TL;DR: The website is incompetently designed; and the employees are equally stupid, rude, and useless. Do not buy from them. I entered all my cars information into the website. All I needed was a battery replacement. I had called the dealership before and gotten the exact parts number beforehand. The website couldn't tell me if the part would fit or not. I used both vehicle description as well as the VIN number. I contacted Customer service via chat. They said I would need to contact CS through email. I write a simple email outlining my concerns that I can't confirm that the battery will fit and about whether I'll be eligible for a refund if the battery doesn't fit. They reply back with this brilliant little gem: "Hello, Thank you for contacting us. The Parts Specialist reviewed your inquiry and provided the following information; Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm your inquiry. We would suggest contacting your local dealership or local mechanic. thank you Sincerely, Customer Service Department" Why even bother. The email is also a "noreply" address so you can't even respond to it even it was a positive. So they're purposely avoiding direct contact with their customers. I go back to the chat: I lay out what just happened; I am ignored for over 10 minutes. I close out the chat. 5 minutes later, I get an email telling me she didn't know if a battery was an electronic part and couldn't confirm if I could get a refund for it. I got back to the chat: I get a different person. I lay out what just happened. I am finally informed that a battery is an electronic component and is not eligible for a refund if it doesn't fit my car. He then tells me I could email the parts department; which I find suspicious, they're a parts seller, their entire business is a parts department; but it would take 1-2 business days. I say: "I have a week until pay day. I can wait a day or two". He replies: "Correct". What is that supposed to mean? I just gave up after that. I don't care if other places are more expensive this place is just plain more trouble than they're worth. Why does the parts compatibility feature on the website not work? Don't know.

got the part quickly and installed it this morning in about half an hour. it was the correct part and fit perfectly. researched the installation procedure on youtube and was able to find similar Subaru installations.

Customer service is extremely poor. It's a crapshoot whether you'll get your product on time or in my case a week and a half later. 3/31 Ordered a pair of rotors. Promise date was 4/4. One arrived on 4/5. I called AT on 4/5 about the one delayed at Fedex. They said they would investigate. on 4/6 I received AT email explaining that they were waiting on Fedex to get back to them and that it could take three days. 4/7 I called AT and complained that I was having to wait 3 days and suggested they send a replacement then. They refused. Truck is down so I ordered a replacement while on the phone with their rep w/o having to wait for AT and Fedex. 4/8 I got the order confirmation and saw AT actually charged me shipping for the replacement because it was under their free shipping threshold. I called AT again and spoke to manager. No recourse. To make matters worse they waited until 4:15 PM to pick and create the FEDEX label. So the ETA of the rotor is now 4/13 and the manager said it will probably be a "day or two" after that. He admitted they have had shipping issues. I'll never, never do business with this company again.

I needed a parking brake assembly that was not stocked by any GM dealer in the area. It could be ordered from a dealer and then back ordered to GM but this could take up to 2 weeks. GMParts had it to me in 3 days!!

Placed order, received order confirmation email, received another email stating order was approved and verified, then received email stating my order would be cancelled if I did not contact them within 24 hours. Called and was informed that shipping price had increased $140. Told them to cancel order. Wasted a week thinking that my parts were on the way. Can't trust this seller. If you want your parts delivered on time and for the price you originally paid do not use this seller.

There was a nice lady who picked the line when I called on 2 occasions, she reciprocated accordingly, taking necessary action. However later that day ( 10/31/18 )in the afternoon, I made another call and a young man answered, I don't know if he was new but he seemed not to be very helpful, I requested advice to know if the tires I was about to purchase online were compatible with my vehicle, "is there a way to confirm whether the tires are compatible with my vehicle?" , he simply answered to say... "No" and that was it. I was expecting him to inquire from his senior at least. Another issue is that I completely failed to use my virtual visa debit card to complete my order, I had to resort to PayPal as an alternative. Nevertheless the experience was good, prices are reasonable or rather, affordable and there is variety of tires to choose from

Horrible company, would never recommend them to anyone and actually tell someone to go elsewhere. Ordered 6 tires as advertised on the website and entered credit card info. Got an email receipt and another email confirming the order with tracking numbers. Next day, get a wonderful email telling me they are cancelling my order as they can't fulfill it at the agreed upon and paid for price. First I was told they were out of stock. Told them they were now listed on their website at a higher price. They didn't care and told me they were cancelling my order and refunding my money. When asked about the same tire at the higher price, they said I could create a new order for them at the higher price. The lady on the phone then admitted they don't actually have inventory, the are simply a reseller that has the tires drop shipped from someone else when you order. Horrible company with even worse customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Customer service manager Thomas Vaughan very help full and got my order out quickly. Very happy with the hard bags, made very well. Two things though one is that none of the hardware is attached to bags and no where did I see this on web site. Second I received no instructions on doing this witch would have been helpful. I managed to get bags together and everything went smoothly from there. Also didn't receive screws to attach locking tabs to lids. That said very happy with end result.

Used k-seal and initially after a few minutes the smoke from the tailpipe was drastically reduced but still have some smoke. I let the car idle for about 30 minutes and shut it down. I I am going to run the car again tomorrow morning and see if it improves because I read where you may need more than one heat cold cycle. I will keep you posted.

I had a leak at the bottom of my radiator last winter and this stuff really did work within a few minutes and stopped the leak completely. The problem is the leak just started up again roughly a year later. Not sure if I should try another bottle of K-Seal and see if it fixes the problem for good this time or not. UPDATE: I'm changing my review from 3 stars to 4 stars. This is due to the excellent customer service I received. I was sent a free bottle of K-Seal very quickly (a few days after I sent the email). I used it on my vehicle and the following day the leak stopped. If the seal lasts this time it will be a 5 star product for me.

I've just had my Ray's, Nimso, LMGT4, S , refurbished for my skyline, I've had them 8 years and they was off a racecar from Japan so had some ware on them. I had ordered the nismo stickers from Japan to put back on them. to make things worse I used a wheel cleaner at work that took alot of the paint off. I I spoke to some people at work and they said get lepsons to do them. So I found a color I wanted them to be. Phoned them up to give them the code. No problem they said. So they picked them up and the next thing thing I got a what's ap from Jay to tell me the wheels had some pitting in them and sent me the picture, to this I was gobsmacked as I didn't think I would get this... ????. I had a chat with Jay to what he could do to cover them. I asked if they could lacquer over the sticker and they said yes. ????. I got them back on Monday, to say I'm happy is an understatement. I never knew my wheels could look this good again. They look stunning. A BIG THANK YOU TO JAY, and a massive thanks to lepsons.

I’ve called & spoke with Taylor & I believe his name was John? & was told my package was being held by the freight line company. This is totally unacceptable considering I spent well over a thousand dollars & I have yet to receive the head. Not to mention I’ve been told two days in a row now that I would receive phone calls back prior to your business closing & I haven’t. I bought mine from there about 4 months ago and despite assurances from the blokes who runs it that they are brand new stock *just* in from Michelin, i was a bit disappointed when they arrived and, according to the manufacture date, they were very nearly 2 years old! The bloke at Lovetyres initially apologised profusely, told me he'd talk to the Michelin account manager, and I asked if he could get me a small token of good will (I was thinking like £20 or something) for having been promised brand new tyres, when 2 year old ones were delivered. He was initially very quick at replying to emails, then this slipped, then went to the usual "sorry i've been away" and "sorry the bosses have been away" and blah blah blah until he just stopped emailing. Won't be buying from them again and would advise others to think twice, mostly because of the customer services. I chose to go with Lovetyres, rather than F1 Autocentres (who actually had them for cheaper!) because I wanted to support a smaller business and the bloke was really helpful on the phone prior to me purchasing. Ended up getting bitten.

1. Appalling and shockingly unacceptable customer service. Wont call back . Wont reply to emails 2. Can be abrupt and rude 3. Wont trust them on technical matters. The mechanics couldn't identify an issue for 6 months. Also due to the fact that they couldn't care about fixing the issue. Different garage picked up what was wrong in a few hours! 4. Dont relay accurate information. Asked to pick up car, and then on collection noticed a major issue. Denied that they caused it. Well, issue wasnt there when car was dropped off. 5. LIARS!.. Lie to your face that car is being fixed. Said car will be ready for collection after programming . And didnt look like they did any work to fix it. STAY AWAY!!! . Take your car somewhere else!!!

Merityre Sunbury Went in at 12 noon for two tyres, ordered through blackcircles.com (who are excellent by the way) Told them I was urgently needing to collect my son from nursery at 2.30 (which was a little-white-lie - I needed to collect him from school at 3) ...and could I have a 4 wheel alignment as well please? The teenager fitting my tyres was more interested in his sandwich. At one point I watched him take a bite of his sandwich.... take a slow walk to my car.... and then take a slow walk back to the sandwich, without even touching the car - he didn't know it was my car, and that I was watching from outside while I was on the phone. It took over two hours to fit two tyres, and my car was on the ramp the whole time They put it up on the ramp and took the wheels off, so I couldn't go anywhere.... and left it unattended for nearly half an hour In the end I only JUST made it to the school at 2 minutes past 3 (good job I gave myself a half hour margin, otherwise my 5 year old would have been unattended) I went without the 4 wheel alignment - no time.... and they said it WASN'T POSSIBLE to change two headlight bulbs... ON AN AUDI !!! It's not like I drive something from Communist Russia... or China. I saved money with blackcircles.... and lost over two hours of my life with Merityre 2 hours that I'm never getting back I had the other 2 tyres changes recently - I used someone else. Vote with your feet - go to someone who cares Message to Dene Arnold It was in December 2018 I don't know of they've improved, because I haven't been back there since.

I've had two great experiences at Merityre Kingston over the last couple of months. First up I booked a brake check and ordered 4 new tyres online. I shopped around extensively and Merityres were easily the best value for the Pirelli's I wanted. I booked and paid on line and was allocated a time slot for the fitting. All pretty straight forward. Not only did I recieve excellent service at the branch but they also re-assured me that my brakes were fine - despite the fact that Kwikfit had told me they needed replacing during a recent service. Merityres have subsequently completed my MOT and re-charged my Aircon - all completed with the same friendly efficiency, As someone who dreads taking cars in for service / repair I find the high standards, honesty and helpfulness I've encountered at the Kingston branch most refreshing and highly commendable.

Absolutely delighted with the set of DRC 19’s that Craig just fitted to my BMW e93. I had driven two hours to Sittingbourne but as soon as I arrived I was warmly greeted and Craig set to work taking my tyres off my old wheels, putting them on the new wheels and then the wheels on the car. They look fabulous - thank you Craig!

Made an order on day 17/03, and still haven't received it yet 10+ days later (28/04). The communication support by email, and status feedback is not great. An item that i bought in this order, was apparently out of stock. A good communication then was made, informing me about it, but the refund of that item it still pending.. All services seem to be very slow due to corona virus..

6 months after purchase of a carbon fiber air intake duct the 4 connecting points where the duct mounts onto the head stock completely shattered. Even when installing the fitment was very poor. I called Motocomposites to see what could be done. Yes, they offer a 90-day warranty but this is not acceptable. They stated the couldn't do anything. Poor product, lack of quality, and poor customer service: "We provide a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, warranty our products for fitment and finish, and strive to give the highest level of customer service." Yeah....not really. Don't waste your time or money.

Offer for two, only received one. Lodged case through PayPal and called their office twice. Received a call back later from someone, but no emails to support the promise to send the missing item. Have been reading online some customers have been waiting since April for paid goods. Poor service, best buying from your tried and tested online supplier. Don’t buy directly. It’s a shame as it’s a good brand.

I have been without my car for 2 years due to an inspection that I need to get. Couldn't get the inspection due to my ABS and brake light being on all the time. I asked a local mechanic if he could fix it and he said he could and it would take about a week. After 6 months, I went and got my car and took the ABS module off myself within 2 hours and sent it off to MyAirbags on Wednesday. I had it back on Saturday. I installed it a week later within an hour. Both lights were off after nearly two years. Why couldn't my mechanic do that and save me some headache. I am very pleased with the turnaround time that MyAirbags provided. Now I've just got to schedule the inspection. Thanks MyAirbags.

We have the full fantastic annex along with the rear storage and the front porch additions ,we at the moment are at smokey bay SA 23/1/2020 we had winds last night that were blowing at 50 kilometres per hour and gusts up to 70 kilometres per hour,I laid awake half the night expecting to find some serious damage,But the quality and heavy duty of these annexes showed just how good they are NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER,I can’t praise you enough on your great job you do making these ,Thankyou Regards Keith Dickson

Useless, two ‘quotes’ for £0 offering for me to take it in to get the actual quotes. I don't have the time to be driving around aimlessly! Be very careful. When you click to get an online quote it automatically gives you an appointment with a garage. If you don't cancel they charge you a fee. I tried telling Jessica from autobutler this and I thought she was very unhelpful and quite rude. No apology! I wouldn't use this service. You may as well go to the garages yourself that's what you have to do with this service. The screen shot that is missing from the conversation below says select a quote which was what I did expecting to get an online quote. I didn't ever request an appointment but they made me one anyway and said they would charge if I didn't go to it. Just to make people aware be careful with this company they seem more worried about being right than helping customers.

I have a 10-year old BMW and was dissatisfied by the service I got from the main dealer, which really wasn’t interested in my old car, and where the people kept changing. I found Autodeutsche because one of the people at the main dealer recommended I try them. That was 3 years ago. I have been very happy with the people and the service since then. Friendly and efficient. I feel they look after me honestly and competently.

I ordered two products from AutoEQ, a Retrax retractable tonneau cover and AVS wind/rain guards. The tonneau was fairly priced and arrived and installed without issue. The AVS wind/rain guards arrived. They were installed on all four doors according to instructions. The driver's window guard does not seat properly and triggers the window auto stop function. The push in clips were dragged by the window into the door cavity. I submitted an online enquiry last week concerning how this can be corrected and addressed and followed up with a voice mail 3 days later after I received no response. Four days later I still have had no contact. Additionally, I have found the same product on competitor sites at a significantly lower cost. I would like this issue addressed immediately. Please have a representative call me at the number on file or email me.

Hitch clearly identified as being for my model and year. Very helpful. I have yet to install, so cannot comment on any potential issues with fit or inaccuracy. (Note - since hitch does not come with a ball mount, surprised I was not able to find and order one from autoeq site. Had to go purchase somewhere else. Might be a helpful accessory to make available to hitch purchasers.)

Audi SQ5 engine destroyed. Car has been written off! Horrendous experience with this company! Has taken 8 months, legal threats and court action to recover all damages and costs, even though it was clearly their fault! I understand that mistakes happen, but when 3 independent reports and basic logic clearly show that they did not add enough oil to my car, it’s disappointing that In’n’Out have denied responsibility throughout Their area manager really annoyed me when he suggested that I get a report done by an independent garage then when I sent the report to them, he told me that they wouldn’t accept any liability as another garage had removed the engine to establish why it had failed! He also had the nerve to say that since I hadn’t followed the Audi service schedule they again wouldn’t accept any liability. Audi sent a letter stating that I had followed the Audi service schedule (main dealer) and that he was wrong Even after their own Dekra report stated, I quote, “As there is no evidence of external leakage the engineer would be of an opinion that the incorrect amount of oil has been replaced”, their area manager said they would still be denying any responsibility?! Anyway, justice has now prevailed! Their insurance company commissioned a third report and guess what, it concluded the same as the previous 2 reports! Seeing as the Audi garage only found 2.4ltrs of oil in the engine 4 weeks after a full oil change (the engine should have 6.4ltrs) they may want to consider a name change to Out’not’In

Booked my MOT online for 39£ , could ve had the same using "whocanfixmycar " for just 25£ ... but thats not my main disappointment Now maybe due to covid , could not see my car MOT being done and now the car is making all sorts of noises it didn't have before . There 's no waiting room now (understandably safety comes first) . Beware of the fake positive reviews , saw a 1 star guy saying that he didn't see them using gloves , and followed that review , the was a 5 star one saying that there was plenty of sanitizer around, interesting... When working on several different cars a day , can happen a lot of cross contamination . Be carefull if you take your car here , could be leaving worse than what it came in . Some reviews are highlighting this . You've been warned !! Good luck
