Well the people at fence scape were nice enough but the man doing our fencing seemed like he didn't know much about what he was doing... He put on a light duty latch which broke as the gate is quite heavy so he replaced it with one that split the wood and fell off the first day we ended up getting someone else from fencescape to come fix it and some other dodgy work as the first guy must have rushed it towards the end They came and fixed most of the problems Very expensive and a few mistakes

I did a kitchen renovation in 2015 and purchased the Laminex Meraline mirror splash back. Unfortunately this product is not durable for its intended purpose. During the basic task of cleaning the product it has been scratched. The product is to soft. Basic tasks. Like cooking need to be done with care as simply banging a saucepan against the splash back whilst cooking also scratches and dents the product. Cleaning it is an absolute nightmare. I have been in contact with Laminex and they have advised me that they will replace, but that the product has been removed from production as it wasn't up to the task. I can have another colour but not my mirror. I'm hesitant about putting up the same product again and have requested a refund, so I can go elsewhere to replace my mirrored splash back. This has been met with a resounding no. This issue has been going in for 3 years. Next stop is the ACCC.

I purchased a Diamond Gloss Laminex benchtop from kitchen place in July 2916. It has scratched terribly even though the brochure says it is scratch resistant and has a 7 year warranty. The kitchen place sent the Laminex rep out and they have refused to cover under warranty as they say I had abused and misused the bench top when in fact I treat it with kid gloves only using dishwasher cleaner and soft cloths to clean. Also I used 2 breadboards. mats and a pivot for saucepans and this is called misuse and abuse. I rang Fair Trading and they advised the kitchen supplier was responsible, but they say as Laminex wont cover under warranty it is not their problem. Very dissatisfied with paying extra for a supposedly better quality product that is looking disgusting in less than 12 months. I have done a few Renovations over my 65 years and this us by far the worst product I have ever used. My advice to anyone considering using a Laminex product to think twice as their advertising is misleading on this product.

We recently renovated our bathroom and ensuite and after considering 3 quotes we went with Tradepro. Their quote was a little higher than the cheapest and a lot lower than the most expensive but they by far the most professional in both the way they presented them self and the level of detail in their quote. We were also provided with professional plans an diagrams so we were able to see exactly what the finished product would look like before we committed. We were rewarded with two great bathrooms that we couldn't be happier with. Well done Tradepro.

Thanks Tradepro 5 months on, of which a total of less than two days were spent on my actual kitchen renovation, and I still have to finish the job myself. I've just paid the balance of my account so that I don't have to deal with this s**tshow and their rediculous stalling any longer. Project manager can't communicate, hopeless, the rest of the Tradepro "team" not much better. Customer service, poor. Uncooperative. No people skills. Time management skills, poor. Slow reaction to complaints. So if you're considering renovating your kitchen or bathroom. "DO NOT use these CLOWNS"

We decided to go and try Fluid Plumbing and that turned out to be the right decision. Called them up, and literally the same day they came out to our place at Yass. The bloke told me all about how his father owns the business, and they went into business because there are too many shonky operators out there who don't give good service. All a pretty good experience at the quote stage, he promised to send it over to me the following Monday or Tuesday. I gave them a week's grace and followed up. "Oh yes, I'll let him know to get back to you." Another fortnight went by. "Oh he must have been busy, I'll get him to call you." A month. "I'm sorry, I can't give you his direct number but I'll get him to call you." Literally two months have gone, and no return phone calls, no return emails, no contact whatsoever. And I was ready to give them my cash. Bloody lucky I didn't go with them, I would have had buckley's chance of getting them to come back and fix something if it went wrong. Total joke.

Our house is a project home built around 17 years ago. We had some problems with minor leaks for no apparent reason. We contacted Monier who came out and took some tiles away for assessment. It was found that the tiles had a fault. We now have a brand new roof replaced by Monier under warranty. Very happy with the outcome and the customer service was excellent.

The owner was also installer. He was friendly at first and we were quite happy with the service. When the gutter guard was damaged and we required assistance to repair the gutter guard, the service we received was less than average. The company claims up to 20 years warranty of service and material. We received zero warranty and was aggressively spoken to when asked about the possible repairs. Consequently, we had to use another company to do the repairs and was out of pocket. Be very weary of the after service support.

I paid for 3m to be cut to 2.6 and delivered to Bunnings to be picked up by my builder the morning he was doing the install. Until the builder unrolled it on site it we didn’t realise that it’’s shorter than ordered. So, now when it rains instead of draining onto the garden bed it drains straight onto the paving which will be a problem in my location where there can be heavy frosts. It has also compromised the design. So called the manager who kept telling me they could replace it and I kept on telling them the builder is here to put it up and I paid to cut it to 2.6, not shorter. I’m not paying for the builder to come back again apart from the fact the builder is very hard to get. The manager kept saying again they could replace it so I had to repeat the builder is here to put it up. The manager said firstly that it wouldn’t matter that it was shorter. How could he know where we had the battens, beams and joists! So then he came up with, “everybody makes mistakes”. They can take the order, they can take your money, but they can’t deliver the product as ordered. Then they insult you with their facile comments. I’m still working out whether to take them to the small claims court. I reported this to Bunnings who didn’t seem at all surprised at the incompetence.

Op 28 januari 2019 hebben we een toilet set en 2 wastafel kranen besteld. Op de afleveringsdatum troffen wij een briefje aan in de brievenbus dat de zending retour depot is mee genomen. Na telefonisch contact werd duidelijk dat het transport schade aan de WC pot betrof en is overeen gekomen dat de complete zending opnieuw naar ons wordt gestuurd. Zending was echter niet compleet, de WC pot ontbrak bij de toilet set. Mijn vrouw heeft nog tegen de bezorger gezegd dat er ook een WC pot bij hoorde. Hier kon hij geen antwoord op geven, vervolgens heeft mijn vrouw alsnog getekend. Mede omdat er 2 colli op de levering stond, dit is misleidend. Voor mensen die niet bekend zijn met logistieke processen is 2 kartonnen dozen 2 colli. Na enige dagen hebben we telefonisch contact opgenomen met Sanitairkamer.nl met de vraag waar de WC pot blijft. Werknemer(s) blijven hetzelfde mantra herhalen dat ze op een scherm zien dat alles is geleverd. Voor ons is het onbegrijpelijk dat je in je logistiek proces niet terug kunt vinden of er zoiets groots als een WC pot wel of niet fysiek in de zending aanwezig is. Een coulance regeling of in ieder geval een vervangende WC pot hangende het uitzoeken wat er fout ging om toch vooruit te kunnen bestaat bij jullie blijkbaar niet. We waarderen het dat de toezegging is gedaan om een voorraad telling te doen maar hebben weinig vertrouwen in het feit of dit ook werkelijk wordt uitgevoerd. We zijn nog nooit op zo een onfatsoenlijke wijze behandeld en er worden telkens mondelinge terugbel afspraken niet nagekomen. Een mondeling afspraak is ook bindend mochten dit iets nieuws zijn voor Sanitairkamer.nl Want zo ga je niet om met je klanten als je er prat op gaat een 9,1 voor klantvriendelijkheid te scoren!!!! He didn’t actively wish to take off the bath panel which would have identified where the leak had occurred. This was a disappointing investigation which didn’t help us resolve the problem. He was hurried and in between jobs..

Beware, Eurocell charge higher prices in branch than online.... I purchased 1 length of Window Board with 4 end caps in my local branch, costing me £73.78. I later found out that their online 'click & collect' price for the same goods (from exactly the same branch) would have cost me £35.73...50% LESS!!! Customer service was shocking. It took 7 days and 2 e-mails before my complaint was listened to, then I was just told that Eurocell charge more in branch to encourage customers to use their website. If this was the case, you think Eurocell would be promoting this a little better wouldn't you?! I was eventually offered the difference off my next order. NEXT ORDER! After 3 years of buying in branch, what makes them think I will ever return!! The issue is still not resolved 20 days on. If only I had stood at their counter and purchased the same products on my phone, I would have walked away with a massive £38.05 saving!

I ordered in July of 2017 over $3800 for primed and painted Bahamas shutters for my house to replace what I had on my house for the last 15 years. The shutters were delivered at the end of Sept and the paint job was thin with exposed wood showing, the materials were cheap and loose, the dimensions and construction were not as ordered. I contacted customer service via phone and email and received the run around like I had never seen. I disputed the purchase with Costco Visa and was informed today there is nothing that they can do to right this wrong. Exteriorsolutions.com owner lied to Costco Visa saying they offered to take the shutters back and pay for the return shipping but that I never returned them. These POS shutters are in my garage taking up space along with the boxes they came in and the pallet is burning a hold in my side lawn that is pissing off my landscaper and my HOA. I took the time and care to return these POS shutters to receive a refund. Owner never offered to take them back. Send the truck and take these POS shutters, they are taking up room in my garage. Worst experience I have ever encountered with any business. Also I am not very happy with Costco Visa getting absolutely nothing done to satisfy this claim. Order Placed 08/02/2017 Order Number 235055 Order Total $3,850.32 1- the paint job was not even completed. I ordered exterior shutters and I see exposed wood where every slats meet every siles. Also the wood grain is bleeding thru the very thin coating of paint that was barely applied. 2- a few of the slats I saw on the only shutter I opened completely show the slats splintering not from damage of shipment but from lower grade wood then expected. 3- the wood used in constructing the frame is very thin and I had to refer to site to see what was the described on the website. Funny but the depth of the wood was never listed. So the dimension of 3 inch top rail and 2 1/8 in siles but no depth listed is deceitful. The dimension of the of the rail and siles in ONE inch for an exterior bahama shutter that is attached across the top and two points at the lower corners???? Really??? Dimensions on the top rail and siles is less then described on the website. 4- site says for shutters greater then 60 inches wide there will be a center rail of 3 inches. The only shutter I opened is over 70 inches and there is no center rail with only one inch thick wood to keep is all together. 5- this $3850 order was made August 2 and I received it Oct 5.. Never receiving an email confirmation of the order or a sorry for the delay in shipment email. Where is the quality control: in the paint dept thin spraying n bare wood, in the framing dept missing center rails, in the purchasing dept and assembly dept by using inferior wood grade that is splintered, in the website design the purposely skips the one inch dimension on the wood used in framing an exterior bahama shutter?

I am using the shutters I ordered as an interior application in my antique house and am very pleased with the results. Fabrication and shipping was very timely! A+++

Having been burgled we had to find a locksmith at 3:30am. Phoned 10 or so local numbers that advertised 24hr Service. Had to extend my search area and came across these guys advertising in Milton Keynes. Answered the phone within 3 rings with a pleasant attitude (even more so for a call at 3am!). Quoted good call out rate and said engineer would be with us with 40mins. 25mins later they turned up. Knowledgable guy and gave us a good service. We learnt a lot about barrel locks and how easy they are to break. We may as well have given the thief a key! Negotiated price for top of the range Euro Cylinder, which was duly fitted and tested. He even asked us to try it ourselves before leaving. Highly recommended.

This is the second time that we have done business with A&A. We are so happy with the results. Jacob set everything up for us in a timely, friendly and professional manner. Both installers, I believe their names were John and Scott, were efficient and friendly as well. It is always easier to do business with a company that values it's customers, and it was clear that the team at A&A appreciated our business. In fact, we were so pleased that we recommended A&A to close family member just yesterday. I can definitely see us doing more business with A&A in the future.

I enjoyed working with A&A Safe Lock and Door, they are the only ones who seemed to know what was needed and how to repair the issues, This is a 102 year old building and their expertise was well displayed in their first overview of the doors and their concise interpretation of how to repair them.

We had an old baxi back boiler replaced for a baxi combi with a 10 yr warranty. The switch was done by Andy and he was fantastically efficient there was minimal disturbances to the house and flooring etc and the work was done at a great speed and attention to detail. All correspondence to AG Fraser was brilliant Paul and Andy gave us great advice on which boiler would suite our needs and price point they answered all our queries in a friendly and professional manner, they responded very quickly to us at every stage of the process. I would 100% recommend AG Fraser to anyone. They also gave a very competitive price for the job but more importantly they were very respectful and professional

1 x 100x80X195cm Duschkabine was of very good quality. Delivery came within 4 days. Received mail on Wednesday it will be delivered on Thursday. Requested online the delivery to be on Friday instead, but it came on Thursday anyway. The two parcels were left infront of the house, one upside down despite clear instructions on the parcels. One parcel had a small damage but all inside was fine. Aica Sanitär did all to my 100% satisfaction, but the delivery company did not do a good job.

When every company in last summers heatwave were quoting a 10 day delivery on portable Air Conditioners I was in a quandary because I was very unwell. Made an appointment with their surveyor to attend at 10am on Tuesday 26th May. At 10.27am received a call from their office saying he would not be attending due to a mix up of appointments. Its a shame. I contacted them as their Trustpilot rating was very good. Just shows how wrong you can be.

Been in the trade 15 years I was thought to always have a putty knife, utility knife and a rag on me at work at all times. That being said I have been through plenty of putty knives and this takes the cake. Shipping was on time price was good I’m very happy

I have been working with Peter and his team at All brick and stone since I started my business back in 2013. I needed guidance on how best to blend the new extension masonry in with the existing as it was a period property. Peter came to site so he could get a real feel for what was needed and then sent a sample out shortly after. The match was perfect to the clients delight and the extension blended in seamlessly. Since then I have used All brick and stone on all of my projects and now pride ourselves as a company that can deliver seamless extensions. This is very much credit to All brick and stone. I also use them for my landscaping materials, stone and special masonry materials such as preform brick lintels that have saved much labour time on site. They are always my first stop and would feel more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

We often involve ABS at the early stages of our projects to ensure the correct product specification is made. Peter goes the extra mile to source the best products for us, often going out to site to compare and provide brick matching services. Where ABS can’t help they always look to put us in touch with sub-contractors and suppliers that can. Our projects often involve works to listed buildings, work in conservation areas and high end residential developments; all of which require an attention to detail and wide range of knowledge over products. I have had similar blinds professionally fitted on another house, so my experience is in comparison to that: *I purchased 9 blinds from Ezy-fit Roller shutters. They are electric with remote controls. *I paid a builder (and his laborer) to install them for me. This is a builder who has done a lot of previous work for me and whom I trust. *The blinds are not as simple to install as made out. Particularly difficult on corner windows. *Due to the thickness of the plastic piece at the bottom of the side rails, the blinds do not go to the very bottom and sit on the window sill, thus they let considerable light into the room. *They can make quite a loud 'crackling' noise when they go up & down as the slats pull-a-part from each other. This is particularly annoying late at night. *A couple of the blinds are not completely level when they are down, as the slats do not part completely on one side, at the top. *A couple of them have made really loud banging/cracking sounds when going up & down, eventually a dark brown coloured plastic "wedge" piece (approximately 3 x 3 cm with two small holes in it) fell out of the pelmet onto the ground. I do not know if they were suppose to be in there, or were they packing pieces that should have been taken out? *I find that the level of noise the motors make is quite different. This is despite being the same size blinds. *I've had to get up the ladder outside on one occasion and manually help the blind down whilst simultaneously using the remote. *The remotes are difficult to program when you have more than one blind connected to the remote. *The phone service was convoluted. If you could get put through to the man that actually knew what he was talking about, it was great. But it was wasn't easy to get hold of him. **On a positive.................... *I went with this firm because they were the only company that supplied the colours I wanted *They were considerably cheaper - financially **Suggestion: *They should provide a followup troubleshoot service for a small set fee - I really needed this.

Roller shutters fitted and working well, I opted for battery control unit and saved on electrician charges. I fitted two shutters with 25mm packing, once nutted out the process the second shuuter was a breeze. Shutters are working well.

Sorry of the lengthy review. There were too many issues to summarise. But if you are reading I would suggest not using this company at all before it is too late. 11th March – had quote from Graham Warr. Who was very professional and did a great job. We were initially only interested in a new front door but went for windows as well. 23rd March – we agreed to the quote and was told verbally 6-8 weeks for installation. I didn't grumble when we finally got a date of the 17th June (11-12 weeks) 16th June – (the day before installation) I received a call to say the front door was not ready and they cannot even give me an estimate when it will be. I suggested we cancel the order as I didn’t want to go ahead without all the work being completed. Because the windows were ready I could not cancel the whole contract, only the door. 18th June – After speaking with Stuart Timbers General Operations Manager. We reluctantly agreed for the windows to be installed as we ‘are in contract’ and would need to pay for the windows anyway. During installation I met the Area Manager Darren Leah who joked how busy they were and how much money the company had made that year (Over £2 million) as this was the excuse for the tardy after service. I asked about compensation due to the issues and he said he would need to review and only offer a gesture of goodwill once the work was completed. After installation we noticed a blemish in one of the windows which Fineline suggested to replace. 16th July – Finally the new door was installed but faulty window still needed to be along with the side window of the front door. During the next 6 months Fineline come out numerous times to replace the windows. Each time there was a different problem mostly highlighted by the fitters, not us. During all of the below visits, not once was Glass and Glazing Federation standards mentioned. Had they of been it would of saved many hours and stress for all involved. 1st visit was due because there was an air bubble in your fixed unit and the flag window was the wrong glass. VISTED 30/07 PM 2nd Visit was to replace a sealed in your bedroom and replace the flag window again due to damaged VISTED 23/09 AM 3rd visit was to replace the bedroom sealed unit and flag window again due to damages VISTED 05/11 PM 4th main bed unit was replaced – damaged VISTED 16/11 PM 5th visit main bed unit was replaced again VISTED 03/12 PM - Once they brought the wrong size window. - Only turning up with one window (not two that needed replacing) - Turning up at different times than specified. In the end I phoned the Area Manager Darren Leah and begged and pleaded with him to make sure that when the last window was replaced for someone to check it to make sure it was ok. 3rd December – the last window is installed and my wife highlights a scratch and finger print marks inside the glass. I immediately call Darren for him to come and see first hand. He says that he personally inspected the glass and there were no issues. Darren came to my house and came across very dismissive and rude and He also said that the blemishes do not need to be corrected if you cannot see at a 3 meter distance. This is industry standard and we should have been told.. again why this was mentioned 6 months previously is beyond me. Darren states rudely ‘that we haven’t even paid anything yet’. He had stated previously we wouldn’t need to pay until the work had been finished. I asked him at this stage about the compensation and he offered £100 gesture of goodwill. I felt given all of the above, this was insulting and unacceptable and asked him to leave my property. I then called and left a message for Stuart Timbers to call me back to discuss. 9th December – Nearly a week later and I had no call back from Stuart. He did however send me an email asking me to pay my invoice and £100 Gesture of Goodwill had been applied. If we didn’t pay then 4% interested would be applied. 14th December – I had a number of outstanding questions unanswered which I chased but was responded to that if I didn’t pay then ‘then we will have no choice but to apply the interest as per the terms of the contract and pass to our Group Legal Team for recovery of the full debt’ I paid the balance reluctantly to finally end the nightmare and Fineline agreed to install the original window again. I had copied in the MD Peter Wheeler in the last few emails as I read an article this year from him saying that customer care is their number one priority. I had no response from him directly and feel that their only priority is taking peoples money. Avoid this business at all costs!

We had two large front windows fitted to our bungalow a year ago by fine line and the service was great start to finish and the fitters Steve&marc were excellent.Last Month we ordered three more windows Chris the salesman was very professional and no unnecessary sales pitch.just had them fitted and steve& marc done another excellent job clean and tidy throughout we would certainly recommend them

If you are thinking of getting a log burner look no further I don't often give 5 stars ✨ but in this instance they deserve it, I can not recommend ignite highly enough Darren for his knowledge and customer service and Mark and Andy for there workmanship. I ordered underfloor heating and then found it was not required I contacted floor heatpro on a number of occasions to have the goods picked up for return finally after about 4 calls to them they got their courier to pick the goods for return up I then had to ring them on a number of occasions because they never credited my credit card even after they confirmed they had received the returns in good order and to this day I still have not had the money credited to my account and I have had to take action contacting my credit card company to withhold or get back any payment definatley do not deal with this company they are hard work

I bought my bi-fold doors from Foldingdoors2u almost 10 years ago, and have had no issues. The doors have been very good. Recently, whilst having a new kitchen fitted a workman accidentally broke one of the glass units. So, I contacted FD2U and requested a replacement. Quick and efficient service meant that my glass was replaced in good time (and actually really good value) and I took the opportunity for the doors to be serviced at the same time. Fantastic team and a great job done. I would recommend and will use again.

We ordered doors as they were the cheapest we could find, door arrived with the nicest delivery driver I have ever met, he helped to carry the heavy door up the drive. I installed the door myself, the instructions weren't that good but I figured it out and it looks real quality, very pleased.
