Purchased Solidor in late 2019. Lock mechanism ceased, contacted UPVC and was asked to contact Solidor directly who said that I should contact UPVC Outlet as my contract was with them. Had no joy with UPVC Outlet. Solidor kindly delivered new mechanism and sorted out a local locksmith. In the meantime, UPVC refused to pay locksmith fee back to me. Solidor have issued a credit note for the locksmith cost to UPVC Outlet. Various emails and months have gone by and nothing from UPVC outlet? Very dissatisfied customer of UPVC Outlet

Worst customer service, especially from customer service team who are meant to be there to resolve issues. -Door arrived damaged but they took no responsibility. -We felt as if they were just trying to make a sale and felt very unethical as we wanted a larger door width so our mother who is in a electric wheelchair can come through but we weren’t fully made aware about how much narrower it was actually going to be. Very unethical company and would not try resolve any issues for us, took no responsibility on their behalf. Would not recommend at all, also falsely advertises bespoke door when they are not bespoke at all. They have taken someone’s hard earned money and thrown it down the drain. We’ve renovated a 5 bedroom house over the last year and dealt with many companies but Todd’s doors has been the worst at dealing any issues. We’ve had windows and doors damaged by other companies and they can and sorted the issue out straight away. It seems once Todd’s door makes the sale, they don’t care whatsoever about the aftercare at all. No follow up. No attention to detail. Please save your money and try a more down to earth smaller company.

Shoddy, unreliable shower. Developed a fault within two months of fitting. Engineer would not go up in loft as there is no loft ladder in my property. Had to pay my own plumber. Now the heat sensor has tripped, so only cold water running. Switch cannot be reset as is usual with electrical appliances. Customer service disinterested & sent a generic response. Avoid at all costs.

It was a good product but it was too heavy for the driver to unload the pallets on the slight slope outside our house as he only had a hand operated lift.My neighbour and I unpacked the pallets on the lorry and took them off by hand.It would have been quite dangerous for the driver to unload on his own as the pallets were a ton in weight.

I got an initial quote off the website; I was then contacted by the company who arranged a survey which cost £100, deductible from the subsequent order. After the survey I had an amended quote. I paid half in advance and had to wait a couple of weeks for the window grills to be made. The actual fitting took about an hour and the fitter provided good guidance on use of the grills. Upon completion I paid the balance. A straightforward process.

We were looking to replace some pretty awful laminate flooring in a house we had recently purchased, we spoke with Bradfords in Worcester who highly recommended Woodpecker Flooring as a match for what we were looking for, the sales person came out with samples so we could see what it would look like in the room and hallway that we wanted to put it down,which was brilliant as we got to see which of the shades of oak best suited the rooms and matched with the varnished oak doors we have. Installation was simple, the installer we used hadn't heard of this flooring but was very impressed with it, how simple it was to install and how great it looked (so much so he was going to buy some for his own house), for us it is perfect, is easy to clean, very hard wearing and we just love it.

Our experience with the sales person was great as well as the delivery. The two men that installed the windows were polite and respectful. We would however suggest that the installers are more careful with the caulking around the inside window. It was smeared up on the window frame and dried in a yellow-ish color. We ended up having to scrape it all of and apply new that is white and can't be seen.

We had our roof done with Rite Windows and are so happy with the outcome. Our roof was leaking and very old and they made it look amazing. Very happy with the clean up process as well and that there are no leftover nails. Everyone was very polite and it was great working with them all ! Will definitely recommend to friends and family !

I ordered an item and it was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days. 10 days go by and no item. I messaged them twice before I received a response and then I got a snotty response with the link for my tracking number for the item. When you go into the link it says it had been delivered 3 days ago. So I messaged again and included a screenshot of the tracking stating it was delivered. I got a crappy response back with more excuses and telling me I could not receive a refund because it was still in transit. Horrible customer service and crappy business practices.

Ordered the item on 04/30, the website says that it would ship in 24 hours. As of 5/4, it had not shipped. When we called, they just said theyd have the manager go yell at the warehouse guys. That doesn't really help as we needed to install this weekend. We're a small museum that has a portable air conditioner on the second floor of our historic home (house where Thomas Edison was born). We needed replacements for the intake and exhaust hoses. It took me quite a while to find what we needed. At the end, did consult with rep by phone. Ducting for our use is much more expensive than anticipated; for our budget and the total price we paid for the portable air conditioner.

Ordering on line was good. one problem Was the street 90 was not a factory part it was cut down and a nipple was glued in. This reduced the pressure rating of this fitting and also increased the dimensions of the overall size. I asked for the proper fitting and was told they did not exist. I know for a fact that they are available. I also asked your rep for factory certification of pressure and factory approval of this fitting. This I did not receive. Local Mr. Handyman - Spokane, WA. After checking around google, making many phone calls and emails I came across Mr. Handyman, the local franchise located in my city. After a few calls with my many questions I decided to hire them. They came out when they said, called on the way to let me know they were coming, and then once the repair guy got there, listened to me and actually cared about what I had to say and yes of course my budget. The fixed my rain gutters, well a few corners still needed some extra caulking, but without hesitation they came back out and fix the few leaks that were still there. They were professional and you could see and sense how much they cared about getting my job done right. I would give them a 5 star rating with out hesitation and will use them in the future as the need arises. They are GREAT !

The technician was highly professional and did an outstanding job. He obviously cared about the quality of his work, and was also helpful in answering questions. I don't think we could have expected any better. The work was also easy to schedule and happened exactly when and as agreed. The staff at Mr. Handyman in general were friendly and communicated clearly. All around, this was a very good experience and what we needed fixed was fixed right.

We made a deposit February 23,2021 of $4200 for a building their salesman stated typically took up to 16 weeks to install. Now we have passed 31 weeks and can barely reach anyone on the phone and when we do they are full of excuses to the point of aggrevating me. No answer when or if we will ever get a building install. We have been told that they are still trying to coordinate building installations elsewhere (not in our state) from last October 2020! We are fearing after reading other reviews that this company is having serious trouble and that they may suddenly go out of business and keep our money?! Sorry to have chosen this company as they are seriously lacking in customer service and relations to the point i had to start writing reviews in hope of getting our job done or refund us, which they state they never return deposits. What a rip off and a shame to be an American company.

One of the worst experiences that my wife and I have ever had. We got a 12 x 35 x 12 cover for our RV. And I don't dare to park my RV under it, this thing sways like crazy with very little wind. The install crew never came when they said they were going to come install the cover in the dark left big mess screws everywhere and metal shavings. Tried many times to call manager I told him I need to speak with him they keep giving me run around. I have screws in the cover sticking halfway out, trim is Not secure flopping all over the place in the wind. We are very very unhappy with this whole thing and we even bought an extra panel and more anchors so it's certified for 105 mph wind. There is no way it will hold up in that kind of wind without damaging my RV. This thing has become a very big headache for both me and my wife, and we never got a phone call or email. Daniel Pike was my sales person, Who was very nice, but now the last email I got from him he told me he is out of it. Quality carports who installed my carport said that carport central should've gave me more cross beams and should've let me know more information. Basically quality carports are blooming carport Central, and daniel told me that they didn't do anything wrong on their side. It just goes back-and-forth the blaming game and I'm stuck with a carport that I cannot park my RV under, more than $3700 I am getting ready to write a very big review with all the pictures of the mess they left and the quality service that I received. Also when I spoke with quality car parts they said that the guys cleaned up and finish the job when it was still light outside they did not finish the job until 9:30 PM and I have Surveillance footage of the job being done In the dark The job was promised to be at 1 PM Sunday on Mother's Day, they did not arrive at my house until 5:30 PM with no phone call or anything. All our plans was ruined and I even went to work late and missed some hours because I wanted to make sure they put the carport in the right place. This was a very upsetting experience And we are Looking in on getting this resolved it another way since nobody replies to us.

I am purchasing a back up system as this is the second year in a row that my 1500 psi misting system has failed. The no water switch keeps going out and allows the motor and pump to keep running and overheating. If I had other options for my system I would be seeking them out. However your 1500 PSI pump is the only one that I can find that will run my greenhouse. I'm hoping that by purchasing a new pump that perhaps the old pump was just defective.

House elevations were great but interiors for the great room with a cathedral ceiling was not a true cathedral as it was bisected by two long tunnels from the back dormers. Construction wise it was designed with large joists to holdup the first and second floor when small adjustments to the room would allow for weight bearing walls which are less expensive to build.

I worked with Bob. He was accommodating, he was available but not pushy. He understood the extra time I needed to process exactly what I wanted in my very busy world. He tried to give me any breaks in cost he could. I had just so much money to work with. I was so glad I took my time and asked questions. I asked other buyers, contractors, and owners of steel buildings about structure, skylights, paint, garage door sizes and insulation. In the process I felt like I made good decisions as to the perfect size for me. It was bigger than I started, but I'm happy I went the extra size. I had lot of questions. He explained the difference of a 4/12 and 5/12 in cost. He reassured me it would meet all the specifications we needed to meet with our county's building codes. I did a lot of research and found a company who had bad mouth your company. Bob addressed every concern. He told me not to go with them, they didn't deliver and had complaints with their customers. I found that they weren't even listed on the 10 ten best companies. They gave me a wonderful sales pitch and their website is impeccable. I'm so thankful I missed that bullet. There was actually another company that had better ratings A+ and 97% rating than General Steel. But the agent appeared lazy. He sent me an e-mail. He didn't follow up on the phone. The building arrived on time. A neighbor used his tractor to unload the materials. When the construction crew arrived, the put the building up in record time, with my worker from the farm. The overhead door came later and was quickly installed. You guys do good work.

Anyone looking to replace windows and doors, stay away from Canadian Choice Windows & Doors Horrible Business. Unprofessional and Unreliable. Did not show up for the installation appointment. Will not recommend to anybody. Please do a thorough online research on this company before proceeding We were given an installation date of Wednesday, November 6th for 08:00 a.m. and instructed by e-mail to remove all window treatments, and clear the areas of all furniture and cover anything that could be affected by dust prior to the installation. Received a call at 09:00 a.m. telling us the installation was cancelled because the windows weren't ready. They hadn't received the glass from their supplier. I questioned how it was possible they didn't know of this problem in advance but received no satisfactory answer. I found this behavior very suspicious so I did some research on the internet and discovered to my dismay they are unreliable and there are many negative reviews and photos of their shoddy work. (I can send photos to anyone who is interested.) They offered to reschedule for two weeks later. We declined and said we wanted to cancel. However, when they called us back, we were told we could not cancel because the ten day grace period had passed and we were obligated to take the windows or they would refer this matter to legal services. We have lost all confidence in their products and services. They expect us to live like this as seen in the photos for two weeks.

I had Garrison Locks come to my address and secure my van after a break-in. I had the locks fitted all in under 3 hours, driver lock upgrade and high security high level hook locks. This kit is a superb kit and has now made my van secure. They are busy but worth the wait :)

This is a horrible company to deal with. When I questioned the shipping charges I get a rude, unprofessional response and am berated like a villain. The customer service responded with this quote verbatim " You agreed to the brief easy to understand terms - period. If you didn't like the terms you shouldn't have purchased. That's how adults proceed. We will block your email address. We won't see any more of your responses. Your adolescent opinion has become tiresome. Grow up. The terms of purchase were buried in some obscure tab in fine print and included no returns for any reason including damaged or incorrect product. So once they get your money you are toast with this company and they will dump you like a lead balloon. BEWARE and don't buy from this company.

I am using 1, because 0 isnt an option. I purchased this product after exchanging several emails with Jonathan Barber. Can not speak to a live person. I was told that the Prodex was R16 for a single layer. Only after installing it and closing my building do i find out it is only R16 for the roof. A single layer on the walls is only R7. This stuff seems to be good for a vapor barrier and it prevents condensation. However i would have definately spent my insulation budget elsewhere had i known this. Every time i had an instll question i was directed to their website. For the $900+ i spent doing my 24x36 garge, I could have been much further going another route. This is tin foil faced Double Bubble in my opinion. Im sure if one has the time to sift through their convaluted website, one would know. Again this is my opinin and experience with Prodex.

I just wanted to say my experience with Budget Home Kits was overall very pleasant. There was a learning curve never having built a home before but they were patient and helpful all along the way. Friends and family thought we were crazy at first but were soon won over. There was a small issue with a missing part but it was identified and quickly shipped to us. We love the straight walls and confidence in the steel structure. Fun to put together sort of like a big steel Lego set. All parts fit and amazingly well-engineered. A lot of compliments. Go for it!

I don't normally write reviews but with a purchase as important as this I thought it would be the right thing to do. I have to be honest and say the main reason I originally purchased from Budget Home Kits was to save money. We were on a very tight budget and this seemed to be exactly what we had hoped for as long as their claims proved out. I'm happy to say that it did work out and we are very satisfied. Our new home is more than we could ever afford with any other option and believe me we did our homework. It does involve work but conceptually their building methods are easy to follow if you pay attention to what your doing and go step by step. Our guy there helped us with consultations all the way through and we actually became friends. At least it felt like we were friends. Either way the people are friendly and helpful all the way even after the sale. When you talk to them what they say is what you get. Very unusual these days. We heartily recommend them. Thanks.

A little about myself, I have been in and around construction for the past 35 years so I understand a little of what should go on and happen in the purchase and erection of most structures. I teach at the high school level and try to provide students with proper information in the construction field and also information as a consumer. CanAm Steel Buildings over all their building is a good product but when it comes to the over all service and support not so much. In the building of my building the fact was pointed out that I had braces missing on the building and so my first response was to call and ask if they would supply the braces that were missing on my building per request of inspection. They said that they would not send these braces because they are not required and so begins the battle of requesting and being denied products belonging to the building. After a period of time in order to get inspected I purchased steel braces and placed them in the building. If I have any recommendation it would be that somewhere along the way the buyer should be able to hold a retainer of some sort in order to protect themselves from this type of dealings. The customer service they tell you is good, not so much and yes I had requested the braces in the proper time frame which they allow you to let them know some thing is missing from the order.

I would like to first start by saying I Purchased a Fontana Shower set on Amazon in 2014 the shower started becoming cold and I was told by my plumber I needed a thermostatic cartridge when I contacted horzon direct depot Who sold me the shower set they were unable to find this cartridge I was getting ready to go on Amazon and tell people not to buy this Fontana shower set at $700 when I decided to contact Fontana. I would like to say in an era where customer service has become increasingly obsolete Marzena was amazing she was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my messages I could tell she was working hard to find the part that I needed instead of writing a bad review on Fontana and telling people not to buy their shower sets instead and I am now thoroughly impressed and would recommend them to anybody she is a great employee for your company and should be rewarded or promoted and I hope you do so thank you very much!

Their products come from China. Delivery was delayed multiple weeks. The soap dispensers finally arrived and 14 out of 14 were BROKEN. The batteries did not fit. When you could force the batteries in the machines either did not work or they dripped soap out. Did not work at all

I was looking for an open concept kitchen when I called Bright Builders. It was a complete Kitchen makeover because my prior layout was very dated. I just bought a 1940's house with an unfinished basement. I really wanted to transform the space into a guest bedroom with a connected laundry room. My friend recommended Bright Builders. When I called them, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Michael showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions. He gave me a written bid with all the details broken down to different trades so that I understood the scope of work. He was also very clear with me about the timeline and what to expect. Once we started work, Michael was coming to the house almost every day. Half way through the project, he had an idea for how to better use the space but it required a little bit more money. He didnt do anything until I agreed. Ultimately, Im very glad I took his advice because it made the room more open and spacious.
