I was sent the wrong harness for the Mirrors I purchased. They will work just fine after I modify that the harness that they sent me. Customer service has NO automotive experience at all and is of no help. Customers are not allowed to speak with technicians at all. I take them 1 to 3 days to discover if what you are telling them is true. Know ahead of time that you will need to modify anything that you purchase from them. I was finally told that their guarantees are not on all parts. Avoid!

Part promised 6/10/20 given shpg date of 6/5 sent email 6/8 and now advised new shpg date of 6/10. Anthony of csc advised will not expedite and out of their control. Not dependable at all. Their site has high ratings but unable to submit a review. Wonder how they got those ratings. BEWARE

Not happy. Ordered three items, and booked car in for a service 10 days later. Two of the three parts incorrect. 5 emails, two, two hour chat waits, no reply Appointment cancelled, and still have the wrong parts. Finally having to go to PayPal for refund.

I like the products very much, but The prices change from minute to minute. The airplane that I bought was $39 before then for some reason my cart got erased then the airplane turned out to be $46 when I found it again. That is a big difference, and I don't know why it went up in price? And I didn't get the free shipping either that I selected as my free gift, as I am a new user. But I do like their products.

I have a 2010 3.8l v6 jeep wrangler in manual running 35's. The jeep has plenty of power but accessing it is not possible leaving the car feel dead. When I installed the hikeit it changed the access to power and transformed the car. I primerily off road in the desert and snappy power is key. The instant throttle response gets you out of trouble. before i would have to wait for the engine to rev up and by the time that happened the car would of run out of momentum and suffocate. Now I can pop up a dune, instant access to the power that was there all along. In town and cruising I put it in eco mode which is fine for lazing around. I use this with the superchips performance tune. Before I was seriously looking at a supercharger, now I feel I have as much power as I need. In short its turned a restricted engine into a beast. Very happy. Only issue is in the auto setting on the hikeit the car will not start, like its starved for fuel, turn it off and away she goes.

I bought a BOV kit for my 2017 Jetta 1.4 tsi when I realized there was not a blow off valve and the tube yours replaced must have leaked boost as there is definitely more power when I hit 3000rpms So I’m happy to pay a bit extra for forge your products function correctly and are the original. I’d always rather buy the original rather than a knockoff

This review is for location in Winston Salem, NC. Absolutely worst experience imaginable. Overspray in over 40 locations. Trash in paint in 12 locations. Dented roof of vehicle. Missing body parts on pick-up with no remorse or offer to resolve. I have extensive before and after pictures taken IN THEIR PARKING LOT. After 4 months the paint is already peeling off. Do not EVER consider this location for any body or paint work.

Scammed by Holden for £13 for next day delivery.Ordered parts and paid extra £13 for next day delivery. Chased Holden as package hadn't arrived only to be told their courier didn't collect the package.. Agent didn't see any reason to let me know, just quoted that the next day delivery rarely happens - the T&Cs state clearly that they take your money but don't have to deliver.. No, we are sorry, No refund..Just happy to scam customers

They arranged to collect the wrong one, then said they don't have the correct one. 6 weeks later still trying to get my money back. No phone number, Andora based, no contact possible. Having to process a claim with my bank. Avoid at all cost!

I ordered 4 tyres on June 4 th ,2 were delivered on June 10th, and the other 2 on June 12th. The tyres delivered to a fitting centre , recommended by tyreleader , on June 10 th were not what I ordered. I informed the company by return, however they were not helpful. Eventually after I had to supply them with photos of their mistake, they agreed to have them collected and return the cost of the 2 tyres. To date I havn't received my refund. The service team are most unhelpful, ignoring most of my e mails. I emailed on July 8th , and July 14 th. I received no reply to either. It is now 6 weeks since I ordered my tyres . The situation is intolerable.

I’ll probably order something from you guys again in January. Why January you ask? Because it will be a “Cold Day” before I order from you again. I ordered 2 detail sanding pens several weeks ago, one for my work and one for my home. The confirmation email stated 2 sanding pens were ordered. What arrived was 2 refills for the sanding pen. I thought “oh well” I may end up needing them so I kept them and went back online and again ordered 2 detail sanding pens. The confirmation email again said what I had ordered was 2 sanding pens. Imagine my surprise when the package arrived a few days later with 2 sets of sanding pen refills. At this point I called and spoke with one of your 3rd party customer service people. I explained my problem. I have now been charged twice for sanding pens and been shipped sanding pen refills and still don’t have a sanding pen to put the refills in. The very kind lady said she was going to make it right and ship me my 2 sanding pens. Today I received a another package from you guys and guess what it had in it…? A sanding pen; not my original order of 2 pens (one for the home and one for work) a single pen. Well at least I now have something to put the refills in. But the problem is I paid for 2 pens twice and only received 1 pen.

I would like to take the time out of our busy day just to write someone in this company and let them know that this is the absolute worst experience we have been through with ordering something from a company who sells products for our business line. We have two large company's in central Florida, A full collision shop and also a full Restoration shop. We have been in business for 43 years now and have yet to serve one of our customers the way we were miss led and serviced. Our pulling post broke in our body shop and we have a two big jobs on both frame machines, so we decided to order all new parts for our pulling post and schedule in two new jobs knowing we were told 3-4 days on shipping to get our "new equipment from auto body tool mart". needless to say here it is a week and a half later and 4-5 phone calls later our order was first lost and the the second order was promised in two days which never showed so we then called back on the day it was supposed to arrive and were told two of the items went on back order and we were promised that the remaining items would be shipped to us in two days. NOPE two days later with not one phone call from this company we called back again to find out that every item was on back order. As a good business owner I am, we have paid 36.95 for the last 6 days putting our customer in a rental because we "do not have the equipment we need to do the job" because we were completely miss led , not once , not twice but three times! We did not even get a " I Apologize from this company" !!! I can promise you that all the large body shop meetings and get together's that we go to , this situation WILL be brought up to all the body shop owners. Thanks for your time. I really hopes the reaches the right person so know one else has to go through this.

I ordered a 1-liter bottle of compound in January. They sent a 250ml bottle. After communicating the issue and receiving approval, I returned the 250ml bottle. Eight weeks, four emails, two voice messages, and one Facebook post (which they deleted) with no reply... and I still do not have my 1L bottle. I have given up and will now have to do a chargeback with my credit card against Joe's Shine Shop to get my money back.

I thought the price for an MOT was too good to be true. I was right. Fixter inflated the price for highly questionable reasons, then refused to admit it. Prior to engaging fixter, I actually conducted a pre-check myself to be sure my car would pass. After handing my car over, Fixter came back and told me that there was absolutely no oil in my engine. Strange, as it was full just a few days prior - actually it was too full - I distinctly remember checking multiple times and the dipstick being above the "F" mark. £30 extra to "add" oil. They then told me that my indicator lights were the wrong colour. Strange, as my car had passed numerous prior MOT checks with those exact lights. Another £30 extra. When I attempted to confront Fixter about this. I got generic, 90% templated emails telling me I was mistaken and that they were "sorry you did not get the outcome you were looking for". I'm not a mechanic, but I know my own car and regularly maintain it. I guess Fixter made a punt that I was someone with no awareness of the condition of my own vehicle. I pointed out to them that engine oil is not a requirement of the MOT and they came back saying that my engine was at risk of grinding and seizing, so adding the engine oil was the only option to prevent damage to my car. Pretty suspect at best and blatantly dishonest if you look at the facts. In the end, my car passed (no surprise there), and they refunded me for the "incorrect" lights but not the motor oil. To be honest, I don't think the lights were ever changed and, judging from the colour and consistency afterwards, I'm pretty sure no additional motor oil was added. How does one add oil to an engine that is already full to the brim anyway? I normally don't do these reviews but have made an exception in this case because of the blatant dishonesty and the condescending emails I received that attempted to gloss over the fact that they charged me for things I didn't need, presumably to inflate the price and make profit. This would be a good service if they just did what they say they will... but I guess they need to make money somewhere. This is no excuse to resort to dishonest tactics. Shame on you Fixter.

Tried to overcharge me for work. Failed my car on nearside passenger mirror being smashed, although if you have a rearview and driver's mirror it is not a legal requirement. Quoted over £400 for work that I got parts for under £60 for and my uncle did the labour.

Hired a car trailer, which could have done with the jockey wheel being greased/working better... However, brought back with light rim damage to one wheel.. and light dink to mudguard. Accepted to replace rim, thinking they would be reasonable and let me know how much it would be. Nothing... just took £250 out, no text B4 hand , just money out. Still no contact 1 week later. That it not good business..

They are based in Germany and sell motorcycle accessories & clothing; they had exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. I ordered on a Friday and the paddock stand arrived the following Wednesday, better than a lot of UK companies. The stand was of much higher quality than I had expected and was packed extremely well, so it arrived in perfect condition. This is the second time I have used them and both experiences have been exceptional.

Scam avoid at all costs, I ordered from them due to reviews. ordered engine 3 weeks ago, promised delivery 3 times! One guy who always answers phone and fobs you off. Wouldn’t provide tracking number told me sts transport limited delivered engine Friday. Engine has not arrived phoned sts transport whos phones are disconnected, gutted borrowed money for engine and still no engine and no use of car £1700 paid.

Provided untested gearbox, promised refund so we sent gearbox back and still NO refund. FSB advised to go through small claims as they have gearbox and dosh. Always fob you off with a different name when you call - disgusting company and FSB has told me to claim for everything - DO NOT TRUST & PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE... it's on your head you deal with these jokers

Heidi was extremely helpful in aiding me to select the right products for a Honda CG125 custom build. I followed the provided instructions to the letter and the resulting paint finish was excellent. Easy to use products and although no previous experience, I achieved the matt finish I was looking for. I would not hesitate in using RS Paints again or recommending their products; not to mention the £300 saving at the paint shop!

I do not often review a company but when my experience is as bad as it was with John Craddocks I felt obligated. After ordering online I received an email a few days later informing me that they do not actually have the item in stock and have ordered it from their supplier. Almost one month later I get another email informing me that the item has increased in price and is now almost £14 more (a price increase of over 200%). Despite having purchased the product at the lower price (and the payment taken from my account) I was now expected to pay this. I then find out after talking to the manager that it isn't even the product i ordered that they were going to charge me the extra for! I have now had to wait a month for nothing. Never again will I order from this company.

I had a rear tyre losing air so I took it to jet tyres who had a look at the wheel after about 5min the mechanic said it was just a loose valve he corrected the problem. And didn't charge as he didn't have to do anything. Thats honesty he could have charged for a new valve But no I have never been to a garage like this. I will make jet tyres my go to place for tyres ect Unlike certain garages I could mention who I caught lying so if you live in the Basildon or Pitsea area use jet tyres

With the engine in my disco going completely kaput, I was left with no vehicle for getting to and from my place of work. My friend told me about Engine Engineering and i had a look into them. I must confess i was sceptical about them due the bad reviews posted, but i though i'd phone up and see whats what. Spoke to a guy Joe who was very helpful and told me they could arrange collection of my discovery and get it brought to their workshop and fully recondition the engine. I must say I am glad i put my scepticism to one side as my disco engine has never run better. I am so happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reconditioned engine.

Went in for a brand new helmet on a budget . Staff were friendly and not pushy ...been a new rider I haven't no experience but they put the point accross with the difference between a £100 helmet and £300 one . Came away with the £100 one as I was on a budget but will be going back for more motorbike gear when I upgrade to a bigger bike .

I couldnt take them back to a shop as the nearest one to me was in Hamilton and I am on the east coast of Scotland. The negative review below is not our company! The whining customer (of somebody else) wouldn't have had this issue if he had used us ,WE ACTUALLY TEST PARTS plus we have a foolproof system of deciphering and checking the correct part , we use the main dealers system and check compatibility of parts with each individual vehicle. Just for clarity i have checked our records for the date mentioned and 'said' moron never bough the part from us . Whoever BMW Autoparts are THEY ARE NOT US !!! Legal action will be taken against any party with any libellous , derogatory defamatory, or disparaging remarks against ASWR LTD. Including taking steps to identify a particular person related to an IP address. This is how seriously we take our company and the pride we have in doing the best job we can . Does nobody from REVIEWS even check what is being written ? How can you publish something that twice mentions some other company.

Nothing is too much trouble, their knowledge and understanding of all things BMW is very impressive and if that wasn't enough the prices and quality of their parts is spot on. In short they are the epitome of Customer Service and I can't thank Neil enough for all his assistance and advice.

i decided to upgrade my intercooler but was not sure which one to purchase, i sent an email and in no time Oli was answering all of my questions. An Airtec was chosen and posted the next day. Very professional company and will use them again.

Disgusted with Rescue My Car. We took out a policy with them and explained we transport animals as part of our business (to make sure this was covered). They added this information to their records (they even mentioned it when we phoned them up to be rescued). We were never made aware in any shape or form when taking up the policy that they would not come if we had animals in the vehicle! We wanted to make sure if anything happened we would be OK, hence phoned them before taking out the policy. Our van broke down today and they refused to help as we had animals in the vehicle! This is basically fraud as far as I am concerned and I will be taking this further. Not an honest company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company might be cheap but trust me it’s worth spending the extra bit of money for an actual service. I rang this company at 6pm and booked my car in to be towed home, they said they would arrive at 8.15pm which is already quite a long time for a service that claims to be fast! After waiting till 8.30pm with no one in sight I decided to ring them as to which I was told that it would be past 10pm until someone can get to me. No one had tried to let me know there had been a 2 hour delay. I decided to get a taxi back home and come back out when they were actually there, at 10.30pm I rang them and they said they would be there for 10:46pm and I made sure this time it was actually going to be that time and customer support assured me it would. I get there and wait 5 mins before ringing back up to be told that it was going to be another 1.5 hours on top of that ? with no explanation. Decided to cancel the booking as soon as I heard that. This company is beyond a joke and the woman at customer service can only be described as a ‘Karen’ of this generation. Disgraceful company and appalling lack of empathy from the customer support team. Once again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
