Not authentic Tag Heuer. The serial number on the watch belongs to a totally different watch. They will try to make you believe they’re a loyal company and they’re providing a real watch. These Tag Heuer are completely non genuine.

Very unprofessional! I placed an order of a Tag and got the confirmation that the order has been placed I paid all the money but guess what! Bezali Watches didn't have that watch and they did not tell me even. When I called them and asked about my order they told me some story and gave me the option to buy other watches which didn't like, eventually, they canceled my order and Refunded the money. But not getting the watch after making a complete payment and waiting for a day is very annoying. I won't suggest anybody buy watches from Bezali.

Buyer Beware - Unfortunately, Downunder Watches is a scam. They're an unauthorised seller of watches, which basically means the warranty that the watch comes with is invalid. I know this as I bought a Seiko watch from Downunder Watches in Nov 2018. 9 months later the watch either began losing time or would simply stop dead. After contacting Downunder Watches they advised me to contact Seiko in order to fix it. I contacted Seiko who advised me to send them the watch along with the warranty, which I did. Once received, they informed me I would have to pay for the watch to be fixed myself as the warranty is not valid as Downunder Watches are not an authorised seller of Seiko watches. When I contacted Downunder Watches they initially ignored all of my emails. Try calling Downunder Watches - you will find the number always goes straight to voicemail. Leave a message and you'll never get a response. I eventually got a response from Downunder Watches via email saying they would give me either 20% of what I paid for the watch back or I could send it to them to fix it - by the way, they're actually based in Singapore, not Australia as they would like you to believe. Read other reviews and they'll confirm how Downunder Watches promise to cover all costs of shipping but never do. Basically, Downunder Watches is a scam, a company that illegally sells watches with a "100% guarantee and warranty" which is nothing but a lie. I've currently forwarded all information on from Seiko to both Paypal and American Express which is how I paid for the watch for them to investigate. Do not buy from this company as the watches, along with the warranty are fake.

I am so happy with my beautiful fascinator and single flower clip/corsage. Caprilite UK went above and beyond to make sure i got my delivery next day even though it was way past the deadline. Rubbersole use a method of "identity verification" which is regarded as highly dubious and extremely insecure - they requested a photo of the front of my credit card. For this reason I refused the request and cancelled the order.

I ordered by internet Rovic Zip 3D Straight Tapered Pant. I ordered in Grey. The invoice says "Grey". I received green. When I wrote to them, I was received an email of 350 words of instructions telling me all the conditions of how to return them if I want my money back. Including telling me that they would inspect the product when they get it back and threatening that I will not get the refund if they decided they didn't want to. But the part that I truly object to is when they lied and told me that they "cannot do exchanges or replacements", instead of admitting that they won't. They attributed it to "fortune" and "warehouse and logistics", as if they were not in control of this aspect of their company. These pants are expensive and I expect better service at this price. Much, much better service!

I will no longer shop from public desire. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and faulty shoes. I ordered 2 shoes again and one of them was faulty. They have manipulated the site where you can’t make returns. I’ve been emailing someone for 2 day’s. They made me take a picture of the faulty shoe then offered me 20% off to KEEP THE MESSED UP shoe. Really!! When I stated I needed a refund haven’t heard back. Worst service ever. I will NEVER SHOP PUBLIC DESIRE again and I will tell everyone I know. This is beyond ridiculous. Warning! Before ordering, bear in mind you cannot cancel an order, even after 5 minutes, 55 minutes or 2 hours and 55 minutes. Once you "submit" your payment, no cancellations, ever! You can, of course, return items if they ever arrive by Yodel! But no cancellations. Got it!

It seems that if you're out of warranty they don't want to know about it even for a tiny spare part. Basically I lost a "Zip-Pull" from an expensive Summit Series Point Five Gore-Tex Jacket & you might think it would be easy to replace.... I emailed TNF Customer Service twice & I rung them twice and I got nowhere. Immediately they try to fob you off when they hear your warranty is up (this item costs near £400 new & barely a year out!). The TNF staff were very hard to understand & they didn't even know what a Zip-Puller / Toggle is nor the jacet itself!!! I thought I was eventually getting somewhere when she said she would escalate it to Spare Parts (to whom I originally addressed my mail) but two weeks on & nothing. I have bought a lot of TNF gear over the years but will think twice from now on. Thank Goodness for the TNF/ Ellis Bingham Staff in Westfield Stratford who fixed my problem & even supplied me an extra spare one!!! Sincere thanks to Dean & Co.

Awful service. Missed the delivery deadline, products never received. Unwilling to keep to their terms and conditions. They say they are responsible for the 3rd parties but don't keep their contract. Cannot get my money back because they cannot cancel the order unless the delivery service returns the package (which I have never seen or touched). So they have my products and my money and we're waiting for the delivery service to NOT LOSE my package so I can get my money back.

I ordered my gear on a Thursday and thinking it was so close to the weekend I would be receiving my order after the weekend sometime. To my surprise I had received my order that Saturday morning with a Saturday delivery sticker. Plus size designs with a retro look which are very flattering for women with curves, emphasising the waist whilst being generously cut for a full bust and tummy. I bought the Jacket online on Monday the 30th of April, the jacket never turned up, it was signed by someone else using UPS I paid for express postage 1-2 days delivery, the parcel was delivered to someone else on Friday the 4th of May when I was on holiday ( 2 days late ) - If would of arrived on time then this would not of happened. If I knew the company was based in Italy I would not of bought with them, I currently have no jacket and Ikrix are refusing to give a refund or send a replacement and pushing the blame on UPS. Only positive - Costumer service has keep me in the loop during the process Jacket cost £300+ Very disappointing – I would not recommend - As i still don't have my jacket or a refund

Do not buy shoes from this place! Poor quality and zero service. Disappointing experience for a luxury product. No refund or exchange policy (even for faulty goods)! My wife had to remind them of consumer laws in NSW to have a faulty product returned. The shoes started falling apart after 1 hour of wear ... and they cost $420!

Lovely quality of shoes but poor fitting. Would normally wear a size 6 on main retails but could barely fit in their size 38 European. Unfortunately they don't offer free returns although the shoes costed more than £50 which is the standard requirement with other UK retailers to qualify for free returns. So would have to pay delivery and returns cost.

Grenson's shoes are now my favourite brand of shoes. The shoes are really sturdy, and there are many different styles, some traditional, and some very modern and creative. They're not exactly cheap, but not silly money either like some of the other names in English shoes. The website is very good, and returns easy and free of charge at any collect plus shop, this is so important with shoes as you can never know if they're the right ones for you till you try them on. I am very proud to wear my two new pairs of Grenson's shoes, Archie and Toby.

I have purchased many shoes and boots from Grenson over the years. I had to leave a review to comment on Grenson's excellent customer service. Laura, of their customer service team, went over and above to assist me in locating laces for a pair of boots. Her manner and communication was first class and she is a credit to Grenson. Not only is it down to Grenson's beautiful products but also their customer service which sets them apart - keep it up!

Although these are good quality products the website doesn't allow you to pay in your home currency so no doubt there will be bank charges for the buyer. The other thing is that if there are two colours for a particular item the model is only shown wearing one colour so you can only go on the tiny dot for colour which you cannot always rely on.

I live in France and ordered a top and a pair of cotton socks. When they arrived the top was tiny so beware their sizes are very small. The socks were nice though. I returned the top and had to pay export duty which the company did not refund so I will never buy from them again.

I have a ton of masks and quite of few of their masks. The Zagone ones are the most comfortable by far. Just easy to get on and off, not sweaty hot underneath them and have lasted years without degrading (can't say that about others I have). On top of that they just look the most "real" (a few even have moving jaws on them that move with your jaw). Found out they are made in the USA which is a bonus to me as well.

Almost impossible to order from them because their address validation system is insane. They can't validate an address on a private road, they won't ship to a PO Box, and the valid USPS address showed a completely different "town" in their system so they wouldn't use that one, either. Never had so much trouble placing an order online! No idea if I'll actually get my boots even now.

This is such a waste company with no commitments and sense of responsibility.. no value for some one’s hard earned money and health. I ordered a pair of specs because my doctor asked me to wear specs while working as I was facing issues with my eyesight.. I ordered from Cleardekho, the store keeper told me to collect it tomorrow and pay the complete amount in one go. I payed. Next day when I went to collect the specs, he told me maam its not yet done. Please come tomorrow, it will be ready. I called next day to ask about it. He disconnected my call and blocked my number and my husband’s phone number too. He never told that the store will be closed on Wednesday on the time of ordering. Also, he started ignoring our callls. Is this a kind of sevice, u guys are giving. He gave me commitment that on tuesday, my specs will be ready. But I have no clue what the hell is going on.

BrightLife Direct specializes in mail-order compression stockings (for people with lower-leg edema, i. E., swelling of the legs caused by various medical conditions generally associated with either diabetes, or aging, or both) and compression wraps for arms and other body parts. Their online catalogue offers a wide variety of such stockings and wraps by various manufacturers. The website is easy to work with and the mail delivery is adequate. I'm giving the website only four stars, however, because one of the four items I ordered was the wrong one, and this was apparently due to the warehouse label (the one glued to the box) being incorrect. The label didn't match what was printed (by the manufacturer) on the box itself, which suggests a certain carelessness on the part of warehouse staff when labeling incoming boxes for storage. The discrepancy was not disastrous, however, so I didn't return the item.

I ordered some expensive Allegro support pantyhose for my mother who is so skinny and small but I did a mistake in ordering the XS size. When I called Bright Life Direct a couple of days ago, I talked over the phone with a very nice and understanding customer care representative. This kind person offered me the full refund without any condition and suggested me to give the high quality contention pantyhose too small for my mother to an organization like Goodwill or people in need (those items cost over $80). I am Thankful for their refund and to ask me to give away to people in need those 3 pairs of medical pantyhose that some woman in need will use for her sick legs. I will order again after making the right measurements of my elderly mom's legs. But yes, Bright Life Direct is a reliable and comprehensive company, doing the best for the satisfaction of their customers. Thank you very much.

Then offer you a free delivery code for express delivery even though i already dont have to pay delivery anyway. Like they think i would care about it if it comes in 2-3 days or 5 days like it usually does with Economy delivery. And then they just tell you out of nowhere that you used innapropiate language and dont respond anymore. GOOD COMPANY - BAD WORKERS atleast in the CUSTOME SERVICE department. SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO AIDA AND MAIDA. Bonus: 1st ever order went missing but that`s not exactly theyr problem. Another order appearently was also sold out but never recieved any notice. After like 2 weeks started to wonder what is going on and then noticed that they had refunded it via Paypal. Oh and stop sending me ads about caps that i can`t buy in my region.

Website doesn’t advise that the return postage is international, so instead of UK postage costing £3/4 it’s £9! Most large companies don’t charge return postage at all, wasn’t happy when I knew I had to pay as the hat was poor who wants a hat that sticks out at the back? It’s a terrible design. But £9 to send it back? Maybe try advising on your website that returns are not within the UK. So I’m now £9 out of pocket for absolutely nothing. Never going to order again, not worth the risk. Terrible company, terrible customer service when we’ve had to deal with them.

We phoned about $31.83 balance paid by bank transfer on 10/04/19......but NOT credited by comenity/crew “syndicate” until 10/10/19, for which the “CROOKS” charged a late fee of $28.00....and after twenty minutes on the phone they, ongoing, “played games“, about FIXING their “Business STUPID” error/maneuver!!!???. I have just recieved my Latest Karen Millen dress, and the quality is really bad. The stitching, the feel, the large gold plastic buttons, small sizing, the way the label is stiched in, the list is endless, plus it is creased up, which is not what I would expect from a knit body con dress. I am so dissapointed as my Karen Millen dresses have always lasted for years and years. Shocking service. Ordered around £350 of clothes and waited 10 days before the courier randomly decided to return the items to Yumi. I queried this and was told they couldn't deliver the items, which is a complete lie, as it was to a 24/7 business address and zero attempts had been made. After keeping my money all this time, Yumi are now refusing to ship the items so I get what I ordered, because "we recieve a lot of returns and can't reship." I havent returned the items, they HAVE NOT DELIVERED THEM! And will only refund me when the crappy courier decides to send the items back.

Browns Fashion are owned by Farfetch and this is the 2nd time i've ordered from them. My first order was some balenciaga track trainers that when received were missing the spare laces and also the sole was covered in dirt. No one is perfect so I returned them and put it down to a bad experience. Farfetch also gave me a voucher for free delivery on my next order saying that it would be a perfect experience. Today I have discovered the definition of a perfect experience from browns/farfetch as I received the phone case I ordered with the leather coming away from the plastic. Again it looked like it had been used, then returned in the hope that the next mug to receive it didn't notice. See attached photo to see one side of the damage. In summary, I have had a 100% success rate of browns/farfetch providing a terrible service and I would plead with you all to spend a little bit extra and use somewhere like matchesfashion or mr porter. I've ordered far more from those places and never had a single problem. ORDER FROM BROWNS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Have a pair of Clark Moccasin slippers. Don't waste your money buying them. The heels separated from the shoe and the rubber or better yet plastic is so brittle, it snaps off and breaks off like a potato chip.. JUNK< JUNK!. I put these on my poor quality bad manufacturer DO NOT BUY LIST.

Bought a bracelet for my Mum's birthday and it arrived with a chip out of the metal and discoloured. I returned it a day after receiving it to a Hermes parcel shop as instructed by their returns policy on 7th May. On 15th May, the tracking stated it was on it's way to the supplier. I have now contacted Kate Spade to say it's been over 7 working days. They have told me that they wont even consider looking at it as their return policy is 14 days after Hermes change it to on it's way to supplier and to get back in touch on 27th! It'll then take up to a week for them to look into a refund and then the refund will take up to 5 days to transfer so I'm potentially looking at not receiving my money back until 10th June which is well over a month since I returned it, let along even received the bangle in the first place!! First order and 100% the last order I will ever make at this company!!!! Should be embarrassed of themselves!!

The quality of their products is great and consistent, which makes it easier to feel comfortable purchasing items online. Their customer service is also professional, succinct, and quick! In late December 2017 I placed two orders with this company, both on the same day. One order arrived on Jan. 13, 2018 and the following order -- placed on the same day, reputedly shipped on the same day -- has never arrived. I have corresponded with this company minimally three times and the response has always been the same: "wait." It's Jan. 24,2018 and I'm still waiting. What's worst is that the company doesn't track its package due to a low weight. It only "tracks" whether a package is shipped or not. Once shipped, it has no idea where the hell it is in the "process." I wouldn't call that a good business practice, but who cares, clearly the customer service department doesn't.

Would not recommend this company, not willing to accept returns if you try the shirt on upon arrival. Almost 2 months to receive shirt back with letter stating “unable to accept return”. Poor poor customer service! Find a more trustworthy company to order shirts online from!

I purchased an combo of 4 tshirts at 998/-. The fabric is so good and worth every penny. I was little worried when I didn't get any update regarding my order after placing it. So, I raised an complaint through mail, their executives replied me in no time and updated me the status of my order. I got the delivery in the expected time and I'm happy with my purchase. Would definitely order more.

I live in Canada. Shipping was fast, but the quality of the product just isn't there. It's cheaply made (probably for a fraction of the retail cost in China) and didn't look as polished as the pictures on their website. Customer service is cold and unfriendly. The positive reviews are clearly fake. Please be careful. There are some really great quality elevator shoes out there, just don't buy from this company.

I saw mixed reviews, but I still decided to order from them. They first insulted me about my measurements. Their sizes are off so I had to order a customized dress which of course is non returnable. I was very excited to get this dress for my cousin's wedding. I have never felt so betrayed and heart broken over a purchase. The response back from them is that I can sell it on craigslist. It's so ugly I will have to give it away.

I will never buy from them again. I bought a product that had to be shipped after 15 days, after 3 months of my continuous requests the shipment was always postponed and the product never left their warehouses. When I asked for a refund of the € 146 advanced months before for a product that was not even sent, they refused to refund me, saying they could only give me credit to use on their site. Solved only with paypal dispute. in response to gearbest's reply: I have already indicated the ticket number related to my review. I am aware of the shipping times from china but I believe that 140 days from my pre-order to the cancellation of the order is a ridiculous waiting time considering the product was not even shipped. When I then asked for a refund, I was not granted the money back but only to keep the credit on your site from which I do not want to buy ever again.

Totally dishonest company to work for. When I was diagnosed with lupus there was a meeting held in public where district and regional managers were over heard discussing me. They said that because I was having health issues they needed to replace me! Well they did this by saying that my stores sales were down, however this was at the time of the September 11 twin towers attack. All of our stores sales were down then, please don't go to work for them! I hired a corporate attorney however it was my word and my witnesses word against theirs so the case was dropped with the understanding that my records were to show that I resigned and no bad references were to be given about me. Well I had thought I landed another job when only to find out that the new store manager had given me a negative reference saying that I was non retrievable. Don't trust them!

I have been waiting for my order for 2 months now! When I contact customer service I have to wait several days for a reply. When I do receive a reply I receive a "standard" reply telling me that they have escalated my complaint to the manager (4 times now) - and I have yet to actually hear back from this "manager". After several attempts to request for a refund... I am again told that my concerns will be addressed my the mysterious manager! AVOID THE STRESS AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Shipping still pending - no response I ordered two bags in to separate orders on Jan 9th. The shipping was originally DHL - but DHL never received a package. Then the shipping was changed to FedEx - but FedEx never received the package for shipment - this is a scam. Edit: 1/15/2021 Now I received a new update saying the shipping is Back to DHL - but DHL STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED THE PACKAGES. I am filing a complaint with PayPal. Edit 1/17/2021: - The seller responded on PayPal and sent a tracking number for DHL that is now different and doesn't pull up ANY information from DHL - this is a scam.

Do not buy from Inftnity. It is a scam. The company is called "广州夏航科技有限公司"(XIAHANGKEJI XIA), a Chinese company. I placed an order but no response over a month. I contacted them via PayPal, and they made some excuses not to ship/refund. It was very clear that they had no intention for shipping items nor refund. Then, they agreed for refund but they took 20% of the total amount. That is how they make money. Just DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Terrible quality of clothes and service is basically none existent. Designs are stolen from Seaside Tones and probably others too. Clothes are not suited for donation, so had to bin the clothes, what a waste!

I got a Christmas gift of Nordic Design Labs clothes from one of the owners (an in-law, so I may be slightly biased, but don't think so). I like the clothes so much I actually went and bought loads of additional things for myself. It is really good, high quality and stylish clothing, especially the wool products.
