I purchased Dunlop wellington boots from Gsworkwear. After a little over a year of light wear one began to leak due to having split at the seam. I expected longer life from Dunlop boots so asked Gsworkwear for details of guarantee. They gave no response to my request for guarantee details, and made no attempt to consider the matter, simply replying that it was "wear and tear" and that they could not accept a return. Dissatisfied I contacted Dunlop, who upon receipt of a photograph deemed the split a manufacturing fault. They contacted Gsworkwear to advise of this and of their opinion that my claim should be accepted. Gsworkwear still made no attempt to pursue the matter with me, as a result of which Dunlop themselves sent me a replacement pair. After receiving the new boots I politely contacted Gsworkwear to advise them of the outcome, believing it to be valuable feedback. I received no acknowledgement. 5 stars to Dunlop for excellent customer service. 0 stars to Gsworkwear for contemptible service.

I have the “Molly Gold” watch and it’s beyond amazing. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be more satisfied. It’s perfect in every detail. It’s really a product of great quality! It comes in a beautiful leather box, with an instruction manual, an adjustment tool to be able to change the strap size, a certificate of authenticity and a 3 years international guarantee! (and believe me not all brands give you a guarantee). When a brand gives you a guarantee it really means that they’re sure that their products are of great quality. I wished I read the reviews here first before ordering mine in March 2022. 😭😭 My order only arrived in Aug and it was incomplete! Missing 1 activewear but GWM indicated my order status in the account as FULFILLED. I am truly disappointed! More than 5 months of waiting due to delay port closure. My other orders from China via other mediums have arrived in a month. I also saw all the FB posts from other babes reacted angrily but all the comments are deleted. Pls ladies, do not support the activewear from here. All my enquiries via email/ Whatsapp/DMs are ignored as it is.

They were one of the VERY few websites selling this beautiful MilkMaid dresses I've been wanting (sold out nearly everywhere, except on here and a 1.1/5 review website.) So instead of buying it cheaper on the poorer review site, I decided to buy it here. Not only did I get the item quick and speedy (bought it on Nov 17th, got it today) but it felt me perfectly! I've been tracking my items for a month now. It says that the package had left the UK on April 29th, with no further update since then. I reached out to Hachu through email and social media to refund these items as they've been presumably lost in transit, but have just been getting radio silence from them. Overall the experience was very unprofessional. Update: Hachu has issued a refund for both items. I'll consider shopping with them again once this pandemic is over.

I hadn't thought of organising my bags this way, but The Handbag Hanger is a great way of storing my handbags in a way that stops them from losing their shape and allows me to see them. I will admit I don't know how you'd get 12 bags on a hanger, I certainly wasn't able to fit that many bags on the large hanger.

They are an absolute scam. I made an order in October, waited for three months while contacting them and being told to wait every time. I contacted DHL which they were shipping through and it was up to the store to resend the package which they never did. They've stopped responding to my emails and I literally spent like $80 on this order. Never buy from them.

This Hardland tactical pants are made out of a polyester (65%) and cotton (35%) fabric combination which makes them very durable. The seat and knees are double-reinforced, so I'll be able to bend, seat, kneel, or crawl comfortably if needed. These pants have multiple pockets specially sized for tactical use. The only cons I can think is the pants might not suit for wearing in summer, since its heavy-duty fabric--polyester will not allow to breathe as well as cotton would.

Purchased these for my partner The pants was comfortable and a bit stretchy which is good. I am not sure on the extent of its waterproofing but I'm sure it's water-resistant as when we we're eating, my friend accidentally splashed the soy sauce. I was worried so I took some tissue and wiped it off and was surprised that everything was wiped clean without leaving any stain. There are so many pockets and I can see that the stitches are well done. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

I've ordered from them multiple times online and in person when they've been at mcm comicon. Each time the shirts have been excellent quality and the customer service has been great. I got my first shirt, an awesome full metal alchemist inspired design, about 3 years and I've worn it multiple times each month since then and the design has not faded at all to my eyes. Each time a design has come out on preorder they keep you updated on any delays from their estimated arrival date. They usually offer discounts for when a shirt first comes out and have recently made a loyalty programme for extra discounts. Overall they're a great company I highly recommend!

Poor quality and disappointing customer service. I was bought this as a gift, after a few weeks and only a handful of times wearing it, the stitching was coming away. I contacted the company who refused to acknowledge my garment was faulty despite having photos. After a battle they offered to repair my item, me covering the cost for packaging or a £5 discount. Neither I felt was acceptable, I will not be buying this brand again.

I wrote a honest and fair review about a Harper Wilde product. I was not being overly harsh or critical, did not use profane language, was not posting fraudulent information, but rather trying to provide honest feedback in hopes of helping other women find exactly what they need. My review was "hidden" from the shop. This completely defeats the purpose of writing a review. If Harper Wilde is only going to publish reviews that makes them look good, that doesn't give me confidence or trust in their loyalty and dedication to customers. I will not be supporting this company again and will make sure my community does not either.

They advertised the cloth as worsted wool but in fact they sell one cloth which they have given a name of vitara wool which has nothing to do with wool at all. Secondly they sent me my shipment through a very incompetent courier which forced me to collect from their office instead of home delivery. Don't buy from them.

Nothing short of terrible, disgusting money grabbing scum bags. I had a long discussion with someone via the Instagram page who was more than helpful prior to me making a payment for a pair of trainers. Once the payment was made they went radio silent. I was told i would receive a text with the location to collect the shoes from a private office, as seen on their main Instagram page. This was obviously never sent. Numerous messages, phones calls have been made and i am still yet too receive any communication from them. I am now down £159.99 and without a pair of trainers. PLEASE - do not use this company! I would like to say thank you for your immediate response to my missing inquiry...I ordered two and only received one including the lighting pack in the first order but the second I needed to remind about which had not arrived in the order of two items when was corrected and sent out did not have the lighting pack included as described to be included in the ad. That is the only reason for 4 stars. One was a gift to someone I love and the other was a matching for me but since only one came with the fairy lighting-sadly they do not match.

And the only way to contact them is the email provided on their site that doesn't work.

Be cautious with Hitsunny. A very unreliable site. Ordered on 8 Aug 2020 and received delivery confirmation on 13 Aug 2020 but I still do not receive my purchase until 19 Sep 2020. I contacted their customer service 3 times. It took them 8 days to respond and what's worse is no more response after I sent another e-mail to enquire on the status of my order. The worst of all is that they told me that the parcel could not be tracked online and asked me to be patient. Gosh.... my first and last purchase with Hitsunny. They don't even deserve a single star and it should be negative 5 stars to them. Think again before you purchase from such unreliable website. Not to mention if you want to return or refund.

Excellent service. Notified of dispatch of goods, they arrived quickly and tracked. I purchased two coats to compare sizing and returned them for a larger size. Upon receipt they notified me of the refund and how much & dispatched the larger size on the same day. Again, I was notified of dispatch and the goods arrived in good order. You do have to pay the return postage.

I received a pair of boots with scratch marks on top of both boots. I returned them and asked for a replacement. Once they received them they told me they didn't have a replacement so they refunded me instead. Just such a shame and a waste of time.

Ordered quite a few items from Hoodrich as my son loves the clothing. Unfortunately everything he has had has either been damaged where it arrived or after washing. Extremely poor quality. Just had to send a jumper back to foot asylum and they have refunded me. I returned a faulty gilet to hoodrich themselves about 2/3 months ago and have heard nothing back! I haven’t sent over 20 emails and messaged them on social media... which they actively use. So I am £80 down!!! Will no buy from them again... avoid avoid avoid!

The inside zip on the leg of tracksuit bottom is sticking out by a few centimetres and it hasn’t been measured properly and the quality is very poor is very irritating when exercising and bodybuilding I am surprised at the poor quality. Would not buy again.

I bought a dress for a wedding that was cancelled (due to the pandemic) so I returned it. Return was quick and easy, no fuss and easy communication. I was worried having read some of the reviews on here, but I had no problems at all. They don’t refund postage (some companies do) which is my only real reason for four stars. Also, the dresses are lovely but I find the sizing very generous, so that can make ordering difficult.

Recently purchased the Winnie dress from this brand. Perfect price point for a friends pared down wedding. Just loved the print and the fact it appears backless but you can wear a bra . Arrived quickly and nicely packaged , will wear dress again but more casual with boots. Will 100% purchase again . Nice to see a UK company thriving throughout these strange times.

Well I purchased a jacket from House of Leather with DPD delivering.... guess what?? The jacket never arrived and I was at home all day and no knock on the door? House of Leather and DPD both diminish responsibility. I expect a shoddy response from a very shoddy service. My Advice - Don’t waste your money and spend a bit more and shop at a more reputable company? Poor reply by HOL - well it would help that the courier knocked on the door? We were in ALL day and the item was dumped probably not even delivered and we were all in the front room. No creaking of the gate of someone walking past our front window and not knock on the door. VERY STRANGE that it did not get delivered although YES a photo was provided. Typical poor company that automatically diminishes responsible and blames the customer? I do NOT get the jacket and HOL are a complete wasted of space...

Lovely leather jacket, smells a bit like chemicals but I’m sure it’ll wear off soon. Good quality and great price! Extremely fast delivery too with DPD. I had a question after buying and they replied within the hour via email, very impressed. I’d definitely recommend and I will definitely be buying again. I’ve only given 4 stars due to the smell 💜 otherwise excellent!

I saw a pair of shoes that seemed to be just what I wanted, so I placed an order. Weeks later, I get a box that has excessive tape all over it and inside is a no-name generic box containing plastic little-girl shoes where the soles were separated from the cheap blob of glue that was supposed to have held it in place. Just ridiculous. I paid $50. It's shameful. I inquired about a label for returning, and they send me something in Chinese and tell me I'd have to pay for it. Obviously they count on people like me that deem it not worth the hassle. It damages credibility of decent on-line sellers. I will never, ever again purchase anything from this outfit.

Terrible customer service. I had to return the trousers I bought but they didn't pay the deliver. So it would be more expensive than the price of the product. I have now something I can't use and got half of the money back. In the end, besides losing money and time, I got very disappointed.

I finally figured out what has "killed" my brother's and my Humps lenses - salt water. We are both surfers, constantly around salt water, and occasionally our glasses get wet. My glasses did the same thing my brother's did after they got some ocean water them - mass amounts of "scratching" on the exterior of the lenses. This is actually just the coating of the lens coming off. After this started happening on my second pair of glasses, I tested my salt water theory by going in the ocean the other day and rubbing the outside of the lens with my thumb. The coating comes right off! So while that is the extreme of what you do with your sunnies, I now know why these glasses have not lasted for more than a few months. I don't know if other (especially more expensive) sunglasses have this issue, but I've never seen it happen as fast as it has on Humps sunglasses. I think it's up to the consumer to decide whether or not you want to put your money into something that isn't going to last very long around salt water, as I'm just providing my experience. The customer service team has been great at replacing them quickly just FYI!

I really was happy with the watch I received even though I had to pay a lot of duty to receive the watch ( not the company's fault but needing a return makes it difficult) I love the look and was happy when I got it but really disappointed to find the front of the face was scratched! I do not want to pay the extra 20 plus shipping to try and get a new one since I already had to pay a hefty import fee. I am so disappointed to receive it like this and feel there's nothing. I can do unless I pay a lot more.

I am so happy with my purchase. I bought a beautiful watch for my boyfriend and he is super happy with it. It arrived quickly and looks so good on him. Never got the item. Been 6 months since I've ordered. Additionally most of their items can be found on Wish for 1/10th of the price. At least the Wish items will arrive. Support team is also completely unreliable. EDIT: To answer the message below by Hype Fashion. I can understand that you've reached out to the previous owners in order to refund my purchased expedited shipping. Problem here is that I have never received the item at all. It would make perfect sense for the item to be fully refunded, since it was not I can only say that this is a scam. EDIT2: As it turns out that hype-fashion is now under new owners and I was scammed by previous owners instead I will be changing my review to a neutral grade. Hopefully I'll be able to receive my refund as well.

They advertise good quality items. I tried to get two underwear and bra sets and a cute bondage underwear. I still haven’t gotten the white set. The black set was unwearable. The items where made cheaply and did not cover the body properly. The bottoms where horrible. The bondage under was just a seethrough thing that was made improperly as well. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered on Sunday. Received product 4 days later. Excellent product for the amount spent on it. Shipping department put wrong address on shipping label and went to a house a half mile away. Lucky for me I was able to retrieve the package. Emailed the company and got no where. Personally, instead of emailing. I would have preferred to have dealt with a person on a phone call. But they do not have a phone number. Guess its easier to deal with customers via email then phone :-(.

I ordered A Hinata hoodie and My Hinata hoodie came unsewed!!! I paid $110 for this and got no refund or discount after sending a email with photos for evidence. The patch eventually fell off and I had To sew it on myself. Pathetic!!!! That was the only part on my jacket that fully represented Naruto. The rest is a tie die that can be done at home. So i ended up with a tie died jacket and a Hinata patch that fully fell off. Not worth the cost!!! Leaving this review everywhere possible as a warning for what to expect. This company does not work around customer satisfaction and their needs. They only care about the money they bring in. They do not care how hard you word for your money. I clearly Could have bought each piece separate and could have made my own version for a lower cost!!! Thanks Hypland.

I ordered my package on the 3rd of February hoping it would arrive before Valentine’s day. It is now February 24th. My package has still not moved from LA, I live in Colorado. The delay with my package is absolutely ridiculous. I contacted their customer service which was quick to respond which I give the two stars for, but there is no reason for such a delay. Never ordering from this company again. Worried that I am not even going to receive my package!!

I purchased the VR Headset and controller pack of 4 and was told they work with iPhone 4s. I went out and bought 2 iPhone 4s for my children and they are unable to have the operating system version required to operate the cardboard app that is required to use the product. I tried with my iPhone 6 and the experience is dreadful. I asked for a refund one business day after buying them and I was told to "F*off" by the owners who spoke to me on the phone and told me they 'don't do refunds' and 'go ahead and try QCAT with your complaint, 3 others before you have all lost". Disgusting service. They have no idea about customer service.

Ordered a Armband for my Android smart phone, and the order was quickly dispatched. 10 days after I had still not received the package, so wrote them - they said the package was insured, but I had to wait until 21 days after dispatch. Which I did, and of course still no package. I wrote them again, and never heard from them again.

Love the concept behind this brand and the Instagram publicity was excellent. Misbah is dynamic and engaging, and responds promptly to queries on Instagram and via email. Refunds and exhanges were completed with no difficulties (although be aware that deliveries back have to be paid yourself). Ordered 10 items "just to see" and ended up keeping 6 - testament to the quality, price, style and fit!

I love my new ring from Groove Life!! It’s everything I hoped for and more! I took the quiz they have on their website to see what size I needed and it was spot on- fits like a glove, SOOOO comfortable and light it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing anything. And it’s beautiful too! I’m a chef and can’t wear my engagement ring at work so I feel naked not having it on. Now I can rock my Cactus Bloom ring so I have something stylish and functional!
