In a world of shoddy customer service, it was a refreshing surprise to do business with this company! Our orders were placed and delivered so incredibly quickly. We had a minor ordering problem but the focused attention we received when we contacted the company let us know that they would take care of any concerns. And they really did! In 2018 my home was appraised for new windows by this firm. The cost, based on my last experience over $13,000, was outrageous. Since that time, until recently I was receiving mailings and emails pushing their windows. A few months ago, I received another quote from Window World and purchased their window or a third of the Andersen cost. Now I am getting mails every week. And sometimes two or three emails a day. And every time I block one email address, another address is used. I have called the Austin, Texas location and emailed to stop with the junk mail with no resolution.

George Brazil has a FLAT RATE FEE OF $462 TO SNAKE A CLOGGED DRAIN!!! Unless you like paying mega bucks for something others would charge 1/4 for, DONT EVER CALL THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!!! I was told this was the flat rate by Josh Cook, one of the managers after I called later to say there must have been a mistake. Here's how it went: I called, I asked if they could come out today, because it was an Airbnb and I told the tenants I would fix it immediately. I called at 9 am. They said there would be a trip charge (I think $69) that would be waved if I used them to do the work. At 4PM they arrived. He took a look at my slow draining kitchen sink and came out and told me it would be $462!!! I couldn't believe it! I said there must be a mistake! You can't charge that much for a snake! He said it was their flat rate fee. The tenants were there, I'd waited all day instead of calling other companies, and I felt stuck ... plus I would have to pay the damn trip charge if I didn't go with them. So I signed for the service, knowing full well I would talk to their manager before I wrote terrible review to give them a chance. so I called this morning, I explained to the manager that the technician was done snaking the drain and had it cleared in 20 minutes. Then he went and got a camera to scope it. All in all he was out there 2 hours ...( trying to take a lot of time since I complained so bad to him.)The manager said that $462 is the flat fee they charge for a slow drain!!! He explained they had to pay their technician and overhead. I said $200+ an hour with no parts was rather steep, and that I'd never written a bad review before in my life, but I'd be writing one for them on the major sites. Then he had the audacity to say, "LISTEN LADY, YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY TRYING TO EXHORT ME. WHAT DO YOU WANT?" Implying he would give me money back. I replied it was they that exhorted me and told him I didn't want anything from them!! After all, I had signed for it, they gave me the service. And now I'm free to write my reviews! I just wanted to hear why the management thought they could charge so outrageously. He said that all plumbers charge the same price. They just tell you small price, then get you in the end. I told him I'd be sure to mention that the manager of George Brazil feels all plumbers charge $462 for a clogged drain since everyone obviously charges that much. So, I advise you to read the other 1 star reviews and find out for yourself ... THEY CHARGE OUTRAGEOUSLY FOR THEIR SERVICES!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

When I called about a problem in the middle of a snowy winter, I was able to get someone to come out the very next day. A problem with the electric eye was identified and repaired quickly. I was very happy with the service. The only negative is that I thought the $150 service charge was a bit high. This is the same company that replaced the garage door about 5 years ago and we were extremely happy with that job. This is the first time that anything needed a repair. This company does excellent work.

My new garage door looks wonderful! - so nice and quiet too. The technician did installation all alone. I thought it would take 2 guys. He was very polite and professional. Jeff, who installed the garage door opener, was very efficient in getting the work done. He relocated the back door button and the front keypad to more convenient places all old equipment was removed and cleaned any mess that was made. This company did need chasing for a quote but after getting that and choosing them they carried out the project very professionally and to budget. The install team were very good indeed and polite, clean etc. the surveyor returned twice with no quibble to advise and recommend the works we had to carry out before install and was very good too. the office staff were always available and again did what they had to do well.

Air Track Inc responded to our stress call as our furnace humidifier was leaking throughout the basement floor. He returned our call immediately and came the same day on time, he was able to identify the problem and had to return the following night with the proper replacement parts. With my old radiant floor heating system in need of maintenance, I was shopping around for some tubing that would not only replace, but last longer than what was originally provided. After reading some reviews, I decided to go with the ½” Oxygen Barrier Pex Pipe by Everhot at the Canarsee store. I purchased 900’ feet because I wanted some extra just in case I needed to make repairs or for other uses. Needless to say I was very impressed. The tubing was very strong while being easy enough to cut and place into the old fittings. It was not long before I was finished running the piping and I could not be more pleased with the results. The polyethylene tubing provides a great application for the heat emanating from the water inside the tubing while the oxygen barrier nature of the product means that I will not have to worry about it corroding any metals as part of the system. Strong, flexible and easy to install, the Pex Pipe was well worth the low price and I hope to get many years out of this remarkable product for my new floor heating system. Of course, the 25 year warranty certainly helped me make my decision to go with Canarsee and I received the product within a few days which was just in time for the weekend. Canarsee also provided free shipping which made the purchase even better, which means that I can heartily recommend Canarsee as the place to purchase Pex Pipe and the many other products they offer as well.

I ordered a pump eight days ago and have not heard anything from Canarsee about shipping or delivery, only the sales order and then my credit card showed they charged it. I tried calling yesterday and twice today and had to leave a message. Still nobody has called me back. Although this afternoon, I received an email with the tracking number showing that they printed the shipping label. The web site showed in stock and usually 5-7 days shipping, so I expected the pump before today, and not to get an email that they are shipping it after I had to remind them about the order. And still no return phone call.

First of all Pioneerminisplits.com was great to do business with. fast shipping and the install kits were great.The tech support person (Louis) that helped me was also very good. But you need to know Pioneer 3 zone has issues in the design I only learned about after I installed it. Not impressed with the 250 watts of power usage when in standby. All minisplits use allot of power in standby but 250 watts is unbelievable. You wont find any reference to this on the specs provided, so do your research before you buy. Unit is much louder than the competition, but still much quieter than the old conventional I replaced. Even with these issues I am satisfied I with my investment and my family is finally comfortable in the whole house.

I'm sure these are great products but I have $4k worth of ductless heating and cooling that out of maybe 15 local companies will not install! Due to liability issues? So I feel cheated. Maybe I'll put myself through hvac school and install them myself because they are useless boxed on my floor!

I needed a plumber to complete the installation of a tankless water heater for my shower/tub. The company I usually use does not do elec tankless water heaters! I called Joe Cool, spoke to a lovely call taker and set up an appt for the next day. The plumber, Daniel, called me while on his way to my house. Once he arrived, Daniel only took 39 min to complete the job. He was personable, knowledgeable, and his expertise was evident. This is a small, privately own company. I was very, very impressed Daniel and the service provided. I used an online coupon for $60 off provided on Joe Cool's website. And, the cost was less than 1/2 of what I usually paid the other company!

Sink purchased was too small. I had to return £160.99 sink at my own expense costing me £34. Company will not give me a refund as say the sink was returned damaged and I should claim from courier. Sink was well protected and I think i have been conned. I do not trust and do not recommend this company .

I noticed my roof had some wavy shingles so I called James Kate Roofing. I spoke and met with Dustin Eatman. He was punctual, professional, and polite. He answered all my questions concerning my roof, and then gave me an excellent quote to get the process started. The roofing crew began the work bright and early, was very thorough, and did a great job. My new roof looks great, and I would definitely recommend James Kate Roofing to all my friends and family.

Thank you Dynamite Buys! My contractor had arrived to build my outdoor kitchen. It was time to go to my local retailer to purchase a Fire Magic A540i grill. Imagine the horror when I learned that my grill had to be ordered and would take 4 weeks to ship. I was told that if someone had said they can get one sooner than that would be lying to get my business. I stumbled upon Dynamite Buys on the internet and called to speak to a salesman. He told me that they had the grill in stock and when I could expect to receive it. I was a bit skeptical but had no option but to order one. I placed the order on a Monday and received it by that Friday. This filter works perfectly. I bought this primarily to get rid of cooking smell, especially during winter in NE when windows are all closed. Then we realized it just is perfect, clean air, no smell, smart device, controlled through an app. We love this!

I ordered these feet for my gasoline powered pressure washer, one of the two original fell off somewhere along the line. I would certainly be willing to review the new feet, they were delivered early this week and my intention is to install them on Saturday, my day off. Since I've ordered these, I've been inundated with requests to review your product. So at least give me some time to get them installed.

I have had allergies for many years and have tried all types of air purifiers including the ionizers that make ozone. I found blueair filter system to be the best out there. I got my first blueair at costco and discovered they had even better models on their website. My advice is to get the ones that do at least 600 sq feet. The ones that do only 300 sq feet are just not good enough. Yes the filters are expensive which is why it is better to get a filtration system that is larger.

I have a small yoga studio with pretty terrible ventilation. I purchased the classic model which I believe was around $600 and it has been worth every penny. It's really important to have good, clean air to breathe when exercising and especially while practicing yoga which involves a lot of breath work. Also, I hadn't expected it to improve the smell, which wasn't even necessarily bad, but the studio smell so much better. Highly recommend!

Be aware that if you buy from the head office and they send to much adhesive for the amount of tiles sold ( this is their recommended amount) we did not skimp. You cannot return it to the store as they have no access to the head office sales and head office then claim that you cannot return perishables ( tile adhesive and some sealant!!! ) really. If you have to buy ensure its from the store rather than head office as you will be unable to return anything not required.

Did not turn up on the delivery date, or the next day but the following day. I made someone wait each time they promised delivery. REALLY NOT GOOD.
