Swim Outlet has a wide variety of women's swimsuits in many sizes. Delivery was prompt and the swimsuit i purchased had a fair price and a true to size fit. It is holding up very well to the chlorine. There is also a great choice of equipment for swimmers. I will definitely be back to order in the future.

I wanted to purchase a wetsuit to use in a mountain lake, assuming it opens this summer. The wet suite guide was helpful but would have been more helpful if it described the situations in which one would choose a triathlete wetsuit compared with a surf wetsuit, for example. I ordered one and look forward to its arrival.

Placed an order with Healtylegs.com July 25th 2007 Got confirmation and was told order would be sent. After repeated e mails I was told the items were out of stock, but they would be shipped Aug 24th with a confirmation e mail the day of mailing. Nothing!!! Asked to let me know alternative socks that were in stock, but no response. Nothing on site shows what is out of stock so you rely on company to ship what you order. If I had not sent repeated e mails, I would have not known what was going on with them. Found out my credit card was charged, so I asked for a refund which card co. is looking into. Phone number for Healthylegs-- 503-543-5581 if it is working. Will never order from them again.

I place an order with HealthyLegs on 6/10/06. As of 10/1/06, I has still not received anything and was given the run-around through a couple of emails about a delay. I tried to cancel my order through email, but received no response. I called them numerous times and only got their voicemail which they never returned. I eventually contacted my credit card company to receive the refund. This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

Really fast shipping! The variety is really great on FireMountainGems. You can get products spanning a wide range of prices and quality. I've ordered from them thrice, but you have to be REALLY selective. For example, on my first order, I ordered some Grade C gemstones because they were...well...cheap. After getting them, I realised they obviously looked cheap and some of the stones could not be used. From my experience, FireMountainGems does not make false claims and the pricing is competitive (when compared to most beading sites). I also haven't gotten faulty stuff from them. However, they really compromise quality for prices. When getting higher quality products, the stuff may actually finally be as expensive as that of other sites. I actually got better (and cheaper) pearls on etsy and jewelrysupply.com. Most of their stuff comes from China, occasionally India. Metal products also seem to contain lead/nickel (all this information is presented very ambiguously). I may order from them again, although the probability of that happening has been reduced by their new shipping policy. C grade potato pearls shown in photo attached. They look okay.

FMG has some awesome prices, I will definitely give them that. I made my first order and before I received it I ended up making another order (I'm impulsive, what can I say?). I was disappointed in some of my first order. Some of the beads are very poorly made. Some of the fake pearls I got were discolored so I had to toss them. They also had like extra plastic(or whatever it's made out of?) balled on the sides of them like the molds (or whatever the manufacturer uses to make them) were dirty or something. The crystal beads I bought were good. I bought some very cheap "fashion beads" that I knew weren't going to be awesome that are usable for practice. They were mostly made in China which isn't a huge deal to me but they were definitely not quality products. All of the cabochons were nice and very usable thankfully because that is what my second order was mostly comprised of. All in all, they are great for cheap beads so I may order in the future but I will be more selective for sure.

I ordered a coat and trousers from Uncle Sam's in November last year. The site looked really good and they seemed to have exactly what I wanted. I made the payment and got an email to confirm. A couple of weeks after the order I logged in to check how long the clothes would take to arrive, since they were being shipped to the UK. There was a message on my account saying that the trousers were out of stock and I should contact them about an equivalent or refund. One of the reasons I had ordered two items from the same place was so I would only pay the $40 shipping fee once. I sent an email to ask if there were any alternatives and got no reply. I called their office a couple of weeks later and spoke to someone who said I would get a refund. I asked if there were any alternatives and he just said 'no'. Not long after I received a package from the company but they had sent a different coat to the one I ordered with both the main zip and zip attaching the hood broken. I called up again and spoke to someone called 'Serge' who said he would look into it for me. I didn't hear back so called again a week later and got through to him again. He said I would be sent the coat I ordered and should send the one I had been sent back. I asked if I should wait until I received the right one before returning the first order and he said 'yes'. I called back two – three weeks later to ask about the order. I got through to the same person, but this time he said I would have to return the original before getting sent the replacement item. I would need to pay for shipping it back to the United States and would then get that refunded. I said I was unhappy as I had paid $236 dollars and hadn't got either of the two items; I didn't really want to pay more up front to get it sorted out. He said I should call back in half an hour and he would see what he could do. I called back and was told that I could be refunded the coat but not the $40 shipping cost that I had originally paid; I could also keep the coat I had been sent. I said this meant I would have paid $40 for essentially nothing, as it wasn’t a coat I wanted and it was badly damaged. I then said I was considering querying the transaction with my bank. Serge replied 'in that case we don't have to be having this conversation. Have a good one.' and finished the call. I needed the money I had spent on the clothes to get replacement items so I looked up the cost of shipping the coat back to Uncle Sams's. It was about £80 ($160) so I called back the next day and accepted the offer. The refund for the trousers came through but I waited a week for the refund on the coat and nothing happened. I called back and spoke to Serge who said he would put it through straight away. He put it through as a Paypal payment although I had no Paypal account and had originally paid with my debit card. I then had to set up a Paypal account which charged me (albeit a small amount) for getting the money. I decided to get the zips on the coat fixed to see if I could use it but it was only possible to fix the zip attaching the hood to the coat and, in any case, it didn't suit me at all. The whole thing was awful. I just wanted the items they had advertised on their website but it all went wrong. I ended up paying $40 for a useless coat I didn’t like or order. The worst thing is how rude and unhelpful the person I spoke to there seemed. I only called up because I had had no responses from the emails I’d sent. It all seemed really at odds with the messages on their website saying how much they value their customers. They didn’t say sorry once.

I recently ordered the Meza Luna ring from Ziamond and I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the quality and look of the ring. I have been searching for an alternative to my real ring after loosing and finding my 2.5 carat cushion center stone. I ordered the clearance Meza Luna, paid an upcharge for the Diamond look, and an upcharge for sizing to a 5. The gold is extremely thin, the setting is fragile, and the stones look terrible. If you're looking for a diamond alternative I would shop elsewhere. The quality for $$$$ is definitely with this retailer. Buyer beware.......and read the fine print. $550.00 later, with a ring I am not happy with, that I cannot return.

I ordered a large cz eternity band for $800.00. I wear it daily and take it off to cook, clean and garden. A month after I got it, I dropped it on the linoleum kitchen floor and a stone popped out. Luckily I found the stone and mailed it back to be replaced. Ziamond charged a service and shipping fee. One year later another stone popped out and I couldn't find it. I wore a smaller eternity band for 15 years and never had a stone come out. I feel that for $800.00 Ziamond should offer a guarantee or free replacement. It's not like I'm wearing the ring while chopping wood or brick laying. I'm a housewife. Also, the turn-around time was pretty long. I would not order another piece from them.

Joe continues to provide lower prices on virtually all of New Balance's offerings with low or no shipping charges. I've compared with local bargain outlets and they sometimes beat Joe on a running shoe that has been discontinued and is only available in extreme sizes and/or widths. But, that's rare. I had a $30 off coupon to Vera Bradley from a previous purchase. I put in the coupon, the discount was given and then before I could place the order I was forced to set up a new password. Then, I was told my coupon had already been used and I could not use it again. After many emails, customer service finally got back to me with a replacement code -but the replacement code does NOT work. The message says " No coupon found". I am so done with this company! They are so overpriced to begin with- it is not worth it to put up with such their horrible customer service.

Have been ordering frames and lenses since 2008, no-line progressive, standard single vision, etc. Every order has been perfect, customer service very good, and prices are great. Can't dismiss that other customers have had bad experience, but 13 pairs of glasses with no problems I'm not going to fix what's not broken. Processing and shipping times could be improved a bit, but I live in Guam and 10,000 miles is a bit of a hike. Will certainly order again, actually tomorrow...

I purchased items from this merchant, and realized I had to return the items. I have followed all instructions on the merchant's website www.shirtsupplier.com to return, and the merchant authorized the return on July 30. According to their policy, they explicitly prohibit sending the return items to their company without the pre-paid label they provide. However, they do not provide this label by email, but only by sending it via post. They claim this takes 10 business days at most, but it has been 15 business days and I have not received it. I then contacted them repeatedly by leaving them voice messages on the 2 numbers listed on their website - they do not have any live support. I have documentary evidence of the emails I have sent them multiple times showing that I have explicitly followed their returns policy and they have failed to respond at all. A google search reveals that this is a common deceptive often practiced by this merchant. I'm unable to receive a refund. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and reported them to BBB.

I would give a 5 star rating but the thing I wish would change is their pricing structure. It is too hard to bid a job not knowing how much your shirts are gonna cost you if you order them on Tuesday vs Thursday or in the month of November, etc. I wish they would just average out their pricing and cut the gimmicks. Straight across the board pricing would gain a lifelong customer in me.

Like nearly everyone one else who has written a review of this vendor I to have been robbed by them. Their prices drew me in, but their shipping blew. I made the mistake of ordering from them three times in two weeks. The first two orders arrived more than three weeks after placing the order and having my credit card charged immediately. They packed the wrong sized pants in the second order. After leaving three messages on their answering machine with no reply, I sent an email. It too has gone unanswered. I chose three day shipping at a cost of 105% of the merchandise price on my final order and it took five days to receive. This vendor is scammer.

I am currently working in Afghanistan and needed some equipment. I found what I thought was a good deal with this company, and placed an order on June 8th, 2008, and paid with my credit card. It is now July 29th, and I have no idea what the status of my order is. The link they send you with your confirmation email has not changed since day one. I have made several phone calls to the number listed on the website, and reached the answering machine. I have left messages with no response. I have also sent numerous emails, and have not had a response to those either. Do NOT order from this company. They will take your money and give you nothing in return.

So I received my contacts with no problem but the first pairs I put in the right contact was defective. it was very blurry and was causing headaches. I removed that lens and replaced it with another from the package and it was fine. not sure if the remaining lenses will have any issues. I am hoping not.

I was happy with the overall experience using your site, but disappointed that there was a $35 processing fee added during the checkout process. I didn't see that clearly spelled out prior to checkout. It would be helpful to state that clearly when looking at the order and while comparing prices.

Cudowna miękkość, delikatność i magia dotyku – tak opisałabym kaszmir. Noszę kaszmirowy sweter od kilku tygodni i jestem nim zachwycona! Dopiero jak zaczęłam nosić sweter z tego rodzaju wełny, odkryłam jak ciepło i przytulnie można się czuć. Kaszmir jest znany od wieków. Podobno już w starożytnym Rzymie sprowadzano go z Chin, jednak dopiero kilka stuleci później wszedł na stałe na salony. Wystarczy wyobrazić sobie angielskiego, eleganckiego dżentelmena z XX wieku… jest ubrany właśnie w sweter z kaszmiru!

This is specifically for their canadian site(Armynavydeals.ca) I was looking for a specific messenger bag and was having a hard time finding a store that would ship to Canada. Finally, I stumbled onto armynavydeals.ca. I was really happy I found them, because they had the exact one I wanted(O.D danish/european schoolbag). Best of all, everything was on sale, and was being advertised as having free shipping. I added the item to my cart, along with a belt. The total for the 2 items was $27.46. This seemed like a great deal. Than I got to the check out and saw there was going to be shipping(an additional $7.50, for a total of $34.96) No big deal, I thought, as I'm sure they'll refund me that money if I e-mail and ask since "FREE SHIPPING" was plastered all over their website. After I completed the paypal transaction, I checked my account and saw $45.70 was taken out... Thats when i realized even though: -the site was a .ca domain -the canadian flag was plastered all over the banner, and -*everything* was about 20% more expensive than on their .com american site They still charged in american currency(without mentioning it anywhere on the site) Here is a picture of the item page, with all the problems pointed out: http://img120.imageshack.us/img120/1781/armynavydeals.jpg Needless to say, I was a pretty annoyed. Was supposed to have watch in 3 days. Took over a week and ended up having to pick it up at the UPS Customer Service Center. Not all WatchesOnNet's fault. Was sent "signature required" and since I work was not at home (3) times when UPS delivered to sign. I left UPS notes as to when to deliver but that did not happen. Regards, david

Watch, full set documents, packaging all great. But it took 6 days to arrive, during which time - complete silence. This company either doesn't know or doesn't care about the rapid and dedicated performance of their competitors. I buy a lot of watches and during the 24 / 48 hours it takes for them to arrive, I'm practically swamped with emails relating to the progress of the process. You need to lift your game guys. It's not hard.

I ordered two items in late november that were to be Christmas gifts. Items were not flagged as out of stock. After not recieving a shipping confirmation, I tried to contact the company who will not answer their phone or call back. They will eventually email you back only to give you false dates about when your item will ship. It will ship by Dec. 14th I was told, then it will be there by Christmas, then so sorry it will be early January, then Jan. 14th. Needless to say I have still not recieved my order. Twice I've called their corporate store to be told that a manager would call me back which they never have. Do not order from this company...you will probably never get your stuff.

The email I sent to Rugged Outfitters below says it all: Jen, Kelley & Tara, I have to tell you that our experience with your company was not what we expected after meeting your rep at the ISS show in Orlando this past September. Your customer service is barely existent save Pete who has been the only one we’ve been able to reach the times we’ve called your business to get any kind of updates. There’s definitely some disorganization from the very beginning where no one knew about our order placed via online, our vendor application not being found and having to fax it again; us having to call to get an order confirmation and still until today not being notified that our order had still not shipped. Please cancel our current order and do not charge our credit card. Thank you.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter with her kids and grandson names and birthstones. It said more could be added as needed. Daughter recently welcomed a new grand daughter to the family, so I was going to send necklace back to update. I received an email saying items are sold as is and cannot be changed. The necklace is a year old and is tarnished like it is 50 years old. I am so disappointed and hope no one else makes the same mistake I did. Quality is so bad and Customer Service is no better. Please beware!

I ordered a personalized engraved necklace for my wife on 6/9/2011, and the site was very forthcoming that it would be a 2-4 week wait time due to the engraving. I received an email from them two weeks after ordering informing me the item was finished and ready to be shipped. My credit card was not charged until AFTER I received this email, presumably when the item was shipped out. It took just under 3 weeks from ordering to delivery, which was right in the middle of their initial estimate. The necklace looks amazing, especially for the price, and most importantly - my wife loves it! Next time I shop for jewelry, I will be looking at Limoges as my first choice.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. On Dec. 17 2016, I placed an online order for a jersey with procyclegear.com. I received an order confirmation and my credit card was charged $84.51 the same day. Dec. 19, I received 2 emails, one that said my order was awaiting shipping and one that said the order was shipped. Dec. 23, I received and email from the owner, Luis Fernandez of ProCycleGear.com saying there was a problem with my order, that they ran out of the item I ordered and if he can ship a substitute. This was after I received the email that said it was shipped. I replied back asking if there was a black and red version of the jersey. He replied "let me check." After 3 days of no response, I called. No one answered. I left a message to call me back and left a number. I also emailed that I hadn't heard back and to please call me. On the same day, I get a reply through email with a response "sorry only black white." I reply back if he can please call me as I'd rather discuss this over the phone rather than go back and forth via email. I don't get a reply so later that afternoon, I send another email saying I'd like a full refund since they don't have the item I paid for. Then Luis replies back "Will process full refund." 3 days later, Dec 27, I still don't see a credit on my card account. I email him again asking for a refund. 2 days pass and still no word. I call and leave a message saying I still did not receive my refund and to please call me back. I also send an email. Every time I call, no one answers and it goes straight to voicemail and I never received any phone calls from ProCycleGear.com. I finally had to call my credit card bank to dispute the charge and get a full refund. This was absolutely the worst service I've had to deal with from a business. I was charged $84.51 for an item that was never shipped and then the business did not send me a refund. I consider that theft. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and FTC. When I looked for the address online, Google map shows it to be a residence and not a legitimate brick and mortar store. Seems very shady. UPDATE 01/03/17: I finally received an email from Luis saying that I will get a full refund and that he was on vacation. Too late. Not how to run a business.

I ordered a bracelet on March 20th and still have no idea when I am going to receive it. I emailed the Netaya yesterday to get an idea when i should expect it & I haven’t gotten a response yet. What I ordered is a bird present for my wife. Her birthday is on April 11th and a this rate I won’t have it. I just want to know when it’s coming and hopefully it’s before her special day. I was reluctant to order from here, and i probably should have went with my first thoughts. I know the virus is holding things up, but just some sort of response would go a long way.

Awful company - they supply fake Chinese PU non-leather products at 20x the price you can find the exact same items on ebay. Other similar companies in Ukraine supply real leather versions at less than half the price. We ordered a few sets for a photo shoot only for them to take our money and we heard nothing for over a month. We tried to cancel and they finally agreed (after ignoring many emails/whatsapp messages) but never acrtually refunder our $400.00. We ended up having to claim the money back under section 75 of the consumer credit card act with our credit card company. Also - if you do an image search of the images used on their website, you will see they have been taken from two other websites as well as ebay - i.e. fake. Also the "reviews" posted on their website itself are fake because if you try to find a drharness account at the review website mentioned they don't exist. THEY ARE A FAKE COMPANY SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS - AVOID!

This site is guilty of false-advertisement. Don't ever shop here, they make rip-off t-shirts of existing designs. I bought a t shirt from this website and the one they sent me was not at all what i expected. It was a copied shirt that I paid $25 for. The shirt they sent me had a little printed square design on it, where as they advertised in the picture that the design spread across the whole shirt. I was going to order other items but now I know not to because they don't even look the way they are pictured on the site.

Ordered steel toe shoes from them got them size was right but they were narrow narrow. Sent back for exchange, of course they didn't have a replacement in that style so paid little more and got next style up. they came and the width is right but they are small. Now they want me to pay for shipping to get the problem corrected. I have worn the same size work boot for 17+ years and have never had issues with fit until I dealt with this company. My guess these are factory 2nds! buy from someone more reputable.

I ordered a bathing suit for my vacation and was told that it would arrive by Friday. I ordered over the phone and the customer service agent did not send me a confirmation. When I called, they had typed the wrong email. Although they said they corrected it, I could never access my order via the internet. When my order did not arrive I started calling and emailing. I never heard from them. After I returned from my vacation I had the package. When I tracked the UPS number I found that it was shipped on 8/29, a full week after I ordered. From reading some of the other reviews, I guess I was lucky to get my shipment at all.

VERY nice people... This is what customer service should be like... I was looking for a hard to find Citizen Ap1021-54A, so I called these people up to see if they have it in their inventory, and one of the sales people told him that he'll look into that and give me a call back (I thought to myself yeah right he'll call back, huh!). Indeed, couple of minutes later I get a call back from him informing me that they have a sister model, Ap1020-57A, which looks almost EXACTLY the same. He could have just told me "Hey, I found what you're looking for" and I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference! Moreover, he explained to me what's the difference between the 2 models. And another time I ordered a Citizen AV0031-59E, and couple of hours later after I looked at more pictures of it I found out that it's much bigger than I thought, so I called them up and told them that I've changed my mind, and they couldn't be nicer and they gladly cancelled my order without giving me the "oh we already shipped it" excuse. VERY honest and nice people. VERY highly recommended! A++++

First, I was looking for a Hamilton Khaki Navy Frogman titanium watch with the green strap. No one had any in stock (the older style), including Promenade Watches. However, they did have one with the titanium band. Those, of course, were more expensive, but Promenade Watches offered it to me at the same price as the one with the green strap, since they no longer had that in stock. Their price to begin with was very competitive, but then to offer the deal they did was another good $200.00 in savings approximately. That kind of service just does not happen anymore. Recently, the crown came off the watch and I sent it in to Hamilton (Swatch Group) to have it repaired under warranty. They would not honor the warranty, I assume due to the authorized reseller thing, which I still do not get...new, authentic, receipt...what else is required? They never really explained it to me. However, I contacted Promenade Watches to get some guidance and they reimbursed my repair fee, since it was still under factory warranty, covering the warranty just as they state they would on their site. I am very pleased with their service to me during this whole six month period. Highly recommended.

I have always highly recommended this company until now. I signed up for a VIP package for a concert. They did not send out the email (yes I checked both folders). I missed most of the experience. They claimed the system sent out some and not others. They refused me a refund and never did patch me through to a manager. Nor did I ever receive a phone call. I have used them many times in the past and never a complaint from me. You would think that would account for something? Nope. Pretty bad customer service (coming from someone who does customer service for a living). Never ever again, and they are lucky I bought my package far enough out that I couldn't dispute my charge or I would have.

Had my order pending from these guys for a month now. Everytime I call, it's : "We'll get you a tracking number as soon as your glasses ship". Finally spoke with a manager about a refund yesterday and he basically denied me any refund and said they'd get to me when they get to me, that "they're on backorder from overseas". After a few calls, every other place I called had them in stock. DON'T SELL SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE GUYS!!!!

I ordered Xmas gifts online from NY & Co. on Cyber Monday that were guaranteed to be here by Christmas. I got a confirmation, but never received the clothes, so I called the customer service line. I was told that the order never got processed because of a system error and I had to go online, find everything again, and place the order AGAIN! By now, the prices had gone up, they couldn't be shipped before Xmas, and half my items were out of stock! It took 3 additional calls to get the order rushed for free, and get the prices adjusted. And then I was asked to call back in 30 min. to see if it actually got processed and to cancel my previous order. And when I tried to speak to a manager to express my frustration with their logistics and service, I was given the complete runaround both by phone and email and never got an apology or chance to speak to anyone. By the time they realized the system error and actually notified people affected, it was January!! I will never order from here again!

I ordered one thing and waited for it to be delivered and my hopes after I read all the reviews were not high so I wasn't expecting anything good. It first came and the text on the clothing was good but it was a shirt and I didn't order a shirt. Then I emailed, maybe a day later someone answered and I was thinking it was gonna be rude and I was gonna have a fight with the other person but they were ok didn't have a problem. A week later I got the right order but if I'm being totally honest I shouldn't have to email you about getting the wrong order. And the shipping is kinda expensive.

I bought a pair of Tripp pants a size too big....the first pair had rusted metal all over the chains and buttons and the fabric felt brittle like it would tear easily. I sent this pair back simply because it was too big. The second pair of pants I received and they fit....but get this....the metal was all rusted out and the material was old like they had been in a warehouse for 10 years +.....I wore the pants for the first time. Not only did the pockets in back tear a little bit so did the whole left **** cheek....the pants ripped from my waist down to past the left pocket of them......I thought it was my luck.....so I took them home n fixed them by sewing them up....then tonight the second time I wear them after washing once the button almost ripped off and my pants tore again....this time in front.....from almost my waist band down to my knee.....right against my left side of my zipper.....it didn't go unnoticed. The pants I received had to have been sitting in a warehouse for 10+ years because the material is old and rips easily and the buttons and chains we're all rusted out.....I paid almost $90 on a pair of pants I wore twice.....and am royally **** off about it......bewild.com you better get your act together and sell **** that is worth more than what you gave me.....stop ripping people off......I am angry about this and will NEVER shop with you again!!!!!

Avoid this company!! I went out on a limb and decided to buy a pair shoes from this company. My mistake! After 10 days, my order still showed "In progress" status. I emailed them... no response. I called them and was finally told that my order was being cancelled and a refund was needed. No reason as to why until I continue to ask for justification. Apparently their shipment did not come in. What does that mean? Horrible customer service and no follow through on making it right. In any case, I would avoid buying from this company unless you want a painful and disappointing ride in shoe buying.

I ordered a pair of Nike air max ltd 3 and it was shipped in a reasonable time ( about 5 days). So my husbamd was smiling from ear to ear when he opened the Nike box to see his white/grey/black sneakers. To our amazement and disappointment The sneakers were creased, had stains all around them with some kind of hard sticky substance. Pissed was not the word!!! I called and a representative tried to give me the run around in regards to a refund. She was giving me lip about sending a picture and deliberating in the next 3 days with her supervisor and making a decision and .....so on and so forth. She basically said it would take me a month for my refund and tried to talk me into an exchange instead. Should of did more careful digging before shopping with this fraudulent website "sneakerhead". Could not take the hassle any longer. But I guess you get what you pay for. Never again. I give this company a " D" for deception or rather an "F" for fraudulent.

So disappointed in the customer service :( I wanted desperately to love this brand after watching live try ons on Facebook- I gave their plus range a try hoping the online advice was accurate. Unfortunately it didn’t fit and nothing else in their range will suit. I reached out to explain my predicament but the company were adamant they would not give me a refund. So now I have a credit voucher for a range I can’t wear. Ultimately my mistake- but I’m really disappointed in Lilac & Mila for being so uncaring and inflexible and I’m annoyed I had recommended the company to people before this experience. I won’t be doing that again!

I've been saving up to buy a new watch all year, till finally Kenmar gave me 45% off list on a new Wenger Nomad. The red one often sell for 60% off list on Amazon, but the rarer green version that I wanted was hard to find for less than 30% off list. I was very grateful that Kenmar priced this watch fairly based on a markup above it's dealer cost, not more just because of the color rarity out into the end user market. They shipped the same Friday I paid, and it arrived well packed by FedEx on the following Tuesday. They were prompt with all email inquiries, and provided a tracking number so I knew when to be home to meet FedEx. I will definitely check with Kenmar first when ever I or a friend is looking for a new watch.
