Paguei quase 100fr neste site. Encomendei tudo no dia 16 de Maio e até hoje nada. O número de rastreamento nem sequer é valido, tentei entrar várias vezes em contacto com a equipa de suporte, mas sempre sem muito sucesso embrulhando-me que está a caminho e que seja paciente. Quando falo em reebolso nem sequer me respondem. Site FRAUDULENTO!!

I found sportspar.de searching for a Timberland coat both in Amazon and in Ebay, Sportspar is active in both the marketplaces. After further searches I found their site very professional and decided to buy with their own ecommerce. The site is only in German but this isn't a problem at all when you have Chrome. I bought a Timberland Mount Pierce Waterproof Coat to test their capability. They gave me an excellent experience: a wide range of products and variants, a price ratio without competition (just Euro 58 Euro for a Euro 300 worth coat), an international fast and economical DHL expedition with detailed tracking. As first time customer and newsletter subscriber they gave me a Euro 5 coupon.

I left a review on the page of the shoes I bought. Overall it was a great experience since I had to exchange the shoes because Pios run smaller than the normal shoes my daughter wears; it was easy to return them and I had the new shoes in 4 days after I sent the first pair. The shoes are excellent!

I bought ugg slippers for my GF for her birthday. She tried them on the day we got them. Not removing anything from them besides the cardboard insert inside 1 of them. She put it on and the size 8bqas to small. She has lots of uggs and wears an 8. So we sent email to exchange for a 9. They said they did have. So we returned them after they sent approval # sent them they were delived to them and now noone will return emails, messenger, or anything to us. Been 2 weeks and 10 or so emails. Feels like they love to take the money but god forbid they have to return it. Its horrible. Did everything they asked and now we just get nothing.

This company refuses valid refunds even after I consulted them before I sent it. The company confirmed that even though the seal had been removed, if deemed resellable after passing their “inspections” they would grant my refund. The watch was returned the morning after it was delivered, and unworn/unused and in perfect condition. They have failed to provide a reason as to why my strap has “failed” their inspections and have also said that they are now going to ignore any of my emails regarding the matter, where I am simply asking for a reason why my return was rejected. I am extremely upset by this as I didn’t think businesses were allowed to treat people this way anymore. I will not be using this company again unless they treat me with respect and fairness. Please can you contact me to provide a reason or issue my refund as you said you would given my circumstances. This has been a waste of time and money for me and I will now be purchasing the Milanese strap which is what I would have preferred in place of my original order.

Super fast delivery with top notch products!! Ordered myself and the wife a watch strap (defiant and fury) last week and couldn’t be happier. Our strap arrived the morning after placing the order and was packaged really well (I travel a lot so the gift box will work great as a carry case). After opening our straps I was really impressed, both were super easy to size and slid into my Apple watch snuggly (this has been a bit of an issue with straps I’ve bought from eBay in the past). Overall just a great experience... I’m sure I’ll be back again shortly! - Tom

Terrible company . Ordered fishnet hosiery from them and paid the same day . Items haven’t arrived 6 weeks later Having heard nothing at 4 weeks I contacted them to report it . They acknowledge that I haven’t received the items and that they have my money but won’t make a refund until they have ‘investigated’ it and won’t start an investigation until I report it again in writing. Just obfuscation to avoid repayment . Claim now with PayPal . Avoid this company

They really trick you on the refund policy. It's not really real. The pictures of 50% the dresses are not real either. They do have nice things, but if the picture has only one image, odds are that they will send you something with lower quality. Typical chinese scam.

A few hours later they emailed and advised they are now out of stock....just great as it was ordered for a party in 2 days. . They did send a free return label but now have to buy ink for my printer. Hope they refund my original postage S it was their error.

Terrible customer service. Followed their size chart, I'm much smaller than the size I ordered just to be safe. Yet the bust is so tiny I can't zip it up. Back zipper is open by several inches. I'm not large chested either. I told them their size chart is incorrect and they're response was basically "yeah we know it's wrong but we still won't pay the return shipping if you want an exchange." I'd be happy to return the dresses for exchange but I shouldn't have to pay for shipping again seeing as I did my part and followed their size chart, how was I supposed to know it was incorrect?? I trusted what was posted on their site and that's my fault? wow. Never ordering from them again.

Should have sent a review in sooner but seeing as I bought a pocket watch off this firm last Christmas I thought I'd save it up as an anniversary tribute. They are the worst online retailers I've ever done business with. The watch stopped working after a week, I then had to send 2 emails before I got a reply, they claimed they never got the first email. Eventually sent the watch back only after having to haggle for the correct sellers I'd code that DHL use for return post. Eventually got a replacement watch that wouldn't start. So back to square one had to contact them again emails don't seem to go down well so I rang the second time after returning the watch. I got through to 2 online reps on 2 occasions who didn't seem to know what was going on. One promised me a refund didn't hear anything for a nearly a week, rang back got put through to another rep who told me another replacement watch was been arranged. Told them I definitely didn't want another replacement of the same watch and that the previous rep who I named had promised a refund. Well I got a refund alright, no apologies were forthcoming though and on the whole my experience of this firm is that they are pig ignorant with the PR skills of Ebenezer Scrooge. Do business with them at your peril

Reading the negative reviews shock me when I’m so happy with my purchase! Purchased Friday and received Tuesday, customer service was brilliant as I was being picky and wished to add more of my own touch to a bracelet. The bracelet turned up, packaged in a padded bag and the box for the bracelet was lovely. The bracelet is so dainty and I cannot wait to give it to my mother in law. Reading the comments about the quality, it is a fairly cheap priced company, so you cannot expect too much however I am happy with the product so far! Thank you ☺️

Stein mart Nevada ave Colorado. I was so excited to do a little shopping & found summer dress rack said “ reduced to $20. Thought long & hard cuz we can’t try on. Cashier rang it up as $30 something. I told her it wAs in the $20 rack but she didn’t even say that she would look. There were a lot of confusing signs but not this 1. A very good company and lovely shoes, and sandals but since they moved the service changed and I did not get the 8 pairs of shoes I paid for, there was nothing I could do other than not buy a multiple order ever again pack badly one style I ordered two pairs they send one pair when I rang there was no interest. A part from that I have never had a problem before. Very helpful before.

I have been a desigual fan for 2-3 years now. These are the reasons I love Desigual 1. Very colourful, especially with mandalas. Wardrobes in Europe is mostly boring with blacks, greys, browns, blues and whites, with red added in at times. Designs are geometric and repetitive. Desigual came in with splashes of colours like yellow, green, purple etc. It is a treat for the eyes and feels so good to wear. Its symbolic of life which is happy, happening, bright and optimistic. It is also a break away from the traditional, so called elegance of single hues!! 2. Designs are innovative, youth centric and makes fantastic use of flowy material. 3. Even the accessories are colourful and wonderful to wear, scarves, belts, shoes all add into giving brightness to life. Its kind of bohemian too. 4. The price can be high, but I always wait for the sales in February and July where you can get fantastic bargains. 5. Their designs are unique, so when you see anyone else on the street wearing Desigual, you tend to point out and say "Desigual?" and the person replies " yes" and you are part of the same family then!!

Sockshop seems rather innocuous as few people go online thinking "I need socks". From my own experiences socks are mostly gifts. Yet, I felt the urge to treat myself on a number of quliaty socks from Pantherella, John Smedley and T.Hilfiger. The large but organized array of socks hit the spot between choice anxiety and individualism. Minor point are the shipping costs and the poor return process for countries not in the UK. But who returns socks anyway?

Rubbish quality! Completely overpriced! I thought they were good shoes, so I bought 2 pairs: boots for outside and stiletto heels for work(only wore them inside the office). The boots’ sole broke within the first month of purchase and the colour of the stilettos started to fade after 3 months(they are navy suede-like material) and now the material started to peel off the heel. I could not believe it! Will never purchase from them again.

I called up customer services because nobody answers their phones in any of the stores. I wanted to return some shoe trees because the side spring wasn't smooth enough and in effect it was stretching the shoe which i didnt want. The woman in customer services told me so long as i had the receipt it was ok to return. so i spend over an hour getting to the Holbourn branch and the manager woman seemed reluctant to give me a refund. She asked if i wanted a replacement, i told her i found a better pear else where (maybe i shouldnt have said this), she then asked for the receipt which i produced, the card i paid with, which i also produced and then she told me to wait while she call the customer services as she was not sure weather they were returnable. she returns after some time and told me i could not get a refund only a replacement. she bought a replacement with her and the spring on that was also poor. i called customer services again the the person behind the phone didn't want to continue the conversation, she admitted she told me that it could be returned but did not appologise or seem sorry at all, and she the told me she had to put the phone down due to the language i was using??????? so i asked her what language because i know i didn't swear at all or use any foul language. She told me she could not repeat what i supposedly said as it was a bad word ( or something). would not go here again, when you go to buy a product they try very hard to upsell all sorts of things you dont really want, and then when you want a refund for a faulty product they don't want to do it. they also mislead and lie.

This is the first time I've used this company and will definitely use them again. I ordered a pair of stud earrings Thursday evening which arrived on the following Saturday. The stud earing are everything I expected, they were very reasonably priced as was the postage. In the postage envelope was a lovely little envelope which my earrings were packaged inside. Put my Omega watch in for a service £ 320 first time they only put a battery in which lasted less than a week and stopped. Took the watch back and they did a full service this time got it back after 5 weeks. I took it of when I went into the shower had my shower tried to put it on and the back fell off. Took it to the local watchmaker who put it on correctly. first time the watch lasted less than a week second fault 5 days and charged £320. Still waiting for a proper reply

The Iconic used to have excellent customer service and very quick delivery, which is what made it so good and better than other shopping sites. Over the past 10 months though I have had nothing but problems with every single item purchased - going missing, getting lost in transit, not being shipped until chased; their customer service just regurgitates the same line over and over and their delivery dates are never met anymore. Customer service often promised an 'investigation' however weeks later I have found that these investigations haven't been opened. The Iconic used to be my number one shopping site, but now I would rather spend my money anywhere else.

Ordered a dress and I don’t think they ever had it available. Really disappointing and why don’t they just stay out of stock at point of order, rather than making you wait for 5 days. Very poor customer service.

£5 postage for one lipbalm that took 5 days to arrive. Not the worst but not the best - little things like a personalised note with it, or a pretty envelope would make a difference, but as it stands it's a lot to pay to receive the same standard paypal email receipt, a generic dispatch email, and a generic envelope containing your item with a returns form that you would get if you bought something cheap on ebay, (item did come in a gossamer bag.)

Just had my first order delivered very promptly but had to send most of it back. Wrong blouse (size 16 instead of 12), two other blouses size 12 - one right and other far too tight. Should have been 16. 2 long cardigans size medium -one right and other far too big. Disappointed to say the least.

Incredibly disappointed with. Not only did they fail to contact me to say that the item I paid for was out of stock, when I chased them, I was not even offered an apology and treated brusquely on the phone. No help offered to rectify their mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, but it’s how you handle them and rectify them that matters.

All I can say is do not order from this company. Everything from the lack of haste in receiving your order, to the atrocious customer service. The failure to return calls, the failure to dispatch the correct goods and finally the failure to refund postage & packing charge for a mistake they made is enough of a reason to avoid this company like the plague. I was left with no Christmas gift for a relative & now I have to chase the refund they promised me. Avoid at all costs!

Fricking amazing. I can't speak for all these bad reviews... but my order was perfectly well handled and great quality clothing. Oversized really does mean oversized though so watch out. But yes amazing.

I will never order again after they sent me a faulty jumper covered in makeup stains along with black marks, I never tried the jumper on as I noticed it straight away and put it back in the bag and when I sent the item back and put on the delivery note that it arrived faulty they tried to say it was me and wouldn't take responsibility for sending me a dirty damaged jumper.

Awful. Ordered online and shoes came USED dirty soles, stretched to shape of a foot, marked and smelly. Emailed about this and was simply told to return them and they’d pay return postage. Two weeks later got an email confirming return (not including postage!!) and it’s been nearly a month and I’m yet to receive the money

never had such a bad experience with a retailer. Ordered pair of trainers on 30/12/2018 with dilevery timeframe between 07.01.2019 and 09.01.2018. Called on company on 08.01.2019 and found that order is not shipped and they dont know when it will be shipped. Emailed on 11.01.2019 and got a response =》I apologise for the dleay with this and we do not have an ETA on this at the moment but I will keep an eye on this and give you an update as soon as I can.  Called on 14.01.2019 and have same response. What's going on?

It's now a month since i was promised my refund and there is no update on the refund proceeding. Their customer care number when you call no one is there to pick up, i have spent days calling and not even once have i been answered. How long does it take to approve a refund? Horrible customer service ever, I regret buying from them.

they are horrible! The customer service just hangs up on you after telling you they can't help you. They don't respond to emails ina timely or correct manner. They take your money and never give you product or your product is wrong. Save yourself a headache, go to Kohls.

Their prices were fine, and I was excited about my purchases. But once I got them I realized they were made with a cheap material, and didn't fit anything like I thought they would. So I decided to return them. Their return process is awful. You have to do this back and forth chat with their customer service, and they only give you a partial refund if you want your money back. They make you pay for shipping, which is ridiculous. Definitely would not recommend shopping with this company, unless you don't mind all the work and frustration.

One of the worst quality shirt I bought . Expensive and after one wash ( on 30deg delicate) the shirt not only shrank but look so haggard and white shirt looks so pale . Spent £40 on a short and wore it twice . This is a genuine review . Even one star is a generous rating . Never bought any shirt from them . You better off buying shirt from ASOS. Excellent return , no postage charges and half the price and last 10 times more. You need to pay for returning shirts . Save your money !

Brought some shirts from them and there is too much fabric just at the shoulders. Tried size S,M. No matter what size I tried all of them have this issue on all shirts. Returned them to back and then they returned them back saying they have been worn. I’ve literally just tried them on once to see if they fit. Be warned, if you try anything on even once they may not refund you. The customer service is very bad. By law for postal goods ordered online you should be able to try something on and return it for a refund if you want. Obviously it must be in resellable condition. Mine was completely in resellable condition and tried on only once. I think they may actually be breaking online trading law. They just want to grab your money and don’t care at all about after care or customer service.

The customer service is really good. The clothes are such fun ordered far too many things from them since discovering the company and always been please with the clothes. Had a slight issue once and it was quickly resolved so will continue to shop with them.

I ordered a skirt and selected next day delivery expecting it to come on a Saturday, which was my mistake as they clearly stated deliveries were on working days only. The skirt was due to arrive the following week, after the event I had bought it for so I didn't want it anymore. As soon as I contacted Joanie they recalled the package and refunded me (not including delivery fee) as I had asked. Very easily done! Just a shame weekend delivery wasn't an option!

I ordered a rope, the wrong product was dispatched, I needed a quick turnaround on the product but alpinetrek needed me to go out of my way to post the incorrect product back. I managed to get it posted and sent over proof of postage as requested. 4 days later I have still not heard back from Alpinetrek. I've had to order the same product from a local company. Avoid alpinetrek if possible, very poor customer service, exceptionally slow to deal with problems when they arrise, genuinely not worth saving a few pounds/euro If you want a product sent correctly and within a reasonable timeframe

Awful service policy. I ordered a shovel/ice axe. They sent the wrong item. They didn't have stock of the correct item. And then kept my money until I could return it. I needed the item for a holiday and this process prevented me from being able to reorder anything. Also the initial delivery took a significant length of time. A German company fronting as an English one. Avoid if possible.

I wont say it was a bad experience. The sfaff were friendly and helpful. I have a patterned woollen sweater that is old and needs replacing so I thought EWM Kings Lynn would be the place. I bought a cotton one from M&S but didn't like it. EWM had lots of plain colours but I wanted patterned. I got a nice one made of polyester, on sale at 27. It's OK but I wanted wool. I certainly would not have paid the original price for what is essentially plastic. I would have thought from the name that I could get wool. I now find exactly what I want from "Great and British Knitwear" made in Scotland from actual wool and only 24. If EWM had a decent range of patterned WOOL sweaters I would surely have bought one.

I visited EWM today at the Woodcote garden centre,with my mother who is in a wheelchair,she was trying on some jumper’s and was asking our opinion when a member off staff bought a long mirror over for us so my mother could have a look at herself,and even helping her take them off. The name on the receipt was Susan,and we would like to thank her for her kindness.
