on the fragile shift linkage input shaft (manual transmission). I contacted CIP1 to inform them of the damage and request a replacement be shipped. The initial contact with customer service was turned over to someone representing themselves as an owner, who then assured me that there had been no damage to the transmission and that I should install it and they would make good on the warranty if it turned out something bad had happened. As the cost of installation is considerable, and as I had paid $1100 for a new (read undamaged) transmission, I refused receipt of the entire shipment and had it returned to CIP1. Then begins the name calling and threats from CIP1. I was accused of not following RMA procedures. Duh, this was a damaged shipment, no RMA required. Ultimately I was able to obain a full refund from my credit card company, thanks to the careful documentation I kept and the digital pictures of the destroyed shipment. Bottom line for me, this firm is clearly not in business to do business and is emplying total nitwits in their shipping department. Why they would blame the customer for what is a total failure to adequately package and secure a heavy shipment is beyond me. I purchased a rebuilt transmission from a firm in California, who knows how to ship transmissions, and am quite happy at last.

PLEASE DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY....had the… PLEASE DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY....had the most expensive option possible from motor easy £49per month and then paying £60 pound for a wear and tear check thinking I was fully covered and car had been checked for any defaults. 12 months after paying £600 my engine had a sudden mechanical backdown of a turbos that caused high pressure to the bottom end of the engine and caused the bottom big bearing to fail. thinking from the terms and conditions of motor easy conditions this was a life saver...…. NO NO NO. was informed that wear and tear was not covered even though T and C's of motor easy state they do... plus paying £60 extra for a wear and tear check. they fobbed me of from car garage to car garage at my cost of recovery each time of £135 x2 and finally after 2 months of nothing because one of motor easy claim guys was on holiday and from being pasted around every department possible. I was told the claim was declined due to wear and tear or bad workmanship based on there INHOUSE mechanic's feelings. If wear and tear is stated to be covered by there T&C's when it is clearly not, that is a breach of consumers act 2015 of making any "terms and condition's to consumers act 2015 to be printed in plain English" there for I will be taking this to court under the 2015 act and hopfully get justification of being mislead. Please READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THEY contradict thems selfs what they cover IF ANYTHING!!!!!!!

I bought a set of XXR 530 they came fine, but when I order the Circuit Racing Kit, the lug nut tool lasted me about 2-3 months before it broke, talked to them and they said they would send me a replacement for $10 which is unfortunate because I showed them card that came with the wheels and said I could get a free replacement at no charge "that didn't happen" so I payed the $10 get the replacement lug nut key and then 1 week later it cracked so I contacted them and now it's been 2-3 days and they won't answer any of messages. Trully a **** company that only cares about making money and not satisfying there consumers. ALL I CAN SAY IS DONT, BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, buy somewhere else.

When we bought our used 2005 Grand Marquis it was missing a center cap on one of the wheels and Mercury wanted nearly $50 for a new one. So I searched for new hubcaps and found ineedahubcap.com and found a set of four hubcaps that i thought would look great for it that their website said would fit on our car. When we got them they wouldn't fit, there was no place to clip onto the steel wheel. Our car needed the bolt over lugs kind of hubcap. So i emailed them to let them know that their website was wrong and that the hubcaps wouldn't fit and i needed to return them. They stated that i'd have to pay for return shipping and pay a $15 restocking fee even though their website said the hubcaps would fit. After a lengthy back and forth emails I thought the restocking fee issue was resolved so i paid UPS $12.13 to ship them back. Five days after they signed for the package we still had no credit back on our card. Sent another email asking for my credit of $69.95 to be returned on my card. When they finally put the credit through it was minus the restocking fee anyway. Emailed them again and was told basically tough crap, they would not refund the restocking fee. Be warned these ineedahubcap.com people are idiots and crooks who have no idea what product fits on your car and even if its their mistake you'll be the one paying for it.

i needed a single hubcap for my vehicle....when i researched about the best prices and where to get my hub cap, i found it in ineedahubcap.com....i saw that the price was decent so i ordered 4 hub caps instead. i made a phone call, placed the order...5 days later the hubcaps came in. i was thinking that i was going to get disapointed about the product.....but to my surprised....the hubcaps came in well packaged and when i opened the box....4 hubcaps brand new. i put them on my vehicle, what a diference new hubcaps made. i paid about 80% less than the dealers price. i have made two purchases from this website....best decent price and best service. awesome !!!!

We ordered an Alpine PKG-RSE2 (10.2" overhead video monitor with built-in DVD player) late last Friday night (1/23/09) through Amazon.com that went through Pacific Stereo. I was a little hesitant because the company had fewer ratings than most companies through Amazon, but the price was great and the reviews that were in Amazon were really good. I had a question about my order that I e-mailed to Pacific Stereo after my purchase, and 2 different people there phoned me the next morning (Saturday) to answer my question. We tracked the package through UPS during the week and received it the following Friday morning 1/30 (they're in California, we're in Wisconsin). It was packaged very well and in great shape, and I'd be comfortable buying from them again.

I was there a few days ago and was looking for an amp install kit, talked to the rep behind the counter and after some discussion he suggested that it would be less expensive if I made my own, so he hooked me up with the necessary parts. Went back there to get some speakers for my Harley, Jose was extremely helpful, he even priced matched to another store. He even helped me with the right adapters to make the speakers fit properly. Oh..btw he even threw in some wire taps at no charge. I would say that the customer service there is great.

I spent over $650 on new rear brake pads and front rotors. After just three months, the squeaking was as bad as when they came to repair the brakes. When I brought it to their attention, the excuse I got was brake dust. It's now been 7 months, and the squeak is just as bad, and now my car shakes when slowing down to a stop. My car felt safer with the old crappy pads I had before they arrived and worked over my car. I would not recommend these hacks to anyone. They don't care to honor their warranty, and the parts and labor are a joke. I'd rather pay the extra $100 to make sure my brakes operate correctly and QUIETLY than pay these clowns and their excuses over a text. If you value the safety of your loved ones in your vehicle, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE THEY DON"T CARE AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I paid PartsRequest.com USD 6.00 to locate a corner light for a 1987 Honda CRX. Adam from QualityAutoParts.com phoned a few days later and quoted USD 139.00 to ship the part to my door in Canada, all courier and customs charges included. I said I was going to hold off to see if I could find a better deal. Adam tried to put a little pressure on, but not too bad. No luck finding the part elsewhere, so despite bad reviews I placed an order. The part arrived at my door two weeks later (not bad for shipping to Canada), but I had to pay the courier about CAD 43.00 customs charges before he’d hand over the package. I emailed Customer Support to request a credit, not really expecting a reply. I received an email from Marissa saying she would credit my account USD 40.00, and she did – the credit showed up on my account the next day. I’m happy to have the part, and must say that service was acceptable.

Below is the email I sent to customer service today after having called and emailed with them at least 6 times. 9/3/12 – I placed an order for a Bed Rug via your website 9/4/12 – I received an email from you indicating the order had shipped (nice turnaround) 9/4/12 – I view tracking information online, indicates UPS has not yet received the order 9/5/12 – I view tracking information online, indicates UPS has not yet received the order 9/6/12 – I check tracking information online, indicates UPS scanned the package at 3:50am in Maumee, OH and it is out for delivery 9/6/12 – My UPS driver came and went, no package delivered 9/6/12 – I chatted with UPS online, they indicate the package will be delivered tomorrow 9/7/12 – I checked tracking info online, it indicates the package is out for delivery today 9/7/12 – My UPS driver came and went, no package delivered 9/7/12 – I called UPS, explained to them that the package showed Out for Delivery two days in a row, yet wasn’t delivered. UPS said to initiate a “Package Investigation” and said that the shipper should do this as recipients rarely have all of the information required to do this. 9/7/12 – I emailed your customer service department explaining the problem and requesting a “Package Investigation” 9/10/12 – I received a response from Customer Service indicating that UPS says the package is out for delivery and requesting that I call if I have any additional questions. 9/10/12 – My UPS driver delivered another package to my home. I asked him if he had another box and he said No. I told him the story, and he told me that he was on vacation last week and the other driver may have misplaced it. He urged me to contact UPS and/or request the shipper contact UPS to do a Package Invesigation. 9/10/12 – I call customer service. I am told that the manufacturer dropships the item directly and that your customer service dept would reach out to them. I request that you request the manufacturer initiate a “Package Investigation”. I also request that if the package is lost, please overnight a replacement ASAP. 9/11/12 – I received an email from your customer service team indicating that, per the manufacturer, the package was Out for Delivery again today. I reply to that email indicating that simply looking up the tracking number on the UPS site is not enough, that they need to do a Package Investigation and that if I do not receive the item by Thursday, September 13 that I will dispute the charge on my credit card. 9/11/12 – Having received no response via email from Customer Service, I call customer service again. I explain the entire story again to the customer service agent over the phone who again tells me that the package is Out for Delivery. I urged her not to simply accept the status according to UPS, but to please initiate a “Package Investigation”. She agreed to call UPS while I was on hold. She came back and told me that UPS assured her that it was out for delivery today. I reiterated my frustrations and the fact that you as the seller and bedrug as the manufacturer have nothing to lose here and that I am the one missing out on my item. I told her that if I don’t receive the item by Thursday that I will dispute the charge on my credit card. I added that if they could ship an item overnight to me, I am more than happy to charge my credit card for the second item and if the original item appears I will refuse delivery and/or send the item back using an issued call tag. 9/11/12 – I checked my front porch once we returned home for the evening – no package. I checked the UPS website and it says it is still Out for Delivery. 9/12/12 – I called customer service at 8:30am (Eastern Time) and sat on hold as the first caller in line for 10 minutes. After holding for this length of time, I assumed that Customer Service was not open at this hour even though the system did not tell me this and allowed me to sit on hold for 10 minutes. I also checked the UPS tracking and it says, yet again, that the package is Out for Delivery again today. Auto Accessories Garage customer service was unable resolve my issue in a timely manner. They told me that the manufacturer was unable to ship a replacement item until the investigation is complete. Shame on Auto Accessories Garage and Bed Rug for not resolving this issue. If their customer service is this bad before I ever receive the product, how bad will they be should I have a problem? I understand that UPS is likely to blame in this instance, but not addressing the customer needs in the meantime is a bigger issue to me. I am the one who placed the order and paid for the item and am still waiting to receive it.

Beware! if you want top quality automobile body parts with no flaws, do not buy from Umnitza. If you want auto body parts painted by Umnitza, do not expect 100% paint match. This is not disclosed on their website, the fact that body parts may have flaws. The bottom line is that aftermarket body parts may not be perfect. And Umnitza will not refund you money.

ordered a part it was the wrong part sent the part back to them paying the shipping myself i'm waiting for my correct part to be shipped they tell me that i must pay an additional $13.00 for the correct part which was for shipping i paid $7.00 to ship them the return part so now i dont have the right part plus i can not get my money back i should have listen to the salesman at the car dealership when he ask me not to deal with you guys and you wont have to worry about me recomending you to anyone i know so take that $40.oo bucks and enjoy cause you gonna burn in hell for getting over on people

I have purchased several items at this online store 2 times. Evenually this store is very dishonest seller. At normal condition, it looks like no problem, but trouble is starting with a case to return back according to their agreement term. As for the topic of return shipment, this seller has been never responded but keep silent as like goast. I have emailed several times but no response at all so far. But unfotunately I could get a reply on other topic about another order related. Shop with this seller if you are so sure not to happen any returnning, but don't try if not.

I ordered some wire, terminal ends, and an extra wire crimper. After not receiving any shipping information by the Thursday of the next week, I called them to inquire about my order. It seems that it got misplaced to the side. They promptly verified my request though, and shipped it out the next day. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchasing experience. They were slightly lacking in communication, but were very helpful when I called. Every business gets busy sometimes. Price was good. I will likely order again in the future.
