Too slow to ship. After 5 days where order was in the "processing" stage, I called and was told they would be shipping tomorrow. After 2 day, I called and cancelled the order. Sorry guys, if you want to compete in the online shopping world, you need to get a better handle on fulfilling orders in a timely mannor. Also, no apologies when I called. I guess they don't care for my business. I would not recommend this site.

Ordered on 5/21 a pair that said they would ship in 2-3 days. Week goes by and no shipping confirmation or any emails. I email them and they say the style I bought was out and ask me to pick another style. I chose another style that said on site would ship in 3-4 days. They confirmed they would send them on 6/2. It's now 6/27 and I have yet to receive anything. Filing a claim with my credit card.

They sold me some sunglasses that were fake and when I sent them back what a nightmare to get my money back! Beware do not order from here! DO NOT order from Luxoneyes, especially if you live in the USA, or another country besides Italy. The process of getting my glasses was very quick. I purchased them on June 14th. It only took about 3 business days to receive, which was great. However, once I realized the frames did not fit my face, I started the return process which still has not been resolved (it's July 29th), and probably won't be for god knows how long. In general, sending back an item through customs to another country is irritating. It took about 3 weeks for customers to "inspect" the item. So after about 3 1/2 weeks Luxoneyes sent me an email saying they received the item and they have sent me a refund. That was 12 days ago and no such refund has taken place. They try to pretend they have great customer service because some fake person named "Alice" emails you apologizing for all the difficulties, etc. She also emails you back pretty consistently to make you think you are being "helped." However, her last email when I asked why there has been no refund back to my card yet, she states: "Dear Beth, It usually takes a few days but it depends on your bank. I would suggest that you wait until next week and if it does not show up on your account please contact your bank directly. Kind regards, Alice" So basically, they never attempted to credit my account, and probably never had any plan to. Instead, they rely on you to contact your bank and have them reimburse you. They fully take advantage of the fact that don't live in the county, and you can't do anything about this yourself. SUCH A SCAM. They are clearly making so much money by scamming customers, and probably sending them fake product (based on all the other reviews). So disappointing.

I have ordered this jacket from Filmstarlook, arrived within the scheduled time. I was very excited to try it on. I made sure to look fit on my body as I expected. Everything was great except around my gut but that's kinda normal for me. I need to lose some weight there so it wasn't a huge surprise. The sleeve length was perfect. I love the open hem cuff with zipper in this jacket. The shiny black color is darker than the pictures which I like better. I love this jacket and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice faux leather jacket.

My experience with this website... We bought Australian made ugg boots from this company. We thought we'd rather support an Australian company than an American one manufacturing in China. The boots were bought as a Christmas present in 2010 and by early April one of them had split at the front. This seems to me to be clearly goods that aren't fit for their intended purpose. These aren't cheap items of footwear and I assumed the company would replace them as they'd only lasted a few months - how wrong I was! They state there is a 30 day guarantee only (more than once in correspondence with me!) Anyway... the reason I'm posting this is to give anyone else thinking of buying from this company a heads up. We've replaced our daughters boots with the 'Ugg Australia' ones and they seem to me to be much better quality for not much more money. I would not use this company again.

The best customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a pair of boots last year and wore through the soles, and Frye has a policy to resole shoes for life. I got them back in a very quick manner, but two months later they fell apart again. They are my favorite boots, so I was heartbroken that this might be the end. I bought a pair of Frye boots which fell apart quite quickly. I returned them and they sent me a note saying they did not accept returns of worn boots. Well if they hadn't fallen apart I would not have wanted to return them! For an expensive boot it was pathetic customer service.

This used to be a fantastic company. I made a couple of purchases online. Alas, it has gone down the drain. Long processing time, slow response from customer service, and even slower shipping - I guess because shipping is free. We supported them when they were growing and we were treated like kings. My buddy purchased your shoes for his wedding and he mentioned that it is very comfortable and the height increase is something that no other shoes can offer. So I tried and check your website and purchased Mr. Marsh. The delivery is on time, the design is exactly what is on the website. Upon wearing the shoes, it really gives you the height increase that was advertised. It is very comfortable and you can wear it all the time. I use mine for work and since then I got a lot of compliments and a lot of people mentioned that I look taller and they are also surprised when I told them that it was because of the shoes. The shoes look as if it is a regular shoes, it wouldn't give out the bulky look or chunky. It discreetly gives you the necessary height increase that you need. Superb! Nice work! Love the product!

I've seen your store online when I googled height increasing shoes and I did purchase Mr. Ferras Black. I've received the shoes on time, the quality is amazing and it is very classy. I did wear it on a formal function, you can definitely feel the height increase and the good thing is, no one noticed that I am wearing elevator shoes. I will order again and try a more casual style. I know someone who will only wear this brand. I ordered a pair directly from this brand's website as a gift. They are quality shoes but I find their sales not be be much of a sale. That is my one and only issue. The ordering process went well and the shoes arrived quickly and undamaged.

I bought 3 dresses from an online store that appeared to be Spanish and operate in Spain. The dresses I received were very shoddy copies that bore little resemblance to their marketing materials. When I insisted on returning them for a refund, Yivette told me I’d have to return the dresses to China at my own expense, which I did. They claim never to have received my return (which I suspect is a lie). I plan to report them to the police and I have told them this. They have given me 50% refund on the cost of the dresses but I am still €54 out of pocket. This company is wholly fraudulent from pretending to be a company operating in Spain or UK, to the poor and fraudulent quality of the products, and lack of consumer accountability. Do yourself a favour and avoid Yivette!

I ordered a pair of OH My Sandals online on Monday. They arrived in the UK from Galway on Wednesday morning. Amazing service and delivery. It's been over 6 weeks and my items still have not been shipped or made. They lie and say there's a 1 hour window to cancel order after placing the order due to them getting your order ready "right away" but if it's taking them over a month just to get the items made, why not just give me my money back when requested. Sheown DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PAGE. My fathers dog passed away approx six weeks ago. I ordered an engraved dog key chain that (as advertised) would look exactly like my dads dog. It was meant to arrive within 10 days. It cost me $60. So expensive I know, but I assumed by paying this much for a key ring it would be a lovely gift to my dad and high quality. It was meant to be sterling silver SIX WEEKS LATER - this abomination showed up. It's the size of a fingernail and completely doesn't look anything like the dog in the picture (or what was advertised). It is also made of tin. when I emailed them, they refused a refund so I have had to put in a visa dispute form with my bank. I have showed approx 30 people so far who have commented "that's disgusting" "what a disgrace" "I would be fighting that to the death!". So here I am, fighting it. So I have attached the following 1. What was advertised 2. What I received 3. The photo I sent 4. What I received in comparison to a fingernail. I will be posting the same post every single place possible until I get my money back. If they continue to refuse my refund - I will still get the money back from my bank because it was 100% a scam - but I still feel like it is my duty as a consumer to warn other potential customers about the scum that is waiting for them when they want to commemorate the death of a loved one. Sheown, you are a disgrace in the truest sense of the word. There is nothing I can say to express how truly repugnant and disgusting this company is.

About a year ago, I heard about this site. Who wouldn't love to own a beautiful diamond ring for a fraction of the price? Especially if a woman can get away with it being fake. I had my husband buy me the "VOGUE" ring. He paid a little over $200.00 for this ring (they gave him 200.00 off). I was so excited and couldn't wait for it to come in the mail. When I received it, I was disappointed. It was cloudy, and it didn't even shine or sparkle. I have a 5 stone ring that I purchased off of QVC for $25.00, and that ring shined more than the "VOGUE." The website marks itself on its packaging as well. I received the ring in a cherry colored, wooden ring box (very pretty). Until I looked under it. They place a piece of black felt that looked like it was glued on by a 2 year old. The big blue box they put the ring in was dented despite the air packaging it was holding it in. As for the Godiva chocolates they place with each order, well...they were melted. So, so much for that. I left customer service a lengthy detailed message of my purchase, and I have yet to receive a call from them. The rings that they advertise are really beautiful in detail, but ask yourself if you really want to spend over $1000.00 on something that doesn't even appear to look like the real thing. As for my ring? I still have it. It's tucked away in my jewelry box as a constant reminder of not to be spending over $200.00 on a piece of cubic zirconia.

I was looking for a ring for my wife's first Mother's Day. Dangling earrings or a necklace wouldn't do, as our baby daughter's grasp gets stronger each day. I needed a ring. I stealthily snuck one my wife already owned and sized it against a chart I printed off the internet. Size 6. 6's were few and far between on Pigeon Heart. But there was one. A sapphire ring. The very same stone we use to describe our daughter's eyes, with the same grey-blue tones as her irises. The size and the color and the significance were all a perfect match. Thank you Pigeon Heart for playing such a lovely role in my wife's first Mother's Day.

The packaging was very good. The earrings arrived in perfect condition and they are very beautiful. The earrings for "kids" are VERY small; more likely for infants to one year old. Anyone child older than one year, they probably won't fit. At 800 (19.2K) gold, they are also quite soft and delicate so need to be handled carefully.

I'm long overdue to give Set a review. Not only was he able to turn the ring of my dreams into a reality, but he was able to create the perfect wedding band to match. Though we had our diamond that we wanted to use, I had a very specific vision in my head of what I wanted my engagement ring to be. While the vision was seemingly simple, it didn't seem to actually exist anywhere (outside of a few other custom jewelers creations). We talked to many custom jewelers in the city and ultimately picked Set, and I am so glad we did. I constantly recommend him to all and any friends looking for a jeweler. Set spent a great deal of time with me getting every element of my dream ring down on paper, and following up with AutoCad drawings that he would then adjust based on my feedback. The ring turned out 100% perfect. A few months after I got it, I revisited a video of a similar setting that I had given Set as guidance to what I was looking for and I realized that my ring was completely perfect. The ring of my dreams, to a tee! Eventually when looking for wedding bands, I got an idea in my head that didn't seem to exist in reality and I knew exactly where to go. And, per usual, I was blown away by the results. On top of being a wonderful person to work with, Set delivers an exquisite end-product that is within your set budget. I couldn't recommend him more!

Don't ever buy from caratlane they are making fool people.while buying they'll charge one price by saying we will be deducted 10%of the price while selling the same but they never do that more than half the price they deduct by saying gay making charges which they never clarify while buying after asking again and again also.Behavior of sales person horribly bad. Horrible experience. I wish I could give less than zero rating .

Pfff believe me, searching for a diamond seemed to be a full time job to me: a real quest. Kind of overlooked this detail when I got the idea of proposing to my girlfiend in my head. I was really scared and paranoia of being ripped off by jewellers (or getting fake diamonds) and buying diamonds online just seems a bit dodgy, considering how much you spend on it. As such, it was a major relief when I found Ajediam and was invited to their office. Jan of Ajediam had made me a selection of different diamonds that met my wishes and my budget. He patiently explained the different aspects of the diamonds and what to look for. After a long time of looking to find the perfect diamond, I found just that at Jans company and on top of that it was set in a ring (that I choose of course) that very same day! My girlfriend and I are engaged now (she seems almost more in love with the ring than with me, so not sure if that is such a good thing) and we are planning to return to Ajediam in May to get some wedding bands! Happy days!

i see by looking through people's reviews that this site has made alot of changes to their advertising and clarifying certain things that were addressed here. to me this is reassuring. i have ordered 2 rings with a third on the way. ordering using standard intl. shipping both of my rings came in less than 10 days of placing payment, my experiences have been very efficient. the rings themselves have been exceptional quality, appearing virtual replicas of the original advertised piece and IMHO i couldn't even imagine trying to HANDMAKE hundreds of pieces per week or even day! i always knew they would be cast, but i have been stoked with their detailing, i have received HEAPS of positive responses from friends and can't bear to take them off-LOL they feel great and i LOVE them. i noticed someone below say they were knock-offs of someone elses rings, if you could have provided a link to this person's work i would have taken you more seriously. another said they state they are "handmade" rings.. after reading this i checked out their site and couldn't see any such claims on the companies site so see they have changed it, which is a good sign. all in all i have been impressed with this companies efficiency and quality and have no issues

My mother ordered a ring from this site a year ago. Let me repeat a YEAR AGO. We were not happy with the product and sent it back w/in the 30 day "HASSEL FREE" time frame. She has still not recieved any of her money back. During the year she has called numerouse times and has left, get this....Ready...37 voicemails. Ready for another fun fact... they just called back 2 weeks ago informing her that she could choose another product but that her money would NOT be returned. This is a CRIME. Their site specifies that all money will be refunded if product is sent back w/in 30 days. The only reason they even returned her last voicemail was because she said that she would go to small claims. I advise all to not order from this site. If you say you have a "POLICY", I like all of you would hope the company you are buying from would own up to it. This company does not want to help by providing a product and service they just want to take your money and run. That is not a respectable way to treat anyone. ANYONE. I couldn't sleep at night knowing I was stealing from people. This company doesn't even deserve a star let alone anyones future business. I hope this review shined some light on this terrible site.

Ordered an item weeks ago and haven't received it. Tracking continued to show it was in Channhassen and continues to show same location of my order. Contacted sparklingselections and they tell me I received the item and told me to contact my post office. The post office isn't going to recall one order. Sparklingsolutions is not willing to make this okay. Sent me a tracking number and location still says my order is still in Channhassen! Will never be ordering from them again! They are not interested in doing right by their customers!

YEah this is like thee best piercing's shop u can buy from. They probably have like a million products covering all bases with any design u can think of. Ofc if your like me this is straight up paradise. Everything's well priced & quality wise is good. Even if you've never had a piercing before or your hesitant to get 1 just check it out & you'll probably change your mind. Tbf I wasn't into piercing's myself, but I changed my mind after going here. Company is German based I think so 1 to 2 weeks delivery to Canada which isn't bad.

I got an e-mail from them stating that my order (10528653) had shipped (April 1st). In the same e-mail it was said that my package should arrived in the following 4-7 working days. It seems they are not working many days a week because until today (April 28th) there's no signs of the package. No mentions have been done relating delays due to covid-19, nor could I read anywhere during the buying process that only orders above 200 would get a tracking code. Their customer service answer? --> Be patient xD.. I've placed several other orders since then and there have been no issues with delivery times. tl,dr: They have confiscated 50 from me for a whole month (best case scenario, otherwise I have been robbed by them) My advice, don't buy anything from them. P.S: I have asked from them to tell me how to proceed so I can get my money back.. no answer until now...

Tried there drop-shipping program. Sent the wrong item twice. Mistakes happen but the second time they had the returned ring over a week before sending out the right ring. Emailed them twice and the 2nd time was told I would be sent a tracking number to give to the customer that evening. Never came and my customer is now angry and won't return.

Tired jewelry styles from many years ago with little change to inventory. Very few new jewelry styles. Inventory is low most of the time on many items. Seem to allow just about everyone to purchase as a wholesaler. All a customer would have to do is look up one of the pieces online on most any websites and can find a better price than yours.

Let me start by saying I will never shop there again..Brought a chain and piece for the chain that came up to about $500. I was told that if anything goes wrong I can return it...I said what if I misplaced the receipt they said don't worry because it's in our system under your name....The chain broke within a month and I went in but I could not find the receipt but I didn't panic because "I'm in the system" They look and see my name but don't see the chain that I purchased and returned ...What...We are still going to order another chain and call you when it's in...it's been over a month now and no chain...I'm still looking for my receipt because I never throw any receipts out so that I can return and get my money back...Shady practice and will not do business with them ever again...

I used "chat" on website because they say it's the easiest quickest way to contact, Christian C ended up telling me that their measurements are not "standard" that the measurements they use on multiple items, for example "100 gauge" curb chain means different things depending on item number. When I asked why they would use it as a measurement if it's not standard he simply replied "sorry for the inconvenience! YIKES! I'm glad I don't follow through with a $500-1000 chain purchase! When you buy elsewhere 5mm=5mm here god knows what you'll get! Good luck!

Bought the ReMix 2.0 grey primarily for running and they have exceeded all my expectations. Very light (you hardly know they're on) and crucially no bounce' unlike some I've previously used. Having used them for a 2 hour plus run today I can honestly say these are THE most comfortable sunnies I've ever had, and I'm very critical about such things. And it doesn't stop at using them for running as they look always look cool. Like to think I'm helping the environment too.
