Signed up as an ambassador, everything was fine until the shirt came in a size way too small for me. Tried to return it but the company does not have a phone number which is required in my country to ship things internationally. JustStrong doesn't offer free return shipping labels either. Overall not that great of an inclusive company for international customers. Very disappointed in the customer service.

My daughter signed up to be an ambassador as she believed this was a great brand for woman. She placed her order over a week ago, and has heard nothing from Just Strong regarding her delivery date. I have emailed Just Strong and got no response. I have told my daughter, that if this is how they treat ambassadors of the brand, who are literally the companies freelance sales people, then just imagine how they must treat normal customers. I have purchased the 3 suits for 200. The suits are beautiful. The price is unbeatiable. I bought in the past much more expensive suits that are the same materials. I usually find that cheap suits sets have cheaply made pants that come undone at the semes not these suits. They are suits anyone can were in a daily bases. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because the amount of time it took to diver the suits. I waited more then a week before I finally email them why my suits weren't sent out yet. The person was very nice and resolved the issue for me the very next day because I did send them an email later in the day. Basically from me ordering to me getting the suits was 16 days. Other then that I have no complains.

My experience with the customer service agent for purchases made online was great, however my experience with a representative from the route 22 store in NJ was the worse I every had with a representative. Ordered a jacket on the 23rd of December, it said it was a pre order item on the site so ordered it expecting it after Christmas. Express delivery was free at the time I purchased it so was chuffed. Next day, I get a text saying it’s been delivered... what? It was a pre order item so how on earth could it have been delivered??? Sure enough when I got home there it was!! Only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars was because there was no indication that it was even in stock and coming the next day

I have bought a number of watches from James and his service has been excellent. His reviews are authoritative and, in particular, thorough. I have never seen a watch from his collection that has disappointed in comparison with the review. He is particularly careful and truthful about pointing out the defects in a watch as well as the good points. James' enthusiasm and expertise are wonderful and I trust his advice on purchases -- and sales for that matter. I recently wanted to buy a pair of Yeezys (700’s in carbon blue), this is my first pair of Yeezys so I wanted to make sure that I bought the right size. Majority of sizes were available online, however I travelled across London to the shop so I could try them on and hopefully pick up a pair whilst there. Tried on my size, was told there were none available in stock. I said no worries I will order online. The lady who served me said that the likelihood is, if they are out of stock in the store then they would also be out of stock on the website. (Understandable as sometimes websites don’t get updated regularly). However I questioned her as I stated they have been in stock for at least 3 days according to the website. She went away and came back and said yeah they are all out of stock both online and in store, however we can source them for you but that will cost you an extra £150. I of course said no, I then went home, ordered them online and received my trainers 4 days later. I think it is a joke that they tried to scam me out of an extra £150, because someone (or myself) could have fallen for that and taken the offer. I think it is quite disappointing as this is a well known company who already make a lot of money from their sales, and for them to add an extra premium and lie about their stock levels is dishonest and a disappointment as apart from that I was happy with the service. Guys please please if they offer you this but they are in stock online, please try and order them, if they then go out of stock then maybe use them to source them for you, but don’t believe them when they say they are all out of stock!!

The kilt arrived within two weeks and I tried it on and it fit like a glove. The tartan was defined clearly and the pleats were sewn along the edge as should be. I have worn it several times already and the complements are constant. A good weight and a quality movement to a well made kilt. Would recommend this seller to my friends anytime. To be honest 1 star is 1 star too many. Great service from the optometrist and was then handed over to a sales assistant. Very friendly service but delivered in a very condescending, over-bearing, "Shoreditch" manner, (to be fair it is in Shoreditch, so to be expected) after which I was pretty much cajoled into buying a pair of £150 glasses, that I wasn't really sure about, something that I told the sales assistant. I was then told that my glasses should be ready for collection in about a week or so!!!! On getting home I did a little research on Kite's website and saw that had I bought online I would have had my glasses sent to my home address for free, I emailed Kite and asked if they could post the glasses to me, they were very happy to do so. On receiving my glasses, I really didn't like them. Looking on their website I was in luck to see that I could return my glasses within 30 days if I wasn't 100% satisfied, something that I was not told previously. The returns policy says - "Return delivery is free when you use our prepaid return label. Please contact Customer Care (see Contact page for details)." No label was provided in my delivery, I really got the feeling that they did not want me to utilise the return policy. I emailed Kite and asked for a prepaid return label, they did better and sent a courier to collect the glasses the same day, the couriers tracking app told me that Kite received the glasses. I sat back very happy with the returns procedure and waited the 3 days promised to receive the refund. Suffice to say that I did not receive my refund after 3 days however I understand that things do take time so I sent an email to ask when I would receive my refund, apart from the automated "thank you for contacting us" email, my email went unanswered, so 4 days later I sent the same email, this also went unanswered. I waited 2 days for a response and gone none. I felt I was being treated very rudely and unfairly so I sent a further email in which I regrettably threatened legal action if I did not receive my refund immediately, funnily enough I received a phone call from Kite where a very nice representative proceeded to concoct a cock and bull story about somebody being away and not answering emails "blah, blah, blah". I received my refund a couple of days later. In short:- - Pushy, verging on rude sales techniques - Did not inform me of 100% satisfaction guarantee - Did not initially supply any means of return - Tried to withhold my refund, I can only assume as some kind of punishment for returning the glasses that I had made clear to the sales assistant that I wasn't sure about. Steer clear, all frills but no knickers!!!!!!

I’d heard about Kite Eyewear through a friend and it sounded great but as I live around 1.5 hours away I hadn’t got round to travelling up to London to visit the store. I finally decided to make the trip up there and from the moment I walked in I knew I would be a returning customer! I love everything about this store, the frame designs, the staff and the concept is such a cool way to browse and choose your eyewear. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive especially Lincoln he was awesome! He really helped me to choose a frame that actually suited me, I was then able to walk away with my new Patsy frames which I’m in love with so thank you! I cannot wait to return to get my next ones, I definitely recommend a visit to Kite as i’ve always found it hard to find glasses that are beautiful design and beautiful quality... the 3.5 hour round trip was well worth it! I ordered shoes over 5 weeks ago that were supposed to arrive in 10 days. I still do not have the shoes. The tracking hasn't updated since April 28th and I have emailed many times and they always respond with "Give it 2-3 more days and if they don't arrive we will refund you full amount." I filed a claim with paypal and they haven't responded to Paypal yet. I still don't have the shoes or my money! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Every time I’ve ordered from this company something is missing, last weekend I ordered 4 items of clothing for my sons birthday. 3 items arrived and when contacting customer services they are extremely slow to respond! Last year when I ordered I had to return a tracksuit that was too big and they didn’t have them in a size smaller so said they would refund me. It took them 4 (!!!) MONTHS to refund me the money they owed me. Love clothes but customer service is just awful!!

This isn't the first time I've ordered from Laguna Pearl, and the 18" princess length white freshwater AA+ pearl necklace didn't disappoint. The pearls are nicely round and matched with a thick nacre and glowing luster. They are much nicer than the sale price I paid. They arrived well-packaged in a timely manner. The basic box is attractive, as I didn't opt for the upgraded box. This was a good value, and I'll be proud to present them to my sister for Christmas. Good thing my wife already had some, or that wouldn't be happening.

I visited Laings in Cardiff on 22nd Aug together with the son of a friend for physical and moral support to purchase an IWC watch. We were welcomed and offered refreshment by Alastair Harris and a young lady colleague both of whom took considerable efforts to explain how to use and adjust the watches we were viewing and, having made my purchase, I felt completely confident in my choice of both watch and retailer.

I've never had my laundry done before, though I have had a cleaner in the past who ironed my bedding as well as my own poor quality efforts. The difference in the quality of the ironing from LaundryHeap was dramatic! Much smoother and flatter than I or my cleaners have ever managed and I gave them a huge pile of very creased large duvet's and sheets that had been in a pile for a long time. It also comes on hangers instead of small squares to the creases are easier to keep out. They collected them almost immediately on a Sunday and brought them back very quickly with very nice and cheerful people doing the collecting and proper adherence too social distancing. I hate being asked to do reviews and usually don't bother, but this is deserved, I will definitely be using them for bedding from now on and now tempted just to give them the whole lot of my laundry!

I have been looking for a backpack style satchel for quite some time when I came across the website for The Leather Satchel Co. By sheer coincidence I was going to be in Liverpool the week after discovering from the website that the flagship store was at Albert Dock, Liverpool. It’s a beautiful store and the company is absolutely family-owned as I was looked after rather wonderfully by the family themselves. The choices of colored leather is amazing and the bespoke possibilities mean that you can have a unique style and color combination. I was particularly delighted that one can have your item initialed which made my large satchel (in Basset Hound Brown) extra special. The backpack was despatched to my work and in slightly quicker time than estimated. I was delighted and surprised to receive it on a dull wet Monday. I love the quality (and the smell of the leather) and I wish The Leather Satchel Co. all the very best in their future. Iain W-J

I just received my classes and try them on about 10 minutes ago. They are absolutely perfect the prescription is data on. I can see clear that I have in years. It seems that the glass has a better and clearer viewing area than any of the plastic lenses I used. The attention from the staff was excellent and I'm extremely pleased with your product.

I've just completed my third order with LensFactory - this time, a new of sunglasses with polycarbonate progressive lenses placed in my Maui Jim frames. Very easy and smooth throughout the process. The long delay in fulfilling my previous order in 2018 seems to be past. It seems LF is back to its former self, providing excellent value, fast service, and a really fine product.

They ignore your messages on chat and in emails. They don't respond to complaints. They sent my parcel to Thailand LATE. I paid £25 to have 1-3 days delivery and it took 6. They also wrote my address in the wrong order so it wasn't delivered. They put my English number on the delivery instead of my Thai number even though they had my Thai number to give them. Absolute useless staff working there. Order if you live in the UK but otherwise, don't bother. They don't care. They won't reply. Sloppy and unprofessional company.

Really loooved the zodiac sign necklace and geometric earrings I received! I was actually surprised because the quality of the jewelry was very nice. Not to mention, the packaging/presentation was beautiful! Only thing was that my order took a looong time to arrive (about 1 month). However, when I inquired about my order, they responded quickly and told me what I needed to do. Overall great experience !

I bought 'Cream White V-neck Knitted Sweater' and 'Ivory Turtleneck Midi Sweater Dress' from Lilacoco because one of my friends told me they have some pretty neat clothes. I wasn't so sure about my choice actually until I worn them on. The sweater is my favorite although they are both very suitable. The white color and the soft texture caught my heart immediately!! And it made me feel warmer than I have thought. It's totally enough to wear only a bra under the sweater. The dress is also very good however that collar might be a little bit too high for me lol. Anywhy just very very proud of my choice. Was completely worth the half-month long wait. I'm not a person with a strong fashion sense, these clothes make me feel confident. Thank you Lilacoco.

I bought a Leopard Sweater here and I received it after waiting for 7 days. I am very happy that it looks exactly the same as the picture. It has a lovely pattern and a soft touch. No pilling are found and the thread isn't broken. I like this simple and easy shopping experience.

My specific size and colour was sold out across the UK, so I was so glad I found these guys. Although they’re not listed on the Canada Goose website as an authorised retailer - I can confirm that they are. My order was supposedly dispatched on 16th September, but I have still not received it. In the original confirmation email I was given tracking details of a parcel sent to Moscow which is clearly not mine. I have emailed several times and replies take 24+ hours: I am now being told I must visit my local sorting office and ask my neighbours to see if they have the package! They seem to be waiting for me to report back to them that I've done their bidding: Why is the onus on the paying customer to find out where the parcel is, when the error is theirs for not providing proof that the parcel was ever sent in the first place! I've paid for goods that I haven't received, very poor customer service indeed.

On June 26 I purchased two shorts from johnkart.com at the price of $39.70. I am at the lower end of Medium -- /33/34" -- but wanted loose shorts so ordered Large. When the shorts arrived, size Large, they were so severely mis-sized that they pinched my waist painfully even though my waist is small enough even for size 32." The "return" button at johnkart.com is inactive and there are no return instructions on the website otherwise. My two emails over the past month asking for return instructions and authorization have remained unanswered. This is a scam operation bilking its customers. Avoid at al cost.
