Customer service really depends on who picks up - some definitely better than others! A very helpful girl processed my payment in two transactions as on line wasn’t calculating correctly. I am waiting on delivery (scheduled to arrive today) of my first order. The fabrics are stunning and not all are extortionate, the cushions are very fairly priced.

This was my first time shopping at Andrew Martin. The products certainly met and actually exceeded expectations. I was a bit concerned about a very large framed photo shipping by courier but the packaging and crating was superb and risk of transit damage was kept to an absolute minimum. I purchased some "sale" items and feel that I really got fantastic value. These are timeless pieces that I think we'll be admiring for a very long time. Highly recommended for quality products delivered safely and on time.

My husband’s birthday present was a Roman antiquity, a carnelian intaglio set in a Georgian ring. Excellent condition, value for money and historical interest. I was advised that the size was very large and a prepaid mailer accompanied the ring for free resizing, which was not necessary, but a great way of avoiding the inconvenience and expense had it been, plus uneasiness about trusting a regular goldsmith with a piece like this.

I don't usually make large purchases on the internet, but I'll be getting engaged soon to my Belgian girlfriend and I wanted to make sure she gets something good from home. So knowing absolutely nothing about jewelry I did a bit of research and came across this website. They have the best thing ever: 3D view on their jewelry. So I ended up spending about 20 hours too much on looking at shiny rings, until she caught me and we spend the rest of the weekend with looking at necklaces and earrings. It's pretty impressive and convenient when you can look at the sort of jewelry you're interested in from home, while also changing whatever you'd prefer or change about it. The only thing that would have made the experience better if we could have ordered Amazon style - 4 different kinds and then picked the one that seemed best. But that's probably impossible. Nevertheless I am now proud owner of a beautiful pair of earrings. Or rather my girlfriend is. They're beautiful, look exactly like the pictures we were looking at and came quickly. (Un?)fortunately I'm going to have to order again from here, as I don't have anything to propose with now. But I sure as hell hope that she got the hint.

Ordered a new desktop PC 2 days ago to arrive by midday today. Recieved an email to confirm the order had been received, and over £1000 was taken from my bank account. Didn't hear anything more so went to track it today and it said the order had been cancelled. Apparently this was because they now wanted me to send them a copy of my drivers license or bank statement as proof of address. They refunded the money yesterday but yet to see it returned to my account. They never tried to call or email to get proof of address, they never said I'd need it in the first place, they were happy to take my money, and they cancelled it without ever trying to get in touch and procure the documentation that they never said I'd need to show them. I was heartbroken, was so excited last night I couldn't sleep and now I'm gutted and down £1000 for nothing. I have emailed their customer service and received no reply to my questions. Do not trust or shop at AO, I certainly wont be again.

After contacting multiple stores I came across babylicious and thankfully they were the only store that would ship what I needed too the US I spoke with Ian through Facebook he made it super easy with instant replies making sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for payment was simple then was updated with tracking info as it made it’s way too me if I ever need anything again I will be ordering from babylicious again I had a five star experience

It's been a month that I'm waiting to receive a sweater that cost me nearly $100, I can not see where is my package # 111706, it puts me an error, moreover I can not log in to my account because the site tells me that I do not have the right password and when I ask to change it, he never sends me email to change it. Edit: Its okay, the problem has been solved, I can't say anything on this side, the customer service is good, so I change my rating to 4 (still waiting for the package but I think everything should be ok now). In addition I managed to connect also on the site (he ended up sending me an email to change my password).

The smaller duffle, doesn't have the exact same rippled leather finish near one side up where the handles are, say about ten inches worth. The leather is more smooth there. Is that supposed to be? Otherwise, products were great. One further suggestion is for the watch case. For larger watches like Panerai and such, the case itself should be a bit larger, say a few millimeters, such that the watch face does NOT touch the protective pad at all.

I ordered the Swiss Automatic August 9 of 2018 and it arrived on January 4, 2019. During the wait I emailed customer service a couple times and received assurances that the watch would arrive shortly. It was about five months to in my hands. I was concerned that the watch might be as untimely as the delivery, and I was suspicious that the let down would soon come; and, after an initial period of pretty good time keeping, I began to imagine that the sweep second hand was sluggish at the onset of the new minute, that some jagged action was apparent just past top dead center. This made me feel like there might be some stripped gears inside and that the thing would turn out a burn. It was all an illusion, or a hallucination on my part. When viewed with a loop the sweep was indeed tracking perfectly on the small second dial. But I am getting ahead of myself. When it arrived I was very pleased with the fit and finish of the watch, the beauty was patent, but at 38mm it is smaller than my apparently indestructible quartz Brathwait Slim Classic (40mm, purchased May '16); and certainly not as slim, but decidedly thicker, or rather taller. (I really liked the thinness of my first Brathwait watch at a quarter of the price of this new Swiss Made Automatic.) As a result, I did suffer some buyer's remorse; I felt the watch was possibly a vain and wholly unnecessary accessory--what was I thinking? But, I kept wearing the Swiss Auto, becoming very attached to it, and feeling incomplete without having it on. We endured, the watch and I without any deal-breaking issues, and finally I relaxed into the notion that the contingency period might not be violated by any fault of the golden, beautiful and complex timepiece. The watch did slow down after some months and I reset the minutes lost on Sunday mornings, slightly irritated that the time was not spot on, but not about to return it for that. Then, one day as I was getting dressed, I fumbled the watch, and caught it on my foot like a hackey-sack, and I put it on without a second thought. A half hour later I realized it had stopped running. Pained, shocked at my loss, in my grief and horror (and in realization of my perhaps emotional over-attachment) I emailed customer service and told them I needed to make a warranty return. The jolt the watch received from my fumble felt like hardly an appropriate cause for refusing to run, or for declaring the event to the vendor. Brathwait customer service sighed heavily on the other end of the email and asked if I was aware of the extended wait times for these hand made watches. I said yes and prepared to send it in (Veronica). Instead, I took it to a demure watch shop on College Avenue in nearby Santa Rosa (not at the mall). The wizened watch maker looked it over, cleaned around the crown, opened the case, and gently gave the works a spin. The watch immediately came back to life and the watchmaker said after examining and inspecting it's wheels and motions, " ...this is a fine watch, did you drop it?" I explained my exceedingly tiny fumble, whereupon he proceeded to educate me about how the automatic can get a microscopic bind and stop the movement, at which time it just needs a minor service from a trained professional. It was true! (my joy ridiculous) I then complained that the watch was increasingly less reliable except finally it had arrived at the consistently dubious rate of four minutes slow per week. My new watchmaker put it on his accuracy sensor, adjusted various settings and watched his needle at the middle of the scope "...it's really good, but we can move this little regulation lever to speed it up a bit", showing me as he proceeded. It was a very small nudge. He told me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the watch, the movement, and he thought it an excellent value. He said most of the broken watches with this type movement are not the fault of the time keeping parts, but that people roughly handle the crown when adjusting the time and date. He showed me how to move the time forward at the rate of a couple seconds per hour (around), never adjusting backwards; his assurance was "take care of the crown and stem and the watch will run indefinitely" I paid my $15 service fee and bowed to my new friend. I was much gratified that I purchased the genuine article from Brathwait, and the regulating that the watchmaker applied to speed up the movement was precisely what the watch needed to be extremely accurate. I haven't reset the time on it in six months other than for time changes and it's always close enough to perfect. The contingency period is over. I've had my watch almost seventeen months, and I couldn't be more pleased with it; the little concerns I had initially now being completely assuaged by time, information, knowledge, and experience.

My 95 year old Mother is still getting used to becoming a widow. My Father passed last summer, 2015. They were together 64 years and have been in Menlo Park for at least 80 years. My Mom is proud and determined to stay at home and luckily my Dad made sure we had some resources for that. Careindeed has been so wonderful to my Mom! She has" company" 24/7 and the caregivers have been very attentive and helpful. My sisters and I appreciate the company very much.

I recently bought 7 batteries altogether from Dogtra website. Some of them do not keep the charge even for a day. I usually charge collars overnight so I can use them on the next day on the morning and evening walks. This is not the first time I buy batteries or use the charger for them. I have this Dogtra shocking collars for a few years. As a matter of fact, we have anti-barking collars 282 and 202 systems so we are quite experienced with the Dogtra products, so to be told that I need to send the batteries back for inspection by the technician. I played a few scenarios of connecting the collar directly to the charger, switch chargers and so on before I made the conclusion that the problem is in Battery BP12RT. It does charge but it does not keep the charge and it does not produce a shock on the evening walks. I test it with the tester I also bought from Dogtra website while ago and it shows a very weak signal. I called today to the customer service and the person there said I need to send all of the batteries to them, means a week to and a week back at least, so the technician can inspect them. Sorry but it does not make any sense and I don't think it is worth it.

I have been in contact with Demie from Dogwatch for several weeks now. I’ve experienced the most loving, amazing, incredible support due to my situation. Dogwatch has been an exceptional experience. Even though there was a tragedy, I came to terms with the fact that accidents happen and no one is to blame. I’ve changed my rating to five stars. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. I genuinely appreciate the kindness from each and every person that is helped me through this very hard situation. Thank you so much, Demie and Mage for your kindness and support. This was my original review: I’ve had dogwatch installed since 2013. I made sure that the system works properly. I trained her exactly the way I was shown. Exactly as long as I was told to. I had someone come out and check it multiple times. I set the height where it was supposed to go for my 70 pound pitbull lab door mix. She figured out how to get past it. I had her collar on tight enough. I had to turn all the way up to the maximum. The battery was brand new. I trained her Properly. She was eight months old when I got the fence installed. She passed away two days ago at 5. She was hit by a car. She was an incredibly smart dog, but she couldn’t keep away from chasing the deer that ran through our yard. I had followed the systems directions and the instructors directions correctly. But it wasn’t enough to keep her from running straight over it. The first time she crossed over the line, she was a year and a half old. No matter how high I put the fence, and no matter how strong I had the shock turned up, she got past it. Now she’s dead. This might work for smaller dogs and cats, but large animals I don’t think I would recommend spending $1200 on this product. The reason I got it is because she could dig a hole that was as big as she was and a fence wouldn’t work. A fence would’ve been five times more expensive and she wouldn’t have been able to come into the front yard. I thought I had found the miracle answer to my problem. But she still lost her life. Big dogs and really smart dogs will figure out away. My mom works with someone who has a small dog who figured out how to scoot underneath the fence somehow. Has the exact same company. The exact same installation. And got out all the time. She lives in a residential neighborhood so she got lucky. We live near a highway where people just don’t slow down. Someone hit her and did not even stop to see if she was still alive. My neighbor found her and ran to me but she had frozen almost to death and was in shock when I found her. She died 30 minutes after we got to the vet clinic. From hypothermia. She was my baby. She was my fuzzy four legged daughter. The collar became useless after a while. She slipped out the door and my mom did not see her that morning. We had already started taking her out on the leash because it was obvious that dogwatch wasn’t working anymore. My mom did not see her run out the door that morning. It was 40° outside and when she was hit, she laid on the side of the road dazed within sightof her house and froze slowly and painfully to death. She stayed alive long enough to tell mommy goodbye.

After 18 years, a ground hog chewed our in ground wire. DW came out, replaced the wire, checked and made some minor repairs to the collars and we were back on line. Respectful to the urgency to have our DW system up and running as soon as possible. Great customer services! Have been so please with the system over the years, we recommended it to friends out of state. Now when we visit our dogs can have the run of their property and visa versa. The collars work on both systems. As long as we have dogs, we will have Dog Watch.

Je suis cliente chez CORSET STORY depuis au moins 8 ans et ai déjà acheté au moins 4 pieces ET fait un retour , tout s'est toujours bien passé et j'ai été remboursée rapidement , les tailles sont parfois assez aléatoires à comprendre mais une fois qu'on a fait un premier achat et eventuellement un retour car c'etait trop petit on connait sa taille!! pour moi par exemple qui prends du 40/42 et 95C , les corset en 2XL sont parfaits. je recommande à toutes!!!

I loved everything about my shopping experience with Derek Rose. First, I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband the week before the holiday. It arrived promptly and on time BEFORE Christmas. 2) I realized AFTER I placed my order that as a first time customer, I was eligible to receive a discount for the order. I em'd customer service & they immediately applied the discount. 3) My husband's gift was packaged BEAUTIFULLY, from the box it was shipped in, to the tissue paper which enwrapped the dressing gown, and including the envelope which contained the receipts. 4) My husband LOVED his gift; he was delighted because of the PERFECT FIT. 5) This was my first shopping experience with Derek Rose. Employees are ripping off pertinent information on the parcel and the acting as.if though it is a missing parcel. when you follow up with customer service they will go as far as call you ou a liar even though they know it is your parcel. The customer service department opetates on templates and try to show concern when bad reviews are left and then will take a spiteful, sit down approach to locating and properly securing your parcel! Avoid at all cost unless you want to re live the nightmare that i am currently living!

Awful service! Avoid it! Parcel not delivered because i refused to pay a service fee to ups of 80 euros for a return of goods without any commercial value (value 0 eur). Just to make a declaration that the goods have no value and are not taxable... forward2me asked me to pay for the return fees and to pay also to send again the parcel... just ridiculous... [EDIT] their reply: "Hi, Just like the customs charges we cannot control what admin charges UPS apply. But fact remains you rejected the shipment. This was your deisoison as you were unhappy paying the courier admin fees, therefore we are not going to issue any refund. Kind regards Chris" So if you are not happy with paying 80 EUR of service fees for goods without commercial value and being robbed by UPS, it means if you refuse to pay something which is not due, it is your fault... And forward2me won't assist you, on the contrary, they will punish you for refusing to be stolen.

I am not considering to buy anything that is marked as Final Sale from French Connection again and don't recommend anyone else to buy them. The lovely looking coat was very stiff and big and didn't fit me at all, but since it was marked as final sale, I couldn't return it. My money ended up as a donation at a store. Anything online should be returnable because there is no way to try it before buying, so how am I supposed to know that the product wasn't in good quality?

I placed my order shortly before the Covid 19 lockdown came into being and had pretty much forgotten about it when the windows arrived. Ordered from Anderson's wholesale for a charity event we are holding in June. Clear communication and quick delivery. Unfortunately a product was damaged through no fault of Anderson's after speaking with them, they fully apologised (even though event though it wasn't there fault) and send out a brand new box with next day delivery.
