909 control box supplied by the electric gate shop has been nothing but trouble, even after setting it up exactly as instructed by them. Whenever it is windy, gates go out of sync. Poor product, but to be fair Gary has always tried to give assistance over the phone.

It is difficult trying to find a supplier of motorised gates who is prepared to give a frank assessment of the options and continued helpful advice up to and beyond the point of sale. This company has shown untold patience in helping me understand how the various components work together. A great service, great products all at a really good price.

Have used them once before and was pleased. However, my last order looked awfull containing large amounts of poor quality filler that did not match the grade of wood purchased. This was verified by an independent Wood flooring assessor. I found Wood and Beyond very difficult to deal with and to accept any liability. In the end I claimed back via a VISA SN75 claim. Would therefore not use again.

I had a bathroom viewing booked in at our house and the staff member never showed up. Not only that but I then emailed to give them a chance to explain and am yet to hear anything. I had high hopes for a good service after walking in to the shop for some advice but I am left feeling extremely disappointed and time-pressured with this set back. Client service has been very poor.

Easy to use website - being able to search for the key number makes life a lot easier. It also helps that there is a description of the type of key, e.g. works in wooden desk cabinets. Very fast delivery. I have used them several times and they have been very efficient.

Willmott Dixon is a corrupt organisation that needs investigating, and all builds backtracked. WD Still building unsafehomes that are not fit for purpose, Recently proven in my property which is located in Orchard Village Rainham, there are no fire barriers or adequate fire safety throughout the property!. Also severe structural hazards, three properties on the development have cracked from top to bottom, recently proven in my property the steelsworks are not supported on padstones, this is why is a severe Hazard, Willmott Dixon just don't get it Beams that bear onto walls require the load (calculated both Dead & live Load) from the floor and roof above to distribute throughout the wall. a padstone should be installed to spread this load across the wall rather than the bearing pressure be directly on the brick/blockwork that the beam bears onto. Without the load distribution from a padstone its likely that the brickwork/Blockwork wall will fail and cause cracking at best and worse case the wall will fail and collapse. Also the insulation in the properties is in most properties WD have on the mark are sub-standard. In some instances, there have been attempts to retrofit the insulation in my home, but evidence shows this has not worked. Most properties do not have adequate – and in some cases any – insulation. The wooden joist on every floor has started to deteriorate from mould, my property is just 3 years old. Cavity pathways coverup with flammable toxic foam, to expensive for WD to put fire barriers in. Extortionate heating bills, Also doesn't help Clarion has misled residents because the community heating provided is massively more expensive than was suggested, represented and stated. i used 9,765 KwHrs in just 15 months. In my previous property i used just 4,146 KwHrs in 12 months, equalling 5,432 KwHrs over 15 months in a house that did not have the allegedly superior build and communal heating that the Orchard Village has. The designs for the house boasted that they would provide over 25% energy efficiency savings. That clearly has not happened I'm using 25 to 50% more energy than i was in my previous home that did not have the “high efficiency” and “reducing hot water heating energy” associated with these properties, Clearly, given that this is a feature in every single resident home, there is a failure in the heating system, failure in the insulation, failure in fire safety. We had Evergreen insulate our loft. We have noticed our bedrooms are much warmer and we think they did a good job. I would like to ask a bit of advice. Obviously the openings and cracks have been blocked now, eliminating all draughts but I've noticed one of the beams in the loft has become very damp. Is this because there is no ventilation in the loft anymore and do I need to put an air brick in the wall? Advice please.

Twice someone was booked in to come for a quote and never turned up. First time fair enough things happen, 2nd time I called and was given excuses that needed to be cancelled but never contacted me as no one in the area then was told can try get someone round the same day. How can you get someone round the same day when was told not available and already had 2 chances. Appalling company will not give a 3rd chance and will def not recommend!!

Excellent company to deal with. Contact throughout the whole process. Mark the engineer arrived when he said he would, he upgraded our old boiler to a new condensed Worcester Bosch boiler relocating from the kitchen to the utility room, can't praise him enough. All the pipe work now looks neat and tidy, he removed all the old pipes and boiler, hot water tank etc. We are now left with a super efficient system and are extremely delighted. I would recommend this company and Mark to anyone. A job well done. thanks to everyone concerned.

Brilliant service, I was sceptical about making such a large purchase online with an Engineer never even seeing what replacing my boiler involved. But I am extremely happy with the outcome. All very efficient, the fitters were very pleasant, hard working guys & were very careful to keep everything as clean as possible & did a great job of tidying up afterwards. This is not the first time I have ordered from AIRTHEREAL. Each and every time they were professional in everything, packaging, shipping, occasional communication with customer service. Bolt World provided the perfect product for the job I had to do. We ordered 2 samples from Bombay Tile and finally decided to order the Cyrus Sandino LVT. Unfortunately, the 7x48 size was out of stock but Steve from customer service offered the XL version (9x60) at the same price! We ordered about 2,500 sqft. The truck had a lift gate and everything was shrink wrapped pretty well. We plan to order some backsplash early next year from them as they did a pretty good job on our first order.

After my first one exploded (o-ring failed and then cover flow off), shooting water all over my bathroom and drowning my mobile phone on the other side of the room. They told me they could not supply a replacement O-ring but then a couple of weeks later, I was sent a replacement cover and o-ring. Shortly after that, the mode button failed in between two settings. I am left with a weak stream from a combination of 2 sets of the outlets. Very disappointing experience.

So, I'm not going to say this company is rubbish nor the best going. What they offer is cheaper than usual cladding - which I am happy to pay. Now, the company itself isn't really a problem, can contact them via chat on the website or by email (check your spam, it might end up on there) and they kept in contact with me throughout the process; I think the problem lies with the delivery company they use - XDP. Obviously, this company is probably a lot more cheaper for the company to use, but XDP are terrible. Some items I received were broken, like the trims, very easily snapped , and they did ; but I managed with what I had. I think XDP just throw everything around and don't really care about the items they are delivering. I also ordered 25 pieces of cladding at one point, and only 5 pieces showed up. My partner took the delivery, so went unnoticed. I said 'wheres the rest?' the tracking said all items delivered. So got in contact with the company to find out. We left it a few days and XDP finally delivered the rest of the items. They seem to do as they please. With all that behind us, I managed to install all the cladding in my bathroom and complete it, albeit , a little longer than it should have took. My advise to the company - to stop these bad reviews, find a better currier service like DPD and charge delivery prices rather than free? I realise free is a nice incentive, bit a better experience in tracking and delivering would be a massive advantage for you guys.

Lovely customer service, Sophie and Beth was very helpful. The wall cladding is to a very high spec. We bought the tile effect cladding and it is so beautiful. So very pleased we choose The down side was the couriers they used, XDF, unreliable, text you they on their way and didn’t show up for days. This defo learnt me a lesson to read the write ups on what courier is being used and how reliable the couriers are to deliver the goods on time as they stipulate when the goods are being ordered.

I was producing a project that related to brutalist buildings and wanted to make some concrete items that would give someone the feel of concrete. I intended to make a book cover and a box file. Having searched the net, there was only one company who seemed to have the right product for home use, the patience to answer my questions and a set of brilliant YouTube teaching videos and that was Concrete Lab. I followed the advice to the letter and my results speak for themselves. It might not be a kitchen worktop, but you can definitely use this product for craft projects!

My bathroom doesn't come with any kind of ventilation, so the brand-new shower curtain bought on Amazon became moldy after 1 month of use. I was SO HAPPY to have found Dripp's shower curtain. It's been 4 months since I have it in the shower, and no visible mold or smell of mold AT ALL. I wish the curtain came in more colors.

Excellent customer service. Phoned to check if I could request a particular day for delivery due to the weight of the heater and being home alone on other days. Ashley called the delivery company to check their lead times and called me right back and said he would request delivery for the day I needed when my order came through. Delivery company called to confirm that they would deliver on the day requested. When the day arrived, I hadn't heard anything from the delivery company and it was nearly 5pm and I couldn't get through to them. I called Ashley and he also couldn't reach them but would continue to try, it fortunately arrived about 30 minutes later. Ashley called back the next day to confirm I'd received the heater and that it was in good condition and there was no issues. Really attentive company and I'm glad I chose them over some bigger retailers. Also had the best prices I could find for what I needed. Would highly recommend.

Me and my wife recently moved into our new home. Our house was fully electric so we had to buy electric heaters for the house. After looking at various places we came across Electric Heat Warehouse. We ordered six of the Reina Arlec Electric Radiator's. The price was very decent and affordable compared to other stores and websites we looked at. I also had a few questions before my purchase. I spoke to a Paul Fowkes who was incredibly friendly and was very helpful with all the questions I had to ask. The radiators got delivered very quickly and I was constantly updated about the delivery. The heaters are very good and very stylish. It was also very easy to fit on the walls and easy to use. Overall me and my wife are very happy with our purchase. Keeps the house very warm especially with winter around the corner. I would definitely recommend Electric Heat Warehouse. This is my second Gate that I ordered, the first had an issue with the internal components (which broke) so I emailed them about this issue and they are sending a new one. I order the Gate Smart Lock, thinking that this item will work. I spend 4 hours and I couldn't connect to the WiFi. I called the Company and they said that this specific item wasn't updated. I sent it back to them. I received the new one and it is exclactly with the same problem. I try to contact the Company and my phone is blocked. I can't call them. Loved my broker and ended up going for one of the office spaces after touring spaces in two buildings. However, the first building I saw was less than stellar: - only one of the many offices on our tour had a window which was a prerequisite for me - the coordinator was new to the space and didn't have working knowledge of it. - she was also 15 minutes late to our 9:00 meeting. The second office space was just right both in ambiance, community, actual space, amenities and price.

Pleased with my first order and my second went smoothly as well. I ordered an American Standard faucet (4147) on 9/10 and it arrived 9/20. Shipping was free and I saved $20 by joining their mailing list. Even better, I saw the same faucet for over $150 more at our local Expo store. --------------------- Good company. I ordered a Kohler sink (K-3086) on 07/14 and it was delivered on 07/28. This is phenomenal because no one in my area keeps this sink in stock and all said they would need 1-2 months to receive it via special order--at a much steeper price than what I paid. The price at two other online stores I looked at were less expensive, but faucet.com offers price matching and has very good customer service via email and phone (important for me to have a toll-free number to call staffed by knowledgeable people in case there is a problem). They also did not charge my card until the item had shipped, a nice courtesy that many online stores do not extend customers. I was also very pleased with the way the sink was packaged for delivery. The original Kohler box was packed inside a larger box very securely with heavy-duty, high-quality packing material.

I ordered a faucet a month ago. I finally got a tracking number that showed it was delivered to Texas. I am in Colorado. I called, and a replacement faucet was sent, then I got an email saying that order was cancelled. Hold time was over 20 minutes for both calls. I missed my install date. This has been like trying to work my way through an insurance claim, all just for a simple purchase. I give two stars instead of one because the help is friendly.

We found Four Seasons Conservatories via an internet search promising to deliver top service, quality and everything else you would wish for to draw you in. We paid 20% deposit up front and then after about ten weeks they got a company to build the base 5.4x3m. Ran by a man called Dan. They used standard polystyrene for insulation, I was none the wiser at the time, but found out later they should of used Kingspan. Months later I decided to extend our patio I made more alarming discoveries. I found they had laid one side of the bricks 60% over the edge of the base and into the mud. Also the base was only 13cm deep instead of the MINIMUM 40cm that it should have been for full length windows (no dwarf wall), which is was just shocking!! A few weeks later Direct Conservatories 4 U (a lovely company to deal with) delivered the conservatory in early September and then the fun really started. We rang the sales rep first who calls himself ‘Peter’ and he kept fobbing us off saying he would get this ‘Dan’ to contact us about building it up and he never got back to us and would not answer the phone. Not long ago I learnt that DC4U will NOT deal with Four Seasons any more due to the way they treat their customers. I ended up ringing Dan daily and emailing every few days to get an answer and after a handful of excuses he and his labourer eventually turned up around 20th November 2021 to start construction. Looking into his eyes I could see straight away that this was going to go wrong, he looked like the wrong stuff & did not want to do the job. So when he started building the frame he built it out of square and wondered why he could not get the end post in, because he built is crooked it and was 7cm out of square, plus he cut the sill too short at the front and he denied it, even though there were offcuts in the skip. He walked off site blaming the frames being the wrong size leaving my partner very upset. In the end I binned him off to prevent more damage to the goods & we hired a genuine professional based in Witney. I then just had to arrange another piece of sill, the plastering, floor self levelling, electrics & so forth. So, have Four Seasons EVER existed as a genuine company? Could it be that they are a false entity in which someone is hiding behind, using false office bases & locations? Four Seasons website has since disappeared around August time. Were there others involved (Peter the sales rep?) and he is in cahoots with the company who did our base? Could it be that the company who built our base be behind the whole thing? I am confident but cant be 100% sure either way. Tried contacting the Consumer Helpline who are part of Trading Standards, they guided me in sending pre court letters & warnings (letters would bounce straight back). However to this day I still pass along information in hope... Solicitors are ridiculous money & it leaves me and many other customers upset, dreams broken, out of pocket & nowhere to go! By doing some research, looking at other review sites (Here on Trust Pilot mainly) it looks like they have operated under these names in the past Prestige Conservatories & Orangeries South Downs Conservatories Cole Thomas Conservatories Lifestyle Conservatories & Orangeries Apex Conservatories Also recently three MORE companies with identical websites have appeared, I am sure there could be some affiliation, due to all the hallmarks, so just be AWARE: AJ Conservatories & Orangeries Designer Conservatories & Orangeries Seascape Conservatories & Orangeries It seems that they are advertising the same pitch as the aforementioned companies. 30% off, 4.77/5 on the reviews & so on.

This is the first review I have ever gone out of my way to write about a company. It has been incredibly painful experience and felt the need to share. We ordered from them back in august. Provided the measurements and were assured it would fit our system. Paid someone 300 dollars to come out and install. It did not in fact fit. Sent emails, called left messages, no responses. If they did respond action was never taken. We were assured we'd get the new item in time for the holidays. Finally got a hold of them when it was coming up. Order never got submitted even though we were assured by multiple people. Finally received 6 months later our second fire ball set. They ordered the wrong color. We had to return again another very painful experience. Then third times a charm- again after weeks of us following up finally re ordered the right system. Just had someone come out (another 300) for them to tell us the item was faulty. 9 months later- no resolution, no action, no apologies, and 600 dollars poorer than we started from originally (again no offer for discount based on monies spent to their mistakes). I work in customer service and very understanding of our current environment. My husband and I have had to take turns following up and sitting on hold because it has taken up SO MANY HOURS out of our life to try to get this resolved. There is still no resolution- we have been told now after calling again to submit an email request. No faith this will ever reach resolution. Save yourself the headache.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole Had insurance with this company for my plumbing services. Unfortunately when the boiler stopped working, and engineer reported that they cannot repair it and asked me to replace the boiler at my cost. They are not even prepared to compensate a bit and I cannot cancel my insurance because they are demanding an extra £120.00 for their charges. So whatever I paid has gone to waste. Very bad experience

This review is based on the customer service after a purchase and when you are outside “12 month” guarantee. The roller on a shower door had broken. So I emailed the customer support. All I wanted was a part number or even better a link to the product so I could purchase the part. Instead I had a reply with links to 5 websites to trawl through. I’ve gone through two already with no success. I think this is very poor. When I’ve done the same with other purchases from other companies I’ve had a direct link. Surly their purchase or quality control could of assisted

I finally received my full order of 20 boxes of the same tile. However, the first shipment arrived with only 18 boxes. South Cypress was very responsive and got the other 2 boxes to me within 8 days. However, the person who was going to install the tile wasn't available at the later date and wouldn't install without the full order. So now, I'm back to square one trying to find a tile installer. Not completely South Cypress' fault, but my problem could have been avoided had the warehouse paid closer attention to the order. Tile was in good shape and was a good price. my only complaint is the delay in receiving the full order.

I had found the same tile locally that I ordered from South Cypress and even paying $189 in shipping, I still saved around $350-400. The quality was excellent and arrived when we needed it. After the initial order was requested, we learned we needed additional bull nose for the contractor. That small order was expedited and the work on our bathroom remodeling continued without delay. We are very pleased with our service and the overall experience and will recommend South Cypress to our friends.

This website is a SCAM! They have several websites, BudgetHvacParts.com also UrgentHvac.com. I needed a new furnace motor. I was unable to purchase locally because I need a Contractor's license to purchase. I found this company online and did read all the negative reviews. I called them and spoke with Tim McCarthy who assured me they were legit and that if I placed an order early in the day, they would ship item same day. I placed the order...and nothing. No confirmation, emails or anything. I called him back the next day and he escalated it. Received a call telling me item was really not in stock and it would be 3-4 weeks lead time. I asked them to cancel the order and emailed my cancellation notice in Oct 28, 2020. It is now December 21, 2020 and I have yet to hear back from them and order still shows "pending". Luckily, I filed a fraud complaint with my Credit Card company and they were able to credit my account while they investigate. They never sent anything. Never responded to calls or emails. Never issued a refund. BEWARE of this SCAM.

On June 27, 2017, I ordered AC filters from this company. They come in a pack of two. Unfortunately, the filters are odd size and are not easy to find. We had ordered filters a couple of times from this same came about 3 years or so ago with no problems, so I didn’t do any research on them, and now I’m sorry that I didn’t. I placed my order on Tuesday, June 27, their website states if the product is in stock and ordered before 3:00 p.m it will be shipped the same day, if not before 3, it will be shipped the next day. It was my understanding that the filters were in stock. Payment was deducted from my account on Wednesday, June 28. I heard nothing from them until I received an email on Saturday, July 1, stating that my order was being shipped. There was a link, with a FedEx tracking number, which didn’t work. I called the company on Monday, July 3 to inquire about my filters and advised that the link didn’t work. He (Tim) said he didn’t understand why it wouldn’t work and would check on it and call me back. I never heard anything from him. Finally, on the afternoon of Thursday, July 6th, the filters were delivered via FedEx. Unfortunately, the box was damaged, and when I opened the box I found the filters also to be damaged. I called the company and spoke with Tim. He gave me his cell number and asked that I send him pictures of the damaged filters. He said that he would send me an email with his FedEx account number so I could return the filters. He agreed to give me a full refund of the $82 once he got notification from FedEx that the package was on its way. I never heard back from him. I called on Tuesday, July 11th, he hadn’t done anything! He said he would call FedEx to come and pick up the filters from my house and once again stated that he would refund my money once the package was on its way to him. Once again, nothing was done by Tim. On Friday, July 14th, my husband called Tim. He gave my husband his FedEx account number so we could take the filters to FedEx ourselves and return the damaged filters. Tim told my husband that once the filters were on their way, he would refund our money. On Monday, July 17th, my husband took the package to FedEx and shipped them back to the company. On Tuesday, July 18th, I sent an email to Tim advising him that the filters were shipped back to him the day before and giving him the tracking number. I heard nothing back from Tim. On Wednesday, July 19th, I sent an email and a text to his cell phone advising that the package had been delivered to his company at 2:05 that afternoon. In my email, I also provided him with a copy of the delivery confirmation receipt from FedEx. Again, nothing from Tim. On Thursday, July 20th, my husband called and spoke with Tim advising that the filters were at his company and requesting our refund. He then said something to my husband about having to go to the mailroom to see the filters. My husband reminded him that was not what he had agreed to do. He had agreed to send our refund once the damaged filters were on the way to him. He told my husband that I would be receiving an email before the end of the day advising of our refund. Once again, nothing! On Friday, July 21st, my husband called Tim to once again inquire about our refund. He assured my husband that we would see our refund by the end of the day. Once again, nothing! On Saturday, July 22nd my husband has tried to call him, but is getting sent to voice mail. I finally decided that I’ve had enough of this game and have filed a complaint with BBB in Columbus Ohio. This is in response to Energy Conscious's reply to my first comment: Your website did not have any pop-up during checkout that warned me that shipping to Hawaii was not included in the "free delivery" advertisement. Your system allowed me to fully check out with the assumption that I was getting free delivery (probably in the hopes that I would not be so inclined to reverse the transaction once I found out otherwise). In the age of Amazon and Ebay where I can get free shipping to Hawaii on just about anything I purchase, insinuating that shipping to Hawaii "always" costs something is ignorant and rude, since it implies that I know nothing about shipping when I am located "Halfway through the Pacific to Asia". A business with these practices and responses cannot expect to gain loyal customers or compete with other sellers who offer free shipping to Hawaii on a regular basis.

This company care about its business more than the customer, the guy who makes the quote have no tools to measure what the house need, he tried to put 12 KW system in a small house need only 7 KW and 5KW in a small guest room need only 3KW. I asked him to put 7.1KW instead because I couldn't afford the big system, he quoted me for $ 5790, On the quote day they told me to give a discount if I go ahead with the order, I paid them $950 as a deposit but later on I found they put same day on their website the same system for $5500 when I asked why first they said it is an old offer, then I I end up paying them $5862.60,it just make you feel sick when you find they ripped you off. Please shop around to have better deal. This is my first and last job for them.

I ordered pool fencing from Oxworks and being a one man band started constructing the fence a couple of months later only to find the polaris soft close hinges I ordered were not included. Made contact with Oxworks only to be told it is two months ago you ordered the products so there is nothing we can do. What does it matter that it was 2 months ago, if the order is not complete the order is not complete. Terrible customer service, will never use Oxworks again.

We ordered 126sqm of T/oak hardwood overlay flooring (15mm thick), which my son and I laid ourselves. Big job, but beautiful result in the end. Craig was very helpful with the most important of advice. Most importantly regarding the subfloor prep. We were going down on concrete and needed to lay (and flat sand first) structural 15mm ply, before we could do anything. Mechanical fixings at this point are critical. Was going to Ramset but Graig said NOOO! Need something like a Powers Spike bolt that had to be hand drilled and hand driven. 1200 of them in total. turn out to be easier and less painful than imagined. Ply is now fixed to the concrete forever. BTW use 15mm ply don't skimp on 12mm! if you do, you'll soon know why I have given this insight. Craig sold us the Bostick hardwood glue. Had a fit at the price at first, but after doing my homework, I can see that this was the best investment we could have made. This was a difficult job to do as DIY, and not for someone without skills. I am not from a trades background, so I am not typically the sort of person to do this sort of project. But the result is brilliant and my son and I feel we have achieve something substantial with our floor. BTW., took a week to lay given the extra time we took to carefully select our timber shades and lengths. We went for 10% wastage and had 12 boards left. Connellys were great and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. Thanks guys.

We used Connelly's to install spotted gum throughout the entire home of our current building/renovating project. Their knowledge, experience and expertise was unmatched - knew immediately what Wormy Chestnut was and had a sample...! Their showroom is beautiful displaying various grades and types of timbers. They seem to source the best quality timbers all round! The filling of feature grade timber was executed wonderfully and with respect to the actual timber - no black blobs...! Both Glenn & Greg are a delight to deal with and Roc the installer so efficient and meticulous.... Thank you guys .....certainly surpassed expectations.......

I feel obligated to express how fair and wonderful this building experience has been for me especially as a first-time home builder. When reading product reviews on home builders, i found the reviews to be either really positive or very negative and therefore i had a lot of confusion and anxieties committing to a project builder. Switch Homes were relatively new to the scene for me, but i knew that they were backed by Pindan. At the time, there were no product reviews on them so i felt like i was taking a punt with them. I am so thankful i went with Switch Homes. Switch Homes were upfront and completely transparent from the start. I worked with Mark Stillman who was realistic with what could be achieved with my building budget and visited me onsite to troubleshoot areas that may affect the design of the home. I was able to access display homes during its build process to see the quality before they were neatly presented for home openings. Customer service was exceptional before making a deposit and that quality of service continued throughout. Mark helped me prioritise what i wanted out of the build to meet my budget and i was presented with professional drawings of my future home with several redrawings as we got closer to my dream home. Costs were clearly itemised and estimated accurately which meant i could lock in decisions without having nasty surprises down the track. The builders standard specs and inclusions in our package were of a fair quality and known brands that i could review prior to signing the contract. We seldom needed to upgrade unlike with other projects builders who's 'luxury' range were really standard entry level fittings for Switch Homes. I also gained confidence working with an interior designer (provided by Switch Homes) to locking in finishing touches for our tiling and kitchen. The build process ran smoothly. For the construction phase, my Client Liaison Officer was Stephanie Bonasera and site supervisor, Russell. They are excellent and informative. I received regular updates with the build process and any queries were answered within 2 days and resolved within the week. If there was an issue, Steph was excellent at communicating on my behalf and got results fast. I loved that i was approached first if there were any uncertainties ahead and i was given the drivers seat to change them (ie. cabinetry). She could foresee any problems ahead before i would and this saved me several hours from ever having to chase up them up myself during my own work time. Steph is brilliant. If there were any disagreements, we were able to come to an effective solution quickly. Russell is a very experienced builder and organised the trades well for the build to run with minimal delays. There was even a point where it was forecasted that our home would be completed two months ahead of schedule. Sadly we didnt receive our keys before christmas but i was impressed that trades continued to work right up to the very end before xmas break. There really isnt much left to go now, and compared to other friends first-home building experiences, ours is a dream run!!! I would give Switch Homes 5 stars but then i would run the risk of being another heavily biased review. Overall, they are fairly priced, had quality inclusions, good craftsmanship and a knowledgable builder with good communication to the clients in a timely manner. They are completely transparent so no surprises or upsets during the build. There were occasional hiccups with trades missing minor details to the build requirements, but this was picked up either by me or the builder, and acted upon quickly. The experience with Switch Homes has succeeded my expectations and calmed any fears i had with building. I would gladly do it again.

The quality of the fixtures were extremely basic and ugly like something from the 80's, you would find better in Kmart. The trick was they give you cheap fixtures and then when you don't like them they refer you to their supplier to give you a bunch of over priced upgrades at your cost. There was no mid range options offered. We sat in a room that was extremely hot with no windows or natural daylight. It was hard to see what you were choosing. This was obviously deliberate just to get the job done as quickly and conveniently for them. I nearly passed out a few times as it was so hot and stressful. I had to go outside to get fresh air. I didn't even get offered a drink and had to go next door to purchase a bottle of water. They then back flipped on the concrete flooring. I had two of their seniors enter the room and was extremely rude and argumentative. I was in tears and traumatised when I left and knew that I could not go forward with them. I lost $3000 deposit but in hindsight it was probably the best money ever spent avoiding this company, especially reading reviews from others. Please avoid these builders. Go elsewhere you won't regret it. The only regret I have is I didn't write this sooner to warn others, I guess that's the good thing about lockdowns. Stay safe everyone even more so by not dealing with this awful company.

We've had a very disappointing two year experience with The Shower Repair Centre. The waterproofing of our showers had problems after 6 months and after requesting to have them come out and fix it per the 25 year warranty, they have avoided our emails/calls and to come out and fix it. They had claimed that we used the bathroom within 24 hours as opposed to letting it dry. We have 3 bathrooms in our house, why would we need to use the one repaired? And we actually waited 72 hours before using the bathroom. Be warned as they make excuses to avoid having to fulfil the warranty! We were forced to spend another $2,000 to get it fixed elsewhere. From reading the other reviews that have been posted it looks like we aren't the first and certainly not the last. In the interest of your home, wallet and mental health, please stay away from this company. We've sent a complaint to VCAT and the Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria. Save yourself this hassle!

The shower repair centre was engaged by my strata manager last year to repair a leak to the balcony causing water stains to my ceiling. Ever since a tiler first came out, I have had nothing but issues with the poor quality of work, numerous site visits by many different sub-contractors to the shower repair centre, and an overall absolute waste of my time. They had to come out to my property 5 times over a period of 4 months to finally resolve the issue, and clean up their mess, though the grouting remains very inconsistent and skirting tiles were never cleaned properly. This company just sub contracts the work out to whoever they can, though there was 1 tiler who actually works for them who came in to clean up the mess as best he could. It really is just the luck of the draw if you get someone half decent. I would never trust them to touch another tile in my house, and highly advise against engaging this company for any work.

I found the details of Competitive Paving and Landscaping from a Google search and gave them a call. My phone call was promptly returned by Grant who attended the site and I was very impressed from the start with Grant’s knowledge, professionalism and commitment to do the job, so I hired Grant and it was the best decision I ever made!!!! Considering I got over 10 quotes. Grant and his work mate Scott were very friendly, reliable, polite, courteous, hardworking, punctual and helpful. When I first rang London locksmith the operator sounding polite and he quoted me a price which was reasonable once I explained what needed to be done. He said their Mobil locksmiths carry ALL locks. I just wanted a simple mortice lock change over......i could have done it myself but the quoted price was so cheap I thought let them do it. Different story once locksmith turned up. He didn't have the lock and his price went up. In the end we agreed a different price. He wasn't that happy. Before we agreed and didn't think he could it be asked for a call out charge. Obviously I refused......pay for their mistakes not on your nellie. Any way very unprofessional and should arrange things with the phone operator so misunderstandings like this don't happen again. I wouldn't recommend.

I made a purchase from 365 Garage Door Parts through Amazon. I attempted to return this part due to it being the incorrect part. After I was able to get the proper part that I needed, I contacted them to return the incorrect part. They cited their policy of 30 day returns, which I was past, so they would not accept the return. I assumed that since this was purchasing through Amazon, this would not be a problem. Numerous attempts to reach a reasonable resolution have only resulted in hostility towards their customers. I am not stuck with a part that I have absolutely no use for that is brand new. I guess I just have to throw it away? It is not expensive, and it is basicly solid steel, so it is not like they go bad after 30 days. I do understand companies set their own return policies, however, I also feel that 365 garage door parts is not being reasonable or rational in this situation. They clearly do not consider their customers first. Only initial sales. Deffinatly not return customer sales. Deffinatly not the impact that their customers voices can have on them.

I ordered for my house and my son's renovation, 2,200 and 1,100 sq.ft respectively. Both orders were received in excellent condition and there was no damage to any planks. The lengths were primarily 6' with a few shorties in each box. We did not have to throw out any planks due to color, warpage or defects. The oiled finish is amazing to look at and walk on. We both have medium size dogs and they have not scratched or punctuated the finish as happened with our previous aluminum oxide, water based polyurethane finished floors. Could not be happier with this product and the service folks at ADM Flooring!

I purchased my ADM flooring, Sunset, 2 years ago and I'm so happy with how they turned out. I looked for two years to find the right flooring at the right price. The European white oak can be expensive; I almost gave up on the look I wanted, then I found ADM flooring. The color and style was just what I was looking for. I recommend ADM all my clients who are looking at flooring. I always tell them to look at ADM flooring before they purchase anywhere else. Great customer service! Whenever I had a questions they were always quick to reply with a solution.
