unit worked for 5 months no Problems tried for 2 weeks to get customer service to help fix the problem. Hot water shuts off and gives E1 fault no one in tech can tell you what a E1 fault is . Warranty is a joke !

This is my first time using the website as a student at Broward Collage - I have had several teachers cancel on me, and this would be normal for any other app however the email that I get emails from Wconline are two hours later after the teacher has canceled the class and then when I get to change it so I can still have a class its hours pass the time that I can do anything about it. - so for any new user be mindful of the fact that the emails come later than expected (and watch your classes you never know who may cancel on you) - April

If you're a member of the public buying from Mick George I would strongly urge you to shop around. The prices for none trade are horendous to the point of absolute robbery. I'm a builder and I've just moved to an area where Mick George opperates. I was looking for a good provider and thought I'd give this company a try before opening an account. It ended being a very costly mistake, one I will not make twice. I would not recommed Mick George to anyone. I was warned about them before I made my purchase, but unfortunatley I was in a rush and didn't take the advice. The advice given to me, and my advice to others "AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE"

Worst customer service We ordered the tile on Sunday evening with a delivery date for Tuesday. As the builder suggested us to get some extra tiles just in case, we contact them first thing Monday morning (9am) to increase the amount for our order. With so much time before the delivery, Walls and Floors can not amend the amount or cancel our order.The online chat customer service was also slow in responding and shows no intend to help me resolve my problem. They are merely replying in a systematic way with the same reply. We are left with no choice but to pay £20 pounds delivery charge for tiles that's half of the delivery price.
