Ordered boardshort with the understanding that it would take up to 12 business days to arrive. Today, was the 9th business day and I had heard NOTHING from the company. So, I emailed asking when they would be delivered. I was told that the company was out of stock on my item and they were making me a pair. They told me they were scheduled to arrive on the 14th. I questioned this because today is Friday the 11th - the 14th is Monday - but they have not been shipped - so how could I possibly get them? The company must not have been very happy with my request for assurance that they were on there way. Because they arbitrarily cancelled the order and will no longer respond to my emails. I even wrote from a different email address to get a response. I got one, it said "this order has been cancelled" nothing more. Be careful doing business with this company. At least i got my money back.

The books I purchased were worth every penny but it's also great to take advantage of the discounts while they're still available. The books arrived promptly, and safely to my address. I'm no expert when it comes to leather, but the leather seemed good and the designs over the covers were all are exactly as depicted in the photographs. I'm also not an expert when it comes to metals but I don't think the latches are the best quality. I'm not too worried about rusting or discoloration because I know I'll be taking good care of these books. The pages definitely look, feel and react handmade, so I highly recommend testing all your pens and pencils first because the pages are extremely absorbent and I'm not sure the rough texture is ideal for most pencils. (I learned the hard way that I couldn't use my favorite fountain pen to write in this book.) I'm sure that once I've written on all the pages, I'll probably take them all out and replace it with more handmade pages from another vendor. (I hear paper made with the Japanese technique is more compatible with inks and watercolors.)

Dissappointed that the size recommended by Boody for my usual bra size did not keet its shape even for 1 day. After a few hours wear it's far too big and very unsupportive. I contacted customer services to complain and was told to buy another one. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I have got a Boot Buddy for when I come off the golf course and it is brilliant...I get to completely clean my golf shoes with one filling and I take a spare bottle of water and then get to clean the wheels of my golf cart as well. This has been another wet winter and this is brilliant and keeps my car boot clean, much better than having to do it when I get home. Quite a few golfing friends have seen me doing this and have also purchased one. I would therefore highly recommend this product.

Please DO NOT buy on this page of this company called Boots N Bags Heaven… they are unscrupulous and they steal from one blatantly. I bought a white bag online from this page (which I did not know, and I did not read the terrible comments they have before buying said portfolio) I made this purchase on 09/07/21. I waited 3 weeks for that bag to arrive, when it arrived it is of a Very Bad quality; I immediately contacted them by phone (which they do not answer, there is only one recording) I wrote them an email which a certain one answered me: Paul…. the same one who told me to send him a photo of the wallet so that he could reimburse me for MY money; I sent the photo of the portfolio and until today I am writing this complaint; They have not answered me again. This business is shady. They took 473.55$ out my bank but didn’t even bother reply to my emails. While I was shopping on the website, I wanted to change items in my cart so I tried to go back to the previous page, but instead my order was submitted automatically before I could change my address and put a different card number (my google account has my old information saved). I emailed them right after asking to cancel my order or at least change my address and I didn’t get a reply back. So I called them and some girl told me that she has sent my information to her billing team and she also told me that I would hear from them in 3-4 business days. Unfortunately I never heard anything from them after, and a few days later I got a tracking number with an email said thank you for shopping with us. Now I’m out of almost 500$ and nothing from them. The barbells and weights I ordered was sent to a wrong address! They didn’t even bother changing my address at least. I’m not happy at all.

Terrible returns policy. They make you pay all return costs to THE NETHERLANDS. It is not clear the company is based here from their website. Buying bras online, you are likely going to buy a few in different sizes to see how they fit. I am now in the position where I have to decide if returning this £28 bra is worth the hassle and cost. The website looks inviting with any number of Bretons. I was delighted to find a black and white striped top, reasonably priced, I thought. The reality was a little different: the fabric feels quite rough and the finish is that usually seen in quite cheap garments, not what I thought I’d receive. I kept the top, though, thanks to Covid, I have not yet worn it. Despite a good looking range on the website, all that glitters is not gold!

Nice products and good buying experience overall. The Quality of the t-shirts I bought are decent and the prices very reasonable. They took a couple of days to dispatch but nothing too problematic. I would recommend this company and I will be back to purchase more shirts. I also think it's great that these are British made as I am trying to support British businesses, no more money will be going to the Chinese Communist Party from my wallet!

I only looked at reviews as an afterthought after I had ordered the belt. Their website is very professional so I was surprised to read several negative reviews, and suspicious that reviews were polar opposites- either v good or v negative with little in between. I couldn’t find the website name registered at Companies House (it might have another trade name though). Given the pandemic restrictions & not being able to meet family I warned my father his gift may not arrive but I had honestly bought one!! However despite my apprehension my experience has truly been very positive. I got an email to confirm measurements, another to say order was being processed & another to say it was dispatched. Even with Xmas/pandemic postal workload the order only took about 2-3 weeks which I thought was pretty fair under the circumstances. My father really likes his belt which did arrive in time. I don’t normally write reviews but felt with smaller companies struggling I wanted to support them as my experience was positive. I hope they review process that had caused the negative reviews for those individuals on those occasions. To note it is more human nature to complain than to praise & in turn be motivated to write a review so you do need to take all reviews with some pinch of salt.

Very disappointed with the customer service from capital golf. After having correspondence with a member of their team over email, confirming that if I returned the golf shirt I would receive store credit. The shirt has been returned (tracked and signed for), however no store credit has been issued and they are no longer replying to my emails. In summary they have now taken an item worth £80 from me without issuing an exchange or refund!

Not providing opportunities for the incarcerated women, when (or if) they eventually get out of prison. This work model does not help women get out of crime, in fact it is based upon them returning to prisons! Just as unethical as the whole textile industry itself mixed with white savourism. This is vile and upsetting! Do not support this company. These clothes are not worth a penny! Dette firma brander åbent sig selv på at bruge slavearbejde i fængsler i Peru og Thailand. Their entire business model is based on women continuously going to prison, in other words, it's dependent on the continuous incarceration and impoverishment of women. It's exploiting human beings. Take your money elsewhere.

You are purchasing these shoes from CARIUMA Singapore. Can you tell from the website? Why it matters: With a choice of credit cards, some have fees for foreign exchange, others do not. It so happens that I used one of my cards that does charge foreign exchange fees. Why I am disappointed: I cannot find any reference to where the transaction will be taking place on their web site nor during the purchase process. When I contacted customer support via chat, they ducked and dodged. They offered a weak excuse that they have no way of knowing what fees bank would charge, even though that is not the point. You would think the location where the transaction will take place would be easy to disclose during the purchase process. When I pointed out this was a simple issue of transparency, they completely avoided the topic. Finally, their remedy: cancel the order. They really were not interested in my satisfaction. I would have been happy with a discount or credit on my next order, but now there will be no next order. For a company that espouses high ethics, the lack of transparency and the refusal to own the issue leads me to wonder if all that is a marketing ploy.

Super disappointed. Don't look as good in person, are uncomfortable, and cause a lot of pain on my outer toes (and painful blisters). Also, bits of the green insole come off on my socks and this is hard to get rid of, even in the wash. The worst part is that they are made in China. There is nothing sustainable about manufacturing under an oppressive communist regime and using petrol to ship them mostly to the other side of the world. Their website is full of pretty pictures and flowery messages about sustainability. You see the words "Rio" and "Brazil" dozens of times yet "China" is not mentioned until you open the box and see it on the label. I even hate looking at them on my shelf. Reminds me how I got duped into buying a cheap pair of canvas sneakers made in China for $110 in euros. As soon as I can I'm buying a new pair and donating them.

I bought a pair of shoes online size 38 . When they arrived they were too big but they were a size 39. I contacted the company who said they send the next size up because of size difference in different countries .As much as I like the shoes I am a regular size 38 and the 39 size are still too big . I requested a refund and expected they pay the postage because it was their mistake.The next email told me people often are happy to accept a discount and keep the shoes or I would have to pay the cost of postage back to China which is expensive . I was surprised because on the company bio it says they are a British company and I know I have consumer rights . Then they offered 50% discount and keep the shoes but I still leaves me having paid £20 but still have a pair of shoes I cannot wear . No reply since this email so I thought I had better cut my losses and accept 50% discount or post the shoes back and asked for the address . Again no reply . I contacted my card provider and raised a complaint . They refunded me my money. I have since seen reviews of other customers with this same story !!

Do not use this company if buying from outside the U.S. I bought a pair of shoes for £35. They sent me the wrong size, which they acknowledged. However, they refused to pay for them to be returned. The cost of return was £16.

This is a beautiful, delicate bracelet. I love the contrast between the oxidized silver and the little touch of gold, and the small grey freshwater pearls are gleaming. Fastening it is a bit challenging, so I think I will just leave it on and wear it all the time.

I ordered mid September and never received the product which I needed for my daughters baptism 10/11. Issue was w the post office. Carriage Boutique offered to send another one or issue a refund. Very responsive to my request/ issue. Would highly recommend doing business w them!

I would rate this company a zero if possible. I have been a long term customer of Chalk Line for several years. I have over 12 jackets from them and had reccomended them to many friends. Over the past six months, they have been shipping out damaged product and refusing to own up to their mistakes. They are also having continual stock issues and when you bring this up to them on social media, they will ban and block you to ensure no negative comments are posted. After voicing my displeasure with my last order arriving damaged publically, they cancelled my most recent order as Fraud (even though it was paid for instantly through PayPal). Avoid this company as they are Fraudulent and refuse to assist with customer issues as a company should. All they want is you cash for their overpriced and often damaged jackets, and will refuse to assist once you have an issue.

Honestly, I was kind of scared to buy from this brand since I couldnt find many reviews on it and if i did, they were on opposites side of the spectrum, talking about how good their jackets are (which I thought those reviews were bought, since other reviews were about-) how extremely bad their customer service is and some jackets had issues etc. but I got a jacket anyway since they sold a jacket from a movie I absolutely adore and dont see many jackets from. I was a bit scared but still trying to be hopeful, and the jacket just arrived today. I'm currently wearing it and omg it's so soft and nice and the print is amazing and high quality. theres no problems with it. The only thing I may have an issue with is that it says their company name on the sleeves AND back which is a bit much for me, but I bought it anyway knowing itll be there. Love the jacket. 10/10. I dont know how the customer service is, didnt talk much to them other than when I tried to get another size (since I wanted an oversized jacket), but they seemed nice. (FYI sizes are true to size. I normally wear a medium and that's the size I ordered and it fits perfect.) Also the jacket arrived quickly, just within a few days which was definitely a plus as well. I just had to write a review for it since I dont see many reviews for it anywhere and if I do they seem fake, and I wanted to give an honest opinion. Definitely would buy from here again.

Sent me a completely different shoe as to what was displayed on their website and when informing them through their customer service email address about this they told me they were aware it was a different shoe and they just didn’t have it in anymore. So basically just sending out a similar shoe in hopes maybe i wouldn’t notice? Hopefully they don’t do this with their other stock!! Will not be buying from here again!

Attention for the EU: For already an overpriced coat that does not justify the quality or design whatsoever, you must pay delivery costs of around 40 EUR and sit tight, customs taxes, which are minimum 200 EUR! In short, you pay between 700- 900 EUR for a coat. If you think a simple faux fur coat is worth the hype, I simply don't. In addition, you are caught in a dead end, if for instance you decide to return the item, you have to pay again the customs and the delivery. Disgraceful.

Following on from the original review, I’ve still had no resolve from the Charlotte Simone faulty Jacket. I sent my contact number over and further emails, but still nothing? Shocking customer service! If I was trying to purchase something I bet I’d get an immediate response. Please be careful when purchasing anything just in case you have a genuine problem with an item. You shouldn’t need to keep chasing the company for a response!

The slogans on the t-shirts are funny, so I ordered 2 shirts to save shipping costs. But the shirts they use are so cheap, I'd be embarrassed to wear them in public. You know--the 3 for $10 quality you see in the gift shops on the beach. And a 3XL is more like a 1.5XL--the sleeves are only about 1/2 length and skin-tight all over. They don't accept returns because they know they're selling crap. Stay far away from them!

Rose designed, made and delivered my opal princess cut pendant. I absolutely love it, it gets so many comments and I feel like a mermaid when I wear it as there are pale blue and turquoise colours in the opal. It's a very special piece and I will treasure it always. Knowing that is is ethically sourced and made means a lot, and when you wear other jewellery it does make you think and question where it's come from and the processes and people involved. It's great that there is more awareness and transparency around products these days, and more companies like Cicely Cliff proving you can make beautiful high end jewellery in a beautiful, without compromising ethical integrity.
