Roberto Cavalli Aviator Sunglasses RC885S Mebsuta 28C Gold/Black 57mm . I lost these glasses and actually worked for a company where I bought them with an employee discount! I could not find them anywhere and mind you I still have connections at the very place these came from! This place shipped theses out so fast and when I received in absolute exquisite condition- flawless! They were so friendly and courteous and I will be buying again very shortly!

I ordered a bracelet in December, and I received it within a week. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and decided to order a necklace for my birthday. What a mistake! I ordered the necklace on 1/10/11, and they shipped the wrong one. I returned it (at my cost), and asked for an exchange, and they SENT THE WRONG NECKLACE AGAIN! I'm STILL waiting for my exchange/credit. They've had the second returned necklace for three weeks. This whole process has taken four months. I've sent several emails this week, and I've received no response. They have beautiful jewelry, but I AM NEVER ordering from them again.

I loved the sweatshirt I bought, it was a little more expensive than I usually spend for a jumper but it was SO worth it! It really is one of my favourite things in my wardrobe! My only complaint was the returns, which didn’t make much sense to me at first, but then I got in touch with the customer service who swiftly responded to my question and I sent it back and got refunded quickly after.

Do not order from this website!! I ordered a sweatshirt early November last year and it didn’t come in over a month. I followed it up mid December and they were slow and seemed to not care about customer service. They claim they can’t recover my order which I was very disappointed in. So I demanded for a refund but they said they’ll issue website credit of the same value early February and I still haven’t got that either!!!! I am writing this to warn you about this ridiculous online business and I would recommend finding another vintage website that is reliable and cares for their customers.

This people have very bad communication. I wanted to send my items back because the quality sucks. They don’t give to give you shipping labels. They want you to spend way more than you buying there produce. It going to cost me $500 to send stuff back. It never said and when it came to buying that customer mush pay for return. Terrible quality and terrible customer services. Would not recommend at all. Padding is all hard and misshaped. Lingerie one piece is completely not wearing. It's about the same width as it is wide. About 10 inches from my breasts even. I would never buy again and customer service has ever excuse they possibly can.

I’ve been using ContactLens for over 6 years and they’ve been great! I’ve never had any issues with finding my contacts, prescription approval, shipping has always been speedy and the price has always been right. I have never found my contacts at a lower price anywhere else. I consider myself a lifelong customer at this point. :)

Easy site to navigate. There was some delay in my order being shipped. However James Eccleshall in customer service was very helpful and efficient in sorting it out for me. He went above and beyond and kept me updated. I will be shopping here again as it’s a great site but most of all because of the customer service I received.

The face by themselves will not afford any degree of safety from virtalinfections in our opinion. They do however provide a very comfortable fitting mask to hold a proper filter over you nose and mouth. They fit nicely behind the ears and hold a filter firmly in place. We have used repeatedly and they do withstand multiple machine washings with a normal load of clothes. We would recommend them as a support mask for a proper filter.

My name is Earl Whipple and I sent in two Giorgio Amani Rx frames for spring hinges, new nose piece, and an arm repair. Sent them in on June 8, 2011 any a phone conversation w/ Christine in their lab on June20th and was given an estimate of 30 days - 2 week back log on their work and 2 weeks to perform the actual work. In mid-July I followed up and after several phone calls I got through and was told my glasses were being worked on, should be completed in about ten days, and shipped. In August I began leaving more voicemail and emails - first once a week then later twice a week. On August 15th I received a message from a woman saying a conversation was needed to finish the job. Since that date I have left messages almost every day explaining I was returning THEIR call.. nothing. I call the Christine the lab tech's cell number, the main number, and the customer inquiry email address. I type this for others to be aware - I just filed a report with the Upstate New York Better Business Bureau at" Better Business Bureau, Inc. After several failed attempts to send the correct replacement temple parts for my vintage aviator frames, Mr. Cornell promised to mail me a refund. He claimed he could not reverse the credit to my card and tried to place blame on me saying I objected to him sending the required "nub" or "knuckle" part which makes no sense since I was desperate to get the correct parts. Lots of promises followed by excuses, and dragging out repairs. Buyer beware on this business.

I just purchased my second awesome bike from Giantnerd since late September. In each case, Jon wrote a 'best wishes and thank you' message on the inside flap of the box my bike was shipped in. As with my first bike purchase, I took a photo and distributed it to my family and friends letting them know that this is how a company wins a customer for life. Goods were despatched quickly and were what was ordered, four pairs of trousers, two types. All were labelled as 36L, two pairs fitted two did not. One pair were labelled “Charcoal” but I have not seen green charcoal. I have retained the two lighter weight trousers but when compared to your product of a few years ago, they have been made down to a price not up to a standard.

I was specifically looking for blue light glasses as I spend time working on the computer for about 6-8 hours a day and would sometimes suffer from headache and eye strain by the end of the day. Very happy with newly purchased blue light glasses from Framesbuy. I have worn the glasses for 2 weeks now and fortunately haven’t experienced headache at all. They are light and comfortable to wear and yes the glasses arrived quite fast.

I decided to place an order at 33-off.com and I did make use of the $15 off code... shipping by canada post as per the tracking number. 33-Off.com Canada has wonderful deals and sales to be had! They offer free shipping shipping to Canada, any taxes paid up because 33 off its shipped via Canada. I ordered 2 pairs of running shoes Asics for 120 dollars that would of retailed me around 300 in store. Customer service has been speedy to answer me and they shipped out next day. I love the array of sizes, Im a size 9 foot and they had hundreds of items for me which is a hard thing to find. overall, i'm very happy with the site 33-off.com, prices are very good, using the discount code made it even better, and no issues with shipping. Was a little skeptical of this company at first since I had never heard of them, but low and behold my two pairs of discounted Asic Gel Cumulus 12 running shoes arrived a few days after I ordered them, complete with a Canada Post Return Sticker in case I was not happy and wanted to return it. I ordered something for Christmas on the 11th of Dec. The confirmation said I would receive updates on shipping. I heard nothing until the 20th that it shipped. I e-mailed them 2x and tried to call. No phone number on their website makes it difficult. Here I am on 12/24 with no "stuff". Horrible customer service and obviously no process if it took 9 days to ship. I will probably send it back because I'm sooooooooo annoyed.

Ordered Christmas presents at the beginning of the month. Took them a week and a half to process the order. No emails answered, and no one picking up the phone. Did a little sleuthing and called the physical store that owns the site, still took an hour to get someone on the phone, who rudely told me I was "spoiled by Amazon." Okay lady. I finally received a shipping notice 8 days ago, and it still didn't come today. So I'm leaving tomorrow morning without any presents. Thanks for ruining Christmas, Nittany Outlet, and berating me for wanting a little communication and promptness.

I was at the Canada Post outlet when I called as Canada Post said they did not have my package, but, Soft Moc confirmed they did have the package and they were correct, Canada Post had the package.

Terrible customer service, went in to return shoes and the girl returned the wrong pair. After the refund was processed and I noticed the $100 price difference I asked her to return the correct pair. She was unable to do this with her system apparently and I had to repurchase the pair she incorrectly rang in and then proceed with another transaction to refund the pair I was returning. Keep in mind when credit cards are refunded it takes a few days to go back on but the purchase comes off immediately. Spoke with someone who claimed to be the district manager and she advised me she would have to make a phone call and call the store back. This was after half an hour. There were also at least seven people in the store who wanted assistance but the one employee left them all and went in the back to talk to whomever she was speaking with on the phone about her mistake. Will never shop at this store again.

I chose Toronto Tees because I only needed 2 shirts and most printing companies charge way too much for orders that aren’t bulk. I had an idea of what I wanted, sent them the image and in 2 days it was ready for pick up. Excellent customer service (quick response via email) The t shirts themselves are soft and held up well after washing. I Definitely recommend :)

Order a pair of sunglasses, wanted to return them cause my wife did not like them, the return process is ridiculous, but I went with it, I sent the glasses on a box using tracked post delivery. An Post said that they delivered the package, but you claim you didn't get it. I have not glasses and no refund. It's the worst customer experience I have ever had when it comes to returning a package.

US Customer here, buyer beware! If you pay extra for tracking they do not provide a tracking number. It ships via Royal Mail which is untraceable. Ordered December 6th and paid for tracking and here on December 19th we have no delivery, no tracking and no response from customer service. Seems like this is a business that can only handle UK based orders, look at all the reviews referring to sweaters as jumpers...

This was the first time I thought of ordering through AJIO and have worst experience ever. Yesterday I ordered 8 items through AJIO and immediately money got deducted from my card, however I didn't get any confirmation for the order placed and in Orders section it shows you do not have any Orders. But I have received automatic email regarding the successful payment from my bank. I tried calling customer care number and even after waiting for more than 30 to 40 mins also no one picked up the call and it was only the music going on. Sent an email to AJIO Customer care and no response from them either. I have ordered so many times from Myntra and other sites and never had any issues. First time thought of ordering from AJIO and will never ever order again. Worst customer service and delivery. Never expected this awful experience from brand like Reliance.

I made an order several weeks ago and still have not received it. I paid for 2 days shipping. It's been over 3 weeks now. I tried many times to reach them. They respond very slowly and give a " sincere" apology but continue to not give me specific details on when it will be shipped. Acknowledging their mistakes made no sense. They also promised me 1 week ago to refund the shipping fees. They have not refunded anything. This is the last time I buy anything from this site. Nothing should take this long to ship. I do not recommend this site (doesn't matter if there is covid or not)... Close it if you can not mail products to your buyers

Ordered from this site mid-october and havent heard anything from them, they were lucky with being able to use the storm as an excuse but its now Nov29th and its still in pending status! Customer service is also very rude - they sound entitled when you call to find out when the order would be shipped out. I wish I never went to the site! I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered!

I usually don’t write reviews unless I’m very happy with the product or the customer service. In this case, it’s both. These guys have a whole range of super cute matching track suites & after receiving my 1st order I was surprised at how good the quality of their clothes were so I decided to place another order. I live in Australia & both times my order has come within 2-3 wks (even in the middle of a pandemic) Their customer service is amazing too. Every time I emailed them, a team member Gavin was super nice, quick to respond to all my emails & very helpful in resolving any small issue that I had. I will most definitely recommend Siksilk!

I have shopped at Title Nine for several years. They have some cute merchandise, but they are very overpriced. Their return policy is also limited. They claim that you can try out the sports clothing and return it if it is not satisfactory, but they only give one year from purchase to return. There have been times when I have not tried out an item of sports clothing within the one year time, and have been stuck with something that I cannot use because I missed the return window. It can also take time for items to show that their initial quality appearance was misleading--like a sweater that does not pill extensively until it has been worn several times, but by then the one year return window has closed. Their shipping is also ridiculously slow--it takes 2 full weeks to receive an item shipped from CA to the East Coast. They carry items from other sellers, like Prana or Patagonia, but do not list that on the website, and their description of the items make it sound like it is their design. They do have periodic sales, where sale items will be reduced by 20% or so, but when original prices are so high (a made in China wool sweater averages $100 to $150), even 20% does not help much. Many of their made in China items are original designs, but the execution suffers from the location at which they are made. I prefer to shop at the original vendors of the clothing that they sell. Recently they started a one day a week, 3 hour sale (12 noon to 3p EST) and unless you have private online access during work hours, you are out of luck. When I missed the first sale by one hour I called customer service, and was told that they did not know what had been on sale and were no able to tell me. My business is going elsewhere.

I ordered a bathing suit top for my daughter and paid for rush delivery so she would have it before leaving on vacation. It did not arrive, then, or ever. I emailed Title Nine about a month later and asked what had happened. I did get a quick response, but it was very vague, and said they would "reach out" to the packaging department to see what was up. A day later I was told it would be reshipped. It never arrived again. I emailed Title Nine and they said they were still not sure what had happened, but they would refund my card. I thought after bungling the order the first time they would be especially careful with the second order so as not to lose my business. But no. I will never buy from them again.

Discovered this site during lockdown. Brilliant brands and quick delivery. I had a question about the size an A.P.C jumper and Steven from there style team replied within 2 hours. Since then I have used there style advise service before ordering and all thing have fitted. pretty impressive

Prices going up. Quality going down, FAST. Most of their products are now, CHEAPLY, made in China. And, when (not if) you return something, they keep enough of your money to cover their cost for the item and, then resell it at the price which you originally paid. Poor quality stones and settings. Mismatched and damaged stones. Dull and lifeless stones, including CZ., They send you just enough nice looking, good product to keep you coming back for awhile.

Tried to order a simple pair of earrings and was told MY bank( a 5 star bank) "soft" declined the order? They're customer service representative said it was on my banks side and to call them to straighten it out.I use the card for MANY on line purchases ( eBay, QVC, HSN and catalogs)and have NEVER, EVER had a decline !?!? Definitely not worth getting the run-around for a $50 pair of earrings!! I cancelled the order. Lesson learned. Will never us this shopping site, again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered a series of Christmas gifts for various people, and had the items shipped to New York ahead of my arrival (I live in Florida) for the holidays. I placed the order more than 2 weeks out, and received TWO emails confirming that my order had been processed and shipped. I did not receive any other communication from the company other than a barrage of emails trying to get me to order more stuff. I arrived in New York on Christmas Eve, and opened the boxes that had arrived from WOE to wrap the gifts before Christmas Day. Upon opening the boxes, I found that one of the items, a fleece blanket for my mother, which I had been told had been shipped, was not present. And the included packing slip also said that the item had been included, except that someone crossed it out with a red pen and attached a note apologizing for the item being discontinued, and promising a refund to follow. Seeing as it was almost midnight on Christmas Eve, I had no gift to give to my aging mother on Christmas morning. I sent an email on Christmas Day asking for an explanation and a refund, and did not hear anything back until several days later. I had to tell them what items were missing, because apparently whoever used the red pen to adjust the packing slip didn’t keep good records, and was told a refund had been posted. Here we are almost a week later, and no refund yet! I have asked to be removed from their email list, and yet I continue to be spammed with more emails from them.

Please DO NOT order anything from this company. I ordered eight dresses in two different orders for my daughters prom. I didn't receive all the items and I returned the items I did receive within 14 days. I haven't received my refund, which is over £500! Please, please stay away from this company.

I've been shopping with Tikiboo for nearly five years now. Parcels have always been dispatched and arrived promptly, and thankfully I've never had to return anything as sizing and descriptions are accurate. The only time I had a delivery issue because of the courier, the Customer Service team responded instantly with utmost sympathy and efficiency, and arranged to redeliver my parcel via a different service. I recommend Tikiboo to anybody interested in a heartbeat. It's a great example of corporate, commercial and customer responsibility.

Ordered boots for my wife's Christmas present. Delivered OK, but she had serious trouble getting them on. Called Dubarry and was told to try again. She has normal legs, not fat etc, and eventually got them on. She walked up and down the stairs once, and immediately had a blister on her heel where the seam is stitched. Refused to have them as a Christmas present, and then had to pay approx £13 to texture them. Would never buy online from this company.

Bought a new pair of high heels for a friends wedding from XYLondon ( XYLONDON.COM ) . They arrived pretty quickly, and were in a really nice presentation box. The quality of the shoes is a lot better than I expected for what I paid, so much so that the other bridesmaids have also ordered some. I think they do a really good job with a great price for what you get and deserve recognition for what they do.

In 2012 I ordered a pair of progressive lens glasses. They were subsequently "lost" in the mail, and I never received them. I had my credit card company reimburse the cost. I couldn't wait another 4 weeks for glasses, so I had to have them made locally at a great expense. So 2 years later, I needed a new prescription, and I figured I would give GreatEyeglasses another chance. The first pair I received had one sun-darkening (transition) lens, and the other side didn't! I called them, and they did make a replacement pair, but when I received them, the progressive part (the"add") was located in the bottom 3/16" of the lens, and therefore I had no close up reading vision. So I called them again, and this time they said that they had made the lenses correctly and I was wrong! Then they said that they didn't want to remake them anymore, and to send them both back and I will be refunded after they receive them. So in other words, I have never received a satisfactory pair of glasses or a good customer relationship with GreatEyeglasses.

Over the past couple of years, I have ordered and received a few pairs of glasses from Greateyeglasses.com and have been satisfied. Recently (July 12) though, I bought two pairs that did not meet the mark regarding quality. The first pair was supposed to be a sun-darkening, and one lens was. I was extremely embarrassed as my colleagues brought to my attention that only the left lens was darkening in the bright sunlight (I am blind in the right eye and didn’t notice the lack of sun darkening in the right lens). The second pair, after a couple of months, broke on the frame at the middle of the side of the front of the frame, in a place where there seems there wouldn’t be much stress (no, I didnt sit on them). I was refunded the price of the glasses after two attempts to get satisfaction with the company. I would think that the company would put more effort into the quality control of the glasses prior to sending out to the customer. I do not intend to purchase glasses from Great Eyeglasses.com in the future. I have read several very satisfied reviews by customers here and don’t understand how this could happen. To all who are considering Great Eyeglasses.com, good luck! Maybe they have learned their lesson with my experience.

Was diagnosed with an eye problem on Friday - the following week I was going on holiday - unable to wear contacts at the risk of losing my sight, needed prescription sunglasses & was told by another company I’d never get a pair in time. Positives - Simple process. Glasses returned as ordered very promptly. Quality of workmanship excellent. Will use again. Negatives - Overall quite expensive for a relatively straightforward service (when buying non-prescription sunglasses lenses as I did), especially with two lots of postage added on Communication could be better, perhaps an email to say the frames had been received at GlassesOnSpec office as no way to know they had been safely received.

They said they would make a new jacket for me, if wanted, at a small additional cost. I was happy with that as it would be effectively tailor made. Sent back old jacket and on providing the postal reference they made and posted the new jacket. Delivery was quick. Excellent customer service; the way it should be done - note to other companies! This is a scam! They just make money on charging you after a refund that I didn't even ask for. Nothing was delivered after I pay 312 £. And now they started refunding items one by one charging me 4£ taxes for each item!? That they didn't deliver? I'm going to call customer consumer report!
