Quite frankly I find these little tops fascinating as well as beautiful! I love the sleek shiny ones, the sturdy workhorse-like ones, the super sweet striped special edition ones. I have a good collection going and have started one for my nephew as well. I have to say the latest special edition item -the Mokume-Gane Copper one- is the BEST YET! Spins like a dream. I guess they are just for decoration and NOT to really wear out to the pool or beach ....my boobs fall out of the medium size bathing suit top with just raising my arms and doing casual stuff, like walking l. I would say it fits as a medium should , and I am a size 34C bra; but it has NO , and I mean ZERO, hold. Got the matching bottom on size medium too and it fits like an extra small....what in the!! For the INSANE and ridiculous price, you expect a perfect fit, and perfect product. NOPE . And how is it that the matching bottoms had no stretch but the top had no hold?! Is it not the same material!? Never EVER buy this brand unless you can physically try on the product. I , on the other hand, will NOT be buying anything from Love & Lemons EVER again.

Overall, they have really cute stuff! But when you touch it... it's clearly made very cheaply. It feels like that plastic-satin when I bought a skirt and a dress, and was SUPER thin. Honestly, it felt like a knock-off from wish but I bought from the company website... Also, I'm a very small girl with boobs big for my body, and it was hard to find something that actually fit. If you ONLY want design, then it's good, but not for big chested girls. Way overpriced given the quality of the garments. If I'm paying premium price for something, I expect a product that it luxurious, soft, thick, and has good stitching. I'd probably become a loyal customer if the quality was better, since their designs are so feminine and cute! I hope in the future they car less about profit margins and more about long-lasting fashionable clothes, cause that's certainty what I thought I was paying for. Quite disappointed.

Very good service from this company. The tights were caught up in the lorry stockpile over Christmas coming from the continent. So late for Christmas. However, the company emailed, followed up, and were very apologetic for something they had no control over. Excellent communication.

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a bag on January 1st 2020. After a month I still hadnt recieved it so I emailed them. Someone named Kate answered my email saying the bag was on back order. It is now November and I still haven't received my order. I have also sent them a couple more emails with no response. The bag I tried to order was a $65 messenger bag. And I still recieve emails from this company like I'm gonna order from them again. This is a total scam.

Terrible! They take the money and run. Fake adresses in Paris and Italy, no warehouse in Italy although they claim to have and they don't deliver! Ordered a hat that never came! I got a wrong (fake?) Tracking ID, they never answered any of the many mails I wrote. Avoid! Don't buy!

Then after several weeks I reached out via email to inquire only to be told it would ship out that week. It never did. I then called their customer service number and was told March 25th. I bought from the website a total of 4-5 times and each time I've been impressed with how high quality the shoes where along with how relatively fast I got the shoes (within 2 weeks). Pete the guy who runs Freaky Shoes also provided good customer service one time for when I was having trouble with one of my shoes. I could either get a new shoe outright or customize it to my liking which I think was pretty cool. Anyone who wants good quality shoes I recommend Freaky Shoes.

I really wanted to love this brand and had recommended it to friends. However, since experiencing their customer service I absolutely cannot recommend them. Michelle is very quick to respond via email or here when it’s regarding a sale. However it’s a different case when they owe you money... I returned my items at my own expense and fully intended to purchase another colour once in stock in April. They were received and signed for on the 17th Feb and I am still waiting for my £100 refund. I have chased a number of times and when I eventually get a response from Michelle I am simply told to “bear with” with no indication of when I will get my money back. This is not good enough. This is not customer service. Having a baby is stressful and expensive enough without companies like this making things more difficult. Luckily I paid with PayPal and will be opening a claim with them. I’ll also be going to Amawrap for my baby carrier.

Good business model - t-shirts are hard to find. 3 big issues off the start. 1. The site says CAD but charges in USD. So if you buy a $28 CAD shirt, it's actually $28 USD, making it nearly $45 CAD. 2. The description of the site doesn't say what size the model is wearing. Most sites do. 3. Shipping is $18. I currently get my t-shirts from 2-3 sites and they're free shipping. You can ship a t-shirt from USA to Canada for about $3 with an account at DHL. Big rip off here. 4. The spinning coupon widget on the site always gives 10% off. It's rigged to land there. I've tried it 4 times and it never goes to 5% off, 15% off or free shipping. Overall I would like to try their t-shirts but there's too many red flags off the start.

When it arrived next day I was pleased to note that it was in 100% cotton but felt that it was a bit neat and decided to bring it into the shop on the first day it reopened. Can’t fault speed of delivery but have only given one star due to poor finish and looked cheap quality. I know they were only £3 each but the jersey fabric was poor, the print design on the fabric looked as though it wouldn’t wash well and felt like those you have on mass produced t-shirts, overlocked stitched edges looked unfinished, fabric at the reverse - why put cream flannel fabric at the back of a white jersey fabric and bother to put white at the back of a darker jersey? I know they are only dribble bibs but the photos on line looked better than in real life. I bought as a gift but felt I could not give these and have purchased alternatives from another source.

Ordered some bibs in November and hadn't received them, i contacted fg and was told someone would look into it. I have since heard nothing despite numerous calls, emails and fb messages. i placed an order with this company over 5 weeks ago. I had to continuously email until i got a response with a tracking number. I paid through paypal at the time of placing an order and received confirmaATION THAT THE ORDER WAS ON HIS WAY, After finally getting a tracking number i went on line to track - five weeks later the parcel arrived in south africa addressed to someone else in a different province with a different address. The tracking number was incorrect and did not belong to me. I have sent emails tried calling with no luck. I have now reported and filed a complaint with paypal. I will take this on social media where ever they advertise to warn people not to do business with these the scamsters!

My son made an order through gagodeal.com and we got no information about the shipment. We could see that the amount was drawn from the account. A couple of weeks later we got a parcel from China (no indication that it came from Gagodeal). It was the wrong color and size. So naturally we would like to return them to get everything right. I have tried to reach Gagodeal through multipe email and phone but no response..... We do lots of shopping on the internet. Gagodeal.com is the worst one so far. Will never shop here again !!!

Ridiculous experience. I did not do my research; overpriced junk. They are laughing at the stupid Americans paying them to get ripped off. It took 49 days to arrive. And the item (beanie slouch hat) was not as described- drab color, MUCH smaller sized for a child- you know it is cheaper to produce that way... And get this; a grossly putrid odor for $25!! I could have bought a better one and did, btw, on Amazon for half price and it was here in days. They do not have the same quality controls in China I know, but sending junk like this will not help your rep. But I am certain the company will post its own positive review to cancel mine out right away. Make the right decision and stay away from companies like this until they clean up their act. If the product was good I would overlook the wait, but sending too small and STINKING items will not work when its overpriced already. Sorry G TEEZZZZZZZZZ

Potentially Scammers - Be aware! The same Guys who did "Peaceful Shala" which is already taken down. Lots of negative facebook comments there! (Proof for this is the paypal email I send money to) On Galileoglass Facebook almost every comment gets deleted if its negative! On their homepage they state their product is handcrafted in the USA. The company sits (said on homepage) in Croatia, but the goods are shipped from China! The necklaces they "sell" are the same like the ones on ebay or amazon, but cost double to triple (and also come from china)!! Dont buy it or request a refund/take you money back via paypal! I'll wait for the 24. December and if my stuff isn't here I'll do so.

-I ordered an Emilio Pucci shirt online. It was described as exactly that, with absolutely zero reference to any fundamental changes to the stitching and shape. -When I went to pick it up, I realised it looked fake and did not have a label. -The receptionist and then the manager denied it till they were blue in the face. I insisted they show it again to the authenticator. -The manager came back out. This is what she said: "The print part of the shirt is Pucci. But the panels in the side and at the bottom have been added by the last user" (non-Pucci, local tailor alteration - cheap cloth that completely changed the design). That's like selling me a Chanel necklace and saying: These beads are real Chanel, these ones are from Satwa. They refunded the money - then I got a call from the manager apologising but continuing to insist the product is still an Emilio Pucci shirt despite the cloth inserts, design change and no label. You can also see that in the response below . I wonder if any Pucci store would call it a genuine Pucci shirt with its newly added white side cloth panels and tacked on blue hem. What do you think? Be careful of what you buy, make sure all parts of the product are by the claimed designer. Not just the front and the back of the shirt.

Purchased a Pink Blouse on SALE for almost $90 when I opened the bag I was baffled. The quality of the item is HORRIBLE. I could have bought a blouse from H&M for much much better quality and price. It is almost unwearable. Do not believe the pictures, they are deceiving.

I purchased a tan coat after Christmas. The quality is great and it goes really well with almost any outfit. Very satisfied with the purchase and not to mention their customer service! Every staff that I connected was very nice and I would definitely do more shopping with them. Highly recommended!

Ordered some shoes in my normal size. Arrived pretty quickly but came up too large. Got in touch via the website and over email looking to exchange - ignored. Finally messaged on Instagram and got told there was a no exchanges policy? This isn’t listed anywhere on their website and apparently this is obvious because it states that on their Instagram! Pretty farcical for a company which claims to offer a ‘premium service’. My advice - avoid at all costs. An absolute SCAM. Literally only interested in taking your money and running.

Start to finish the best service I have ever received from a company! I had messaged the Instagram page with all my queries and they gave me a quick response and went the extra mile to help! Unfortunately the item I received wasn’t the right size so I returned the item and messaged the page to say I had done so, and explained i would re order the correct size and they helped me with an exchange straight away. I personally do not believe it’s fair to manipulate a review system, then show off the rating and lure customers into a false sense of security. It’s fraudulent and misleading but above all else it’s outright corner cutting. Is this really the best way to do business? It makes me question the morals and ethics of the brand. Customer service is horrible. After waiting 5 weeks to receive my two kits, I open them up to see the chamois is so subpar. It's sewn in two inches back from where it should be. It has seams poorly sewn and running right down the crease between your crotch and legs. Saddle sores would start at mile one. I attempted to return them but all I was offered was a 20% discount on a future purchase. Then they stopped communicating with me. You've been warned.

Worst apparel company ever. Waited a month for my product. They had the address wrong so they shipped it to my zip code, but not to my house so USPS refused to deliver it and shipped it back to shipper, all while they already had my money. Whbe I went back to them they said they will have to charge me for shipping it back to the corrected address. I mean they are ridiculous . Never ever ever buy from them and I will be writing a formal complaint to the bbb. All I asked was for my money back and they refuse to refund me

I bought two complete bathing suit sets from them. The bottoms being an XS were pretty weird sizing and the crotch was only the actual width of my thumb. I tied the black Gigi bottoms and the stitching immediately tore. The tops fit good and looked cute (both were a size S). Nothing was double lined and the stitching would fold over into the sheer parts making it look cheap. I don’t think it’s worth the money or at least the bottoms aren’t at all. For each piece being close to $60, the fabric felt mediocre at best, and some of the stitching was noticeably uneven.

When I go to tracking it says it's still at The US Secondary Processing Center. They also delete any posts calling them out on their social media. We've been scammed.

I feel one star is far too generous for the 'service' I have received from GoldPlated UK. I ordered an item of jewellery for my brother for Christmas on 11 December, I received a confirmation email but thereafter it was radio silence. Having heard nothing, I emailed them on 18 December to ask if there was an update to my order. Nothing. I emailed again. Since emails clearly weren't getting through, I tried their website contact form, Facebook, Instagram and their website live chat. Nothing. By this point I was sure I was being scammed. Finally, at just before midnight on 28 December, I received a reply via Instagram informing me that it had been dispatched on 12 December by Royal Mail and should have a missed delivery slip. Since I finally had an actual human responding to me, I replied straight away saying I'd received and heard nothing. Since then, the item I ordered has gone out of stock and they've offered me a replacement. Not trusting anything from this company ever again, I asked for a refund, only to be told that Christmas sale items are exchange only. Really!? I have no item to exchange! I've received zero customer service, not one apology, and now they won't give me my money back... Do not touch this company! I wish I'd read the countless negative reviews before falling into their trap. Awful.

The website has no contact information and all social media pages have been deleted, very very dodgy. I have emailed their sales email and had no reply, so will be reaching out to my bank to hopefully claim a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all, seems like a fake site. Avoid!

I order 3 straps and excepted them to arrive in the time frame on there website. The first strap arrive 1 week late the other 2 took an extra 6 and 8 weeks. When I contacted the company the response was to blame covid delays. If they don't have stock they shouldn't be selling the product. I wouldn't recommend this company.

They lie about discounts on their advertisements. I asked him about a discount on a jacket when they said the whole site was now 50% off. They said the price listed on the site is the 50% off price. Now their advertisement says 10%, I guess what the jacket is still the same price they don't fluctuate between 10% or 50% off. They lied to me straight up in an email about there discounts I wouldn't trust these guys to have a quality product

I made an order at the beginning of the month and received an email from gower coast crafts telling me my item was shipped and being sent to me. It is now approaching a month since I made this order, I have messaged them copious amounts of times and had no response?? Today after a threatening message to them after asking for my refund back several time’s I got a generic email response telling me they we’re away on holiday and since my message was now responded to it would be taken off the mailing list??? I’m so exhausted by this company, the lack of customer response and not knowing what’s happened to my order?? I ordered specifically early to receive it in time to give as gifts for Christmas which family and friends have gone without now. This is the first time I have ever ordered from this company and most definitely the last. I fear I may have to look into reversing the transaction with my bank if it’s possible as I’m beginning to believe I will not get my items or money back for that matter. Please think twice about ordering from this company. I have had a terrible time and absolutely no apologies, proper direct response nothing?!! It’s upsetting I’ve had to even give them 1 star rating to be able to have composed this review. I think my next stop will be contacting trading standards as a last resort to at least get my money back!! The fact they say refunds should be applied for within 30 day’s and yet I have asked this also on several occasions and can’t get a response so what exactly am I meant to do????

Your wax melts are absolutely beautiful. One of the only brands I have found that ship in 100% cardboard packaging with no plastic, much more eco conscious which I adore. Do not buy from this company. It is all cheap jewelry from China. It looks absolutely nothing like the beautiful looking jewelry on the website. I will never wear it, it is complete junk, looks like dull tin. The first earrings took about a month to come. Finally after another month went by, I complained on the website and within 2 weeks, the other earrings finally came. I should have just asked for my money back instead.

I am giving one star simply because there is no option provided to give zero stars. I did not read any reviews before placing my order but should have. Like others, my order is in transit and the shipping company handling it responded to my inquiry by saying it would be handed off to UPS who will ship it to the local USPS for delivery which seems highly unlikely. If you read this before ordering think long and hard before proceeding. I will not order anything from this company again and urge others to follow suit.

Product never showed up. I ordered a graduation gift for my son on March 26 and now it is May 17 and it has yet to show up. The tracker showed it arrived in the US on April 17, but now the tracker does not even recognize my order number. Is this a scam? The money went out of account on the order date. What do I do? The customer service answers with nice emails, but no real solution. I want either the product I ordered or my money back!
