Superb buying experience. I ordered my friend a wallet for his birthday but ordered a few for choice so had to send a few back (reluctantly). Outstanding quality was what I expected from Hugo Boss but the service was great too. Lightning fast delivery, good communication, easy returns and quick refund process. Very happy with the service.

Terrible experience! I ordered 2 T-shirts from them and got an incorrect T-shirt with the wrong size and totally wrong color, and no receipt no return label at all! They asked me to reship the incorrect item and I only get my full refund if they received the incorrect item back. How many works did they make me do for my money back? I rather not order from them at the beginning!

Very bad customer service, extremely slow delivery. Whenever you make an online order you get no notification when the order will be received. If you call and ask when the order will be arriving, you will be notified that they have 7 days to make the delivery, but no estimated time, so you basically have to be on the address all of the 7 days, since you don't know when it might be arriving. But don't worry, you will be getting the order on the 7th day, if you're lucky. Not a day early. I was injured and couldn't walk and was staying at home, so i ordered something. I ordered it on tuesday, of course it came the next tuesday while I was at work now, so i couldn't pick it up. Mind you, the actual shop is 15 minutes away from where i live. My advice is, if you are ordering from this shop, make sure you use the pay on delivery option so you can at least just not pick it up if they are too slow, or it might actually motivate them to work faster. Another advice is, since most of the stock of this shop comes from Ali Express, you're better off ordering from there. The item will be cheaper, and it might actually come faster from china then from sport depot. Много лошо обслужване на клиентите, изключително бавна доставка. The online staff are so helpful and very courteous. They have excellent knowledge of the clothing range, fabrics and most importantly sizing so I always manage to get the right size first time. The clothes are wrapped beautifully and the packaging has a hint of luxe without being over the top. I am not a regular purchaser from Winser however when I have purchased I have been totally delighted with the service and quality of the product. The online service is efficient and trustworthy and customer service staff are easily reached and most helpful even providing cashmere washing advice. The softness and luxury of the cashmere and woollen products are wonderful. I have full confidence in any purchase and if not suitable the returns process is hassle free.

Customer Service is rude extremely rude and the man gave me a lecture on how I need to do the right thing and spend the extra money for shipping when I actually ordered these 2 weeks ago and they cancelled my order with no email letting me know it was cancelled due to online being wrong and their inventory was out. He said I should know they cancelled my order by having the extra money back into my account. I sat on the phone for 20 minutes and 19 of those minutes was him interrupting me and not letting me talk to anyone else but him. The manwas very unprofessional and thought he was not in the wrong because he hadn't yelled or cussed at me. Please know Information on the website is inaccurate and product availability is not correct. Their communication is non existence until you call them wondering where your order is. NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL! The man also told me I would never get a full refund - they would charge me 30% for restocking fee and then later emailed me telling me that my order is non-refundable.

I just received my first order from this company. Prices are very competitive and the quality of the items they sell is excellent. The shipping process may be a bit slow, but as long as you are aware of that when you make your purchase, be assured that you will get what you paid for. Furthermore the customer service at this site is excellent. They do respond to emails as quickly as possible, as well as making themselves available on a toll free line during their active business hours. You may wait a bit for your order, but you will never be disappointed when all is said and done. I have no doubts that you will become a return customer like myself.

Place an order on December 8th the order says processed, waited 2 weeks to call the phone number says to leave a message they are only open 3 days a week from 8 to 3 no one ever answers the call. I have called over 50 times left multiple messages and have not received a phone call or an email back. At this point I don't even think they are a legitimate company.

The staff at Dufferin Mall location are very rude. They should go to customer service school or the manager should train their staff about customer service. I was at the store one time and saw the shoes that I like. The sign said 50% off but when I went to the cashier the cashier said is only 30% off. I told the cashier the sign said 50% off so the cashier went to the shoe section and came back to say it’s 30% off. So I said I don’t want to take it but went back to the shoe section to check if I was wrong. The sign said it’s 50% off and went back to the cashier and told her about the sign. So she sent another cashier to check it out and she saw that I was right. She said that the sign was wrong but will give me the 50% off. They were not even apologetic about the incident and made me feel that I was the one who made a mistake. It took two cashiers and 15 minutes to cash me out. I wouldn’t recommend this store because of the staff here. Really disappointed with my experience here.

Much to my excitment my Indigo Mary Jane's arrived safe and sound this week, having swiftly travelled all the way to New Zealand. Best of all they fit perfectly. Buying them online was easy peasy - the extra info on trial fittings and tips regarding narrow feet, idiosyncratic sizing etc was really useful. The only tricky thing was choosing a style. Now that I know the system works, and the shoe fits, I've ordered another pair!

I'm a size 35/ two and a half in Europe. My first pair of DanceStore shoes were the Mary Jane wedge.I ordered a size 5. Very comfortable. This time I ordered the same size in white canvas lace-up which fits fine if I wear no socks,but I think in time I will need the heel grips included. The other pair were the black velvet and mesh 1940's. These fit perfectly but there is a lot of pressureon my toes;the shoe seems to be shallow there. (It may be my toes, I often have this problem. I'll have to 'break them in'before I can be sure I can dance in them. However, they are beautiful shoes and I shall wear them anyway.Your service is excellent and delivery amazingly rapid. I think size will always be a potential problem especially for someone with funny feet like mine.

I recently purchased 2 items on separate occasions from Deal Rack. One came on time, the other one never arrived. I contacted Deal Rack's customer service about the situation, and they immediately responded the next business day with the tracking number. I contacted the USPS online tracking service, which said that the item had been delivered. I contacted Deal Rack customer service to in form them again the I never received the item. They immediately credited my account with a full refund including shipping cost with no other questions asked. I had given the mail carrier the tracking number and told her of the situation. She came back the next day with the item, and informed me that it had been delivered to the wrong address. The item was as advertised, good quality, and an excellent value. I applaud Deal Rack and their customer service, and they now have a new satisfied customer. Way to go Deal Rack!

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU THINK YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN. The returns process for this company is an absolute shambles, they use an outside company to deal with their returns, you can expect the parcel to be picked up any day Monday-Friday anytime between 9-6. Obviously this doesn’t suit the majority of people who aren’t in the house freely available any day of the week. If you miss your delivery slot, it’s entirely in your hands to ring up the delivery company and reschedule a pick up date, sounds straight forward but believe me it is not. You have to print out piles of paperwork to sign, all with no guarantee the parcel will even be delivered, their terms and conditions state if the parcel cannot be delivered they will sell or destroy the items. LE COQ SPORTIF CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT RESPOND. Don’t risk losing your money and time.

Get big a rep who has a good grasp of the english language and that can look up orders places is a joke! I gave all emails I have used ever In my life of which all but 1 have never been used on TR website. They said there must be a typo in the email thAts why they can’t find it! Considering how expensive they are, this is very poor show from a company who portray themselves as high quality. Although the quality of Patra's silk products are just about satisfactory, (i.e not great since their underwear doesn't stand up to washing very well and becomes bobbly and eventually threadbare after a number of washes), the real problem is their dispatch service: - absolutely hopeless! Expect a wait of between 7 to 10 working days between placement of order and delivery; - what company in this day and age takes that long to process a simple of order of 2 pairs of underpants?! And what delivery service are they using when they state that their "normal delivery" takes between 3 and 5 days following dispatch? (1st class post will normally get to its' destination after 1 or, at worst 2 days). All in all, given the fact that Patra products are far from being cheap, they do in fact offer a pretty useless commodity.

Had a great experience and staff both helpful and knowledgeable. In fact visited twice, went away after trying on four expensive jackets but there was no hard sell' the first time. Gave me time to think and then went back again and purchased the right jacket for me after getting good advice. I don't think the free coffee is a gimmick, it just makes the shopping experience more pleasant as you're likely to be spending big money! Very friendly staff and I'll happily go back and buy again. Worth visiting.

Nearly £2k spent over the past couple of years, my last order was a Halverson jacket. It arrived missing it's tags and with a repair note in the pocket. The response to my complaint. "There was huge demand for these jackets at this price and was a waiting list for some sizes. A small number of new ones with minor defects (usually the wrist strap) were returned. These were then repaired by Halvarssons repairers to meet some of the outstanding orders." No apology, just yes it's 2nd hand full stop.

If you're looking for a scrubs shop that carries every brand under the sun, you've found the right place. They even offer embroidery, in house, which makes ordering for the whole office seamless and easy. Very quick turnaround and you'll likely be able to find anything and everything you're looking for. I wanted to leave a review after receiving my beautiful necklace. I bought Yvette Dark Cherry Quartzite and I cannot praise it enough. The stones are just beautiful and I love the way there is gold between the larger stones which are at the front, and the small ones which go up and round the back. The shine on the stones is gorgeous and the shape is beautiful. It is a colour that will go with so many things. I have many Lola Rose pieces but this is by far the most beautiful for me.

I purchased watch with charm from QVC early December and although I’m pleased with the watch I’m now horrified that the charm has come off my watch and of course no idea where it is. I do wonder why with something like this that they are not attached securely. I’ve checked again QVC website and it seems to be a ring/circle that the charm is attached to but I’m left with what I can only describe as a thin bar. Can you please explain why this charm is so poorly attached and what I should do next to get a replacement and then find someone to attach it securely? I’m most cross about this. I love shopping at your Catos store in Salem VA. All of the girls are so nice, friendly and helpful. Each associate greets the customers as they come in the door, asked if they need help finding anything, even take clothes customers have selected and lay them by the register so we can continue to shop . One of the associates, I think she told me her name was Kay, she is so helpful, she helped with putting complete outfits together w/ accessories and shoes. I haven't been shopping in so long, I wasn't aware of all the new styles that are out and Kay was right now, very knowledgeable and informative.

Just received my shipment. Everything I ordered arrived 5 days after placing my order. I tried every garment on and LOVED them!!! Every piece fit perfectly. I'm 5'11" so the longer lengths of the skirts work perfectly for me. I've never had any fashion store meet all of my expectations in an order. I usually send things back, get annoyed by items that were in stock not shipping, shipping the wrong size, poor quality. But none of that in this shipment. I'm blown away. Well done Cato!!! I bought 10 items from them because of the PayPal promotion and I could have become a repeat customer, had they not been a complete and total FRAUD! First of all, the quality is HORRIBLE and the items do NOT look like the photos at all. Wrong cut, wrong colors, wrong materials, wrong sizes. All wrong. Second, and more importantly, they did NOT send me a THIRD of the items, and told me that they are not in stock and will arrive in 2 months (I had obviously already paid and they were not marked as out-of-stock on the website). It's been 6 MONTHS now! I have emailed them MANY times and I have received NO REPLY. Not even one. Nothing works - polite questions, begging, threats - nothing! I can't believe PayPal will associate with such companies! Do yourself a favor and DO ~NOT~ BUY FROM THEM!

I have ordered from Roadkilltshirts several times over the past couple of years and have been very happy with their shirts. The quality is decent and the shirts are hillarious. I normally order 10 or more every year in May so I will have them just before Bonnaroo in Manchester TN and they have been a huge hit every year. I even made international news papers wearing one of them. (Google Ted Lester Bonnaroo) The problem started with the last batch, including the one I am wearing in the picture. The lettering started pealing off of 4 of the shirts after I had worn them 2 or 3 times. I contacted Roadkilltshirts about the problem and they asked for the order number and which shirts which I sent them. After 3 months of waiting I contacted them again with no response at all. Since June most of the other shirts in that order have pealed also. Most of the other shirts that are 2 and 3 years old look almost as good as they did when I first purchased them. Sadly to say, with their declining quality and total lack of customer service, I will not be purchasing any more shirts from them.

I'm very upset. I bought a dress and never received it. After much waiting I contacted the store and found that the dress was out of stock. They sold a dress they didn't have. And as the store did not contact me to warn about the system error also can not choose another. I never thought such a famous brand would be capable of such a huge neglect with the customer. I don't want my money back I want the dress. Or a solution, because money back doesn't solve the issue. get the money back and the minimum that the store should do. I want a solution for the problem that the store criated. How is possible that the store sell a product that doesn't have.

Absolutely awful returns service and I no longer buy anything from there as the quality of the garments is horrific. To date, everything I have bought from there has developed a fault. Be it a split sole - this actually happened twice! - and then again with the replacement pair (insane!); bobbling sweaters after a few weeks of wearing and hand washing only; and then again, two dresses that the seams burst on first few wears! I was met with very little help on all occasions aside from a very nice girl in the local store who advised me that they would respond quickly if I complained on Twitter. I can't believe how much they get away with charging for shitty clothes and awful service.

Customer service is terrible. At least on line and over the phone. It seems that they take forever in shipping. Ordered on Wednesday and they MAY ship on the next Monday, if I’m lucky. I should have gone to the store myself. They keep rubbing in that it takes 5 to 7 days after shipping g yet the shipping takes one week. They didnt read my question properly and had to repeat myself. Not concentrated in the conversation. Bad customer service. Clothes look nice but dice me a break.

Have purchased several items direct from Gant and am always pleasantly surprised at just how prompt the delivery service is and just as importantly, the excellent quality of the garments I purchase. I also buy direct from a company that would be considered a direct competitor (think Italian and four legs!!) and their delivery service is very poor. Will definitely order from Gant again. Cheers.

Ordered two wigs for first time, quality was poor and wigs not a pictured. Returned them for exchange. These two were also very poor quality, bad color and not as pictured. Returned them and requested a refund. They replied saying a tag was removed (none were removed in my possession) and they claim the other was stretched out and had an odor. The wig was never tried on (as is their ridiculous policy), The wigs are poor in quality and overpriced. BUYER BEWARE Of this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give less if possible. I bought a bag abroad in Bimba y lola store. When I got back to the UK I realised it was damaged. When I went to my local store they had the exact same bag - but the price was more expensive in London. They refused to do anything to change the bag becuase they said I would have to do the exchange in Spain not London. Absolutely appauling customer service and they take over a week to respond. Disgusting company! Never buy anything from them!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Placed my order since 24th November 2018 for a pair of shoes and was send wrongly. Parcel was received on 3rd decemeber after paying EURO 30 for international shipping. Customer service erika didnt respond to my problems and instead was telling me that the emails which i send have gone "missing" . Till now there's still no respond on my shoes.

Extreme rude staff in Cologne store and not professional online service. If you order online with the delivery to the store (in my case the store in Cologne), be aware that you won't get any email that your order has arrived. You will be phoning yourself to the store and the online service, just to find your order (that was already paid!), but all they do is blaming each other and saying contradictory things. I've never seen such an unprofessional and rude behavior! The staff in Cologne store is just something! Firstly, they didn't give me my complete order and I had to come to Cologne one more time. But the order was there all the time, they just didn't find it! Secondly, as I wanted to talk to the manager, she did not even apologize for the situation, but also blamed me that I ordered items to the store and not directly to my place!!! This is just beyond any rules...

I purchased a water repellent parka from Massimo dutti. When I got in the rain it got soaked through. Massimo dutti said that they never stated that it was water repellent. I sent them the images of the label which clearly says that it's water repellent! After that I contacted them a few times! The only answer is being dealt with!! SHOCKING!

I think Iloveglasses.com; todaysframes.com; and their alias names as a company are a fraud.I ordered glasses before Christmas&checked off overnight delivery. My confirmation came in from 2 different companies&they charged my credit card but billed for regular delivery.I tried calling number on their website but it was a non working number. I e-mailed them and got a response from a different e-mail address, also did not match the e-mail on web. I asked for a call to discuss- I kept getting strange e-mail responses but no call.They were stalling… finally a week later they wrote that the glasses I ordered were scratched and do I want to order another pair or get a refund. I called Am Ex to report them &will see if I get credited a refund. NIGHTMARE! I would stay away!

I've ordered several items of clothing and a couple of toys. Toys were a big hit for my grandson. Clothes were a nice pick. Some pieces were smaller than the size stated but I passed em down to my daughter. Prices are really good, with a large variety of items to shop for all in one place. Takes a lil longer for shipping but some came earlier than what it said. If you don't mind waiting an extra few days you will enjoy your experience. If you need something sooner order early or check for expedited shipping.

I have been its customer for the last 3 years-this is the only site that I trust online after being fooled by UTSAV and indiaemporium. The positives are-good communication, great coupon codes and the tailor tries to make blouses as best as he can with the designs submitted. I was especially surprised that they gave me extra 5 % discount when I mentioned to them that after I used their 30% coupon code, they came out with a 35 % coupon code. i wish they had wider varieties of selections. I have researched several sites and feel items are usually 100 usd more for same compared to other sites but with coupon codes, actual price comes out to be better.

I bought some cushions from these guys (are they Wayfair or Joss&Main btw?- not clear) that I'm trying to return, but when I went to my account I got greeted by an "There are no orders associated with your account." Funny thing is that I've got the Order number and of course I got the cushions. I also got to the stupid message from a link in the same email they sent me to review the product... So, what's up with their record keeping? Now I've had to communicate the old-fashion way, by email, wasting my time giving all the order details instead of it all being automatic and easy for returns, like in most up-to-date, modern websites. I refuse to do business with this… I refuse to do business with this company. I purchased a bed and specifically requested doorway entry delivery due to the fact that I live in a apartment on the second floor and my husband is disabled and cannot possibly pick up a bed. Next thing I know, my bed was delivered and left outside by the curb next to the neighbors garage. I was not contacted with any notice of my delivery being dropped off nor a window of time to receive it. I demanded them to pick it up immediately since no one was home to receive it or move it and it was in danger of being stolen or damaged. Then they stated I would be responsible for any damages to the merchandise when they pick it up the next day. WHO IS GOING TO SECURE THE MERCHANDISE WHEN NO ONE IS HOME OR ABLE TO MOVE THE PRODUCT!? I could not believe how negligent this company was. I saved money for three years to purchase a nice bed and they leave it outside in the curb with no regard for the care of the merchandise or the customers needs. Amazon doesn't even leave my dollar phone cases with such disregard! I always know a time and am given a proper notice to ensure I am aware of my delivery. I am sorry, I do not want to be so negative but I am shocked that any business could ever think this is acceptable. Oh then they want to add a delivery charge for my return....GET OUT OF HERE! You dumped my bed on the curb so come pick it up on the curb where you left it.

I placed two orders with gets.cn. The first was fine, no problems to mention. The second, I impulsively spent over $1500 on stones that are extremely expensive to purchase in the US. THey sent me crap stones, packaged very poorly. I should, like the first reviewer, have asked for pictures. Now I am trying to come to some kind of resolution with the company but will most likely never order from them again. The pictures, especially of the natural stones, show very nicely in the photos but when you receive them, look completely different. Might I also mention that even though you spend over $1500 on natural gemstones, they will come to you in a bubble mailer. Thats it.

I have ordered from this company about 5 times and most of the times, things turned out well. Their rhinestone charms have always come out fine. I ordered lampwork glass items from 4 times. First 2 times, no issue. Last 2 times (this year), the charms were not the ones in the picture. They said it's handmade so it's won't be the same but the difference is quite large. They say they have a 30 day guarantee but then told me that the return shipping is too expensive so they just gave me a 50% refund for the first time it happened. For my most recent order, they took pictures of the glass items and showed me before they shipped them. More than 6 out of 10 items I ordered were not made well. Fortunately, those items were canceled and refunded. However, the items that did get shipped to me were WET when they arrived. Yes. They were wet in the bags. It's very gross and I can't believe their quality have degenerated this much. I will probably not order any more glass items from them and not going to try any new items. I have asked them to take pictures of everything before they sent it to me and they are ok with that.

Absolutely appalling service. Would have given less than one star if it had been an option. Ordered an expensive item, which got lost in transit TWICE, only to be told that a more expensive delivery option should have been selected for a “higher chance” of receiving the order, with no offer of a discount. How anyone can run a business in this way with complete disregard for their customers is completely beyond me. I will certainly never order from this company again, and will be sure to advise the members of the various climbing groups I’m in to avoid these seemingly good prices like the plague. You will never receive your order, its been 2 weeks since i have ordered and no tracking updates or anything. Tracking number with ups fedex etc all say invakid tracking number. I go on romwe and it says shipped but not where to. The robotic custoner service chat is no help so i filed a ICS with the FBI filing a complaint.

I feel badly for my significant other who tried to do a good thing for me but wound up very much ripped off! I had a pair of boots that got misplaced at his house. We did later find them...thank God...and I have had those boots for at least three years with absolutely no problems at all. He goes to Aldo in the mall to buy me boots for my birthday since the other ones were apparently lost. I notice when opening the box, he bought a 9 and I am an 8...8 1/2 at most. So, he says we can take them back and buy the right size. I tell him, it's okay. Maybe if I wear big socks, they will work. While at my client's (in a carpeted office), I decide to try on the boots and see if they are comfortable. I wear them for approximately three hours. While I am moving about I hear clicking in them like they are worn out. I have had a pair of very cheap boots do this before. I'm thinking that's weird since they are brand new. Also, they were killing my feet. They were a bit too big but they were very uncomfortable in such a short time. I decided to look up Aldo since I have no experience or knowledge with the brand as I am thinking this is a terrible boot. I then see horrible reviews about service and also quality. I tell my significant other it is probably best we just return the boots. I tried to wear them for a short period and it was awful. I put them in the box and realize even the so called "suede" is scratched up and coming off the heels. This past weekend we finally get a chance to go to the Aldo store together. We tell the cashier how he had purchased the wrong size. He asks if I can at least exchange them for the correct size. I start to look around. The shoes are very trendy. I can see how he was fooled. He tried to do a good thing for me. The cashier sees they don't have those shoes in my size. Then, she sees the scratches and says she won't take them back because I've worn them. I told her...yes, I tried them on but they are of horrible quality and the scratches were probably there when he purchased them. I did not cause the scratches by trying them on and if I did, the quality is completely horrible. This cashier who is wearing a sweater that is exposing her entire midriff tells me..."The scratches are from sitting at a bar stool in a bar." By now, I'm pretty livid that she is insulting me on top of ripping off my significant other. I look at her and ask if there is a manager on duty. She starts to say she is the manager and I said..."Of course you are." So, I tell her..."These are not my size. The quality is horrible. What are we supposed to do with them?" She just hands them back, and other cashier starts to chime in that my guy needs to move, that he is in the way. I was telling her how when I tried to walk there was clicking and the shoes obviously have been worn and are worn out. She said..."No, that is the zipper that would click." It was clearly not the zipper at all. I am amazed at all the bad reviews and seeing first hand how true they are and how a business can continue treating people this badly with no regard whatsoever. I have two businesses...one where I do sell products. If a customer complains, I have no problem refunding them. If they are not happy, the product should be returned for a refund. Buyer Beware: THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE. THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER QUALITY ESTABLISHMENTS TO PURCHASE SHOES TO GIVE THIS COMPANY THE TIME OF DAY. HORRIBLE WAY OF TREATING PATRONS. DON'T BE FOOLED. YOU WILL REGRET YOUR PURCHASE.

Failed to deliver my item. They blame it on the courier. Ordered a 110 EUR suitcase 40 days ago and still don't have it! I was travelling in a foreign country and needed a suitcase fast, but never got any sign of it. I kept contacting Carpisa asking when am I going to get it (and now since I left the country before getting the suitcase in a local shop I simply want my payment back). Because Carpisa kept ignoring my messages, I contacted my bank and am now awaiting their confirmation for a credit card chargeback. I do not recommend Carpisa! They looked okay (they have a lot of shops worldwide) but their e-delivery and customer service seriously has problems...
