I bought a first helmet couple years ago and I was very satified with what I received - I cannot say the same with this second purchase. I ordered the same helmet size and for some reasons this one is smaller and very tight around my head - after a little while it even hurts. And this is of course not the kind of items you can easily return from USA to Italy - So I am not happy.

The single star is for the goggles I bought 20 years ago. I placed an order over 1 month ago for replacement headband and lenses for my goggles which can no longer be used as the original elastic headband has stretched. I have paid 48 Euros after receiving the quotation with a predicted delivery of 8 days Since this time nothing has arrived and I can get no information from Bauffaldi regarding my order. This is despite 3-4 emails telling them about the situation. To date I still have not received a reply. If anyone from Baruffaldi is reading this please let me know whats happened and when can expect my order.

Still waiting, it's 4 months down the line now and Bealay have still not refunded the postage for sending me dangerous damaged goods. Swimwear with wire sticking out of the Bra Tops. I paid them £4+ to send the items to me originally and £4+ to return the damaged items back to them. They have refunded the cost of the goods but not the postage costs both ways. This is a company that in their own words say "we care about you". This is not the case, a good company would not expect you to pay to have dangerous damaged goods sent to you and then expect you to pay to have the same damaged goods sent back to them. Who in their right mind would agree to do this? I would not recommend Bealay to any one. These goods most certainly come under the Sale of Goods Act, not fit for purpose and dangerous. Their Customer Services must be one of the worst set ups I have ever come across, they are so slow and unresponsive, bordering on rude. I have had the odd email saying we will do this and that for you but they never have done, if that is not dishonourable, I do not know what is. They sent me a message via Trustpilot asking me certain questions, which I replied too. They then followed up a few weeks apart with two more messages asking the very same questions. All these details were given to them in my very first email with photo(s) back up. Question: Would you buy two bikinis with wire sticking out of the bra tops and pay to have them sent to you and then have to pay to send them back??? I will continue to place this review across the various Social Media platforms on a recurring basis about Bealay until they do the Honourable thing and refund my two postage costs.

I have just purchased a new watch from beards of Cheltenham I used beards eight years ago to part exchange a watch for a new watch and everything about the whole experience was faultless I got first class service and everyone I dealt with went above and beyond to make my experience really pleasant the people I dealt with was really pleasant helpful and knowledgeable and I am so pleased to say I have just done the same again a part exchange and a new watch and I can only say how refreshing it is to see that nothing has changed in this day and age I am constantly disappointed with companies standards lack of customer care and a hap hazard way of dealing with customers not so with beards I highly recommend them to anyone I only dealt with Mr Alex rose on this occasion as I didn't visit the shop this time it was all internet shopping obviously at the moment but this guy was very helpful again knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with thanks for the help and well done Alex, people are always quick to complain and criticise but don't seem to praise when they should. I would have no hesitation in using thease guys again, on both occasions got a really fair price for my part exchanges and I would highly recommend thease guys to do business with. Nice experience throughout and well looked after no matter on budgets I feel.

I sent an email regarding the availability of a dress for my daughter's prom on a Saturday evening at around 6.15. Sue came back almost immediately to say that whilst the dress what not in stock it could be ordered. With Sue's help we ordered the dress and it was delivered the following week. Sue's customer service skills were exceptional and she is a real credit to cargo clothing. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend.

I was told about Cargo Clothing by a friend and it was a relief to find an online prom dress shop that was genuine and based in the UK. Having found a few which had reasonably priced dresses, only to read the reviews and discover they were fraudulent I was beginning to dispair finding a dress that was what she wanted but affordable. Cargo Clothing have a range of dresses, to suit a variety of budgets. I made an enquiry about one particular dress and got an instant reply by email, with some alternative suggestions as the dress we wanted wasn’t available in the right size. This was great service. We ordered another dress and it arrived within a few days, beautifully packaged, and exactly as it appeared in the picture. I can’t comment on the returns policy as we won’t be returning it

Really disappointed with customer service, was bought a beautiful ring from my husband for my 40th and less than a year on it has been sent back twice for repair! Now they want £78 to repair it this time and won’t be back for another 7 weeks it’s already been gone 3 ! I don’t see why we should pay for the repair when we haven’t damaged it in any way. One of the diamonds has fallen out. It cost £4k originally. It has spent more time being repaired than on my finger !! Either want a full refund or a new ring for free, not too much to ask but they don’t seem to happy about this. Very disappointed!!!

I tried purchasing a luxury watch on Monday morning (Omega) but was unable to speak with a sales advisor over the phone, as it goes to voicemail (Beaverbrooks will contact you by the next working day). I also tried to enquire online but the request system crashed when I submitted my request. Ended up ordering the watch from another shop. It appears Beaverbrooks are making too much money to worry about a lost £3K purchase.

It's been a month that I'm waiting to receive a sweater that cost me nearly $100, I can not see where is my package # 111706, it puts me an error, moreover I can not log in to my account because the site tells me that I do not have the right password and when I ask to change it, he never sends me email to change it. Edit: Its okay, the problem has been solved, I can't say anything on this side, the customer service is good, so I change my rating to 4 (still waiting for the package but I think everything should be ok now). In addition I managed to connect also on the site (he ended up sending me an email to change my password).

They sell a really good selection of relaxed jeans, I ordered 3 pairs for my husband in the hope that at least one pair would be ok, buying jeans online is normally disappointing, but it turns out that all 3 pairs are perfect. The delivery was quick, communication for delivery was spot on and I have absolutely nothing to return. I have to say a big thank you to Best Work Wear, happy husband, the selection, pictures and sizing were represented accurately, and they're all absolutely ideal. I've already recommended the site to friends on the back of previous orders and after this order and will definitely continue to do so. All I can say is that Big Fish Clothing have bent over bacwards to accomadate my order as with being disabled it is very difficult to buy stuff thats not only nice but you can buy the right size I am fat it's just with the medication I have been tacking as I was fit and thin untill my 40th then I became ill and rushed into Hospital for seven weeks I was poked and proded and came out with 38 tablets which I am still on today so when I go out anywhere I have to were traksuit bottoms and an rebock T-Shirt I have had for 7 years it will be great at the wedding in the Summer as I will have a suit to where and the next Funeral I will have a black suit to put on Thanks to Big Fish Clothing thanks again

BEWARE RETURNS. I purchased 2 jackets for my daughter but the sizing wasn't quite right. I returned them (at a cost of $30) and received confirmation they were received on December 6th. It is now December 21st and I have written to them 5 times only to receive a "canned" response that my $1,000 refund will be issued in 3 - 5 business days. This is not acceptable. Bonjour, J'ai commandé un veste bodaskins le 8 août 2021 pour la France. J'ai reçu un mail de FedEx pour payé le frais d'importation de 184euros c'est vachement cher !!! J'avais déjà acheté une veste chez eux en 2018 qui m'avait rien coûter en frais d'importation. Si c'est comme ça je n'achèterai plus chez eux. Attention car le coût des frais d'importation n'est pas donner sur leur site mais parcontre c'est offert pour les États-Unis et le Canada. Nous qui habitants en Europe ils nous prend des pigeon non merci!!!.

Do Not Purchase from this Company. I placed an order 12 days ago and once they got my money they do not answer emails and do not send product. I checked my account status and it said I had no orders. I paid with Paypal and they have sent a dispute on my behalf. Since then they still have not replied. There are other reviews with same problem. All I want is my money back and I am lucky I paid using paypal. When I purchased product they sent me an order number so it was not rocket science for them to look up order and send it. They may be selling products that they do not have in their possession to post.

I placed an order on the 30th of October, have heard nothing since. Have sent emails but they do not reply. I am lucky that I have used Paypal to make my purchase and I have requested a full refund. I went onto my account at Bonds and according to them I have no purchases pending yet after I purchased I received an order number and was told the order was successful. Paypal have sent a request to Bonds but I have not heard back. This company is very unreliable and I see I am not the only one with this problem. My advice is not to purchase from them and go elsewhere. It really is not worth the hassle in dealing with a company who just wants your money with nothing in return.

I found Martins information on ebay and due to various horror stories that are well publicised I was extremely sceptical about going ahead with a Rolex watch purchase, however after completing numerous background checks on Martin and his company I was fairly confident who I was dealing with was trustworthy. Ultimately I was so glad I "overcome my concerns", Martin was great to deal with and went above and beyond what I expected (he was on annual leave when I first contacted him, and on his return to the UK he went into the shop jet lagged after an international flight), the upshot being that my wife will hopefully be overjoyed at Christmas to become the last member of our family to be a Datejust owner! Many thanks Martin I have absolutely no reservations in recommending your shop to others, and should I decide to have a change around of my current watch lineup I have no doubt that I will be in Contact

I ordered the Swiss Automatic August 9 of 2018 and it arrived on January 4, 2019. During the wait I emailed customer service a couple times and received assurances that the watch would arrive shortly. It was about five months to in my hands. I was concerned that the watch might be as untimely as the delivery, and I was suspicious that the let down would soon come; and, after an initial period of pretty good time keeping, I began to imagine that the sweep second hand was sluggish at the onset of the new minute, that some jagged action was apparent just past top dead center. This made me feel like there might be some stripped gears inside and that the thing would turn out a burn. It was all an illusion, or a hallucination on my part. When viewed with a loop the sweep was indeed tracking perfectly on the small second dial. But I am getting ahead of myself. When it arrived I was very pleased with the fit and finish of the watch, the beauty was patent, but at 38mm it is smaller than my apparently indestructible quartz Brathwait Slim Classic (40mm, purchased May '16); and certainly not as slim, but decidedly thicker, or rather taller. (I really liked the thinness of my first Brathwait watch at a quarter of the price of this new Swiss Made Automatic.) As a result, I did suffer some buyer's remorse; I felt the watch was possibly a vain and wholly unnecessary accessory--what was I thinking? But, I kept wearing the Swiss Auto, becoming very attached to it, and feeling incomplete without having it on. We endured, the watch and I without any deal-breaking issues, and finally I relaxed into the notion that the contingency period might not be violated by any fault of the golden, beautiful and complex timepiece. The watch did slow down after some months and I reset the minutes lost on Sunday mornings, slightly irritated that the time was not spot on, but not about to return it for that. Then, one day as I was getting dressed, I fumbled the watch, and caught it on my foot like a hackey-sack, and I put it on without a second thought. A half hour later I realized it had stopped running. Pained, shocked at my loss, in my grief and horror (and in realization of my perhaps emotional over-attachment) I emailed customer service and told them I needed to make a warranty return. The jolt the watch received from my fumble felt like hardly an appropriate cause for refusing to run, or for declaring the event to the vendor. Brathwait customer service sighed heavily on the other end of the email and asked if I was aware of the extended wait times for these hand made watches. I said yes and prepared to send it in (Veronica). Instead, I took it to a demure watch shop on College Avenue in nearby Santa Rosa (not at the mall). The wizened watch maker looked it over, cleaned around the crown, opened the case, and gently gave the works a spin. The watch immediately came back to life and the watchmaker said after examining and inspecting it's wheels and motions, " ...this is a fine watch, did you drop it?" I explained my exceedingly tiny fumble, whereupon he proceeded to educate me about how the automatic can get a microscopic bind and stop the movement, at which time it just needs a minor service from a trained professional. It was true! (my joy ridiculous) I then complained that the watch was increasingly less reliable except finally it had arrived at the consistently dubious rate of four minutes slow per week. My new watchmaker put it on his accuracy sensor, adjusted various settings and watched his needle at the middle of the scope "...it's really good, but we can move this little regulation lever to speed it up a bit", showing me as he proceeded. It was a very small nudge. He told me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the watch, the movement, and he thought it an excellent value. He said most of the broken watches with this type movement are not the fault of the time keeping parts, but that people roughly handle the crown when adjusting the time and date. He showed me how to move the time forward at the rate of a couple seconds per hour (around), never adjusting backwards; his assurance was "take care of the crown and stem and the watch will run indefinitely" I paid my $15 service fee and bowed to my new friend. I was much gratified that I purchased the genuine article from Brathwait, and the regulating that the watchmaker applied to speed up the movement was precisely what the watch needed to be extremely accurate. I haven't reset the time on it in six months other than for time changes and it's always close enough to perfect. The contingency period is over. I've had my watch almost seventeen months, and I couldn't be more pleased with it; the little concerns I had initially now being completely assuaged by time, information, knowledge, and experience.

Ordered a shirt from bucktee expecting it to be 100% cotton. By the way it’s not easy finding their material information. Immediately after submitting order - within 2 minutes - I contacted bucktee to cancel since I realised it was 50/50 % cotton/polyester. Won’t shop here again. We purchased two shirts from this company. The website said they were 100% cotton. Absolutely not. They feel like sandpaper! Inferior quality. The workmanship of the design and quality of the transfer of the design to the shirt was also poor. Also, the cuts of the shirts were all wrong. The women’s cut is not tapped like a traditional women’s cut (a lot bigger than normal and wider at the bottom). The men’s L fits like an XL. Also, the price was kinda high compared to other sites I had shopped at for shirts. I only purchased here because they were one of the few to have a print I was looking for. As noted on several reviews, the customer service is really bad. They don’t stand behind there inferior product. I wish I would have checked this review site first! Even after several washings they feel scratchy and harsh. Shop somewhere else.

The item wasn’t damaged or anything but it arrived not pinned to anything - lose in box - no cellophane over - which is what I normally get when I buy new butler and Wilson - and the box was covered in I sudecwuth glitter if some sort that had no place being there arms I bought a medal cross brooch - no glitter on the item . If it had been for a gift I’d have had to send it back as I would hate to give a gift slung in a box with debris inside to any of my friends or family . As it was for me - and the brooch wasn’t damaged - I just put up with it - but to be honest - as I have had a lot of stress past year and this was a metaphorical way of congratulating or rewarding myself for going through it - still going through it - it didn’t give me the special treat feeling to see it so slovenly thrown in a ‘spare’ box and my item was probably ex display or a return I am thinking . I’m just too tired to send it back and try again. That’s for the service . For the item itself - if I can block out how it was presented - it’s lovely . I used to go into butler and Wilson store in south molten street many years ago - last time I went in it was for a choker necklace for a ball I was going to - it was a memorable service I had in the shop - online was a big disappointment service wise . I’d like to think it was just one bad apple in the staff - and that it hasn’t sunk to this for the company .UPDATE - customer services contacted me saying they would like to refund the post costs . I thought this was good to make the gesture HOWEVER the guy offering the post cost refund apologised for the brooch not being pinned and secure BUT then went in tin tell me that I had not received returned stock but that it was from the sale range . I have bought from sale before - it always comes cellophaned and protected - IT DIES NOT ARTIVE WITH GLITTER ALL IN THE BOX - the fact that I feel now that I am being gaslighted - adds insult to injury . Sorry - for the refund of costs I would have added a star - but for the gaslighting and telling me that what I have had - which was shoddy mess from another product - on my product - I feel this gesture - and telling g me I am imagining things - the box is off some product that has glitter on it - it is not original box - this is why I said it must be ex display or a return . I just hate People not owning their errors - AND THEN PUTTING IT ON YOU - I am not vindictive - though I am tempted to take another star off - my original two stars can stand - it’s poor - sorry - it was a token you offered and then you added insult to injury .

Ok, so I needed an outfit for a wedding and I had three days in which to find it. Having lent my kilt to my brother for the afternoon ceremony, I was left with a dilemma - what can I wear.
