If there is a 0 that's the rating I will give, nothing in my orders look the same as the pictures, materials use was not even near the prints of the dresses, the flow of the dress shown has nothing its just like big shirt sewn, even if the one that will wear it is size 0 and your order is 3x still doesn't work, I know coz I do a bit of sewing only I'm lazy, ordered 11 items, only 1 was passable, takes more than 3 weeks to arrive, like me I was going to therapy and checked it a week later only to find out can't return it ordered 7/7/20 arrived 7/29/20, checked 8/8/20 past 30 days from ordering not qualified for return .

A scam Chinese company. Clothes are made way too small for US sizing. Clothes are poor quality made from cheap material that look nothing like the pictures online. I returned two blouses months ago and they keep telling me they haven’t received the package even though it was sent to the address they emailed to me and tracking the routing number, it says it was delivered. I want my full refund. But according to other reviews, I’m not holding my breath. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You’ll be wasting your money!

I ordered a gold dinosaur however a silver owl arrived. The note in with the item specified though that it was a gold dinosaur so I took a pic of this and emailed the seller to ask how I return the product free of charge and get the product I ordered. She kindly replied saying keep the owl and we will send the dinosaur which they duly did within a few days. Great service.

Returned some running shorts that I didn’t like the length. Opened packaging, tried on quickly, immediately returned to plastic bag and started return process. Rabbit says they are unable to process return as they were moist upon arrival and obviously worn. Nope, Rabbit they weren’t. Would not recommend this company. Selling clothes online should have a tremendous return policy, especially for the amount they are charging for running shorts.

I recently discovered - of course via Instagram - the apparel of Rabbit. I've become a passionate trail runner over the last two years but infrequently upgrade what I run in and have been dismayed by other retailers' running apparel. With Rabbit, not only is the clothing unique and functional, it's also really flattering, wicks sweat well, and doesn't seem to absorb the smell of sweat at all (how is this possible?). Love the shorts and sports bras - will definitely be buying them again.

I have to disagree with the person below who alleges crookedness. I could not find a particular pair of trainers anywhere so I was surprised to find that Footway had them in my size 9.5. I placed my order and they arrived by DHL from Sweden in two days (signature required). I can not think of anyone in the UK who could better that.

Be very sceptical DO NOT BUY from this company they are crooks. They will send you a pair of named brand shoes/trainers that are either fake or rejects and when you complain about them cutting your feet they will tell you they will send you a replacement pair and that it must be Nike's quality control fault. But no replacement will come and two weeks later you will have to take your complaint further to Trading Standards. If you want lots of grief and really poor customer service buy from these crooks!

The lady associate at jewelry counter in Richmond Hill ON on Yonge St. Was extremely rude! I was trying to return small item today January 16,2020. The item was purchased in Aurora store and ticketed wrong! The price was $28.00. She treated me like I did something wrong and even told me I was annoying! She kept repeating herself over and over again like I was an imbecile. On the other hand the store manager was very helpful and nice and we resolved the problem. I would suggest to Winners to train their employees not to be rude to their customers. I won’t return to this location because of this rude associate.

I visited the Winners store today and they refused me to go inside at 5:42 pm. The current situation is understandable and I patiently offered them that I can wait while the store capacity is full. Once few people are out of the store, I will go inside, no problem. The manager then stated that we are now closed for today and can’t take customers. The closing time was well verified by calling at the store today . At 5:42 pm, she denied a customer to walk in the store that is well before the scheduled store closing time. Why would the store keep that time if they can’t let customers in. I would never go to Winners again. Worst experience ever! Regards Ramy

I ordered frames on the 12th with expedited shipping because I needed them by the 17th when I had to work (mine broke, and I need my glasses). The expected delivery date was the 15th, 16th at latest, so I figured I was fine. I called on the 16th to find that they hadn't even been shipped yet! They apologized and said they would overnight them to me immediately. It is now the 18th and I still don't have them, so they obviously didn't overnight them. At this point I wish I had just went and paid a bit more at a local eyeglass shop and not been without my glasses for a week. Money is just a bit tight so saving $40 for waiting two days when I had the days off seemed like a good idea. Instead I now don't have the money to replace them at all, need them badly, and have no idea when they might arrive. Update: They arrived in the evening of the 19th and the seller refunded $25 for the shipping. Still don't think they really overnighted them as they say (shouldn't overnight mean arrive next day? it took till the night of the 18th for them to make it to my regional post office and most of the 19th to get here, but maybe shipping is just slow due to Christmas), but at least I have them now. Upping the review to 4 stars since quality is good and price was right. Just be aware you may not get your things as quick as expected.

I purchased a beautiful pair of high waisted pants with suspenders ... this piece is a gorgeous vintage classic ... unfortunately the seams on the front were coming loose and the item was a little large ... I had planned to return the item but a smaller size wasn't available ... so I sent the pic to my seamstress and she said it would not be a problem at all to reinforce it and also take these in for me ... at any rate I had already informed customer service of the loose stitching ... At times, when a consumer points out a fault or anything of that sort the company sometimes becomes defensive and dismissive .... In this case with Unique Vintage nothing could be further from the truth ... Maura replied promptly to me and apologized for the item not arriving pristine ... and once I sent photos to display what I was referring to I was offered 20% refunded back to me ... I will absolutely return to shop here ... when a company assists clients with such care and respect they earn my long term business! Bravo & Thank You! Denise

First ... Fast shipping 2ND... BDU has nice selections 3RD.. Propper TAC.U pants meet and exceed everything they say they`ll do 4TH.. The only reason 5 STAR was not giving, is these pants are not made in the waste for short /stout people [34 to 36 W and 29 to 30 L] [ my size ] The high rise of the waste keeps folding over . But I did not return to BDU. Pants are so good my friend bought the 4pair from me . Im looking at 24-7 brand to purchase from BDU .

Dont waste your money- You'll be cold and wet and get the same cold shoulder from customer service if you can reach them!You will regret every dollar spent on Pajar products as you shiver and freeze in your new boots and the wind whistles through your new coat.I bought 5 products and within a week had to go buy real winter gear-there is alot out there alot better performing for alot less money from brands that care alot more! I found 7 for all mankind on ruelala and was reluctant to purchase. They were fairly expensive and wasn't sure of sizes, I finally ordered a pair and was glad I did. They are extremely great fitting and look great on. I have purchased about 10 more pair from this site and have not had a problem. They ship fed express in 2 days for free. I have not returned any jeans but would be surprised if there was any issues. I am 5'7" 135 lbs. I buy 30in and love the 34 and 35 inseams. I did get crop and love them also. I did get 2 of their tops and did not fit as well but I will give to my daughter Large in top seems big on me. Recommend the site and jeans

They are not customer friendly. Their products are are far below standard. Bring back MFI. I paid for a product and paid £1,000.0 they give me a receipt of £800,00 and I am still contacting them to get my £200.00 refund but to no avail. After several attempts to contact them they promised to call me back up to now nothing fruitful to my request. This is backed by the store manager so please beware purchasing transactions with the sales agents. This incident happened recently at old Kent road branch in South London. The current store manager there aware and he's behind the syndicate. They never get back to it and I'm still waiting.

Was let down by fab sofas going into liquidation and taking a £470 deposit and no sofas. Went looking again as I needed new sofas. Went into DFS and had a look around spoke to a salesperson and explained my situation so the salesperson spoke to his manager and gave me 10% off on top of the sale price. So saved most of the £470 deposit I lost. Thanks DFS store in Ayr Scotland.

I made my first purchase 3 weeks ago when i ordered 3 pairs of contact lenses from Candylens. Right after i placed my order they sent me a very clear receipt with my order confirmation and order reference number. a few days later i got another email saying my order was shipped out. 2 weeks later i received my package. my lenses were wrapped very neatly in individual boxes covered with bubble wrap to make sure everything was protected. I also received a hand written card with my name saying they hope i enjoy my lenses which i thought was super cute. i also got my free animal carrying cases!(yay) it was my first time trying contact lenses so they took 2 days to get use to but after those 2 days i could not even feel they were there. they are extremely comfortable and i noticed a significant change in colour and size of my puples. the customer service is wonderful, they were very sweet and did a follow up to make sure i was satisfied with my product. i give 5 stars and i recommend everyone to order from candylens!! :)

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Horrendous retailer! Any customer who attempts to make a return must be ready that Candy Couture will first tell you that you need to accept a store credit that is good for only 6 months! Then once you agree to that, they reduce your credit by exorbitant return fee charges. Return policy is hidden on their website. I've bought a dress - When i received it, I took It out of the box and it was horrendous! It did not fit, terrible fabric and quality not as pictured. I IMMEDIATELY contacted the company with my issue and asked for a refund. I've paid $298, have returned the dress the next day and got back only $184.14. I also paid for return $21.24 which makes me receiving back only 50% of the original price i have paid. I realized immediately this company was unethical, especially after reading many terrible reviews regarding return issuesThis is unfair and fraudulent! I hope this poor business decision was worth losing a new client over such a nominal amount of money…your staff is horrible trained, rude and unprofessional!

Today I went to Pay for my dress in the store Oshyo in Villago Mall in Doha Qatar. The dress was tagged atQr199. When my debt card went through I was charged QR269. Sales lady (who I was informed was the manager just ripped off the price and said “oh it was tagged wrong”then asked if I still wanted it. We went back and checked the rack of dresses and found that they all were tagged at QR199. The sales lady then walked away with all the dresses to the back to change the price. Because I felt the sales lady was rude and didn’t really care about the mistake I said I wanted a refund. She did the refund using my debit card and said I will get my money back in 12 days. Like “WTF???? This so wrong!!!!!!!! I should be able to be refunded my cash back right away especially in this circumstance!!! I am so angry and feel I never want to shop at this store again!!! Oshyo you lost another customer!!!!!

The material of the nightwear shredded everywhere during the first wear. All over the bedroom and duvet like thick dust. I am concerned about what I inhaled. I havevplaced numerous complaints via email and 3 weeks later I have yet to be acknowledged. I have yet to receive a reply. I have yet to receive an apology. I have yet to receive a refund. Separate orders placed did not arrive. The items were ‘lost’ during delivery. They did not arrive in the guaranteed 4 days. They are still missing 3 weeks later. I have not received a refund as Customer Services told me they cannot issue a refund for items that never arrived until they arrive back at the warehouse. The store is responsible for delivery. If they do not arrive, a refund is due immediately. 3 weeks later, no order, no refund, Oysho still has my money. FRAUD.

I placed an order on 9/22/12 for part of my Halloween costume. I used them last year and they were absolutely wonderful, so I assumed I would have the same experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I knew my item would take 10-14 days before it shipped out. After 2 weeks, I did get an email saying it would arrive soon. One week later, I didn't have it. I emailed them Wed 10/10 no response, then on Thursday I emailed, no response. I called Thursday evening and left a voicemail. Friday-Sunday no response. And still no package. I emailed Sunday to state that I was disappointed and that if I didn't hear back from them on Monday, I would have to make other arrangements but I would expect a full refund. Finally Monday late afternoon, I received an email that my credit card would be refunded. So what happened????? They said 12 days ago it would arrive soon! Now I am left to scramble to make other arrangements for Halloween and pay extra for speedy delivery. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I know it is their "busy" season, but that is no excuse for poor customer service. Yes, they sell great products, but don't count on getting it :(

To say that I had an outstanding experience with Diana would be an understatement. From start to finish, Mona and the people at Diana were courteous, welcoming and professional. While I was initially uneasy about not seeing the actual diamond first, the technology used by Diana allowed me to make an informed judgment. And were they right! The result was a truly spectacular engagement ring! The workmanship in the custom setting was incredible too. I can’t recommend Diana highly enough. If you are in the market for a diamond ring, look no further!

So last summer i ordered a pair of sunglasses and a 50$ t-shirt from RaveReady.com, all I ever received was the cheapest item (the shades obviously) and no t-shirt. Wrote them a few times to complain about the rip-off and never got any answer. I can only assume all the positive reviews on this site are from fake people (like this asian chick who looks like she's 50 and says that the gloves she ordered are lit! ya right...). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I placed an order on october 11th, it updated me and told me the item had shipped by october 12th. I did not hear from them for two weeks, no tracking number. only after I made the effort to contact customer service about my order, DID THEY REALIZE THEY NEVER SENT MY PACKAGE, then attempted to ship it AFTER i contacted them. It was already WEEKS too late. THIS SITE IS A SCAM SCAM SCAM and I see now others are complaining of never receiving their order.

Slow Delivery, but the items were Great! Placed the order on the 29th November, and didn't recieve it until the 10th December- I think that is too long, esp when you don't recieve any notifications when waiting this length of time. I chased them and got told they were busy. But when you are ordering christmas presents you expect a 5 day turn around. Don't order for Christmas you won't get it in time! The item was great.

Ordered and paid for items in discount sale.after 5 days wondering what was happening received email cancelling my order.contacted them on their chat app on the website.after explaining I hadn't cancelled the order they said it was due to no stock.i pointed out I could still purchase the item on their website but at higher price and after going round in circles was told nothing they could do but I could still purchase it at the new inflated price once my original funds were returned.....laughable customer service and extremely poor attitude overall. My advice would be to go to a supplier of sporting goods who actually cares about its rep and customers.if you look around they have shocking feedback wish I'd read it before my initial order.

I have been ordering for over a year, and have never had any issues. It does take a bit longer, due to where they are shipped from. But I am saving a ton of money, and have had no issues with their lenses. However if you are a person that has a lot of eye issues, pay attention to what your eyes are telling you. The only risk is sometimes the lens may just not work with your eyes (that's only happened to me once) but if it doesn't feel right take it out! It's not worth the $20 it costs for the lens to ruin your vision. I am completely satisfied, if I have questions they are quick to respond through emails. Use common sense would be my recommendation to anyone ordering.

Second order placed a year or more later to buy more of an item purchased in first order, items were smaller than size indicated and no longer made in USA. I could still wear the items but they were tight. The third (AND LAST) order, the items purchased were more of an item from first order. Smaller than size indicated, cheaper quality, no longer made in the USA AND more expensive ($20.95 vs. $16.95).

Customer service is terrible. I wanted return an item because the quality was poor compared to the money i payed for. It took forever to finally hear from customer service and then they provided me with the wrong address. They sent back the package and then finally gave me the right address and it has arrived, however, i still have not recieved my money back and i’ve been waiting for 2 months

I ordered the Tropic Skulls Shoulder Beach Bag. I read reviews before ordering, so I was hesitant to order after seeing their ad pop up on my Instagram feed. But I took a chance (via PayPal and a credit card so I could dispute the charge if this ended up being a scam) and was surprised to get my order and that it was actually the quality that I expected! The beach bag is entirely my aesthetic as a punk beach bum so I’m beyond happy that it actually showed up and was exactly as it appeared on the site. NOW, with this in mind, I do think that it depends on what line you’re ordering from when it comes to this site because after you order, there’s a page that notes that some items are made after ordering. That worried me, but I did receive my tracking numbers one day after ordering and then USPS took a bit longer than they should have to deliver it (was shipped July 7th and was supposed to be here July 11th, got it the 14th because it’s COVID and USPS is doing their best- I put 5 days for shipping because that’s what it was slated for). The vinyl smell inside of the bag is to be expected, but there wasn’t any smell on the outside of the bag. Didn’t get scammed this time, so now I’m gonna get the matching towel! TL;DR: I expected to be scammed but was happily surprised. The beach bags are great & ship fast. Not sure about other items.

Awful customer service. My order was unfulfilled after 20 days, and the employee wrote a sob story about how they were unable to complete the transaction. This is in direct contrast to their website, where they give a clear timeline for production and shipping. Save your money.
