Wrong item received (Christmas present for daughter). Replacement promised in time for Christmas, to be sent by express mail. After many emails and phone calls, weeks later it turned out it hadn't even been put in the post. Finally got through to someone efficient who took on the problem and arranged to send out the replacement, which I finally received mid January. Postage refund offered as goodwill gesture but I never received that either. Very disappointing and as another reviewer said it is a shame as your stock is generally lovely. The shops don't stock the maternity/nursing range which means you have to order online, so come on Jojo, get your act together and do something about this please.

My order was for 2 items, (one item/ 2 different colours) The confirmation email showed both the same colour but my online order summary page showed both colours so I didn’t question further When my order came both were same colour and I was told by customer service that it was my error, I clearly outlined that it was not but they insisted that they were correct and alluded that I was being dishonest, they refused to rectify my order I only wish I had taken a screen shot so I could prove it This was my first time ordering from them, I will NEVER deal with them again Avoid

DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. Darren messed up my order THREE times in a row. As a T-shirt printer they are: 1/ incapable of printing the correct colour text ordered. 2/ when replacing the T-shirt with the wrong colour text they are incapable of then supplying the correct size 3/ after spending 30 minutes on the phone to Darren to explain how he could try to rectify the situation he needed to measure the T-shirts to ensure they were the correct size. Despite guaranteeing that they were it turns out he can’t use a tape measure either. 3 inches too small. When I asked how to return the useless shirts he said ‘there’s no point. Bin them’. TODAY he’s refusing to refund me without me returning the shirts. Pretty impossible when they’ve been binned. I will be taking legal action with the catalogue of proof I have should he refuse a refund again. He doesn’t have a leg to stand on. This company deserves to go out of business. I was originally going to place a £2000 order with them. Not a chance in heck now. They couldn’t organise a p*** up in a brewery. STAY WELL CLEAR.

I ordered a Christmas sweater from them on the 9th of December. Did not receive any tracking number or confirmation that the order was even being processed. I sent an e-mail asking about this and never got a reply. When they realised that orders may not arrive in time for Christmas, they sent out a mass e-mail offering customers the option to cancel their orders. I immediately sent a request to customer service to cancel my order, got no reply, instead I got an e-mail notifying me that the item had been shipped 12 hours later. This was on the 16th. Again, I replied and got no answer. Lastly on the 21st I got another mass e-mail about some printer of theirs breaking down and thus making it impossible for them to send out the orders on time (weird, right? since my order had supposedly ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED) The e-mail ended with the phrase "We will also be back in touch with you in the new year." I have no hope that I will receive the item OR the refund, they are completely unprofessional, shifting around blame and not owning up to the fact that they scammed who knows how many people out of their Christmas gifts..

In from USA and I ordered a sun dress from this website almost a month ago. It says it takes 8-10 business days to deliver but it has been 14 business days. After all the reviews I’ve read I’m beginning to think I will never receive my item. If you’re from USA, order from ASOS or a reliable website, not this!!

I ordered 4 dresses for an event (planned on sending the ones that weren’t amazing back). 3 of the dresses were wayyy bigger than what their sizing said, so I tried to return them but Motel Rocks only gave me the option for ParcelPoint delivery - I payed $26!!!!!!! Then I went to a post office and was told that I could’ve returned everything for just over $8!! Extremely unhappy

I never thought I’d ever buy clothing I’ve seen through Facebook, I’ve seen and read reviews of others how things are a con and haven’t turned up or that can’t be refunded, I don’t know what made me purchase from here but I’m glad I did I ordered the nude Kim plunge dress with long sleeves and when it arrived it was perfect, it wasn’t cheaply made it felt lovely on, it fit nice, I ordered a 12 and it was a 12 it’s not like other sites where they clearly don’t send a realistic size 12. I definitely will order from here again

I ordered for the firsts time on-line and received my shipment of 3 enamel mugs "BATTERED &CHIPPED"! They put them in a plastic Shipping Bag with my sleeping bag with "NO" protection from the shipping handlers. 2 of these mugs the chipping went all the way to the inside of the mugs & all 3 are dented around the tops where you drink from. Not able to call... NO ANSWER@ Customer Service. Not able to complete a return order on line! I have no printer.

Really disappointed - used the bag twice and it broke, can't get a replacement nor fixed as the company says it is out of the 1 year warranty. The 1 year warranty is pointless as it's a large bag for holidays which most people take annually. Poor quality - poor customer service - I would recommend using a different company.

I did receive my items but one is stained I have been talking over email for two weeks now and first I was told they would give me only $5 back. Then I was told to wash it myself. I explained to them it was sent stained. Which isn't my fault but there's. Also i notified them right away of the stained item. Still I have no unstained item being shipped or a full refund for the stained item. Also item looks different than what I ordered.

I spent $76 on Jan 21, estimated delivery was Feb 14 but it supposedly was "delivered" on Feb 5th. I requested the order be sent to Los Angeles and it ends up being delivered in Fontana. When tracking my delivery it stated "returned to shipper", and thats when my package ended up in Fontana. Which means they literally just took my money. Of course they have no one you can contact over the phone email only. Emailing back and forth after getting a response every 3 days. This company is full of dumpster juice, just go to Aliexpress.

Bought glasses on line paid for fast delivery took 6 weeks to get them but lenses not correct and frame too small. Returned them with another prescription asked for money back. Tolk could not get refund of whole price but could choose other frame. Only one I could find was right width and depth was much cheaper but arrived broken. Asked for full refund but my emails ignored and no telephone number. Finally contacted my credit card company and after further month received an email and £22 refund and they kept glasses. I gave up and told them to fix frames and return glasses but 2 weeks on no glasses. I now need to claim refund from Barclaycard and am contacting trading standards. Dont go near this Company. They are dishonest

I bought some Sketchers from Brantano. The shoes had a ridge in the heel that would have caused blisters. I took them back, and whilst they agreed that they were faulty and replaced them, they would not give the new shoes the water proofing treatment I paid for on the original shoes. I don't know about legally, but morally if I paid for a treatment on faulty shoes, I would have said they were obliged to provide the treatment at no cost on the replacements. I have written to the CEO so hope to get satisfaction, but I really shouldn't have to go to this trouble. I don't think I would go to this shop again, this would not have happened in a high street show shop. Once bitten as they say!

Just wanted to write a nice review not enough people take the time to say something nice about a company people are always quick to drag companies through the mud for the things and can’t be helped or human errors which happens to use all at some point. But Bananashoes.com is a fabulous company the staff and lovely and always does everything they can to help I have now been shopping with bananashoeshoes.com for a few years and no matter what I know they care about their customers and if and items not in stock they let you know straight away, if the item is in stock they let you the orders been shipped that same day. If it been the weekend as they are closest over the weekends they let you know first thing on Monday straight away they let you know you order has gone out. Etc. etc. I could go on about Bananashoes forever say great thing but I don’t want to go on. You’re always going to get people saying bad things about any company because some people just like complain and make something out of nothing. But just remember Bananashoes sell great affordable stuff and always put 100% effort into helping us the customers out. Thank for reading Sarah x

It took a month to receveid the crystal summer sandals that don´t match with the photo - sole, leather and the crystal roses , full of imperfections and with poor quality (with a toxic smell), not in accordance with the price I paid .Besides, it is impossible to wear them as 42 size fit a 39/40 and my number is 41. They didn´t even reply my complaint. They have de audacity of entitled themselves "luxury designer brand", providing clients high quality - I´ve received these sandals only in a black plastic bag. Don´t inform date of delivery. I deeply regret this purchase because the sandals ar not in compliance nor for offer. Besides, I also wrote this review on their website but it cannot be seen - clearly manipulated. I suspect of all 5 stars.

Awful company!!! Do not waste your time. I ordered a dress for it to break the first time I put it on. To begin with they wouldn’t accept a return and refund. After much discussion over email they finally accepted me returning it for a refund. I returned the dress in November and it took 8 weeks for me to get my refund. They claimed they had never received the dress even though my return tracking proved it had been signed for by them! They now have not replied to any of my emails.

Terrible Quality!! Cheap fabric like stretch polyester but said satin!!! I’m so upset I went to mail back the dress that I bought for my daughter and the post office said it would be $65 to mail it back (you have to pay your own shipping unless you live in the UK and they can’t even guarantee if you will receive it In the two week period that you are given to return items.The dress said size 2 -She wears a 0 but dress was 3- 4 inches from fastening and at the bottom the seam was unsewn I’m coming on Undone 4 inches long. Never again will I buy from this store!

***DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BEAUTIFULHALO*** I ordered 2 clothing items, a harem dropped crotch pair of bottoms, and a slim fit assassin's creed type hoodie, I paid +£60 for items including"expedited delivery". Order placed 15th July, order confirmed as shipped on 20th July. Expedited shipping was 7 to 10 working days, effectively 3rd Aug was the deadline. Tracking hadn't even updated as in the UK by the 3rd Aug! Contacted customer services and was told to "wait". The whole point of paying extra for "expedited delivery" is so I don't have to "wait" longer than necessary. Items arrived 7th Aug. The hoodie as advertised quality ok but slim fit was more skinny fit. The bottoms I ordered were a disgrace the pictured item had a well defined overlap and zippers on pockets, what I received was a poorly sown "shalwar" that I could've picked up from a local store for under £5. Not even my 10 yr old would fit into it and it was a classed as a "medium" sized item? Generally I'd watch for reviews and make a decision after that. Learning point? Only read Trustpilot reviews EVER!!! Be warned, be safe, keep your wallets closed!!!

BeautifulHalo.com Is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with shopping online. I ordered 2 T-shirts December 14th 2019 and as of writing this review It is January 5th 2020. I have wrote them via Ticket and Support Email and they seem to want to help and say things to reassure you but weeks later nothing gets resolved. In my case both support and ticket help said both my t-shirts (paid as 1 order) was confirmed as paid but the system still shows 1 of the shirts as pending and the other shirt as processing which makes no sense but they both told me that my order for both shirts were shipped December 24th 2019. I contacted ticket support January 5th 2020 to see If I could get a tracking number for the order and the same person who said my order was good to go earlier told me they hadn't been paid for. In addition to this the amount of screenshots and bank statements mean nothing to these people, also the order cannot be canceled on the website because one of the t-shirts shows "Processing" which means it's already been shipped supposedly but the other t-shirt is still pending. I will not be getting my money back but for the love of god don't order from this company and learn from my mistake. Save yourself from the amount of frustration that I had to go through.

Personally, I had a great experience with Jeulia. Not only were they completely in contact with me the entire time, but they even expedited my ring for an event. They went way above the normal customer service expectations. They kindly answered every question I had with no complaint. No message went more than two hours without a detailed answer. I received my ring and instantly fell in love with it. The sparkle is amazing and quality is more than I ever expected for the price. It is just that beautiful. I will definitely buy again.

Amazing Wedding dress The dress exceeded our expectations.The gown is beautiful and exactly as photograph. Very well made and good materials and fabrics. And my daughters absolute favorite part of the dress the unique cloak! She LOVES this about the gown and its something different. Please be sure and read if you are ordering from the US. Production time takes up to 15days. They make the dress when you order it. Then you wait on delivery after Production, so u should order at least a month in advance or more. I know it took another 2 weeks to get here after the initial 15 days of production time.They communicate mainly through email. It is a little scary because you don't hear anything a while after you confirm that you want the dress. It plays a little on the old nerves, but overall I would have to say worth the wait and nervousness. Hopefully they will continue to work on their communication. Then after about 2 weeks from the initial email that they got the order . And then after the initial email I received about them starting production on the dress. I finally started received information that the dress had been shipped through my email. Never did any of this show on my account on their website. And then I stayed up with the dress through the USPS website after it was issued a tracking number. We are very pleased and would order again. Do not. I repeat, do not shop with veaul. Worst shopping experience ever They have many other bad reviews online and on their social media comments but unfortunately I did not check beforehand. First of all, on the page of their dresses they make it enticing but stating it will only take 2-3 days to deliver. They hide the fact that it takes 11-14 days to make and process on another page of the website. They fail to mention this on the actual dress pages. Their customer service is absolutely AWFUL. When I emailed them countless times to ask about the status of the order I received no reply. no replies on social media. Other reviews have stated that their phone number doesn’t work. But suddenly they knew how to communicate when they asked whether I wanted them to ship the finished product. They texted me and when I did not respond they emailed with a screenshot of the text. When i responded with NO and that I want a refund, they ignored it and shipped it anyway. When the dress finally arrived way after prom, it didnt look anything like the picture at ALL. The dress was horrid. This website is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANY DRESSES HERE. Luckily I was able to claim cashback with my bank. Also I have requested a couple of times to unsubscribe from their emails but I still get their emails :/ awful company.

Unfortunately had issues with one of the heated boot socks after wearing a handful of times. The company has been sold and the new owner Gary Bretherton does not honour the warranty. If you have problems, expect to be ignored (in my case I gave up after seven attempts in writing). They are trading on the brand name and quality created over the years by the previous owners. Buying a premium UK product comes with an expectation of quality and that in the event of something going wrong, that there will be support. This is certainly not the case with this company. Avoid at all costs as this is not the brand it once was!

I've ordered a demon slayer swimsuit off of Miccostumes because I've heard great things about them. Well I ordered the swimsuit in March and it said it would arrive by May 11-13 and it's currently May 17! I've contacted them through email a lot and haven't even gotten a reply. I've looked up why it's taking so long and it said they're probably making the costume but it should of been done by now and others have gotten theirs way faster! (11/7) My first order from this site was great. They sent my order out a few days early with the tracking number, and it arrived very quickly. The quality was good for the price point, and I got what I wanted. Now, I'm having a very different experience. My latest order "shipped" days late (and only after I sent something through their FAQ page contact asking why it hadn't shipped, to which I got no response). I still haven't received a shipment email and there's no tracking number on my order page like there was with my first order. I have sent several emails to them about this already and no one has responded to those. I sent something through their messenger chat on the website, and got a response of "we'll email it", but it's been days and I haven't gotten any further contact through any method. The image attached is the only reply I've been able to get from them at all. I'm starting to get really pissed off about this, especially since there's really nothing I can do except hope I didn't get scammed. Does anyone know if I can file a claim if this doesn't show up by the date I was promised it would when I ordered it? Because this is ridiculous and I'm not going to let them take my money and not send me anything. Update (11/11): I received a shipment email on 11/9 around 11:30PM with a tracking number. However, this tracking number has absolutely no location information when I try to add it to my package tracking app. I'm also getting an error asking me if I'm sure the destination country is the US, which is worrying. The link attached to the email for me to track it on the miccostumes site doesn't actually exist. When I attempt to track the package through the carrier's (China Post) website, it tells me the tracking number doesn't exist in their system (yet). What is happening? Why does my tracking app seem to think that the final destination of the package isn't in the US, which is where it's supposed to end up? And why doesn't he tracking number exist in the carrier's system? Supposedly, it's been over a week since my item shipped, so the grace period of 1-2 days for them to put the package into the system is long past. This is so ridiculous. (I will update this review if anything changes with this second order.)
