I've been using Irazoo off and on for several years. The site has always been fairly average to me but it was trustworthy and has always paid. However, recent prizes have been delayed for well past the 30 day maximum wait time. Yet they keep sending out codes and carrying on as though nothing is wrong. They want us to go to their site and earn them money by completing offers but don't seem very concerned about paying out these days. When I contacted them about the delayed prizes they used stalling tactics. They did respond but I have yet to receive my overdue prizes. I am not alone in this. I have contacted some of my referrals and they also have the same issues with pending redemption's and no real help from support. I currently would not recommend this site and have stopped using it until issues are resolved. I will suggest to my referrals they may wish to do the same. I do want to mention that they sent a recent email about new management a week or two ago. Even if something happened within the company keeping users happy and paying them their earnings should be a priority. The support I have received tells me they feel differently.

iRazoo is a waste of time if you ask me, especially if you live outside US. They have only one promo code daily for 10 points, no offers, no videos, no games.. I'd suggest you try GrabPoints.com - it's the same concept but they have 2-3 promo codes daily, many videos, offers for people outsied US, you can use their app on your phone as well. Purchased Italian tile which is a great quality product for entryway (12x24" tile and mosaic tile 1x3" for edges). I'd spoke with sales team numerous times about having a random pattern for the mosaic tiles and it was never mentioned that if the factory didn't provide laminated backed mosaic's in a random pattern (which factory doesn't do), they basically wouldn't do the install (which factory doesn't do), as it takes a lot longer to do them individually. I learned of all this the day the installer (very nice, knowledgeable guy) showed up to do the install, which I ultimately had to cancel.

I would give 10 stars if allowed for Osvaldo Flores and Antonio Ospina! Osvaldo helped me with a control panel issue several months ago. He was patient and very motivated to help. I have emailed him a few times since then with questions and he always responded and was helpful. Most recently, I called on Oswaldo again and he referred me to Antonio to help with my issue. I’m not very techy and it takes a lot of patience and detailed directions for me to be able to follow through. Antonio did not give up until the printer issue was resolved! This was my first time shopping at Andrew Martin. The products certainly met and actually exceeded expectations. I was a bit concerned about a very large framed photo shipping by courier but the packaging and crating was superb and risk of transit damage was kept to an absolute minimum. I purchased some "sale" items and feel that I really got fantastic value. These are timeless pieces that I think we'll be admiring for a very long time. Highly recommended for quality products delivered safely and on time.

My husband’s birthday present was a Roman antiquity, a carnelian intaglio set in a Georgian ring. Excellent condition, value for money and historical interest. I was advised that the size was very large and a prepaid mailer accompanied the ring for free resizing, which was not necessary, but a great way of avoiding the inconvenience and expense had it been, plus uneasiness about trusting a regular goldsmith with a piece like this.

Order placed in October 2016 through Backerkit, due for delivery March 2017. Nothing delivered by end May 2017, no replies from either ANTSY LABS or Backerkit other than automated email replies. Money taken from my CRedit Card in October so have now raised a dispute transaction through credit card company. Both companies are useless, don't engage with either of them, the reviews say it all.....

We had 3 casts done with Helen for each of our granddaughters. Helen was so professional and helpful throughout and so patient with the little ones. I had great communication with a lady named Natalie and she was fab throughout our purchase. I know these times are difficult with Covid-19 and my delivery was looking to be with me around July however my baby is due June so I needed the delivered sooner. Natalie assisted with my query very efficiently and had this delivered to me in April as she looked at alternatives for me. I will certainly use Baby Lurve again in the future :)

My first Bell Tent lasted me over 13 years - so hard wearing, easy to put up and like an old friend by the end of it! Got given a new one for a wedding present and am in love all over again! Bell Tent delivered it super quick and this time we got the inner (for separate sleeping pod) and a porch for muddy boots etc.. so grown up now! Connected ground sheet makes a difference to the temperature and security, whilst still giving the flexibility to roll up the sides if you need more ventilation. Bell Tent UK are the original suppliers of bell tents and what they don't know, ain't worth knowing. Great company.

It's been a month that I'm waiting to receive a sweater that cost me nearly $100, I can not see where is my package # 111706, it puts me an error, moreover I can not log in to my account because the site tells me that I do not have the right password and when I ask to change it, he never sends me email to change it. Edit: Its okay, the problem has been solved, I can't say anything on this side, the customer service is good, so I change my rating to 4 (still waiting for the package but I think everything should be ok now). In addition I managed to connect also on the site (he ended up sending me an email to change my password).

I live in a place with little to no Japanese food or markets, so Bento&Co is a great option for me to get things to use in my lunches. Good quality bento boxes can be surprisingly hard to find on sites like Amazon, so it's great to have a store dedicated to it, that also has a lot of collaborations with different brands. Purchased from Germany and received the package after 1 week (standard-delivery)! Simply amazing <3 I would never have imagined package and delivery being that quick! Was really excited about the items (bento-boxes, chopstick-cases and furoshiki) as it is nearly impossible to shop for bento-items in Germany (at least, if you like kawaii and traditional design rather than lean modern styles...). I'm sooo, sooo happy with the items and even with homeoffice, I sometimes prep my lunch in my cute boxes. Can't wait to bring them to the office for a healthy and cute lunch :-) There's just one thing.... you've got so much cute items.... I ordered the Swiss Automatic August 9 of 2018 and it arrived on January 4, 2019. During the wait I emailed customer service a couple times and received assurances that the watch would arrive shortly. It was about five months to in my hands. I was concerned that the watch might be as untimely as the delivery, and I was suspicious that the let down would soon come; and, after an initial period of pretty good time keeping, I began to imagine that the sweep second hand was sluggish at the onset of the new minute, that some jagged action was apparent just past top dead center. This made me feel like there might be some stripped gears inside and that the thing would turn out a burn. It was all an illusion, or a hallucination on my part. When viewed with a loop the sweep was indeed tracking perfectly on the small second dial. But I am getting ahead of myself. When it arrived I was very pleased with the fit and finish of the watch, the beauty was patent, but at 38mm it is smaller than my apparently indestructible quartz Brathwait Slim Classic (40mm, purchased May '16); and certainly not as slim, but decidedly thicker, or rather taller. (I really liked the thinness of my first Brathwait watch at a quarter of the price of this new Swiss Made Automatic.) As a result, I did suffer some buyer's remorse; I felt the watch was possibly a vain and wholly unnecessary accessory--what was I thinking? But, I kept wearing the Swiss Auto, becoming very attached to it, and feeling incomplete without having it on. We endured, the watch and I without any deal-breaking issues, and finally I relaxed into the notion that the contingency period might not be violated by any fault of the golden, beautiful and complex timepiece. The watch did slow down after some months and I reset the minutes lost on Sunday mornings, slightly irritated that the time was not spot on, but not about to return it for that. Then, one day as I was getting dressed, I fumbled the watch, and caught it on my foot like a hackey-sack, and I put it on without a second thought. A half hour later I realized it had stopped running. Pained, shocked at my loss, in my grief and horror (and in realization of my perhaps emotional over-attachment) I emailed customer service and told them I needed to make a warranty return. The jolt the watch received from my fumble felt like hardly an appropriate cause for refusing to run, or for declaring the event to the vendor. Brathwait customer service sighed heavily on the other end of the email and asked if I was aware of the extended wait times for these hand made watches. I said yes and prepared to send it in (Veronica). Instead, I took it to a demure watch shop on College Avenue in nearby Santa Rosa (not at the mall). The wizened watch maker looked it over, cleaned around the crown, opened the case, and gently gave the works a spin. The watch immediately came back to life and the watchmaker said after examining and inspecting it's wheels and motions, " ...this is a fine watch, did you drop it?" I explained my exceedingly tiny fumble, whereupon he proceeded to educate me about how the automatic can get a microscopic bind and stop the movement, at which time it just needs a minor service from a trained professional. It was true! (my joy ridiculous) I then complained that the watch was increasingly less reliable except finally it had arrived at the consistently dubious rate of four minutes slow per week. My new watchmaker put it on his accuracy sensor, adjusted various settings and watched his needle at the middle of the scope "...it's really good, but we can move this little regulation lever to speed it up a bit", showing me as he proceeded. It was a very small nudge. He told me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the watch, the movement, and he thought it an excellent value. He said most of the broken watches with this type movement are not the fault of the time keeping parts, but that people roughly handle the crown when adjusting the time and date. He showed me how to move the time forward at the rate of a couple seconds per hour (around), never adjusting backwards; his assurance was "take care of the crown and stem and the watch will run indefinitely" I paid my $15 service fee and bowed to my new friend. I was much gratified that I purchased the genuine article from Brathwait, and the regulating that the watchmaker applied to speed up the movement was precisely what the watch needed to be extremely accurate. I haven't reset the time on it in six months other than for time changes and it's always close enough to perfect. The contingency period is over. I've had my watch almost seventeen months, and I couldn't be more pleased with it; the little concerns I had initially now being completely assuaged by time, information, knowledge, and experience.

Rubbish... visited here lots of times in our touring caravan and stayed in the safari lodges last year at Christmas will start by saying booklets state reception shuts at 8pm to get a call the day were arriving at 430pm to say they shut at 5..... get there to a lodge soaking wet couldn't take shoes off bearing in mind 8 of us... 2 families... had to set up and stay in there wiping feet before getting in bed to report to reception Saturday and Sunday with a oh well put the heating on to dry it.. umm not great. To then get a call Sunday eve to say it will be discussed and id have a call back Mon/Tues... a week later surprise surprise no call. Underfloor heating in showers, men ladies oh and family... NOT ON ****** freezing to have a shower, again reported and nothing done said it was on.. it def wasn't as floors were soaking and never dried and freezing to step onto getting out the warm water. One of the reasons we booked here for warm pleasant showing facilites. All in all i have been a member of crealy for nearly 3 years.. will i renew... no prob not. Customer service is shocking. Just because end of season we still paid good money and this was def not the stay we wanted 4 days before Christmas.

I loved everything about my shopping experience with Derek Rose. First, I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband the week before the holiday. It arrived promptly and on time BEFORE Christmas. 2) I realized AFTER I placed my order that as a first time customer, I was eligible to receive a discount for the order. I am not considering to buy anything that is marked as Final Sale from French Connection again and don't recommend anyone else to buy them. The lovely looking coat was very stiff and big and didn't fit me at all, but since it was marked as final sale, I couldn't return it. My money ended up as a donation at a store. Anything online should be returnable because there is no way to try it before buying, so how am I supposed to know that the product wasn't in good quality?

It was an extremely disappointing day for me as I had come a long way from London to photograph the Big Cats , Snow Leopard etc. Unfortunately, nothing could be seen !! Not your fault I know , but I had been before over 35 years ago and done some wonderful photos ( in the non digital age ) and sole some and gave the money to charity. Perhaps you could give me a really special deal on price ( Have to be good though !! ) and I will see how I can link you to a huge data base I have on line here in Croydon. Have visited marwell for over 40 years , with my children and now grandchildren . Feel that have made improvements but some enclosures empty and look run down , and at the cost to get in would not revisit . Even some shops closed on way round . Why not make old enclosures look tidier if no animals being put in . Leopard walk also closed no explanation ?? And didn’t see a lot of animals as weather was warm so presume were in there pens . Loved the baby flamingoes though

I ordered a leather journal in mail. When it arrived, it had scratches along the golden boarder. It looked like «nail scratches». I got in touch with Pen Heaven and described the issue accurately, attaching pictures. I received a response where they referred to «tones in the leather» that are individual and may vary. But, there was no problem with the letter, I had not referred to the leather at all. So I wrote again, with the same information. I received a lazy response that the same would apply to the paper. They are individual and handmade. The response had typos and didn’t use whole sentences. This seems little reliable, careless and nonprofessional. I sent a further e-mail where I asked them to please sharpen their communication in the future, pointing out concretely these mistakes. I received the response «Sorry you feel this way», instead of responding to the concrete issue or taking responsibility. I can almost just laugh at this point.

This is the fifth diary insert I have ordered from this company. They are very efficient, orders arrive quickly and the only time I had to contact them, after I had made a mistake, they were friendly and pleasant and the problem was sorted out immediately. A very good firm to deal with.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially for small independent businesses, but the absolutely abysmal service I received from this company has made me want to share my experience. I ordered an item (a set of cork coasters) but when they arrived they were appalling: they were crumbling round the edges, they stank of smoke, and they left everything black with soot when they were touched. They were meant as a gift but they were completely unusable. I contacted the company 3 times over 3 days to ask for their help, before finally receiving a curt reply that as long as they hadn't been used I could return them - or I could clean them and wait for the smell to go! I pointed out they were faulty, and I would like to return them but needed them to pay for return postage (which is within consumer rights). They didn't reply - to that, or any further communication asking for help. I raised a dispute with PayPal, and the company also ignored them too. I managed to get a refund from PayPal, but I'm still out of pocket because I had to return the item so that I had a tracking number before PayPal could refund me. (Note to self: if this ever happens again I shall add in the cost of return postage when raising a dispute with PayPal!). It is illegal for a company to expect a customer to return a faulty item at their own cost; they must pay for return postage or arrange collection. It states on this company's own website that they will refund postage - but it's a lie. They don't. They ignore you. They have a high handed attitude to customers, and absolutely appalling service. I will never buy from them again, and I advise you don't either. I shall be reporting them to trading standards.

Never deal with roofing megastore. When I placed my order they told me 5 working days then I received a email with a delivery date 5 weeks away. Phoned them to be told nothing they can do! Delivery date came and past with no arrival so I called them once again to then be told delivery was a further 4 weeks away, asked for my money back and have been told they do not do refunds so £4000 worth off velux windows and in total nearly four months from order date and my job is still on hold.

Don't use these bunch of charlatans. Sent me out a load of rubbish and refused to offer me a refund or replacements on the damaged items (malformed soffit boards) because their t&c's state that you have to notify within 48 hours. In my opinion this is a staggeringly short amount of time given that I was working away at the time and so couldn't have checked the order in that time anyway.

Ordered a bed from this company. all the pictures displayed had underbed storage. However the bed had no storage. had to order a different bed. Waited over a month before receiving an email about delivery and that was only because I kept contacting the company to find out what was going on. I do appreciate the situation we are all living in at present though, but the customer service is shocking. No communication and no good will gesture or receiving our delivery charge back due to the wait and as the furniture was supposed to be delivered to a room of our choice. When the delivery men came they nearly damaged my car by opening their lorry door which they swung open! I contacted delivery company and men had to come back to deliver it to the room. I even showed the men the email stating that was to happen but this was disregarded. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Furniture isn't cheap, however although the bed is sturdy the drawer isn't and is off alignment every time you open it and the chest of drawers feels cheap. I would not recommend this company.

Good delivery service only it would be helpful to know in the morning if the intended delivery is for the morning or afternoon - our bed arrived in the evening. I did get a call 45 minutes before the delivery, but I had to wait in all day. It was good that logistics/customer services called to check that the proposed delivery day was suitable and I changed it as it wasn't convenient for me.

The relatives and their studio of the famous painter work on the assembly line. Their promotion times will restart after expiration. Buyers are led to believe that decisions must be taken quickly. Trade is only free of import taxes on the US market. So people are on the lookout for these malicious practices. Leonid himself turns on his grave!

I purchased a painting from this studio and after a long wait, it finally arrived. I was completely disappointed with what I received. Completely amateurish - nothing like the one advertised that I had selected to buy. The dog in the painting looks like a cartoon character. I emailed 3 times asking to return the painting and requesting a refund. I got one reply saying they didn't have to comply with Australian consumer law (not true!) and saying I could have a refund if I return it, but didn't give me an address to send it to. I emailed again asking for the address and still 2 months later, have had no reply. What a waste of money, since there is nothing I can do but put it in the bin. Buyer beware!

We feel duped. FAR from museum quality as advertised. These are the same quality as one might find at boardwalk “art galleries”. Ordered 4 paintings for a vacation home. Paid over $1,000 & waited nearly 4 months w/excitement for TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Did not expect to confuse an expert; but did expect high-end renditions to compliment an elegant room. The paint is so thin that one can plainly see the weave of the canvases from a distance. Because the paints appear to have been applied so sparingly by the artists, the result is a dry and chalky texture, rather than deep layers and rich coloring. One painting has brush bristles embedded throughout the paint. THEN, the framer did not take care to join the frames properly on all paintings, leaving gaps at the corners and opposing carving patterns in the frame design. The comments / testimonials on the company’s website are approved by the site manager prior to publishing. Please take time to read OTHER internet reviews. From our experience, the work is fine if one wants a pretty picture to fill space. However, we could have saved a great deal of money, time and embarrassment by purchasing from an art school or a hotel expo sale, rather than the “museum quality” pieces from this company. The contact person, Lowell, was friendly. However, we had to start pushing for a delivery time more than 3 months AFTER the order was placed and were told that they were waiting for the work to dry. Understandable for a museum quality piece. After receiving the artwork, we would truly like to know WHAT MUSEUM???
