I have been shopping Proozy for a few years now and have purchased a lot of high quality clothing, boots, shoes at great prices! Customer service is great...I had to return a couple of items in the past and they made it really easy. I wish you could use multiple coupon codes in one transaction though....seems silly to have to create separate transactions to take advantage of multiple deals being offered. I've ordered from proozy once before and the transaction was fine. This time around, it's been weeks and I haven't received anything from them. Called them multiple times, tried to message them on FB, etc and no response. I see they are still posting on social media, so they're not closed, and they have new items appearing on their site, too. And if you go on their site, you'll see a lot of recent reviews, many of them from people who are happy with their purchase. I don't know what happened or why I'm being ignored after multiple attempts to contact them. Maybe they accidentally sold me stuff they don't have? Or sold it to me for too cheap? I was really looking forward to my new shorts and shoes and am sad that they have such terrible customer service this time around.

Items provided had Militarybest.com labels are in each hat. If I wanted to buy from Militarybest.com, I would have, at a cheaper price. I called prior to placing my order to ensure these ball caps were of the same heavy materials and quality as those purchased by the Navy and sold onboard ship. This was confirmed. Clearly, this is not the case. This is a much cheaper product. The materials are thin and weak. Even the officer braids (e.g., eggs) are cheap iron-on vice embroidered. These are already starting to come of prior to even shaping the brim or wearing. Your website requests the years service to verify the proper embroidery design; clearly this is also not the case. The ball caps provided is not the same as issued. Clearly this was also mis-represented. Note: This review will likely be deleted by PriorService.com.

It is so good to to business with a reliable and honest company like Priorservice.com. I ordered one 50/50 blend polo shirt from Prior Service and was surprised at the outstanding quality. The Combat Infantry Badge embroidery was flawless so I decided I wanted to order 3 more shirts that were slightly different. I called and the nicest man answered the phone and assisted me. The three shirts came but due to no fault of Prior Service the shirts weren’t correct. I exchanged a couple of emails with the company and got responses from them when they opened for business the next day. Brother, did they not only immediately rectify the problem but they treated my very, very well. You can’t go wrong with this US based company.

Live in Dallas/Ft. Worth area, so checked pricing at a couple of the big diamond wholesalers first. Found something I liked, and decided to google online and see if anything was better quality/pricewise. Looked at Lumera's site and found better diamond for about $350 less. 1.08 carat, cushion cut, color G, clarity VVS1, excellent polish, very good cut, looked great in photo. Saw some bad reviews of Lumera but most were positive so took a chance since they had guarantee. Diamond arrived when they said, and it looked better than I could have asked for. Very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. We picked ring setting separately so fiancee could get what she liked as this wasn't either of our first times at marriage.

Disgusted. Paid 15/06. No contract from them until after I had to query why I have not received an update. I hope for your sake you took my numerous requests for delivery very serious. If that parcel is not delivered to me before 09h00 on 27 June 2022, I will make sure that I make people aware of your pathetic company that's not able to stick to their company policies. You on the other hand have an excuse for everything so that it would not be admitted to being your lack of ethics, staff and laziness that this delivery is a mess. You were liable to make sure that orders go out asap with public holidays taken I consideration. You were responsible for email updates that never arrived until today...days after I contacted you. And then try to cover your incompetence when you only attended to my order today, with an excuse for everything and your inability to provide a customer service and correct your errors to ensure I have my parcel with overnight delivery.

Nice clothes but from the ones that aren't from aliexpress the rest of them are expensive and over priced. I went today to ask about their returns policy and i'm still unclear on it as the girl behind the counter wasn't very keen on answering my questions - one word answers. Then as i walked back out of the shop to my friends i could hear an audible, condescending "wowww". I turned around to see her face change from disgust to a polite smile. Don't go to the one in Bristol unless you really want something. Do alternative girls think being bitchy is a personality trait? Seems so

Great! The staff are amazing and so is the stock; there's a really wide range of clothes in there so finding something cool isn't difficult. I recommend this shop to anyone interested in music, especially alternative and pop punk/rock.

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Literally. Wrong product received, somehow two different lens types in the same order. Was told, first to send photos as they didn't believe me, photos sent, advised someone would come back to me in 72 hours, which they didn't, was then told another 72 hours. Then they said I could either pay to send the lenses sent in error back from Dubai to Singapore registered post: then they would wait to receive them, and then dispatch new lenses, so something which they told me would take two days has taken three weeks so far and will likely take another two weeks including my having to pay to return the product sent in their error. So I'm still using my old lenses. Or they said they would give me 20% off a completely new order so I would have paid 180% of the original cost plus all the inconvenience. The worst customer service I have ever experienced by far, do yourself a favour and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I purchased Ray Ban sunglasses from this store (it was around 1/3x cheaper than everywhere else) it arrived in about 5 days well packed and shipping was free etc etc. I used it for about a week and didn't really like it so I just put it back in the box and sent it back to them (I payed return shipping of course) didn't have to tell them why or that I was shipping it and I got credited the whole amount back to me. I guess the moral of the story is buy glasses online only if you already tried them on and like them and EJ's is a good store with reasonable prices.

In addition to me earlier review, this is an update as of 2/23. ------------------------------------------------------------------ After searching through out and finding that the sunglasses we wanted for our kids are back ordered at every place, my wife ordered them again through EJ's as their web-site showed them in stock. This time, instead of using the credit card, we chose to use the Paypal to abbreviate merchant's fear of online fraud. Order went through, received system generated order accepted email immediately. Next day, we received "order approved" and subsequently order fulfilled email by the end of the day. But this time the tracking number for the shipment was missing from the last email. Ignoring that as perhaps user entry error, we decided to wait. Nothing showed up for 4 days and then we called EJ's, dreading that we might be going to speak to the same manager. Thankfully, it was a different person who identified himself as the owner of the store. We told him the issue and he promised to get back to us in a day time. And he did, and told us that they didn't have the items in stock (hmmm..) but ordered directly from the manufacturer with a drop ship request. At the end of the call, he also mentioned about the review and told us that he will definitely work to improve the customer service experience. We received the glasses two days after that call directly form mfgr, who shipped them Fedex ground. Well, as long as the merchant is recognizing and making an effort to address customer concerns, in my opinion, they are good merchants. Therefore, I decided to bump the stars (from 1 to 4) on this review. ---------- Earlier Review ---------------- Horrible-horrible experience!!! I broke the frame of one of my favorite sunglasses and after a search, I could find just the frame at EJ's. I placed the order, and received the confirmation e-mail. Right after the order I realized that I wanted to order pair of sunglasses for my kids too. To save on shipping, I decided to club the order with my previous order. It was already past 5 pm central time, no one available on the phone, so I tried to go into my order page to change it -- couldn't do it as there was no such option. I decided to send an e-mail to change or cancel the existing order thinking that they would at least be able to modify it before they ship. The next e-mail I got was that my order was shipped and my CC was charged for full amount including shipping. There was NO e-mail regarding my request or even an acknowledgement that yes we received your email but we can't do it. No apologies or nothing. Fine! So, after receiving the frame I placed another order, this time only for the kids' sunglasses. I got 2 emails - order confirmation and order fulfilled and then, BAM! came the 3rd mail - order cancelled. Reason - credit card declined. Hmm.. it shouldn't have happened, never in the history of my online shopping, my card was ever declined. Even, I had placed the earlier order using the same card. Thinking that things happen, I placed the same order using another card. Got order confirmation email, pending approval. Next email was order cancelled without specifying any reason. In the mean time, I called my credit card company and they told me that none of my card were punched for the payment or the payment was never presented to my bank, so there is no possibility of declining. I called the store (EJ's) to understand the reason and to figure out why my order was cancelled. A woman claiming to be store manager picked the phone and told me that she called my phone number and it went to someone in Georgia (I'm in California). She claimed that it was a red flag for her and she thinks I'm an online fraud. WOW! I tried to reason if I'm fraud why would I call in, and look at my earlier shopping history where he payment went through and in all my orders, both my billing and shipping addresses are same. To which she continued that this is another red flag for her as I'm trying hard to convince her. She continued with her blabber that she is in this business for quite some time, didn't start just this morning and have enough intelligence. Yes, you do have intelligence.... OF A HOG. She never went over the possibility that she might have dialed a wrong number or that I gave two different card numbers on two separate occasions. If one declined, she could have used the second one but the problem is she never presented the cards for payment. With such level of intelligence, she would definitely help the store owner shut down his business sooner. If I had been trying to fraud, I would have ordered the most expensive pair of glasses and not just an order totaling $70. She literally started yelling on the phone interrupting me whenever I tried to say something. This was their idea of customer service, HORRIBLE!!. If they are so scared doing business online, they should just stop it or should not allow any forms of credit card payments.

At this point my ring is being made but I just wanted to write on how wonderful I was treated during the order process. I had to use two different cards and also decided on a Gaelic inscription about two days after ordering the ring initially. Everything was done to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. Fantastic service! I ordered my wedding shoes from Melbourne as I couldn't find anywhere in Melbourne with a range as beautiful as TWC's. First of all the shoes are BEAUTIFUL and were so well wrapped and cared for. However, when the shoes arrived unfortunately there were a bit too big. I contacted the company to see if I could exchange for the size down. To be honest, I dreaded having to send them back, but as soon as I contacted TWC I was instantly put at ease. Not only were they happy to exchange the shoes, but they even sent me the paid parcel slip to cover the return postage. Once they received the shoes back they sent me the smaller size immediately - this was a Monday-Friday turn around so by the end of the working week I had the correct size in my hot little hands. All postage was tracked (at their expense) for peace of mind. What helpful and great customer service. I would not hesitate to buy from this company in future and absolutely recommend shopping with them!

Everything arrived in good packaging. However, i ordered three items and the first delivery was only two items. I had to email to request tracking for the third item which was in a separate order. Given that they did respond within a day and also give me the information immediately. Have bought many items from here before and the items are always good quality and as described, always been happy with items from here. Would recommend.

Weirder still, even after cancelling the order after 3 months of waiting, (and getting my money back via my card) they then claim they have just delivered my items. This is a very strange Walter Mitty outfit. Their stuff does look cool, it's just a real shame they confirm everything bad about shopping on the internet.

They will, repeat will, F up your order. You will not receive it, but you will receive responses from them that they are trying to locate it, trying to correct an error in the order, about to ship it, etc. They also do NOT return phone calls and you will NEVER speak to a live person at this outfit. They have an automated customer service system which absolutely does not work, they don't check very often, and frankly they just don't care about customers. Pathetic.

The necklace is pretty and the Swarovski crystal is sparkling. However, the chain is not even while the chain is fasten on both sides of the stone, which mean I can't adjust the length of the chain. When I was wearing it, the stone is not centered on my chest. It kept off the center.

I ordered 2 stretch braided belts (identical to the one I already own, just different color) in size M 34-36. When they arrived it was obvious that they were mis-labeled & actually were closer to a size L 40+. I sent them back via Wal-Mart. Now I'm being charged a return shipping fee for their mis-labeled product. On-line customer chat choose to ignore my request for assistance & closed that chat conversation w?o any assistance. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'd give no stars if possible.

Compared with those I already have- midi briefs with a luxurious stretch leavers trim, size M, those I have received have a rigid rachelle lace, only, around the front and the lace creates a sensation of tightness when putting them on and pulling them down. No longer a luxurious feel at all.

I ordered three shirts from this company. It shipped to my printer and I found out after it was the wrong color. I called the company to see if they could do anything. The agent who said she was the supervisor (Liz) said no nothing she can do items should be checked when we received them. This is a bad customer service. She wouldn't even offer free shipping or a discount going forward. She didn't even pull up my order. I should of checked the reviews online. I would have seen other people that received the wrong product. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said she was. If your supervisor acts in this manager then you have something wrong with how things are being run.

UPDATE from earlier review: I had no idea this company was located in China. Shoes took so long to arrive, I thought I had gotten scammed. Contacted customer service when the tracking # proved to be a fake, but never heard back. Shoes finally arrived two months after placing order. Arrived in a box that was completely crushed. Amazingly, the shoes weren’t damaged. Shoes are cute and fit fine, but I wouldn’t say that they’re super comfy. Also, didn’t like the constant pop ups (while shopping) and emails (daily after purchase) with which the company tried to up sell me. All around, it was a hassle and I wouldn’t shop here again.

Customer service needs to be worked on, only have 1 customer service rep. (Same female everytime I called). Was told order was taking longer due to getting frames from Italy (made in China). Overall process took 1 month, 3 & 1/2 weeks to fill, 4 days shipping (paid $29.99 for expedited shipping) Prescription was perfect, so is quality of lenses and frames. I would recommended if you are not in a hurry, and would like to save money.

I order some music cds and it took 3 weeks to a month to get them and when I received them one of the cds had low volume so I sent it back two weeks past so I e-mail them they did ansewer back saying they will let me know when they receive it back they will take care of it but I still have not heared from them and another three weeks has past no more dealing with them.

I placed an order with Armygear.net March 31st and received the order today, Apr 9.I chose the most economical shipping method, I was in no hurry.Everything was as described/advertised ,excellent condition,obviously brand new.I ordered a tan 2 qt. canteen ,they called and told me it was out of stock,asked me if I would accept another color which I did.I actually had a perfectly normal everyday type of web transaction with no hiccups or irritation.I have no reason not to do business with these folks again.Given my experience I would recommend them.

My request for assistance was not responded to, and this site has no telephone number. It's incredible that the order was shipped, doesn't the proprietor check his email?! I find myself returning to 'Just Gloves' on a regular basis as I am yet to find anywhere else with such a good range of products at such good prices. Whatever type of glove I require, they have a number of options available - latex, vinyl, nitrile, powdered, powder free, etc. For DIY use when painting/decorating, working on the car or cleaning up after the pets, I always have a couple of boxes ready to use. For slippery work (car oil, grease, etc.) they even have ranges of chemical resistant nitrile gloves that are textured to give improved grip, while still allowing good dexterity and sensitivity to allow you to feel what you are doing while still protecting your skin. I usually find the ordering process very efficient, with different delivery options available. The economy delivery usually only takes 2 days, and is reasonably priced too.

Πολύ μικρά μεγέθη σε αντρικά και σε κάποια ρούχα έχουν πιθανώς χρησιμοποιηθεί επικίνδυνες βαφές. ΔΕΝ είναι κανένα πραγματικά επώνυμο. Καλύτερα να πήγαινα σε κινέζικο και να τα διάλεγα μόνη μου διαλέγοντας τά από κοντά.

23 Oct 2016, I purchased a pair of GriSport Wolf Blue walking boots from New Forest Footwear (parent company Rest And Play Ltd). While initially satisfied, just after 6 months use (4/5 kms everyday), chunks of tread began to fall off. A week or so later I noticed that the soles had cracked across the width. On contacting the company, the following was one (all much the same) response: "From the pictures the boots do look pretty well worn and it would not be cost effective to post them back to us from Spain for further inspection. Therefore as a goodwill gesture we will offer you 10% off any future purchase." A bit of a joke as a discount card came with the boots offering 10% of all further purchases. I replied: "I would not expect, irrespective of age: a. Blocks of tread to fall off b. The soles to crack across the width of the boot." In another email, I wrote: "On the right boot, a section of unworn tread is 4 mm in depth. The majority of the remaining tread is a little under 3 mm and not less than 2mm. That is NOT excessive wear. And as I have stated before, tread should not chip off and the soles should not have split no matter how much tread wear has occurred." All to no avail! I have also read another report of this companies customer support being less than satisfactory. On contacting the importer, the retailer did increase their offer to 15% discount, which I declined.

I purchased a pair of Ladies Briefs back in March and still had not received it into the end of June. I sent several emails about my order only to get back automated answers telling me my order was already being sent. So having paid for their product and not receiving it, I filed a Paypal claim regarding the item not being sent. A day after filing the claim Greg Dillon, Director of Customer Relations emailed me with some story about a disgruntled worker and power outages at a fulfillment center story as to why my order wasn't fulfilled, and would not only refund me my money but also send me the pair I order for free if I dropped the Paypal Dispute. Trying to be understanding I did just that, by dropping the case and emailing Greg directly about what I had done, only to have them drop off the face of the Earth when they got their desired result. I then had to call Paypal directly and inform them of Culprits lack of follow through and luckily got a refund directly from Paypal. So after this nightmare transaction, long story short, be wary of purchasing from them. They are not to be trusted.

Received parcel today the 29th May 2020. Have tried it on and it is a perfect fit, as I knew it would be. This is for my 80th birthday in September and I wanted something special, and it is special. I look a million dollar's and my family will have a big surprise as I have only worn Saris before and I'm not going to tell them before the big day. The outstanding workmanship is amazing I cannot praise it enough. Beautiful silk fabric, trim and finishing all outstanding. I lost my husband after 53 yrs of marriage and although I am Welsh I wanted something special to wear as this garment will make us feel he is with us. Thank you for making my dream come true. I ordered six plain, pocket-less, X-Large (Tall) Gildan Tall 6.1 oz. Ultra Cotton® T-Shirts and six large Gildan 6.1 oz. Ultra Cotton® T-Shirts (not Tall), along with a pair of shorts for my wife from T-ShirtWholesaler.com. I thought the prices were reasonable for these shirts, which are nice and substantial at 6.1 oz each and very well-made. Each of the extra-tall shirts were $4.60, the regular large were $3.19 apiece, and the shorts (women’s boy-shorts) were $4.92. The t-shirts and pair of shorts came to $48.27 in all. The “standard” shipping (cheapest), was UPS ground and cost $12.45. So for the twelve well-made T-shirts and the pair of shorts, the grand total with shipping came to $60.72. This company wasn’t listed on ResellerRatings and did not accept PayPal, so I was a bit leery of ordering, but I figured I’d give them a shot. I placed my order on 7/25/2010, at about 1:00 PM. I got an email confirmation immediately; complete with all the order details and a phone number if I had questions. Having chosen the “standard” shipping, I was pleasantly surprised when I got the package three days later on 7/28/2010. It was wrapped well in a postage “bag” type envelope, which was fine for these items. I counted everything out and discovered I was missing three of the shirts. They weren’t even listed on the invoice included. I double-checked my email confirmation and sure enough, there they were. I checked the website's tracking info and found only the single number, for the package that had been already been delivered. I emailed the company’s customer service explaining the situation and got a response within about an hour letting me know that the other shirts were arriving the next day from a different warehouse, along with a different tracking number for that shipment. All in all I was very pleased with this transaction. The prices were reasonable, the shipping fast, and the customer service impeccable. I have no qualms about recommending T-ShirtWholesaler.com.

I ordered 5 t-shirts from this company. Two of the shirts shrunk 3" in length, even thought they claimed to be "pre-shrunk"!! When I called requesting to exchange for shirts of same color that did not shrink, they refused saying that the shrinkage was within normal range. If you buy from them, be aware they DO NOT stand behind their products.

I ordered a small batch of custom-made duffel bags from Queensboro a couple of weeks ago. I had some trouble finding the correct size logo to send them, and their attendants were hugely accommodating with helping me upload the right size. They also sent me a proof of the embroidery beforehand to make sure I was satisfied with it before they started making the final order. The proof, by the way, looked great! The bags were embroidered, shipped, and delivered in a turnaround time that was easily a week sooner than the company had projected. Not only did the final product turn out great, but our company is already preparing to order the next batch of bags. What else can be said? Great company. Great service. Great products.

My wife and I own a tattoo parlour in Southern Indiana. We decided to get some custom jackets made with our logo embroidered. We ordered from Queensboro Shirt Company because their prices were very competitive. We were a bit concerned about the logo being too complex for embroidery, but when they showed up, we were very happy with how they turned out. The jackets look and feel great, and the customer service we received was impeccable. Ordered a Columbia Interchange jacket with waterproof outer shell and zip-out liner and just love it! This jacket is so warm and cozy in the coldest temps yet it is so versatile as the shell can be worn alone for milder rainy days. This company was great to buy from and prompt with shipping my order. I like MANGO clothing; during sales, the prices correspond to the quality. But since these are online stores, seeing and trying the items is possible after receiving them, so returning some things increases. However, the return policy is terrible since the returning price does not fix, so that returning items do not make any sense. Perhaps this is the brand's goal - to earn as much as possible, regardless of the customers' convenience.

With so many phony reviews, and with this site it seems reviews are either 1 or 5 stars. I thought maybe the 1 star ratings were phony. NOT! I ordered 12.26.2011 and it is 1.31.2012. WTF? Haven't heard anything, can't get anyone on the phone. They clearly advertise way more lines than they have inventory trying to run a minimum working capital ecommerce site. Maybe they accumulate orders till they can get a container load shipment discount from the factory in Asia. Don't even think about it. Imagine a pizza joint that promises to deliver 30 minutes AFTER they get around to finally ordering and recieving a shipment of flour and order and take delivery on the cheese, etc. Might be 30 or 35 or 40 days + 30 minutes, but a deal is a deal.

I was hesitant to buy frames online, it's just one of those areas I hadn't come around to yet. I went shopping for frames initially at some local stores. I almost bought a pair but decided to see if there were any buying options online. In my searching I came across ShadesEmporium and since I had the model of the frames and the size already, it made things even simpler. The discount price was great. I've received my frames and can say I am very happy with them and I've been telling my friends that next time they look for frames, they should check out ShadesEmporium. I hope these last a good many years but when it's time for new frames, I'll be back!

I purchased a vinyl corset from them and it was shipped same day. The corset is so fine and fit me perfectly. It is same as pictured on the site. AVOID !!! Bought a ‘Strokes’ sweatshirt for my son’s birthday & paid nearly £10 for delivery. Waited nearly 2 months for delivery & sent query email but told to expect delivery in September due to pandemic (ordered placed in June)! Then, Royal Mail put a card through my door saying there was a Customs Charge due of £13.74...so this means I would havd paid £24 delivery costs for a £28 sweatshirt!!! Now, having read the reviews it seems others have received fake goods...so I am between a rock & a hard place & if I dont pay the extra fee then I have lost £36... Will never ever buy from Merch Bar again...nor goods from China either for that matter! How do they get away with it!!!! Get smart and avoid at all costs...else it will cost you too!!

I think this is a scam. Customer support is arrogant and stubborn. Ordered online and the order was duplicated (by Cycology) and paid for twice. Cycology's only proposal was to return one delivery for a refund, but they would not refund the shipping costs. With the cost of returning the items, I would have been out of pocket, so no option really but to keep the duplicate order. If anyone else has had this happen, please respond. It is a well-known e-commerce scam.

This website is a scam. I ordered item on 10-31 with $40+ express shipping. Money was taken out of my account at time of purchase. No shipping, no tracking, no response from the "chat" on the their website,,, not sure if it even works. No response to emails. I told them I had an event and needed item by 11-11. On the 10th, they finally responded saying they would get it out right away. I asked when it would be delivered, as it needed item. No response. I asked to them cancel item, since it would not be received in time. I contacted PayPal immediately and chicloth responded on the 14th saying item was sent out (My event was on the 13th). It's the 21st. Still no item, no tracking, and definitely no $40 express shipping. I only ordered from this site because they said they were in the states. I highly doubt that's true. As of today, 11-21, they have offered me $1 refund. They are definitely not from the states if they think they can get away with this.
