The customer service is so terrible. I have not received the item which I ordered on 26th October yet, and I am tracking this shipment but it seems that the shipment has not been proceeded. So I sent emails about this problem to the customer service, but I have not received the reply yet. Therefore I sent email again that I want to cancel my order because I have not received the item and reply, and then I received their reply that they can't cancel my order. I can't understand, and this is almost deceiving. I just want to receive the item which I ordered, but I want them to cancel my order if I they don't provide the item. I want to alert this company to police if I live in UK.

the worst people to buy from!! i ordered something for my wife i put in some discount codes which went though on the booking when the payment went though they had charged me the price before discounts!! when i contacted them they said that two code couldnt be put in at the same time which is a lie as they went in! i spoke to too many members of staff about this and they said it had come and that was the end of it when they finally admitted they are in the wrong with the parcel after 29 days they now have said that they can refund me with nothing else but a poor sorry

Lux fix has superb customer service. I recently purchased two items that needed to be sent back. I received a no quibbles refund which was sent to me immediately. Beautiful clothes - these particular items were just too big. I would order from them again though.

I wouldn't suggest shopping with Luxfix in any way. They actually aren't a store it appears but sell on behalf of designers so if something goes wrong you are tied to that designer. I would urge anyone buying from this website to strongly consider if you can't get the product elsewhere. I dont rate their return policy compared to any other website, their approach to retaining their customers, their overall customer service approach, sizing guide or general customer service (they stonewalled me through several communications and it took a great deal of effort to get a reply). Overall I cannot recommend shopping on this website by any means and strongly suggested you consider elsewhere.

I ordered the Script Flock Print Tunic I love love love this Tunic it fits perfectly it’s nice material you can wear it with leggings or wear it with opaque tights very happy with this purchase and happy with price. I also ordered the flower hem Tunic although I loved this top unfortunately it was way too big for me and had to send it back. Overall very happy with the purchase delivery was very quick as was the refund. Will definitely be buying again from this company.

I ordered trousers from Gutteridge and the quality and style is fantastic. BUT the size guide on the website is completely INCORRECT. After contacting Gutteridge by whatsapp several times they finally responded but they were rude and would not offer a refund without a fee nor would they allow me to exchange for another size. Eventually I ordered another pair of trousers (2 sizes and larger and 6cm bigger than my actual waist) but they were 40€ more expensive. Gutteridge didn't care and they stopped responding to my emails. WORST customer service ever! Pedí pantalones de Gutteridge y la calidad y el estilo son fantásticos. PERO la guía de tallas en el sitio web es completamente INCORRECTA. Después de contactar a Gutteridge por whatsapp varias veces, finalmente respondieron, pero fueron groseros y no ofrecerían un reembolso sin una tarifa ni me permitirían cambiarlo por otro tamaño. Finalmente pedí otro par de pantalones (2 tallas y más grandes y 6 cm más grandes que mi cintura real), pero eran 40 € más caros. A Gutteridge no le importó y dejaron de responder a mis correos electrónicos. El peor servicio al cliente!

If I could give a zero I would. I bought three items, two fit ok but one didn't so I asked if I could return it for the next size up. They gave me an address that the USPS said is undeliverable and now no response from anyone. This company also has a sister site chicme.com so buyer beware. They have some nice looking clothing but everything comes from China so you never know what size to order. My wife is a DD and usually wears a Medium so I bought a large dress b/c of her breast and it was still way too small. One item I bought was a medium and it was way too big. It's a crapshoot with no customer support

I have ordered rakhi hamper from talash.com for my brother. There courier partner is claiming they have delivered rakhi in his mail box and it is not delivered. May be courier partner have delivered it on wrong address or may be not. Now when i contact talash for the help they are asking me to reach UPSC courier for checking what happened and why it is not delivered. Is this why i have placed order with talash paid extra. I have paid for service which i haven't received which they write on there wedsite they and when you to regarding problem you are facing they speak about terms and condition apply just as mutual fund agent. I am totally disappointed with the service and won't recommend anyone. Pathetic service

I placed my order on 4/25/20. I received an email confirmation that my order shipped on 4/28/20. No package was received by 6/10/20 so I emailed them to ask about the status of my order and whereabouts of my package. They responded by verifying my email stating they would get it out to me. Another month has passed by and still not received. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to Covid but this seems excessive. 3 months waiting on an underwear order. No response from my most recent email inquiry to them.

I have been buying products from Lima Beads for 4 years now. Customer service is great, communication is done thru email-I have NEVER had an issue with them responding. Products are competitively priced ( and I do a fair amount of comparison shopping always) RETURNS are VERY easy, simply follow their very clear concise instructions PRINT AND KEEP COPIES OF RMA. I have RETURNED a few ITEMS for refund over the years with NO PROBLEM. Be cognizant your refund will reflect the discount code which you applied to your order. You are sent notifications which you may track upon shipment of your order.

————UPDATE———— Unfortunately I was unable to change my original review so here is an updated review of my experience with Lima Beads: Lima Beads took all my concerns regarding a product I ordered that I thought was not as advertised and went above and beyond to check, confirm, and explain that it was in fact legit. I still returned the item and they processed my return with no problem and gave me a full refund. I will be ordering from Lima Beads again and am sorry that the original review can not be adjusted as it does not reflect the complete process.

I bought an elephant ring and it said it was silver and it is NOT, its just a silver coloured coating and not even done properly, terrible black marks on it, its not even satisfactory quality. It said from NY and is was shipped from China! I have emailed Ashley Jewels and they havent read the email properly as all they did was respont with advertising. Ive been on their website and now phone number or anyway to contact tgem apart from email that they dont want to respond to! Not happy!!

AVOID this company!!!! The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Had an issue with my 10 art prints that I paid for online. When they arrived which was ages after purchase I received 11, and 9 were scratched/damaged. I sent over photo evidence the day I received them that 9 were damaged. They then asked for video evidence in addition (red flag but ok). Sent over the video the day after - I requested a full refund for this because I didn’t want a reprint after seeing the quality. They told me they had actioned a re-print despite my request for a refund (which I never received). I had to finally ring them and tell them I’ve declined the reprint a few times and want a full refund or a partial refund for 9/10 which then went to management and management said I can only receive a partial refund for 8/10 as I received a freebie (which they WONT let me return even though I did not pay for it or want it?) so this will financially impact my return & this will only be sent over to me once I receive photo evidence of the damaged prints ripped in half all next to one another. This is insanity! They will refuse to give you your full money back even though you are legally entitled to it if the product is faulty within 30 days. I would never recommend this company to my friends or use them in future. I even have the customer service team cheekily sending me the trading standards website link when I said I would like to take legal action if it is not resolved. Yikes! Super upset. Ripped my prints up this morning waiting on that partial refund because I just want this to end. Some companies are just money hungry.

I purchased a mans t shirt as a Christmas present on 30th November, i was advised by assistant that if not suitable to keep the receipt as the receipt covers purchases from 1st Nov to 6th January . When I got home I realised he size of the t.shirt was different to the hanger, it was on a larger sized hanger, I returned to the store 3 days later, the assistant was both rude and offensive, the receipt I had accidentally left at home, so immediately got the response, no receipt no exchange, despite me advising it was way I had picked it up from the rail, I was advised that the onus was on the customer to check the sizes themselves and how was she sure that I had actually paid for the top. I was furious at the insinuation that I had picked it up of the rail and walked to the counter asking for an exchange on something I had stolen, I asked if she had thought I had been shoplifting, she could call the police, I was advised to read the policy displayed on the window on a small sticker on the way out, with that the assistant who I now know to be the manager walked away. Today I visited another store with said t shirt and the receipt only to be advised that the time for exchange had ran out and should have been done within 14 days of purchase, I queried the information printed on the receipt re Christmas purchases and exchanges, I was dismissed rudely, with a "NEXT" ringing in my ears. I have bought items over the years and have never had any issues previously, I will never cross over the threshold regardless of whatever the bargain may appear to be. Your staff are rude and down right ignorant, in the light of supporting my local shops, this one I will happily walk past.

Went in Selby store today to change jumper for smaller size that I recieved as christmas present,was told no receipt no exchange and to top it off the manager Linda was just rude and very angry,my guess is I got the back lash of somebody else's complaint of the same ridiculous returns policy.I guess they expect people who get people clothes as a gift for christmas to also have the receipt in the wrapping,just crazy.Wouldn't let Linda run a market stall,following instructions or not rudeness uncalled for.

I ordered a watch from Stührling, I will admit the watch was absolutely gorgeous, loved it from the moment I saw it, only problem is it did not work. As I live in Canada i was told to send it to the Montreal location, I was told i would get refunded for the watch and shipping costs. My refund was only a partial refund as they did not refund the taxes paid on the watch, and my shipping fees Stührling sent back to me was thru a company called Zellepay which only works with American banks, I live in Canada, so I was told I would recieve it thru PayPal, I never did receive the refund. The watches although they look very nice are in fact very cheaply put together and the costume service is absolutley horrendous. Buyer beware.

Ordered a silver chain.. it arrived broken.. the clasp was not welded to the chain... I feel like it was a total waste of money. Will not recommend this company in future or purchase from here again. I love this company! The Highest quality materials and workmanship, and the best designs. I use these dresses in my portrait studio, what little girl doesn't love to play dress up and feel like a princess. Delivery is very quick considering it ships to me in the US from Australia and a nominal shipping fee.

I ordered a pair of the dark grey gum high top women’s trainers. They look nice. The tracking was good to Australia and I received them in about 2 weeks. Only issue is the shoe laces which look good but are not functional. They keep coming undone even just walking around. Worst shoe laces I have ever had in any shoe! Please put better shoe laces in these Nobull. I paid $221 so expect the laces to be good quality!

My order for 3 base layer T shirts was split between Paramo Marylebone and Wadhurst shops. Both came well packaged, Marylebone's within 24 hours and Wadhurst within 48 hours by courier. I already own one of the base layers. It is superb so I know these will be too. Paramo clothing is quality. I couldn't afford each of the items I wanted originally so I visited nearest Marylebone shop and tried on all the items I am likely to buy in the future. So I know exactly what sizes I need when I shall order by post. You can buy Paramo trousers by waist size with varying leg length. I wish they would also sell jackets with various sizes of arm length.

Chose economic shipping and it came home two weeks later exactly, quick shipping! The wig I bought is "100cm Vocaloid Hatsune Miku Cosplay Wigs Light Blue Straight Woman Wigs" for less than 15$, it came with a free wig cap. Lenght, quality and colour are just as expected. Honestly this website is the only in which I buy my Miku Hatsune's wig, since they have the perfect color. Rolecosplay answers any kind of question you may have in a quick and nice way. They charge delivery fee for every item you ordered. For example, in my case, I ordered two educational posters for school and instead of receiving them together, they sent them separately, just so I would be forced to pay delivery fee twice. It goes without saying there was no mention of this when I placed the order, which means what I agreed to pay on the site is different from what they actually charge when they deliver. I read on a blog they did this to someone who ordered seven books. Seven books, seven times the delivery fee. It truly is a disgusting policy for a company.

I've ordered a watch :"Ceas Fossil Abilene CH3016" before Christmas, early December. The package should have arrived before Christmas but nothing like that happened. So I call them to see whats happening with my order because i have no new notifications and the year 2018 has passed yet no package. I recieved the explanation that the supplyer had some problems nad cant make the delivery. Fine, i can understand that but why did no one notify me?? I've canceled the order. A few days past and I check the website again for a watch. I found the same watch but now with a bigger discount and I tought to myself that the supplyer problem is fixed, why else could this watch be for sale again. So I place a second order with the same product. 2 Weeks passed by and nothing. I contacted them and recieved the same answer, but when i asked "why is the watch still on display when in the last 2 months you cant honorr this order?" they had no answer. I'll never order from them again. Customer service is verry bad. Money wasted.

Have purchased similar style of Clarks shoes for many years. Thought it cheaper to purchase online at Clarks outlet, but I'm not covinced the shoes I've got are genuine Clarks. I notice that the "Clarks" name is not embossed on the side of shoe. All other Clarks shoes I've owned have had this. They are exremely uncomfortable on the soles of the feet. The sole is very soft and flexible unlike other pairs I have owned. I believe Clarks have a thin metal plate going the length of the sole (well that's what I was told at a customs check once, when I had to take my shoes off because of the metal). Theses shoes are far to flexible to have that, compared to previous shoes I've owned. I wish I'd of gone to Clarks website and not Clarks Outlet, which I will have to do now anyway, to purchase a comfortable pair of shoes.

I bought Clark shoes. They are not comfortable and it ripped my skin off. I went to return them but they didn't want them back. The customer service is very poor. I have thrown my money away, I don't reccomend buying Clark's at all.

Hi, I did not get my clothes shipped, but I bought that from the Zumiez Store. Zumiez gave me good options of clothes, good quality, and nice customers and workers. The workers were nice and asked about my life/day. They seemed they cared about you and your experience, even if your experience was bad. Thank you Zumiez for the great experience and clothes!! :)

I visited the Broadway location in NYC and my "fitter" was friendly friendly and personable. My shirt arrived in a few short days and fit me perfectly. The labric was quality and the fit looks very good. I lost a collar stay and someone from proper cloth replied to my email and sent me 4 for absolutely free! I have since ordered 2 more shirts and plan to order more in the future. There is a technical error with my second order, but a Proper Cloth representative proactively corrected it and issued me a $30 credit for having to cancel it. I happily replaced my order.

If there’s a MOST likeable character of Vogue Crafts & Designs , its appreciative attitude of the designers they reflect to the designers who came to get their own products manufactured. The honesty they reflect in their product is also a very appreciable ground. It is on my own experience that the senior management makes sure not even a single cracked crystal is used in the making of the product. They actually make good on the promises. Beyond that they are very professional and clear in the dealings.

This is my go to shop for sports and outdoor stuff. The choice and quality is great and the prices hit the middle mark and I feel good value for money. The staff are generally very knowledgeable and the one time that I had an issue with something I bought, they sorted it straight away.

I wouldn't even give this 1 star! Service is terrible I ordered on the 8th of July hoping to wear this dressfor my birthday which was on the 17th thinking this would give enough time. unfortunately the item was sent back to you via Royal mail which i have no understanding of why because no one has told me. I emailed on the 17th and I was told it would take 12 days to arrive. It's now been 13 days and still not received any email to confirm that my item has been posted. I understand you may be busy but it would be nice if your team could not leave customers in the dark so much especially when it's something out of my control. Over all I extremely disappointed with service of you company and can safely say I will not be shopping with you again its a bit ridiculous that a dress and a lip gloss takes 3 weeks arrive, I would expect this if it was being shipped.

Do not bother purchasing from here! The clothing quality is poor, and they failed to send all of my items. I had ordered an item and the money had been taken out of my account yet it didn’t arrive with my other items. I sent them an email to which they told me that item was out of stock. This should’ve been identified on the website and the money should have not come out of my account? I needed this item for my holiday but it is too late now, they should have emailed me as soon as they realised it was out of stock so I had time to purchase something else, and definitely from a different shop!!

Unbelievable how hard it was to acquire a cotton a-line petticoat with a fancy hem to wear under a sundress for a wedding! Then I came across Suzanne Charles and found exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately was sent a faulty pair of shoes. Colour of each shoes completely different. Front fringe was straight across on right one and diagonal on left. As no free returns ( which is unheard of in 2019) forced to go to store which is a 60 mile round trip!! So fuel and car parking because of shocking quality control failure!!

Dreadful experience, twice the Hermes driver was supposed to deliver my shoes but didn't. His excuse was 'limited access' this has got to be the lamest reason ever, I don't think he even tried. We live on the main A170, have double gates and a driveway which will park about 20 cars. They were finally delivered on Saturday by which time it was too late. I had to return them at a cost of £5.00, not a good start to my dealings with Moda In Pella.

Buyer be very aware. I placed an order on the redfootshoes website. Now to look forward to my one pair of shoes. 4 days go by and no shoes. I send an email and inquire where they are. The reply came to explain I had inputted the wrong address details. I bought them using the Pay Pal platform so I did not understand this excuse as every other company I had bought from using the same payment method had resulted in my items be delivered. Once I had mentioned this I had another reply that the person did not know this and thought I had written the wrong details.7 more days passed by and still no shoes. I emailed again, this time the reply mentioned a 40% refund due to the on going issue. I was then told next day delivery. Well 2 more days past by and I again emailed to find out the reply was that the shoes had been damaged in transit to my home. YOU COULD NOT MAKE IT UP. I thought at least I would receive my shoes before I go away on my up coming holiday. NO that was not the case. Rather than sort the issue out red foot shoes decided to refund the rest of the money and wash there hands completely. I sent another email and explained as this issue was not of my making surly you would compensate me by sending the shoes as a way of saying SORRY for all this. The reply has still not come. It seems that if they go silent then I will go away quietly and forget this ever happened. Actually I believe that both good service and BAD service should be shared around so every body knows what they could be in for should the same issues happen if they buy a pair of shoes. In my opinion, supplying a pair of shoes because if you think of it. Offering a 40% refund when I had waited many days was a given but when another issue happens i just get nothing. I run and own 3 businesses and if this ever happened to any of my customers I would do the right thing and give the customer the refund and send the shoes. I guess we are not all the same.

Oxford william tan brogue. Absolutely phenomenal service. Had an email at about 7am an hour after my order saying they were packaged. Tracking information was accurate and they arrived the next day. Shoes are pretty good quality, absolutely what I expected and the price is beyond amazing! Perfect fit, they are the size they say they are. I really dont understand some of the bad reviews below. Thank you very guys and I'll be purchasing from you again.
