Beware: They signed me up for membership program without my consent: Ordered a few items before and after Christmas 2021, which I received at varying times due to holiday rush. I looked closely at my bank account statement this week and found I'd been charged $14.99 a month since January 2022! Haven't ordered anything since December 2021. I called and was told I was signed up for the Passport program (?). I told the friendly rep that I'd not signed up for this, wanted to cancel and wanted a refund of the payments taken from my account. She said yes, she could do that; she cancelled my "membership" and said I'd get a refund to my bank account within 2 - 3 days. Hopefully, I'll get it!

Some items I've ordered from this catalogue are cheaply made and I think are a tad over priced. Also, the requirement for shipping costs added on to the already hefty total of even 2 items is rather exorbitant.

Does anyone else get really excited about something they see at Torrid, then when you finally have the ability to make that long awaited purchase you are left DISAPPOINTED? Saw Pink & Navy Paisley Dot High Heel Sandals and fell in LOVE with them, I couldn't wait to own them. Finally, I made the purchase. Size 8.5, they arrive and well they fit like an 11. Thought maybe I got the wrong size, but no - correct size. Measured the shoe toe to heel, it measures 10.5". Tried to return them because they are too big and that isn't my fault....but nope, they are "final sale" they can't take them back. Beyond that, the sales person explained to me "the description states they fit true to size so they fit true to size"...umm sales lady really? I moved my feet around to try to get them to fit better, but I would break my neck if I attempted to wear these anywhere. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!! time to find a new shopping place that cares about its customers. What a waste of money.

Eddie Bauer has the worst customer service and is a very shady company! I placed several orders with them and (1) didn't receive all the items I ordered, (2) didn't receive refunds for items I returned, (3) was charged for items I did not receive. I attempted to reach out to their customer service department no less than 10 times and have never been able to speak to an actual person. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

I cannot say enough good things about the quality of Eddie Bauer clothes. Everything I have ever bought there has, at one point, become a favorite in my closet! I have had a couple of mishaps with not receiving my online order or receiving the wrong size, but this is not enough for me to give them a bad review as they have always taken care of the problem in a timely manner. I highly recommend their clothing!

do not shop here - Pea coat cost over £250 and buttons are not sown on straight, they had the check to ask me to return which cost £15 in postage which i am still waiting for, and they said they would send a new one which was delivered to the wrong address, so they said they would send another - still waiting - been five weeks now and winter will be over before it arrives

I was a loyal satisfied customer for 22 years before today. I have spent thousands of dollars at orvis and I regret it. They wont get another cent from me. When your rude to your loyal customers then you lose customers that simple. See ya

Their clothes sizes are huge. How is an XS so huge? I returned everything I got through online returns. It's been weeks and I didn't get a confirmation email or my refund. I've been trying to get in contact with them for DAYS and no one is responding. They don't have an online chat. They don't answer emails back. They say to leave your number and an agent will call you back. Well it's been days and nobody called me back.

If you have any problems with the fulfillment of your order be prepared to not get your stuff. I placed an online order and never received my stuff. I contacted customer service and they didn’t help me at all. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced through a big company. I have my online receipt and my bank statement showing they charged me but they sent an email saying they sent my package back to the facility. Well if there not sending the stuff that I paid for they legally should be refunding me my money. That’s the logical thing to do here. Give me my money or give me my stuff, it’s really not that hard to understand. This is considered theft and fraud and I will be calling my bank so the can retract the money themselves as well as reporting the company to better business bureau. Now I understand why they’ve gone bankrupt. The customer service agents are specifically paid to help me and they failed so what is the point of having them or offering there service. I will not be shopping or supporting there business anymore. I am not gonna argue with them anymore either. I was respectful and patient and got no help. I will just let time take the business down for me. Bigger and better companies with exceptional customer service like savage x Fenty will give them a run for there money. In a couple years the business will be dust, thank you and Forget F21.

Fantastic company. The service is excellent, the girls on the telephone are lovely and the wigs are great. But more importantly they seem to have tremendous empathy for their customers, the majority of whom have suffered chemo or alopecia, and it must be great as a company to know how much confidence and happiness you give to your customers. Highly, highly recommend this lovely company.

i have been ordering lenses from here for last 2 years without any issues.. 30-40% cheaper than getting lenses through my eye doctor.. My wife also ordered from here and she doesn't notice any difference?? not sure why people say their lenses are not the right fit??

After talking to different reps and explaining how desperate I was to receive the lenses Asap, - as they have been my primary corrective device for 40 years- no one informed me the fedex 2 day option and I've been waiting for 2 + weeks using "expedited" service. My vision with glasses is blurry due to astigmatism and my driving unsafe. Some one should have offered that option after I called repeatedly to find out why they had not arrived in 3 to 4 days. Outrageous. Never again. Poorly run company with inferior customer service.

In love with this handy little bag. I use it to put my phone, card, keys, lip balm and sunnies in when out with my 2 year old. Now there is much more space for everything we need to pack in her bag (without chucking all my stuff in it) when out and I can get what I need quickly when holding my koala bear!

The website was easy to navigate and I found the item I wanted quickly and easily Although as it was my first purchase I was eligible for a 10% discount using the WELCOME10 code I was unable to use the code as it came back invalid or just continued to load Your communication in regards to shipping is also great I have been informed that my item is packed and now shipped ..... just waiting on delivery as I only ordered on Friday Overall fantastic website and products and it seems shipping is well above average too

Grant was fantastic in helping me over the phone to complete my online order accurately! He helped talk me through the features of my Adidas Evil Eye wraps from the adjustable nose pads to the adjustable temples. He was extremely helpful with coordinating my prescription, tinting and mirroring to not distort vision on the finished product. The end product is beautiful and functional. I am absolutely thrilled with my wraps and Heavyglare!

The gadgets are all fake and useless. I bought a watch and it didn't even turn on. Again I gave the app another chance and bought 7tws earphones and again only one of the earphones is working. I think I will delete this app to find a better and more honest app

Your designs are absolutely beautiful however the chance to actually get a few of your designs has become very disheartening. I have tried to purchase a couple of your designs had them in my cart only to go check out and they were sold . Your designs sell out so fast and although that is a good thing for you it’s very frustrating to me. I will try again in a few days but after that I will need to decide if I’m going to keep the membership.

I have ordered scarves, flat caps, wool hats, stuffed baby toys & blankets from Aran Sweater Market over the course of several years. Ordering is very easy; delivery being both efficient & very fast - normally within 4 days of placing the order. The various products have all been exactly what I ordered & very high quality. Just today I received my latest order of 2 blankets, both of which are beautiful, very well made & very soft to the touch. These blankets are the first items I’ve ordered for me. Everything else has been gifts for family & friends.
