Fantastic service and correspondance! I ordered a Tissot watch on a Monday for my dads birthday which was on the Thursday. They didn't have the watch in stock so had to order it in direct from Tissot Switzerland. I stressed to them that i had to have it by Thursday so they requested an Express delivery from Tissot Switzerland. I received the watch on Wednesday a day early! Really impressed with these guys for making it happen, thank you Robyn! 100 % recommend this company.

It was an easy experience once I had figured out what dress I wanted to hire! I even had to change the delivery date to a day earlier in which they made seem effortless. The dress arrived on time, and fit perfectly to what they had recommended. It was great quality and everyone at the wedding complimented my dress saying how beautiful it was. I can not fault this service ! Can’t wait to have another event to use glam corner again.

Shockingly poor customer service from the owner and her staff who claim to care about their customers, and yet my partner was described as an 'ahole and a bully because she asked for a phone call to discuss the issue, rather than being igored in emails. The owner also wrongly assumed that because the emails were coming from my email address, that it was my words etc... but all i was doing was typing out my partners words. They only care about their customers when they are buying things, have any kind of issue and you're called names, like a little child spitting their dummy out!

Trust me! They don’t deserve this star right there! I had a credit card with American eagle Outfitters that I used to pay on time and stoped using it lately. All of a sudden, today I l noticed a new inquiry plus 5 points off my credit score and when I checked it out I found out that American Eagle decreased my credit limit. And when I called the account manager said that AE have the right to decrease and increase your limits from time to time, and then said to avoid fraud in your account! I said you guys are scam coz if you wanted to avoid fraud you would’ve close the whole account not decreasing my limit and hurting my credit score! We kept arguing and she hung up on my face. Don’t get credit cards from this company! Save yourself guys this headache

Due to Covid-19, many businesses are closed. As soon as non-essential businesses began closing down, American Eagle began sending out promotional emails about their super sales and how internet sales will be their priority until all of the shut-downs and shelter-in-place orders are lifted. Many items were discounted significantly on the web, and "free shipping" was offered in most instances. I, along with several friends, went online and purchased items from American Eagle and Aerie in good faith, and our credit cards were charged upon purchase. However, the items never arrived. When I called the 800 customer service number, I was told that the items were "slightly delayed" due to the limited staff, but that they were working hard to get everything out. Another friend, after receiving FURTHER American Eagle promotional emails about another sale (which the website offered at this low price for a limited time only - she had to order before the end of the week) went online and purchased several items from Aerie as well, and like the rest of us, her packages never arrived, either. After about 3 weeks of this and the same remote answers from American Eagle call center staff, "We're working on it. It is set to go out tomorrow." Or "It is scheduled to go out tonight," I started getting emails from American Eagle stating that the orders may be "delayed" due to Covid-19. One email even said the orders might be cancelled. However, my credit card is STILL charged, and I am paying interest on items that I NEVER received!! I called American Eagle BACK and told them just to refund the items to my credit card, but I was told by them that they could not do this. The items could not be "returned" to my card until they have shipped. However, according to the emails, not only have the items not shipped, they may NEVER ship. I finally got an agent on the phone for American Eagle who is out of the country, and he told me, "Yes, our distribution center is closed down due to Covid-19. It was supposed to be re-opened in 10 days, with yesterday being the 10th day. It has been closed since March 17th. But not only has it not reopened, no one has contacted the call centers to tell us when or if it will EVER be reopened." So, American Eagle, just to clarify: You have been actively sending out emails to ALL your customers as well as advertising on your website that all these great prices are being offered exclusively for this short time-period, you are offering "free shipping" with online orders, and that customers have to buy NOW to take advantage of these great deals. And you KNOW that your warehouse is closed, is NOT scheduled to reopen at any specific date, and you are holding customers' money in limbo??? Why would you sell items to customers who, in good faith order and pay, when you KNOW you can't deliver the product?? A complaint is being filed with the Attorney General as we speak, and also with the Better Business Bureau.

I bought a dress from this company and took a chance on them. I paid through Paypal. Apparently they just ship to whatever address paypal has on file. Well Paypal has an address from 10 years ago!!!! I could not remember that address if I tried. I called and explained that no I could not drive from Virginia to Mississippi to personally return the package. They offered to send me another one at price of course. No I don't want to buy another dress! I want the dress I paid for! Horrible customer service. Had they taken care of me I would have bought many items but they've lost my business and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

I was reluctant to order based on all the negative reviews, but thought the trousers were too cool not to order, so I decided to buy them anyway. Admittedly, the delivery took longer than I’d have expected (ordered on 4th April - delivered on 19th May), but nevertheless they arrived today and I have to say, I think they’re great. The design is really cool, the material is actually pretty comfortable and they’re a good fit. Don’t get me wrong, the quality could be slightly better, but I’ve never seen anything like them around so still think they’re worth it.

The Handbag Spa did a great job to restoring my 21 yo leather bag substantially to its former glory. The color has been restored, the scratches removed and the bag was thoroughly cleaned. The inner liner was restitched and the bag looks like it's had a new lease on life. I use the bag everyday and have for all its life. It's held up well as it was a high quality bag in the first place. With this restoration, it will be good for another 20 plus years of use.

My bag has been completely resuscitated I got the same feeling I did when I received it newly. New colour new bag. It’s given it a new lease of life! I’m no longer scared for the others now. And the price to pay whilst it’s not cheap it’s worth it for the investment and compared to the prices of these designer bags. Customer services were in touch every step of the way. Bought a Felt Dispatch 9/70 - really cool bike - and ordered the $99 for 99% assembly. The bike came with no pedals (some don't but this one is supposed to), no front wheel quick release skewer (meaning I can't attach the front wheel!), no manuals/warranty/instructions. It's as if some important stuff was not put back in the box after partial assembly! So far I've received no response from customer service. Will keep trying. ------- update: reached them on phone after a while (don't bother with their email support!), and they are having the missing parts mailed to me. Rating updated.

Once I bought the dress and I want to return as the size were so wrong, the customer service team refused to refund and gave me a store credit. Once a sales was on, I decided to use it otherwise my money would be wasted then I have been advised that my store credit could only be used on FULL PRICE ITEMS. What??? I would say the consultant and shopping experience were good and met expectations. The lead time for the garments was disappointing, coming in longer than the maximum lead time quoted at purchase and more than twice as long as what was conveyed as the probable delivery time. I appreciate the environment had changed some with the early COVID situation impacting supply chains globally so on this I can be somewhat empathetic. That said, the slacks and the shirt needed rework. The waist on both slacks was too tight and that was hard to understand given I lost 15 pounds between when I was measured and the garments arrived. And the neck on the shirt was too loose and needed to have the button moved. Disappointing but I supposed not unheard of for first time customers. I haven’t worn the garments much yet so I cannot yet speak to their durability and wear but I am pleased with the look of each.

After ordering the same products for the second time (because the first time I ordered the order got cancelled on bergfreunde’s behalf even though I paid for it?!) I recieved a package. I ordered a full set for my one year old $80 something dollars and it came with someone else's name on it.. It's been 3 months and I still have not received a replacement or refund... Nobody person ever contacted me just automated email messages... I'm really upset I even ordered from a FB site.. Disgusting customer service and business practice.

Should have read some reviews before making my purchase. Spit a fat bag on what I thought was going to be high quality clothes. The quality was very poor for the price I paid. Might as well just bought the same dress off of SHEIN for a third of the price. In any case the items were very unflattering in lack shape in their fit. If you’re going to purchase anything purchase a crop top, but there’s no reason to spend their prices on such poor quality.

Ordered a pair of shoes. Never got a confirmation email and then emailed them to try and track and just keep getting the same automated email. Asking to send my order number to find my order…but I never received an order number. My card got charged but I still haven’t heard back or seen any progress on my order. Fuck this company and they’re non existent customer service.

Before I ordered, I specifically sent a mail to check if the items are sold DDP and if I had to pay duties in Nigeria, customer service replied and said all prices included duties with no extra charges. Only for the items to arrive Nigeria and DHL asked me to pay 30% extra for customs!!! I have no problem paying, but why did Italist lie and give misleading information???? Stated even on their site that all taxes and customs are included and there are no hidden cost!!!! You lied!!! And I am disappointed

I ordered almosg 2 months ago and realized shortly after my phone populated an old address, sent an email to update it, no response. I emailed again after some time had passed to check on the status of my order, no response. I emailed a few more times after to just cancel my order and refund me my money, no response. I recently got a tracking number and email that my shipping label was "printed" on sept 27, 2021....but it has yet to actually ship. Today is Oct 13th, 2021....I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. I wish I would've seen the last review sooner.....

I ordered a shirt back in June and after 10 days, I emailed to ask about when my order will ship. They never responded, but sent a promotional email in that time. After a few days, I tried emailing them again and messaging them on Instagram (@campfire_clothing_co) several times. I also tried commenting on their Facebook posts and messaging them there as well...all with zero response. The only response I received was a notification that my order had been refunded, which I am grateful for, but I would have liked some sort of response and communication from them (other than a promotional email). I recently checked back on their Instagram and it says that their account does not exist. I know it still exists because my coworker found their account...THEY BLOCKED ME for asking about my order. Do not buy from them.

I told them I would wait 2 weeks until I get my business started and that I would contact them when I am ready but his response was "We are going to move on and find another company in your area to work with."... This site is a site that I have just started to use. The merchandise is somewhat legit.... I won several bids , one was a pair of bangles (costume jewelry at best). There must be a middleman of the better term is pitch bidder who drives up the price. The bangles were not worth the bidding price of $5.00 plus $10.00 shipping and handling which was outrageous!!! It takes anywhere from 5 to 6 days to get what you won, considering this is first class postage. I am looking half-heartedly on getting the watches that I won, ( they are suppose to be from police property and others)... All materials are shipped from Industry, California; if this is a police auction why.... What is Luxury Line Wholesale? Why are their products on this site.... If any other person has used this site and found it be legit . Respond

RUN. - Won a bunch of items for cheap, they claim they can't package items together so some has free shipping, some is payed. They packaged MOST of my items together then charged my credit card a couple grand in shipping fees. - When I enquire about it, they LOCK ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT and claim they now need to talk to me to verify who I am. They have a photo of my passport and credit card. I made them aware, BEFORE spending six grand, I am going to be living at the hospital starting today for at least a week, now MELANIE in the VP department is basically blackmailing my account until I can get ahold of them - THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE PEOPLE ANSWERING PHONES. Just a phone line to a voicemail box to nowhere. They can return emails but not calls, they are giving me the run around, meanwhile I am in the hospital.

To start with, you pay over-priced service to make their mobile app looks good, which aims to attract new users but not to improve service. Once you actually start to use it you will find out it's complete useless, repond time is well over 12 hours in most case due to poor logistic management. They would be a lot better hire a few business managers to sort the basics out instead of programmers to cook a fansy app, but I guess good service doesn't attract new customer as fancy looking app does. The actual service is horrible, improper handling of items, poor quality and filthy improper work from time to time. Random deliver/collection miss and, worst of all, missing items are never recovered. They basically don't bother to check anything on the cloth just to cut cost and save time. Say goodbye to your favourite cufflinks and collar bones if you happen to forget to take them off because it sure won't be there when the shirts come back.
