Ordered a bracelet. Measured precisely the wrist before. The sizing is all wrong. And the company doesn't want to do refund, only store credit. The website has only like 10 bracelets all with the same sizing and 4 chains. So the store credit is useless. Will have to contact my bank to get the money back.

Do not order from this site if you live outside the USA! You will be slammed with 50% ++ custom/duty fees on top of the price of your purchase. If you refuse the package, and ask return to sender to UPS, Elegatto will abandon the package to make sure they do not have to refund your money. That's how much they value their own bracelets... Nor their clients.

I tried to write them 4 times and I received only an answer who told me I had to wait. my order number is #361055 and I don't recommend this website at all. I'm still waiting for an answer from you. they say the order is on it's way while ups just told me they haven't received it and that they are ready to.

After Elite read my review they completely redeemed themselves. They made everything right and sent me a replacement which fit way better. Just note that these sizes run small so just up your size by one. The graphic still needs some improvement, but I am confident their graphic quality will get better over time. Super happy with my hoodie though!

The actual pouch isn't awful, but for £29 I would really have expected much better. I ordered the navy velvet Sagittarius pouch and it arrived with white bits of fluff and dust stuck to it, which fortunately I was able to remove with a lint roller, although I shouldn't have had to do that. There were also many little loose ends of gold embroidery, which made the whole thing look untidy, which is a shame as it's a gift. But what really let the whole thing down badly was the awful customer service. I had tried to cancel the order but didn't receive a response for over two days and in the meantime it had been despatched. I asked about returning it, but the tone of the response wasn't particularly helpful and honestly made me feel that I was just being a nuisance. I was sent a link to returns information, which said that I'd have to pay to return it, which I understand, and that's quite normal. But the instructions also made it clear that the original delivery charge wouldn't be refunded even if I cancelled under the Consumer Contract Regulations, and that's actually unlawful. I pointed that out in an email, but never received any kind of reply to that. In the end I thought I might as well keep the pouch, because the whole thing wasn't worth the hassle, but I don't feel that customers are valued.

Elizabeth scarlet only post the 5 star reviews on their site so you can't trust them. I ordered the pink bee bag with handles and was extremely disappointed with the quality of this supposed "luxury" bag. I had wanted one for ages! Like other customers I was not impressed with the loose gold thread that looked cheap. The bag arrived completely creased up, the creases still haven't dropped out after a week. The tag says it's made in China which might explain the poor quality. The velvet feels cheap. Cheap lining. What I really don't like is that the zip is one of those zips that gapes at the ends rather than zips up completely which again, does not meet the expectation you would have of a brand that calls themselves "luxury". Overall, disappointing, over priced, and they won't post your review if it's not 5 stars which is fake and misleading. Don't waste your money. *I ordered on the Elizabeth scarlet website.

Ordered the Londyn fluffy 3 piece, the one that looks like SKIMS. It came with a hole in trousers, however I got partially refunded with the same day which I was very happy with. It is super warm and cosy, however after a few wears the top began to look really scrappy and cheap. The cardigan had some hard plastic bits sticking out around the neck but was ok after I picked them out. Overall for £50 I would not have been happy with the quality, but with the discount I was given it was definitely ok.

Received another package of gorgeous jewellery in the mail. This jewellery is so beautiful, I get compliments on my Empaness jewellery all the time. It's so well made, unique and Julie will tailor pieces to your requirements. I bought a lovely hematite and sterling silver set this time and also a lapis lazuli set as shown. If you are ordering from the UK you will be charged £25 for delivery and then have to pay 25% cost of your order at your door, which for me was an £85 kick in the metaphorical nuts. Oh and if you don't accept the package, you can't get a refund! So you just accept you have to pay over £100 for the physical delivery of a £270 product.... Great This has severely tainted my experience with Enchroma and their disregard for the end user. Enchroma, please put a rough calculation of what the real cost of delivery will be so your customers can make well informed choices!

The items that I ordered were to small, so, I tried to return the items, but, no address. THEY MOVED!!!!! Energy Fit Wear also, gives you an opportunity to return according to their policy, they provide a Return Request Number, and you return the items to no forwarding address. As of today 5/6/2021, received my returned items back in the same box I mailed it in, so, I’m going to send these items to my daughter, hopefully she can fit them. Now, my time to try & get my money back.

The packaging is really cute, however that was the best of it. When it came the boxes were all broken and ripped, the padding they came on was stained and ripped and the actual earrings felt really cheap, one pair was also bent and broke, and the backs looked as if they had been worn as the metal was all washed away looking. I thought they were going to be great, but no, its not worth the money. DO NOT BUY !

I purchased earrings from Faye for a friend's birthday. The parcel arrived with only the invoice and a large gift bag - earrings nowhere to be found. I contacted their customer service team (Melissa) and received the most atrocious service. They don't answer the phone and when 'Melissa' finally responded to my second email request, she practically accused me of stealing, told me the warehouse had definitely sent it and the case was closed - with no evidence! I told her I would be raising a dispute with PayPal and received another rude email telling me to cancel it - screw you! I raised the dispute with PayPal and have just received my refund (the only evidence Faye were able to provide was the Hermes tracking number). SHOCKER! MAKE SURE YOU READ T&Cs BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. There is nothing on their website about missing items. I WAS NOT THE FIRST AND WILL NOT BE THE LAST TO EXPERIENCE THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE. Reading other reviews on here, the quality of their products is absolute crap. -10 out of 10, would not recommend.

So stretchy and comfortable, they fit me perfectly and you barely feel like you’re wearing anything. No more chafing or low riding crotch! I only got black but I can’t wait to get more colours. Ordered a few pre order limited editions. Was disappointed they did not have labels in the back. As much as I love the merino wool footless I think 17 pound a pair is a little excessive and immediately have holes in although I have been particularly careful with them, they were also delayed and took ages. I just can't justify the price of merino wool giving that they catch and hole so quick (I have merino in tights too). I have normal snag tights in all sorts of denier and no problems they seem to last forever its just the merino. Also they never have short f in merino so I have to compromise and get f instead.

I bought 2 large t shirts and a hoodie in January.I received one of the t shirts but I still haven't received the other and the hoodie and there is no use using the tracking app it simply doesn't work. I replied by email and its the same generic email of the order is still in process or its been delayed, Its been more then 3 months, and the t shirt I received is of such low quality the print is flaking off. I bought a lovely ladies gilet which was billed as XL. However, when it arrived it was far too small and definitely was not XL size. Also, when viewing the gilet on line there was no pictures of the garment in other positions, I.e back or side, it was only the front showing. When it arrived it had logo Great Britain on the back, had I known this I would not have purchased it. I was very disappointed with the sizing and have sent it back for a refund.

Issue 1 - No warnings or suggestions as to potential issues with photos of dark colored pets. Issue 2 -plain bad customer service I ordered 4 pairs of socks, to be gifts. I received 4 items of such poor quality (both the socks and the graphics) that the only place they are fit to gift is the local landfill. Contacted customer service, to be jollied along, and ultimately told "so sad, too bad, no refund" (paraphrasing, but you get the idea). So now I'm out almost $100 for garbage. Do yourself a favor - buy from any company BUT this one.

I wish I had googled the reviews first. This company is the worst. Everything said in the reviews on this page is absolutely true. They advertise USA, and even advertise a facility in Georgia. Their products come from China. I support made in America. I’d rather pay more and have pride in it than pay a discount rate and support a country that is not my home. I hope this company finds a way to move to the USA or they advertise for those that don’t mind supporting other countries.

I ordered just one pair of earrings, back in the beginning of September. It is now December and I still haven't received them yet. One red flag was when I tried to enter my tracking number on their track orders page, It said: 'tracking is not available now and to contact the seller.'. I contacted their customer service and they told me the earrings were in customs in the state. They told me this a month and a half ago, I should have received them by now. I have ordered skincare products (multiple items) from a different company from Korea and they have shipped that out faster than this little order. Even Zulily ships stuff out faster than this company. I asked for a refund, currently waiting for their response. Will never purchase anything from this company again. I suggest you do the same, stay away and purchase things elsewhere.

Very long shipping time, couldn't find where they're located on their site and had to pay import fees. The crowns I got were wonky and bent, not symmetrical. They had glue strings all over. I managed to fix one and it looks gorgeous though. I suspect they only show 5 star reviews/fake reviews on their site because it seemed overwhelmingly positive with many pictures to show for it.

This website is a rip off. You never get your product and they will not refund you. When you order it does not specify it coming from a foreign country. My Jersey got lost in transit and they will not refund me. They are sending another, let’s see if that one ever arrives. Do not order from this site. Very poor customer service!!!

Got the low tops and boots and both were fantastic. Well worth the wait, as they took about 2 weeks to reach. That is the only downside. I would opt for the express shipping which is pretty reasonable over the free shipping with is pretty slow.

Lousy excuse for a company. Don't waste your time with them they have no decency nor consideration for their customers. I've been trying to make a return for the longest time now and they still won't even reply, let alone begin the process. On top of this there is a 2 week period they allow returns for free, and as they have delayed replying my order has exceeded the time limit for free returns.

Do not under any circumstances deal with these filthy snakes. If you’ve heard about shoddy practice and underhanded snakes within the estate agency industry , they probably learnt it from Fenn Wright!! We visited a property which was new to the market and were first through the door, made a full asking price offer. We are cash buyers and was asked for proof of funds, which we immediately did. We were then told there were more people going to view and our offer would be put forward. And that we would hear Friday of that week. Needless to say we were ignored on the several calls we gave them on that Friday , and finally heard we had not secured the property on Saturday afternoon, I enquired why we had been unsuccessful, to be told that the buyer was in a stronger position than us ????? Not that they had offered more money ??? I questioned this, as we had sent proof of funds well exceeding the price of the house. Also the listing was not “offers in excess of” so if I’d realised if it had been a Dutch auction I too would have upped my offer but curiously was not informed of the situation. If my dream house appeared and it was on with Fenn Wright and paid full asking price for it you won’t get it unless you are in the friends and family club at Fenn Wright. Good luck buyer beware.

What an appalling company. We rented from one of their agents (Colchester) a while ago; and while spending a large amount of money on rent they treated us like students rather than professionals. They offer zero flexibility and gouge you with many fees, which are now luckily illegal. The move-in inventory check was a cursory check all was in order, however the move-out check was like having CSI at the house for a day; clearly a practise to gouge the tenant in favour of the landlord further.

Purchased a ring with inheritance money as an heirloom in memory of my grandparents who passed away from Covid early on in the pandemic. The service was fantastic and the ring is beautiful. The reason it is not 5 stars is that the engraving on the ring is tiny, as in I have 20/20 vision and struggle to read it tiny. I did get a call about this where they said they would polish it out and re do it for me but all at my expense which I thought was cheeky. If I had known it was going to be so small I wouldn't have bothered and would have had it engraved myself elsewhere. If you are thinking about using Fenton then do because they have been great otherwise. Just don't bother with the engraving unless they have confirmed it is going to be of legible size. UPDATE 24/05/21 After seeing my feedback Susannah got in touch and offered to have the ring hand engraved for me, I just had to pay to send it back. A couple of weeks later I have received my re engraved ring and it is SO much better, now it is really an heirloom with meaning. Thank you so so much I honestly can't fault that kind of service.

From start to finish the service has been absolutely amazing. My purchase was to be an addition to my wedding ring (also purchased from Fenton), to mark the fact we had to postpone from our original date last year, with our new date engraved (our original date was engraved on my wedding ring). The concierge noticed this and got in touch as the ring wouldn’t be ready in time for our wedding day. I knew this would be the case, but I thought it was great that they got in touch to keep us updated. I am so delighted with my new ring and they all look gorgeous together.

Overall I’m very pleased with the my purchase and I believe I paid a fair price for a good quality item. Despite receiving my watch within the expected delivery period I do wish the company would provide better updates and communication for customers who are expecting their products. I received a confirmation that my item had been ordered but absolutely no updates on where it was which made me quite apprehensive.

I would ( and have) recommend using Flame Lily for your retro sunglasses needs. The glasses are beautifully designed and arrived promptly. Ordered my shoes on the 20th of April and they still have not arrived. Bad customer service, as I have not had a reply after the first email, saying they were on the way. That was on the 25 April. It is now 25th May. I will not reccomend them to anybody. And if I knew they were coming from China I would not have touched them with a barge pole. Do not buy from this company.

I bought some Randolph Rx aviators from Steve and Trish. I was a bit wary because I'd never even seen a pair of Randolph sunglasses before, let alone knew which color, size, etc. I needed, all with a Rx on top of it. They made the process easy and confidence inspiring. The loaner program to help you figure out your exact specifications was a huge confidence booster and actually made me realize I wanted to go up a size on the frames. The sunglasses arrived quickly, and they're perfect. The Rx and specs are spot on, and they look great! I cannot recommend them enough! Absolutely fantastic service.
