I ordered the Swiss Automatic August 9 of 2018 and it arrived on January 4, 2019. During the wait I emailed customer service a couple times and received assurances that the watch would arrive shortly. It was about five months to in my hands. I was concerned that the watch might be as untimely as the delivery, and I was suspicious that the let down would soon come; and, after an initial period of pretty good time keeping, I began to imagine that the sweep second hand was sluggish at the onset of the new minute, that some jagged action was apparent just past top dead center. This made me feel like there might be some stripped gears inside and that the thing would turn out a burn. It was all an illusion, or a hallucination on my part. When viewed with a loop the sweep was indeed tracking perfectly on the small second dial. But I am getting ahead of myself. When it arrived I was very pleased with the fit and finish of the watch, the beauty was patent, but at 38mm it is smaller than my apparently indestructible quartz Brathwait Slim Classic (40mm, purchased May '16); and certainly not as slim, but decidedly thicker, or rather taller. (I really liked the thinness of my first Brathwait watch at a quarter of the price of this new Swiss Made Automatic.) As a result, I did suffer some buyer's remorse; I felt the watch was possibly a vain and wholly unnecessary accessory--what was I thinking? But, I kept wearing the Swiss Auto, becoming very attached to it, and feeling incomplete without having it on. We endured, the watch and I without any deal-breaking issues, and finally I relaxed into the notion that the contingency period might not be violated by any fault of the golden, beautiful and complex timepiece. The watch did slow down after some months and I reset the minutes lost on Sunday mornings, slightly irritated that the time was not spot on, but not about to return it for that. Then, one day as I was getting dressed, I fumbled the watch, and caught it on my foot like a hackey-sack, and I put it on without a second thought. A half hour later I realized it had stopped running. Pained, shocked at my loss, in my grief and horror (and in realization of my perhaps emotional over-attachment) I emailed customer service and told them I needed to make a warranty return. The jolt the watch received from my fumble felt like hardly an appropriate cause for refusing to run, or for declaring the event to the vendor. Brathwait customer service sighed heavily on the other end of the email and asked if I was aware of the extended wait times for these hand made watches. I said yes and prepared to send it in (Veronica). Instead, I took it to a demure watch shop on College Avenue in nearby Santa Rosa (not at the mall). The wizened watch maker looked it over, cleaned around the crown, opened the case, and gently gave the works a spin. The watch immediately came back to life and the watchmaker said after examining and inspecting it's wheels and motions, " ...this is a fine watch, did you drop it?" I explained my exceedingly tiny fumble, whereupon he proceeded to educate me about how the automatic can get a microscopic bind and stop the movement, at which time it just needs a minor service from a trained professional. It was true! (my joy ridiculous) I then complained that the watch was increasingly less reliable except finally it had arrived at the consistently dubious rate of four minutes slow per week. My new watchmaker put it on his accuracy sensor, adjusted various settings and watched his needle at the middle of the scope "...it's really good, but we can move this little regulation lever to speed it up a bit", showing me as he proceeded. It was a very small nudge. He told me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the watch, the movement, and he thought it an excellent value. He said most of the broken watches with this type movement are not the fault of the time keeping parts, but that people roughly handle the crown when adjusting the time and date. He showed me how to move the time forward at the rate of a couple seconds per hour (around), never adjusting backwards; his assurance was "take care of the crown and stem and the watch will run indefinitely" I paid my $15 service fee and bowed to my new friend. I was much gratified that I purchased the genuine article from Brathwait, and the regulating that the watchmaker applied to speed up the movement was precisely what the watch needed to be extremely accurate. I haven't reset the time on it in six months other than for time changes and it's always close enough to perfect. The contingency period is over. I've had my watch almost seventeen months, and I couldn't be more pleased with it; the little concerns I had initially now being completely assuaged by time, information, knowledge, and experience.

After almost 2 year my 250-300 euro watch stopped working. Customer service can't help and tells to go to a local shop to get it repaired. Watch looks good but lacks quality.

I loved everything about my shopping experience with Derek Rose. First, I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband the week before the holiday. I am not considering to buy anything that is marked as Final Sale from French Connection again and don't recommend anyone else to buy them. The lovely looking coat was very stiff and big and didn't fit me at all, but since it was marked as final sale, I couldn't return it. My money ended up as a donation at a store. Anything online should be returnable because there is no way to try it before buying, so how am I supposed to know that the product wasn't in good quality?

Please do not book with this company- I booked a wedding in Mexico for 40+ Which has had to be changed due to Covid. We were sold the dream of a full package, someone who would help us with every aspect of our wedding booking. The reality has been so different, as soon as the deposits were taken the lack of communication has been shocking. One of the reasons we booked was because We were promised change the date save the rate at the time of booking but this seems to not be the case as this doesn’t include flights which we were told it did. We have verbally been given w new date but I have asked for written confirmation of this and they have not done it. All I get is ‘trust me it’s been changed’ Customer service is shocking we have to chase them for every bit of information. Literally to the point of calling them everyday for the last 2 months. No one ever calls you back. They are not helpful at all. When you question them as to why they don’t have answers their response is they they go through a tour operator- which was never explained when we booked this. We were sold this as a package holiday but it isn’t. Be aware of things like transfers they said they were included and after we have found out they aren’t. They do not reply to messages on the wedding profile. Honestly has been the worst experience booking my wedding, the stress they they have caused us has been unbearable. I am now in the position where I have to potentially tell my friends and family they may have lost their deposits, they were really helpful until they got everyone’s money. There lack of empathy and professionalism is shocking.

Refusing Full Refund Please do not book with this company! I was supposed to go to a wedding in April 2020 & paid £960, but due to COVID-19, this was unfortunately cancelled. The couple decided to cancel their wedding at the end of May & I’ve been trying to obtain my full refund ever since. I was reassured by Perfect Weddings Abroad that once they received the money from their tour operators, a full refund would be made. At the end of August, I received two random payments of £300 & £34.72 from Perfect Weddings Abroad, without an email or phone to explain what these payments were for. I contacted them & they said this was the correct refund amount, however they had now added cancellation fees & change of dates fees which was not included in my booking confirmation. They are now refusing to pay my full refund. I would really advise people to not make any bookings with this company after my poor experience. Lack of communication, poor service & several false claims are just a few things that spring to mind about this company! Do yourself a favour & avoid them at all costs!

I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially for small independent businesses, but the absolutely abysmal service I received from this company has made me want to share my experience. I ordered an item (a set of cork coasters) but when they arrived they were appalling: they were crumbling round the edges, they stank of smoke, and they left everything black with soot when they were touched. They were meant as a gift but they were completely unusable. I contacted the company 3 times over 3 days to ask for their help, before finally receiving a curt reply that as long as they hadn't been used I could return them - or I could clean them and wait for the smell to go! I pointed out they were faulty, and I would like to return them but needed them to pay for return postage (which is within consumer rights). They didn't reply - to that, or any further communication asking for help. I raised a dispute with PayPal, and the company also ignored them too. I managed to get a refund from PayPal, but I'm still out of pocket because I had to return the item so that I had a tracking number before PayPal could refund me. (Note to self: if this ever happens again I shall add in the cost of return postage when raising a dispute with PayPal!). It is illegal for a company to expect a customer to return a faulty item at their own cost; they must pay for return postage or arrange collection. It states on this company's own website that they will refund postage - but it's a lie. They don't. They ignore you. They have a high handed attitude to customers, and absolutely appalling service. I will never buy from them again, and I advise you don't either. I shall be reporting them to trading standards.

Becky was an absolute rockstar! She was so warm and accommodating to each request I had. With me living in California and the time difference between us she still was very diligent and quick to respond to my emails. I bought 2 works in frame. When ordering and paying, the seller does not inform you that additional hidden costs have to be paid. Therefore, read the sales and shipping conditions carefully. The relatives and their studio of the famous painter work on the assembly line. Their promotion times will restart after expiration. Buyers are led to believe that decisions must be taken quickly. Trade is only free of import taxes on the US market. So people are on the lookout for these malicious practices. Leonid himself turns on his grave!

I purchased a painting from this studio and after a long wait, it finally arrived. I was completely disappointed with what I received. Completely amateurish - nothing like the one advertised that I had selected to buy. The dog in the painting looks like a cartoon character. I emailed 3 times asking to return the painting and requesting a refund. I got one reply saying they didn't have to comply with Australian consumer law (not true!) and saying I could have a refund if I return it, but didn't give me an address to send it to. I emailed again asking for the address and still 2 months later, have had no reply. What a waste of money, since there is nothing I can do but put it in the bin. Buyer beware!

I bought the small customizable bowling trophies for residents at our nursing home who get three strikes in a row in Wii Bowling. I had them engraved with the nursing home name and 'Wii Bowling Turkey Club' They LOVED them and were so excited to show them to their families and other residents. The price was great and they were good quality. I'm very happy with my purchase and will probably be purchasing again.

The actual ordering and price match is fantastic. I enquired asking for their returns policy and received an incredibly hostile response. Including the advisor saying over the phone if people buy what they want and return as per their convenience this would put us out of business'. I'm afraid that's not how consumer rights works and equally not how a simple question regarding returns policy needs to be addressed. Bear in mind I did not expect them to even cover for returns cost merely asked what the policy was as it was not clear on their website.

Have used Art Supplies Online twice to order my father his favorite pencils. The prices are great. Each order took 2-3 weeks to receive, even with priority shipping. Had an issue after I paid for pencils and priority shipping when they sent an email stating they were out of 4 pencils. The email said they would charge me $3 on top of the $9 I already paid to ship the 4 pencils once they came into stock. I did not like the idea of an unauthorized payment on my credit card. Instead of completing the order I paid for they cancelled the 4 pencils off and changed the amount I was charged. I would feel more comfortable using PayPal with this site.

I am always searching for sewing patterns and what I have found is that they Unbelievably high priced.Then when I found site woohoo great prices for patterns. They have dresses,tops and more that you can get the pattern made In custom measurements or standard measurements and they are PDF printable to my desktop printer.This is the best thing I have seen in a while.I can let customers order certain styles and have patters made to order.the possibilities are endless.no more high prices for me.

Their website says you get your customized patterns in 20 minutes after purchase. Until you get an email saying their automated system had a problem and they have to fix it manually. The email said I'd get my order in 24 hours. It's well past that and despite several emails to their "support email" and a couple of calls to their apparently disconnected customer service phone line, I have yet to even receive a response from them. I'll be filing a stop-payment with my bank. This is ridiculous.

Do not trust this site. I ordered the pro package which should include the logo, t-shirts, letterhead, envelopes and business card. All you get is the logo you designed downloaded on various items. In order to have physical prints those are additional fees and they are as follows: The t-shirts are an additional $30, the letter head is an additional $22, the business card is an additional $30, and the envelopes are an additional $70. Just save yourself the hassle and get the basic package and print your own products or use your local printers! There are no refunds!

John adapted our chosen logo for a Yacht Charter business in the UK. The price was good. John talked to me on several occasions to check at each stage the process and concept designs matched our criteria. We have some ideas for the future and may contact him again. I will recommend his company to other people when possible.

A little disappointed. The fingerprint doesn't look like a fingerprint at all. The engraving on the back has a heart . I thought the heart would be red like it showed when I ordered it. It is not. I thought the birthstone would be a little bigger. Over all I would not have paid $400.00 if I had seen the finished product first.

I placed a order more than 7 weeks ago. My credit card was charged all I that's needed is updates on estimate time of delivery. A reply is needed from the company. No, you would get no such email reply. No returned phone calls. No calls answered when you did called the company. I stand corrected when they did email me it was sarcasm. Nothing to do with my order. The customer service is awful. For a company to treat its customers in this manner it will not stand. When I'm done with a company I'm done!!

I had this same urn from you that I purchased 13 years ago. I wore it every single day since my Lars passed. Recently, it broke, fell off my chord, and was lost. I have been devastated. I'm so glad I found tyour site again. I still have Lars urn on my mantle. It won't be quite the she, but I can't wait to feel that a part of him is with me every day, everywhere I go once more.

The necklace overall was a great purchase but the beak of one of Odin's ravens broke off within an hour of putting it on which made me a bit upset since all the reviews for it seemed to be great. Like I said the size of the necklace was great since I have a 19-20 inch neck so it fit perfectly and came down far enough onto my chest as well.

It is a bold statement. But yes, "GREAT EVERYTHING" from the website navigating, to placing an order, the package in which the product comes in, the quality of the product and customer service. I stumbled upon this website on a whim. Looking for a torc (which I had found and ordered and recieved) and earrings. Now there was a problem (which i won't go into detail) but after communicating with customer service they remedied my situation very professional and courteous and I am very satisfied with EVERYTHING I am very please with them and will be returning to purchase more. So I pay decent money to have a proper website, and my old artmajeur website comes up in Google before it. I can't delete artmajeur. Looking for help to delete my account brings up a phony artist named "Delete Account" There are much better ways to show off work and sell artwork online, and artmajeur.com is the wrong way. The artwork on there sucks and I can't image anyone would go there more than once to buy art. Better to have your own website, or at least try ebay!

What a disaster. We decided to gift my son a portrait of his beloved German Shepherd for his birthday. The first artist botched the job terribly. Each revision was worse than the last. So badly they had to assign a new artist and start from scratch. This one was much better and after a few revisions produced an acceptable portrait. However, upon receiving the portrait, there is a blue ink pen line right through the top of the canvas where they were going to crop it. They are now not responding to email after promising and not sending a shipping label to return for repair. Aside from this issue- artists should be able to produce a realistic rendition of a pet without having to be told that a German Shepherd muzzle isn't square or that a shadow should be removed from an eye. I honestly don't know how people are getting good artwork from this company. We are extremely disappointed. Photo attached- look at that weird muzzle. Absolute rubbish.

Our beloved Cooper of 15 years passed away last October. He left a huge whole in our heart. We have many photos and videos of him that we took from the time we brought him home as a puppy. But I wanted something more special that we could actually place in our home. After months of searching for the right people to do it, Paintyourlife.com was selected. The necklace was very late arriving, according to the production and shipping estimate. I tried all means available to contact the company, no response . I had come to the conclusion it was a scam. They claimed it would take 3-5 days for production time of my necklace but it actually took them 17 days so i wound up receiving my necklace about 6 days later than expected. Also they didn't reply to ANY of my emails and their customer service phone line was always 'too busy to take my call.' I will never order from here again. Very stressful and annoying.

Your customer service people were very good and did follow up with me through email. That encouraged me to continue to try to purchase the item although I had troubles with the coupon code for 5 days. Also, I took your recommendation about size - I fit can just fit a 6.5, and a 7 is too big - so I'm glad you had 6.75 - although I don't have any rings of that size.

We are from Milwaukee and my Fiance stumbled upon Koehn and Koehn while looking for my engagement ring, He had nothing but amazing things to say from his experience picking out my ring. We have gone out of our way multiple times now to drive back to West bend because the service has been nothing but exceptional.
