TradeDirectory.com is a place worth visiting. Being a merchant I have been visiting many places but couldn’t find one better than TradeDirectory.com. After trying its normal membership offer I tried to get the premium membership, which is actually way more helping and effective than any other offers being offered at many different online portals. The buyers are on the website are very responsive and whenever something new is being added I get many responses from them. Having doubts about any online business providing portals is obvious but, for me this particular place has removed all the doubts and ambiguities. Try it once if you just like me are finding a stable and continuous helping website for your business. Good luck!

Absolutely will never order from them again. Be warned that they don’t charge tax till after you place your order. This would be fine if they just charged the additional tax, but no; they charge the entire order a second time. So if your order was $500, they would charge the full $500+ tax, so you could have over $1000 debited from your account but in a pending status. The charges won’t fund or clear till the order ships. Which if you have back order items like I did? Can take weeks. So you can have pending charges for weeks as well and have your money tied up unable to use. I had to call to get the first charge dropped when I got the second charge. They didn’t automatically do this, which you would think would happen. I then cancelled the order bc I was told my order wouldn’t ship for 5 weeks. Leaving the pending charges on my account the whole time. RIDICULOUS! This entire transaction was not worth it.

I placed an order two weeks ago and have been following up to see why it hasn't dispatched I was told that they need to cancel the order and resubmit it and it will take another o e and a half weeks to deliver it to Florida. And get this that's if they have it in stock. If I didn't chase them I wouldn't get this information I can't believe they run such a sloppy operation Find another supplier who tells you upfront we don't hold stock, have no idea of stock levels and will take weeks to process your order

I wear a waist shaper over my shirt, so there is no chaffing. I bought 3 pairs of pants, paid for them and then was told final sale when given the bag of pants. A week later, I purchased 2 cardigans at what I thought was Buy 1 get 1 50% off. Was told at cashier there was no deal on those cardigans even though there was a sale sign right above them. Apparently the sale was on new items only on the wall. Anywho, bought the cardigans, 2 days later found out new job is very casual attire. So, was going to return 1 cardigan for a refund...nope only store merchandise credit!! The staff in Suzy Shier are pathetic! Is it store policy to give terms of sale after the sale or no terms of sale at all? I don't even recall a return policy being posted in the store. Read the receipt!!

My order came very quickly and I am really impressed with the silky fabric the masks are made from. I ordered the bundle package and don't think I will use the ear piece that you have to purchase with the bundle. I would prefer that not be a requirement to the bundle package. Another note - I purchased the small adult masks & they are barely big enough for my face. If I could change my order, I would have ordered the full adult size for a little more room. Thank you asti for the quick shipping and quality product. When I first started wearing my mask to the grocery store, I was one of the first. I love that the product is washable. As soon as I walk in the door I throw the mask along with my coat and whatever clothes I'm wearing straight into the washer. The mask dries quickly and is always ready the next time I need to leave the house.

China-Based CROOKS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from the fraudsters. They will say your items are in shipping transit, but they are not - they send you a fake tracking number and it stays in limbo. PAYPAL will do NOTHING to help as they defend the crooks and don't give a hoot about the victims, and share in the spoils. Retro Stage is FRAUD. BUYER BEWARE! This is a SCAM! Still waiting FOUR MONTHS for order! This FRAUDULENT Company is based in China and their racket is sending the buyer a fake tracking number from a fictitious shipping company where it is updated with false tracking status information. When the buyer disputes and requests a refund through PayPal, Retro Stage plays their protocols by updating the shipping movement thus causing PayPal to extend the dispute case resolution date and never refund the buyer. This is a SCAM, and PAYPAL is in on it because they get a cut of the action. PayPal sets it up where the Fraudulent Seller (Retro Stage) has more rights in the transaction than the Victim Buyers. They can all GO TO HELL. BUYER BEWARE! Now, Retro Stage will reply to this review with a generic statement thanking me for my order and claiming everything will be alright.....typical. SCREW THEM!

I finally received the dress I ordered Dec 5 for NYE on Dec 31. Talk about the 11th hour! I've bought 3 dresses from retro-stage & I love them. They need to improve their lack of customer service. List a phone # that works, provide a real link to online chat help & tell your customers these dresses ship from China so they can plan ahead for a possible delivery delay. I will buy more from you. I just hope you take my suggestions seriously. PS- I found out I could wear the 1920s Art Deco Maxi Dress either way. Versatile!

Purchased a Chanel bag, big disappointment. It really was and should have been donated. Filthy, holes , stained and discolored, I don't know anyone who would wear this much less pay for it. When I called the store in Forest Hills to inquire about a return, the rude man who answered refused to help. He knew he was a jerk because I asked for his name and he wouldn't give it. Instead, he hung up on me. He needs to be trained in customer service. If he worked for me he'd be fired.

I've bought several bags, one backpack, and one wallet from Kipling, and I have to avoid looking at their website to refrain from buying any more! What I like most about Kipling is their designs. They pop with so much color and offer a bunch of really pretty prints for their bags. Two of the bags I gave to my sister-in-law-to-be and her sister, and they were wowed with the more sophisticated styles I picked out for them, though unfortunately I don't remember the names of the bags anymore. For myself, I ordered the Clarissa Continental Zip Wallet in Garden Happy and the Seoul Large Printed Laptop Backpack in Colorburst back in May 2016, and the Art S Handbag in pink with my initials monogrammed in white in July 2016. I've used them ever since very often, especially the Art - despite the name, it's actually a very large bag I use all the time and can cram all kinds of knick-knacks in there. I temporarily stopped using the Clarissa for a few months - maybe even a year - because I decided I'd better start using a "wallet" that could block RFID and that sort of thing, for security. I didn't like it nearly as much as my Clarissa though because it was a black, simple black, stored things oddly, and didn't have the colors, the personality, or the same soft, firm feel I'd liked so much about my wallet. I eventually switched back and haven't regretted it. The Seoul I haven't used much of lately, though like the Art and Clarissa, it's very handy for storing multiple things and I've gotten several compliments on it. As they're all nylon, they're low-maintenance, easy enough to wipe clean when I need it, and light. My only complaint is the monkey keychains! I know some people like them, but they look so silly that I have to remove them as soon as I get the bags. I wish they'd replace them with a more stylish hardware piece styled after the sleek Kipling monkey in the logo, which I would really like - but I suppose the current monkeys are their signature now, for better or worse, and others like it. The only interaction I've had with Customer Service was requesting a price adjustment to a promotion, which they readily honored because it was in their timeframe. Apart from that, they also offer a rewards program which you can use to earn points for purchases and get gift certificates for future purchases, both of which you can get online and instore. I don't have a Kipling store near me but I have enrolled and used the program online; I like reward programs but I have to take issue with the fact that for whatever reason, the gift certificates can't be applied if you're using PayPal. I hope they fix that soon.

I purchased a Kipling from an NYC luggage shop (2004) it is a crossbody/backpack and I still use it and put it in the washer when it needs to be cleaned. I have been ordering Kipling fanny packs and convertibles from the site without issue. They sent the bags to me within a few hours of ordering (2018). I did not deal with consumer service and I live near a Kipling store if anything goes wrong. I hope they keep up the quality of their products- they are part of VF which owns Jansport. I have not had quality issues but saw a review that had issues with the velcro. I like to avoid velcro and magnetic closures. The 90's Kipling was a heavier fabric and they are still around for sale and look almost new. I don't like the new website- my account information is wiped out, and you can't see the company information- I took off a star,

I own a tour company in North Carolina and I received a call from Zozi asking if I'd be interested in trying out their system. I said maybe, but I'm in love my current software with TicketLeap. I told them to call back in a few weeks. However every single day I received a call from "Jacob," as they desperately tried to get me to use their system. I eventually blocked the number they were calling me with but began calling me from a second number. I blocked that number as well but more unbelievably they tracked down my Mother's phone number and began harassing her! Unbelievable! Still debating on wether to report them for this or not.

Additionally the outfit was supposed to be 12 months but the elastic waist is way too tight, yet the pants are too long. My daughter is 75% in height and only 50% in weight so I would think any toddler tall enough for these pants would not be able to wear them because theyre so tight.

I love the products they offer and especially my thicc Patrick socks. It would be 5/5 except the shipping needs work. It came a little after the projected time of 2 weeks, but there was little indication of the delivery system. They email a tracking code to see where it is in the delivery process, but it doesn't change. My status went straight from the beginning to delivery without any other indication. But I like the products and feel they will last long.

Do not order from this company! Ylu won't get your purchase even close to when they promise, then when you try to contact them, you get no response. I am reporting to VISA as fraud because I dont think they ever sent the sweater I ordered. When they did manage to get back to me after a long time, they lied and said it's just a couple days away. Goods obviously manufactured in China also sent from China warehouse to Belgium. Additional customs cost of 80 euro were added to the original 111 euro purchase cost for 3 dresses! Retrostage acknowledges we should have been supplied from the Europe warehouse, but does not intend to refund. Very unfortunate! So (future) customers be aware before purchasing from Retro Stage: you may end up with double the cost of what is stated on the website!

I ordered a whole outfit and paid for expedited shipping. It then told me that it would take an extra few days to prepare my package to ship (which it did not say when I placed the order). I was on a time crunch, but with expedited shipping it would have been exactly on time if not early. I tried to cancel my order after receiving an email and they would not cancel any of my items and said they were already shipped. I got an email a few days later that said the items were shipped, but were split into different shipments. One package came from China had my shoes and has such a horrible smell to them. The beading is snagged and they are very cheaply made. Glue is very visible and the padding in the shoes is coming up already. I didn't even bother opening the dress, because it came 4 days after my event had ended. Not very happy with the quality of the shoes or the customer service I have received. I also have to pay for shipping to return the items back! I will never use this company again.

The clothes are really cute and and what you see on their images is what you get. The quality is AMAZING, prices are good and shipping is extremely fast. Customers are responsible for the shipping of their returns, and if you follow their returns instructions you won't have any problems. I've sent back numerous dresses and have gotten my full credit for them all within 2 days of receiving my return. They have the measurements of their model and what size she is wearing on each dress which helps a lot in figuring out your size. Love this site and I'll definitely keep shopping here.

I spent a great amount of money on a hoodie from this site: I ordered a year ago. When the item hadn't arrived four months later, I wrote them and asked about it. They were nice and told me oh! the item in question is a preorder item, still in progress of production, and will be sent out as soon as possible!' Mind you, absolutely no where on the site I bought it from it said anything about the hoodie being a preorder item or anything! In fact it stated the longest time, that could pass, between me receiving the item would be 25 days! To this day I still haven't received anything. - It is 100% a scam, and I am greatly disappointed. I have contacted them again, asking for a refund: I bet you they will ignore that message too. TL;DR Do not buy anything from this site: The service is horrible and I bet you they are scamming you. Already the items are a bit pricey, but other than that you either receive something terrible or don't receive your order at all. I repeat, do not trust this firm!!

They agreed that they messed up my order and want me to pay again! The dresses were the exactly the same sizes but one said 3X and the other XL they know that is extremely high to send it back to them to exchange $182 the (cost of 13 wrong sizes all the same measurements) was my cost then they asked me to pay $40 to ship the new merchandise back to me!

Bought it online and obtained the bikini in a fair amount of time, as well as regular information about the status of the shipment was sent. The customer support was outstanding. They also threw in a Voucher for the minor hiccup. I will strongly recommend it.

This is the second purchase from which the quality of the seamstress work is awful, it is as if they don't even care. I order a white jumper to wear to an all white party I opened it to the night of, big mistake I should have checked this before the party, the thread was coming apart at the seams. I contact the company, they were no help stated the garment did not come to me this way... I was livid because I know for a fact it did. They offered no assistance and were in my opinion accusatory. The other garment I purchase was a dress to wear for a Valentine's day date, also the threading, horrible, they did refund my money for this one. I will never order anything from them again, they have surely lost a customer.

GreatGlam randomly chooses when they want to waive shipping. It doesn't matter if you are doing an exchange. Very unethical. They do not communicate, nor care to resolve complaints. Everyone should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and sue them in Small Claims Court. I will be speaking to lawyers as they still have not delivered my goods since July 6th.

At 1st I was hesitant to buy because of all the bad reviews, I went ahead and bought 3 it was buy 1 get 2 free, I received them and they were beautiful just like the picture extremely well made material, they make me have such a cute figure and am a tall not heavy but not skinny woman, they run a little small but you can open them in the back and make them perfectly your size also ck the chart, measure yourself and than choose size but other than that I loooove them! It's hard to find unique clothes that fit a very plus-sized female, and it's hard to find ready-made, quality steampunk clothing... I was ecstatic to find that GoodGoth carried plus sizes. I was over-the-moon that their offerings fit in my budget. I was a little worried that they posted that they were a small business and I found out that they were across the country, since I was running up on the deadline of a birthday steampunk murder mystery party and it had taken me THAT LONG to find GoodGoth. Maybe because they are a small business that they came through for me so spectacularly. I am VERY happy with my steampunk skirt, I was told I looked awesome in it, and I'm looking forward to exploring the other fun things that GoodGoth offers in my plus size. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a waist cincher that was on sale for the holiday price. Little did I know that meant it was on clearance. I returned the order to exchange the product and just found out after being told I could exchange the item, I could not exchange it or get a refund! I will be calling and speaking with a supervisor ASAP, but I can honestly say my experience has been horrible and feel like I have been lied to. I wouldn't have tried to send back the cincher to exchange it for the right size if I wouldn't get it shipped back unless I pay another $10 for shipping fee or pay the full price and shipping for the right size. Needless to say, I've been in customer service for over 6 years now and they better figure something out!

Alexis Rochelle D'Amato So I couldn't find anywhere to write a review about this website. I ordered a cincher and it did not fit so I exchanged it for another one. The exchange policy you have to get a tracking on sending it back. So I paid to get it shipped out, they emailed me and told me they did not have the size that I needed to come back. So I picked out a different one and the woman said that I would have to pay again to get it shipped back. in which I have never seen a website charge you to send it back. So I asked for a refund and she only said that she could refund me what I paid for the item not for the shipment fees. Which I feel It should be a full refund because of the fact I paid for it to go back. I will never place an order from this website or tell anybody to get anything from here.

I would never EVER order from this company again. I washed my shaper in warm water on delicate in my washer and the thing shredded like a piece of cheese! I contacted the company and they said you can only hand wash it! Why is material on a SHAPER so flimsy that you can't even wash it on delicate? The company refused to exchange or refund. With the covid 19 viruse running a muck, who wouldn't want to wash a shaper that will be full of sweat in a washer so that it's thoroughly cleaned? Wish I could give them zero, very disappointed in the product and the customer service.

I am not a review writing woman. I also do NOT like that I am having to write a bad review on a small company... but they forced my hand. BodyFab.com is 1800Cinchers, but as far as I can tell from the BBB and other reviews of 1800Cinchers, they changed the name, but kept the terrible customer service and shady business practices. First off, they have a really interesting way of sizing. I ordered, I received it. The SAME day that I received the package, I took the package to the post office to return it for an exchange, obviously unused. I had previously read a few horror stories about the dealings, so I decided to send it back certified. To make a really long story short. I ordered from them March 3rd. I received it on March 8th. I sent it back March 8th. The first delivery was attempted on March 12th; there was a ridiculous code left by the mailman, so I ended up having to call the post office, turns out the business was just simply closed when he tried to deliver. I set another delivery time for morning. It was delivered and SIGNED for on March 14th. Today is May 15th...... AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR. The crazy thing is that I looked on Amazon before I ordered, but I try to support small companies. This is one that you should NOT even bother trying to support, as they do not even send product nor is their customer service tolerable. I am skipping a TON of the in between crap, like them trying to absolve themselves of the responsibility of being upright business owners by having you jump through hoops. Did you fill out a return slip? What did it consist of? What did it say, if you filled it out?!!!! WHAT KIND OF FOOLISHNESS is this? Yes, I filled out the pointless return slip that only provided me with useless information.I already had the same address that is on the slip that I had to include in the bag, AND it obviously didn't assist you in any way because you were ASKING me (and asking me) did I fill it out, as opposed to just pulling it up. Being badgered about what address did I send it to? Um, the address that YOU listed on the so called return form and the return slip that has to go in the bag. Once I fill out my slip and place it on the bag and place the return slip in the bag, why would I then commit your return address to memory??? Well, we can't do anything if you can't tell me where you sent it. THIS ISN"T ELEMENTARY! I don't need to know it, and I don't need to jump through hoops to prove to you that I sent it to the right address. Once she found out that my package was certified (someone would have to sign for it), so I was just going to call the post office to track it down, she didn't like that. Which we were on the phone because I was trying to figure out why would the mailman write "undeliverable address" on the slip. "Oh, well, if that's the [someone has to sign for it] case, that may be the issue." So, when she said that I start thinking that maybe this isn't a place that has someone available to sign for packages but a P.O. Box or something. I asked, "do I need to have them take the signature requirement off", she said, "yes." I call the post office only to find out, the office was just simply closed. They guy tried to deliver it a 5:14 p.m. So, I rescheduled, and LEFT THE SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT ALONE. The next morning, he delivered it 11:30ish, and someone signed for it. All in all, around the way con artist. Don't be like me. I saw the mixed reviews and thought a myriad of things, well... the ones who rated them highly were very pleased, it is a small business, there are just some people that you can't please, some people's expectations are just unreasonable... NO!! :-l They are scammers. To top it off, they sent me 3 requests to review their product.......... I first have to have a product from you to review... thieves! I ordered my cincher from Amazon, got it, wearing it and seeing results. NEVER AGAIN. DON'T DO IT. RUUUUUUNNNNN. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

I called in multiple times to order a couple pairs of what used to be my fav denim. After speaking to 3 different call centre "customer service" employees. I live in Vancouver BC and have never had a problem trying to ship to Canada until now. I called in to place my order over the phone and have it shipped to Deming WA next day as I was going to be there to receive my purchase, Jamie took the address wrong and UPS could not deliver next day. All the call centre E-commerce staff including manager Jamie and her VP Christopher were closed minded and really had no idea how to help me. Paid for the next day shipping and am back in Canada with no purchase in hand. PAIGE denim will get ALL MY MONEY going forward. Your entire call centre organization needs customer service training and coaching. Service was appalling.
