A face and a half???? Was not satisfied with product. Ordered three pair. Each pair had one and half faces printed on them instead of just the one face of the dog. I have been communicating back and forth since December. Very frustrating. Not very timely responses. Don’t stand behind product. Just been getting the run around. There are lots of companies/e-stores out there that do this kind of thing. Don’t use MakeFaceSocks. Boo!!!

ordered a pair of coach sunglasses from their website and their website indicates 3-5 days to ship....that was on 11/13 and now it is 11/29 and the web site notification says they are on back order and will ship in a few days..THAT WAS A WEEK AGO!!! i am prepared to loose my money from this mistake of ordering from eyesave. i will not waist my time trying to talk to customer service representatives to hear the obvious answer.(we did not stock them so their on back order)...they should have stated that on the website. I will never order from this website again and google should pay me for having them on the first three of their search for sunglasses.

ok ....with the exception that one of the 2.50 aspheric lens glasses had the lens with some mobility within the frame. from the packing slip was listed a cleaning cloth which was not included. Other than that , I am satisfied with the glasses delivered.

Heartland American THIEVES I sent for a lambskin Jacket and was guaranteed to get it before Christmas. It came a week before but it was marked extra large but was really a large. So I called service and was placed on hold 3/4 of a hour. Then told to send it back and they will rush order a 2 X. Now it is a week after Christmas still no jacket. I just got off the phone with these thieves and was told they have no record of the last phone call and they don't have the jacket that was returned. I have done business with this company three times before and had trouble every time. But at least I received what I ordered after a hassel. This time they got my MONEY and I got nothing but the shaft ! THESE people are ignorant nasty and have no respect for customers. BEWARE !!!!!! All three of the Gucci watches I got through Ashford.com were real (I had them authenticated because I was paranoid) but the Prada bag they sold me was fake, fake, fake (I had a real one to compare it to). I ended up calling them and reading them the riot act...they didn't admit that the bag was a fake but they didn't say it wasn't, either, and they ended up giving me an immediate refund.

I bought one stick of "512MB PC3200 400MHz, CL=2.5" DDR RAM; I paid for 2 day shipping, and they delivered. But, I discovered later that the RAM wasn't what I had thought. The SPD tells the system to run it at CAS 3.0 at 200MHz (400 effective speed), and a system utility, AIDA32, identifies the RAM as PC2700; the SPD information there says "2.5 CAS at 166MHz, 2.0 at 133MHz." Now, since the RAM did work, I figured I'd give another stick a try. This may have been a bit of bad judgement on my part to do this, but it seems that the results are positive. This time, in the Comments section of the order form, I put this: "I've already got a stick of this RAM; it seems that its SPD in fact sets it to run at CAS 3.0 when it's at 200MHz. I did set it manually to CAS 2.5, and it seems ok. An SPD reader also ID's the RAM as PC2700. Curious...perhaps something should be stated about this on the site if the ram is not in fact "true" PC3200 - some users are bigger perfectionists than I am." I got a reply the next day: ------------------------------------ Hello Jeffrey, We cancelled your order and vided the charge of this invoice. You are a real professional customer. We don't have any stuffs matched what you want. Sorry about it. Enet ------------------------------------ I don't quite fully understand what they did; it's like they didn't want to rip me off a second time, because I was aware of it this time. So, potential buyers, just know you might not be getting what you thought you paid for from this company. I did send a reply to their "cancellation notification" asking for more information, but I doubt I'll hear anything back.

Ordered XP1800, 128mb DDR2700, 64mb pc133 with free delivery via USPS. Order processed quickly and arrived within the week. Only mild disappointment that the cpu was a Palomino but the website did NOT mislead(get what you pay for). All items still working perfectly after a month and I am satisfied with the good value. Will probably use this vendor again.

The only reason I am giving Victoria's Secret to is because they're Sport leggings are hands-down the best I've ever tried. Other than that nearly everything else I have ever purchased from them has faded, got holes in them, or just plain fell apart despite the fact that I always wash on gentle or hand wash, and I never put anything in the dryer. I have panties that I have purchased from Frederick's of Hollywood over 10 years ago and they still are in great condition and I have panties that I purchased from Victoria's Secret a few months ago and they are completely falling apart. I don't even put them in the dryer. Every single time I order online or shopping store I am told about all of the sales, discounts, reward cards, and etcetera. I am a student and I'm supposed to get 15% off my purchase. I also have the credit card and get regular reward cards and used to get free panties but they quit sending those to everyone. I have never once in my entire history of shopping with Victoria's Secret had a smooth checkout experience whether it be in store or online. There's always a problem with using a reward card or getting a reward card or using a discount. They should not advertise things if they are not going to let you use them. I leave frustrated every single time I go in a store place an order. This is part of the reason why the lines are so long they always have all of these things going on and can never figure out what the customers are and aren't allowed to use together. They're so sheets are completely overworked. I know this because I used to work there and it was the worst experience of my life. They are always understaffed and running around like crazy never knowing what they should be doing. There are always too many sales and not enough time for them to go over the sales so they're always uninformed and never know what's going on. Often I leave realizing that they forgot to apply discount or put in a reward card or free gift that I was supposed to get. They never know what their stock is or what their sales are or basically what is going on in the store they work in. My last experience shopping inside of the store went something like this: The entire store was a mess and I was unable to find anything. Waited a long time to get a fitting room and once I did I realize one of the things I had grabbed ran small. I waited over half an hour for an associate finally come help me. I then waited another half an hour after she disappeared in the store to come back to me. I was told that somebody could bring me out on the mobile POS but there was nobody to be found so I waited in line for just as long as I did in the fitting room. By the time I got to the register the item out of school. I could order online was not available so I decided just to take the one I had my hand even though it wasn't the one I wanted. Victoria's Secret was having a bra and Sport pants set for $50 promotion. When she rang up the bra and Sport pants though, they weren't ringing up correctly and she didn't know what to do so I did not get to purchase the items. I waited all that time in the fitting room and in line for nothing. I left that with other items I was going to purchase and decided to just order online. Upon ordering online they did not have the items I found in the store that I wanted either and I was unable to use my student discount online or in-store. I finally got my shipment but they left out my reward card. I am done with Victoria's Secret at this point.

The discounted Timex Rush VO2 watch I received did not work when I first tried it. I emailed them immediately and requested that a replacement watch be sent without additional shipping charges. Their response was hostile and they refused to pay for shipping. I will never deal wtih them again.

Purchased a Canon 40 D package from them at there store, located in Brooklyn. The store is small, yet packed with cameras and accessories. I showed them the package I noticed online and wanted to know if they could change the lens. I was apprehensive at first because the package was lower priced then B&H. I drove from New Jersey just to make sure the deal was real. The whole process took 15 minutes and I was back on the road in traffic playing with my camera. Next time I will order online ship it to New Jersey and not have to pay the sales tax.

I’ve called 6 times to cancel and and spent 4 hours on calls with them in numerous departments. The bills still come adding $15 monthly plus late fees. These guys are CROOKS! Completely unequivocally dishonest. They lie, cheat and steal without remorse. Beware!

I placed an order on 01/19/07. A few days later I got an e-mail saying that my order is in the shipping dept. A week later it's still in the shipping dock. I called to cancel my order and the customer rep named Debra was very rude to me when she know I'm canceling the order. The pricing is very good (for generic brand), but you have to wait for 3-4 weeks and have to deal with bad customer service dept.

I am unable to get my sister's requested birthday gift to her on time because of the stupid cheap shipping method Gap.com uses, and I got no help from the jerk in customer service who canceled my order without telling me. I ended up hanging up on the idiot and calling back in to get another customer service person. She was a bit more helpful, although I wanted to scream at this point because she kept hinting that I should thank her for giving me free shipping (all orders over $50 get free shipping online now anyway, so I have no idea why the heck she was so weird about it.) I honestly have never been so frustrated by "customer service" people before in my life. I have had lost packages, misdelivered packages, late and lost items; but the companies I was dealing with would actually work with me to fix the situation. The Gap customer service people are really bad, and the company should stop with this cheap delivery company (it's LaserShip, which actually runs like Uber with independent contractors....who often seem to steal packages.) I honestly have never been so frustrated with an online buying experience. Thanks for everything Gap! The party is Saturday, so I have to go out on Black Friday to get her birthday gift. Oh, and thanks for the 10% off coupon to use on my next order. I can't even begin to imagine why they thought sending me that as an apology would be a good idea. It just made me furious. Hopefully my facebook and twitter posts will spread the word a bit about this horrible company.

I shopped at Boscov's for the first time this July and have had nothing but problems with them since, 2.5 weeks and no resolution yet. First they fished around in my bank account by placing a hold in the ammount of $600 for items that had already been charged to my account but not shipped. I called to have them remove the illegitimate charge & it was a nightmare. It took 2 hours, 6 discourteous, unhelpful and ill-natured customer "service" reps, 3 disconnects( i was told by Felix their phones are rigged to hang up on ppl after 10 minutes, rather evasive, imo) and a rude email telling me to contact my bank if i need further assistance understanding the holds procedure. A few days later my merchandise began to arrive in deplorable condition. Items were carelessly thrown in bags and dumped in boxes. They placed a pair of shoes-completely unwrapped on top of lingerie-also completely unwrapped-in a bag in a loosely packed box and shipped it across the country! The lingerie was pulled and snagged and certainly not in new condition. A pair of shoes arrived with debris on the upper and signs of wear & tear on the sole-they appear to have been worn & are also not in new condition. Many other items appeared to have been worn(showed signs of filth such as foul aromas and smears)and returned. In fact, the only merchandise from Boscov's that arrived in new and acceptable condition were 4 pairs of men's pajamas, still in their factory packaging I thought I was ordering merchandise and paying for it to be delivered to my home in perfect condition. That did not happen. As it turns out, I payed for: 1. the inconvenience and waste of time and money spending 2 hours on the phone babysitting rude & unhelpful staff while they fix Boscov's accounting mistakes 2. the inconvenience of photographing and documenting their shoddy, careless packaging and the damaged merchandise it produced 3. the inconvenience and waste of time sending 9(!)emails (including photos and explanations) in total so far without achieving resolution. Their best offer is "send it back, we will refund you when we get our merch back.Boscov's wants to blame UPS so they can avoid losing $. Macy's on the other hand offered an immediate replacement at no extra charge or further inconvenience to me.I received an email confirming this within moments & my replacement will be here in 3 days. All they required from me was to " please safely dispose of damaged items". <3 them for that! Simultaneously, I had placed orders w/ Macy's, Target, Vitacost, Vitaglo, and several others. No one else placed holds on my account for money they had already deducted/received ( even and especially the large orders) and everything but one item arrived in ship-shape condition. The one "problem" was very easily resolved in less than 5 minutes with one phone call-this was Macy's-their customer service is outstanding, i will continue to shop there, but NOT at Boscov's. I have 25 + years of retail employment experience, ( and even more shopping experience:D ), let me tell you, Boscov's is doing it all wrong. Don't waste those hard earned $$$ and precious time there. You will be ripped off and treated poorly.

I've bought suspenders from the Holdup company for over fifteen years. Just received a pair and couldn't push down the adjustor clips. Tried and tried and even used a pair of pliers over cloth so as not to mar the adjustor clip. Called the company; spoke to Kathleen who said they had changed the clips and you have to push them down OFF THE BODY in a certain way. I said I want to return them. She said ok after awhile. I asked for a return shipping label as these suspenders are DEFECTIVE! Well, she sent me a return ADDRESS label only and I had to pay $7.60 return shipping on a defective product. I know I'll get a refund for the suspenders; BUT, I want my shipping cost refunded as well because the suspenders are impossible to adjust. THEY ARE DEFECTIVE. I will do whatever I have to do to recover my shipping costs. Most companies don't give a loyal customer such a hard time when the product is DEFECTIVE. UPDATE: Received a credit for the suspenders MINUS the return shipping. We're done here.

I do not like the fact that they do not have an exchange policy.You can order another one at the same time if your not sure the size is right.But that doubles the shipping charges to you and ties up twice as much of your money.When most places will pay the shipping back to you if it's an exchange.So I've paided $12.67 shipping to me and $10.76 to ship the jacket back to them because it was to tight in the shoulders.That's a total of $23.43 costs I've paid and they wanted me to pay more in shipping charges to send me another jacket in extra large size.So doing business with them has cost me $23.43 and I have nothing to show for my time or my money spent.The extra shipping costs makes their low prices higher in the end.Doing business with this company was a mistake.I will not be buying from them again.Buyer beware...

This was my second purchase from NE and it won't be my last. A pleasure to shop here. THESE PEOPLE REALLY KNOW HOW TO SELL A PRODUCT! Each item is thoroughly photographed - they do a far better job than the manufacturer itself. By the time you get it, it's as if you had tried it on. Fast shipping as well. Prices are better than anywhere else I've seen. Obviously, since they're handling closeout items, there are certain sizes or colors that aren't available sometimes. However, the selection is very large. GREAT SELLER!

I purchased a new GMT-Master II and received a used one with no paperwork or factory certificate. The sales receipt said "new", but the invoice said "used"! I ordered a t-shirt from this company over a month ago. They charged my credit card immediately, yet I still have not received the item I ordered. I emailed them again last week, still no reply. I called their telephone number today and there was no answer, not even a voicemail system. I sent a second email advising that if I did not receive the item I ordered or a full refund I would file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Apparently this caught their attention and my payment was refunded. I wouldn't be surprised if this merchant was selling items they don't have in hopes of keeping the payments once people eventually forget about their orders. I will never make the mistake of ordering from this company again.

I'd give them 5 stars, but took 1 away for sending me the wrong order. I ordered a shirt, tie, and slacks. I got the shirt, tie, and the craziest-looking shorts I've ever seen; in a size way too big. I sent an email and didn't hear back, so I got in a chat session with Justin. He and I laughed about this, because I was able to upload the pic of these shorts, which I will provide. Because the warehouse completely screwed the pooch, he's ordering me the slacks and over night'ing them to me. Now, THAT'S what I call good customer service. No fuss, no hassle. They do need to do something about their email system that doesn't respond. I typically don't like chat sessions, am not normally up this time of day, and they beat phone calls where customer/technical support gets away with saying any ole' thing in your ear. Thank you, Justin; it was great doing business with YOU!

This is part of my ongoing "Hall of Fame" reviews. I include Brooks Brothers, as it once epitomized the easy going elegance of the clothing worn by the American gentleman. Its styles were classic ... and its fabrics were pure and natural. In its day, never did it cave to the whims of fashion fads or whimsy. Now their clothing is manufactured off shore ... their cuts are skimpy ... and they bow to synthetic fibers. This downturn bothers me terribly. The women's line is atrocious. B2, you were once an American icon ... a staple for the well-born American family. Why oh why did you cave in??? ... boo hoo hoo. Three common stars for you !!!

Before submitting my order to this site, I specifically sought advice via telephone from one "Mark," its presumed owner and expert on Cartier watches. Mark advised me that everything he sells was "brand new" (see the same claim on the site). Not only was the $3066 watch severely worn, its base was screwed in upside down, its S/N was scratched out, and Cartier refused to even inspect it because it came from Peru! Of course, Mark refused to claim the merchandise upon return. Neither my entreaties nor that of the BBB of NY moved Mark and his site. This site is FRAUDULENT and engages in DECEPTIVE sales practices, and every person born of woman should stay miles away from it!

Would give zero stars if it wS an option. I am incredibly disappointed in Puma's customer service. I placed an order on 4/26 and have yet to receive it after receiving an email that it was shipped on 4/28. I have sent 2 emails to Customer Service with no response 2 weeks ago. I also was promised a credit by 2 representatives I chatted with and have not received that either. The last repesentative I chatted with was obvious she was getting agitated as she started typing me in all caps and she ended the conversation without asking if i had additonal questions. I will never purchase a Puma product again. I am sure more people would feel the same if they ever had to come in contact with those that represent this company.

I'm writing this review while STILL on hold with Old Navy customer service. Chat option is not even available online, and I have been on hold for 1:22:50 and counting. My order shipped and was missing a product (even though the packing slip showed it included). Not only am I on hold forever to correct this, but the hold music is a horrifying loop of 3 second clips of alternating songs and static. Songs from the 60s - present time, jumping every 3 seconds I was just listening to Pink and Elvis with some other unrecognizable songs thrown in. WTH IS THIS?!?!? I just want the items i paid for! I will NEVER order or buy from Old Navy again. I will make sure that I tell EVERYONE I know about this experience, and I'm going to post it on all of my social media accounts. This is the most obvious demonstration of how little they value their customers I have ever seen.

On 5/18/20 I ordered some muscle shirts and when I got them they were 4 inches shorter then the last ones I purchased. They were marked right but not made right, I was told to send them back and I will be charged $10.00 for returning them. I argued with them stating they were made wrong , they said that it was too bad and to send them back for a partial refund. So another words you lost $10.00 and still need shirts that are made properly. I wouldn’t order another thing from Haband they’re taking advantage of the elderly and don’t care.

Out of the blue, I received a phone call from Charlie in customer service informing me that Jewelry Central had been bought by another company. They were going through their records and came upon my file and this review; or perhaps vice versa, I'm not sure. At any rate, they offered to complete my refund and promptly sent me a check in the mail. I was completely pleased and surprised by this, and was grateful that someone there was trying to make up for a past mistake. I trust the new owners to put more attention to customer service and believe they deserve a second chance. Thanks go out to Charlie and the rest of the customer service team for making things right after all these years. My ranking will be revised to a neutral 3/5. ======= Original review: Summary: 1) They promised same-day shipping via FedEx. Based upon the date they charged my credit card and the delivery date, I believe they shipped on the 10th day via USPS. 2) I requested a cancel if they couldn’t ship by the 5th day. I placed an online order. The order went to a store about 3 hours away. When I finally got them they were used. Grass, dirt, and most of all wear. The logo was even worn off one insole. The shoes had already taken the shape of whomever's clods had graced the inside. Not only was I shocked to see that a STORE had given someone a refund or replacement for these obviously worn shoes, but the level of incompetence at the store level to ship them to a new customer is beyond anything retraining could fix. I contacted support chat and since these were Guaranteed to be delivered by Father's Day (Today) the agent assured me they would be overnighted to me and for me to send these back. Checking FedEX today they do not appear to be overnighted as the estimated delivery date is 6/30/20. NINE days from today. What had happened to this company? Do they even care? I am well aware this review was to be for the cleats, however I care as much as Dick's does, so since I can't review something I don't have, I'll just post my experience.

Blue dial is not a Seiko dealer yet sell Seiko watches. I had the bad luck to purchase one . It came damaged and in the wrong box with no instruction book. The 30 day money back lie come with a reshipping charge and restocking fee. Customer service is not part of this company's culture. I had one order refused another double billed and no satisfaction from them at all.

I bought a very hard to find G-Shock watch from this merchant the price was the second lowest price on the internet but the other company did not have the watch in stock. Chose the free shipping and received my watch in 2 days. The watch was perfect, the packaging was perfect as well, I am a G-Shock watch collector so the factory box is important to me as well. Their main web page advertised "Take an Extra 15% Off All Summer Clearance" Enter required code at checkout: EXTRA15D." So, after shopping when I tried to put the code in the "code" box at checkout, it said the offer had expired. Their customer service agents confirmed this in a phone call saying the offer had had expired at midnight the night before. They suggested that "my browser needed to be refreshed". The hitch is... my power was out until 3:00 pm today because of Hurricane Irene. My browser is pulling in the LIVE offer on their website... which THEY FORGOT TO TAKE DOWN, but which they also WOULD NOT HONOR. I won't do business with folks who are not honorable.

I purchased a trench coat from here a few weeks ago and must say that it is one of the most comfortable and trendy trench coats I have owned in a while. The quilted lining is great as it is removable - many others I have owned have not have removable linings therefore can become quite warm especially in warm spring months. The only downside is the price tag, if you are willing to part with the cash the this is a great buy. Overall a 4/5

I recently ordered some dress shirts for my nephew who lives in Saratoga Springs, NY. I realized immediately when the order confirmed that it was showing my home address as the shipping destination. I called right away to change the address and I was told it was impossible to do that. When I asked if I could cancel the order, they said NO that would not be possible. What kind of company does that? I've ordered from them for years but that's not happening any more. I'll continue to write these reviews in the hope others won't have this problem. Not a good idea to order from them if you looking for good customer service.

Needed contacts ASAP for a trip for spring break. Didn't even know how it was gonna be possible until I found this site.. and I can't even begin to explain the great customer service and satisfying all of my needs (as a business student, this is just amazing). I did the ExpressExam which is just amazing to show how technology is changing industries these days. I accidentally used my home address instead of college address to order at midnight. I use Live Chat to change it. After I renewed my prescription, I live chatted with another representative that offered to change my shipping method to next-day shipping. They had a great price on my Dailies, < $30 a box. I ordered 8 of them and when I got to the final page the other shoe dropped - $100+ "handling fee". Ok, I was pretty much expecting this. Even after that it was still a fairly low price so I placed the order. The confirmation email gave an estimated arrival time of 9 - 13 days out. After 9 days the order status still said "in fulfillment". I contacted them via their online chat facility. I was told they were out of stock and that it would be 4 weeks from the time of my order before they would ship. I cancelled my order. I am going to be without contacts pretty soon. It sure would have been nice to know that these were on backorder so I wouldn't have wasted 9 days. As to the response from Lens.com below... I rechecked my order and the processing fee was indeed $38.81. My apologies for misstating that. However, I stand by my review. The concept of a "processing fee" is on its own a deceptive pricing tactic. And I don't know this from personal experience, but from reading other glowing Lens.com reviews I understand that fee is not returned in the event a customer has a problem and requests a refund. After cancelling my order I placed the same order with a competitor on Sunday evening 1/26. Since I am running low on lenses I contacted them via their web chat facilities on Monday morning 1/27 and inquired as to the expected delivery date. I was informed "They need to be ordered from the manufacturer. That takes 1-2 business days to receive. We ship the same day we get them in." On 1/29 I received shipment notification with an expected delivery date of 1/31. How is it that it takes Lens.com a stated 4 weeks to fulfill an out-of-stock order when this company can acquire and deliver out-of-stock product within 5 days? And I say a "stated 4 weeks" because again from reading other reviews I see that slipping delivery schedules are common. I saw the Lens.com call come in. I didn't answer because it came from an 800 number which is almost always spam. After listening to the voice mail I debated returning the call. Not because I had a renewed interest in doing business with Lens.com, I was just morbidly curious as to why they would bother to call an individual unsatisfied customer. Read your reviews! They are all unsatisfied! Oh sure, I see an occasional positive review but those are so 180 degrees from most reviews I can only surmise that they are posted by Lens.com or agents of the company. This outfit has obvious systemic problems that can't be remedied by addressing each unsatisfied customer individually. Slow delivery, exorbitant "processing fees", unfulfilled rebates, etc. The goal should be to satisfy your customer in the first place, not to call and assuage them after you p1ss them off.

I highly recommend that people should NOT order from this company. I have found them to be fraudulent, unfair, and just plain thieves. I ordered contacts and never received them and they refuse to refund my money until I return the contacts. How can I return something I never received? I work very hard for my money, live paycheck to paycheck like most people. To have a company charge you for a product, plus an astronomical service fee, plus tax, PLUS expensive shipping fee, and then never deliver the product and refuse a refund. I was on the phone for over half an hour and spoke to 3 different people and received 3 different stories. They took my money and didn't deliver and refuse to give me a refund.

I purchased a Crown of Light diamond ring in their Bermuda store in August 2019. When I got back to NYC, I reached out to DI and told them i needed to have the ring appraised. They gave me the name of an independent GIA graduate gemologist. You have to understand, that you need to use an independent appraiser that is familiar with the COL specialty cut diamond. Well I did not disclose how much I paid for the ring. His specs were pretty much inline with what DI's spec sheet stated. My ring appraised for more money than what I paid. I got the appraisal done for insurance purposes.

We do feel that after 38+ years in the clothing business that we understand the fit of a garment.....and particularly how one manufacturer over another will fit. This is our expertise and generally people are receptive to us helping them to find a garment that will fit them. Tailored garments for men do need some alteration to the finished product. Some people do not always understand that they simply cannot just step into a pair of tailored trousers without some adjustments. The waist, seat, and the bottoms often need attention. We merely suggested to this customer that they try the next size up........the logical step when fit is too small and from what was described.

I ordered some toric lenses on Oct 6th. As of Nov 2th no lenses. I'm not sure what the deal with this "store" is. They do answer the phone and got back to me with a status -- on "backorder." We'll see if they refund my $$$. It takes three days to get these lenses locally every time. So something funny is certainly going on.

The order was placed on Sunday, 19th July. It was confirmed on Tuesday and was shipped the same day. We got the item this Saturday when USPS delivered it right into our mailbox. It was nicely packed and arrived in great condition. Basically we had ordered WB STRAPLESS and PUSHUP as per the size we wanted and the item we got is the same. It fits properly and we are really happy with this purchase. Thank you to seller because they kept the size of item which we use.
