These socks are soft and adorable! They are so unique; my teen grandkids got such a kick out of them. One of my granddaughters is a "guinea pig mom", and when she received socks with the same exact guinea pigs that she has, she squealed; she couldn't believe it. Very pleased with purchase the ring is beautiful it the setting is good it sparkles like crazy under electric light & sunlight we actually got some today & the clarity is very good can’t see inclusions with naked eye or even under magnifying glass it is a gorgeous ring for the price but don’t expect a white diamond mine is definitely edging towards a champagne colour but not quite, so in normal light it’s sort of off white which some might not like fortunately I do & as it was to replace my old engagement ring which was a very included stone it is perfect but if you are looking for ice white with a ridiculous price tag then this might not be the ring for you although all stones are different so it’s worth a go as it is excellent value for money.

Ring is simply amazing and a stunner. Diamond has a great sparkle to it. I had to return the first one I ordered as it was too big and G&S had a new ring sent out asap. Their customer service was also top notch and my emails were answered within the hour.

Promhoney is a scam, within moments of the dress arriving, we noticed it didn't fit. I emailed the same day to initiate the return process and repackaged the dress. It has been three weeks and they will not respond. They have deleted all negative posts and have blocked me from warning others not to shop here!

We ordered our daughter a dress for a formal high school event and the photos on the site looked great. The $169.00 dress was suppose to arrive approximately March 12th. It finally arrived a week later. After we wrote them every day trying to find out the status, they finally put a rush on it. The website photos show a dress with no sheer material across the chest or back. The dress we received had sheer material in both the front and back. This material totally changed the look of the dress. Also, the website images shows white floral designs sewn on. When we received the dress, the floral designs were the same color as the dress. Lastly, we selected the color blue and the color received was turquoise. We contacted support several times and were repeatedly told "our dresses are hand sewn, so they might be different." We could understand some minimal differences, but this was too much. No type of refund was offered, but they said we could get 20% off another dress, if we wanted to order another. TI'm sure the markup is 40 - 60%, so they would make even more off of me, if we had ordered another. I do not recommend this company and their customer support was not what is stated on their website.

I wasted 11 days and $7.50 to try sell a pair of genuine sneakers thru their "already reputably UNREPUTABLE" platform. Their team failed my check cos of a bad QC on my shoes (which can barely be spotted from the naked eyes) which is negligible, if I may say but I was threatened to give a discount to the buyer (that means the shoes are ok, right?) or risk the cancellation of the sale and pay for courier back of my own shoes. Ridiculous. I have to swallow this after 11 days. Non-negotiable. And mind you... I have since sold more than 30 pairs of sneakers thru them and this is the 2nd time they are doing this to me. I hope a better, nicer, friendlier, reasonable platform will take over soon (starting with "O") and I can wait for the day to terminate my account with you

Bought some Air Jordans from them as, as they authenticated it to make sure it was legit. Had a bad experience with stockx before so will definitely be using Novelship again. They also had a 0% transaction fee, i think it was because i was a new customer.

Please, please, please, do not shop there. I took some very valuable jewelry to get a loan. Jesse as well as other staff members had full knowledge I wanted all of my items. Jesse is a pathological liar, he stole my items off of pawn to sell them because business was slow. Also, he and the staff.were accepting my payments for the pawn in cash but not posting them to my account. My jewelry is 18k gold and I only borrowed very little money on the most expensive items. Clearly, because I borrowed less money than I could get if I wanted to sell them. Jesse waited like a theft in the night to steal my most valuable pieces while I was still making payments and coming into the store. Never, once told me there was a problem with my account. Because he knew what his intent was, to steal them and never say a word. I am sharing my experience because I pray whoever reads this does not have to know the deep pain and suffering I have endored. Some, of my jewelry belonged to my grandmother and she gave it to me before she died. Please be aware, they will smile in your face and stab you in the back. Never take anything of value into Tyson's Watch and Jewelry Exchange because you may never see it again. There only goal is to manipulate you into believing your jewelry is worth less, so they can steal it and take the money.

I love the high waisted leggings an wear them everyday, however there is still a issue with the very thick overlooked seams, they really dig in and leave imprints on my waist and hips that are quite red. I've said this to you before, it would be so easy to flat lock the seams, I've tried this at home on my machine with a old pair of leggings, it's so much better and the seams lay flat and are also very strong. I love your leggings but, please look at the seams to see you what I mean, it's such a easy change. You said at my last review that you would look at this problem but, the seams are still very thick and dig in, tried a bigger size to see if it helps, it doesn't, plus a size up is to big for me so sticking to a size 16 and covering the thick seam round the waist with ribbon that I have to hand sew on. If only I knew I'm ordering from Poland- I'd think twice, If only I knew it will be delivering by UPS- I'd never ordered. UPS are the worst!!! So, 17th July- order placed. The week after the show begins! UPS kept rescheduling with no explanation. Then they kept rescheduling saying the address is not full (What???)Then I was receiving messages twice like: delivery attempted, but we need adult signature (I've ordered to work address, where I'm front receptionist and all sort of deliveries for the whole building are coming through me). So they lied about attempts, as how could they try to deliver if prior to this the message was: the address is not full??? The status on UPS site since 29th of July says - returning to sender. I've contacted Vitkac customer services firstly on 23rd, then 28th as they did not reply on the first email, I explained the whole situation, attached screenshots for UPS notifications, Vitkac confirmed, that they do experience difficulties with international deliveries through UPS, recommended me to sign up for the product I've ordered and once it will be back in stock, that's how I'd know it's been returned, offered me 10% discount for my next order and stated that they can't refund money until receive the order back. UPS keeps showing "returning to sender". The guy's name on customer communication was Igor, I've emailed to him again for the updates on the 5th, 9th,12th of August-no reply! No refund and the item is not back in stock.

Everything went fine until the refund moment. I returned a product one month ago and still no refund, no answer, nothing! If you think you might return any item at some point, then you might also consider you have donated your money! You won't see them back. Good luck, take care!

I want to lend my voice to warn people NOT to order anything from JustFashionNow. Their products are of inferior quality and many items do not match the photos nor the descriptors on their website. It was also very difficult to get information from JustFashionNow as to how to return the order and to where it was to be sent. After 3 days of barraging them with emails. I finally got a (dubious) return address only to find out that the company is based out of a hotel somewhere in China. And, after investigating, I found out that returning the parcel to China would cost me $100 - something I decided not to do as I was afraid I would spend even more money and not get a refund. Avoid at all costs 'cause, in the end, it will cost you greatly! Check it out - there are many, many online reviews with a similar story to mine. And, if I could, I would have not rated this company with a star! It deserves none.

What went right would be easier to answer, that would be nothing! Product picture not as item delivered. They tried to tell me I was out of time to return product. Returned at my expense £9.10. Unethical, scam company that no one should buy from. Ordered some clothes on 1 April 2020 and was not notified that the items I bought on “back-order” would not be delivered until... one year later. They refused to do a cash refund and insisted on a store credit refund... which was spent on a few items, one of which was “sold out” eventually. Cue another store credit that has to be used up. On the quality of clothes, the quality has gone downhill. Other than the material, the manufacturing itself is also poor. All in all, I’m glad I’m done spending the damn store credits. May the founders of MDS find their karma.

Brought a Seiko, has a faulty bezel, which is not engaging as it should, too much tolerance. Sent them an email completely explaining the nature of the problem. They asked for photos and an explanation! I explained that a photo won't show the bezel engaging! And I'd already explained the problem. They are now ignoring me. I had some reservations about buying from CityWatches due to comments on line. I can only advise others, shop elsewhere, really. I will have to use my credit card protection.

Had four shirts printed from photos one turned out so dark you cant see the image, the second one was a bright digital photo and the print turned out looking like it was printed with the printer ink running out, blacks were greens the bright pink was a dirty dull dark colour. third design was on two different sized shirts the Large turn out fine for the Small for some reason they placed the image lower so if you tuck the shirt in the text and design is then covered. Emailed them and was basically told they wount re print it or give me a refund, their terms of service absolve them of responsibility of the images turned out nothing like the photo , shocked by their service. whats the point of getting product printed if your going to expect the turning out totally different from the original image. I understand some colour variation but this is a joke, only good enough to put in the bin.

Ordered three pairs of lenses. One was torn in package and the other tore as soon as it touched my finger. Contacted Customer Service and they sent replacement. Waited two more weeks and got the replacement and once again the lens was torn. Contacted customer service again and they replied someone would get back to me by 8 am. No one did so I messaged again and got an automated reply that my info was invalid. I tried several times after with same response. I then went to their website and logged into my account and filled out the for. Of course errored out again twice. It seems this company is declining communication from me without valid reason. I was polite and professional in my comments and it seems I will not get any resolution.

My wife ordered three bags on the 27th October and paid for them in full, but nearly two months on we are still yet to receive the goods. We have chased numerous times and received little or no help! DO NOT order from Shona Joy if you live in the US. I ordered bridesmaids dresses that arrived in a shipping bag that was ripped, with dresses falling out. When I reached out to customer service, they said I could return the dresses, but I was left with a $120 return fee to pay for on my own with USPS. It would have been over $450 with UPS!! The dresses are not good quality in person and definitely not worth $300+. I do not recommend.

I have been a customer from when they first started on ebay as the dollar store, then when they were bhexpress and now bhfo - I have bought from ebay and also from their site. The prices go up and down a lot. I have been examining their prices for several months now. When they have sales, they mark up and when you apply the discount 8 of 10 times, the price is higher. Their selling practices are dubious and sale is definitely not a sale. Do yourself a favour and look around. You will probably find it much cheaper

My wife was suffering terribly from plantar fasciitis. The pain was severe and getting worse by the day. Pain medication, shoe inserts, exercises didn't help. Our doctor said there was really nothing he could do. Since her job keeps her standing and walking all day, my wife would have had to quit, or at the very least take a leave of absence, unless we could find some solution to ease her pain. In desperation, I searched the web and stumbled upon the Orthofeet website. Frankly, I pretty much figured that the company was probably a sham ... especially when I saw the extensive list of ailments that Orthofeet claimed to be able to help. However, they offered a 60 day trial period, free shipping and a discount for new customers. With the free trial, I figured there was nothing to lose. I ordered a pair of black leather shoes ("Lake Charles") in my wife's size and surprised her with them when they arrived a few days later. The style was somewhat plain and matronly, but they fit well and seemed very sturdily constructed. She wore them to work every day for almost two weeks before she came home one day and I noticed that the limp she had recently developed was now gone. She said her feet were much less painful. After several more days, the pain in her feet was gone. The results were way, way beyond anything that we had hoped for. I have since bought shoes, boots and sneakers for myself. They are all comfortable and sturdy. I had occasion to return a pair of sneakers. My call to Orthofeet returns department was greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful young woman who gave me all the return instructions and sent a return shipping label. My refund was processed the very same day that USPS tracking said my package had been delivered. No muss, no fuss, no hassle. In fact every call to OrthoFeet was handled professionally and courteously. There have been a few times when the wait was longer than I'd like (during busy call times) but mostly the calls were answered very promptly. I highly recommend this company and their products. I don't work for the company. I'm not being paid for this review. I personally stand behind this review. You owe it to yourself to give this company a try. Hope I might have helped someone to find the relief that we found.

My sister ordered a pair of orthofeet shoes for me. I have neuropathy and I have constant pain. I cannot find a pair of shoes that feel good on my feet. She thought these might be good for me. She ordered them. She received an email for when they would be delivered. When we got them, I found them to be a bit too small. She sent them back. I believe this was in May. We have received neither the replacement shoes, nor a refund. Their reps insist that they delivered the replacement pair. This is a lie. There has been no email informing of any delivery nor have we received the shoes. Someone is doing something wrong, and illegal at this company. My sister has been cheated out of her money and we still have no shoes. I would never trust this company again. I just want my shoes or my sisters money refunded. Rip off company in my opinion.

Was thrilled to find an ethical sneaker company to get my boyfriend something nice for his birthday. Unfortunately, it turned into a saga that’s now been going on three months. I’ve had to return two pairs of shoes to them, the second time because they sent the wrong ones when I tried to exchange the first. Although it looked lovely on the website, the dress I bought was of very poor quality. The fabric was swim wear like and looked very tacky. The dress also had a bad smell, as if it had been stored in a damp/humid place for months. I returned my order - which cost me €9 - and was refunded the price of the dress minus the shipping fees... Buyer beware!!! I placed 2 orders on 30/11. The claim was delivery within 6 days. Due to Covid I knew I would have to be patient. However, it is now 2 January 2020 and still no parcels. No tracking for one parcel, and the second keeps disappearing from the tracking system!! Have emailed guess 2-3 times, and spoken to live chat. They really couldn't care less. I was told today by a chat agent that it was probably MY fault for not chasing enough!! They refuse to refund me, and can't tell me where my goods are. In the meantime, they have my money.

Bought a bag plus pair of sunglasses from the York outlet. Got home and tried to peel the price sticker from the arm of the sunglasses to be left with a mass of sticky gunk and 6 of the diamantes pulled out of the arm by the glue. Contacted online customer services as I live 75 miles away from the store. Took a week to get any sort of reply and was then asked for photos and proof of purchase. It stated receipt or other proof such as bank statement. Sent this all back immediately and had to wait a further week for a second reply. Was told without the receipt that nothing could be done. I appreciate I threw the receipt away, but sent my credit card statement clearly showing the purchase ( which was listed as proof of purchase) If the original email had stated only receipts would be accepted or I had a timely response I would have emptied my bin to search for it as these sunglasses look very scruffy and are not suitable to be worn so a complete waste of money. This level of customer service is completely appaling and all I want is my glasses to be exchanged. I feel accused of stealing and am very angry. For a major company I would expect a high level of customer service, but obviously not.

I ordered a waistcoat from Threadpepper. Unfortunately when it arrived I found it was too small. I phoned up the office and the young lady could not have been more friendly and helpful. She arranged a return straight away and sent out a replacement which arrived a couple of days later. The waistcoat itself is of superb quality and the materials are beautifully sewn together. They also have a wide range to choose from. All in all I thoroughly recommend Threadpeppers and I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

This was a very disappointing experience. I bought two dresses to the US for an event, with the hope of trying them on in person. Neither dress fit, so I went to return them both. First, my order number did not populate in their return system. I immediately emailed their customer service who replied a few days later pushing me to keep or exchange the dresses. They eventually gave me the address to return the dress. I then went to UPS where it would have cost me $160 to return - I ended up returning it through USPS for $89. Weeks later my return still had not populated. I reached out to Nadine Merabi and they said that their was nothing they could do without the tracking info (understandable, but I don't have this a month later). I have not been able to reach USPS, as everyone knows this is a huge pain. I'm now out $700 with no dresses to show for it. I get that this a small company and they follow certain protocol, but the experience overall was just very disheartening. I have never given a one star rating to anything in my life, but be careful before you order dresses from this company.

I made a purchase of a leather bag from this website on July 18. It arrived, poorly packed on July 20. On inspection, I found considerable damage to the bag. The plastic bag it came in was also damaged but not the thin cardboard box that formed the outer packaging. This would suggest the article was damaged before it was packed and sent to me, therefore indicating non-existent quality control. The bag was sent back but there has been no contact from the company until now. Cost was refunded. Finally we got there.

That I didnt understand, because isnt the whole reason of offering a "free item" promo with $50 purchase, just that, to get people to spend $50. How am I taking advantage of anything? I have been a customer of Woman Within for almost 20 years, there was no need for her to treat me so rudely. If anything, SHE should have been apologizing to me!!! What a scam. Total bait and switch! They promise you something to get you to buy stuff you dont need, then they drag out the whole "backorder" scheme only to tell you later, that you are never going to get the free item that they used as a scam to get you place orders. I doubt they ever even had the blankets to start with. After being a LOYAL customer for nearly 20 years, I doubt I will buy anything from them again.

No refunded given after a month of waiting. No reply to any of my emails or Facebook messages. I opened a paypal dispute which they also never replied to. Paypal dispute team decided in my favour and I finally received my money back through papal after two months! I have posted a negative review on their Facebook and instagram, which they have deleted.

Initially, I was not pleased with the return process. I had purchased a holiday gift and later decided to return it (I simply decided on something else). The manager appeared to lack customer service and people skills. I was insulted by her non-caring attitude. Especially, because the return was only a couple of days out of their "return policy." No options were mentioned and no exceptions were exercised. She responded with a flat, "No." I own dozens of Cole Haan accessories-my favorites are handbags! There should, in my opinion, be always room for exceptions - especially during the holiday season. Fast forward, it took very close to three months to resolve this. Several emails went back and forth. It was not until the District Manager stepped in with a winning attitude and personable demeanor that it came to a halt. This gentleman won back my loyalty with communication and a goal to listen and not just hear the customer. This is obviously, why he is the District Manager! Once again, I am a loyal shopper at Cole Haan. Why? Because they have great merchandise and it compliments me with my outfits.

I bought these shoes as someone had recommended them to me as my son was going through a pair of school shoes every term and it was driving me nuts!! I’m pleased to say that I’ve just purchased my second pair and this was not due to wear but for the first time EVER - my son growing out of them. Would highly recommend.

Treads shoes was set up by a single parent who would, I imagine understand the financial difficulties faced by single parents and having to place orders at the last minute as they receive their income. Living on a shoestring (pardon the pun). If you order from any company online and pay special delivery for next day delivery, ordering on a Friday you would expect them to come on the Monday wouldn't you? Well yes, except they have to be ordered before 3pm on the Friday. I made the mistake of ordering them at 4.45 on the Friday. Consequently the shoes (2 pairs which cost almost £90) will not be arriving until Tuesday.. when both children will be back at school. Apparently this is not down to the company, this is down to the delivery companies Hermes and DX who don't class the weekends as working days.. so Hermes and DX don't deliver on Saturday and Sunday then... Really? So between the company and the parcel delivery they cant work out how to get one delivered faster than four days when you pay extra for next day delivery.. looks like they are going to end up in detention first day in senior school for wearing trainers. Thanks for the distress caused Treads.
