Wish I could award no stars! Ordered a pair of trainers and returned them using their courier service. No refund after 6+ weeks. They confirmed it had been returned, then they stopped replying to my emails even after I told them I was initiating a chargeback! Phone number does not work. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! ?

This company always seem to have an excellent selection of jewellery, handbags and accessories just that bit different to other retailers and at very competitive prices. Sadly, I live nowhere near any of their shops but I can thoroughly recommend their mail order service. I have made many orders and have not been disappointed to date.

I was searching for T-shirts at a low price with good quality. I found it here at Charles Wilson Clothing! Positives: + The fit is good, but perhaps buy one size larger for comfort + The quality is excellent: do not shrink after many washes + The colour packs are great for casual wear and occasions In the basic colour packs, I personally do not like the gray T-shirt, but since that is a matter of taste, I don't want to see put that down as a negative.

I have used this outlet for years but it has progressively gone down hill. I ordered 2 pairs track trousers same size, one waist was 5 inches larger. Poorly made tops etc.. I think our relationship has reached a conclusion. Normally no hassles getting your money back. But that happens all to often

Hired a kilt for my son. Initially quite happy with the service as all the details were taken and paid for over 2 months in advance. Received an e-mail when the items came in. Went to the shop to pick them up and although I was being served by someone who looked fairly busy and wasn't giving me much attention I still managed to satisfy myself that everything fitted OK. Wasn't overly enamoured by the condition of the shirt and shoes received but after we washed and ironed the shirt and polished the shoes they were acceptable. It was when I returned the outfit that I ran in to bother. Firstly, it took the staff (And this was the departmental manager) over 5 minutes to find my paperwork. When they did they then told me that the belt for the kilt was missing. I replied that I hadn't received a belt and had not ordered one - My son was wearing the waistcoat and had no need for a belt. I was told by the department manager that it should have been in the bag. I replied that it wasn't and could 100% guarantee that I had not received it. At this point all the departmental manager could do was to keep reiterating that there should have been a belt and I would have to pay for it. No amount of assurances for me would suffice nor did he offer to look in to the matter. All he could say was that it was marked off in their paperwork. Incidentally, this was paperwork that I had not seen before and consisted of a checklist of items, I certainly had not been given that or been asked to sign out items. In a very busy shop in front of customers and my son I was being treated like a thief and a liar. No matter what I said the departmental manager continued to look sideways at me and continue with telling me I would need to pay. At one point he even said that he lived nearby me and he could drive round and pick up the belt!! Again, absolutely astonished by his behaviour. I was eventually asked to sign my paperwork and I made a point of signing that I was being forced to sign for the lack of a belt that I had not received. I have been shopping in Slater's for over 30 years and would never have thought about going elsewhere for shirts, ties or suits, but I'm afraid now that I will no longer give them any custom and I would advise anyone to steer clear and/or at least double check every item that you are booking out.

Update. After previous review Slaters’ Customer Service Manager offered me a deal I wanted. I have bought that suit with proper trousers. Thank you Slaters. Conclusion Sometimes complaint in private to customer service is ineffective. Some companies start to think when we complain in public. That is why reviews sites are important. Terrible!!! I have recently sent 4 items back and just received an email that they will refund me for only 1 because they have received only 1!!!!! Where are the other 3? All were sent in one box with the return slip correctly ticked the items that I returned! I have to say that it happened to me second time and this time I will deffinitely stop shopping with them. There is no customer service, a woman I spoke to hang up when I demanded my money, they have to understand that customers wilI be upset after something like this. It's not my responsibility to check and make sure that the shop refunded me correctly, it't THEIR JOB!!!! If I didn't check my emails and bank account I wouldn't know about it and they don't care! I would be ashamed of explanation that they receive so many parcels every day etc. They are not the only shop receiving returns every day, if you don't have scanners working properly maybe you should not trade at all? Think about it Esprit. I asked how do they process the returns? They must have the parcels, return slips etc to process it, so where is my parcel containing the other 3 items? First time I called they were unable to give any answer, just said that this is not something what doesn't happens on usual basis, well I said it clearly DOES, if it happened to me again, I just also read other reviews and someone described the same situation. It's just unbelievable, will never shop again, AVOID!!!!

The best thing I like about Esprit is their quick and flawless customer service. I bought three down jackets, two of them started losing fur within few days. I complained and returned the jackets. Got the full refund without any problems.

Well the horror stories are true! Ordered a watch to be delivered today. Wasn't dispatched yesterday so I sent an email last night and contacted them by phone when the lines opened this morning (yes their call centre is as bad as people say) and was told there was a payment problem, even though the money has gone from my bank. I then got a reply to my email to say order is processed and it will be dispatched soon. As this contradicted what I was just told I replied to the email and called up again. After waiting forty minutes I was told yep all was fine now and it would be dispatched tomorrow. Great I thought. I checked my emails and had a reply waiting saying it won't be dispatched as problem with payment!!!! Absolutely shocking service. No one seems to know what they're doing and it seems they just say what they can to get you off the line. I have now asked to cancel my order and had an email to say it has been done. Log back in to account and surprise surprise no it hasn't!!!! Now waiting on the phone yet again to find out what the hell is actually happening. I've been next in the queue for 23 minutes now. Funnily enough they finish soon.. Stick to Amazon or literally anyone else.

Well, is an expensive Primark. The order was easy, and the shipping was really fast. The clothes quality are not the best, and one of the dress i ve got, is looks awful, and bigger than the size said. The print is bigger in the dress than in real. And is itchy to wear. Lickily i bought it in a sale, so i not cost too mutch.

Nothing really went wrong as in delivery it’s always been on time however I just find the clothing expensive for what it is .. it’s basically a glorified primark. Clothes are just bad quality. I do use my new look card if in emergency and need to get shoes or like a friend a gift voucher but that’s about it. One wash and THe clothes go to nothing

I have been buying from them for quite a few years. Apart from liking their items the service is quite outstanding. Very pleasant on the phone, quick delivery and their refund system is very efficient. All stages are followed by a confirmation email and should there be a problem they always side with the customer. I can't praise them enough, except to say that their clothes and shoes last and last and washable items wash well.

Well I buy most things online and I had high hopes for this order. I ordered several items for my sons birthday. On arrival one of the tshirts is damaged. I emailed straight away with a photo. I now have to print off the returns label, package it up, drive 6 miles to my nearest post office and then they will give me a refund. When I asked about anything as a good Will gesture they said No. When I asked to speak with the owner, they said they don’t do that. The least they could do is sent an alternative tshirt without damage and offer my postage to be returned. Needless to say with this terrible customer service I won’t be buying again! And my son missed out on a tshirt for his birthday today!

The customer service very rude and… The customer service very rude and unhelpful. I called them today (wednesday 26/02) to upgrade my delivery to be next day delivery and they send me email my package being dispatched instead and said I can’t amend my order. I’m not asking for free, I’m willing to pay extra for next day delivery. They can’t even help with this simple request! The girl I spoke on the phone speak in high voice and over talk me. No service given from this company.

You are ok buying but when it comes to returns, absolutely shocking service. It’s a nightmare to get a refund, just warn you . Check reviews everyone says the same , if it fits an you like it brilliant. But any faults or anything else . Be warned !!!! When you phone it’s disabled, email is a joke they do reply 2 days later. With then asking same questions wots your email that they already have . Prof of return why? We just want the refund, talk about drag your feet, anything to delay it joke

I've always had a fascination for tanzanite after reading about it years ago - how it was created by rare geographical activity and heat, and that it is in essence a finite source. Since then I have always wanted to own piece I am delighted with my tanzanite ring - it is a stunning pale violet, set beautifully between two diamonds. Incredibly eye-catching and already been commented on friends. Our dealings with Ariel were excellent; he was always contactable and provided advice and guidance on the selection process to ensure we bought the piece we were happiest with.

I ordered a item from a customer on the Bonanza site, I never received the item, it was not any fault of Bonanza, they informed me that the seller had been removed from their site due to a violation of our User Agreement. I then had to fight with Paypal to get my money back. It also was not Paypal fault, the Seller sent a tracking number so Paypal closed the claim. I had to then go to the Post Office to get a letter that stated the tracking number provided by the seller did not go to my address. Come to find out; the Seller sent me a old tracking number that they had previous sent to the other address, that person never received their item either from the Seller. He was a scam. Now, Bonanaza was with me the whole time, Justin sent me a follow up email every week to see how I was getting along with obtaining my money back from the Seller. Thanks Justin, Bonanza is a great company, their customer service is awesome.

My wife lost her engagement ring when she was pregnant and I wanted to replace it. Unfortunately I didn't have the money that I spent the first time. Found this place online but was a little skeptical buying an engagemenet ring online. Called to get some information and get a feel for the company. They are extremely nice and easy to contact. Small business type feel. Even worked with me to ship my ring a different method to get it sooner. My wife was extremely happy with the ring. She couldn't believe it looked exactly like the one she lost. She actually thought I found it at first. I will definitely be coming back to buy other items in the future. Ordered two separate items of furniture, was advised by email one would arrive the next day (and it did), the other by or before 25th. No way of tracking, no further communication from Next, so I rang them. My order has been “updated” (but not to me) meaning someone will perhaps ring me tomorrow. No information when my item will actually be delivered or explanation for delay. Is this really the best Next can do?

Ordered a dress on thursday to arrive friday for a 30th bday party on saturday night, i recieved the dress on friday and the seem on the zip is faulty, unfinished stitching along the zip which left an open hole at the start of zip on the back, i attempted to stitch myself as didnt have time to reorder another in time for night out, dont order too close to when u need the item and that way u have time to order another if u revieve a faulty item too

My wife bought me this shirt through the bluelight promotion. The promotion was an £85 shirt for just £5 p&p. What a rip off. I wore cheap nylon shirts in the 1970s. I thought we'd learned cotton and linen shirts were more comfortable. I tried this nylon shirt on to show my wife. By the time I'd walked down the stairs the static was awful. Needless to say £5 for a handful of buttons is a bit steep. The shirt went in the bin. The fact that untuckit targeted the bluelight workers in the covid 19 pandemic makes me mad. Maybe if the company could re-brand to unluckyit, and give the overworked and under payed emergency worker their money back. Robbing crooks. I had to edit this review because of a complaint from this company. Complaining about a complaint. Good customer service. Not.

Absolutely dreadful, stated there was an offer on for emergency services, placed tge order with no issues however tge following day had my order cancelled. I wonder how many other customers have had their orders cancelled!? I'm guessing all of them. I won't be using this over priced company again. Update: No its not, i still cannot use the code and it states the shirt (i tried several) wasn't in the offer. Not happy.
