I ordered 5 items on the first of December 2019; a stockings and garder set, a stuffed animal, a Babygirl sweater, a pair of panties, and stockings. I received an email on the third about two of those items being on the way. Since, I have never received an email about the remaining items. I received only those two items out of my order but when I check the status of the remaining items, it says that 2 of them have been delivered (which I was never told had even shipped, let alone arrived) and the last item hasn’t even shipped yet. I have tried several times to reach them through social media and email and never got a response. I am extremely disappointed and angry that I wasted almost 50 dollars ordering from this site. Tracking is poor and unreliable. Customer service is almost non existent as far as I’ve seen and as it stands now I don’t see them refunding me for the remaining items I never received. The only reason this review is 2 stars and not one is because one of the only two items I received was exactly like it looked on the site and is made out of nice material.

I ordered two dresses from Loavies within a week. The first dress which came was way too small, even though the page says that the sizes are "normal fitting" (I'm normal a size XS this was an size S). Couldn't zip it on the back, but found a solution to live with. The problem was, that on this time I'd already ordered the other dress. No wonder this dress was also too small when it arrived. Therefore I decided to send it back (which is a nightmare to do - especially if you don't live in the Netherlands, and I'm from Denmark). The package said, that I had to sent an e-mail to Loavies support team. So I did. Then I got a mail two days after which said, that I had to print the return label on their page online. I found the return label, which where one of those who had a barcode, so I could just send it away, and then Loavies would charge the shipping from the returning money. Now it's been 3 weeks since I sent the item back. I haven't heard a word from Loavies - not even a confirm which says that they got it back and are about to proceed my money (which I know can take a little time). For me that's just bad service. There's really some pretty dresses on the page, but I would never even consider to order something again, when I 1. can't trust the sizes and 2. Never get my money back for the item again. I i'm not even sure that I will ever see the money again. This is a waste of time AND money - especially when I've in all paid 16,30 Euro for the shipping of a dress which cost 29,99 Euro...

I placed an order on January 5th, when I ordered it said it took 2-5 days to arrive, it's been 15 days and I haven't received my order yet. At least the company should send an email explaining something. I wrote messages through facebook, e-mail and instagram and nobody answers me. Thank you, Mariana Pascoal.

They betray the customer in the way they make you believe this is a Norwegian company and the shipment is also done in Norway. Second the will send you an email after you have completed your order and already paid it by credit card. The mail will make you believe that something with the payment went wrong and you have do redo it. So you order and pay twice! I don't know if that is any illegal behavior, because you get what you have paid for after 2-3(!!!!) weeks, but i feel pretty fuccked by this company as there real residence is of course not Norway, but some tax-paradise like Cyprus ( or Malta??)... Will never order there again. Just go to a real shop and spend your money there. Don't send it to Cyprus....or Malta.... Or wherever they hide... And of course you wanna make me believe that i forgot something in my kart and misunderstood that i already made one order. whats weird about that is that i got my two orders on the same day, but i made the second order about 6 days after the first. so you have a system of betraying implemented. Thats the reason why you are hiding in Malta!!!! You make the people order and pay twice. And for that little amount of money its only worth to me to give you bad references whereever i have the chance to, but i wont waste my time here further and of course wont waste time with trying to send something back to malta or even exspect to get money back from a company thats hiding there.

Purchased 2 items from company. A skirt and the Aubrey puff sleeve dress. I ordered then both in largest size 24. I'm a size 18-20 max The dress is tiny. If you have a bust size over a size B good luck. Although I could move the zip the zip is of very poor quality and I fear it will break when crossing the waist portion. Insult to injury it cost 10 pound to ship it to me and its my responsibility and my cost to ship it back. A further 10 +in euros. I also had to pay customs . In total 95 euros was paid for the dress and ill be making a loss in returning it. Will not waste money on this company again

their sizing is AWFUL, ordered 2 dresses one in size 20 and the other in 22 and if anything the size 22 was smaller than the 20. i’m usually an 18/20 so very disappointed. Messaged them twice with no reply as of yet; no clear indication of how to send item back so might have to learn how to sew so i can wear the dresses.

My most recent purchase was a lovely black silk blouse but I couldn’t resist two 3/4 T-shirt’s as well. I love the clothes in this shop and always end up buying if I walk-in. They have a fabulous array of colours and the personal service you get in there is fabulous. The lady in Marlborough is so helpful and greets you like a friend ! I would definitely recommend... but don’t really want everyone to know for my own selfish reasons ;)

total scam; paid 6.99 shipping costs for a 2 dollar watch, then they billed my credit card 98.00.. credit card co. caught the fraud and issued another card and damn, they billed it again. I cancelled the credit card and called the company at the credit cards advice, they did cancel my order.....THAT I NEVER GAVE THEM ANYWAYS???????????? these are total rip-offs don't respond to anything saying you've got a "FREE GIFT WAITING" its not free its not even worth the shipping cost, they just want your credit card number.

People who gave this company 4 or 5 stars have had a different experience to me. Can't give a higher rating than 1 star as still waiting for an item I was told was despatched on 6 April. No tracking information. When politely asked, Customer services play the 'you have to wait up to 14 working days for delivery' broken record. They can't track a parcel from the point of despatch in Europe until it reaches the Royal Mail. For a high price end retailer this is unacceptable. So I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a parcel value £250, and no one can tell me where it is or when I will get it. Poor systems, poor customer care. Do you feel lucky?

Have bought a couple of items and each time the despatch and delivery times have been dreadful....8-10 days from ordering. SCAM!!! I would never recommend to buy from this brand. I purchase a $70 phone case which had been in route for nearly two months. It was coming from Australia which I gave the benefit of the doubt as I understand from experience that shipping to America from Australia can take this long. On expected delivery day, I received a message on the tracking web page that delivery had been attempted but mailing address was incorrect. The mailing address was perfectly correct and I checked multiple times to confirm this. I did not omit my apartment number either. Not long after on the tracking page, It was marked as returned to sender. so I literally just never received my product. I know this isn’t a fault of the company’s, but when I reached out to let them know of the situation, they offered me nothing to rectify my loss. I had a situation once before where a package had been been marked as delivered but I couldn’t locate it. I live in a building and package theft unfortunately happens here and there. In a scenario where the package had been marked as delivered to my address and I was claiming to have never received it, I would understand their hesitancy in resending the product or offering a refund as there’s no direct proof that I did not receive it. However in this situation, the tracking number had explicitly stated that it was returned to sender. It took multiple emails of complaints on my end for them to even offer me any compensation, and it was in the form of a percentage off of my next purchase. As if I would want to give them any more of my money! not to mention, a discount would not even make up for my loss of money as I would essentially just be paying them MORE in total at the end of the day when including my losses. And for something that was completely out of my hands. Once again, I purchased a phone case that was $70. A purchase most people would find unreasonable from an indie brand discovered on Instagram. I even compromised and asked to have the product resent instead of a full refund. They wouldn’t budge. Never had an experience like this in a situation that I couldn’t have prevented. Super turned off by the way they conduct business. Won’t be ordering again

First things first they do NOT accept returns, and it is my fault that I did not notice this beforehand. I ordered an iphone case and less than 24 hours later decided that I had no longer wanted it. The order had yet to have even passed the “order placed” stage and was not being processed. I emailed customer service asking they cancel the order and refund me. That is when I was informed that once I place an order there’s nothing else I can do. And that is a HUGE red flag. Any company that has confidence in the fact that they are producing a quality product would give customers a chance to return said product if they truly wanted to, Australian company with a French name Maison de Sabre, does not. I decided to be content with my decision and to try and enjoy the case when it arrives. It has been less than six months and the case is destroyed. The lining is pealing off. The outer edges on the back appear filthy but from what I can only assume is erosion from putting my phone in and out of the back pockets of my jeans, which would have never happened if these cases were truly made of leather and not plastic. The case does not suit its purpose whether it be style or durability you are better off purchasing literally anything else. Not having a return policy and deleting reviews is a good enough reason to not purchase from here already, but in addition to this an $80 - $100 iphone case should not be this crude and crappy.

I ordered a pair of custom pearl earrings from Marcello Riccio London, and they gave me a really good price on them and did a good job delivering what I wanted. I live in San Francisco in the USA, so communication was really important to me, as I have never purchased custom jewelry online before. Francesca and the lab team were amazing at communicating and responding promptly every time even during the holidays. When I got the earrings, there was an issue with the closing mechanism, and Marcello himself made it a point to speak to me when I called via Skype, and then Francesca arranged prompt Fedex pickup from my house. The earrings were fixed and re-delivered within a week - just in time for a big event I wanted to wear them for. I'm very happy with the result and their excellent customer service.

So I had to buy another swimsuit local. Then I received a 2nd suit on July 17th. Today is July 19th and I’m still waiting for the last 2 swimsuits. This was my first time ordering from Maxx. My son loves these sunglasses so I bought him some for Xmas. Ordered on Dec 14 and received them on the 27th. Unacceptable customer service, nobody answers the phone whilst ringing, booked a weekend appt to sort my wedding suit out whilst visiting this place there is no clear sign or indication of where the actual unit is, left waiting nearly 2 hours for somebody to come down as they forgot about my appt and nobody was at the unit. Went to get right size the worker Zak tried to sell me a suit that was not new but he was adamant it was new, didnt take time to help me get the right fit . Messed around a complete waste of time, they get most of their products from house of cavani which is also in bham and cheaper so i would rather go there. Would not recommend or use again due to bad service and lack of trust.

I stumbled across Meschantes about 15 years ago when I started doing RenFaires and historical reenacting. I have purchased 7 or 8 corsets from them, and have only had ONE really minor complaint. The corsets I have received have been sturdy, well made, fit perfectly and are a wonderful price. My latest order (which I am feverishly awaiting!) will be triple boned - my waist training corset was quad boned. I have never had any problems with what I want - Sandra is always willing to work with me. I DO wish they'd go back to having real leather again, but I can do without a leather corset. For anyone who wants to fuss at me about the leather, think about this: faux leather, whether shoes, corset, other apparel or whatever, will crack and break LONG before real leather would. I don't know about you, but personally, I can't afford to keep buying new (anything} because it breaks or wears out BEFORE it is even properly broken in! And, faux leather doesn't custom form to the wearer. Leather conforms with wear, and is truly a long lasting material. All you have to do is take reasonable care of it! Anyway, I've read the bad reviews of Meschantes, and can only say that this is NOT my experience with them - and I've been doing business with them for a very long time!

I've worn corsets for 28 years. I've had a lot of custom corsets made in that time. never have i ever had such a corrupt merchant. thank god i paid for it via cc, or i would have had no means to recover my money for the complete fuasco of a custom corset they sold me. not a single measurement, not one, matched what i gave them for the finished garment. customer service was completely non-communicative when i tried to contact them to resolve the issue. the really absurd bit on their part was that i was willing to pay for a second one and not worry about a refund on the first, i just wanted it to fit! but apparently they didn't care and didn't want to talk at all. after 2 months of trying to resolve it, i took it to my cc company and they reversed the charge and presumably went after the merchant themself. it's a shame too, it was beautiful, well constructed, and in all probability would have been an excellent corset.

ATTENTION FRAUD!!!! This company is dubious! I ordered boots that were sent to me from Italy. Without labels!!!!! I only tried them on at home and sent them back because they are too tight for me. The retailer claims I wore them and I now - after it was checked by so called Dispute Center - have to keep the boots. ANYONE could have worn these boots in the shop in Italy. MIINTO gives no assurances. Do not buy here under any circumstances. I will consider legal action.

Ordered a Parka and other items which arrived within three days. Yes the prices are slightly below others. The Parka that arrived clearly had not been checked pre dispatch as there was only half a zip...... I know it was surplus but surely the coat should have a working zip. I made contact advised to return at my own expense (Heavy parka).....yet the item was faulty. The item was returned and unfortunately I had to chase the replacement.....twice. Warehouse move was given as the reason....acceptable in my opinion. The replacement arrived from a completely different source. Should have kept the first one and paid £20 for a new zip. The smell (two washes later), the collar had something on in which looked like dried sick (Which has left the fur collar near bald after washing). The pockets where full of rubble. There was a rip down one side and various holes and damage (All but one repaired). I didn't expect a new / grade 1 parka but what I did expect was a functioning parka. Unfortunately to return it would cost another £6 which then put me well out of pocket.....again. Will more than likely shop elsewhere. In my opinion entirely up to you if you wish to purchase from military Mart.

wouldn’t advice buying from this company as i ordered my sandles in yellow they arrived in black wasn’t told they would be sent in different colour once i emailed them they said oh yea we ran out of yellow no apologies in the first place still waiting 10 days later for courier to swap my shoes as i haven’t heard anything from the website so i have given up by now shop the sandles are nice but customer is terrible do not order if you need the shoes for special event as they are very slow at replying

Made an order on 23rd March. Received a mail from them on 11th April stating it was cancelled due to the government commandeering their stock (which was perfectly justifiable). However, in that mail on the 11th they claimed they had previously emailed regarding cancelled orders on the 30th March. I definitely didn't receive anything. I contacted them on 23rd April enquiring about my refund. They claimed their system cancelled some refunds, and they only discovered it because it had been raised by a customer. As of 28th April, refund still not paid. EDIT: Refund eventually processed on 2nd May.

Mitchell and Co made a beautiful engagement ring for my now wife. Their price was good compared to prices I had found online and their service surpassed anything I could expect. I was served by Luke who was very friendly and helpful. They worked to my very tight timescale and produced a very beautiful piece. We were so impressed that we went back and bought our wedding rings from them. What's even better is that their service didn't end when we walked out with our rings as they invited us back to take our rings in regularly to be cleaned and maintained. My partner and I ventured out to the jewellery quarter on a bank holiday in December 2015. Mitchel and Co were the most welcoming and classy looking jewellery shop open so we went in. The shop is beautifully lit and set out. Fresh flowers on the counter. I couldn't help but think there was no way we could afford our wedding rings from such a nice shop. We were warmly welcomed by Debbie who explained that Mitchel and Co make bespoke rings to order. I was really worried about how much they would cost now. Debbie helped us work out what shape, size, carat and colour of gold was right for us. It was a lovely and attentive experience. Debbie went off to work out how much our rings would cost to make to order and I prepared for that awkward moment when we say we'll think about it. Debbie came back to tell us the two white gold rings would be £230. I was gobsmacked. "Is that each?" I asked. But no. That was for both our rings made to order. And it even included engraving. Sold! Since we ordered the rings I have called Mitchel and Co several times to discuss collection or delivery and my angst about whether the unplated white gold wedding ring would match my white gold rodium plated ring which has dulled with time. The team were very patient and attentive throughout all my interactions with them. Today my almost husband and I went to collect our wedding rings. I am overwhelmed by how beautiful they are. And they were made just for us. No one has tried them on before. They are not available in mass quantities. They are unique and they are utterly perfect. Even though my engagement ring wasn't purchased from them, the staff went out of their way to ensure that the two rings matched and polished up my engagement ring making for two perfectly matched and shiny rings. Do not hesitate to trust Mitchel and Co with the most important part of your wedding and life together. From start to finish the experience was outstanding and the rings are- perfect. Thank you very much Mitchel and Co for making our experience so special.

So, I ordered a hoodie and shirt from Modakawa. The shirt fit fine, but the design and texture seemed really cheap compared to what I saw on the site, but at least fit me. I ordered a hoodie and put my measurements as well to get this hoodie that literally looks like it was made for a pre-teen when it comes to size. I get Asian size charts are very different than western size charts, but I did put in my measurements, so I am not sure why the hoodie came like it did. Also the color seemed quite different than how it looked on the site.

In October 2017 I was offered LIP BIG TV CLASSIC as a gift. Six months later, in march 2018, I encountered first problems. Watch case got separated itself from bracelet (two screws fall out). I contacted SAV and things got arranged correctly without any issues except better communication with SAV would be appreciated. In october 2018 I encountered problem again - this time leather bracelet unglued itself at the point where the buckle of the watch closes. We contacted SAV to change bracelet since my watch was still under guaranty (2 years). The watch was sent on first days of November to SAV. First response was received on the end of November with their estimation of reparation costs of 58EUR (!!!). Beside the bracelet, the costs included even the things we did not ask for: new battery, diagnose and analysis plus waterproofing (what for we never found out). E-mail was sent reminding them that my watch was sent to SAV just regarding the anomalies of the bracelet nothing more therefore refusing their proposal of reparation costs and expecting COMMERCIAL GESTURE due to the OBVIOUS FACTORY ANOMALY. In between the end of November and the second half of February no whatsoever response was received on the e-mails sent (4 of them + telephone calls) trying to find out any news regarding the watch. So there was NO RESPONSE FOR THREE MONTHS!!! Finally, due to persistence, we received the e-mail which was stipulating that the 2YEAR GUARANTY is only VALID FOR MECHANISM (nothing else and no matter if it is factory anomaly!!!) and their outcome of “ONE-YEAR LIFE SPAN OF BATTERY AND BRACELET AS WELL”(!!!!). Wait a second. The price for this watch is almost 200EUR with guaranty of two years only (pardon me, for the mechanism only). OK, no problem. So at least you expect there will be no problems with watch for at least for two years. No, far away from this. What you discover is that LIP IS CONSCIOUSLY INTEGRATING SHORT LIFE SPAN ELEMENTS IN THEIR PRODUCT (one year life span only for leather bracelet for 200EUR watch!!!) If customers would be aware of this you can only imagine who would want to buy kind of a watch. And this is not all. Regarding factory anomalies of this watch. Once you are aware of this fraudulent act you ask yourself. Well OK at least I can buy parts necessary, because without the bracelet and battery I can’t do much with mechanism, especially regarding this certain model. But wait. By this logic, I would endure myself again into the shopping of the same “quality products” for one year only (bracelet and battery). So that would mean that after one year of owning this watch, EACH CONSEQUENT YEAR THIS WATCH WOULD COST ME ADDITIONALLY (58EUR+costs for shipping) 70EUR. HOW CONVENIENT IS THIS!!! AND THIS COMPANY CONSIDERS THIS AS NORMAL!? And on the top, I’m not even ever until mechanism itself will least(!) That is why, RUN AWAY FROM THIS BRAND. I would strongly NOT RECOMMEND YOU this brand/this watch. Rather afford yourself some other brand for this money. Regards from a very disappointed client!!!
