The clothes came in a box. I expected the clothes to be in a plastic bag properly placed inside the box but only 2 garments were in the bag. The rest looked like they were just dumped in the box, they weren't even properly folded. So they're crumpled and the worst thing is they were damped! I know that they're cheap but I expected to be at least properly folded. I was very upset and disappointed. Won't recommend.

My daughter was married last week and I wanted something special for the occasion. I bought a beautiful modern watch as well as pens for bridesmaids gifts and pendant and earring set. I bought these over a period of three weeks from the Swarovski store in Bristol and Cribbs Causeway Mall. The staff couldn't have been nicer. They gave me space to look around without fussing and brought out the items I wanted to look at, I tried many on for effect. I never felt pressurised to purchase anything. Once I'd decided, my purchases were beautifully packed, they added more links to the watch there and then. I know Swarovski are not cheap but there were many beautiful items for that special occasion at prices to suit different pockets. They have also brought out a new line of jewellery that can be cleverly added to at birthdays and Christmas if liked. My experience at two Swarovski outlets was the best I've had in similar outlets. The pens are good value, great to write with and look classy.

Purchased a £90 bracelet and within 2 months it had broken. Took it back into my local store and they fixed it for me. Within a further 2 weeks the exact same part broke again but this time because I was wearing it, the broken part was lost. I did the same thing and went back into my local store and this time I was told they'd had a big sale and no longer sell the bracelet I bought which apparently meant that there's nothing they can do to fix it even though it was well in warranty and was less than 3 months old. The options they gave me was store credit (which I didn't want as there was nothing else I wanted for that price and certainly didn't want to spend a penny more) or to pay for it to be fixed elsewhere myself. Absolutely appalled I contacted customer services online expecting a better standard of service; how wrong I was... Had a reply from one person asking for a photo and more details and then never heard anything back. I wrote to them again and again and they never responded. It's safe to say it will be the last penny I ever spend at Swarovski. Disgusting.

My husband bought my engagement and wedding ring from H Samuel.My engagement ring was a cluster ring with diamonds and the whole cluster came off the ring.I took it back to the shop to be repaired they sent it off and I payed £89.00 for the repair.After receiving the ring back I had it less than a week and 2 diamonds fell out.I took it back to the shop again and they sent it back for second repair.I got a phone call saying they couldn't repair the ring but they would replace it if I could find proof of purchase.Customer service found proof of purchase so I got back in touch with the Middlesbrough branch to be told they wouldn't replace it as I had it 7 years even though I'd already told them that in the first place and that the diamonds falling out had nothing to do with the repair a few days before the diamonds fell out it was just coincidence.The mangeress from Middlesbrough store is extremely abrupt and her customer service skill are shocking.I will never shop on any of H Samuel shops again and would advise others not to either.

I bought a dkny watch online and it was delivered a couple of days later. I opened the package and to my horrer there was no watch inside. I called up customer service who told me they will investigate. I then rang them back a few hours later and they told me that they had watched cctv footage and that the watch was in there before it left the store therefore there is nothing they can do! This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard in my life as I have paid for a watch to which I didn’t even get and they tell me they can’t do anything!! And won’t give me the money back! What kind of service is this? They’ve left me feeling like some kind of fraud. Do not waste your money on them they’ll just send it to you empty and rip you off of your money

Ordered two jackets but had to return as unsuitable. As the jackets and the box weighed just over 2kg, the cost of an (untracked) return was £28!!!! All web site prices were is GDP so I never imagined the return was not to the UK. It should be clear on the site that returns are at the user's expense to FRANCE.

The shoes i got look like they were used. They actually have marks on them which don't exactly match the off white color i ordered. I'm going to give them a formal complaint in addition to this if possible. Unfortunately because they were clearance i am stuck with them and of course i can edit them for pics but what would've been nice would've been a good quality product! I'd be ashamed if i sold anyone shoes and they had marks on them! That's pathetic

I ordered on June 13 and my package has still not come. I finally got an email on June 25 saying it shipped so I became optimistic, but the package hasn't received any more notifications that it has moved along the way. It still hasn't left California and its been 4 days! Something seems fishy here... I better get my package... I will never be ordering here again because of the stress this has caused me. Ordered a sale skirt. It didn’t arrive instead a random hat came. I emailed them they said they would send it out my dresses and apologised and didn’t send it. I emailed them again and they said they I no longer had the skirt they refunded me BUT £5 less than I was due back. Utterly incompetent service and haven’t done anything to rectify or compensate me for their repeated mistakes. I won’t be using them again.

I placed an order over a month ago, for to dresses, I contacted Anthropologie two weeks after my order to state I hadn’t received it and they stated that it was sent to the wrong address. They offered a refund I told them I wasn’t interested in a refund and that I would like to have the dresses sent back to me when they reached their fulfillment center I was told that this would be done. I followed up two weeks later and was told that the order had just arrived and that it would be sent back out to me. I followed up again three weeks later which is today. I was told that they had sent me a refund on yesterday, and my dresses were not available. So I think their customer service at this point in time sucks, because I was told three times my dresses would be sent to me. And then today after I called them I was told that I have been assured a refund and that your dresses are not available. I have enjoyed shopping with anthropology over the years. However this is more than disappointing.

Zero customer service. I just cannot order from a company that doesn't help when you have an issue with an order (almost 2 weeks ago, I received an email that my issue was being sent to their "resolution team"...). The Biggest Christmas let down by Vans off the wall. They use the company yodel to deliver, I work in a 24hr building with a security which will always take packages and being the supervisor for the site I’m well known and the parcel wouldn't be refused. I bought a pair of shoes in the black Friday sales in November Paid and waiting for delivery. I forgot about the order and looked back 2 weeks and still no delivery so I talk to customer services to which they said no one was there to take the delivery and that it was sent back to Vans Depot. I doubled checked the date given on CCTV and no delivery was ever attempted with a fully manned site on the tracking date. So I put this to Vans they blamed Yodel and offered a Refund. but as a Christmas present all I wanted is the pair that yodel sent back to depot, the call taker (I won’t name, Names) said she would contact the depot and find out if this is possible, 2 days pass still waiting for depot, 5 days past still waiting for depot and the tracking says successfully at depot at this point. Today no phone calls just a refund which will take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. I bought the shoes in the colour and size I needed now unavailable in both size and colour and shot up in price by £30 from the price I paid in the sales. I feel like I have been lied to and basically told to go away with this refund which I didn't ask for, all I wanted is the Christmas present I paid for. This isn't the service I accepted from the brand.

Horrible experience, the amount of time I have lost on the phone trying to get the shoes delivered and the refund sorted ..lacking the words. Called at least 6 times, being on hold for approx 30 min each time before getting through. Spoke to dimi, tony, sofia, sarah and couple more people, been jumping around just to get my shoes on time, which I had ordered a week before, obvs did not arrive on time (birthday present) instead been told to order them again and as recompensation been offered free express delivery and 20% off of the product, don't have to be a genius to be handling these numbers, however again the partial refund was not correct. NOT calling a 10th time to ask for a couple pounds but definitely not ordering again. Got to remind them CONSTANTLY what they're ought to do. Also, would recommend to check your emails since none of the replies to your general email address has ever been received. How do you expect your customers to stay in touch with you and being able to reply/ send your needed documents if your email address is not valid?

Towa cosplay I ordered made to measure jacket and pants fit fine but the shirt was definitely not to my sizing and way to tight the collar was pressing against my neck was choking me, customer service was terrible offered me 10% off the item I purchased. Wouldn’t recommend buying from them if you are after custom sizing, even tho they were at fualt and admitted it saying the 1-2 inches different by hand. Alot of emailing back and forth resending measurements. i first asked if i could exchanged the shirt for a bigger size and was ignored. Only giving 2 since the pants and jacket fitted fine

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because it arrived on time. It’s nothing that is advertised, the fitting is horrible, the material is something I could have purchased at the dollar store and the jacket looks like a a cheap piece of silk for a robe. Absolutely the worst purchase made and I will not be a returning customer. I reached out to do an exchange and although it wasn’t a special order nor did they require measurements they refused to do an exchange or return. Terrible place for ordering cosplays!!!

Do not shop with Tokyo laundry! If you need to then look on amazon, eBay and other retailers selling the product . The customer service is appalling , 0 communication. Delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Hermes actually left it in the middle of a street and told me it was posted through the letter box. I mean this could be my word against there’s but they even took a picture of my item in the middle of a road in the pouring down rain. Yes this is Hermes, and I know Hermes have a bad reputation for this, but Tokyo laundry refuse to claim responsibility for this. Spent £51 on a coat and a pair of socks I never received with no refund. Merry Christmas and please be aware of the risks shopping with Tokyo laundry!

I recently bought some shoes. They look good. The website said to buy a 1/2 size smaller than what you normally buy for US customers. I followed their advice. When I wore the shoes today I could practically walk out of the shoes. They run big on the size. I went to the website to contact them and do not see any contact info except a phone number listed that claims to charge you a fee for contacting them.

They took a week to process, though customer service got back to me quickly when I had queried it. Delivery was quick (once they had been processed) and the boots are beautiful, but they have notable design flaws. I bought Quick Getaway boots, which sadly do not have enough holes to feed the laces through, meaning they tend to protrude when you lean too far forward. The slippery material and the lack of lace holes means that the shoe tongue slips all the time, which would have been solved if they'd shoe tongue loops (the kind you tend to see in trainers/converse). I'm keeping them because I plan on stitching them in myself, and ultimately they are quite stunning to look at.

I used Barbour's re-waxing service and, although quite expensive as you have to pay for postage, it was definitely worth it! My jacket was returned very swiftly (within 3 working days of it arriving with them) and the job was completed to such a high standard!

Disgraceful experience. Item ordered on standard delivery, hold placed on the funds in my bank account to cover the order, confirmation email received. Next day, email received acknowledging the order and hoping that I am pleased with my item, however estimated delivery date of 20th August 2018, OVER ONE MONTH!!!! I emailed customer services to say that I had ordered these in what I thought was plenty of time for an outing on 28th July (the order was placed on the 18th July). The response was one that did not give two hoots about the situation and simply stated that the item was no longer available. WHY PLACE THE FUNDS ON HOLD IN MY BANK ACCOUNT SO I CAN'T USE THEM WHEN THE ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK?!?!?!?!? So, I went back onto their website and found another suitable pair of jeans which were only £5 more expensive and replied to the customer service email saying that I thought they should send these instead. The response being that they can't do that!! I have been a loyal customer for years and this is how I am treated. A little bit of understanding and recompense would have done much to ease the situation but all I was offered was a refund of the postage if I ordered the new item. Please do not order online from this company, either call or go into one of the very few stores. I have also emailed customer services to suggest that in future they make 100% sure that the item is available prior to placing a hold on the funds in their customers bank accounts. ATROCIOUS, UNCARING and disgraceful customer service, it used to be so good as well which is a great shame.

The jacket I purchased was pictured in a true red. The jacket I received was very close to orange. A purchase return receipt was not included with the order. I am continuing to attempt to receive a return label from LTS via email, no luck, so far. I do not wish to pay to return this jacket. The lack of customer service and poor quality is not indicative of the shop from where I have made previous purchases. I did some digging and now realize that LTS was purchased by another company in 2016. It should also be noted that this $72.46 jacket was made in China. If I had known all of the above, I would not have purchased the jacket. This is no longer a company that sells great quality merchandise. Also, I bought the jacket on 2/25 and it was not sent until 3/11. At the time of purchase, there was no indication of a shipping delay.
