My wife ordered some shoes from Gravity Defyer less than 6 months ago. We were very apprehensive as they cost a lot for shoes. However, when she got them, they were very comfortable for her and were doing great. Until recently when a spring broke inside the left shoe (without any known cause). These shoes are under a year old, and a spring, of all parts, broke. I work in Engineering and I can tell you springs don't break easily. Main reason is usually bad materials. She opened a case with them and they have been far from helpful. Even going so far as now not responding. She's had them for less than 5 months total before the failure. Before the spring broke, she wanted to buy more pairs that were on sale, but the website wasn't working properly. So, thankfully, she didn't waste our money on more. It's very sad, because for the intended audience, there are few choices as for shoes that help with abnormal conditions. Having such quick failure is extremely unfortunate. This is also in comparison to my steel toe work shoes I've had for 3 years now. I've replaced the laces twice and while they look beat up, they're still comfortable every single day. We were really expecting better. After all, who makes athletic shoes that can't last? They're supposed to be the most durable. These aren't stilettos.

I ordered a pair of gravity defyers for $99 plus shipping and there was a loud obnoxious 'click' sound coming from one of the heels every time I took a step. They sent a return slip in the box they came in and on the form, under "Reason for Return" they had a list of reasons from which to choose and one of the reasons is "Makes Click Noise". When I called to ask why, given that they know that this is a common defect, they don't test for it in their quality control process, they said that they 'can't have someone stand in the shoe' (isn't this is a quality-control problem that a smart junior-high student could solve?). You can return the shoes, but there's no guarantee that after you've gone to the time and trouble to do so that your next pair won't make a loud obnoxious click. Don't waste your money buying them.

This company is not a serious business, very poor customer service. This is an online order company, which collects quite a bit of personal details from the customer when taking an order. I have ordered clothing for over £250 with a next day delivery as it was imperative for me to receive the clothes within 2-3 days (or know I'm not going to receive them, right away). The system informed me I have been successful and I received email confirmation of the order. A day past the order due day I contacted them to find out where my order is only to be told the order was canceled and the cancellation letter was in the POST! First time ever I have come across an online company that being in possession of my email and phone number decides to mail in the cancellation letter in the post on a rush order! Completely unacceptable in my opinion.

Generally great pricing, but starting to become unreliable. Several orders have not been fulfilled, though they do give money back promptly. I have had dispatch dates change and therefore not received the items for a particular trip and one order where I have been waiting for over 3 months with the dispatch date being put back every time I look, and in this instance not had a response following my email chase apart from they have logged a support ticket and that was 2 weeks ago

Bought a pair of sandals that fell apart after one wear. Emailed customer service as I had no way of returning them to a store as I live overseas and had left the country. Got responses from several different customer service reps, each giving different advice, with the last one telling me to get a quote on a letter headed paper from a cobbler to fix them. Letter headed quote, are you bloody joking?! Decided to cut my losses and accept that I would never get anything from these guys, least of all decent customer service. Another pair of flats also falling apart after a few uses.

I suggest not to order anything fro wallis. Everyone seems to have the same problem. They say parcel has been dispatched and then days later say your money has been returned. No explanation. I suggest they need to get there act together especially other companies are struggling and closing down. If you have no customers you have no job.

I bought a Rolex about a year ago from Ermitage. After wearing it for a few months at work I accidentally smashed the dial. I took the watch by a local Rolex dealer and their price to repair a new crystal was too high for me. I call back Ermitage Jewelers and the dial was repaired with a minimal amount and since I still had a warranty they polished it too. Great online watch store with good customer service

I was hesitant at first to make such a large ticket purchase via the internet but after speaking with Veronika at Ermitage my mind was quickly put at ease. Very bad experience. I bought a few hundred euros worth in my first order most of it was OK. 2 items were not. A pair of shoes and trousers. The shoes were 2 different size and the trousers were way to big I ordered a size 30 and was sent a size 34. I thought no big deal and sent an email to explain and ask for the correct size. In the email I said I wanted a size 32 trousers so I was told that I should have to pay for shipping. Anyway a few emails later I decided to just pay for returning the items and asked for a refund they are to hard to deal with. how hard can it be to treat people with respect.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I ordered a pair of shoes that were shown and described as a red/burgandy colour only to receive a dark purple pair. I requested a prepaid returns label as the item was not as shown in photos or described, and I attached photos showing the clear difference. Of course the customer service rep disagreed and yold me I can return the package within 28 days. This would cost me around €30! When I paid €42 for the shoes. That is disgraceful considering it was false advertising. Will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered 4 sets of a 4 pack of monster headbands for kid's team parade.They sent me 4 indivual headbands that didn't even match the picture of advertisement. I mailed the headbands (still new with tags) back and they refuse to respond to my 10 messages and phone calls. Absolutely worst company to buy from! Don't be scammed! Also, they actually changed the wording (to "idividually sold") on the website AFTER my purchase and messages to them which shows they read my messages but refuse to contact me back!!!

Placed an order, was shipped, 2 weeks passed, I set an email regarding my shipping status and they say it has been cancelled. I called to get a refund and till this day I have not received my return. This is probably the worse company ever!!! So sad that I didn't get my things like I ordered since they were for my daughters first birthday! Impossible to change # of boxes of contacts in order, cart wouldn't update, when I'd start a new window to re-do the order the price per box would go from $37.45 to $53!! Had to reboot computer to get $37.45 price. Also my order summary says I ordered 12 boxes, but I actually ordered 13 -- 6 boxes Right eye and 7 boxes Left eye as listed in the description of the contacts. I'm hoping I get the 13 boxes I ordered and paid for. Very frustrating. I called yesterday and left a message, got a call back 1 day later, voice mail said I could call 9 am - midnight EST, but when I tried to call back (same number) recording said only open M-F 9-3??? Told me you were closed. It's 7:45 PST

While Rainey’s Closet did their best attempt to fix an issue with a dress I purchased for rental back in September for a very special event in November, the dress was unavailable to ship to me three days prior to my event. I received notice via email, putting me in a panic. Everything was set and according outfits were purchased and planned for others based off the dress I had reserved months prior. Although a replacement was given to me and made it in time for my event, I was having to settle for a dress that I feel should’ve been well reserved for me since payment and early reservation was made months prior to my shower. I was not offered any type of partial refund or credit for future purchases for the inconvenience and stress this put on me. My suggestion to this company would be to keep more than one size of a dress offered as available so this inconvenience does not happen to others.

I am very disappointed that Diabetic Shoes HuB does not refresh their inventory online to show what they really have in stock. When you go searching for something online, you expect that they have it in stock, unless otherwise stated. I was skeptical because they said they had every size and color available of the shoe I was looking for, so I went through the process, paid and received order confirmation. The next day I received an email that they had other options (bate and switch) for me in other colors available but that they checked with the manufacturer and that shoe was not available in the color and size I ordered it in. As I look over their website... it looks like this is a common thing in their shoe department. I'm very bummed because they have my money and it will take a long time to get it back because I paid through PayPal. If your looking for shoes... buy them someplace that had the inventory in stock... not Diabetic Shoes HuB

I was very satisfied with my shopping experience at the Diabetic Shoes Hub. I have larger and wider feet and it's very difficult to find shoes that fit. I work in a factory so i need protection via steel toe. When I placed my order, I received a call from customer support informing me that the item I ordered was out of stock but they would be getting it in about 3 weeks. I appreciate this courtesy as I have shopped on many other online retailers that don't inform me that an item is out of stock, nor do they contact me at all.

I ordered 4 pairs of boots on December 9th. Received my tracking number and a verification that my order was “on the way”! The truth is, my order never left the warehouse! The week before Christmas, I started getting concerned, so I called 3 different times. All they could tell me is they were “investigating “ the situation! Needless to say, my 4 grandchildren did not receive their muck boots for Christmas. On December 26th , I received an email that they had canceled my order and refunded my account! Terrible customer service!!!!

I usually don't click on ads but theres caught my eye when I happen to be looking for a wedding band. I am not a big jewelry person so a $1200 gold ring was not necessary. When I saw the one I had chosen, it seemed too good to be true. Style and durability? Then can the price, I double checked other sites for the same ring and at that time it was $165 cheaper. So I took a chance with a size (9) I didn't think would fit(out of 9.5), but everything went in my favor and fits perfect! So I saved over $1000 for something that has just as much meaning and symbolization as the over priced gold version. Thank you ***family

I made a big purchase after Modanisa published that for UK customers, items can be returned to UK local warehouse .However, now I have discovered that there is no such thing as UK warehouse and I need to ship internationally for 12.90 items sent to me in wrong colour and size .While i am happy with some of the items, its appaling that there is no reply to my email for one week .I wont be buying again because of poor customer service .

I understand you don’t take returns on Boxing Day but when you had four staff on the till and two customers and one of your staff ‘moaning how dead it was’ I assumed you might have done a straight size swap! I then go to all Arcadia clothes shops and they said it was ridiculous and it’s your way of getting more money out of your customers. We do not live near a River Island and travelled to change the jacket. I found your staff rude, I certainly will not be returning and never mind swapping sizes I will be returning the item and not returning to your shop!

On the app, you can enter these giveaways, in which they clearly state in the description "We will select 3 winners and send them their favorite outfit". I was actually a selected winner, but instead of sending me an outfit, they sent a 10$ gift card, which cannot be used AT ALL. When you go to check out, it will only allow you to select one payment method (AKA either the gift card or your credit card), not both. This behavior is really sketchy on their part. I will say that the clothes I received were of decent quality, however, there are better shops to buy from. Would not recommend it.

I'm from Canada and I was shopping for a diamond and searched the top online sites because I found the internet to have better pricing and selection than my local jewelry stores in Quebec, Canada. Comparing online retailers to dreamstone I have that Dreamstone.com had the best prices online within the range I was looking (round diamond 0.80-1.00 carat G-H VS2-SI1) and they also hand the unique setting I was looking for. The complete ring together was at least 15-25% cheaper than other online stores. I used to buy my scrubs from another store but now that I've found Murse World I'll be shopping here from now on. I bought the wrong size by accident and they exchanged them for me without any hassle and even paid for both the return shipping and the shipping of the right size back to me. I have purchase two genuine Luminox model (4220 and 3803) watches from NY Watch Store at competitive prices. My orders were processed and confirmed with tracking numbers the same day. Both watches arrived, brand new, in the original Luminox boxes with tags and protective plastics in place. I have spoken to James on the the phone a couple times to ask questions. James is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, regarding all of the watches offered on their website and very customer oriented. I highly recommend NY Watch Store.

Word of warning, they told me they were an authorized dealer of Maui Jim but when I emailed Maui Jim to confirm, they told me Sunsvision was not an authorized dealer. Not sure why they would lie and tell me otherwise, but it's a shady practice and it stopped me from doing business with them no matter how cheap their prices were.

Arrived on time for my 14:00 appointment on Saturday 28th, knocked on the door. The tailor tuned and looked at the door then turned away, I waited 5 minutes then rang the door bell. No reaction from the employee i could visibly see, after a further 10 minutes i rang the phone number and politely said i was here for my 14:00 appointment (now 14:15), i was advised quite rudely that he was with a customer and would be out later! There is no way i would spend my money with someone so rude, if on our fist arrival he had come to the door and said ever so sorry but a customer has overrun, could you please go for a coffee and come back in half an hour. Then I would have probably spent £2,500.00 that day. I suspect he will not be in business long.

Ordered a tank top for a Christmas gift for someone And when I received it, it was a shirt, not a tank. Wrote an email explaining that I had chosen the tank and still got the shirt. Got a response saying that I chose the shirt not the tank, that choosing the tank picture as an option doesn't mean you get a tank top. And that a tank will cost $5 extra and I have to pay return fees. So maybe in the website you should change that tank option into actually getting a tank top instead of a shirt or vice versa. Trying to get people with those hidden fees of having to return things when it wasn't an error on their end is pretty $#*!ty. Definitely not buying anything from here again.

Been a fan for years. Great, innovative tees always bring a smile to my face. In the era of just too many email blasts I have always looked forward to see the "latest". Occasionally, I even order from them! Not only did they ship promptly the went above and beyond to accommodate a request I had of them. They didn't have to do it, but I asked and their answer was "no problem". It just feels great to experience good old fashioned "customer service". Keep up the great work and thank you!

In terms of the product/designer offering, I would give them a 6/7. HOWEVER, customer service is extremely poor. This is the message I received from a representative who sent me the wrong tracking number and told me my product had been received, so there was nothing she could do about it. "I have checked again and, indeed, it says it has been delivered yesterday at 10:48 am. Unfortunately, I cannot help you further with this as this is a problem with UPS and not with Menlook. If you still have no news from your order, I think you should contact UPS directly" It's Lyst job to make sure the right customer, receives their products. I don't normally write reviews because I can not be bothered but this is extremely poor customer service. I managed to track down the product in the end by calling UPS and having them tell me the order number is wrong and then having to try and contact Lyst but there is no contact number for Lyst, so I had to contact Menlook, who seemed unsure about my purchase at first. It got sorted in the end, a nice lady helped me out but overall a good selection of products on both Menlook and Lyst however the customer services needs to improve.

Ordered a play kitchen for our daughter's birthday almost a couple months early so I left it in the box so she couldn't see what it was. The night before the big day my husband and I opened the box to put it together and to our surprise it was a Trash Can. Emailed the company and received a reply with in the 24 hours apologizing for the mistake and they could overnight us a kitchen but it would be a different one as they no longer carried the one I ordered. Oh and I can keep the trash can. Well the other kitchen was not anything like the one I ordered. The new one had no character. I'm getting my money back. Highly disappointed!

I ordered a Keekaroo Changing Pad in sable gray and received a confirmation that the order was placed and once it's shipped I'd receive a tracking number. 7 days passed with nothing. I called customer service and they stated it would get shipped that day and I would receive my tracking number that day or at the latest by the following day. Also, the customer representative told me the shipping department should have released the order 4 days ago. The following day, NO TRACKING NUMBER. I called again and I got the same response and they acknowledged it should have already been shipped. The next day, NO TRACKING NUMBER! The representative said I'd get a callback that same day with my tracking number and she would escalate my ticket to the manager. She said they'd ship it out that day or at the latest the next morning. Sound familiar? At this point, I was extremely upset. The reps acknowledged the fact that Giggle had the item in stock and all they had to do was "release" the order. Of course I never received a callback nor did I receive a tracking number. So I called and canceled the order and they didn't even care. They pulled up my ticket and the cancellation took 5 seconds. They didn't apologize but they did thank me for canceling the order?! Um, ok. I've experienced horrible customer service but this by far the worst. I mean they didn't even do anything to remedy the situation and didn't even care if they lost a customer. Word of mouth is one of the reasons why company's lose customers but Giggle does not care. I even emailed customer service to find out what happened and never received a response back. Hope people read this and never shop here. There are way better stores that will treat customers with respect and care for them. You can shop here online, if you want to experience horrible customer service and if you never want to received your order.

I've bought several products here, and the story was the same with all of them. They were all of pretty good quality. Not the best you can get, but cheap and still very good. Shipping time is different for everyone, but for me it takes about a month before a product arrives. This is of course very long, but a lot of times it's free shipping on a product that cost a few euros, which is very rare on other websites.

Gearbest is a platform that sells products in its own name and hosts sellers. I bought several block construction toys from 3rd party sellers and a few technical gadgets, some of them from Gearbest directly. Delivery is usually in original packaging, which maybe a real asset for presents, collectors or when planning to resell down the road. Support is friendly and competent, better than Ali which seems to be highly standardized and automated Delivery lead times are longer than on Ali or ebay. Reckon with 3-4 weeks for delivery, if item is in stock. Note Prices are usually higher than on Ali, even when discounted from sky high 'moon' prices.

I purchased an item from Feel Foxy on 3/8/19, but subsequently returned it for an exchange or a refund. I've called them numerous times to assist with exchange option, but I've received no return calls. I've sent numerous emails to inquire about a refund, but no response regarding same. I know they received return because I confirmed through tracking package. I am so disappointed! I've made many purchases in the past few years and never had a problem, but now it's a whole different story. No one answers calls and while I do get acknowledgment of emails I've sent them, there's no follow up to finalize my purchase return. Something is going on with this company. I feel totally ignored and wonder am I going to lose the money I paid for my purchase. It is now 4/25/19 and there has been no resolution to my situation. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them at this time due to their absolutely horrible customer service.

I am a size 10 Petite dress size, so I ordered the Medium. With much struggling, I got it on, and within a few minutes I had to take it off. It was way too tight. The girdle really squeezed me. I exchanged it for a Large and it just came today. I got it on with no problem, but the girdle feels a bit loose. I just checked the web site and the Small stretches to a 30 inch waist, the Medium stretches to a 32 and the Large stretches to a 36. I really need a 34. I'll keep this, maybe it will shrink a bit with washing.

I really can't understand all the bad reviews!!! I've been ordering from Pink Basis for a while and I have NEVER had any problems. Their shoes are always nice and the prices can't be beat!!! I've always received my orders in a timely fashion and never had an outrageous shipping amount as described in some other posts. By the way, the free ground shipping depends on how much you spend. I saw a review where the person bought 2 pairs of shoes for $9.99 a piece and they were complaining about shipping cost. Well that amount won't get you free shipping. Sorry.

If I could give these people no stars, i would. I purchased a pair of beige boots and paid an extra $20 for 2day air. They sent the wrong boots and then gave me the run around when I tried sending them back. It was their mistake but my headache. I'm stuck with boots I did not order. Needless to say they have horrible customer service. Buyer beware. Don't bother buying with them.

I'm a big fan of decathlon for many years. Their products are honestly priced and of very good quality. You can get even better deals at their clearance section. Have their card so returns are very easy during the warranty period. My latest buy was a road bike ultra AF 9000 cost £800 through cyclescheme. The staff at the cycling department at the Surrey Quays store were excellent: Roman arranged test ride on 2 bikes for 2days so I could buy with confidence, Pablo ordered the bike and kept me informed, Mario set up the bike to perfection and Jakub helped with the payment through the cycling scheme. I'm confident that if there are any issues with the bike I can always bring it over for check up and fix. Thanks guys!

I have ordered a bike on 23rd Nov'18 with a delivery scheduled on 25th Nov'18 i.e. Sunday and out of excitement I reached at the store in the morning but to my disappointment I was told it's not there yet and will get an email confirmation once it is ready to collect in store. The wait didn't end till Tuesday as after back n forth communication I finally got the confirmation that it can be collected on Tuesday. They lacked to inform me that it won't be delivered on agreed day hence the score for delivery service as I am yet to collect the bike therefore can't comment on the product and product service. So disappointed with decathlon as it ruined my plans for the week.

The dress arrived in plenty of time and when I saw it, I loved it I was so scared that the to would be to large , but the alterations were perfect. The dress fitted perfect. Ordered clothes for a vacation to the DR. I ordered over $100 worth of clothes early Thursday afternoon. Since I was leaving for vacation on Saturday afternoon, I payed $20 extra for "Overnight" Shipping. Checking he order on Friday afternoon at 3:30 PM, the package still hadn't left their facility. At this point I called the customer service number to resolve the issue. The rep I spoke to was surprisingly aloof towards my predicament. When I asked why my shipment I paid extra to get overnighted hadn't even been shipped after 24 hours, I was told that overnight shipments purchased after 12 PM don't ship until the following day. Nowhere during my order was this stated. The only place I found this was in the shipping policies link at the bottom of their webpage. Since, it hadn't left yet, I asked to have my order canceled. To this I was told "the package has already been put together, and is at the shipping area for pick. It is to late to cancel. " I was also refused a reimbursement on the overnight shipping charge. Following the tracking #, the package didn't even get picked up for another 2 hours, plenty of time to stop shipment with minimal effort. So in summary, my "overnight" shipment didn't arrive until 4 days after my initial order. I had to run around like a madman to find replacement clothes the night before my vacation. The icing on the cake was in addition to refusing to refund the shipping fee, I was deducted a restocking fee from my refund.

I placed an order on December 23, 2018 and paid by Paypal. I received an order number and was told that I would be notified when the order shipped. No further notification. Clothing was never sent. All emails were ignored. I telephoned and spoke with a woman who acknowledged that the order never shipped. She said she needed to contact the warehouse and that she would call me back. She never did. I am disputing the charge with Paypal.

I ordered a watch from them over the weekend with overnight delivery selected. Not only was it significantly cheaper than other retailers, they had exceptional customer service. They processed the order even though it was a national holiday, and got the watch out by Tuesday early morning. More importantly, there was an issue with the address I had provided, where I accidentally selected the wrong state. Phil called me twice before we were able to touch base to verify the address, and still got the item out on time. Great service.
