So after looking at this product I decided to do some investigating. Now when this product is in use on an electric shower it creates a flow restriction. This it what gives it improved pressure. Unfortunately electric showers are carefully designed with water flow to prevent the heating element burning out. After speaking to both Mira and Aqualisa they confirmed that this product will void your warranty, and seriously reduce the lifespan of your shower. When I questioned stone stream about this on Facebook they quickly deleted my post and blocked me to prevent me making another. If your shower is under warranty then do not use this product!

Like others I checked Glow Green's Trust Pilot reviews and they seemed to be a mix of good and bad. However my experience was excellent. Well, this is efficiency at its best. I am generally a cautions person when it comes to give praises but I won't be shy here. From the quotation to the installation it was all a breeze. Needless to say that when your boiler has given up you are very much hoping that you can get a resolution in the shortest of times. This is exactly the experience I had. I booked my appointment on the Thursday and by the Monday of the following week I had a shiny new boiler set up and running. I would like to draw attention to Paul, the engineer who came to do the work. He was ponctual, courteous and professional. I really felt he knew what he was doing and he delivered above and beyond. Thanks again.

This is our second Valiant boiler and was recommended and supplied by a Valiant authorised installer. After significant building works had been completed the original boiler was inadequate so we upgraded and have been really impressed with the new and more modern product. The house is now much warmer and the system way more efficient. Easy to install and use and a way lower cost than we had expected.

I have 3 property's I have cover with… I have 3 property's I have cover with hometree.I have called them out 3 times and had trouble ..1st was for my gas check the man kept asking me how i have these property's and I should cancel cover and go directly through him ...2nd callout toilet would not flush,plumber came out then left didn't know why ..luckily the company who were doing job left me there number I asked them why they left they said we would have to remove tiles and need authorisation from hometree but they could never get in contact with them ..10 days later after 40 or 50 calls to hometree 1 lady was helpful and they sorted it ....today I rang the company I have water pouring out under my sink ..they said Monday at 1st in 2 days time,I said its going to wreck my home she said we will try for today..I then got a call off a company saying we are sorry we do not cover your area we tried calling hometree..no reply..I rang hometree took ages and they said we are sorry we are closed weekends they will call you back 24 hours ...I had to get a plumber £185 just now ...what a JOKE...UPDATE.Just had head office of hometree asking about my review I told her your plumber had still not been,she said I can understand how frustrated you've been we really do apologise,I said I've cancelled all my direct debits she then sent an email you owe us £90 for cancelling thankyou

Awful - Avoid! Booked a call out Thursday by Friday still no confirmed date. I decided to investigate myself and pulled up my living room floor. Under the house is swimming with sewage and all electrical cables are under water. Hometree didn’t even send someone till the next day then I was told the house is unsafe, poisoning fumes, no water, no electricity, no where to live and hometree says they may be able to get someone out later next week. Ignore all the vulnerability stuff and emergency response it’s not true. We had no water or electricity yesterday and slept with poison fumes all cause they were busy. Hometree I have got drains, plumbing and electricity insurance with you. Please sort it out. Update- Saturday evening Hometree told me I’m not covered and can’t help even though I am covered!

I like True Value in our area, at least. The help is excellent, the products for a hardware store are top of the line. Costs a bit more than Home Depot, but quality of goods is superior. I like Home Depot as well, but rate them with 3.5 stars because they deduct a percentage of each sale when you return items and too many of their items are less than quality. True Value, however, accepts returns at full value. Both stores offer 10% discount for veterans, which I appreciate. Edit: since writing the above this store has changed hands or managers. The original and exceptional help is gone, the place is way too loud with background music that isn't calming music and the service is not as good as before. I drop them from a five star to a three.

I have shopped True Value when I am in a bind and they are close but that is very rare because they are much more expensive then say Lowe's or Home Depot. Plus they done have a very large selections of product. I don't recommend then at all unless you are in dire need for something and it is a common item.

My air con had died and gone to God so they got a quote over the phone for us and our new air con was in in three days which was fantastic as I have a life threatening illness . At first I was not happy with the way our unit was delivered because they tried to deliver it with a large 18 wheel tractor/trailer in a small residential neighborhood and it caused a lot of issues. However, they stood behind a warranty issue we had. Approximately 4 weeks after the unit was installed, a plastic sticky back clamp that was used to hold a wire harness inside the unit, came loose causing the wires to get sucked and entangled in the condenser motor...ruining the motor and the fan blades. They were quick to send a new motor and fan blade.

Do not use these scam artists. Had them come in to do a duct cleaning job. Literally sprayed tea tree oil into the vent, blew some compressed air into the vent and placed a vacuum onto the vent. Not only was is a half arsed job, the operator damaged my brand new laminate flooring with their ladder (we found the damage the next day when cleaning the floors). Lodged a complaint with the company to be met with a call from the worker saying how i must of taken a drill to my new floor... then told me to "get f%^&ed and take me to court then". DO NOT USE THEM, LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR THIS WORK

Called up Marks duct cleaning last week for some emergency air duct cleaning at our house in Melbourne. I don't even know what kind of critter or mess was up in there but it stunk and these guys got the whole thing cleaned out and working great in a matter of hours.

Called today to check again and they had NO idea when ready, no apology, no suggestion. Asked for a manager who was COMPLETELY rude and not helpful. This was my first order with Coolerguys and I have to say that they are an outstandingly excellent merchant! Order was placed during the middle of the final crush of the holiday season (12-16). Normally I try not to order anything during this period but they were the only (remaining) merchant in the U.S. I could find that carried this part and I did not want to take any chances on them selling out. Well, they came through with flying colors! Order was shipped same day. I received and initial order confirmation email within an hour of placing the order followed by a ship-out confirmation email 3 hours later. Parts arrived well packaged and as ordered. Simply perfect. Only very minor gripe would be that shipping was just a little on the high side but well within acceptable. Overall I could not have asked for a better shopping experience and I will make a point of patronizing this merchant in the future so long as they continue deliver outstanding retail service.

McMaster-Carr is a great source for most anything a machinist or mechanic needs in the way of small parts, hardware and shop supplies. Their prices aren't the greatest but the selection and depth of stock is amazing. For prototyping you need only a few parts and McMaster has all sorts of the most ordinary to the most arcane - Need left-hand threaded rod? Check! 8-32 Wing nuts? Check! 1" stainless steel round bar stock? #8 x 0.750" aluminum spacers? Check! And the search feature on their website is amazing! Just start to type what you want and it anticipates and displays similar items. Two clicks and you're at the page with the part descriptions, pictures and pricing. Another click and the part is in your shopping cart. They ship very quickly and the freight charge isn't outrageous.I think they still offer a flat-rate $9 but I could be confusing them with someone else.

There is nothing intuitive about this website - it gives no hint or clue about what country it is in, where it ships to, or even if it is real at all. It is happy to take my credit card, but simply says "shipping and tax will be added" without giving any hint or clue about how much that might be - the entire thing looks like a scam where the hackers didn't even try to make it ask for everything needed to complete an order. If this site is real at all, they need to make it work properly, so customers can actually buy stuff. Nobody hands over their payment details without knowing the price, or where shipping can go to.

Ordered architrave based on the image displayed, but when arrived was quite different. Contacted Joseph who explained that the profile does differ depending on the width and depth selected. I advised that I was trying to match something that was custom cut from a new build developer, so sent images to see if they could get close. After a couple of emails I was able to get a great match, and within 48 hours (excluding the weekend) I had the new product and it is brilliant. It is really well packed too! Really pleased with the end result. My suggestion is to contact them just to check the profile you want - just send an email / give them a quick call and I’m sure they’ll sort it all out for you. Definitely recommend this company.

I ordered DSV26B-24 Albums & Binders, Binders, 2-ring, for CDs or DVDs, Vinyl Binder with Matte Interior, black, holds up to 26 discs. These are well-made. The rings open and close easily and the binders have a plastic cover that allows you to insert descriptions of what the binder contains; either on the front or back or on the side. There is no better price for these binders other than Polyline (after much searching). These are perfect. There is no improvements needed for this product.

I ordered 16 mouldings at lakewood ca store for laminate floor. They sent only 2 pcs in a week. So I called the store. They told me it was a mistake. Ater 2 weeks they sent me 7pcs more. But the other 7 pcs are still missing. Fedex tracking showed only the label was printed. Nobody follows up. I called the store again and again. Later I returned 3 of them because they were not match to my floor. They received returns but said the corp. check will be mailed in 3=4 weeks. Never heard or experienced that slow services.

I ordered a couple wood transition bars from Lumber Liquidators on May 11th. They assured me they would call when the order arrived at my local store. It is now September 1st and they still have no resolved their error. The order was delivered, but they never told me. Their website claimed the order was still pending-- after a FULL MONTH. That added several months to my home remodel. Then when I finally stopped into the store, they realized they screwed up the order. They said they would fix it and the correct item would arrive in a week. Three weeks later, they finally admitted they shipped the order to the wrong store. A week after that, I finally received the transition bar. When I contacted customer service, they told me they would resolve it. I spoke to "Lucas." I have tried calling Lucas several times, leaving voicemails, with no response. Working with them for a simple item was a nightmare.

It says on their website that they pride themselves in shipping 99.5% of all orders the same day. Well its been 6 days and I still had not received a tracking number, so I called them... Sounded like I just woke the guy up, he told me it would take a while for him to locate my order information even though I have the order number??? He took my phone number and says he will call me back. I was told to expect my order in no more than 5 days, now we are on day 6 and it looks like it could be another week, I dont have time for this and I WONT be wasting my time with these losers in the future.

I just bought the 5/8" X 250' mean green hose. What a great product. I live in the country and needed a long hose. Been using the same hose for 10 years. Now time will tell how this product will stand up.I've used urethane hoses for air compressor and they have held up well. We purchased a Santec Roman bath tub faucet set from H&S. I mistakenly ordered the set without the handheld shower. Within 24 hours, Joe Vingray was able to confirm the shower would be shipped at no additional charge. I also ordered a Hansgrohe shower pipe from Joe. The price was slightly over half what I paid for the same product from a local supplier when we renovated our other bathroom last month. I would recommend both Joe Vingray and Home and Stone to anyone in the market for their products.

Placed an order on 12/15 while home on vacation and able to accept it. On 12/17 I received an email with FEDEX Tracking # saying my order had shipped 12/14 and would arrive 12/18. On 12/14 I had not even placed the order yet? As of 12/21 no product. I am in NJ and Filter Ace in NYC, should have been overnite delivery with regular Ground Shipping. I wrote an email which Danny promptly answered at 9:40am and said he agreed the email notification was confusing and they would ship it out on the 26th after the holiday because they missed the pick up for today. Anywhere I`ve ever worked UPS,FEDEX,DHL etc come twice a day to deliver in the morning and pick up outgoing parcels in the afternoon, so I believe he still could have made the shipment 12/21. I would not normally be this critical but as you can guess after getting home from work on the 26th. I have no Tracking information email. Sent Danny another inquiry, no it did not go out as promised. He will definately send it the 27th which did occur and I received it the 28th. I do not attribute my poor service experience to the Christmas rush, solely due to the nature of the items they sell, therefore it is probably closer to the norm. I should note this was a small order $ wise and I used PayPal, so they got their money up front with no delay in CC/Fraud Prevention verification. I should be grateful I suppose though that my worst internet shopping experience was only a 10 day delay in shipment on an in stock item.

Recently purchased caulking from these folks and unfortunately I ordered the wrong color. However, they would only take one box back b/c the other box was open and one of the tubes was used. Problem is they charged me full for shipping and had me pay for shipping to send it back as well. The fair thing to do would have been to credit me at least for half of the shipping since they are going to resell the box I sent back as they mentioned! I will never buy from these folks ever again!!!! Buyer beware!!!!!!

A very easy web site to use. The above statement is still true. However, at check out, the total purchase appeared to be $15.__. When I pressed submit the total was $26.__. That was $5 more than the product. If I had purchased from a different supplier I would have saved over $5. I learned something, and am licking my wound.

My experience with this site/seller is the WORST compared to the hundreds of other internet transactions, with a hundred different companies, over the years. Avoid Ideal True Value. Oct. 19: I ordered and provided all the address, credit card info, and pmt made. Ideal emails me 'we will ship as soon as possible'...This is it/all!? Oct. 22: sent email asking about shipping date, tracking number, importance of this shipment. NO response. Also called...got a store...then got the correct number...left a message...no response. Oct. 26: sent another email asking again about shipping date, tracking number, 'pls cancel if you do not ship w/i 24 hours'. Oct. 27: email from Ideal True Value...'will ship tomorrow morning...with tracking number'. Oct. 28, Noon: still waiting...no shipping info. What a way to do business! The worst! Wish I had known about/checked this site before ordering.

I went to Fastenal in Stillwater, MN but found that they went out of business there. I then went over to Hudson, WI Fastenal store as I was in need of some special hardware for a customer's boat. At the Hudson Fastenal I was greeted by a young man that had told me that Fastenal has decided to refer retail customers to there website and that they had decided to only do immediate retail business with commercial customers. I then told the young man that I had a collision repair business in Stillwater, MN and that I had used Fastenal in Stillwater for getting our hardware but now they were not there. After I had told the young man about me owning a business in Stillwater and that I was in need of some special screws his manager came up to the front desk and said he had never heard of my shop and that he could not help me out. He repediatley said that he had not heard of us and that I was not worth his time. I left the Hudson Fastenal furious, I had never been treated so badly by any Fastenal employee ever before. I will never use this company ever again and will make sure everyone knows about how Fastenal has decided to do business. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

I emailed the vendor for their recommended safety beam sensor for my garage door opener. I provided the make and model, and they gave me the proper part number. I ordered the part, and it did not work. I returned it for a refund. They credited the purchase price, but not the shipping. Ordinarily this would be acceptable. But I discovered that they had sent the wrong parts. They sent the new-style sender with the old-style receiver. That won't work. I emailed them on Aug 30 with this information, asking for a refund of the shipping, since the error was theirs. I've had no reply. I've ordered the correct part from another vendor (Marwest Access Controls). They provided the proper, matching sender and receiver. It works properly.

The owners Sharon and Kevin are rude and nasty(one employee was very nice I didn't get her name). Had a problem with an order they refused to help, told me to go on thier website and buy the correct remote. I bought the correct one from remoteopen.com and it was cheaper at least I saved money on the 2nd order and shipping was $4 less, too. I am not affiliated with either company

Ordered contacts for Halloween from this outfit, they have grand statements of getting your merchandise in 4-5 days. 10 had passed and no contact lens. I email them, no response. 3 more times, no response. Figured I was out 80 bucks BUT they did come in and the order was correct. 16 days total to come in. So, if you have a schedule order early and god help you if you have something wrong with what you receive because I am pretty sure you won't hear from them. Yes, they sell cheap contacts for Halloween without a prescription but customer service is non-existant.

I ordered lenses on 05/07 and today, 21/07 are still waiting! the money has been taken off my account and all attempts at contacting this company have been in vain. Emails have been returned, the telephone number does not receive incoming calls and a letter written was responded to by a call from the occupant at that address saying there is no Discount-lenses at that address. So...either a small company gone back or just ridiculously pathetic service...Steer clear would be my advice.

Last winter I found out the thermostat on my furnace was faulty. Imagine your entire house is as hot as a sauna, but thermostat shows only 23 degrees Celsius. Thank God I called these guys, they were able to fix it, and the price I paid was reasonable.

Ordered two LG PTAC units with thermostats, wall sleeves & grills on 10-31-16. I didn't open the boxes until roughly two weeks after we received them. Upon opening the box there was hidden damage to the wall sleeves inside so I contacted eComfort expecting to have to pay for replacements, but to my surprise, they replaced them for me free of charge. I love doing business with companies who treat me as a customer the same way I treat the customers in my business. eComfort has definitely earned my loyalty! Yes, I know there are some really terrible online reviews for eComfort in the past, but based on my experience, they must have really, really cleaned up their act a lot since those were posted. The text service to track the engineer doesn't support supplies. The only two messages I got said engineer will be with you shortly. The second one said he's delayed. I can't even phone anyone to get my money back.

Ordered 25m square of the 600g fibreglass matting with facia and corner mouldings. I also included the tools package. Arrived quickly all as described. I called the helpline as this was first time I’d used fibreglass and I got the answer efficiently. There was exactly 25m sq so worth ordering slightly more quantity for contingency if you think you might needs any more. Overall I would definitely use again - the online tool with options I found very useful..

I did receive the fiberglass that I asked for but for some reason I expected it to be on a roll and not folded into a box. There were several snags that I noticed whilst putting it onto my roll but it is still usable.

This was unfortunately the worst customer support experience I've ever had. Electric Fireplaces Plus made a mistake with shipping too many tables and I had to reject the delivery because I didn't have any space to handle the 400 lb pallet they accidentally sent. The customer support agent who spoke to me was hostile, aggressive, angry, insulting, and unreasonable in yelling at me about it. I couldn't understand why he reacted in such a hostile way when their company was the one that made the mistake & I can't help that I don't have space to store their mistakenly sent pallet. I ordered the same item from another company and they were wonderful in working with me on the delivery. In addition, they still haven't refunded me for the returned table.

As a firm, we had an emergency electrical requirement and needed the work to be done out of normal office hours. We found this was not a problem for O'Briens Electrical Limited who were both thorough and efficient. On later discovering a minor problem they sent an electrician out the same day and the problem was quickly rectified - would definitely recommend.

I ordered 7 Casablanca fans complete with controls, blades and light fixtures from Del Mar Designs. After talking to many web retailers, I settled on Del Mar Designs. They appeared to have more knowledge of the product line than other retailers. In retrospect, I made the right choice. Their Sales Person, Ron, was very helpful both before and after the sale. He arranged to have my fans shipped by UPS Freight, rather than UPS or other method. This meant that they were shipped on a pallet. The shipment arrived intact 2 weeks after placing the order. In installed them all myself. Casablanca really makes a quality product, and I can think of no better place to order them from than Del Mar Designs.

Being informed by a Del Mar sales rep that the Wave is a very quiet fan suitable for a bedroom as well as a study, we ordered 2, being told that we could return them. After installing the one in the study, we found the fan way too noisy for a bedroom and returned it. We were not prepared for a $60 FedEx fee. Could Del Mar not have sent a return label at their rates? Even deducting the postage cost from the refund? Not a very transparent process. Perhaps fans should advertise decibel levels at different speeds?

I was a returning customer to see Mark with a different vehicle. This time a Nissan Qashqui which uses the newer more expensive R1234yf gas. The price quoted was £40 plus £10 per 100g of Gas. Mark extracted the gas and only found 50g of gas rather than the 500g there should be. The gas was refilled and a sealant added which was an extra £20 which seemed pricey but I hope worth it. The end result was £105 and a fully functioning AC system pumping out 6C cool air. The appointment was speedy and done in 25 mins max. Overall a bit more expensive than anticipated but still cheaper than the main dealer price of £120 and I was present while the work was done and Mark explained every step. I just hope the gas stays in and the sealant that was recommended does the trick.
