I ordered their Chino Stretch fit shorts, with a 1-3 day delivery back ob 4-6-2020.. It is now the 4-17-2020, and all that has happened is a confirmed order.. I bought 2 pair so my bill came out to over $100s, I really hope the website isn't fake, and they eventually send me the shorts, at this point asking for a refund would probably get me nowhere so hopefully I get the shorts and didn't just screw myself out of money, since the corona virus is going on money is hard to come by...

So over a year ago I saw an ad for Eubi swim trunks on Facebook. I wasn’t sure about them at first but the flamingo and pineapple caught my eye so I went ahead and ordered them. I wore the pineapple suit once then let my friend wear it to EDC Orlando and never got it back. The suits are that amazing! I wore the flamingo suit so much a month ago I ended up ordering the egg and strawberry ones as well. They are so comfortable I don’t just wear them to the beach or pool, I’ll wear them to run errands or chill at the house with. They fit great and are low cut which are totally in style. If you hesitant just go ahead and order them like I did, you won’t be disappointed. (The egg and strawberry suits were a little big for me and they exchanged them with no problem, just keep the tags on until you try them on. The company responded to my email quickly and got the issue fixed fast.)

I'd a very bad experience with you.I have ordered 8 items on the 12th supposed to be delivered 2 to 3 working days. My order was delivered only when I have opened a case in PayPal. Today 28/04/17 my order was finally delivered with only 7 items instead of 8. Meaning 1 item was missing.Your company has got the poorest customer service I have never seen this in my life.I will never order I said never order something from you again.I said never.

I recently purchased a pair of Oakley prescription Sunglasses for sport use and a pair of Ray Ban prescription sunglasses for everyday use from extreme-eyewear.co.uk. I was slightly confused buy the amount of lens selections that were available to me. However after a quick phone call to the company, they soon put my mind at rest about my lens selections. The Oakley G30 Polarized and green polarized options where what i proceeded with once i understood what i needed. I received my PD ruler in the post 2 days later and only another 10 days after that my sunglasses arrived. Due to the recent up and down weather condition that we are experiencing i am pleased to say that the sports lens that was introduced to me is amazing, its strange to think that without contact with this company i would have probably never found out about this set up. The Ray Bans are as brilliant especially for driving. I am 100% satisfied with everything i have received for this company. When i called to give my thanks i made an enquiry about goggles for skiing and will be making a follow up purchase in the coming winter. As a middle aged man it has recently come to that time where i now need glasses for certain situations, i am an enthusiastic cyclist and did not want to stop due to my now impaired vision. I found extreme-eyewear.co.uk when i searched for Rudy Project sunglasses and there website brought to my attention that i can indeed have them in prescription. There were 2 options, 1 for optical insert and 1 for direct glaze. I contacted the company to find out the difference and they helped me relative to my individual needs. I was explained that the inserts are great for changing lens and direct glaze is fantastic if you only want the one lens. Now normally in this situation company's try to get you to purchase the more expensive option ( the direct glaze) but the assistant assured me that the insert would be a better option for me as i am a bit of an enthusiast. As i would be able to buy different variations of lenses if i ever wished to change them for conditions. I am very pleased to say that the information that was provided to me was spot on and the freedom i have to change lenses has made cycling in all conditions a pure pleasure. This customer WILL be returning at a later date!!!

ordered a pair of glasses with prescription [1,67 refraction index] but they didnt inform me about the fact that the lens will be thicker at margins.They told me i can send them back and refund me [ admitting it was their fault], 2 weeks passed and the courier which had to pick them never arrived, checking the awb, it says that i wasnt home or the product wasnt properly packed up which are lies.He never even called me.I feel that this scam goes both ways, the courier firm and eyerim are brothers in scams. i am trying to reach eyerim via calling but no luck. It s my second time waiting to send them back but no luck.the first time i waited 1 week for the courier as well but he never arrived... moreover , comparing the cloth and the case which came with the glasses, with another cloth and case i own, the one from eyerim looks low quality, possibly fake. i am talking about eyerim- romania . be aware, avoid them.

Ordered glasses over 4 weeks ago and I get a generic email every week saying they will notify me in 9-14 days when the order is shipped. Well after 35 days, only emails arrive from EyeRim and no shipped order. Would not recommend this company. I would have gladly spent the extra 15% more to get my glasses sooner. Now I have waited over a month and no glasses in sight. About to cancel and ask for a refund, but very worried how that will go.

I ordered some shoes 2 weeks ago and I still did not receive the shoes. In the web page they say its processing but in reality they just charge the money but no shoes... They just say they had a problem with a supplier and they don't know wen the shoes will be available to be sent but in the website they say the shoes are available. The shoes were delivered way after the promised date and the customer service was less than helpful. Keep away from these guys !!!!!

This is my fourth purchase at 25Karats and it will not be my last. I purchased two items as is off of the website (a diamond and a setting) but I had a setting designed completely and the other setting was modified to fit my size and shape stone. Meaning from the tropical humidity of Thailand's northern jungles to trekking in the sub zero temperatures of Everst Base Camp trek. I have used them as swim shorts too. Can't recommend them enough.

2UNDR are easily the best male boxer briefs on the market. The elastic waist band and boxer material are soft, comfortable, durable, and secure. I sometimes forget that Im wearing boxers at all. The swing shift pouch for your boys feels incredible. Once you have a pair its impossible to go back. My only complaint is the cost. 30$ for one pair. I typically wait to buy out dated stock on sale.

I have still not received a refund for the item I sent back months ago. Abelini sent the wrong item, I opened a dispute and then I was asked to ship it back and they would finally send the right item. I did and they paid me back for the postage. I received the right item and it was nothing like I imagined. I decided to send it back. I sent it back for a full refund and have yet to receive it. I’ve provided proof after proof and Abelini/Neil have stated they “refunded me” yet it’s not there! I used Amazon pay with my credit card as I’ve used it before with no issues but Abelini is blaming Amazon for keeping “my money in a reserve” yet Amazon is stating they don’t know what Abelini is talking about.

I was buying a small diamond for my daughter's 40th birthday as it is her birthstone. The website was very clear and it was helpful to understand about the different grades of diamonds. I could only afford to buy a small one and it did look very small, although the size had been given in mm, so I should have known! Anyway my daughter thought it was beautiful. It was sent to me beautifully packed and arrived in good time. I was also very pleased to receive all the details of the product that I was able to give to my daughter and also to receive their valuation for insurance purposes. I also phoned the company as I wanted to enquire about possibly buying a chain later and the person I spoke to was very helpful. I would highly recommend this firm.

I’ve only had the glasses for 2 months, they looked good, but the quality was not great at all, when cleaning them they snapped in 2. I’ve had glasses for many years and know how to clean glasses so was shocked when this happened. I’ve paid £10 for some frames before and they have lasted way longer than these. (I actually still have them). I’m extremely disappointed.

I must say I was always very positively surprised by the kindness and availability of all shop assistant and customer service in general, so I'd give them a 10/10 for the pure customer service they provide online and in store! However, I cannot give Ace&Tate a good review in the slightest because you have messed up with my eyes health one too many times. I think it's really superficial and dishonest of the company to provide such bad quality products and non-existent specialists! On top of that, when someone comes into your shop complaining about having a pair of glasses that don't allow you to see, at least I'd expect extra care when you re-make the glasses for the fourth time! My lenses were fitted wrong twice and were in the wrong prescription another two times! Not once I was told "sorry that was the guy that fits the glasses' fault", instead I was always told that I just needed my eyes to adjust. Well, after 4 months my eyes haven't adjusted and I believe Ace&Tate should simply train their staff better and invest in some real opticians serving customers and better quality lenses! Won't go for a cheap pair of glasses&lenses ever again! You get what you pay for!

I placed an order by express delivery on 7th August, which should have been with me in 2/3 days. I emailed them on the 12th, no reply. Rang later that day, no answer. I then read the reviews on here, which made me wish I had read the reviews before parting with my money. Almost instantly after posting this review (which I have now edited) I got an email telling me they had problems with suppliers (they should have told me that before I chased them up) and that they had been too busy to get to the emails (maybe take on more staff if you cannot meet customer demand?) and they would be happy to still send the order by express. The order would have arrived too late, so I cancelled the order the next day - the refund was in my account within hours. Fair play to them on the resolution, but there are lessons they need to learn here, and mine is not an isolated experience. My advice would be to not place an order to a short timescale if you use this company.

I found the company website through a Google search for a Barbour Northumbria wax jacket. The site is well laid out and easy to navigate. The price was competitive and I then added a warm pile zip in liner and a Barbour gamelan jumper that I identified on the site. My order was processed immediately and despatched to a postal forwarding agent who delivered the products to my local Post Office in Ireland a few days later. I am delighted with the products and the service and the follow up enquiry from a director of the company. I will have no hesitation in using A Farley Country Attire again in the future.

I am very happy with my purchase, but it took 15 days to receive my sunglasses (11 business days). Edited: this was the reply I received about my initial review: Dear Jay, I am so sorry. You are absolutely right. We actually asked for the product to be shipped overnight to us from the brand's distribution center and they got behind in their shipping warehouse and not only did they not inform us right away, but it did cause your product to have delayed shipping by 1 week. EEK! I have informed a manager to give you a call and offer a way for us to make this up to you. Most importantly, thank you for your service. The manager whom you will be speaking with used to be in the military as well. I myself am a military spouse of a Reservist. My husband was active duty for 12 years and is now a Reservist. Our company employs many spouses of active duty and Reservists, as well as veterans. We take care of our own and we will ensure that you are taken care of. I ordered a pair of Schuhe on monday night - as they claim to deliver in 3-5 days, on friday I asked the transporter why there was no update. Their answer was that they did not receive the parcel from afound . Reaching out to afound they started by telling me to contact the transporter and after 3 mail afound finally said that they would look into it. I should contact them back on Wednesday... so 7 working days after and why should I contact them, they should give me an update on where they are delivering their end of the bargain... very poor service... hoping it is not a scam and I will receive my shoes one day

I recently picked up my wedding suit from Jonathan at the Birmingham studio. I was slightly unsure about the cloth and lining I was choosing at the start of the process but thanks to Jonathan's advice I am more than happy with the choice. I was very impressed with the initial fit with only slight alterations needed on the trousers and waistcoat which is pretty amazing considering this suit was completely bespoke to me. I would highly recommend A Hand Tailored Suit as the service has been exceptional through out with a very high quality suit and fit as the end product. Looking forward to my next bespoke suit for work!

Bought an armani ar1400 watch from alderley watches and took it to my local watch specialist (the horology center) and they took the back off and found the wrong workings in the watch, when speaking with richard he was sure he got it from the correct dealer, plus i didnt like the fact this company isnt an authorized armani dealer, so no stamp in the guarantee book. I paid good money for the watch as well £225, although getting a refund wasnt an issue, being sold a fake watch for that amount of money is a joke. I wont be ordering from here again and wouldnt recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of ordering.

If you're not prepared to lose 50% of the dress to duties and alterations I do not recommend you by from F&P. My forest green Escala dress fit like they only made alterations to the length of the dress hem. The waist was way too low and nothing fit quite right. The fabric was heavy (reasonably good quality for polyester) but easily attracted dust (impossible to keep clean), and I felt like the colour was a little cheap. The train was massive for someone that's 5'1", I do not feel like they considered my height when adding it. Given that is already paid 145$ in duty fees I had wanted to keep it but alterations would have been much more than the 50$ F&P will help cover. All the features (leg slit, draped cowl back) made for tricky alterations. So I sent it back which cost another 20$, and am expecting to be hit with F&Ps 35 USD fee when the dress is returned. I was aware of the duty costs and the return fee ahead of time, but given their emphasis on made to order and promise of helping with alterations it makes it hard to think you'd return the dress. To my Canadian ladies- especially those of you like myself who might be splurging to treat yourself to something nice, avoid the stress of shopping from F&P. It's not a fun or pleasant shopping experience ????

I bought the Queen of Peace dress for ~$330 AUD after some hesitations due to the overwhelming number of bad reviews. The dress arrived 10 days after ordering it which was great however some of the stitching was poor quality. For a dress which cost well over $300 and required a further $120 worth of alterations, I expected much higher quality material and stitching. The colour of the dress was beautiful but the fabric felt very cheap and crinkled easily. I love the theoretical ideology behind the company but it simply doesn't deliver well made, high quality dresses. If you want a nicely designed, out of the ordinary but poorly executed dress, then Fame and Partners is the company for you. I really hope they improve in the future as it seems like a good company!

I originally bought a gold signet ring with purpose engraving from them in 2002 but lost it some years ago whilst making felt! I have always had the urge to replace it and I still had my paperwork. Dexters couldn't have been more helpful and although more expensive than in 2002 the price rise was not as much as I had anticipated. Royal Mail let them down re delivery but it came the next day and has taken its place on the finger for which it was intended. Very lovely and thank you all at Dexters.

Ordered a Valentino item... pricy item... The miney was debuted instantly from my account right away... Ordered placed on saturday,parcel supposedly sent via ups on monday afternoon... but the ups tracking nulber is not working. Called the customer service... worst ever... cant even speak english properly and very rude!! I give her my order number and name and saying there is no order on their system!! So what you just take my money and no parcel??? And just telling me to go f*** myself!! Properly!! A customer service talking like that to clients??? Really??? I would like to know where is my order! And have a working tracking number!!! So far im not happy at all and will never ever recommand nor order on this site again!!! And if the problems are not sort out i woul also sue the site for taking my money and not sending anything!

Being 180cm tall I don't wear heels very often, so my feet are usually killing me after 1 hour. I have the 7.5cm Feraggio heels in black and I can walk around comfortably all evening! My feet are very narrow so heels without an ankle strap usually slip off my feet easily. The Feraggios don't do that when I wear them barefoot. Unfortunately they still do slip when I wear a pantyhose, so another model with a strap would be very welcome.

I have three different pairs of sunglasses to fit over my prescription glasses, two of which are from FITOVERS. The FITOVERS are by far the better quality and better looking pairs. I have a pair that are black frames with black lenses.....perfect for looking dressy and classy. The second pair, that I just ordered for the summer and when I ride my bike are a black/purple tortoise shell-like frame with purple mirror lenses. Even my judgmental 18 year old son think they are really cool. I love the colors of the frames (which are subtle) with the purple mirrored lenses give them a bright, spunky, sporty look for the summer. I will order more in the future. Would I love to be able to wear some fancy brand name sunglasses? Yes I would, but the cost of getting those types of sunglasses fitted out with prescription lenses is very very cost prohibitive. FITOVERS are easily just as cool, and I get so many compliments whenever I wear them. When I pull the sunnies off, people are so surprised that they hide my prescription glasses underneath. They don't look obvious (like the old frames of yesteryear that my grandma wore over her glasses, they looked like safety glasses I used in high school chemistry, HUGE!!!). Thank you FITOVERS for such awesome choices and great quality. I don't look like I just left a science lab and forgot to remove my safety glasses. ;-)

I first purchased FITOVERS while in New Mexico on vacation about 4 years ago. I had forgotten my prescription sunglasses at home. The sales associate found a pair that fit me perfectly! I have been wearing these originals since because they also fit over my second pair of prescription glasses. About a month ago, my prescription changed and I purchased new frames and the original FITOVERS no longer worked with the new frames. I purchased my current pair of FITOVERS by submitting measurements of my new frame. When they arrived they fit perfect! I will never purchase pricey prescription sunglasses again. Though the price was around $70, there is no comparison to the cost of prescription sunglasses at about $200. I would STILL be wearing the originals if I hadn't changed my eye glass frames. They hold up fabulous, have a clear view, great sun block and look great on.
