I bought a pair of glasses, and I wrote the prescription in wrong. I called them and told them and offered to send them back. Instead they said "no problem, you pay for new lenses with the correct prescription ($9.98 per pair) and we'll just send you another pair!" I said wow, why would you do that? The gentleman on the phone said, because we want you back! I'll be back!

They were great, act fast tho, their product sells out fast. I bought four pairs of glasses, but one of them, some Ray Bans sold out by the time I completed my orders. Anyway, they let me pick different ones that were $60 more and DIDN'T CHARGE me the difference - Great Guys! I recommend them.

Beware of the scam! This company is awful. I Ordered a bomber style leather jacket with wool lining. Several weeks later I finally received the jacket with a PINK wool lining. Not only is it not what I ordered, the jacket looked terrible and was of poor quality. I tried to return it but it costs almost as much to return it as I paid for it (well over $200 to ship). Contacted the company and they responded that they sell a lot of pink jackets and why don't I like it? Despite the company's ridiculous response, after weeks of emails, which mostly went ignored by 3AMoto, they said they would send me a pre-paid shipping label so I can return the jacket. 3A Moto has ignored all emails asking them to honor sending me the return label. 3A Moto knows they can send you whatever inferior product they want because it is so expensive to return the items. Don't waste your money!

Product was delivered at an incorrect household, granted my house number is not visible, luckly someone from my house came out, and the driver asked about my address to confirmzbecause he was not sure, the person confirmed my address, the driver went back to fetch the parcel at the wrong house and handed it over, if not sure why not call, my number is there for a reason..

I just ordered the colette set from the “everyday uniform” collection with Filippa haag and felicia akerstrom and I’m very dissapointed. The quality is bad, like worse than zara. It’s very dissapointing as the collection was made in collaboration with someone who preaches quality over quantity. The worst part is that I paid such high import taxes to get the items and now I’ll have to return it.

I recently had to return an item. I paid for the return postage and recorded the delivery. I was disappointed not to be refunded on the original delivery postage as outlined in the Which guide on Consumer rights 'I want to return something I bought online' and recently on the Supershoppers TV programme. However, when I sent the link to the company, they apologised and refunded my postage. Hopefully all postage will now be refunded for eligible refunds. Disappointed though that I had to point this out

My order still hasn’t shipped and it’s been over 2 weeks. I placed my order on 4/15/21. I noticed my order still didn’t ship so on 4/26/21, I contacted them for an update and they responded that my order would ship today 4/30/21 (it’s been 15 days since I first placed the order) and I reached out to them today 4/30/21 at 10:32 EST and as of 6:07 p.m EST, I received no response. I spent a large amount of money on my entire order. I understand the whole covid situation makes things difficult but the lack of communication is very upsetting. If I don’t hear back by tomorrow I will file a claim on paypal. BUYER BEWARE. Also, I haven’t had any issues at all with my purchases from other similar small sportswear businesses/companies during the past several months. Long story short, I’m not ever purchasing from here again. I will post updates on this issue.

Please dont order from them. Ive been waiting for my order for 6 months. They refuse to give me refund, even though I havent recived anything since february, its now july. They scammed me off 200$. They blame covid-19, but I did my order before and they took almost 4 months just you SEND my package. Also worth mentioning, they do not answer my emails anymore. So I actually lost 200$ and they could not care less, DONT gamble. There is a lot of brands out there who actually gates about their costumers.

I bought the Advolat Flieger 8 mainly because of the looks: large 47mm diameter case, timeless & aviation design. The Ronda 3540.d movement is decent. When I opened the box I was impressed with the looks and the quality impression. Hand written certificate of origin and serial number (out of 8888). Little hiccup here: the (hand written) # on the certificate doesn’t match the engraved # on the watch. Probably a human error (one digit missing). Overall very delighted with the watch, we’ll find out how it will behave in daily life, but I’m confident. One last note on customer service: top notch! These guys are available day and night, react instantly via chat and give you all relevant information regarding the production process and shipping. Great buy!

Amazing service! I had to return my items because of the sizes. But I really liked the product so I wanted to buy again just the right size for me. Usually 10% goes off if I request store credit, but they helped me to get the full store credit. I am really grateful. I also had a difficulty with sending the items back. They helped me to find a way to send it back since I didnt live close to the original post office the system recommended. They are very helpful! Then I wanted to buy again. For some reason I couldnt pay. So they offered to order it for me. My store credit covered almost all of the sum, but they offered to pay it, because of the malfunction. So nice! I really feel I was heard and they genuenly helped me.

I ordered two pairs of boots size 6 arrived very quickly, however one pair was a six that are great fit lovely. The other pair were a seven sent in error so had to return. I couldn’t use the return label system so cost me £11 to return. I then received my new pair of boots with a broken zip. I now have to pay £11 to return those. I am then told they don’t have a replacement pair. I can not exchange i have to have a refund and re order. All i can say is i won’t be bothering beyond disappointed i used Royal mail tracked service twice. I eventually received a pair of boots that are lovely 😊

I ordered a leather dress from A.K Rikk's. I wasn't sure of the fit and called the store, I spoke with Danielle who suggested I order the dress in the small size which I would not have done since I felt it would be too small for me. The second dress arrived and it is perfect! Furthermore both dresses were shipped in exquisite packaging and arrived quickly. I do a lot of internet shopping and deal with a lot of 'less-than-helpful' CS reps so I was quite surprised at how knowledgeable and helpful she was. I will definitely be looking at them for my shopping needs. Bravo!

I want to support this company for what they are attempting to do with the environment, but I can not. I bought a pair of washable silk pants for $200 that are okay, in an XS. I then ordered another skirt in an XS and when I got it I couldn't even get it over my hips. As well, it did not look as pretty as it did in the photo so I wanted a return, a day after I received the order. They responded that I can only use store credit and this was clearly labeled under the item, which I did not see. So, seeing that their sizing is inconsistent and fabrics are deceiving, I guess I am now out $100 because I would rather not deal with a company like this. These clothes are way too expensive for the quality of fabric AND the quality of customer care.

I bought the Amalfi swimsuit. Wore it down the beach today for 1.5hrs. Got home and took it off to find I was sunburnt through the suit!!!! Everywhere else was ok because I had sun cream on. It’s the strangest thing! This has never happened to me before. Maybe we’re spoiled with quality fabrics in Australia but pretty sure I’ve worn cheap bathers before and have never had this before. I literally have a reverse tan line!

EDIT: Adrianna is so helpful! While I may have had a bad experience at first, she completely turned it around. I received my missing paint tips, plus some bonus stickers. From what I understand, my first experience with customer service is not the norm, at all. The missing item is also not the norm, things happen, we’re all human. Besides that, the paints are amazing and go on so well! I can’t wait to buy more from them in the future. Before purchasing I did a lot of research on what paint brand would be best to use on shoes, clothes, and other things. I came to one conclusion: Angelus. I ordered everything I needed, to a total of $82.08. The package was delivered very quickly to my house and I had gotten everything I ordered except for one thing. My paint marker replacement tips, which are not expensive, only $2.95. I double and triple checked my package and the surrounding area, just to make sure I hadn't somehow missed it but there was no replacement tips to be found. I ended up e-mailing Angelus, telling them about the situation and they told me to check the package and the area around it, which I did once again. I told them that I still did not find the tips and they said they take a picture of every order they send out. I requested the picture be sent to me, which they did. It showed all the items I ordered, including the tips, laid out on a table. I figured the tips, being so small, could have gotten knocked off the able in the process of boxing up the items but it seemed like the people I was emailing did not have the time of day for dealing with me so I called the company. A lady picked up and she was very kind, she asked me my order number and told me that the replacement tips would be shipped out the next day. This was almost two weeks ago and no sign of it. Perhaps she just told me that to get rid of me for a bit, I am not sure. While I only lost $2.95, I still think it is very bad customer service to seemingly shoo people that need assistance off, as well as, saying that an item will be shipped out to you, but not end up doing it. I should have asked for a tracking number, but I know it will be too much hassle dealing with this company again so I recommend taking your business else where.

Disappointed after spending a long time organising an order only to find out they wanted my credit card statement and photo ID along with a photo of the last few digits on the credit card. ID name must match the one on the credit card. Ive never been asked to email all this before and have purchased from all over the world. In the end my order had to be cancelled and a refund was issued. I will need to find another brand to buy from that just accept my credit card without asking for so much extra stuff that could be fraudulently used against me.

Found out about this company through the YouTube channel RealMenRealStyle and I can say I'm impressed. I had high expectations and they're all met. By far. The straps and the buckles are of really great quality. They feel extremely solid. I've got a belt from Lacoste with the same type of clip on system Anson uses. But Anson uses real spikes, so the clips stay to the straps. Something Lacoste can learn from. I had some questions before purchasing and the personal contact I got with the owner showed me how much they care about their customers. I bought the gift-box and I recommend everyone to do the same. Now I've got effectively six belts for the price you usually pay for two.

I bought a steampunk belt from this website, expecting to get a light brown belt with 5 pouches. I ended up with a dark brown belt with 3 pouches. They FALSE ADVERTISE. I emailed them, and they blatantly told me that their manufacturer does not communicate with them when they change products, therefore they do not update their website with the correct items! In turn, you do not get the product you want! I also got my item for $7.19, when within a week it went down to $3.60! They tell you they have discounted products, but they upcharge you for shipping! They do not do returns either and are not accommodating. Save yourself the time and money, and do not buy from this website.

Buyer Beware! I purchased a mask from this company using their 40% off discount that they provided on their website. As soon as I got my mask, it was RIPPED on both sides of the face where the face meets the hair netting. I IMMEDIATELY emailed them within 10 minutes of receiving my package and asked them to please mail me an exchange since the one they sent was defective. They returned my email later that evening asking me to send them pictures, which I did. Then, the next day they emailed me saying that because I used their coupon, that the mask is AS-IS, no returns or exchanges. What the heck?! They sell defective masks then won't make things right for their customer?! Terrible! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE or else you risk having this happen to you as well. ***Edited*** The makeup I bought with this mask was super cheap too. Every time we tried to use it, the plastic holding the makeup literally crumbled in my hands. I can't believe this company sells such cheap stuff! Also, I disputed this through my bank and this company had the nerve to email me telling me that if I dispute their charge, "This issue will be forwarded to collections if necessary, including the $25 charge back fee and collection fees." This company is so unprofessional and are literally scamming people by selling cheap items for overpriced fees, then adding in a coupon to make sure they do not have to do any exchanges or returns. Very bad business. I will NEVER use this company ever again, and I suggest you stay far away from them too.

Even the box in which it came was super sleek. OSAKA 2.1 The listed price shown on the website is HK$893, but it deducted HK$909.85 from my account. Although the different is mininal, it is dishonesty in business. By the way, I have a doubt on the accurary of time. I wound my watch after my lunch break i.e. 2pm and agreed to my office clock. When I off duty, my office clock shown 6:25 but the watch shown around 6:20. I still testing my watch and hope it is a mistake. I believed the watch may be inaccuary

Deceitful Business Practices and Lies at Apricoat Nov 10, 2021 - Coat ordered from Apricoat with 3-5 day delivery Nov 18, 2021 - Apricoat support says "Two weeks"! Dec 25, 2021 - Christmas gift missed Dec 28, 2021 - Coat delivered. Dozens of defects, stains, poor sewing, mismatched cloth panel sizes, uneven seams. I ask for a refund. Jan 6, 2022 - Maurice from "Apricoat Support" tells me that as soon as I close my Problem Case at PayPal, they will issue a refund. Jan 11, 2022 - PayPal closes case and reverses the temporary refund I received Jan 12, 2022 - Send Maurice proof of case closed. Maurice says it's still open (a lie). Jan 23, 2022 - Apricoat (Maurice) still says case is open (another lie). Promises 24 hour resolution Jan 25, 2022 - I have to follow-up, of course. Maurice says Case is still open. The third lie from this liar. I have filed an FTC case, and a fraud complaint with the Delaware State Attorney General. It's my opinion that based on my experiences, folks should look elsewhere for a coat.

I placed an order for for some trainers, they can quickly. Retuned them for a different pair, the return for back quickly and new pair sent in good time too. The second pair I did not like so I returned them. It’s been over two weeks that they had been delivered as I always checked the tracking, I emailed customer service, revived an email back 24th March to tell me they had been delivered to their hub, they shall get someone to bring to the warehouse and process refund immediately. I emailed Monday with no response and still no refund. This is poor customer service. Which is a shame because the products are lovely. But customer service needs to be shiny too!!!

I had ordered a couple of pairs of the Jersey trousers again(after ordering a couple of pairs over the past couple of years) however a pair had developed a hole in the crotch area. The quality of the trousers had been in the past very good however for some reason a tear had appeared. I contacted the customer support and got a reply and a replacement pair ordered within an hour or so of my original email. Thank you for the great customer experience and being efficient and easy to deal with. I will be continuing to recommend and buy from you guys again 👍🏼

Unfortunately, for the price paid I was disappointed at the quality of the material. It looked like it had been in the wash a few times and the colour appeared dated and faded. I specifically asked for Arabic and English personalisation in a boxed border but only Arabic name was put on without any border. By all means, it's "OK" the price didn't justify the end product.

I received the AFFINITY bracelet as a gift and am so happy with it. It's beautiful, under-stated and very comfortable. So I've been chatting with customer service for three months now. I had three different packages coming even though I only made one order. One showed up 8 weeks after I ordered. It was ok. The next showed up yesterday - it was just bottoms, not a whole bathing suit and they were made horribly. Awful quality and the seems don't line up. AND I'm still waiting on another package even though all the tracking numbers that customer service provided me with say that all packages have been delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money and don't send your packages then don't provide you with any explanation. They won't give me a refund or cancel the order either because they say that it's already in transit, YET all the tracking numbers show that it has been delivered to my mailbox. No one would be able to steal from my mailbox. It locks and the postman is the only person with the key. It wasn't delivered. These people are scam artists and I'm pretty sure they're going to keep all of my money even though they didn't send me everything. BE CAREFUL BE CAREFUL BE CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS SITE! You will not see you packages for months and months even if they do show up! BEWARE! Attached is an image of the second package I got - one bath suit bottom missing it's top. But zoom in to look at the seams! And ends of the ties! It's SOOOO cheap! They didn't even tied of the ends! It's so awful. I wish I could get my money back! This company really just sucks.

I ordered online on 18/10/2020 and waited more than 1 month to received on 25/11/2020. 1 item was missing and the parcel was from China! All the products are made from China with cheap flimsy material. The bikini top doesn't fit well as it was badly sew and out of shape. The photos and review on their website are fake. And all negatives comments on their Facebook and Instagram was deleted.

I know it's been 1 month, my bad! For not reviewing the order I got from last year. Well, better late than never! Luckily I've got my good quality set - technically the shirt, first.... and free sunglasses. Then the skirt came a bit late. It was at first, lost BUT then when I mentioned about this to her. She then told the others to package it ON TIME , before the Holiday season! And it finally did came!
