I have ordered from MSGlamHair many times , now I do get good quality hair I ordered 24, and 26 inches my bundles were thick they were actually longer then I asked but im super happy about that , the ends are little dry but I always deep condition the hair before I put it in.. ill do a second review after installed . love the hair people always ask me where I get my hair from ! I ordered it on friday and I got it monday which is actually faster then usual

I ordered a wig, they sent an email that the color I wanted was out of stock OK fine.. I called the next business day to change it to another color that was in stock. Two days pass and I get no email saying the item was shipped so I called them and they tell me the previous rep did not change it in the system that I changed it to another color. so I cancel my order altogether. It gets worse , it's a waiting list if you want your order canceled. Three days went by and order still was not canceled. Will never order from them again

Divatress and Black Hairspray both the same business. They have always delivered in a timely manner. I have been a customer for five years. I read someone say they had a UPS problem. Have UPS deliver your items to their UPS Store or shipping site for pickup. Very easy and package is safe. Postal Service is excellent for regular shipping which is what I use. You have a choice!

I ordered the angel adult woman's costume I ordered it in large because it said it would fit a 12 to 14 unfortunately I needed an extra large so I would always go up if your ordering either way it was a beautiful costume unfortunately I couldn't wear it but I would definitely order it again also it was late by a couple of weeks because they were out of stock and they didn't tell me so I was quite worried about it not showing up in time for Halloween however the customer service was wonderful and they expedited my order and it was here exactly on time so all in all I think it's a great product and a great company I would definitely order from them again

Very good experience, easy to browse and checkout. However, i did find myself having to call cust. service because i couldn't find what I wanted. This where thy shine... the rep was very nice and helped me as much as he could. The site should have more superhero costumes, that's essential to a costume store, but overall it was pretty decent. I bought an alternate version of Iron Man for my kid's party.

I love how easy the process is! The coupons and customer service is great! Quality contacts esp daily contacts are expensive. I have ordered these $5 contacts (trial price for one box) definitely not worth it. I tried two different $5 contact boxes and they were both terrible mistakes. I found a great Groupon for this! Your site made it so easy to order in seconds. Regardless of the Groupon, I would use your website again. I am very pleased with my XL Sunglasses Over Glasses Yellow Lenses FO36Y! I have moderate glaucoma and everything normally appears foggy with low contrast. When I put on the new glasses I was shocked at how much my 3D vision improved. I suspect this is because the glasses got rid of the fogginess and increased the contrast. My prescription glasses frames are 5 3/4 inches wide. Your XL frames are the ONLY ones I found that fit easily over my prescription glasses.

I love the glasses. They only took a short time to get used. They work very well. Couldn't order at first because card was declined & another card generated an error msg. Today when I tried, one card was declined (though balance is much greater than price), but 2nd one was accepted. I know the product is amazing because my blue-yellow 21yr old got some & his life is SOOO enriched by being able to see colors he's never seen before. He called me when he was seeing his first sunset the way we see it & he was in tears. I can't thank you enough for that.

I have been very happy with my orders of wristbands from uscraft. The price has been phenomenal compared to other sites I had tried to order through and the quality is exactly what I expected of them. At one point I needed to contact customer service because I hadn't received confirmation of an order and was trying to track shipping. They were very quick with their response and helped me figure out it was only because I had been looking in my wrong e-mail for that order *face palm*

Shipping on this order is $3.99. I added a $10.75 reflective vest and shipping jumped to $10.99. I removed the gloves and the shipping on the vest alone was $10.99. The vest can go in a small padded envelope, just like the gloves. Why the steep shipping?

Very educational and relaxing. It was a nice experience minus the waiting. The long waits in between the banana tour and lunch was long and boring. Nothing to do but sit and wait for food. Food was wonderful. Then another wait, although shorter than the first, still waiting for the likka tasting. All the tour guides were professional and accommodating. The long waits took away from the experience.

The picture for this jersey has short sleeves, BUT the description says "sleeveless". Tried contacting customer service to see if the photo was wrong OR if the description was wrong, but no one was there because of your east coast banker's hours for your customer service. I live in the Pacific Time zone, and its 4 pm here on Friday. No one in customer service will be available until Monday. Took a chance and made the purchase anyway. If it is sleeveless it is coming back! You might want to think about having people available at least via chat for time zones other than East coast. Just an idea

I have never been able to see clearly under water before until I bought my Aquagoggles. I ordered these with my current prescription, and used them for the first time on a cruise to the Caribbean. They are extreme high quality and I was just blown away the first time I used them, I could see clearly and with great distance in the ocean. They never leaked water and they never fogged up. Wow, highly recommended. The price was great too.

Please do not buy from Blaze Leather in WV. You might get your product, you might not, but if anything is wrong with your order, you can very likely kiss your money goodbye! After (actually) receiving 2 jackets -1 was the wrong item, both were bad sizing- I was exceedingly patient, trying to give them the opportunity to make some money in these hard times & exchange the jackets. These people will NEVER answer the phone, email, even their own website request! Finally after nearly 3 months, Paypal refunded my money. These guys may do ok with their brick/mortar store, & i appreciate their patriotism & support of the community, but they really have no clue how to run an online store, nor have a lick of customer service skill!

I probably wouldn't bring my bag to a formal business meeting, but it's a great looking everyday bag to use at cafes and the office. I've had mine for 6 years already and it still feels like new. A friend of mine showed me this company a few years back and I can't get enough.. literally, my collection is growing! Had to give it 5 stars even though we have not used it yet. I purchased a bag for my brother for this summer. It came today. It is SO NICE. You can tell it is very durable, made with all quality products and comfortable. The only thing I regret is that I did not buy one for myself. We are going away this weekend. I can't believe that there is a company out there that actually has service this bad. Sent them an order 3 weeks ago and when I pressed Jeff (the sales person) for a status and reason for the delay, he just told me that going forward it would only take about 10 days. No answer on why it is taking this long and when I expressed my concern about doing future business with them Jeff said "I dont care if you do business with us in the future or not". There are lots of companies out there that want your business and willing to earn it. Stay away from these people. Worst service, no communication unless pressed and emplyees who state that they do not care about your business.

One of the owners, Dean, came off very condescending when I contacted them about a minor concern on an order. Something that turned out to be our mistake, and he definitely made sure it was clear in a patronizing fashion. It's to bad, we liked the items and were ready to make a very large order but we'll have to seek another supplier. Not to mention, the order took a very long time. Out of all the companies we ordered samples on, this was the first we ordered and the last to arrive. 2 weeks after order before it shipped. Again, these were just samples.

Such a variety of charms for a very good price on cobeads. There are several butterflies, keys, turtles, etc...but all are different in design. I only found one design to have an exact duplicate. Some charms have a front and back to them, like the angel, it has words on the back and the angel on the front...which I like. The only flaw I found was that the peace sign is upside down. I was supposed to receive 100 charms but I counted more than 100! I am so pleased I purchased these from cobeads and highly recommend them.

Hopefully I can update this someday soon, but I placed an order for buttons on April 13, and here we are nearing the end of May with no order in sight. I'm in the US and tracking hasn't updated at all, USPS says it's still waiting to receive the package. When I emailed kbeads to ask for a refund and cancellation a month after the order was placed, I was told to be patient. I knew the prices were probably too good to be true, but this is ridiculous.

I ordered several times with some good experiences, but the two bad experiences I had, in which dollarbead.com charged me for items that I never received, has made me close the door on this business. When I contacted Dollarbead.com about their mistake, I had to argue my case (as if I had done something wrong), and Dollarbead.com was slow to respond, until Paypal got involved. Not a way to win the faith of this customer. I'd much prefer to pay a bit more to a bead business that values customer service. So for those reasons, I'm out.

I have ordered a few times and I love that the beads are cheap and you can order different things to see what you like and want to reorder. However, the packaging is horrible! My last order was over $90 and if you have been on their site you know that's a lot. Everything is crammed in the priority mail bag. Beads have fallen off the string and things were broken (this order and last order). I have sent many emails and no one responds to me. I decided to order one more time and it was delivered on September 3. Many items were out of stock and they replaced them with other items that I don't like. I rather them just credit me. Also I was missing items and was still charged for them. It is now September 16 and I still have not heard back from them. I guess I will get PayPal involved as they will be happy to get my money back. If you are just beginning to make jewelry and want to know what certain beads are, this is a good place to go. You can but a strand for a buck. If you don't like it, you're not out much.

I should really have read reviews on Beadaholique before purchasing from them! They seemed so reputable and widely-recommended, and they even sell on Amazon! I purchased some Swarovski Becharmed beads from Beadaholique. One of the Becharmed helix does not come with any Swarovski markings on the steel core! I'm not sure if they should exist on all Swarovski Becharmeds, but they definitely did on those that I got from firemountaingems! The inconsistency seems really dubious... A gold vermeil chain that I'd ordered from Beadaholique clearly had some gold-plating worn off, and even had distinct orange marks on it. Apart from these problems, the rest of the products seemed fine. Shipping took quite a long time though. I sincerely hope I've not falsely accused them of selling fake products. Nevertheless, one should exercise caution when it comes to Beadaholique.

I am new to this product but just got a sample in the mail yesterday. This product is a soy based product. It has a lot more fragrance over a larger area than when I tried the "diamond candle" brand. The tarts are huge almost three times the size of the others. The prices aren't as steep as the other companies either. I would totally reccomend this company and all of its products.

I find the Beebeecraft products fantastic. The deals are so good! I have received bead kits, metal dies, floral tape and many more items. Each product has arrived safely in secure packaging. Even for a novice beader/ crafter, I have had great success with their kits. The metal dies are very sturdy. Many items come in their own plastic cases for easy storage. Great gifts too.

So I bought 32 degrees boxer briefs from Costco which I like a lot. But Costco in my area carry mostly large. I went online to check for smaller size and ran into 32degrees.com which had a final sale of 5.99 each. I thought it was a very good price and checked the description repeatedly to make sure it's a package of 3, like Costco has. And it said clearly on the description "package of 3". After all, it was a final sale so I convinced myself that is not a mistake and ordered 5 packages and a pair of short to meet free shipping requirement. The package came and there was only 5 briefs instead of 15. I checked the web site again and this time the "package of 3" was removed. So I contacted them explainning the situation and asked for a refund if they dont honor their price. I got a very cold response saying they don't offer 3-pack for $6 and no return because of "final sale". It mentioned nothing about what I saw in the description. I should have screen captured the description on their site when placing the order but as of today, I googled again and it still shows package of 3 on the Google's brief description. However, when I clicked on it, it takes me to their web site but the page was not found. This means they removed the page. See images below.

I ordered a pair of Lindstrom pliers PL8155 from jewelrysupply[dot]com because the description says it has a maximum cutting capacity of 16 gauge. However the pliers I received (RX 8132) only has a max cutting capacity of 22 gauge. I wasted a lot of time and energy trying to explain to them the issue but they wouldn't listen and maintained that it was my fault for ordering the wrong product.

I was initially uncertain about buying from Jewelrysupply because of the lack of reviews but it's actually really great! My order was shipped out on the next working day the first time, when I did not qualify for free shipping. The second time, my order was shipped out after three working days when I qualified for free shipping... The quality of products are high; I ordered two strands of pearls (both graded A/B) and they were completely unblemished! And they cost something like $6! Not all prices are competitive though; for example, Swarovski elements and chain are more expensive on Jewelrysupply, while the pearls and jump rings are cheaper! Jewelrysupply.com offers products true to the description. The descriptions are a lot more detailed too. For example, they mentioned that certain pearls (like those graded C) are blemished. This allowed me to make a more informed decision when making my purchase. I will not hesitate to order from them again :)

I bought BOHO Japanese beads and DIY beads for my kids. We all love it so much. 100% Good quality and brand new. The bead colors are very durable and no fade off problem. Terrible. I contacted Kancy after the devesting loss of my dog Tula. I saw a moon on her website and had specific ideas on the type of design I wanted to incorporate a moon. She was very anxious to communicate in the beginning to make the sale but after that I never heard from her. I will try to contact her numerous occasions with no response, whether it was her direct number or on messenger. The only time that she responded quickly was after I told her that I was disputing the credit card charge because I didn’t trust her at this point, and it had been three months with no communication or update. on the website it says they contact you immediately after receiving ashes and I never got that, and it also states that she responds as soon as possible to all other questions and I never got that either. So I tried to remain calm, and told her she needed to be more professional and communicate better, which she agreed. But then weeks go by and there’s no communication, and I reversed the credit charges, and a few weeks later I get the product. The bracelet was not Like I specifically told her to do. I made it extremely clear that I wanted the bracelet very thick because I work outside, I swim every day, and I will not be taking the bracelet off. It was of poor quality, and it looked like a necklace from the dollar store was cut and made into a bracelet. Keep in mind this was almost an $800 purchase. I took it to a local jeweler and they did a great job adding the bracelet, as well as correct her mismeasurements on the Moon and birthstones placement. I contacted her to let her know I received it and what I had done because I saw her post an Instagram of six minutes long wanting people to feel sorry for her because of all these horrible things that have happened in her life, and it obviously was directed at me, but this is a business, and again it was very unprofessional for her to go on and on about life‘s problems when other people are grieving over the loss of their animal. So I reached out to her and was very empathetic, and I said how sorry I was for all these terrible things that happen in her life, but that I am disappointed in the product and in her lack of communication and that I wish her the best. She then fires back a long defensive list of excuses, never took any accountability nor responsibility, just going on and on about all her heartache and that she’s not obligated to talk to me because I disputed the charges. That is true, but as a professional she should learn how to communicate with people and also put herself in the other persons shoes and be empathetic to their situation as much as she wants a bunch of empathy thrown at her, right? So the moral of the story is I would not recommend this person because she is extremely unprofessional, immature, her work is subpar. She has terrible communication skills, and she obviously has too much stress in her life to be able to do her job properly. She should notify her customers that this is affecting her work or maybe this is not the job for her. But she clearly does not care. This piece meant a lot to me and so you can imagine how upsetting it was when I received it and it was not what I asked for. Definitely would not recommend this person unless you just want to hear excuse after excuse after excuse of why she can’t do her job. I also noticed on the negative reviews how she fires back at them as well and tried to blame them for her lack of professionalism and ability. That tells you a lot about a business when the owner does not except any responsibility or is accountable for anything, they don’t do anything wrong, it’s always the customer. Big red flag. Very far from what a 7-800 piece should look like. Beware.

It's not a safe place for kids. If you kid isn't easily influenced then he may go on. There is so much porn and gay furries. It's truly terrifying. You wonder what got into these people or what there mental issues are to make them be like this. If you are anti social online, you better watch out for this site. Such a toxic place. It makes 4chan look like heaven. If you're into furry art there are many venues that you'll like. Final verdict: It's a lot to take in. So i'd rather stick with DA. IMVU bought FurAffinity for $50,000. Must of been easy for them because that sites cheap as hell.

My experiences on this place are truly degradable. Most staff here are indifferent about members who aren't part of their own little friend circle or highly popular artists among this fandom. Dragoneer did a number on me accusing me of artheft without any proof then decided to delete my entire gallery without ever consulting me about such accusations. I was banned shortly after after expressing my disdain on the matter. I am not the only one who voices such negative treatment from these individuals along with the fact the site seems to suffer from constant problems in staying online. Nowadays there are more sites where you can share your art and not be treated like trash.

Keller aren't a name that comes to mind from a U.K. perspective. I found them as a chance price hunt on a particular shoe, and decided to give them a try. Price was great, website worked correctly with realistic stock information. There was the offer to join a discount club that you do often seem to see on German webshops (We tend not to get this in the UK so it's a bit of a novelty). Delivery was by UPS and faster than promised with obviously well treated box and items well but not excessively packaged. Recommended, I'll definitely be looking here again.

The site was well organized and easy to maneuver. I had an question regarding the sizes and whether or not I was allowed to exchange shirts for different sizes should they not fit. John responded back promptly and gave me an explanation on the sizing and a recommendation. He was extremely helpful and made sure to answer any questions I had. After my first order, he emailed again to thank me for the purchase and to again offer any information should I have questions. My order was delivered in two days - the shirts fit exactly as described - I usually wear an XL for all brands but John recommended the L instead since they are 2" longer in the back and run 'true size'. Overall, I wish I could give 6 stars. The product and customer service was astounding. I will undoubtedly purchase more shirts from LOFT and recommend them to friends.

Every time I have ordered shirts from L.O.F.T., the service has been outstanding from my first order...to the last.....even when I had some embroidery done a few shirts it was done in a much shorter time frame than I expected. I live on the west coast and have received orders within 3 business days....once...ordered on Friday and received on Monday.....that is service! John is a great guy.....even though I wish he would expand the line to Bicycle Shirts as well......
